This plastic ball lock cap features soda bottle threads, allowing you to convert a 1 or 2 liter soda bottle into a convenient travel growler. The ball lock is compatible with both gas and beverage disconnects, so you can charge the PET bottle before you leave the house and dispense on the go. Attach 3/16" or 1/4" ID tubing to the barb to serve as your dip tube and you're all set!
These caps also work great for quickly and conveniently cleaning your draft lines. Mix up a small batch of line cleaning solution in a soda bottle, attach the ball lock cap, and then connect it to your beverage line. Place a bucket below your tap to catch the cleaning solution and open your faucet. Then simply turn the bottle upside down and squeeze it to push solution through your line and out the faucet. You can also choose to pressurize the bottle first, but squeezing the solution through is just as effective.
Fermenting with the FermZilla? This is the same ball lock fitting included with the FermZilla Pressure Kit and it's also compatible with the FermZilla Collection Container. If you use the collection container to add dry hops, attach one of these caps and you'll be able purge the container of oxygen before opening the dump valve to introduce the hops. Attach some tubing and diffusion stone and you can oxygenate your wort through the collection container as well!
When using two ball lock caps, we recommend pairing this yellow plastic cap with a red plastic cap so you can easily identify which caps are being used for liquid or gas.
The barb is Duotight compatible. If you'd like to use the cap with 8 mm OD EVABarrier tubing, see DUO100.
For a stainless steel option see KG500.

Lower total oxygen pickup compared to a standard corny keg lid seal
This 2-gallon keg is lightweight, compact and has high oxygen barrier properties with 3x better (meaning less) gas transmission than traditional PET grades of plastic making it suitable for beer storage or other oxygen sensitive carbonated and non-carbonated beverages.
This product is sold with the PCO38 cap, however if you would like to dispense this product through a draft system, we recommend the use of the Ball Lock Adapter Tapping Head. The tapping head is sold separately and allows you to attach standard ball lock disconnects and pressure relief valve to the top of the keg.
What is Oxebar Mono
Oxebar Mono is a PET polymer blend that utilizes several polymers blended together to significantly improve gas barrier properties. When compared with standard PET plastic, Oxebar Mono is able to reduce oxygen ingress and CO2 loss so your precious beverage is preserved and shelf life extended by 3x. We recommend this product for beer storage of up to 6 months.
Dimensions:
Diameter: 6.1" (155 mm)
Height: 20.5" (520 mm)
Pressure Rating: 58 psi (4 BAR)
Temperature Rating: 113°F (45°C)
KegLand Part Number: KL22347
NOTE: Oxebar kegs are marked with a manufacturer’s “expiry date”. This does not indicate that the keg is bad after this date; it simply indicates that a hydro test may be in order. 2 years after production and every 2 years after first use, it is recommended that the keg be hydro tested to ensure the tank is holding pressure. Hydro test instructions are available here. You will also need the KG520 Tapping Head and D1072 Green PRV to perform the test. If you do not plan to pressurize the keg, the test is not necessary.
Enjoy a never-ending supply of soda water on tap with the Continuous Soda Carbonator Keg Lid. SodaStream units are great, but filling up those tiny 1L bottles is a pain, they're expensive to swap, and they run out quickly. Hook up your mains water supply to this Carbonator Keg Lid, compatible with any standard ball lock homebrew keg, and you'll never have to think about running out of sparkling water.
Setup:
Position the keg inside your fridge or kegerator (ideally below 40°F).
Attach your beverage draft line to the soda water out post.
Attach your gas line to the gas-in post.
Set your CO2 regulator to 30-50 psi, depending on how highly carbonated you like your soda water. We highly recommend using a check valve on your CO2 line.
On first use, purge the air from the headspace of the keg.
Connect the mains water to the water inlet post on the lid of the keg.
We recommend also using a check valve on your mains water line to prevent soda water from going back into your house mains. Depending on your mains water pressure, you may need to reduce it using the Duotight In-Line Regulator. For the Carbonator Keg Lid to work well, the mains water pressure should be 10-15 psi higher than your regulator set pressure (from Step 4).
That's it. This simple unit will give you continuous soda water connected to your mains water.
Please note: if you are using a CO2 regulator that uses a corny-style PRV, such as the KOMOS® regulator, you will need to swap out the standard Green PRV with the 0-100 psi Gray PRV so you can raise the pressure above 60 psi. Always check the pressure rating of your keg(s) before swapping the PRV.

