KOMOS® Kegerator | Digital Thermostat | Casters | Regulator | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 4 Corny Kegs | No Tower - Cosmetic Defect

    65 reviews

Designed to hold up to FOUR 5-gallon ball lock corny kegs (see below for full list of what fits) Included KOMOS Dual Gauge CO2 Regulator maintains consistent pressure and is easily adjusted Works prefectly as a fermentation chamber, or add draft tower and faucet options to deck out the kegerator as you see fit! The KOMOS Kegerator features upgraded components for faster chilling and more efficient operation. It also has a redesigned interior that fits up to four 5-gallon kegs at one time. This unit represents an amazing value in home draft dispensing. It features a digital controller, stainless steel door, aluminum floor, rolling casters, robust KOMOS CO2 regulator, and more. This version does not include a tower kit. Great as a fermenation refrigerator or as a unit that can be built-in when adequate ventilation is an option. Approximately 4" of space on each side of the kegerator is required to allow the unit enough air. The tower is then mounted to the countertop and often a pvc collar or foam insulation is placed between the kegerator and the counter. This can also be done with any of our regular kegerators by removing the tower from the unit and mounting it on the counter. The most eye-catching difference between this unit and the previous model is definitely the capacity. This is the first kegerator we have offered that can fit up to four 5-gallon homebrew kegs at one time, and that’s all thanks to the redesigned interior. Most kegerators position the compressor on the right or left side of the inside floor, making one side shallower than the other. The KOMOS kegerator positions the compressor in the middle so both sides of the interior have an equal depth. This seemingly small detail allows the unit to hold up to four 5-gallon Slimline Torpedo or Ball Lock Corny kegs. Dual gas line inlets are absolutely clutch if you want to serve beverages at two different pressures or use two different types of gas. The previous model had one inlet that was only wide enough for a single line to pass through. Now both inlets are just over 3/4" in diameter and feature PCO 1881 threads. This threading allows you to use the plastic Carbonation Ball Lock Cap (FE13) as a quick connect option for your gas lines. Improvements to the condenser, evaporator, and insulation means the KOMOS kegerator is more efficient than ever before. It also features a redesigned internal fan for improved air circulation, pulling cold air from below the evaporator and blowing it back over the top of your kegs and up into the tower to chill your draft lines. Extra Wide Temperature Range is Perfect for Homebrewers The KOMOS kegerator is tailored to a homebrewer's needs. Take, for example, the extended range digital controller with an adjustable temperature range from 26 - 82°F. This allows homebrewers to use as fermentation chamber and is something that other kegerators don't do. Although the unit does not provide heating, the extended range allows you to program the internal temperature at say an ale fermentation temp of 68°F and will provide cooling whenever the temp rises above that set point. With the insulation provided by the kegerator, heating should rarely be needed, but you can always place a low wattage heat wrap inside the unit if ever needed. The digital controller always displays the temperature and is easily adjusted from the front of the kegerator with the door closed. It's pretty nice. KOMOS Regulator The included high-quality KOMOS CO2 regulator maintains consistent pressure and features a blow-off PRV with pull ring for safety and to relieve pressure, rubber coated gauges, and a hand knob for easy adjustment. Many kegerator brands will include the cheapest regulator they can find, and while these regulators may work OK out of the box, they will eventually show signs of pressure creep which can lead to foamy beer and other issues with your draft system. Rather than have you rely on a regulator that is "just OK", KOMOS kegerators include their own premium dual gauge regulator with highly accurate precision diaphragm and heavy-duty steel gauges. Added Features One of the unique features on a kegerator in this price range is the tower fan, which blows cold air up into your tower to reduce foaming issues. The countertop drip tray couldn't be easier to keep clean. Built-in drip trays look cool, but they're a pain to keep clean. Before long they get pretty disgusting with dried, spilled beer -- attracting fruit flies and becoming a haven for mold and bacteria to grow. They'll often overflow the reservoir inside the kegerator causing a huge mess. Our kegerator's tray is designed to be removed and easily washed. Optional Draft Towers Both draft tower options are made from stainless steel, a huge upgrade over chrome plated towers commonly found on other kegerators. The difference is simply in the appearance. Do you prefer the sleek look of brushed stainless, or the quietly ominous appearance of matte black? The matte black tower option pairs perfectly with the NukaTap Stealth Bomber faucets, which also feature a matte black finish. Or mix and match. You do you! Each draft tower kit comes standard with Duotight fittings and EVABarrier draft tubing. Duotight push-in fittings offer quick connection, a reliable seal, and versatility. Setting up and connecting draft line has never been easier—no more hose clamps or heating water to soften tubing. Duotight fittings are included for the tower shanks, regulator, and for splitting gas lines (double & triple tap only). EVABarrier double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss, and microbial growth. It's also PVC-free and BPA-free. Optional Faucets The most popular forward-sealing faucets we offer are, without