BrewBuilt® X3 Jacketed Uni Conical Fermenter

    1 review

No Need to Upgrade Later, The X3 Comes Fully Loaded: Built-in external cooling jacket with 1.5" TC Ports Neoprene jacket for insulation Pressure Pack lid with floating dip tube, draft style QD connections for sampling/serving, and an extra 1.5" TC for hop bongs. The Clear Flex Chamber Bottom Dump allows you to see fermentation, collect and remove trub, and has added ports for purging, oxygenating, carbing and more... so flexible. Highest quality mirror polish finish inside and out Welded, ground and polished interior welds are the very highest quality and the ultimate for sanitation New Features: Professional 8” Tri-Clamp lid replaces the need for a complicated band clamp to attach the lid Four crossbar reinforced legs, that flare out, create the most stable base and more access to the front fittings and dump system Horizontal ports on the cone, just like pro tanks, allowing your racking arm, carbstone, and thermometer to have a horizontal placement in your tank. This allows for smaller minimum batch sizes, better carbonation, and more 3" oversized bottom port and Butterfly Valve with 3” tri-clamp Flex Chamber collection vessel The new X3 from BrewBuilt sets the new standard for quality. We guarantee that you will love the fit and finish of the X3 Uni Jacketed Conical. Made entirely of 304 stainless steel, with flawless welds and a dazzling mirror-polish finish inside and out that is simply the best. The BrewBuilt X3 Uni is easy to sanitize and even easier on the eyes. It is definitely Instagram worthy! #BrewBuilt External Cooling Jacket When it comes to temperature control for a homebrew conical fermenter the holy grail has been an external cooling jacket. Internal cooling coils have long been the answer and while they are simpler to make and relatively inexpensive, they are harder to clean and have issues cold crashing in warm environments. The BrewBuilt X3 Jacketed Conical offers maximum cooling power without any compromise of sanitation. 8” Tri-Clamp Top Port New to the X3, the 8” Tri-Clamp lid is rock solid and easy to use. The 8” opening allows plenty of space to still get in and clean the inside of the conical by hand if desired. A unique 8”, three-piece, tri-clamp is used to make sealing the top very easy and very secure. Extra Large 3” T.C. Dump Valve The largest in the industry. Dry hop to your heart's desire. Try as they might, hopheads will have a hard time clogging this conical. With an oversized 3" bottom port, you’ll have all the clearance you need (and even more than some pro brewers) to drop out your dry hop additions with ease. The slick mirror-polish finish on the inside allows flocculating yeast to collect neatly at the bottom of the cone as they slide right down the smooth interior walls. The butterfly dump valve integrates perfectly with the optional Flex Chamber Collection Jar and Yeast Harvester. Reinforced Four-Leg Foundation There’s a common complaint about the tippiness of three-legged units. Three legs may be fine when the fermenter is sitting still on an even surface, but users are often forced to purchase a bracing shelf for more stability if they add casters or leg extensions. A conical is only as worthy as its foundation, so BrewBuilt modeled the X3 after professional-level brewery tanks with a four-leg, reinforced base. This seemingly small design feature is more expensive to produce, but it's what makes the X3 conical exceedingly stable when compared to other models. When you fill up your fermenter with delicious fresh wort, you want to trust the vessel that’s holding your latest creation. Brewers shouted from the mountaintops that they wanted stronger, sturdier legs right out of the box that doesn’t require an additional bracing shelf. The four-leg, welded-bar reinforced system is absolutely rock solid. This is an especially critical feature if you plan to add rolling casters so you can easily glide the fermenter around your brewery. The reinforced four-leg design not only increased the stability and strength of the conical but also allows the unit to stand taller, thereby eliminating the need for extensions in almost every situation. An elbow, a sight glass, or the Flex Chamber can be mounted under the unit with room to spare. Adjustable Feet The X3 Jacketed Conical comes standard with reinforced thread-in adjustable feet. If your home brewery has uneven flooring, you can quickly and easily level out the fermenter. The feet can be swapped out with high-quality casters at any time. Flex Chamber Collection Jar - Trub Separator & Yeast Harvester Working in collaboration with KegLand, we developed the pressurizable Flex Chamber Collection Jar. It attaches directly to the butterfly dump valve and can be used for removing trub, harvesting yeast, and many other tasks. Since it's made from crystal clear Triton, you'll be able to visually monitor fermentation activity just as you would with a sight glass. Ball lock adapters can be attached to the threaded ports on either side, allowing you to connect oxygenation or carbonation stones, or flush the Flex Chamber with CO2 and use it to inject hops or other ingredients into your conical. Also, a great option for storing yeast! Simply attach a 3" T.C. end