This Duotight fitting makes it easy to split your gas line and run it to multiple kegs. Use one tee for a dual tap kegerator or two tees for a triple tap. You can also pair the tee with the Push-In Pressure Gauge to use the gauge with the BlowTie Spunding Valve. Compatible with EVABarrier 8 mm OD Tubing (D1717 & D1718).
Duotight fittings are high-quality push-in fittings that seal tight and offer superior sealing capacity due to the double O-ring sealing design.
High Performance Double O-Ring Design:
The secret to Duotight’s superior sealing performance comes from the fact that they use not one, but two high-quality EPDM O-rings. The double O-ring means they have literally twice the sealing surface when compared with other push-in fittings. This makes them more reliable and significantly reduces the chance of leakage.
The double O-ring system also means that tubing can be bent at a much tighter radius without causing leaking issues, which can be an issue with other fittings. This combination of factors makes Duotight the most reliable push-in fittings on the market.
EPDM offers excellent chemical resistance for a longer life span. When compared with silicone and vinyl, EPDM has much better gas transmission rates, better wear resistance, and is BPA-free.
No Clamps Necessary!
We recommend cutting your tubing straight, not on an angle, to ensure the line forms a complete seal. To remove the fitting simply push in the collet and the hose can be removed.
Features:
Insert tubing and firmly push to connect
Easily release tubing by pushing in the collet
Suitable for both gas & beverage applications
Made from food-grade acetal plastic
Double O-rings made from highly chemical resistant EPDM
Locking teeth made from stainless steel

Easily take your beer anywhere while keeping it protected from UV!
Each case contains 300 cans and lids which is enough for about 25 gallons of beer
Compatible with the Cannular Can Seamer when used with 330ml table spacer (CAN103)
BPA free liner
Aluminum cans offer 100% protection from UV and other wavelengths of light that are harmful to beer. There's still great debate surrounding whether cans or bottles are better at keeping beer fresh, but if done correctly, cans are theoretically the superior option. When a crown cap is crimped onto a bottle, the lining of the cap can form an imperfect seal on the bottle, allowing small amounts of oxygen in, as well as small amounts of CO2 out. Over time this can result in oxidation of the beer and lost carbonation. Seamed cans form a much better seal, which can prevent these issues
Aside from better protection, aluminum cans are undoubtedly the safest option for sharing and enjoying your homebrew. Bring your canned creations tailgating, camping, boating, or crack a few open poolside without the worry of broken glass!
To use these cans with the Cannular Can Seamer you will also need the CAN103 table spacer.
330ml/11.1 oz aluminum cans
Each case contains 300 cans and lids
202 end diameter beverage cans with B64 lids
One case is enough for roughly five 5-gallon batches of beer
Compatible with the Cannular Can Seamer when used with 330ml table spacer (CAN103)
BPA free liner
Please note that empty aluminum cans are very delicate, and up to 5% of the cans are likely to be dented or damaged in transit. If the cans were packed in a more protective (more expensive) cardboard box, the cost per can would be more expensive than simply having some dented/sacrificial cans arrive.

Get instant pressure reads with the back illuminated Digital Mini Pressure Gauge from KegLand. Swap out the analog pressure gauge on your Core 360 Mini CO2 Regulator, BlowTie 2 Spunding Valve, or Duotight In-Line Regulator. With a 0-90 psi pressure range, the Digital Mini Gauge is suitable for a wide range of applications.
KegLand has developed the world's most compact mini digital gauge with backlight illumination. This very compact design retains high accuracy while still meeting the desirable small form factor. This meets the growing need as mini keg systems, mini regulators and other more compact keg dispensing solutions are required.
Traditional analog gauges require a small capillary mechanism where a small pipe expands and unravels under pressure. This in turn drives a mechanical cog to rotate the gauge needle. This age-old technique works quite well especially in large gauges but as this mechanism is manufactured smaller and smaller a tradeoff between accuracy and size becomes the issue. With very small gauges such as a 27mm x 27mm Mini Gauge, it's difficult to make them better than 10% accuracy due to the physical constraints of the mechanical components.
Compatible With:
BlowTie 2 Spunding Valve
Duotight In-Line Regulator w/ Gauge
Core 360 Mini CO2 Regulator
Specifications:
Backlight Illumination: Hold yellow button for 3-5 seconds
Battery Life: More than 2 years (using the mini gauge once a day)
Battery Type: CR2032
Auto Battery Saver: automatically turns off after 15 sec
Size: 27mm x 27mm (1" x 1")
Radial O-ring Stem: 7.8mm Bore
KegLand Part Number: KL18388
Please note: This gauge is not suitable for measuring pressure of liquids. It is only for measuring gas pressure. If liquid gets into the pressure transducer it will damage the gauge.
For analog pressure gauges that are compatible with liquid, see below:
Mini Gauge 0-15psi
Mini Gauge 0-30psi

