  • Can Fresh Silver Aluminum Cans (500ml/16.9oz) - Case of 207 Can Fresh Silver Aluminum Cans (500ml/16.9oz) - Case of 207

Can Fresh Aluminum Beer Cans | Silver | 500ml/16.9 oz. | Case of 207

    61 reviews

Easily take your beer anywhere while keeping it protected from UV! Each case contains 207 cans and lids which is enough for about 25 gallons of beer Compatible with the Cannular Can Seamers (CAN10 / CAN110) BPA free liner Aluminum cans offer 100% protection from UV and other wavelengths of light that are harmful to beer. There's still great debate surrounding whether cans or bottles are better at keeping beer fresh, but if done correctly, cans are theoretically the superior option. When a crown cap is crimped onto a bottle, the lining of the cap can form an imperfect seal on the bottle, allowing small amounts of oxygen in, as well as small amounts of CO2 out. Over time this can result in oxidation of the beer and lost carbonation. Seamed cans form a much better seal, which can prevent these issues. Aside from better protection, aluminum cans are undoubtedly the safest option for sharing and enjoying your homebrew. Bring your canned creations tailgating, camping, boating, or crack a few open poolside without the worry of broken glass! 500ml/16.9 oz aluminum cans Each case contains 207 cans and lids 202 end diameter beverage cans with B64 lids One case is enough for roughly five 5-gallon batches of beer Compatible with the Cannular Can Seamers (CAN10 / CAN110) BPA free liner Please note that empty aluminum cans are very delicate, and up to 5% of the cans are likely to be dented or damaged in transit. If the cans were packed in a more protective (more expensive) cardboard box, the cost per can would be more expensive than simply having some dented/sacrificial cans arrive. • FermZilla - Thermowell (60cm) w/ Duotight Bulkhead FermZilla - Thermowell (60cm) w/ Duotight Bulkhead

FermZilla Thermowell w/ Duotight Bulkhead - 23.6 in.

    47 reviews

This stainless steel thermowell is your best option of monitoring temperatures in the 27L or 55L FermZilla. Since the thermowell installs into the lid, the thermowell will be well positioned in the middle of the fermenter to provide an accurate core temperature reading. On the bottom side of the FermZilla's lid you'll find several convenient drill locations already molded into the plastic. The thermowell is long enough to work with either size FermZilla (or other fermenters!), so if you need to cut the tube down a bit, we recommend using one of these Pipe Cutters. The FermZilla will still be pressurizable after installing the thermowell, just be careful to drill the hole no wider than needed to fit the Duotight bulkheads. 23.6" long (60 cm) 5/16" OD (8 mm) 1/4" ID (7 mm) Made from 304 stainless steel Kegland Part number: KL14649

  • Blowtie Diaphragm Spunding Valve Complete Kit - 8mm Duotight Blowtie Diaphragm Spunding Valve Complete Kit - 8mm Duotight

Duotight BlowTie | Complete Kit | Diaphragm Spunding Valve | Triple Scale Pressure Gauge | 0-40 PSI | 8 mm Duotight | CM Becker Ball Lock Quick Disconnect (QD)

    77 reviews

Automatically release pressure inside your fermenter during pressure fermentations Regulate beer flow during pressurized transfers from fermenter to keg Large triple scale pressure gauge with extended 0-40 PSI pressure range Diaphragm spunding valves offer higher accuracy compared to spring & poppet spunding valves Comes complete with ball lock QD, Duotight adapter, tee, and rigid joiners With this complete kit you'll be ready to use the Blow Tie Spunding Valve right out of the box. The BlowTie is used to release excess pressure on a pressurized fermenter or from a receiving keg during pressure transfers. This diaphragm spunding valve is much more accurate than the spring and poppet style, and works much better at lower pressures. Pressure Fermentation Pressure fermentation is becoming more and more popular at the homebrew level, but in order to do it safely and accurately, you need a way to release excess pressure. You'll pressurize your vessel to your desired psi, but once fermentation begins and those hungry, active yeast start creating CO2, the pressure inside the vessel will increase. Attach a spunding valve and set it to your desired pressure, and it will blow off when the pressure gets to high and close up again when it's back to your desired psi. Pressure Transfers Even if you don't have a pressurizable fermenter, you may have done pressure transfers from keg to keg during filtering or after fining. During pressure transfers, it's a good idea to have a bit of head pressure in the receiving keg, especially if you're transferring beer that is already carbonated. Having a spunding valve in place will allow you to consistently control the head pressure and give you more consistent results, without losing carbonation in the process. Diaphragm vs. Poppet With the poppet style spunding valve, a spring pushes against a poppet to keep the valve closed. When the poppet lifts up to open, the surface area the gas pushes against becomes larger, and the spring has to work harder to push the poppet down and reseal the valve. This can lead to more gas being released than intended, and the remaining pressure in your vessel may be at a lower psi than your spunding valve’s set psi.  Instead of a poppet, the spring inside the BlowTie pushes against a diaphragm, which has an immensely larger surface area. This means the surface area that the gas pushes against while the diaphragm is closed is significantly closer to the surface area it pushes against when the diaphragm is open. This leads to higher accuracy, and the remaining pressure after excess gas is released will be much closer to your set blow off pressure. Kit Includes: BlowTie Pressure Gauge (0-40 psi) Ball Lock Disconnect Duotight Tee & Flared Duotight Fitting 2x Lengths of EVABarrier 8mm OD Tubing