cap or PRV and store your harvested yeast in the fridge for your next fermentation. Pressure Pack with Clear Float Technology Adding pressure capability will allow you to ferment, carbonate, and even serve all in one vessel. The Pressure Pack features the unique Clear Float Technology racking tube that can be used for taking samples, transferring to keg, or serving finished beer. This innovative feature draws beer from the top down, which means you’re always pulling the clearest, most sediment-free beer possible. Using pressure to draw a sample from the floating dip tube will also eliminate the tiny bit of oxygen that would be injected into your beer every time the traditional sample valve is opened. Pressure transferring from fermenter to keg is the best way to protect your beer from oxygen when it’s at its most vulnerable state. Kegging could be considered the final hurdle in the brewing process, where limiting oxygen exposure is critical. This could mean the difference between your beer tasting great for months or tasting great for a week. Don’t take any chances. Use the Pressure Pack to keg from the top down and leave sediment behind. Other Features You’ll Love: Downward-facing Blowoff U Barb prevents blow off tubing from kinking and is much easier to remove and clean than a fixed stainless blow off Stainless steel lid clamp with single-piece molded silicone gasket In our GEN 3 redesign, we've added two more 1.5" T.C. ports to the cone and body for additional flexibility with current and upcoming product add-ons X3 Accessories: BrewBuilt Kit for Fermenting Under Pressure (Required to ferment or seal/cap an X3 with an active fermentation) The Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) that comes with the conical is not sufficient for fermentation as it can become clogged with Krausen. To ferment or seal/cap an active fermentation requires the use and safety of the Pressure Fermentation Kit. This no-compromises kit includes the same hardware you will find on a commercial unitank, including a dedicated pro level spunding valve, a sealed pressure gauge, and a dedicated commercial PRV. Read more about these key hardware features in the kit copy. Also included is liquid Foam-Axe which helps reduce Krausen. Please read and follow all special instructions that come with the kit as well as your instruction manual. Hop Bong Oxygen-Free Dry Hopping Device The Hop Bong is a versatile pressurizable tri-clamp accessory that is perfect for purging oxygen from your dry hops before dropping them into your fermenter. Load up the Hop Bong, flush it with CO2, purge out oxygen with the handy PRV on top, then simply open the Butterfly Valve to inject your beer with a 6 oz payload of dry hops. High Roller Caster Set Go mobile with this heavy-duty caster set. Your fermenter moves around the brewery a lot, so why not give it some glide? Roll from sanitizing to kettle transfer to keg transfer to cleaning with minimal effort. Moving a stainless conical around can be taxing. Give your back a break and upgrade your conical with a set of rolling casters. IceMaster Max 2 Built to pair perfectly with the IceMaster Max 2 glycol chiller. Easily and efficiently control your fermentation temperature and cold crash for conditioning and clarifying. Pair with our BrewBuilt Insulated Tubing Kit that comes complete with premium quick disconnects with shutoff valves that provide a “dry break” when they’re disconnected. Immersion Heater The X3's cone features a 2" tri-clamp port specifically for installing an Immersion Heater. The low watt density heating element gently warms your fermenting beer without scorching. A must-have for brewers living in colder climates or if you want the peace of mind that your temperature will never drop too low for your ale or kveik strains regardless of the time of year. Full List of X3 Conical Features: External Cooling Jacket with 1.5" Tri-Clamp connections Pressure Pack with Clear Float, a floating dip tube that draws beer from the top down. Flex Chamber Collection Jar, a clear, pressure capable bottom jar that allows you to see fermentation, remove trub, and connect additional accessories Neoprene insulation sleeve Wide base with 4 legs for stability 304 stainless steel construction Mirror polish finish Interior welds are the best in the business - uniquely ground and polished (1) 2“ TC port for direct immersion heaters (3) Horizontal welded cone ports (1) 8" Lid Cap Opening with 8” TC Clamp (5) 1.5" TC Lid Openings 3" TC bottom dump with 3" TC butterfly valve 1.5" Thermowell for inserting thermal probe (4) Adjustable feet Silicone tube for blow off Stainless 8” Three Piece Tri Clamp & one piece molded gasket Built-in 15 psi PRV (Not sufficient for fermentation - optional Pressure Fermentation Kit required for pressure fermentations) For volume and dimensional specs, Download the PDF. Installation Note: The Pressure Pack's Clear Float floating dip tube is sized to fit all models of the BrewBuilt Conical. Depending on the size of your fermenter, you may need to shorten the silicone tube for better performance. When installed on your empty fermenter, you ideally want the dip tube to hang freely with just enough length for the end of the dip tube to touch the bottom of the tank.