Comes with a back nut, plastic collar, hex nut, and a 1/4" barb. Requires a 1" hole saw for installation. When set in place, the shank will only have about 2 1/2" of length to pass through your wall or fridge door, due to the length of the collar and back nut.
Installation note: On a fridge there is generally no coolant lines running through the door but please check to see there are no lines connecting the door and the rest of the refrigerator. To test for coolant lines on a freezer start with a warm freezer then plug the unit in with the lid open. You should be able to see the lines form condensation on the inside of the freezer where there are lines running. Please still use caution when drilling.
Dimensions:
5-1/8" - Total Length (Tip to Tip)
4" - Shank Length (Without Nut & Barb)
3" - Thread Length
2-1/2" - Pass Through Length

Clean-in-place your BrewZilla by using the built-in low volume pump
Recirculate brewery wash and let the CIP Spray Rotor do the work!
Only requires a 6W pump to spin the rotating head and get full effectiveness
Easily adapted for use to clean fermenters and other vessels
Finally! A CIP spray head designed specifically for use with smaller homebrew pumps. There are a lot of stainless steel CIP Spray Balls readily available for homebrewers but they require a fairly beefy pump to spin the head and make it effective. The new Low Volume CIP Spray Rotor can provide full spray coverage with as little flow rate as 3 gallons per minute. This makes cleaning your BrewZilla an absolute breeze by simply recirculating cleaning chemicals and letting the CIP Rotor spray down the inside of your brewery. Also a great option for brewers using the MKII Magnetic Drive Pump as the spray head can easily be adapted to clean all sorts of fermenters.
What Can it Do?
Clean-in-place your 35L, 65L or 100L BrewZilla. Simply cut your recirculation hosing, or purchase additional silicone hosing to get the right length for your setup. You will be able to find the optimum length required by testing with water first. We found great success using the glass lid to start with to see if it is coating everything that you need it to.
Recommended for low voltage pumps as low as 6W up to 25W (roughly 3–5 GPM). If using a more powerful pump, you may need to throttle back the flow rate so you don't overpower the spray rotor.
Includes:
Custom molded rotating spray head with 1/2" BSP thread
11.8" (300mm) length of silicone tubing suitable for your BrewZilla recirculation arm
Stainless nut and barb
Please note: The rotating spray head can only be used in the downwards position, it cannot be tilted or mounted sideways or upside down.

This 1-gallon keg is lightweight, compact and has high oxygen barrier properties with 3x better (meaning less) gas transmission than traditional PET grades of plastic making it suitable for beer storage or other oxygen sensitive carbonated and non-carbonated beverages.

This handy little strap will make cleaning and transporting your FermZilla All Rounder 30L or 60L an absolute breeze. Instead of picking up the tank with one hand and the stand with the other every time you need to move it, this harness will strap the tank and stand together so they can be moved together as one piece. Simply attach through both sections of the base in the orientation you wish. Slide up and out of the little buckle pieces making sure that the buckle is facing towards you, then strap in and strap down!
Please note that the harness does not include handles. The harness is meant to be used alongside the All Rounder's included stainless handle.
The Strap is long enough for the 60L and 30L All Rounder. We recommend rolling up the excess strap and paper clipping or cutting to suit the 30L.