a doubt, the Intertap and the NukaTap. Forward-sealing means that while in the closed position the faucet will keep beer in it instead of draining out. This keeps the internal parts from getting sticky and reduces the chance of off flavors transferring to your beer while you pour. Both faucets feature s modular, threaded spout that can fit a variety of attachments including a growler filler or stout spout, and all attachments are cross compatible. The Intertap boasts all stainless steel internal components, whereas NukaTap's internal shuttle is made from TPV, but the NukaTap was designed with a lower thermal mass for reduced first pour foam. And for the price-conscious brewer, we off the industry standard beer faucet. It may not have the same bells and whistles as the other options, but it is no less dependable. For more info on each faucet option, check them out below the description. Best Value & Backed by MoreBeer! The ultimate control & precision of your fermentation process. Equipped with four built-in temperature controllers and pumps, this advanced chiller enables you to independently regulate the temperature of multiple separate fermentation vessels simultaneously, ensuring optimal conditions for different batches or styles of beer, making it a game-changer for homebrewers. 4 Built-in pumps and digital controllers Control multiple fermentation temperatures independently Fill with 20% glycol solution for optimal chilling performance Cold crash with good insulation Perfect complement to BrewBuilt X-Series Conicals The IceMaster Max 4 is designed to cool fermentations in small vessels. It features 4 built-in submersible pumps with independent digital temperature controllers and can be used with any vessel that has a glycol jacket or submersed cooling coil/rod. Each controller includes a temperature probe that should be inserted into a thermowell in your vessel or can be taped to the outside of the vessel if you don't have a thermowell. The digital controller then measures the temperature of your tank and turns the submersible pump on or off to cool to your desired set temperature. Up to four tanks can be controlled separately with one IceMaster Max 4. Compatibility The IceMaster can be used with any fermenter that has a built-in cooling jacket, added CoolStix, or a submersed cooling coil. It works well as the cooling source for the following systems and fermenters. BrewBuilt Jacketed Uni Conical - we recommend one Insulated Tubing Kit for each tank. These kits feature "dry break" quick disconnects that prevent glycol loss and the insulated tubing will increase chilling efficiency and eliminate line sweating from condensation. CoolStix - CoolStix can be added to a wide range of carboys, fermenters, and tanks and the IceMaster works really well in combination. Each CoolStix is available with or without a pump kit; for use with the IceMaster Max 4 you will only need the CoolStix and some tubing to connect it to the chiller. Ss Brewtech Fermenters and Brites - Ss BME Chronicals, BME Brites, and Unitanks come with cooling coils and neoprene as standard. The optional chilling FTSs will not be needed for use with the Max 4. The cooling coil for standard Ss Chronicals and Brew Buckets are not sold a la carte and must be purchased with a submersible pump, which is not needed for the Max 4. For standard Chronicals and Brew Buckets you might consider the IceMaster 100 for cost savings. Spike Conical with Optional Cooling Coil - the cooling coil for Spike CF series conicals is available for purchase independently from the TC-100 cooling system. For use with the Max 4 you will only need the coil and some tubing to connect it to the chiller. Speidel Tanks with Optional Cooling Jackets - You will need two lengths of tubing to connect the chiller to each tank. Grainfather Fermenters - Grainfather fermenters have standard cooling jackets. You will need two lengths of tubing for each fermenter. Blichmann Fermenators with Optional Cooling Coil - You will need two lengths of tubing for each Fermenator. Capacity It is always difficult to determine exactly how many tanks can be chilled at one time as it depends on what is happening in each tank, if the tank is insulated, and what the ambient temperature is. Cold crashing always requires the most energy and requires tank insulation. We have experimented with capacities and can provide this general guide based on a 75°F ambient and neoprene insulation. Neoprene provides a modest amount of insulation so you would obtain better results using Armaflex or a higher R rated insulation. Capacity calculated at cold crashing to a target temperature of 38°F while the ambient temperature is 75°F with neoprene insulation (double tank capacity for ale fermentation temperature control): 2 - 1BBL (31 Gallon) Jacketed Tank 2 - 1/2BBL (15-20 Gallon) Tanks 3 - 10-14 Gallon Tanks 4 - 5-7 Gallon Tanks Set Up In order to hook up the IceMaster to your fermenter or tank's cooling system, you will need 2 lengths of tubing per vessel. All tubing connections should be secured with hose clamps. Length 1: Barb of 1st bulkhead (IN) to cooling system outlet Length 2: Barb of 2nd bulkhead (OUT) to cooling system inlet Specifications: 4 built-in submersible pumps with independent digital controllers Pump controllers read in °F/°C Temperature controller reads in °C Labeled IN and OUT stainless bulkheads with 3/8" OD barbs Tank Capacity: 30L/8 Gal. Water Capacity Compressor: 3/8 HP Cooling Capacity: 780 Watt/2600btu/0.26 ton Refrigerant: R134a Voltage: 110V (3.6 amps) Dimensions: 16.1" x 16.1" x 26" Wheels included CE Certified Max Head: 21.3 ft (6.5 m) Warning: Do not set the reservoir temperature controller lower than 28°F (-2ºC). Running the unit below this temperature may negatively affect the unit's efficiency and has the potential to freeze beer which may impact the finished beer's flavor.

