We will automatically ship this item to you when we receive more in late November.   Stop lifting buckets, kettles, and fermenters or relying on gravity for transfers! Brew pumps unlock a world of brewing processes otherwise unavailable—create a return loop for whirlpooling in kettle during post boil hop additions Stainless steel pump head comes standard—the ideal choice for attaching quick disconnects, camlocks, and other stainless fittings Built-in flow control valve allows for direct flow adjustment on the pump head and eliminates the need to add an additional ball valve Corny keg style pull ring PRV makes it easy to bleed the pump head of air bubbles and prime the pump Tri-clamp pump head can be rotated to your preferred orientation and disassembles quickly for cleaning between uses Imagine a brewing pump that eliminates cavitation, is easy to clean, has a built in valve, and is quiet. Introducing The RipTide pump from Blichmann Engineering, the first pump designed specifically for homebrewing. We love this brew pump. Like a brewer wired on coffee, let us rattle off some of our favorite features.  First, the pull style relief valve that allows air to exit the pump head so the impeller won't cavitate is a genius addition. Our next favorite feature is the bad-ass, built-in flow control valve so you don't have to add additional ball-valves. While we dont manually clean our pumps very often we like the idea that we can easily do that with the clover clamp style connection. That might be particularly important if you are transferring cool wort where extra sanitation might make a difference.  Equally cool is the noise, or lack thereof, when operating. It just wears on you to hear your pump grinding away all day. The RipTide pump isn't silent, but it is much quieter.  And to top it all off we like the mounting base and the extra long 9' cord. 9' gets the plug connection a few feet away from where we are brewing and less likely to be exposed to water - a simple upgrade that is really nice.  Oh, and we almost forgot the power switch which is always a nice feature on something electric! All in all this is a no brainer upgrade for the difference in cost. Features: Strong rare earth magnets and a curved blade impeller provide 7 GPM and up to 21 ft of lift Tri-Clamp head disassembles easily for cleaning 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet Motor is enclosed in a splash proof and super quiet case Rotatable stainless steel head Integrated air release vent allows you to easily prime the pump everytime without those frustrating air bubbles and cavitation Linear flow valve provided for excellent flow control Power switch on base 10 ft. long power cord with 120V plug

  • Chugger T.C. Pump - High Temperature Stainless Steel - X-Dry - Center Inlet Chugger T.C. Pump - High Temperature Stainless Steel - X-Dry - Center Inlet

X-Dry Series Tri-Clamp Chugger Pump (Center Inlet) - Stainless Steel

    1 review

Introducing the X-Dry Series Chugger Pumps! These pumps offer the same great quality we've come to expect from Chugger, but now feature Run-Dry Protection. Although the Chugger still needs to be primed before each use, the X-Dry Series offers a new level of protection from damage due to cavitation. The Chugger lineup of pumps represents a great value for an even better price. These pumps are workhorses in the brewery. Featuring a robust flow rate of 7 gpm, and a magnetic drive designed to handle back-pressure, these pumps are a great addition to any brewing setup! The Stainless Steel Chugger showcases their molded Stainless Steel Pump Head. This stainless pump is a steal for the price, and we've been more than happy with the quality! Use this to ease transfers between kettles, cool wort via a counterflow chiller, or recirculate icewater for quicker chilling! The Chugger pump model has 1.5" tri-clamp inlet and outlet, allowing easy integration with your T.C. kettles or fermenter! We recommend setting these pumps up with a butterfly valve on the outflow side, this way you can throttle down the outgoing flow rate, allowing for more efficient sparges or cooling! The pump head can also be rotated 360° (in 90° intervals) allowing for even more customization! Features: Run Dry Carbon Bearing Stainless Steel Center Inlet Pump Head Food Grade up to 250° F 1.5" tri-clamp inlet and outlet High Flow rate of 7 gpm Max Head 18.6 ft 115v 55" cord and plug attached 50/60 Hz, 1.4 amp 1/20 HP, 3500 RPM Note: When using silicone tubing, we recommend using a slighlty larger barb than the I.D. of the tubing. This is because silicone tubing tends to have greater pliability than most tubing. For example, when using 1/2" silicone tubing, we recommend our 5/8" barb (H620), to help ensure a better seal!