Automatically release pressure inside your fermenter during pressure fermentations
Regulate beer flow during pressurized transfers from fermenter to keg
Built-in pressure gauge for easy reference when adjusting the spunding valve
Pressure gauge is interchangeable—swap to different pressure ranges that better suit your application
Diaphragm spunding valves offer higher accuracy compared to spring & poppet spunding valves
Comes complete with Duotight ball lock QD and rigid joiner
With this complete kit you'll be ready to use the BlowTie 2 Spunding Valve right out of the box. The BlowTie is used to release excess pressure on a pressurized fermenter or from a receiving keg during pressure transfers. This diaphragm spunding valve is much more accurate than the spring and poppet style, and works much better at lower pressures.
This version of the Spunding Valve Kit includes the Duotight Ball Lock QD which allows you to attach the BlowTie directly to the QD via the 8 mm rigid joiner.
The BlowTie 2 can also be upgraded with a Digital Mini Pressure Gauge.
Pressure Fermentation
Pressure fermentation is becoming more and more popular at the homebrew level, but in order to do it safely and accurately, you need a way to release excess pressure. You'll pressurize your vessel to your desired psi, but once fermentation begins and those hungry, active yeast start creating CO2, the pressure inside the vessel will increase. Attach a spunding valve and set it to your desired pressure, and it will blow off when the pressure gets to high and close up again when it's back to your desired psi.
Pressure Transfers
Even if you don't have a pressurizable fermenter, you may have done pressure transfers from keg to keg during filtering or after fining. During pressure transfers, it's a good idea to have a bit of head pressure in the receiving keg, especially if you're transferring beer that is already carbonated. Having a spunding valve in place will allow you to consistently control the head pressure and give you more consistent results, without losing carbonation in the process.
Diaphragm vs. Poppet
With the poppet style spunding valve, a spring pushes against a poppet to keep the valve closed. When the poppet lifts up to open, the surface area the gas pushes against becomes larger, and the spring has to work harder to push the poppet down and reseal the valve. This can lead to more gas being released than intended, and the remaining pressure in your vessel may be at a lower psi than your spunding valve’s set psi.
Instead of a poppet, the spring inside the BlowTie pushes against a diaphragm, which has an immensely larger surface area. This means the surface area that the gas pushes against while the diaphragm is closed is significantly closer to the surface area it pushes against when the diaphragm is open. This leads to higher accuracy, and the remaining pressure after excess gas is released will be much closer to your set blow off pressure.
Kit Includes:
BlowTie 2 w/ Integrated Pressure Gauge (0-15 psi)
8 mm Duotight Gray Ball Lock Disconnect
8 mm OD Rigid Plastic Joiner
This simple pump kit is a great way to clean your draft lines when you don't want to waste CO2 or mix up a full batch of line cleaner. The PCO tee piece can be attached to a PET beer bottle or repurposed soda bottle, then pressurized with the hand pump to push cleaner through your ball lock disconnect and draft lines.
You can also use the pump kit to turn just about any PET bottle into a mini party keg; one that's easy to take with you while leaving your gas equipment at home. But since you'll be using air to push the beer out, we recommend consuming the contents of the bottle well within 24 hours.
Kit Contains:
Yellow carbonation cap
Red Tee Piece - 28mm PCO 1881 Threads (Female x Male x Male)
Mini yellow hand pump
11.75" length of EVABarrier tubing (5mm ID x 8mm OD)
PET Bottle not included
KegLand Part Number: KL20220
Comes with a back nut, plastic collar, hex nut, and 8 mm Duotight Adapter compatible with EVABarrier 8 mm OD Tubing (D1717 & D1718).

This leads to higher accuracy, and the remaining pressure after excess gas is released will be much closer to your set blow off pressure.
Set Up
The BlowTie spunding valve comes with 8 mm Duotight fittings on the inlet and outlet, and we recommend using it with EVABarrier 8 mm OD tubing (D1717 or D1718). You'll also need the flare Duotight fitting (DUO106) in order to attach it to a ball lock or pin lock disconnect. Dialing in your desired pressure is very simple. Although you would ideally use the BlowTie with the Push-In Pressure Gauge (D1160) and Duotight Tee Fitting (DUO109), as seen in the example photo, you can easily set the blow off pressure without it. To do this, simply pressurize an empty keg to your desired psi using your CO2 regulator. Before attaching the BlowTie to the gas post, be sure to turn the dial clockwise until it is fully closed. Once attached, slowly turn the dial counterclockwise until gas starts coming out, then slightly turn the dial back to stop the gas flow. The BlowTie is now set to your desired pressure.