    BrewBuilt® IceMaster Max 4 | Glycol Chiller | 4 Built In Temp Controllers & Pumps | 2600btu | 110V | 8 Gal. Tank Capacity

    34 reviews

The ultimate control & precision of your fermentation process. Equipped with four built-in temperature controllers and pumps, this advanced chiller enables you to independently regulate the temperature of multiple separate fermentation vessels simultaneously, ensuring optimal conditions for different batches or styles of beer, making it a game-changer for homebrewers. 4 Built-in pumps and digital controllers Control multiple fermentation temperatures independently Fill with 20% glycol solution for optimal chilling performance Cold crash with good insulation Perfect complement to BrewBuilt X-Series Conicals The IceMaster Max 4 is designed to cool fermentations in small vessels. It features 4 built-in submersible pumps with independent digital temperature controllers and can be used with any vessel that has a glycol jacket or submersed cooling coil/rod. Each controller includes a temperature probe that should be inserted into a thermowell in your vessel or can be taped to the outside of the vessel if you don't have a thermowell. The digital controller then measures the temperature of your tank and turns the submersible pump on or off to cool to your desired set temperature. Up to four tanks can be controlled separately with one IceMaster Max 4. Compatibility The IceMaster can be used with any fermenter that has a built-in cooling jacket, added CoolStix, or a submersed cooling coil. It works well as the cooling source for the following systems and fermenters. BrewBuilt Jacketed Uni Conical - we recommend one Insulated Tubing Kit for each tank. These kits feature "dry break" quick disconnects that prevent glycol loss and the insulated tubing will increase chilling efficiency and eliminate line sweating from condensation. CoolStix - CoolStix can be added to a wide range of carboys, fermenters, and tanks and the IceMaster works really well in combination. Each CoolStix is available with or without a pump kit; for use with the IceMaster Max 4 you will only need the CoolStix and some tubing to connect it to the chiller. Ss Brewtech Fermenters and Brites - Ss BME Chronicals, BME Brites, and Unitanks come with cooling coils and neoprene as standard. The optional chilling FTSs will not be needed for use with the Max 4. The cooling coil for standard Ss Chronicals and Brew Buckets are not sold a la carte and must be purchased with a submersible pump, which is not needed for the Max 4. For standard Chronicals and Brew Buckets you might consider the IceMaster 100 for cost savings. Spike Conical with Optional Cooling Coil - the cooling coil for Spike CF series conicals is available for purchase independently from the TC-100 cooling system. For use with the Max 4 you will only need the coil and some tubing to connect it to the chiller. Speidel Tanks with Optional Cooling Jackets - You will need two lengths of tubing to connect the chiller to each tank. Grainfather Fermenters - Grainfather fermenters have standard cooling jackets. You will need two lengths of tubing for each fermenter. Blichmann Fermenators with Optional Cooling Coil - You will need two lengths of tubing for each Fermenator. Capacity It is always difficult to determine exactly how many tanks can be chilled at one time as it depends on what is happening in each tank, if the tank is insulated, and what the ambient temperature is. Cold crashing always requires the most energy and requires tank insulation. We have experimented with capacities and can provide this general guide based on a 75°F ambient and neoprene insulation. Neoprene provides a modest amount of insulation so you would obtain better results using Armaflex or a higher R rated insulation. Capacity calculated at cold crashing to a target temperature of 38°F while the ambient temperature is 75°F with neoprene insulation (double tank capacity for ale fermentation temperature control): 2 - 1BBL (31 Gallon) Jacketed Tank 2 - 1/2BBL (15-20 Gallon) Tanks 3 - 10-14 Gallon Tanks 4 - 5-7 Gallon Tanks Set Up In order to hook up the IceMaster to your fermenter or tank's cooling system, you will need 2 lengths of tubing per vessel. All tubing connections should be secured with hose clamps. • BrewBuilt SlingBlade Electric Heating Element - 240 Volt - PLACEHOLDER BrewBuilt SlingBlade Electric Heating Element - 240 Volt - PLACEHOLDER

