Low2 O-rings are cutting edge blend of plastic material (Synthetic M-Class and Cross-Linked Elastomers) that provide the best protection against oxygen ingress ever seen on the homebrew market. The KOMOS multi tool is a convenient instrument to keep nearby that is suitable for most of the fittings you'll encounter when setting up or making adjustments to your kegerator or keezer. If you're kegging your brew then you're well acquainted with the many nuts, bolts, and clamps it takes to rig up a draft system. Even small adjustments will often have you walking back and forth from the tool box before the job done. The KOMOS D-Style coupler is built for use with the most common commercial sanke kegs sold in the USA. Featuring stainless steel body and stainless steel probe, this keg tap is made to last. The coupler comes without fittings so it can be adapted however you sees fit. When assembling, insert the rubber "duck bill" check valve into the side gas-in port. The check ball and ball retainer are placed in the top beverage-out port.
Both gas-in and bev-out ports come bare so you can fit it out exactly how you want it. Maybe you like a larger gas line and smaller beer line—no problem. Or perhaps you're ready to take your draft system into the 21st century with EVABarrier draft tubing and Duotight push-to-connect fittings. The Green corny keg-style PRV is rated to 4.5 BAR (65 psi). It can be swapped out with PRVs with a higher or lower pressure rating if desired. Always check the pressure rating of your keg before swapping PRVs.
Nylon washers are used to create a seal between metal-to-metal 1/4" flare fitting connections. Most often used with stainless steel ball lock quick disconnects to prevent leaks. These washers are not necessary when connecting female flare fittings to plastic male flare QDs that have a plastic washer built-in.
Flare washers are easy to misplace so we always recommend keeping spares on hand.

If your home draft system is a mix of ball lock kegs and commercial sanke kegs, having a coupler with ball lock adapters is a huge plus. This allows you to have all your draft lines ending in a ball lock quick disconnect, making it quick and easy to swap lines from sanke keg to ball lock.
Note that the gas-in adapter has a small line cut into the body of the adapter where the bev-out adapter is smooth.
The check valves will need to be installed before first use. The silicone check valve is inserted on the side gas-in port and the check ball and ball retainer are inserted on the top bev-out port.

The KOMOS DraftMaster is a perfect solution for small beer-serving establishments. This is very unique, dual purpose glycol beer chiller, with the ability to chill a trunk line while also being able to cool 4 additional unfrigerated beers inline. It features 4 built-in stainless steel draft coils that remain submersed in a glycol solution reservoir, as well as a dedicated submersible draft line pump that can be used to pump glycol solution through flooded draft towers or other draft line chilling apparatuses. The draft coils are made from 8 mm OD stainless steel tubing. The inlets and outlets come ready for use with 8 mm Duotight fittings, or standard hose clamp / compression fittings if preferred. The temperature drop of the beverage after one pass through the coil will depend on several factors, such as the temp of the pre-chilled beer, reservoir solution, and ambient environment. Ideally, the DraftMaster should be used in ambient temperatures below 80°F with a 30% glycol solution. If operating the unit in hotter climates or with a non-glycol cooling solution, if you are using the inline chilling coils you may need to pass the beverage through two coils to lower it to serving temperature. Although the DraftMaster is ideally used with propylene glycol to lower the cooling solution below 32°F, home users may find it works perfectly well with 100% distilled/RO water. We recommend leaving the reservoir temperature at or above 38°F when using water only, which will work well for cooling a single KOMOS Cobra tower or other glycol-ready draft tower. Specifications:

Brand new aluminum 22 cubic feet Nitrogen tank made from high strength aluminum alloy and high quality CGA580 valves. Because it is made of aluminum rather than steel you can feel confident that it won’t rust. It can be filled with compressed (liquified) Nitrogen, Argon, or Beer Gas Mix (70% Nitro/30% CO2).

Aluminum tanks are superior to steel because they do not rust. All tanks are shipped empty. To have tanks filled you will want to visit your local welding supply shop. Because you are purchasing a new tank you can choose to either have it filled or to exchange it for a filled tank at your local gas supplier. If you have this tank filled the local gas supplier is responsible for affixing the correct neck label that identifies the gas being put in the cylinder.
Tanks should always be stored in an upright position.

Stainless steel shank comes with a back nut, plastic collar, and a 3/16" tailpiece with hex nut and gasket. If desired, the barb can be removed and swapped for a different size or replaced with a Duotight x Beer Thread Adapter. This size of beer shank is a popular choice for building your own custom draft system. Typically installed in the door of a refrigerator or the wooden collar of a converted chest freezer. The shank’s listed size refers to the total length of threaded pipe. Approximately 1-1/8” are needed to account for the thickness of the finishing collar on the front and the space for the locknut on the back. Please take this into account when sizing the shank for your project. Installation Note: On a fridge there are generally no coolant lines running through the door but please check to see there are no lines connecting the door and the rest of the refrigerator. To test for coolant lines on a freezer start with a warm freezer then plug the unit in with the lid open. You should be able to see the lines form condensation on the inside of the freezer where there are lines running. Please still use caution when drilling.