Reduced first pour foam due to low thermal mass
Forward-sealing design prevents beer residue from gumming up the faucet
Unique shuttle design greatly improves laminar flow, improving the pour of carbonated beverages
Compatible with all Intertap faucet accessories and shanks
Matte Black painted finish. See note below.
First Pour Foam Reduction
Every kegerator owner knows the letdown of pouring your first pint of the day and getting too much foam. Even with perfectly balanced draft lines, first pour foam is sometimes unavoidable simply due to the temperature of the faucet itself. Running beer through the faucet will drop the temperature, and the foaming will subside, but not without a bit of wasted beer from pouring off excess head. The NukaTap Stealth Bomber beer faucet drops to beer serving temperature much faster thanks to its lower thermal mass. Simply put, the bulkier the faucet is, the more beer is needed to flow through and chill the tap. The NukaTap is over 20% lighter than its Intertap predecessor, and even lighter still compared to other brands of faucets.
Improved Laminar Flow
The inspiration for the NukaTap name comes from its uniquely designed "nuke-shaped" shuttle that resides on the inside of the faucet. The NukaShuttle went through numerous rounds of redesigns and countless hours of testing to find a shape that provides superior laminar flow. This means that liquid passes by the shuttle with very little resistance, allowing highly carbonated beers or hard seltzers to pour like a dream.
Sanitary Design
The NukaShuttle is the world’s first seamless single-piece design. Traditional taps feature an o-ring seated on a stainless steel shuttle, which can cause a couple of issues. After many pours, the stainless shuttle rubbing against the internal body of the faucet will create small fissures that become potential infection sites, and the seated o-ring can be difficult to clean in place, making your draft cleaning and sanitizing process less effective than you realize. The NukaShuttle is an advanced TPV rubber matrix that has been seamlessly formed over a durable PP skeleton. This single-piece design eliminates the pitfalls of older manufacturing methods, making it one of the most sanitary faucets on the market.
Forward Sealing vs. Rear Sealing
From tap rooms to home bars, forward-sealing faucets are the ideal choice for any draft setup. In traditional rear-sealing taps, beer will drain out of the entire faucet when it's in the closed position. This means the internal mechanism is coated in beer, which then dries and becomes a sticky residue. Forward-sealing faucets, on the other hand, keep the tap full of beer so it never has a chance to dry and gunk up the internal parts. This makes the faucet much easier to clean and also reduces the chance of off flavors transferring to your beer while you pour.
Faucet body & lever made from stainless steel
Shuttle made from TPV
O-rings made from EPDM
Lever collar & friction bonnet made from brass
Matte black finish
NSF approved
Kegland Part Number: KL17978
Please note: this is a painted faucet and as such needs to be used, cleaned, and handled with care. Clean the faucet gently by hand and avoid tossing it into a bucket with other draft parts. Excessive soaking in caustic cleaners will damage the finish. For these reasons, we do not recommend the Stealth Bomber faucets for professional settings. If you prefer a stainless steel spout that can take more punishment, see the NukaTap Punisher Edition faucet.
96% reduction in oxygen ingress compared to silicone O-rings when measured in a keg!
Made from a special blend of materials, these gaskets offer vastly improved oxygen barrier properties compared to Silicone or EPDM
Give your beverage the absolute best protection from oxygen staling with KegLand's Low2 O-rings!
The result is your beverage staying fresher for longer!
Compatible with any ball lock or pin lock corny-style keg with standard lid
Upgrade the storage life of your beer by replacing your standard keg lid O-ring with the new Low2 O-ring from KegLand. Even the most perfectly sealed keg is susceptible to oxygen ingress through the hatch O-ring—yes, even if the keg is under constant pressure with CO2! Even a leak-free, pressurized keg will release CO2 molecules as they pass through the lid O-ring itself, and conversely, Oxygen molecules will permeate through the O-ring and diffuse into the keg when they reach the surface area on the other side. The level of permeability is wide ranging and highly dependent on what material the O-ring is made from. Rather than the usual EPDM or Silicone, Low2 gaskets are made from a unique composition of Synthetic M-Class and Cross-Link Elastomers. This special blend has superior oxygen barrier properties that results in your beverage staying fresher for longer.
Compatible with any ball lock or pin lock corny-style keg with a standard size lid. Not compatible with Megamouth Torpedo Kegs.
Low2 O-rings were independently tested by GunnLab, an Australia-based plastic packaging testing laboratory. See below for a printout of the test results.