BrewBuilt® SlingBlade Electric Heating Element (240V)

    3 reviews

The BrewBuilt SlingBlade is an innovative electric heating element designed to promote a rolling boil and even heat distribution. Shaped for Performance and Convenience The SlingBlade's unique crescent-shaped design positions all of the heating power on one side of the kettle, sending thermal energy upward to the surface that then cascades downward on the opposite side of the kettle. This movement creates a dynamic turbulence that evenly distributes heat while creating a vigorous, rolling boil. Other heating elements stick right out into the middle of the kettle or use a full circle design that rings the kettle wall. This can cause an obstruction for immersion chillers or make it difficult to stir without banging into the element. The SlingBlade was designed to avoid these issues. By remaining on one side of the kettle, the element will be out of the way of your immersion chiller, and since the element follows the curvature of the kettle wall, it won't interfere with the flow of wort during whirlpool. Ultra-Low Watt Density An electric element transfers power to your wort by applying heat, but if this heat is too concentrated you will get local heating that is hotter than 212°F. This catalyzes Maillard Reactions, which can lead to darker beer than intended and produce unwanted caramelization. Think of these reactions like roasting a marshmallow. First it gets a light brown, we call this Maillard reactions, a little hotter and it gets a dark brown, we call this caramelization, then it turns black and we call this pyrolysis (burnt or scorched). While all kettles undergo these reactions, an electric element can concentrate more heat into a small area, which can quickly scorch your wort. Our experience is that at 90-watts per square inch recipes need to be modified to account for the element and light beers never come out quite right. The SlingBlade element was designed at 50-watts per square inch to reduce the chance of scorching while still providing a vigorous boil. For even lower watt density, consider the Boil Vigor Controller. Tri-Clamp Connection The SlingBlade installs quickly and easily on any kettle with a T.C. ferrule thanks to the curved, non-circular design. This also makes it a breeze to remove the element for cleaning between uses. The SlingBlade heating elements were designed to fit perfectly with BrewBuilt brewing kettles, but you may find them suitable for other kettles as well. They should be used with T.C. ferrules no longer than 1" in length. For dimensions and recommended minimum kettle diameter, please see the chart below. BrewBuilt® CIP Spray Ball | 1.5" T.C.

