  • Duotight Draft Regulator Board - 4 Way - PLACEHOLDER Duotight Draft Regulator Board - 4 Way - PLACEHOLDER

Duotight Draft Regulator Board | Gas Manifold | 4 Way

    4 reviews

Serve beverages at different pressures without the need for multiple CO2 cylinders, dual body regulators, or expensive gas manifolds Feed a single pressure to the gas board from your regulator and then step down the pressure on each Duotight regulator Use one line for serving ales, another for soda or seltzer water, and another for carbonating a freshly filled keg All parts shown are included and snap together quickly thanks to Duotight push-to-connect fittings and rigid plastic joiners Duotight In-Line Regulators feature built-in pressure gauges that read 0-60 PSI and can be swapped out for different ranges if desired The Duotight Draft Regulator Board is a simple and cost-effective solution to serving beer and other beverages on draft at different pressures. With a standard CO2 tank and CO2 regulator, you can feed gas at a single pressure into the regulator board and then fine tune individual pressure settings for each gas line via the Duotight In-Line Regulators. These regulators feature built-in pressure gauges that make adjustments super simple and check valves are included as standard so you never have to worry about back flow into the regulator. This kit includes everything you need to assemble your regulator board and can be customized so the gas inlet is on the right or left side—whichever makes the most sense for your home draft setup. Duotight push-to-connect fittings and the precut rigid joiners make assembly a breeze and only takes 10-15 minutes! The draft board kit comes in two options—with or without shut off valves. These valves offer peace of mind and allow you to shut off gas flow to any line that is not in use. If you ensure that your system has no leaks, they aren't technically needed, and you can always fully tighten your Duotight Regulator adjustment knob for added protection. But that little extra security might help you sleep easier at night! One advantage of choosing no check valves, however, is that it will leave room at the top of the board to label your gas lines. One of the coolest features of the Duotight In-Line Regulator is that the included pressure gauge can be swapped out for different pressure ranges. The standard gauge reads 0-60 PSI, but if you have one line that will always be used for serving Ales, you can swap to a 0-15 PSI gauge that will be a little easier to read and make precise adjustments. There's also a Digital Pressure Gauge available that provides backlit instant reads and is rated from 0-90 PSI. Need more than 4 gas lines? Check out the 6-Way Duotight Draft Regulator Board. Please Note: Full assembly required. The gas board, regulators, and fittings will arrive loose. Please see our instructions and assembly video below. Stepping Down Pressure The ideal regulation scenario occurs when the inline regulator steps down the output pressure to at least 10 PSI less than the inlet pressure. For example, if the inlet pressure is 30 PSI, the regulator effectively manages a range from 0–20 PSI on the output side ensuring optimal performance and stability. Ideal regulation scenario (10 PSI less than inlet pressure) Example of 30 PSI inlet translating to 0–20 PSI output Kit Includes: 4-Output Gas Board (4) Duotight In-Line Regulators (4) Duotight Check Valves (4) Duotight Shut Off Valves (if selected above) (3) Duotight Tees (1) Duotight Elbow (15) Rigid Plastic Joiners NOTE: All Duotight fittings and rigid plastic joiners come as 8mm OD. Mounting hardware is included for the regulators but not for mounting the board itself to a wall or the inside of your kegerator/keezer. If you select the option without shutoff valves, you will be left with some spare joiners after assembly.

  • Duotight Manifold - 8mm (5/16) Check Valve Manifold w/ Isolation Valve - PLACEHOLDER Duotight Manifold - 8mm (5/16) Check Valve Manifold w/ Isolation Valve - PLACEHOLDER

Duotight Gas Manifold | Push-In Check Valves | 8 mm Duotight

Coming soon! Duotight Gas Manifolds are now available for pre-order. Place your order now and we will automatically ship it to you when it's available. The current estimated availability is mid-February. Leak-Proof Double O-Ring Technology: Engineered with high-quality EPDM double O-rings, providing twice the sealing surface of standard push-in fittings for maximum reliability and a leak-free draft setup. Modular & Customizable Gas Control: Features integrated, removable check valves to prevent backflow and a tool-free "pop-tab" design that allows you to easily swap, remove, or plug individual ball valves. Instant Tool-Free Connectivity: Designed for 8mm EVABarrier tubing, the Duotight push-to-connect system allows for secure, seconds-fast installation with flexible mounting options for any kegerator or fermentation chamber. Please Note: The Duotight Manifolds feature 8mm Duotight connections at both ends. One end is intended for your gas line and the other can be used to attach another manifold or a variety of accessories. If you will not be installing anything on the other end, you will need a 8mm Plug to cap the opposite end from your Gas In (see below). Streamline your draft setup with the Duotight Gas Manifold, featuring integrated check valves on every ball valve outlet. These check valves provide essential protection by preventing backflow; however, they can be easily removed if you require gas to flow freely in both directions. 8mm Duotight push-to-connect inlet and outlets allow you to easily connect EVABarrier draft tubing in seconds. Available in 2-Way, 4-Way, and 6-Way configurations. Customization & Modular Design This manifold is designed for flexibility. If you need to shut off specific lines permanently, we recommend using the Duotight 8mm Plug (DUO102). Modifying the unit is straightforward: use a thin flat-head screwdriver to pop the black retainer tabs, allowing you to remove or swap individual ball valves as needed. If you wish to expand your manifold the future, multiple Duotight Manifolds can be connected using the 8mm Rigid Joiners (DUO202). Mounting Solutions Every manifold comes ready for installation with button-head screws for standard mounting. If you prefer not to drill into your kegerator or fermentation chamber, we suggest using Duotight Adhesive Brackets (DUO263) for a secure, tool-free setup. High Performance Double O-Ring Design: The secret to Duotight’s superior sealing performance comes from the fact that they use not one, but two high-quality EPDM O-rings.  The double O-ring means they have literally twice the sealing surface when compared with other push-in fittings.  This makes them more reliable and significantly reduces the chance of leakage. The double O-ring system also means that tubing can be bent at a much tighter radius without causing leaking issues, which can be an issue with other fittings.  This combination of factors makes Duotight the most reliable push-in fittings on the market. EPDM offers excellent chemical resistance for a longer life span. When compared with silicone and vinyl, EPDM has much better gas transmission rates, better wear resistance, and is BPA-free. No Clamps Necessary! We recommend cutting your tubing straight, not on an angle, to ensure the line forms a complete seal. To remove the fitting simply push in the collet and the hose can be removed.   KegLand Part Numbers: KL46220 KL46237 KL46244

  • Duotight - 8mm (5/16) Adhesive Bracket - 2 Pack Duotight - 8mm (5/16) Adhesive Bracket - 2 Pack

Duotight Gas Manifold | Adhesive Bracket | 2 Pack

Coming soon! The Adhesive Mounting Bracket for Duotight Gas Manifold are now available for pre-order. Place your order now and we will automatically ship it to you when it's available. The current estimated availability is mid-February. These mounting clips feature a swivel design, allowing you to achieve the perfect angle for your tubing layout even after the adhesive is set. The modular design ensures they click together seamlessly and can be detached from the 8mm Duotight side with ease. Installation Tips: Surface Prep: For the strongest bond, clean the mounting surface with isopropyl alcohol before application. Optimal Conditions: Always apply to a warm, dry surface. If installing inside a kegerator or keezer, ensure the unit is turned off and reaches room temperature first; moisture and cold will compromise the adhesive. Curing Time: Allow the adhesive to set for at least 24 hours before attaching hoses or manifolds.