Banjo Burner - High Pressure Propane - Return

    18 reviews

This cast iron wide-profile banjo burner is strong and efficient, topping our ratings in getting wort to a quick boil, while using the same amount or less of propane. Adjusted for efficiency this banjo burner produces around 70,000 BTU/hr, and in full, this banjo burner mode produces 100,000 btu. Banjo burners can often times have issues when using with low flame output. We sourced and tested a number of different units, before settling on this one, which performs great at low output. Uses 3/8" male flare fitting (included). Comes with steel orifice plate for regulating airflow The burner has a 9 7/8" diameter and is 14 3/4" long This banjo burner requires a propane regulator to function properly. We recommend a Wind Guard with these units if brewing outdoors. If using indoors, you must have proper ventilation in the form of an overhead cooking hood.

KOMOS® Deluxe Kegerator | Stainless Steel Exterior | Digital Thermostat | Casters | Regulator | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 4 Corny Kegs | No Tower - Return

The KOMOS Deluxe Kegerator model boasts the same features as the standard model with an eye-catching stainless steel extrerior and upgraded stainless steel drip tray. The interior is designed to fit up to four 5-gallon ball lock kegs at one time. This unit represents an amazing value in home draft dispensing. ForgeFit® Stainless Tri-Clamp Rotating Racking Arm | 1.5" - Used

Stop leaving clean, perfectly good, wine or beer in your tank and always drain from the perfect height with our tri-clover style rotating racking arms. Remove your existing tri-clamp butterfly valve and place this rotating racking arm between the tank and your valve. When it is time to rack off slightly loosen the clamp nearest the tank and use the built-in handle to rotate to just about the lees level. A white rotatable gasket is placed between the welded in tank fitting and this rotating arm. Because the micro finish of the gasket is hard and slippery it allows the rotating arm to rotate in place. A standard black EPDM gasket is placed between the rotating arm and the butterfly valve and is always kept completely tightened. The length of the arm after the elbow is 10.5" allowing you to draw from roughly 8" above or below the valve level. The arm measures 9.5" from the TC fitting to the elbow. We suggest you assemble the rotating arm and butterfly valve in such a way that the arm is pointed in the same direction as the handle on your butterfly valve. In this manner you always know how the racking arm is positioned in your tank. 1.5" tri-clamp Polished finish Made from 304 stainless steel ForgeFit® is a brand of rugged, high-quality fittings made from certified 304 stainless steel. WiFi / Bluetooth enabled RAPT Controller tracks your brewday and automatically uploads detailed information to the RAPT portal The top mounted RAPT Controller can be tilted upward for easy viewing, or detached from the unit to mount it on the wall or placed on your bench Mirror polished dome shaped bottom with center drain -- get every last bit of wort into your fermenter while the perforated bottom screen filters out 95% of hot break and hop matter Make larger batches or higher gravity beers! BrewZilla offers the largest malt pipe capacity for units in its size range, and the Gen 4 unit has a 30% larger malt pipe compared to the previous generation Perforated bottom on the newly designed malt pipe allows for improved mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency Element power percentage can be adjusted via the RAPT Controller. Go full power to heat up quickly, or dial it down so you don't overshoot your strike water temp The built-in pump is plumbed to both the recirculation and arm and the bottom ball valve. Recirculate wort during your mash, then close the recirculation valve and pump wort to your fermenter via the bottom valve Pair with the RAPT-enabled Bluetooth Thermometer, allowing your BrewZilla to calculate a core mash temperature reading and more accurately control temperatures and mash steps More RAPT-enabled accessories are coming, and future firmware updates can be downloaded to the RAPT Controller itself over the internet WiFi/Bluetooth Enabled RAPT Controller The RAPT Controller is mounted to the top of the boiler body, allowing for easy operation when you have the unit set on the ground. The controller can be tilted upwards to give you an even better view, or it can be removed from the BrewZilla entirely if you'd prefer to mount the controller on your wall or lay it down on a workbench. From the controller, you'll orchestrate your entire brew day. Program mash steps, dial in element power, and operate the integrated pump all from one screen. But the RAPT Controller is much more than a beautiful, full-color display switch board. Once synced to the RAPT Portal, you'll be able to track, record and monitor your brews online. No need for handwriting notes or punching brew day details into your phone -- all of the data from your brew is automatically logged to your portal profile. This information doesn't just include your mash profile; it also captures detailed information about your element power and pump activity, opening the door for very precise repeatability. And the RAPT Portal isn't just a digital archive for your brew days. With your BrewZilla powered on, you can control your brewery from virtually anywhere using your phone's web browser. Not sure when you'll be home from work or your kid's ball game going into extra innings? No problem! Before you head out, simply log into the RAPT Portal from your phone and tell the BrewZilla to start heating your strike water. Along with remote control, the portal enables you to program alarms and push notifications for all of your boil additions. We've all been caught up with a side task and failed to throw in that yeast nutrient or clarifying agent at the end of the boil, but the BrewZilla has the back of even the most forgetful brewer! But wait, there's more! In addition to WiFi connectivity, the RAPT Controller is also a Bluetooth gateway device. KegLand is currently developing various Bluetooth devices such as the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer and other sensors which will be compatible with your brewery upon release. The RAPT Controller is able to receive information from Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices, adjusting its processes based on this new stream of information while simultaneously logging it to your RAPT Portal. With the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer, for example, you'll be able to feed temperature readings from the top of your mash bed to the controller. The controller will then compare this reading with the main temp probe reading at the base of the kettle and adjust element cycling based on these combined readings. Finally, the RAPT Controller WiFi connectivity allows you to update the controller's firmware with a single click. Take advantage of new features and accessories as soon as they become available by simply keeping your BrewZilla connected to your local WiFi network. And again, the WiFi is already built-in! No need to come back for an expensive add-on accessory down the road. High Capacity Malt Pipe With an approximately 23.