    8 reviews

BrewBuilt CIP Spray Ball for use with X-Series Uni Conicals or any stainless steel fermenter with 1.5" tri-clamp fittings. The head emits a 360° fan spray that cleans above and below the spinning ball. The sharp spray easily removes soil inside your tank. The long neck design allows the spray ball to reach through tall fittings and ferrules. With a welded 90° elbow inlet, you won't have any trouble with kinked hosing slowing your pump flow and lowering the spray ball's performance. A pump capable of 30-45 psi and 11 GPM is recommended for this product to provide a high pressure cleaning radius of 3.6 ft. When used with BrewBuilt conicals, 7 GPM is enough to coat the full interior of the fermenter, but longer CIP runs might be required to fully breakdown stubborn solid deposits.

  • BrewBuilt Glycol Chiller - IceMaster 100 w/ Stainless Bulkheads BrewBuilt Glycol Chiller - IceMaster 100 w/ Stainless Bulkheads

    BrewBuilt® IceMaster 100 | Glycol Chiller | 2600btu | 110V | 8 Gal. Tank Capacity

    57 reviews

The IceMaster 100 is a powerful and efficient glycol system that provides precise temperature control of multiple Fermenters, but allows you to expand your capacity as needed! Temp Control & Cold Crash up to 4 - 5-7 Gallon Jacketed Tanks! Tank Capacity: 30L/8 Gal. Water Capacity Cooling Capacity: 780 Watt/2600btu/0.26 ton Power: 110V (3.6 amps) The IceMaster 100 is designed to cool fermentations in small vessels. It can be used with any vessel that has a glycol jacket or submersed cooling coil/rod. For each vessel you want to cool you will need to buy one of our BrewBuilt Chilling Pump Kits. Each tank is able to be separately temperature controlled. Each Glycol Pump Kit includes a submersible pump that is placed in the cool bath of this chiller along with a digital controller. The digital controller includes a thermal probe that should be inserted into a thermal well in your vessel or can be taped to the outside of the vessel if you don't have a thermal well. The digital controller then measures the temperature of your tank and turns the submersible pump on or off to cool to your desired set temperature. Up to four tanks can be controlled separately with one IceMaster and four BrewBuilt Chilling Pump Kit (GLY35). Compatibility The IceMaster can be used with any fermenter that has a built in cooling jacket, added Coolstix, or a submersed cooling coil. It works well as the cooling source for the following sytems and fermenters. BrewBuilt Jacketed Uni Conical - You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each tank. Coolstix - Coolstix can be added to a wide range of carboys, fermenters, and tanks and the IceMaster works really well in combination. Each Coostix Complete Kit comes with a pump kit and controller. Ss Brewtech Fermenters and Brites with optional FTS Temperature Control Systems - Because FTS systems include a pump and controller you will not need to buy a separate Glycol Pump Kit. Spike Conical with Optional Cooling Package - Because the optional Spike cooling system includes a pump and controller you will not need to buy a separate Glycol Pump Kit. Speidel Tanks with Optional Cooling Jackets - You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each tank. Grainfather Fermenters - Grainfather fermenters have standard cooling jackets. You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each fermenter Blichmann Fermenators with Optional Cooling Coil - You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each Fermenator. Neoprene a modest amount of insulation so you would obtain better results using Armaflex or a higher R rated insulation. If only controlling fermentation temps the capacity would be higher. Four BrewBuilt Chilling Pump Kits (GLY35) is the maximum that will fit in the IceMaster. We are working on smaller glycol pump kits, where the pumps have smaller footprints, so the IceMaster right now has the capacity to use 5 pumps through the bulkhead fittings. Capacity calculated at cold crashing to 38°F at 75°F ambient with neoprene insulation (double for fermentation temperature control): 2 - 1BBL (31 Gallon) Jacketed Tanks 2 - 1/2BBL (15-20 Gallon) Tanks 3 - 10-14 Gallon Tanks 4 - 5-7 Gallon Tanks Set Up In order to hook up the IceMaster to your fermenter or tank's cooling system, you will need 4 lengths of tubing. All tubing connections should be secured with hose clamps. Length 1: Submersible pump outlet to inner barb of 1st bulkhead Length 2: Outer barb of 1st bulkhead to cooling system inlet Length 3: Cooling system outlet to outer barb of 2nd bulkhead Length 4: Inner barb of 2nd bulkhead to IceMaster resevoir (should drain freely, no connection necessary) Specifications: Tank Capacity: 30L/8 Gal. Water Capacity Compressor: 3/8 HP Cooling Capacity: 780 Watt/2600btu/0.26 ton Refrigerant: r134a Voltage: 110V (3.6 amps) Dimensions: 410mm x 410mm x 660mm Includes 10 stainless bulkheads with 3/8" OD barbs Wheels included CE Certified Warning: Do not set the reservoir temperature controller lower than 28°F (-2ºC). • BrewBuilt X-Series Kit for Fermenting Under Pressure - 2022 BrewBuilt X-Series Kit for Fermenting Under Pressure - 2022