  • 35L BrewZilla with Pump - Gen3 - 110-120V 35L BrewZilla with Pump - Gen3 - 110-120V

BrewZilla All Grain Brewing System With Pump | Gen 3.1.1 | 35L/9.25G (110V)

    120 reviews

We've seen a lot of all-in-one systems over the years, but none are as feature-packed and affordable as the BrewZilla. While other units simply maintain your set temperature, the BrewZilla features a sophisticated digital controller which can be programmed with a full mash schedule, executing each step automatically. The built-in pump will continuously recirculate wort during the mash for more even heat distribution and higher efficiency, but thanks to the integrated camlock fitting, it has even more functionality. Add the optional whirlpool arm to make your late hop additions pop and speed up chilling time, or connect a camlock fitting and tubing to transfer wort to your fermenter. These are just a couple of reasons why MoreBeer! loves the BrewZilla, but there are so many More! Our Top 10 Favorite Features: Sophisticated digital controller capable of programmed mash steps, boil addition timers and delayed start Built-in pump for constant recirculation during mash or whirlpooling and transferring with optional accessories Full depth malt pipe for higher mash efficiency and capable of running small batches without a pricey adapter Multiple power modes to cover each step of the brew day – low power to gently heat your mash up to full power for a rolling boil Wort chiller included! Perfectly sized for this system and adds even more value to your purchase of the BrewZilla High capacity brewhouse – with a volume of over 9 gallons, you can fit more grain and more wort to make MoreBeer! Single wall design doesn't trap in heat – chill your wort quickly after the boil! Super convenient bottom handle makes lifting/pouring a breeze Rubber feet keep the boiler lifted off the ground and safely above any spills that may occur Affordable! This is the best price for an all-in-one brewing system you'll find, period. If you want to jump into all grain brewing right from your first batch, or as an upgrade from malt extract brewing, the BrewZilla is a complete turn key solution. The BrewZilla is an all-in-one electric brewery that has built-in elements for heating and boiling, programmable mash schedule and delayed start, a built-in pump for recirculation, an onboard water resistant control panel for setting and monitoring temperatures, a removable grain basket, and a built-in spigot for transferring. It is extremely portable and uses 110V power so it can be used nearly anywhere. The V3.1.1 unit features an upgraded main circuit board that changes how the automatic step mashing functions. Now when moving from step to step, the timer for each step will not begin counting down until the programmed temperature is reached. This means more accurate mash schedules than ever before! The new board also introduces boil addition timers so you'll never miss the mark for hop additions. To get the Wort Chiller Connection Kit for free, add the item to your cart along with the BrewZilla and use code ZILLAKIT at checkout. New accessory! Check out the BrewZilla Whirlpool Arm, which uses the unit's internal pump to recirculate and spin the wort, improving hop extraction and chill times. No more stirring! Automatic Step Mashing & Delayed Start! One of the coolest features of the BrewZilla is the ability to program the unit with up to 6 individual temperatures and durations so you can step mash precisely how you desire. Simply press the "S1-S6" button to select the stage you want to adjust, and use the temp, time and +/- buttons to program the stage. If you have less than 6 stages in your mash schedule, program the stages you want to skip with 00:00 as the time and the controller will automatically move on to the next step. When all the stages are complete, the unit will sound an alarm and hold the last set temperature. The programmable stages can also be used to set a delayed start of up to 23 hours in advance so that you can have your water hot and ready to go when you get home from work or wake up in the morning. In order to do this, fill the unit with strike water and program the controller with two steps. Step 1 should be programmed at a temperature lower than the unheated strike water (so the elements will remain off), and the duration should be programmed for however long you want the delay. Then program Step 2 with your desired strike water temperature and a duration of 1-2 hours, giving the BrewZilla ample time to heat up and giving you a margin of error in case you hit the snooze button the morning of brew day. Recirculating Mash with Full Depth Malt Pipe The built-in magnetic drive pump easily recirculates wort during the mash. We recommend getting some silicone tubing to go with the recirculation arm. This allows you more control over the recirculation and you can then use the pump to transfer your wort to your fermenter. As with any mash, be sure to stir your grain very thoroughly after mashing-in so you start out with an even temperature throughout the grain bed. Some competing models advertise their