This is the modern copy of the old 1/4" Turn Valves (Zwickle). It has a ledge to attach a pigtail or a CO2 checker. The valve is designed to clean in place as long as the valve remains open for the cleaning cycle.

This Reactor Rod was custom built to be used with the 1 bbl MoreBeer! Pro Conical Fermenter, but can easily be integrated to other vessels with a 4" tri-clamp top port. Unlike other in-solution cooling coils on the market, the Reactor Rod utilizes a straight vertical design. Without all the curves and bends of a cooling coil, it is easier to scrub and sanitize the unit prior to setup and after use. The four cooling rods are 32" long measured from the bottom of the T.C. fitting.
This hydrator features a grain input port on the top and a tangential Hot Liquor input. It provides a good initial mix but does not eliminate the need to stir.

The MB T.C. spunding valve will give you the highest level of accuracy when fermenting under pressure. Designed for use with any pressurizable stainless steel conical with 1.5" T.C. top ports. For larger units, the spunding valve can also be integrated into the blowoff pipework and used with a pressure gauge and tri-clamp tee. The polycarbonate cylinder that surrounds the spunding valve can be filled with water or sanitizer to keep your tank 100% sanitary throughout the fermentation process.