  • Blichmann T.C. Riptide Brewing Pump - V1.5 TC Blichmann T.C. Riptide Brewing Pump - V1.5 TC

    Blichmann Tri-Clamp RipTide™ Brewing Pump

The RipTide™ (Tri-Clamp model only) has been taken to the next level with a design modification to be the ultimate work horse. Now it eliminates the easy-to-loose thrust washer and showcases a PRV vent barb that will allow for mess free priming. This version will improve the overall brewing experience and operation. Again, this change is currently only on the TC RipTide™. Gone are the days of  making do with a general purpose pump such as the March 815 and all the variant imported copies.  These pumps are cumbersome to disassemble, difficult to prime to get the wort moving, require the addition of a valve, a switch, and a proper base to hold the pump upright.  They also use noisy open motors that must be shielded from liquids.  All undesireable attributes for a homebrewing pump!  The team of homebrewers at Blichmann Engineering and our friends at March Manufacturing have created the RipTide™ to solve all of these problems! High performance curved blade impeller and strong rare earth magnets deliver 7 GPM and up to 21ft of head pressure! Carbon Fiber Dry Run Protection increases the life of your impeller and resists damage during accidental dry runs Tri-clamp head connection fully disassembles in seconds for easy cleaning 1.5" tri-clamp inlet and outlet connections Totally enclosed motor is splash proof and super quiet (50 dB) Integral linear flow valve for superior flow control - don't spend more money for a separate valve and fittings. Integral air vent valve and partially enclosed impeller design allows you to prime the pump in seconds - no more frustrating air locked pumps! Stainless steel head rotates 360 degrees to fit in virtually any installation Large stable base with protective rubber feet keeps the pump from tipping Convenient power switch on the base Includes a 10ft long cord with plug (120V) Base acts as a cord wrap for convenient storage Assembled in USA from USA and imported components

  • Pump - MKII High Temp Magnetic Drive (25 Watts) - T.C. Pump Head w/ Inline T.C. Ports Pump - MKII High Temp Magnetic Drive (25 Watts) - T.C. Pump Head w/ Inline T.C. Ports

KegLand MKII Magnetic Drive Pump | Tri-Clamp Inline Pump Head | Stainless Steel | 5 GPM | 25 Watt

Magnetic drive enables you to slow down the flow without damaging the pump—just add a ball valve to the outlet! T.C. connection allows the pump head to be oriented at any angle in a full 360-degrees Pull ring PRV at the pump outlet makes it easy to purge air and prime the pump before each use Inline flow path for smooth integration into your brewery while keeping your tubing lines tidy Stainless steel head with 1.5" T.C. ports to attach your preferred tri-clamp fittings The best-selling MKII Magnetic Drive Pump now available with a major upgrade! This unit comes standard with an inline stainless steel pump head that installs on the pump body with a 3" tri-clamp. Compared to the standard "center inlet" pump head, the "inline" flow path can make it much easier to integrate into your brewery and keep your brewing hoses tidy. At the outlet of the pump, there is a very handy pull ring PRV that allows you to bleed liquor or wort from the pump head to release trapped air and prime the pump. And with the 3" T.C. connection, not only do you have a full 360-degrees to orient the pump head any which way, cleaning the pump after use could not be easier—just pop off the tri-clamp, wash out the pump head, and clamp back on. The MKII is a perfect pump for your system and comes highly recommended for brewers stepping up to all-grain brewing. Rather than schlepping heavy kettles filled with hot liquor or wort around your brewery, or awkwardly stacking them into a 3-tier gravity setup, allow this handy pump to move liquid from vessel to vessel while everything remains in place. The magnetic drive allows you to slow down the flow without damaging the pump. This can be done by attaching a ball valve to the outlet side of the pump, and then you simply open or close the valve to control the flow rate. The pump itself is not self-priming, but priming is super easy thanks to the pull ring PRV which will help ensure the pump head is full of liquid and trapped air is released before powering it on. Tri-Clamp Pump Head The T.C. pump head can be removed quickly and easily using the 3" tri-clamp. This means no drivers or power drills are needed to back out the six Phillips head screws that mount the pump head on the standard version of the MKII. Whip the head off in a flash to clear out spent grain, hop material, or clear a blockage. Attaching the pump head with a tri-clamp also allows the head to be rotated at any angle in a full 360-degrees. This makes it easy to configure the plumbing to your unique brewery setup. Inline Design An "inline" pump head simply means the input and output are on a straight horizontal line with one another which can make it easier to integrate into your brewery setup. If you're using a 3-vessel horizontal system, the inline pump head will make it easier to keep your hoses neat and tidy compared to pumps heads with a center inlet. PRV Purge Valve The corny keg style PRV will make priming the pump a breeze. Simply let bleed the pump head to purge air out before turning the pump on and you'll avoid any cavitation issues. The PRV also acts as a safety so you do not over pressurize your pump head or brewery system. 304 Stainless Steel The entire pump head is made from 304 grade stainless steel so it's highly resistant to chemicals, heat, and physical abuse. The 1/2" BSP threaded ports can be used to attach barbs, quick disconnects, camlocks, tri-clamp adapters, or any other 1/2" fittings you prefer. Features: 110V / 60hz Max Head: 11.15 ft. (3.4 m) Max Flow: 5 Gal/min (19L/min) Max Temperature: 248°F (120°C) 360° rotatable stainless steel pump head 1.5" T.C. ports Water resistant casing (not waterproof) KegLand Part Number: KL27526 If you're brewing on a budget and want the most affordable pump possible, check out the standard model MKII pump. This has been our best-selling pump for years and you can always upgrade it down the road with the standard stainless center inlet head or inline stainless tri-clamp head.