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 50% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G30. If you want to fill your fermenter with more than a 5-gallon batch worth of wort, or brew the highest gravity beer recipes, the BrewZilla is the brewhouse for the job. And the included malt pipe is just the beginning. If you want to expand your brewery's grain capacity even further, KegLand makes Boiler Extension Kits and Extended Malt Pipes for that very purpose. The malt pipe features a perforated section at the bottom which improves mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency. Concave Base with Center Draining Leave no wort behind! The concave base with center drain means you'll be able to extract every last drop of wort to your fermenter. If you've brewed in a traditional flat bottom kettle, this center drain may be a bit perplexing at first. Many brewers are used to whirlpooling after the boil to pull hop matter into the center of the kettle, then transfer out using a pick-up tube that pulls from the kettle wall in order to avoid sucking up the solids. But fear not! One of the key features of the BrewZilla is the false bottom protection screen. This screen avoids the need for doing a whirlpool, filtering wort as it transfers and blocking more than 95% of hops and hot break from getting sucked into the pump. This not only prevents blocked pump issues, it also increases the efficiency of your brewhouse by eliminating kettle loss from wort that may have otherwise been left behind. Ultra Low Watt Density Elements The concave base on the BrewZilla also allowed for larger heating elements with significantly lower watt density than other breweries. When a lot of energy is coming off of a small element, the local temperature near the element can be so high that it scorches the wort and causes caramelization. Lower watt density essentially means you can produce lighter color beers that would otherwise have fallen victim to caramelization effect. It also reduces that chance of boilovers and reduces stress on the elements which extends their life expectancy. Easy Access Built-In Pump The built-in pump allows you to recirculate your wort during the mash for improved efficiency and more even temperature distribution. But it can also be used to transfer your wort from kettle to fermenter rather than relying on a gravity feed, and with the optional CIP Rotar, you can used the pump to clean your BrewZilla (or fermenter) after every use. During your brew day you'll be able to control the pump from the RAPT Controller with a dedicated button for turning the pump on and off. Another feature you'll find on the controller is adjusting the pump flow. This doesn't control the actual volume of the flow (you can do that from the ball valve located on the recirculation arm), but rather cycles the pump on and off automatically based on your setting. At 100%, the pump remains on continuously. But at 80%, the pump will cycle to be on 80% of the time and off 20% of the time. This may not be a feature that every brewer thinks they need, but it's an excellent way to avoid running the pump dry accidentally, as the time the pump is off allows recirculating wort to filter through the grain bed and back into the pump inlet. If you flip over the boiler, you'll find the magnetic drive pump and all the plumbing is right at your fingertips. This means you don't have to disassemble the base in order to access the pump for cleaning or maintenance if required. It also means the plumbing can be changed more easily too. For instance, the unit comes as standard with the plumbing from the pump feeding both the recirculation arm and the transfer valve, but you change this so the tap outlet bypasses the pump if you prefer. MoreBeer!'s Final Word We've been selling all-in-one brewing systems ever since they first hit the market, and we have to say that the Gen 4 BrewZilla is not only the most feature-packed unit ever made, it's also offered at an incredibly competitive price point when compared to other systems. You'll get all of the cutting edge Bluetooth technology you'd get with the Grainfather and at an exceptionally lower price tag. Plus, you get the WiFi capabilities as standard, rather than as a $100 add-on accessory. When it comes to mash recirculation, that's yet another built-in feature on the BrewZilla, and the pump can also be used for transferring and CIP cleaning. The Foundry has a great starting price, but if you want to unlock its full potential, you'll need to spend another $100 for the recirculation pump kit. What's more, no other system in the same 'weight class' has the same grain capacity. And if the standard capacity isn't quite enough, the BrewZilla can be easily upgraded with a Boiler Body Extension Kit and Extended Malt Pipe. When you purchase the BrewZilla, you can feel confident that you're investing in a top shelf system and all of the critical features you're expecting will be included. Perfect for Distillation If you want to expand your lineup of homemade libations to offer Spirits in addition to Ales & Lagers, the BrewZilla makes an excellent pot still! Add the Distillation Lid upgrade and pair it with an AlcoEngine Copper Reflux Condenser or Copper Pot Still Top. AlcoEngine Stills have been selling on the home market for years and offer some of the most affordable, beginner-friendly stills you'll find. KegLand Part Number: KL3276 Please note: due to patent restrictions in the United States, the malt pipe has been redesigned with one set of bottom feet. This model does not include the "two stage" malt pipe as advertised by KegLand and featured in previous MoreBeer! YouTube videos. Please Note: When removing the malt pipe to drain after mashing, it is important to do so slowly rather than in one swift pull. If the malt pipe is removed all at once when it is full of wort, it is possible for the draining wort to spray out and over the rim of the brewery through the perforated bottom. Remove the malt pipe slowly so that some of the wort can drain out before it is fully removed and set on its bottom feet. This can be done by hand on the 35L unit, but for the 65L and 100L units we highly recommend using the Pulley System for removing the malt pipe. Warning: Do not engage the adjustable lid clamps when brewing with the BrewZilla's standard glass lid. The clamps are only intended to be used with distillation lids or other metal accessories. With too much tension, it is possible for the lid clamps to break the glass lid when engaged. Warning: If you are going to use an extension cord with the BrewZilla, you must ensure that the cord is the correct gauge and properly rated to suit the power requirements of your brewery. See the reference chart below for the recommended gauge based on your unit and the length of cord you wish to use.   35L (110V) 35L (220V) 65L (220V) 100L (220V) 10 ft. 14 Gauge 14 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 25 ft. 14 Gauge 14 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 50 ft. 12 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 8 Gauge   RAPT Gen 4 BrewZilla | User Manual

