2" tri-clamp pressure relief valve. Calibrated to blow off at 2 BAR or 29 PSI.
This is the modern copy of the old 1/4" Turn Valves (Zwickle). It has a ledge to attach a pigtail or a CO2 checker. The valve is designed to clean in place as long as the valve remains open for the cleaning cycle.
Note: The valve has a small pocket in the moving part that traps wort when closed so we don't recomend these for active fermentations.
This is a replacement option for the sample valve for MB conical fermenters and brite tanks.
Made from a brand new 15.5 gal. keg with a 4" tri-clamp opening
1" yeast piping for easily moving dense yeast

The MoreBeer! Pro Yeast Brink is made with pro brewers in mind brewing up to 10 barrel batches. The yeast piping gives you a 1" passage to the bottom of a keg to make moving even the thickest yeasts a breeze. There is an adjustable PRV in case you need to lower the pressure for long term storage. The yeast piping is welded into the keg 4" TC keg lid, making for quick and easy inspecting and cleaning. The dip tube is about an inch from the bottom of the keg to help keep non-yeast solids that separate out from transferring with your repitch.

Make quick work of transferring finished beer from fermenter to kegs with the easy-to-operate four station manual keg filler
Optional Keg Filling FOBs stop flow automatically once the keg is full, eliminating waste and making it even easier for a single person to operate the filler
Sight glass at the inlet allows you to monitor beer flow from the fermenter—check if you're pulling yeast or breaking CO2 out of solution
Elevated sample port for purging air from the system before filling runs
Made from high-quality Stainless Steel tri-clamp fittings, custom-welded stand, and reinforced silicone tubing
Shorten the time it takes to do your least favorite task with the MB Keg Filler. Our Keg Filler was designed by renowned brewmaster Colin Kaminski to make filling kegs a simple process that can be completed quickly. Connect your tank to the keg filler via the 1.5" butterfly valve inlet, which will enable you to shut off flow if you run into any issues. Monitor flow with the sight glass to see if you're pulling yeast, if there's air present in the system, or if CO2 is breaking out of solution because you're filling too quickly. The highest point in the filler is a plunger-style sample valve sitting at the opposite end, allowing you purge air out of the system and minimize oxidation. The high-quality stainless steel keg couplers have had the check valves removed so beer and CO2 can flow backwards when needed. Reinforced silicone tubing on the beer-out side offers more protection when cleaning and sanitizing the system with hot solution. Clear vinyl on the gas-out side operates as a sight glass to let you know what's happening in the keg—foam in the tubing indicates you're filling too quickly, while beer in the tubing indicates the keg is full.
The Manual Keg Filler is available with or without a Keg Filler FOB on each filling line. See the instructions below for operating the keg filling FOBs.

The German made 2/3 horse power MB Chiller is an ideal solution for nano breweries looking to chill up to 4 fermenters at once.
The idea of the MiniChilly is that for each fermenter you want to a chill a pump kit is added. A pump kit (GLY355) includes a submersible pump that is placed in the cold bath of the Mini Chilly along with a digital controller that is placed next to your fermenter. Silicone tubing is included to make the connections. The digital controller includes a thermal probe that should be inserted into a thermal well in your vessel or can be taped to the outside of the vessel if you don't have a thermal well. The digital controller then measures the temperature of your tank and turns the submersible pump on or off to cool the liquid in your vessel to the desired set temperature. In this way each tank can be set at different temperatures.
The MiniChilly is made by Quantor/Kreyer of Germany who is the largest manufacturer of glycol systems for breweries and wineries in the world. Made with high quality manufacturing and components, the MiniChilly is a durable system for many years of problem-free brewing.
The unit features a stainless steel case with stainless 3/8" barbs in the top that allow for a clean connection of the silicone tubing that will run from each pump to each tank. The MiniChilly is able to chill its reservoir down to 21°F when a 30% glycol solution is used. The compact size and included casters make it easy to move around the brewery when needed.
Applications:
Cooling of Fermentation
Cold Crashing for Brite Tanks
Maintain Lagering Temperatures
Compatibility:
The MiniChilly can be used with any fermenter that has a built-in cooling jacket or a submersed cooling coil. It works well as the cooling source for the following systems and fermenters.
Ss Brewtech Fermenters and Brites with optional FTS Temperature Control Systems: Because FTS systems include a pump and controller you will not need to buy a separate Glycol Pump Kit.
Spike Conical with Optional Cooling Package - Because the optional Spike cooling system includes a pump and controller you will not need to buy a separate Glycol Pump Kit.
Speidel Tanks with Optional Cooling Jackets - You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each tank.
Grainfather Fermenters - Grainfather fermenters have standard cooling jackets. You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each fermenter
Blichmann Fermenators with Optional Cooling Coil - You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each Fermenator.
Capacity:
Many chiller ratings are based on the theoretical power of the compressor, while the cooling capacity of the MiniChilly is rated at a realistic ambient temperature. This is much more useful for predicting the MiniChilly’s performance in real world applications. Of course, you could cool a greater number of smaller tanks but you’re ultimately limited to the 3 connections. Actual cooling capacities will vary based on the insulation of the tank. For the examples below we assume neoprene or better.
Cooling Capacity Example:
Up to 5 1bbl (31 Gallon) tanks fermenting at 68°F in 80°F ambient temperature. For every fermenter you want to cold crash remove 4 fermenting fermenters from the capacity. Note there is only hooks ups for 4 fermenters.
Set Up:
In order to hook up the MiniChilly to your fermenter or tank's cooling system, you will need 4 lengths of tubing per pump. All tubing connections should be secured with hose clamps.
Length 1: Submersible pump outlet to inner barb of 1st bulkhead
Length 2: Outer barb of 1st bulkhead to cooling system inlet
Length 3: Cooling system outlet to outer barb of 2nd bulkhead
Length 4: Inner barb of 2nd bulkhead to MiniChilly reservoir (should drain freely, no connection necessary)