perforated malt pipes as "high flow", but what they don't mention is how this affects efficiency. When recirculating the mash, wort will escape through the side perforations rather than passing through the grain at the bottom-most end of the malt pipe which can lead to lower efficiency. The BrewZilla's malt pipe is designed so that recirculating wort must pass through the entire grain bed before escaping through the false bottom and being pumped over the top of the grain bed again. If you're worried about the flow rate, simply add a pound or two of rice hulls to your grain bill. This is especially recommended when brewing with a high level of wheat, oat, or flaked grains. Power & Heating Control Dual heating elements run off of a single 110 volt plug and have individual switches allowing for more control over the heating process. One element is 1000 watts and the other is 500 for a combined 1500 watts! Use both when you need to ramp up the temperature quickly either at the start to get to your mash temp or to go from your mash temp to boiling. Use only one of the elements when you want to hold a temperature. We highly recommend adding the optional BrewZilla Neoprene Jacket to help reduce heating times and maintain a more vigorous boil. The extra thick neoprene jacket is custom designed to insulate the entire kettle portion of the BrewZilla while staying out of the way of the ball valve and handles. The jacket can help you acheive up to 10% faster heat up times and cut heat loss from the boiler in half. And when it comes time to cool your wort after the boil, simply remove the jacket! While other units boast a double wall design for better heat retention, this actually becomes a disadvantage when it comes to chilling. The digital control panel makes it easy to see the current temperature and set the temperature you want. The digital controller is also water resistant so don't worry about spills or some water dripping down the side. This controller is built for brewing! The brewery also includes a stainless steel malt pipe with false bottom allowing you to easily shift from mash tun to boil kettle during your brew day. The malt pipe includes a handle to lift it out and tabs at the base so you can set the malt pipe over the kettle to let the wort drain out. It also has feet at its base to raise the malt pipe slightly off the base and help prevent clogging. The included stainless steel wort chiller is shipped with bare ends so you can set it up for your situation. We list below the most common tubing and fittings to connect to a hose, hose bib, or faucet. What MoreBeer! loves about this product: Homebrewing is trending in the direction of all-in-one, all-grain brewing systems and the BrewZilla is the ultimate value. The cost is half of the next comparable system with programmable mash steps and nearly the same as buying converted coolers and a kettle. We've brewed on all the systems and we can truly say the BrewZilla is the easiest to use. We feel confident that a lot of first time brewers could buy this and use it with ease. At the same time quite a few of our experienced, all-grain brewing staff are buying it to brew at home. The unit is extremely compact because the pump is built-in to the bottom of the unit. You can move it around with ease which makes it perfect for guys and gals that have space constraints. Someone on the team also mentioned how they like that you can drain it via gravity without having to use the pump. All in all a great buy and highly recommended. Please note you will need a few extra pieces of hardware to connect the wort chiller and at least 2' of silicone tubing for the sparge. Use the Pump for More Than Just Recirculation! One of the surprisingly handy features of the BrewZilla is that the recirculation pipe features a female camlock. This allows you to hook up other accessories and use the unit's pump for more than just recirculating wort. With a male camlock and silicone tubing, for example, you can use the internal pump to push wort through a plate chiller or counterflow chiller. Check out our selection of camlock fittings here. Features: Gen 3.1.1 Stainless steel construction 9 gallon total capacity with a finished beer output of 5-6 gallons Digital temperature controller Automatic step mashing with 6 programmable stages 110V power and plug Dual heating elements for total control (1000 watts and 500 watts) Stainless steel 1/2 inch ball valve for draining (dont have to use the pump) Immersion wort chiller included Stainless steel malt pipe/basket Stamped in volume markers Glass lid Magnetic drive pump for recirculation Recirculation arm Bottom handle for easy lifting and pouring Upgraded rocker switches Rubber feet Temperature reads in °F or °C (press and hold temp button for several seconds to adjust) 32.75 in H (with recirculation arm) x 12.5 in D Recommended max. grain bill - 18 lbs Recommended min. grain bill - 8 lbs AlcoEngine Still ready with the purchase of a Distillation Lid You Will Need: 2' of H985 1/2" ID Silicone tubing for sparging and draining. • FermZilla All Rounder Fermenter - 30L FermZilla All Rounder Fermenter - 30L