BrewZilla All Grain Brewing System With Pump | Gen 3.1.1 | 35L/9.25G (110V) - Refurbished

    121 reviews

We've seen a lot of all-in-one systems over the years, but none are as feature-packed and affordable as the BrewZilla. While other units simply maintain your set temperature, the BrewZilla features a sophisticated digital controller which can be programmed with a full mash schedule, executing each step automatically. The built-in pump will continuously recirculate wort during the mash for more even heat distribution and higher efficiency, but thanks to the integrated camlock fitting, it has even more functionality. Add the optional whirlpool arm to make your late hop additions pop and speed up chilling time, or connect a camlock fitting and tubing to transfer wort to your fermenter. These are just a couple of reasons why MoreBeer! loves the BrewZilla, but there are so many More! Our Top 10 Favorite Features: Sophisticated digital controller capable of programmed mash steps, boil addition timers and delayed start Built-in pump for constant recirculation during mash or whirlpooling and transferring with optional accessories Full depth malt pipe for higher mash efficiency and capable of running small batches without a pricey adapter Multiple power modes to cover each step of the brew day – low power to gently heat your mash up to full power for a rolling boil Wort chiller included! Perfectly sized for this system and adds even more value to your purchase of the BrewZilla High capacity brewhouse – with a volume of over 9 gallons, you can fit more grain and more wort to make MoreBeer! Single wall design doesn't trap in heat – chill your wort quickly after the boil! Super convenient bottom handle makes lifting/pouring a breeze Rubber feet keep the boiler lifted off the ground and safely above any spills that may occur Affordable! This is the best price for an all-in-one brewing system you'll find, period. If you want to jump into all grain brewing right from your first batch, or as an upgrade from malt extract brewing, the BrewZilla is a complete turn key solution. The BrewZilla is an all-in-one electric brewery that has built-in elements for heating and boiling, programmable mash schedule and delayed start, a built-in pump for recirculation, an onboard water resistant control panel for setting and monitoring temperatures, a removable grain basket, and a built-in spigot for transferring. It is extremely portable and uses 110V power so it can be used nearly anywhere. The V3.1.1 unit features an upgraded main circuit board that changes how the automatic step mashing functions. Now when moving from step to step, the timer for each step will not begin counting down until the programmed temperature is reached. This means more accurate mash schedules than ever before! The new board also introduces boil addition timers so you'll never miss the mark for hop additions. To get the Wort Chiller Connection Kit for free, add the item to your cart along with the BrewZilla and use code ZILLAKIT at checkout. New accessory! Check out the BrewZilla Whirlpool Arm, which uses the unit's internal pump to recirculate and spin the wort, improving hop extraction and chill times. No more stirring! Automatic Step Mashing & Delayed Start! One of the coolest features of the BrewZilla is the ability to program the unit with up to 6 individual temperatures and durations so you can step mash precisely how you desire. Simply press the "S1-S6" button to select the stage you want to adjust, and use the temp, time and +/- buttons to program the stage. If you have less than 6 stages in your mash schedule, program the stages you want to skip with 00:00 as the time and the controller will automatically move on to the next step. When all the stages are complete, the unit will sound an alarm and hold the last set temperature. The programmable stages can also be used to set a delayed start of up to 23 hours in advance so that you can have your water hot and ready to go when you get home from work or wake up in the morning. In order to do this, fill the unit with strike water and program the controller with two steps. Step 1 should be programmed at a temperature lower than the unheated strike water (so the elements will remain off), and the duration should be programmed for however long you want the delay. Then program Step 2 with your desired strike water temperature and a duration of 1-2 hours, giving the BrewZilla ample time to heat up and giving you a margin of error in case you hit the snooze button the morning of brew day. Recirculating Mash with Full Depth Malt Pipe The built-in magnetic drive pump easily recirculates wort during the mash. We recommend getting some silicone tubing to go with the recirculation arm. This allows you more control over the recirculation and you can then use the pump to transfer your wort to your fermenter. As with any mash, be sure to stir your grain very thoroughly after mashing-in so you start out with an even temperature throughout the grain bed. Some competing models advertise their perforated malt pipes as "high flow", but what they