  • Enolandia - Bottle Filler with Removable Spring (3/8 in.)

Bottle Filler with Removable Spring - 3/8 in.

    50 reviews

Add convenience and reduce the mess of bottling with this bottling wand!   Say goodbye to the days of just running a tube from your bottling bucket's spigot into the bottom of the bottle. A bottling wand starts its flow when you press the wand tip against the bottom of the bottle, and stops when you lower the bottle away from it. No more having to fiddle with the spigot during bottling, and no more mess from the dripping hose between bottles!   What does this bottle filler have that the rest don't? A removable tip and spring that make this model easy to sanitize. Plus, the nozzle spring can be removed if you prefer the action of a springless bottle filler. The actual "wand" on the filler is 12 inches long.   The plastic end fits nicely into our FE346 spigot, or it can be removed to attach 3/8" ID tubing.

  • Plastic Bucket With Spigot (6 Gallon) Plastic Bucket With Spigot (6 Gallon)

MoreBeer!® 6 Gallon Bucket | Food Grade Plastic Fermenter | Bottling Bucket w/ Spigot | Volume Markers

    56 reviews

Perfect for use as a 5-gallon batch beer fermenter or bottling bucket Inlcuded plastic spigot for easy gravity transfers or attaching a bottle filling wand Sediment blocker on the spigot's back locking nut helps minimize trub pickup when racking out after fermentation Once you've upgraded to a carboy or other fermenter, the bucket will remain a reliable brewing tool for cleaning and sanitizing purposes External volume markers provide a convenient reference point when filling the bucket with water to make cleaner or sanitizer solution A six gallon food grade bucket for fermentation or bottling with a built in spigot and external volume markings up to five gallons.  Outlet barb accepts 3/8" ID vinyl tubing.  To use as a fermenter you will need to pick up the optional lid, stopper, and an airlock.  Includes our new Sediment Block Spigot, which will help minimize trub uptake as you rack after fermentation.  If using this as a bottling bucket, simply rotate the spigot to maximize product output.  Spigot includes gasket and sediment blocking lock nut and can easily be removed for cleaning and sanitizing. If you use the bucket for fermentation be sure to use care when cleaning. Do not use any abrasive pads that would scratch. Once you get a scratch in a plastic bucket it is very hard to sanitize.  This is also why we don't recommend storing equipment in a bucket between uses as a fermenter. A hot PBW soak is often a perfect way to clean a bucket, followed by a Star San soak for killing bacteria. Bucket has external volume markings up to 5 gallons. 17.5" H x 12" Ø Please Note: Buckets are translucent and do not come with lids Buckets are not designed to hold pressure Lids are not gasketed and so do not always form a perfect, airtight seal. Not intended for long-term storage Food-Grade to 180°

  • Tapcooler - Counter Pressure Bottle Filler Tapcooler - Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