    FermZilla All Rounder Fermenter | 7.9 gal. | 30 L

    82 reviews

The lowest price Pressuizable fermentor out there Prefect for most ales that ferment in 2 weeks or less Super smooth PET makes cleaning very easy Transfer to your keg closed and under pressure, oxygen free PET is a better oxygen barrier than fermentors made of HDPE Super lightweight yet strong and shatterproof The FermZilla All Rounder is the most affordable pressurizable fermenter on the market. Although it doesn't feature a dump valve like the FermZilla Conical, the All Rounder carries the same pressure rating, making it an absolute steal if you're looking to ferment under pressure, perform pressure transfers, or want to carbonate and serve directly from the fermenter. The All Rounder is made from super smooth PET that's easy to clean, and the simple design means no nooks or crannies for microbes to hide. With a 4.75" lid opening, you'll have no trouble getting your arm inside to scrub away stubborn krausen rings. As with all FermZilla fermenters, the lid features molded drill locations that make installing accessories like a thermowell or Temp Twister Cooling Coil a breeze. In order to unlock the full potential of the All Rounder, you'll want to pick up the 55L FermZilla Pressure Kit. The silicone dip tube will be a little long, but you can cut it shorter to the appropriate length. The pressure kit is available with either stainless or plastic ball lock caps. Why MoreBeer! loves the All Rounder FermZilla: Super smooth PET makes cleaning very easy. Pressure rated lid and PET material make for a better oxygen barrier than fermenters made of HDPE. Lightweight and easy to move around, yet strong enough to be considered shatterproof. The 4.75" lid opening makes it easy to get your arm inside and clean after use. The lid is designed for the easy installation of accessories such as a thermowell or cooling coil. Price! A pressurizable fermenter in this price range is an incredible value, and it opens the door for many cold-side processes that can't be done in a normal carboy or plastic fermenter. What's Included: FermZilla 30L All Rounder Fermenter Stainless Steel Stand Stainless Steel Handle Top Lid with PRV (35 psi) 3-Piece Airlock Adhesive Thermometer Graduation Sticker Specs: 30 L (7.9 gal) Total Volume Pressure Rated to 2.5 Bar (36.2 psi) Height in Stand - 21.7" Height w/ Airlock - 24.2" Tank Diameter - 13.9" Lid & Collection Container Ports - 28 mm PCO 1881 threads Temperature Rating: When not under pressure, do not expose to liquids above 131°F When under pressure, do not expose to any temperatures above 95°F* *Please note that the temperature rating for the FermZilla tank is lower when using it under pressure. When not under pressure, it is perfectly safe to transfer wort into the tank below 131°F or to use hot liquids below this temp for cleaning. When under pressure, make sure to keep your fermentation temperature below 95°F and keep the fermenter in an environment that is below 95°F ambient. This is especially important when fermenting with kveik yeast. These strains are known to ferment hot if no temperature control is being used. Exceeding the temperature rating may compromise the tank, leading to a shorter life span or sudden failure to maintain pressure. Even with proper use, we recommend replacing the tank every two years. Kegland Part number: KL15189 NOTE: FermZilla tanks are marked with a manufacturer’s “expiry date”. This does not indicate that the tank is bad after this date; it simply indicates that a hydro test may be in order. 2 years after production and every 2 years after first use, it is recommended that the tank be hydro tested to ensure the tank is holding pressure. Hydro test instructions are available here. You will also need the D1072 Green PRV to perform the test. If you do not plan to pressurize the fermenter, the test is not necessary.