don't mention is how this affects efficiency. When recirculating the mash, wort will escape through the side perforations rather than passing through the grain at the bottom-most end of the malt pipe which can lead to lower efficiency. The BrewZilla's malt pipe is designed so that recirculating wort must pass through the entire grain bed before escaping through the false bottom and being pumped over the top of the grain bed again. If you're worried about the flow rate, simply add a pound or two of rice hulls to your grain bill. This is especially recommended when brewing with a high level of wheat, oat, or flaked grains. Power & Heating Control Dual heating elements run off of a single 110 volt plug and have individual switches allowing for more control over the heating process. One element is 1000 watts and the other is 500 for a combined 1500 watts! Use both when you need to ramp up the temperature quickly either at the start to get to your mash temp or to go from your mash temp to boiling. Use only one of the elements when you want to hold a temperature. We highly recommend adding the optional BrewZilla Neoprene Jacket to help reduce heating times and maintain a more vigorous boil. The extra thick neoprene jacket is custom designed to insulate the entire kettle portion of the BrewZilla while staying out of the way of the ball valve and handles. The jacket can help you acheive up to 10% faster heat up times and cut heat loss from the boiler in half. And when it comes time to cool your wort after the boil, simply remove the jacket! While other units boast a double wall design for better heat retention, this actually becomes a disadvantage when it comes to chilling. The digital control panel makes it easy to see the current temperature and set the temperature you want. The digital controller is also water resistant so don't worry about spills or some water dripping down the side. This controller is built for brewing! The brewery also includes a stainless steel malt pipe with false bottom allowing you to easily shift from mash tun to boil kettle during your brew day. The malt pipe includes a handle to lift it out and tabs at the base so you can set the malt pipe over the kettle to let the wort drain out. It also has feet at its base to raise the malt pipe slightly off the base and help prevent clogging. The included stainless steel wort chiller is shipped with bare ends so you can set it up for your situation. We list below the most common tubing and fittings to connect to a hose, hose bib, or faucet. What MoreBeer! loves about this product: Homebrewing is trending in the direction of all-in-one, all-grain brewing systems and the BrewZilla is the ultimate value. The cost is half of the next comparable system with programmable mash steps and nearly the same as buying converted coolers and a kettle. We've brewed on all the systems and we can truly say the BrewZilla is the easiest to use. We feel confident that a lot of first time brewers could buy this and use it with ease. At the same time quite a few of our experienced, all-grain brewing staff are buying it to brew at home. The unit is extremely compact because the pump is built-in to the bottom of the unit. You can move it around with ease which makes it perfect for guys and gals that have space constraints. Someone on the team also mentioned how they like that you can drain it via gravity without having to use the pump. All in all a great buy and highly recommended. Please note you will need a few extra pieces of hardware to connect the wort chiller and at least 2' of silicone tubing for the sparge. Use the Pump for More Than Just Recirculation! One of the surprisingly handy features of the BrewZilla is that the recirculation pipe features a female camlock. This allows you to hook up other accessories and use the unit's pump for more than just recirculating wort. With a male camlock and silicone tubing, for example, you can use the internal pump to push wort through a plate chiller or counterflow chiller. Check out our selection of camlock fittings here. Features: Gen 3.1.1 Stainless steel construction 9 gallon total capacity with a finished beer output of 5-6 gallons Digital temperature controller Automatic step mashing with 6 programmable stages 110V power and plug Dual heating elements for total control (1000 watts and 500 watts) Stainless steel 1/2 inch ball valve for draining (dont have to use the pump) Immersion wort chiller included Stainless steel malt pipe/basket Stamped in volume markers Glass lid Magnetic drive pump for recirculation Recirculation arm Bottom handle for easy lifting and pouring Upgraded rocker switches Rubber feet Temperature reads in °F or °C (press and hold temp button for several seconds to adjust) 32.75 in H (with recirculation arm) x 12.5 in D Recommended max. grain bill - 18 lbs Recommended min. grain bill - 8 lbs AlcoEngine Still ready with the purchase of a Distillation Lid You Will Need: 2' of H985 1/2" ID Silicone tubing for sparging and draining. BrewBuilt™ IceMaster Max 2 Glycol Chiller | 2 Built-In Temperature Controllers & Pumps - Refurbished