  • March High Temperature Brewing Pump - High Flow

    March Pump - Polysulphone

    66 reviews

The History of MoreBeer! & March Many years ago MoreBeer! worked with March Pumps to release what is now the standard pump in the homebrewing community, their model 809 (our H315) with a polysulfone head and 6' cord with plug. Thousands and thousands of these pumps have been sold to homebrewers. The New Design Now, with a slight design modification, the new model nearly eliminates past cavitation issues (where the impeller spins in an air pocket and no liquid moves). We've been testing/using the pump with our BrewSculptures for several years now and are extremely happy with the results, so much so that we are completely replacing the H315 with the high flow model. Still Works the Same The new model comes with all the great features of the original - magnetic drive, handles flow restriction, okay for boiling temperatures, 6' cord with plug, food-grade materials in contact with the liquid, 1/2" ports, etc. - but now features a different slightly higher flow rate with less issues of cavitation. The magnetic drive in a March pump acts as a clutch allowing the user to put back pressure on the pump to slow down flow. Since it is magnetic drive, it is not self-priming, you must put the pump below the level of the liquid source. This pump cannot be run dry. Additional Notes To restrict flow place a ball valve on the out flow of this pump. This is the pump we install and use on all of our BrewSculpture brewing systems. We stock polysulfone replacement heads, H317, in case the threads are damaged. If you are looking for a pump for a larger home brewery or small nano brewery you can also look at our H325 Nano Brewery pump from March. Features List Included bracket for mounting 6' power cord with plug wired in for easy use 115V - 50/60Hz Maximum flow of just over 7 gpm (at zero head) Maximum head of 18 feet (at zero flow) 1/2" mpt fittings on both inlet and outlet. Materials in contact with solution: Polysulfone, 316 stainless steel, silicone rubber, Ryton and Teflon 1/25 hp, continuous-duty, thermal overload protected, single phase 1.4 Amp motor Motor is fan cooled Will handle internal pressures to 50 psi. Max temp rating: 250F Face unscrews and rotates at 90 degree intervals to adjust to your application. Note: When using silicone tubing, we recommending using a slighlty larger barb than the I.D. of the tubing. This is because silicone tubing tends to have greater pliability than most tubing. For example, when using 1/2" silicone tubing, we recommend our 5/8" barb (H620), to help ensure a better seal!

  • March High Temperature Brewing Pump - Stainless Housing

March Pump - Stainless Steel (Center Inlet)

    3 reviews

A Stainless Steel pump housing is food-grade and nearly indestructable. Exact same internal pump as our H315 but with a stainless steel housing. Stainless steel is the material of choice for professional breweries because it is a durable, food-grade metal that can withstand caustic chemicals and can also be effectively sanitized. 3/4" mpt on center inlet. 1/2" mpt outlet. The magnetic drive acts as a clutch allowing the user to put back-pressure on the pump to slow down flow. With a ball valve on the outflow, you can slow flow all the way to nothing. Since it is a magnetic drive, it is not self priming, you must put the pump under the level of the liquid source. We wanted the pump to be brewer friendly so we had March install a bracket so that it can be mounted. We also had a 6' power cord with plug wired in for easy use. This is a tough little pump with a 1/25 hp, continuous-duty 1.4 Amp motor which can be run non-stop for extended periods. This pump has a maximum flow of 7.2 GPM with a maximum head of 12 feet. For an example of typical usage: with a head of 6' it will pump 3.25 GPM and with an 8' head it will pump 2.5 GPM. Motor requires 115v 50/60HZ power requirements.