  • Blowtie 2 Diaphragm Spunding Valve Complete Kit - 8mm Duotight Blowtie 2 Diaphragm Spunding Valve Complete Kit - 8mm Duotight

Duotight BlowTie 2 | Complete Kit | Diaphragm Spunding Valve | Built-In Pressure Gauge | 0-15 PSI | 8 mm Duotight | CM Becker Ball Lock Quick Disconnect (QD)

    22 reviews

Automatically release pressure inside your fermenter during pressure fermentations Regulate beer flow during pressurized transfers from fermenter to keg Built-in pressure gauge for easy reference when adjusting the spunding valve Pressure gauge is interchangeable—swap to different pressure ranges that better suit your application Diaphragm spunding valves offer higher accuracy compared to spring & poppet spunding valves Comes complete with ball lock QD, Duotight adapter, and rigid joiner With this complete kit you'll be ready to use the BlowTie 2 Spunding Valve right out of the box. The BlowTie is used to release excess pressure on a pressurized fermenter or from a receiving keg during pressure transfers. This diaphragm spunding valve is much more accurate than the spring and poppet style, and works much better at lower pressures. This version of the Spunding Valve Kit includes the CM Becker Ball Lock QD, often considered the finest quality in plastic ball lock quick disconnects, and an 8 mm Duotight Flare Adapter for connecting to the BlowTie. The BlowTie 2 can also be upgraded with a Digital Mini Pressure Gauge. What's Included: FermZilla 30L All Rounder Fermenter Stainless Steel Stand Stainless Steel Handle Top Lid with PRV (35 psi) 3-Piece Airlock Adhesive Thermometer (1) Red Ball Lock Carbonation Cap (1) Yellow Ball Lock Carbonation Cap Use one color for gas and one for liquid! When not under pressure, it is perfectly safe to transfer liquid into the tank below 131°F or to use hot liquids below this temp to clean the tank. When under pressure, you should make sure to keep your unit in an environment no hotter than 95°F and to keep your fermentation temperature below this temp as well. If you are using kveik yeast to ferment under pressure, we highly recommend using temperature control. Installation Note: For best performance with your Floating Dip Tube, ensure there is not an excess amount of slack when the silicone dip tube is installed and shorten it if needed. With the floating dip tube installed on your empty FermZilla, you ideally want the dip tube to hang freely with just enough length for the end of the dup tube to touch the bottom of the tank. NOTE: FermZilla tanks are marked with a manufacturer’s “expiry date”.

  • Carbonation & Line Cleaning Cap - Ball Lock Cap - Yellow Plastic - Ball Lock Quick Disconnect (QD) (Bev/Gas Compatible) Carbonation & Line Cleaning Cap - Ball Lock Cap - Yellow Plastic - Ball Lock Quick Disconnect (QD) (Bev/Gas Compatible)

Carbonation and Line Cleaning Ball Lock Quick Disconnect (QD) Cap - Yellow Plastic

    4 reviews

This plastic ball lock cap features soda bottle threads, allowing you to convert a 1 or 2 liter soda bottle into a convenient travel growler. The ball lock is compatible with both gas and beverage disconnects, so you can charge the PET bottle before you leave the house and dispense on the go. Attach 3/16" or 1/4" ID tubing to the barb to serve as your dip tube and you're all set! These caps also work great for quickly and conveniently cleaning your draft lines. Mix up a small batch of line cleaning solution in a soda bottle, attach the ball lock cap, and then connect it to your beverage line. Place a bucket below your tap to catch the cleaning solution and open your faucet. Then simply turn the bottle upside down and squeeze it to push solution through your line and out the faucet. You can also choose to pressurize the bottle first, but squeezing the solution through is just as effective. Fermenting with the FermZilla? This is the same ball lock fitting included with the FermZilla Pressure Kit and it's also compatible with the FermZilla Collection Container. If you use the collection container to add dry hops, attach one of these caps and you'll be able purge the container of oxygen before opening the dump valve to introduce the hops. Attach some tubing and diffusion stone and you can oxygenate your wort through the collection container as well! When using two ball lock caps, we recommend pairing this yellow plastic cap with a red plastic cap so you can easily identify which caps are being used for liquid or gas. The barb is Duotight compatible. If you'd like to use the cap with 8 mm OD EVABarrier tubing, see DUO10. For a stainless steel option see KG50. Duotight BlowTie 2 | Diaphragm Spunding Valve | Built-In Pressure Gauge | 0-15 PSI | 8 mm Duotight