    1 review

The ultimate control & precision of your fermentation process. Equipped with two built-in temperature controllers and pumps, this advanced chiller enables you to independently regulate the temperature of two separate fermentation vessels simultaneously, ensuring optimal conditions for different batches or styles of beer, making it a game-changer for homebrewers. 2 built-in submersible pumps with independent digital controllers Control multiple fermentation temperatures independently Fill with 20% glycol solution for optimal chilling performance Cold crash with good insulation Perfect complement to BrewBuilt X-Series Conicals The IceMaster Max 2 is designed to cool fermentations in small vessels. It features 2 built-in submersible pumps with independent digital temperature controllers and can be used with any vessel that has a glycol jacket or submersed cooling coil/rod. Each controller includes a temperature probe that should be inserted into a thermowell in your vessel or can be taped to the outside of the vessel if you don't have a thermowell. The digital controller then measures the temperature of your tank and turns the submersible pump on or off to cool to your desired set temperature. Up to two tanks can be controlled separately with one IceMaster Max 2. The Max 2 is the perfect unit for brewers with 1 or 2 fermentation vessels. The IceMaster 100 and IceMaster Max 4 are terrific chillers, but for they have far more cooling capacity than the average homebrewer needs. The Max 2 is the most affordable glycol chiller we offer, and thanks to the built-in submersible pumps and controllers, there's no need to purchase additional pump kits to use with your cooling system(s). Each CoolStix is available with or without a pump kit; for use with the IceMaster Max 2 you will only need the CoolStix and some tubing to connect it to the chiller.   Ss Brewtech Fermenters and Brites - Ss BME Chronicals, BME Brites, and Unitanks come with cooling coils and neoprene as standard. The optional chilling FTSs will not be needed for use with the Max 2. Spike Conical with Optional Cooling Coil - the cooling coil for Spike CF series conicals is available for purchase independently from the TC-100 cooling system. For use with the Max 2 you will only need the coil and some tubing to connect it to the chiller. At 75°F ambient temperature with neoprene insulation, the Max 2 can cold crash one 1 BBL BrewBuilt Jacketed Uni or two Jacketed Unis up to 15 gallons in size at one time to 38°F. Set Up In order to hook up the IceMaster to your fermenter or tank's cooling system, you will need 2 lengths of tubing per vessel. All tubing connections should be secured with hose clamps. The unit comes with JoinTech Male Quick Disconnects installed as the inlet/outlet bulkheads, and also includes Female QDs with barbs to connect your tubing to the bulkheads. QDs to connect tubing to your cooling system are not included as the connection type depends on your setup. Length 1: 1st bulkhead (IN) to cooling system outlet Length 2: 2nd bulkhead (OUT) to cooling system inlet Specifications: 2 built-in submersible pumps with independent digital controllers Pump controller reads in °F / °C Temperature controller reads in °C Labeled IN and OUT bulkheads with Male QD JoinTech Dry Break Quick Disconnects (4) Female QD JoinTech Dry Break Quick Disconnect w/ 1/2" Barb included Tank Capacity: 17 L / 4.5 Gal. We’ve all been caught up with a side task and failed to throw in that yeast nutrient or clarifying agent at the end of the boil, but the BrewZilla has the back of even the most forgetful brewer! But wait, there’s more! With the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer, for example, you’ll be able to feed temperature readings from the top of your mash bed to the controller. The controller will then compare this reading with the main temp probe reading at the base of the kettle and adjust element cycling based on these combined readings. Finally, the RAPT Controller WiFi connectivity allows you to update the controller’s firmware with a single click. Take advantage of new features and accessories as soon as they become available by simply keeping your BrewZilla connected to your local WiFi network. And again, the WiFi is already built-in! No need to come back for an expensive add-on accessory down the road. High Capacity Malt Pipe With an approximately 41.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 20% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G70. If you want to fill your fermenter with more than a 5-gallon batch worth of wort, or brew the highest gravity beer recipes, the BrewZilla is the brewhouse for the job. And the included malt pipe is just the beginning. If you want to expand your brewery’s grain capacity even further, KegLand makes Boiler Extension Kits and Extended Malt Pipes for that very purpose. The malt pipe features a perforated section at the bottom which improves mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency. Concave Base with Center Draining Leave no wort behind! The concave base with center drain means you’ll be able to extract every last drop of wort to your fermenter. If you’ve brewed in a traditional flat bottom kettle, this center drain may be a bit perplexing at first. During your brew day you’ll be able to control the pump from the RAPT Controller with a dedicated button for turning the pump on and off. Another feature you’ll find on the controller is adjusting the pump flow. This doesn’t control the actual volume of the flow (you can do that from the ball valve located on the recirculation arm), but rather cycles the pump on and off automatically based on your setting. At 100%, the pump remains on continuously. But at 80%, the pump will cycle to be on 80% of the time and off 20% of the time. This may not be a feature that every brewer thinks they need, but it’s an excellent way to avoid running the pump dry accidentally, as the time the pump is off allows recirculating wort to filter through the grain bed and back into the pump inlet. If you flip over the boiler, you’ll find the magnetic drive pump and all the plumbing is right at your fingertips. This means you don’t have to disassemble the base in order to access the pump for cleaning or maintenance if required. It also means the plumbing can be changed more easily too. For instance, the unit comes as standard with the plumbing from the pump feeding both the recirculation arm and the transfer valve, but you change this so the tap outlet bypasses the pump if you prefer. MoreBeer!'s Final Word We’ve been selling all-in-one brewing systems ever since they first hit the market, and we have to say that the Gen 4 BrewZilla is not only the most feature-packed unit ever made, it’s also offered at an incredibly competitive price point when compared to other systems. You’ll get all of the cutting edge Bluetooth technology you’d get with the Grainfather and at an exceptionally lower price tag. Plus, you get the WiFi capabilities as standard, rather than as a $100 add-on accessory. When it comes to mash recirculation, that’s yet another built-in feature on the BrewZilla, and the pump can also be used for transferring and CIP cleaning. The Foundry has a great starting price, but if you want to unlock its full potential, you’ll need to spend another $100 for the recirculation pump kit. What’s more, no other system in the same ‘weight class’ has the same grain capacity. And if the standard capacity isn’t quite enough, the BrewZilla can be easily upgraded with a Boiler Body Extension Kit and Extended Malt Pipe. When you purchase the BrewZilla, you can feel confident that you’re investing in a top shelf system and all of the critical features you’re expecting will be included. KegLand Part Number: KL27458 Please note: due to patent restrictions in the United States, the malt pipe has been redesigned with one set of bottom feet.

    BrewBuilt® IceMaster Max 4 | Glycol Chiller | 4 Built In Temp Controllers & Pumps | 2600btu | 110V | 8 Gal. Tank Capacity - Refurbished

    18 reviews

KOMOS® Kegerator | Digital Thermostat | Casters | Regulator | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 4 Corny Kegs - Refurbished

Take, for example, the extended range digital controller that can adjust internal temperatures from 26 - 82°F. This allows homebrewers to use it for fermentation and is something that other kegerators don't do. BrewBuilt® Brewing Kettle | 1.5" Tri-Clamp | Dual Port | Side Handles - Refurbished