Designed for the small 'Nano' commercial brewery where the H315 series is too small but you don't yet need a full on expensive professional brewery pump. The March Nano Brewery Pump features a robust flow rate of 17 GPM with all the benefits brewers have come to expect from March magnetic drive pumps. Those features include the ability to throttle back flow and the use of food-grade materials where the beer is in contact with the pump. *Please Note* - This pump must be taken apart and cleaned after every use to prevent the impeller from seizing. To do so, take the bolts out of the pump head, remove the pump head from the pump, then take the impeller shaft and actual impeller apart. Clean well, and reassemble. Homebrewing Tips: 1. Great for Whirlpooling 20 gallons of wort or more. 2. Ideal for our Counterflow Chillers WC90. Please note that the pump comes with a three foot cord WITHOUT a plug attached. It has a 16 gauge 3 wire setup. Statistics Motor: 1/8HP 110v/60Hz Max Flow: 17 G.P.M at zero head Max Head: 27 ft. at 1 GPM Inlet: 1" FPT Outlet: 1/2" MPT Materials in Contact with Beer Polysulfone Stainless Steel Buna N Ceramic

  • Riptide Brewing Pump - 50 Hz (230 V)

230 V RipTide Brewing Pump by Blichmann Engineering

    3 reviews

Imagine a brewing pump that eliminates cavitation, is easy to clean, has a built in valve, and is quiet. Introducing The RipTide pump from Blichmann, the first pump designed specifically for homebrewing. And to top it all off we like the mounting base and the extra long 3 m cord. 3 m gets the plug connection a few meters away from where we are brewing and less likely to be exposed to water - a simple upgrade that is really nice.  Oh, and we almost forgot the power switch which is always a nice feature on something electric!    All in all this is a no brainer upgrade for the difference in cost.     Features: Strong rare earth magnets and a curved blade impeller provide 22 L/M and up to 6.5M of pressure head! Tri-Clamp head disassembles easily for cleaning 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet Motor is enclosed in a splash proof and super quiet case Rotatable stainless steel head Integrated air release vent allows you to easily prime the pump everytime without those frustrating air bubbles and cavitation Linear flow valve provided for excellent flow control Power switch on base 3 m long power cord with 230V plug

  • Tri-Clamp Pump Head Upgrade Kit for 25W MKII Pump - Inline Threaded Ports Tri-Clamp Pump Head Upgrade Kit for 25W MKII Pump - Inline Threaded Ports

KegLand T.C. Breakdown Brewing Pump Head | MKII Pump Head Upgrade Kit | Stainless Steel | 3" Tri-Clamp x 1/2" Threaded Ports

Upgrade your MKII Magnetic Drive Pump with a stainless steel pump head that quickly & easily installs via 3" tri-clamp T.C. connection allows the pump head to be oriented at any angle in a full 360-degrees Pull ring PRV at the pump outlet makes it easy to purge air and prime the pump before each use Inline flow path for smooth integration into your brewery while keeping your tubing lines tidy Stainless steel head with 1/2" threaded ports to attach your preferred fittings—tri-clamp, quick disconnect, camlock, and More! Upgrade your MKII Magnetic Drive Pump with a stainless steel inline pump head! The TC Breakdown Brewing Pump Head provides several advantages over the standard MKII pump head, first and foremost being it's made of stainless steel instead of plastic. This allows for much easier installment of fittings without the risk of breaking off the plastic inlet or outlet. It will also convert the pump head from "Center Inlet" to "Inline" flow path which can make it much easier to integrate into your brewery and keep your brewing hoses tidy. At the outlet of the pump, there is a very handy pull ring PRV that allows you to bleed liquor or wort from the pump head to release trapped air and prime the pump. But what some MKII users might find most exciting about this upgrade kit is that it converts the pump head connection to 3" tri-clamp! Not only do you have a full 360-degrees to orient the pump head any which way, cleaning the pump after use has never been easier—just pop off the tri-clamp, wash out the pump head, and clamp back on. This upgrade kit is only compatible with the 25-Watt MKII pump (PMP500). It will not fit the larger 65-Watt MKII or the Blichmann Engineering RipTide pump. If you don't already own the 25-Watt MKII, you can purchase it with the T.C. pump head already installed here. KegLand Part Number: KL27267