    26 reviews

Automatically release pressure inside your fermenter during pressure fermentations Regulate beer flow during pressurized transfers from fermenter to keg Built-in pressure gauge for easy reference when adjusting the spunding valve Pressure gauge is interchangeable—swap to different pressure ranges that better suit your application Diaphragm spunding valves offer higher accuracy compared to spring & poppet spunding valves 8 mm Duotight inlet/outlet for use with 8 mm OD EVABarrier tubing or 8 mm Rigid Joiners The Blow Tie Spunding Valve is used to release excess pressure on a pressurized fermenter or from a receiving keg during pressure transfers. This diaphragm spunding valve is much more accurate than the spring and poppet style, and works much better at lower pressures. The BlowTie 2 features an integrated pressure gauge so you can quickly and easily dial in your pressure setting. The analog gauge is removable and can be swapped out with a gauge of a different pressure range or it can be swapped out for the Digital Mini Pressure Gauge. Pressure Fermentation Pressure fermentation is becoming more and more popular at the homebrew level, but in order to do it safely and accurately you need a way to release excess pressure. You'll pressurize your vessel to your desired psi, but once fermentation begins and those hungry, active yeast start creating CO2, the pressure inside the vessel will increase. Attach a spunding valve and set it to your desired pressure, and it will blow off when the pressure gets too high and close up again when it's back to your desired psi. Set Up The BlowTie spunding valve comes with 8 mm Duotight fittings on the inlet and outlet, and we recommend using it with EVABarrier 8 mm OD tubing (D1717 or D1718). You'll also need the flare Duotight fitting (DUO106) in order to attach it to a ball lock or pin lock disconnect. Dialing in your desired pressure is even easier with the BlowTie 2, thanks to the integrated pressure gauge. Simply start with the adjustment knob fully closed, then slowly open it until the gauge reading matches your desired pressure setting. Specifications: Made from food grade acetal Stainless screws Easily disassembles for cleaning 8mm (5/16") Duotight fittings at both ends Interchangeable pressure gauge Gauge reads from 0-15 psi WARNING: Do not exceed gauge pressure. Exceeding the pressure range will damage the gauge. Kegland Part number: KL15042

Easily take your beer anywhere while keeping it protected from UV! Each case contains 300 cans and lids which is enough for about 25 gallons of beer Compatible with the Cannular Can Seamer when used with 330ml table spacer (CAN103) BPA free liner Aluminum cans offer 100% protection from UV and other wavelengths of light that are harmful to beer. Seamed cans form a much better seal, which can prevent these issues Aside from better protection, aluminum cans are undoubtedly the safest option for sharing and enjoying your homebrew. Bring your canned creations tailgating, camping, boating, or crack a few open poolside without the worry of broken glass! To use these cans with the Cannular Can Seamer you will also need the CAN103 table spacer. 330ml/11.1 oz aluminum cans Each case contains 300 cans and lids 202 end diameter beverage cans with B64 lids One case is enough for roughly five 5-gallon batches of beer Compatible with the Cannular Can Seamer when used with 330ml table spacer (CAN103) BPA free liner Please note that empty aluminum cans are very delicate, and up to 5% of the cans are likely to be dented or damaged in transit. If the cans were packed in a more protective (more expensive) cardboard box, the cost per can would be more expensive than simply having some dented/sacrificial cans arrive. • Digital Mini Pressure Gauge - 0-90 psi Digital Mini Pressure Gauge - 0-90 psi

Digital Mini Pressure Gauge (0-90 psi)