The Cannular Pro is a semi-automatic can seamer that is easy to use, reliable, and beautifully simple.
Whether you're a brewery looking to offer canned beer to go or a homebrewer wanting to keep your creations fresh and fully protected from light, the Cannular is the answer. This bench top unit is one of the most compact and easy to use can seamers you'll find. The Cannular only requires one person to operate, and each can takes roughly 3 seconds to seam. With a two-person team, one filling and one seaming, the Cannular becomes a suitable option for nano breweries doing small canning production runs.
Cannular Pro vs. Manual Unit
This new Semi-Auto Pro model will guarantee you get a consistent seaming process every time. Unlike the less expensive manual can seamer, this machine has no lever for the seaming operation, meaning it's even easier for the operator to seam the can consistently and will not vary on how hard the operator is pulling the lever.
Another major difference is that the Cannular Pro's table spacer is specially designed to work with all standard 202 cans, including the industry favorite 16 oz (473ml) and 12 oz (355 ml) cans, as well as our 500ml (16.9 oz) and 330ml (11.2 oz) Can Fresh Aluminum Cans. Unlike the manual model that requires a secondary table spacer for use with 330ml cans, the Pro model features an adjustable platform, allowing you to raise or lower the table spacer depending on what size can you're seaming. It is necessary to adjust the table height to ensure you have the appropriate amount of pressure applied when the can lift is raised.
The Cannular Pro can be adapted for use with 32 oz Crowlers (Ball 300 can/end). To seam Ball 300 end/lid type oversized aluminium cans you will need to purchase the required Chuck for 1L (32 oz) Crowlers separately (coming soon).
The Cannular Pro can also be adapted for use with Tin Plated Steel Cans for food packaging applications. The table spacer is designed to accept these 100mm cans, but you will need to purchase the required 100mm Chuck separately.
Operation:
The beauty of the Cannular lies in how truly simple it is to operate, and the semi-automatic pro model makes canning beer even easier. With only three points of operation, it only takes a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the machine. The seaming process is as follows:
Place lid atop the can and place the can on the table spacer
Turn the platform lever clockwise to raise the can to the seamer
Press the seaming operation button then wait for the can to stop spinning
Turn the platform lever counterclockwise to lower the can
That's all there is to it!
Construction:
The Cannular was designed to be compact, durable, and safe to operate in a wet environment. The platform assembly is made from 304 grade stainless steel, so no matter how messy your canning gets, there's no need to worry about rusting or degradation. The body of the unit is made from hammered sheet metal and fastened together with stainless steel screws. Rubber feet help keep the unit from slipping and sliding while in use. In addition, the Cannular features built-in brackets near the feet so you have the option to mount the machine to your counter or benchtop. The Cannular runs off of 24V DC power via the Anderson socket located on the back. This lower voltage was chosen specifically to make the unit as safe to use in a wet environment as possible.
Power:
As noted above, the Cannular comes with a 24V DC Anderson socket located on the back of the unit. It does not, however, include a cord and plug. This unit uses the more powerful Pro Model Power Supply, which provides enough power to seam tin plated steel cans as well as aluminum cans.
Why Cans?
So why can when you can bottle? There's no doubt that canning has become a more and more popular format for packaging beer among craft breweries over the last several years, and with good reason. Aluminum cans aren't just more environmentally friendly than bottles, since cans require less energy to transport and recycle, they're also much better at protecting the quality of the beer. Whereas bottles allow in light, which leads to skunking, aluminum cans offer 100% protection from UV and other wavelengths of light that are harmful to beer. Seamed cans, on the other hand, form a much better seal that can prevent these issues. Of course, it's important to make sure that the can is purged of oxygen before being filled, and that the can lid is sealed atop foam to eliminate oxygen from the headspace. Aside from all the "sciency stuff", cans are just plain safer. Take your beer backpacking, camping, or poolside and rest assured that broken glass won't ruin your day!
Specifications:
Power: 250W 24V DC

Gearbox Ratio: 9.8 : 1
Dimensions: 16" L x 9.5" W x 21" H
Weight: 40 lbs
Splash guard not included
Max Can Height: 7.75" (197mm)
Please note the pictured splash guard is not included with the seamer. Please see CAN106 to add the splash guard to your order.
Please note: When you receive your cannular the rollers have been set and tested at the factory. They should not need adjustment for 100,000 cans when using only Can Fresh brand cans. We recommend testing at least 4 cans to verify the calibration. The table, however, comes unadjusted and getting it set up correctly is very important to getting a proper seal. Cannular's test show that a minimum 0.4mm (.015") actual overlap is needed to seal to 90 PSI. The proper table tension takes a little practice and expect to waste a few cans getting it dialed in. Once you learn the proper tension re-adjusting it is very quick and easy. You want the tension to be tight but not so tight as to dent the can. Use cans at your fill height with water for proper tension adjustment.