    Tapcooler Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

    27 reviews

The Tapcooler Counter Pressure Bottle Filler is an all-new, easy-to-use bottling device! Allows you to perfectly bottle beer from a forward-sealing beer faucet without CO2 loss Purge bottles and headspace with CO2 to keep oxygen out, prolonging the life of your beer Perfect for bottling for competitions, sending bottles home with friends, or to take on the go! Easy to setup and super easy clean. For a Duotight-compatible filler, check out the NukaTap Counter Pressure Bottle Filler The Tapcooler Counter Pressure Bottle Filler is the best way to quickly and easily fill bottles of homebrew directly from your draft system. No need to mess with alternate liquid lines or other complex contraptions. Just slide the Tapcooler into any forward sealing faucet (such as a Perlick, Intertap, or Nukatap) hook up a CO2 line, and you're ready to roll. Whether you're filling bottles for a competition or just grabbing a couple to share with your friends, the Tapcooler is quick and easy to use, and will help maintain the flavor, aroma, and carbonation level of your beer so it tastes the same out of the bottle as it would out of the tap. A counter pressure bottle filler is the best tool for bottling, as the bottle is under pressure while the carbonated beer flows in, which results in a minimal loss of the CO2 in solution. The Tapcooler improves upon the standard counter pressure filler, as it plugs directly into your draft faucet. Other counter pressure solutions require you to hook up a separate liquid line, which is not something standard draft systems have setup and requires additional time to prep. With the Tapcooler, you can have it setup and ready to go in less than a minute! The Tapcooler design is also advantageous because after you are done filling the bottle, it stays in place hooked up to your faucet while other fillers require you to set the unit aside and pick it back up again for the next bottle. Connecting your CO2 line is also a snap. You can either hook up directly with a 3/16" push-fit line, or connect your line to the included barb fitting. You can also purchase the gas ball lock adapter (KEG881), which gives you the ability to attach a gas-in disconnect directly to the filler unit. We highly recommend picking up this optional accessory! The Tapcooler is designed to fill beer and CO2 from the bottom of the bottle through the telescoping bottle connection tube. First CO2 flows down into the bottom of the bottle to flush from the bottom up. Next you open the tap and beer flows down the same tube, filling from the bottom up. The result is a more effective purging of oxygen and little to no foam during the filling process. The telescoping bottle connection tube allows you to fill bottles as small as 4.5" tall and up to 12.5" tall. You can fill taller bottles with the Tapcooler, but the tube will not reach the bottom of the bottle, which can lead to some splashing. When filling wide mouth containers, a bottle stopper of suitable size and with a 9 mm hole can be used as an adapter. The filler features a push button CO2 purge valve, which allows you to purge the bottle of oxygen before and after filling. It also includes an adjustable pressure relief valve, giving you the ability to change the filling speed. The pressure relief valve also acts as an overflow port for excess beer or foam to escape when filling. One of the best features of the Tapcooler is that it's super easy to clean. Cleaning other bottle fillers can be a chore and take lots of time. The Tapcooler comes apart easily and allows you to clean all parts effectively and easily after each use. All metal parts that come into contact with your beer are made from 304 stainless steel. The barb and ball lock CO2 adapters are made of aluminum. Finally, the Tapcooler comes chock full of optional accessories that will adapt your filler perfectly to your setup. See the "You Might Also Need" section below for list of accessories! Forward-Sealing Faucet Compatibility Tapcooler fits Intertap, Nukatap, Ultratap, Vent-Matic, and Perlick 600 series faucets. These fillers can be converted to fit Perlick 500 series with the optional tap connector (KEG887). Cannot be used with ventilated beer taps, i.e. non-forward sealing beer taps. Features: Hooks up directly to any forward sealing faucet for quick and easy use. Quick setup and easy maintenance. Perfect for bottling for competitions, sending bottles home with friends, or just to have some bottles on the go! A range of accessories are offered for more range and easier use! Purge bottles with CO2 before and after filling for longer lasting beer! Pressure relief valve allows for control over filling speed and allows excess foam to escape for the perfect pour every time! Made from 304 stainless steel Easy to use and clean!

  • Bottle Capper - Emily - Red Plastic Bottle Capper - Emily - Red Plastic

    Emily Bottle Capper

    39 reviews

This capper is perfect for the brewer that is tight on storage space or doesn't feel like hauling out the big floor capper! The Emily hand capper is one of those pieces of equipment that a homebrewer must have.   Made by Ferrari of Italy this is the classic smooth operating, easy to use hand capper. It is made from self-lubricating Nylon and is surprisingly strong. The unique patented design has a gear driven head that makes capping a breeze since less overall force is required. This model is popular with homebrewers for several reasons. It is lighter than metal cappers. It has wider handles making it easier to operate. A built in spring allows the capping mechanism to automatically retract when capping is completed. The built-in magnet allows the cap to be positioned in the capping head and then applied to the bottle rather applying the cap on top of the bottle first.   This is made in Italy and not in China like some other red models sold on the market. We tested the Chinese models and they break more often. The Emily has been sold at MoreBeer! since our start in 1995.   Also caps American sparking wine bottles by removing and reversing the metal jaws.