BrewBuilt® Kit for Fermenting Under Pressure

    2 reviews

Due to high demand, this item is currently out of stock. Be the first to receive your items by placing a pre-order today. We will automatically ship this to you when we receive more inventory. This is a no compromise, professional level hardware kit that allows for safe pressure fermentation in an X-Series Uni Conical. If you plan to ferment, or to seal/cap an active fermentation, in your BrewBuilt X-Series Conical you must use this Brewbult Kit for Fermenting Under Pressure.  During fermentation Krausen can potentially clog the PRV that is built into the lid.  The hardware in this kit is the same as what you will find on a commercial Unitank. This is not an all-in-one unit. All-in-one units are cheaper but not as safe. Component Break Down: Commercial Grade Spunding Valve - The kit is built around a commercial Spunding Valve that allows you to set your desired fermentation pressure. if that ferementation pressure exceeds your set point, it will blow off any excess pressure from the X-Series Conical. The clear cup holds liquid acting as an airlock and allowing krausen to exit. The Spunding valve is also adjustable. Pro Grade PRV (Pressure Relief Valve) - On all brewery pro tanks, a tri-clamp PRV is always installed in addition to a Spunding Valve. This is because a Spunding Valve still has the potential to clog. The pro PRV has a very wide interior body as to reduce the risk of clogging. The PRV is non-adjustable and comes preset to relieve pressure at 15 PSI. Sealed Pressure Gauge - This is a liquid filled, sealed gauge. The bottom of the gauge is a thin plate of stainless that moves up or down in relation to pressure in the tank. That causes the oil in the gauge to compress which is what the gauge reads. When properly sealed, there is no way krausen can get into this gauge and cause a false reading. However, it is important to ensure the guage is sealed, otherwise, there is a risk that krasuen clogs the gauge giving you an inaccurate reading.  Foam Axe - Foam Axe is a silica-based krausen cutter used by commercial breweries to reduce krausen blow off while increasing foam retention in your beer. Using Foam Axe is required for every batch fermented under pressure, but we recommend it for all batches fermented in your X-Series Conical. Foam Axe helps keep krausen out of PRVs and other hardware which is always a good idea. When your BrewBuilt Uni is outfitted with a Kit for Pressure Fermentation there are three devices for relieving pressure, including the PRV that is always built into the lid, the adjustable Spunding Valve, and the pro grade PRV.   Includes: Commercial Grade BrewBuilt Spunding Valve 1 BAR (0.3–14.5 psi) Hand Adjustable Blowoff 1.5" tri-clamp Connection Made from 304 stainless steel with plastic liquid cup Tri-Clamp Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) Calibrated to 1 BAR (14.5 psi) 1.5" tri-clamp connection Made from 304 stainless steel Sealed, Liquid Filled Pressure Gauge Calibrated to 2 BAR (30 psi) 1.5" tri-clamp connection Made from 304 stainless steel CellarScience Foam Axe Krausen Reducer Reduces krausen build up inside the fermenter Connection Hardware (3) 1.5" T.C. Clamps (3) 1.5" EPDM T.C. Gaskets   WARNING! The use of the BrewBuilt Kit for Fermenting Under Pressure is required for performing Pressure Fermentations in your X-Series conical. The PRV built into the lid is not designed to be the only release point during a pressure fermentation.  WARNING! The use of Foam Axe is required to reduce krausen (foam from fermentation) production in the fermenter.  WARNING! Always release pressure, then remove the PRV built into the lid to ensure the conical is completely depressurized before removing fittings or the lid clamp. Failure to do so can result in personal injury.