    29 reviews

Get instant pressure reads with the back illuminated Digital Mini Pressure Gauge from KegLand. Swap out the analog pressure gauge on your Core 360 Mini CO2 Regulator, BlowTie 2 Spunding Valve, or Duotight In-Line Regulator. With a 0-90 psi pressure range, the Digital Mini Gauge is suitable for a wide range of applications. KegLand has developed the world's most compact mini digital gauge with backlight illumination. This very compact design retains high accuracy while still meeting the desirable small form factor. This meets the growing need as mini keg systems, mini regulators and other more compact keg dispensing solutions are required. Traditional analog gauges require a small capillary mechanism where a small pipe expands and unravels under pressure. This in turn drives a mechanical cog to rotate the gauge needle. This age-old technique works quite well especially in large gauges but as this mechanism is manufactured smaller and smaller a tradeoff between accuracy and size becomes the issue. With very small gauges such as a 27mm x 27mm Mini Gauge, it's difficult to make them better than 10% accuracy due to the physical constraints of the mechanical components. Only requires a 6W pump to spin the rotating head and get full effectiveness Easily adapted for use to clean fermenters and other vessels Finally! A CIP spray head designed specifically for use with smaller homebrew pumps. There are a lot of stainless steel CIP Spray Balls readily available for homebrewers but they require a fairly beefy pump to spin the head and make it effective. The new Low Volume CIP Spray Rotor can provide full spray coverage with as little flow rate as 3 gallons per minute. This makes cleaning your BrewZilla an absolute breeze by simply recirculating cleaning chemicals and letting the CIP Rotor spray down the inside of your brewery. Also a great option for brewers using the MKII Magnetic Drive Pump as the spray head can easily be adapted to clean all sorts of fermenters. What Can it Do? This means the surface area that the gas pushes against while the diaphragm is closed is significantly closer to the surface area it pushes against when the diaphragm is open. This leads to higher accuracy, and the remaining pressure after excess gas is released will be much closer to your set blow off pressure. Kit Includes: BlowTie 2 w/ Integrated Pressure Gauge (0-15 psi) 8 mm Duotight Gray Ball Lock Disconnect 8 mm OD Rigid Plastic Joiner

    FermZilla All Rounder Stand Harness

    30 reviews

This handy little strap will make cleaning and transporting your FermZilla All Rounder 30L or 60L an absolute breeze. Simply attach through both sections of the base in the orientation you wish. Slide up and out of the little buckle pieces making sure that the buckle is facing towards you, then strap in and strap down! Please note that the harness does not include handles. • Blowtie Diaphragm Spunding Valve - Adjustable PRV - 8mm Duotight Blowtie Diaphragm Spunding Valve - Adjustable PRV - 8mm Duotight

Duotight BlowTie | Diaphragm Spunding Valve | 0-40 PSI | 8 mm Duotight

    16 reviews

Automatically release pressure inside your fermenter during pressure fermentations Regulate beer flow during pressurized transfers from fermenter to keg Diaphragm spunding valves offer higher accuracy compared to spring & poppet spunding valves 8 mm Duotight inlet/outlet for use with 8 mm OD EVABarrier tubing or 8 mm Rigid Joiners The Blow Tie Spunding Valve is used to release excess pressure on a pressurized fermenter or from a receiving keg during pressure transfers. This diaphragm spunding valve is much more accurate than the spring and poppet style, and works much better at lower pressures. Dialing in your desired pressure is very simple. Although you would ideally use the BlowTie with the Push-In Pressure Gauge (D1160) and Duotight Tee Fitting (DUO109), as seen in the example photo, you can easily set the blow off pressure without it. To do this, simply pressurize an empty keg to your desired psi using your CO2 regulator. Before attaching the BlowTie to the gas post, be sure to turn the dial clockwise until it is fully closed. Once attached, slowly turn the dial counterclockwise until gas starts coming out, then slightly turn the dial back to stop the gas flow. The BlowTie is now set to your desired pressure. Specifications: Made from food grade acetal Stainless screws Easily disassembles for cleaning 8mm (5/16") Duotight fittings at both ends 0-40 psi pressure rating Please note: the BlowTie does not come with the pictured accessories. Please see "You Might Also Need" below for the other products shown in the example photo. Kegland Part number: KL03643

  • Cannular Pro Semi Auto Bench Top Can Seamer (24V) Cannular Pro Semi Auto Bench Top Can Seamer (24V)

Cannular Pro Bench Top Can Seamer | Semi Automatic Can Seamer | 16 oz 202 Can Compatible | Adaptable for 32 oz Crowlers