Plastic Spigot For Bucket (With Sediment Block)

As far as bucket spigots go, this is about as cool as you get. First, unlike many other designs, these spigots don't leak (bonus).  Second it rotates even when sealed so it won't hit the table or floor (duh!). Third the outlet barb has two different diameters so that you can attach  3/8" or 1/2" tubing (thats cool). The interior nut on these spigots also have a unique design where the opening can be rotated up to effectively block sediment if used in a bucket for fermentation or can be rotated down when used in a bottling bucket (genius).  These are also just beefier than other spigots on the market.

  • Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

    Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

    67 reviews

The counter pressure bottle filler that sets the standard for filling beer bottles at home.  With a unique one way valve and adjustable pressure relief you will be bottling sediment free homebrew with ease.   If you currently carbonate and store your homebrew in kegs, you can use a counter pressure filler to bottle beer directly from your kegs. One huge advantage of this method is that since you are bottling already carbonated, clear beer, there will be no sediment at the bottom of your bottles. Counter pressure bottle filling is how a brewery bottles beer. The bottle is under pressure while the carbonated beer flows in. Because the interior of the bottle is pressurized there is minimal loss of the CO2 in solution. The opposite of filling under pressure is when you pour a beer into a pint glass where CO2 erupts out of solution creating all that foam. Great in your glass but not good when you are trying to bottle carbonated beer. Our counter pressure filler mimics a single filling head on a professional bottling line, a concept that we all know works very, very well. Made by Fermentap, the design has two unique features. Number 1 it is the only model made entirely from stainless steel. Number 2 you flush and fill from the bottom of the bottle. Beer barb is 3/16". Gas barb is 5/16". Features While some models flush the bottle from the top and fill from the bottom, our unit features a special valve that allows CO2 and beer to flow down the same stainless tube, directly to the bottom of the bottle. First CO2 flows down into the bottom of the bottle to flush from the bottom up. Next you switch the valve position and beer flows down the same tube, filling from the bottom up. The result is a more effective purging of oxygen and no foam during the filling process - not to mention that the whole thing takes one-hand to operate! Why hope that you flushed your bottle properly using a type of beer gun, when you can know for sure that you have created the best environment for your beer to be stored at by using a Counter Pressure Bottle Filler? More Details The unit is inserted into the bottle in the off position. The valve is then turned to CO2 to flush the bottle and then to beer for filling. The adjustable pressure relief on the side of the unit allows you control the speed of fill by adjusting the pressure in the bottle. The valve is positioned in such a way that it is easy to use with one hand, while the other holds the bottle. This model is designed for 12oz bottles but can easily be extended to accommodate larger bottles, such as 22oz, with a small piece of 1/4" tubing. Setting Your PSI Pressure Before you counter pressure fill a bottle make sure you are satisfied with the carbonation level and flavor. The goal for counter pressure bottle filling is to store your beer in the most sanitary and clean environment possible so when you get ready to share your homebrew its presentation is perfect when you go to pour. An ideal set point to set your PSI level on your regulator is 10-14 psi. This range is dependent upon the temperature of your beer and the carbonation level. We recommend you start at a lower pressure around 10psi for the first 2-3 bottles to make sure you get everything dialed in before committing to filling a whole case. Make sure your keg is always kept cold. If your keg warms up you will have foaming issues.

  • Corks - Belgian Corks - PLACEHOLDER

    Belgian Corks for Bottles

    18 reviews

Give your homebrewed Belgians an authentic finishing touch!    You will love the old world look you get when you seal your Belgian beer bottles with corks and a wire hood. These corks are made specifically for use with Belgian beer bottles. Our corks are brewery-grade. They are also very dense and give a great seal. They work well with our Floor Corker (W410). A hand corker will not work with these corks.    A long-time customer - John Francisco - told us a tip that he uses when he corks his Belgian beers - put a #7 stopper (FE440) over the plunger rod of the corker so that only 1 3/4" of the rod is exposed. This will stop the cork from going into the bottle too far. A wire hood can then be fastened over the remaining 6/8" - 7/8" of cork sticking out of the bottle. We have tried this and it works great!    Attention: These corks come sanitary in the bag ready to be corked into a bottle. Do not sanitize or boil these or you will ruin the integrity of the cork.  1 5/8" L x 1" D