BrewBuilt® Stainless Steel Tri-Clamp Counterflow Chiller | The Beast

    6 reviews

Don't fear the Beast, feed the Beast! This heavy duty counterflow wort chiller will gobble up heat from your wort as it passes from kettle to fermenter so you can pitch your yeast as soon as possible. Made from passivated 304 stainless steel, The Beast has a 30 ft. wort line with 1.5" T.C. connections and a 29.5 ft. coolant line with 1/2" male BSPT connections. Tri-clamp connections offer the most sanitary way to pass wort through your heat exchanger and pairs perfectly with BrewBuilt's line of T.C. Kettles and X1 Uni Conical Fermenters. The BSP coolant connections work well with Camlock, Duotight, NPT or other BSP fittings found below. Adding a ball valve to the coolant line inlet is a great way to dial in flow for maximum cooling efficiency! When it comes to counterflow chillers, we love the coil design for its ease-of-use. Plate chillers are great for their high efficiency and compact size, but if there's too much hop matter running through them, they can quickly clog up. Transferring wort from your kettle to your fermenter is one of the critical steps in the brewing process where you don't want any hiccups. The Beast's wort line is 1/2" ID so it can withstand high amounts of hop additions without clogging! A cross bar is welded on one side of the coil with pre-drilled mounting holes allowing it to be easily installed under your work bench or mounted directly to your brewing system. Specs: Beer Line: 30 ft. long Beer Connection: 1.5" tri-clamp Coolant Line: 29.5 ft. long Coolant Connection: 1/2" BSPT Crossbar with pre-drilled mounting holes (4mm) Made from 304 stainless steel

Upgrade standard and Plus model X-Series conicals with increased cooling performance Chill down to cold crashing temps when used with glycol and insulation; compatible with any vessel with a 4" T.C. opening Keg Connects and Floating Racking Buoy enable you to pressure transfer the clearest beer at the top of your fermenter 1.5" tri-clamp ferrule for use with additional T.C. accessories like the Pressure Fermentation Kit or Hop Bong Sanitary all stainless steel construction with 3/8" OD inlet/outlet for glycol connection Upgrade your standard model X-series conical with the ultimate in-solution chilling coil—the BrewBuilt Ludicrous Coil! Temperature control is one of the most important aspects of a healthy, happy fermentation. When your fermenting beer gets too hot, the yeast will likely impart off-flavors that can easily overwhelm the taste of your finished beer. The Ludicrous Coil offers a ludicrous amount of surface area (which means more cooling capacity) compared to other chilling coils you'll find. Not only does it manage your fermentation temperature with ease, the Ludicrous Coil has the capacity to chill beer to cold crashing temperatures when used with glycol and insulation. A truly unparalleled unit when it comes to in-solution chilling. You will also need a cold water source to provide the cooling solution. For maintaining ale temperatures, a cooler or bucker of ice water is sufficient in most cases and this method works well with the BrewBuilt Chiller Pump Kit. For maintaining lager temperatures or cold crashing, we recommend the IceMaster Max 2 Glycol Chiller and the Insulated Tubing Set. Sanitary all stainless steel construction with 3/8" OD inlet/outlet. Compatible with 3/8" ID flexible tubing & hose clamps or 9.5mm Duotight adapter. Specifications: Size Coil Height Float Tubing Length 7/14 Gal 18.5" 24" 27 Gal 24" 30" 38 Gal 33" 39"