    45 reviews

The Cannular Pro is a semi-automatic can seamer that is easy to use, reliable, and beautifully simple. Whether you're a brewery looking to offer canned beer to go or a homebrewer wanting to keep your creations fresh and fully protected from light, the Cannular is the answer. This bench top unit is one of the most compact and easy to use can seamers you'll find. The Cannular only requires one person to operate, and each can takes roughly 3 seconds to seam. With a two-person team, one filling and one seaming, the Cannular becomes a suitable option for nano breweries doing small canning production runs. Cannular Pro vs. Manual Unit This new Semi-Auto Pro model will guarantee you get a consistent seaming process every time. Unlike the less expensive manual can seamer, this machine has no lever for the seaming operation, meaning it's even easier for the operator to seam the can consistently and will not vary on how hard the operator is pulling the lever. Another major difference is that the Cannular Pro's table spacer is specially designed to work with all standard 202 cans, including the industry favorite 16 oz (473ml) and 12 oz (355 ml) cans, as well as our 500ml (16.9 oz) and 330ml (11.2 oz) Can Fresh Aluminum Cans. Unlike the manual model that requires a secondary table spacer for use with 330ml cans, the Pro model features an adjustable platform, allowing you to raise or lower the table spacer depending on what size can you're seaming. It is necessary to adjust the table height to ensure you have the appropriate amount of pressure applied when the can lift is raised. The Cannular Pro can be adapted for use with 32 oz Crowlers (Ball 300 can/end). To seam Ball 300 end/lid type oversized aluminium cans you will need to purchase the required Chuck for 1L (32 oz) Crowlers separately (coming soon). The Cannular Pro can also be adapted for use with Tin Plated Steel Cans for food packaging applications. The table spacer is designed to accept these 100mm cans, but you will need to purchase the required 100mm Chuck separately. Operation: The beauty of the Cannular lies in how truly simple it is to operate, and the semi-automatic pro model makes canning beer even easier. With only three points of operation, it only takes a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the machine. The seaming process is as follows: Place lid atop the can and place the can on the table spacer Turn the platform lever clockwise to raise the can to the seamer Press the seaming operation button then wait for the can to stop spinning Turn the platform lever counterclockwise to lower the can That's all there is to it! Construction: The Cannular was designed to be compact, durable, and safe to operate in a wet environment. The platform assembly is made from 304 grade stainless steel, so no matter how messy your canning gets, there's no need to worry about rusting or degradation. The body of the unit is made from hammered sheet metal and fastened together with stainless steel screws. Rubber feet help keep the unit from slipping and sliding while in use. In addition, the Cannular features built-in brackets near the feet so you have the option to mount the machine to your counter or benchtop. The Cannular runs off of 24V DC power via the Anderson socket located on the back. This lower voltage was chosen specifically to make the unit as safe to use in a wet environment as possible. Power: As noted above, the Cannular comes with a 24V DC Anderson socket located on the back of the unit. It does not, however, include a cord and plug. This unit uses the more powerful Pro Model Power Supply, which provides enough power to seam tin plated steel cans as well as aluminum cans. Why Cans? So why can when you can bottle? There's no doubt that canning has become a more and more popular format for packaging beer among craft breweries over the last several years, and with good reason. Aluminum cans aren't just more environmentally friendly than bottles, since cans require less energy to transport and recycle, they're also much better at protecting the quality of the beer. Whereas bottles allow in light, which leads to skunking, aluminum cans offer 100% protection from UV and other wavelengths of light that are harmful to beer. Seamed cans, on the other hand, form a much better seal that can prevent these issues. Of course, it's important to make sure that the can is purged of oxygen before being filled, and that the can lid is sealed atop foam to eliminate oxygen from the headspace. Aside from all the "sciency stuff", cans are just plain safer. Take your beer backpacking, camping, or poolside and rest assured that broken glass won't ruin your day! Specifications: Power: 250W 24V DC Rated Speed: 3300 RPM Gearbox Ratio: 9.8 : 1 Dimensions: 16" L x 9.5" W x 21" H Weight: 40 lbs Splash guard not included Max Can Height: 7.75" (197mm) Please note the pictured splash guard is not included with the seamer. Please see CAN106 to add the splash guard to your order. Please note: When you receive your cannular the rollers have been set and tested at the factory. They should not need adjustment for 100,000 cans when using only Can Fresh brand cans. We recommend testing at least 4 cans to verify the calibration. The table, however, comes unadjusted and getting it set up correctly is very important to getting a proper seal. Cannular's test show that a minimum 0.4mm (.015") actual overlap is needed to seal to 90 PSI. The proper table tension takes a little practice and expect to waste a few cans getting it dialed in. Once you learn the proper tension re-adjusting it is very quick and easy. You want the tension to be tight but not so tight as to dent the can. Use cans at your fill height with water for proper tension adjustment. Kegland Part number: KL15769