    BrewBuilt® 1.5" Tri-Clamp Blowoff U Barb

The BrewBuilt Blowoff U Barb was specifically designed to avoid kinking issues with blowoff tubing. Rather than simply pointing the blowoff tubing away from the conical, the U Barb bends outward and over the side of your conical to point tubing straight down. This gives you the same advantage of a stainless steel blowoff cane, but is much easier to clean and sanitize. The 5/8" OD barb is perfect for forming a tight seal with 1/2" ID silicone tubing. Measures approximately 4" from T.C. to barb. 1.5" T.C. 5/8" OD barb Made from 304 stainless steel

  • BrewBuilt Thermometer - 2.5" stem x 3" dial, 1/2" MPT BrewBuilt Thermometer - 2.5" stem x 3" dial, 1/2" MPT

    BrewBuilt® Thermometer | 3" Dial Face | 2.5" Probe

BrewBuilt Bi-Metal Thermometers are top-of-the-line measuring instruments, made in the USA by Tel-Tru manufacturing.  Maintain the overall precision of your brew system with these incredibly accurate and generally superior thermometers.  These are produced according to strict standards, comparable to ISO9000 quality, and are set up with an 8 year manufacturers warranty boasting that quality. Bi-metal thermometers are the level of quality you want when a few degree difference results in a completely different malt profile on your beer.  While a bit more expensive, you won't ever mess up a batch because of incorrect temperature readings.  The 2.5" Stem is a perfect balance of being long enough to get accurate readings, while not protruding far enough to get hit by a wandering mash paddle or spoon. Are all bi-metal thermometers created equal? Not really. The problem with most bi-metal thermometers is that hang ups occur and you have to tap the thermometer to get an accurate reading. The cause of the problem is that the bimetallic helical coil in the stem of other bi-metal thermometers is tack welded to the stem itself. Our new line of thermometers feature a super sensitive bimetallic helical coil suspended from a copper coated bushing fixed in the stem. This superior design provides a faster response to temperature changes and assures more accurate readings. What does this mean? You don't have to tap the gauge with your finger as much. They are also accurate to 1% of the total range, feature a polished 3" 304 s/s housing, a hermetically sealed water proof case, glass face, external calibration capabilities, and a unique anti-parallax dial that provides for easy reading. The reading is actually taken from the last 2.5" of the probe. Features: Large 3" Dial Face for easy readings 2.5" Stem perfect for Boil Kettles and HLTs High Grade Stainless Steel Construction and hermetically sealed casing Can be calibrated with 1/16" Allen Wrench (Though should never be needed) Dual Scale Range: 0-220° F, -10 to 100° C Back Connection is 1/2" MPT, stem is 1/4" SS 8 year Manufacturer Warranty

  • BrewBuilt X-Series Uni Conical - Floating Dip Tube Filter Attachment BrewBuilt X-Series Uni Conical - Floating Dip Tube Filter Attachment

Filter Attachment for BrewBuilt® X-Series Uni Pressure Pack

Keep hops and other flavoring additions in your fermenter where they belong. This filter attachment can be attached to the X-Series Uni Pressure Pack's floating dip tube to prevent vegetal matter and other solids from being pulled into the dip tube. This first line of defense makes the floating dip tube even more effective at transferring only the clearest beer possible from your conical to your keg. Simply remove the metal tube from the ball float, slip the silicone tubing over the barb, then reattach the ball float to one of three clip locations. Made from HDPE and 304 stainless steel, the filter can be boiled or sanitized with the full range of cleaners that we sell. The plastic HDPE is over molded onto the stainless mesh to make a seamless finish. The end cap can easily pop off for cleaning.