Welded 1.5" tri-clamp ports for a lifetime of leak-free use 304 stainless steel construction with mirror polish finish Notched lid provides cover while not interfering with immersion chillers, hop bags, or other accessories Choose from Boil Kettle, Hot Liquor Tank or Mash Tun configurations The Boil Kettle comes without fittings The Hot Liquor Tank includes a Kettle Maximizer and Thermometer with 2" Probe The Mash Tun includes a False Bottom Kit and Thermometer with 6" Probe Add your preferred Valve Hardware Pack when choosing your kettle above or purchase your own valve & fittings separately Designed for Brewing. Built to Last. BrewBuilt brew kettles are made from 304 stainless steel and offer an unparalleled mix of features for the price. At the very top of the list are two welded-in place tri-clamp couplers that offer a lifetime of leak free use. As you can imagine, welding in a coupler costs more than punching a hole and using a gasketed (i.e. weld-less) fitting. Welded fittings offer a permanent connection that to us is worth every penny. The second unique feature that we absolutely love about these brew kettles is the notched lid with silicone plug. This notch allows you so much flexibility; you can use an immersion chiller, one of our Ultimate Sparge Arms for mashing, tie off hop bags, take a temp reading during cooling, or whatever else we all can dream up. Our new T.C. kettles were designed to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of brewing technology. Tri-clamp fittings are standard fare in professional breweries, and they’ve been widely adopted in homebrewing as T.C. fermenters and pumps become more affordable and widely available. Tri-clamp fittings, also known as Tri-clover, allow you to make a sanitary connection that is free of nooks and crannies for contaminants to take hold. They are much easier to break down for cleaning compared to threaded connections, and they don’t require Teflon tape to make a watertight seal. T.C. fittings and accessories also give you the distinct advantage of being able to clean in place (CIP), so you don’t need to break down your entire system after every brew day. Configurations The base boil kettle comes without fittings so you can modify it the specific tri-clamp accessories that best suit your needs. Add one of the optional Brewing Kettle Valve Packs above which include your choice of valve and all the hardware you'll need to connect 1/2" ID transfer tubing, as well as an end cap to seal the top port if a thermometer or other accessory is not in place. The Hot Liquor Tank includes the base kettle plus a kettle maximizer for the bottom port and thermometer with 2" probe for the top port. Clamps and gaskets are included to attach the tri-clamp kettle maximizer and the thermometer. The Mash Tun includes the base kettle plus a false bottom kit for the bottom port and thermometer with 6" probe for the top port. Clamps and gaskets are included to attach the tri-clamp false bottom maximizer and the thermometer. Kettles do not come with a valve or additional fittings for the bottom port as standard. Add one of our pre-configured Valve Packs or purchase your preferred valve and fittings separately. This Brew Kettle has a lot to offer... Some other features we dig include the internal volume markers from the bottom to the top - so handy for instant reads. The silicone sleeved handles on the kettle and the lid are a cool feature to protect your hands. The tri-clad bottom with a 4mm core of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel offers even heat distribution during the boil and also makes it a perfect choice for anyone wanting to use an induction burner. Beefy 304 Stainless These kettles are made from 304 grade stainless. That means you will have less corrosion issues than with a kettle made from lower grade 201 type stainless. We put these kettles through a corrosive salt water test in the MoreBeer! shop and they passed with flying colors. We also made sure the rivets and riveted handles were also made of stainless steel for a long term, trouble free life. The 10 and 15 gallon size are made from 1.0mm thick stainless steel. The 20, 30 and 50 gallon size are made with 1.2mm stainless - that's pretty thick stuff - and you will know it when you pick one up. Mirror Polish Finish The mirror polish finish isn’t just for making your Instagram feed pop! This extra slick finish is much easier to clean and sanitize than a standard brushed stainless kettle. Hop trub and other organic solids left behind after a brew day will have a hard time clinging to the interior surface and scrub away with ease. Size Ratios and Stuff All the BrewBuilt kettles follow the recent trend to a 1.2:1 ratio where the height is 1.2 times the diameter. This is a proven commercial ratio that has been adopted in homebrewing to achieve a more consistent 10% evaporation rate during the boil. We do like this ratio for boiling. For Mashing we would prefer a little bit shallower but that is a small compromise. Dimensions for a hot-liquor tank, if you are thinking brewing system down the road, are irrelevant as any ratio kettle will do. KRYO Inline Draft Beer Chiller | KOMOS® - Refurbished

Counter top inline keg dispenser that can serve ice cold beer from unchilled kegs Compact and portable. Use anywhere you have access to 110V power Superior cooling capacity. Chill up to 8 gallons of beer, inline, per hour! Fill the reservoir with tap water, or use a glycol solution for optimal performance NukaTap Flow Control Faucets, tap handles, and drip tray included Great for bars, restaurants that need to add capacity These style chillers are how beer is poured in most European cafes If you're looking for a home draft system, but don't have the space for a kegerator or keezer, we've got the answer! The KOMOS KRYO benchtop keg dispenser can serve ice cold beer from unchilled kegs. It's essentially an electric jockey box that chills beer inline as it passes from the keg through the internal draft coils that sit submerged in the glycol reservoir. Simply place it on your counter or benchtop, fill the reservoir with a 20% glycol solution, and hook up your keg to the draft shank bulkheads. In roughly an hour, the reservoir will have cooled down enough that you'll be ready to pour! And thanks to the compact size, the KRYO can easily be transported from your home to the next backyard BBQ, cabin trip, wedding, or virtually any gathering of thirsty people you can think of. For homebrewers this would allow you to keep your refrigerator at fermenation temperatures while always seving your beer ice cold. Glycol Reservoir Although you can fill the reservoir with water only, for optimal performance we highly recommend using a glycol/water mix so you can lower the chilling solution below freezing. You simply won't be able to get your beer as cold if using water only. The sight gauge at the front will let you know if it's time to top up the reservoir, but also functions as a drain. When it's time to move the KRYO from one location to another, drain out the glycol into a sealable container to avoid spills during transportation. The glycol reservoir provides an exceptional amount of cooling power that makes it perfect for servicing small bars or cafes, as well as home use. If you're deciding between this model and the KRYO Nomad, note that peak chilling capacity for this model is approximately 8 gallons per hour, whereas the Nomad can chill up to roughly 2 gallons per hour. NukaTap Flow Control Faucets These stainless steel forward sealing faucets allow you to make instant adjustments to the beverage flow as you pour. A perfect faucet for those who often switch between beer styles with different carbonation levels. No need to rebalance your lines or play with your regulator settings. Adjust the flow control level to dial in the flow rate and pour perfect pints every time! They also have the lowest thermal mass and best laminar flow design to further reduce foaming issues. Draft Shank Bulkheads The draft shank bulkheads with beer thread allow you to choose the type of fittings and draft line that best suits your needs. We highly recommend EVABarrier draft line and Duotight fittings—the same lines and fittings that come standard with our KOMOS Kegerators. These Duotight Female Beer Thread Adapters will allow you to hook up 8 mm OD EVABarrier, and also work with sanke keg couplers if you'll be dispensing commercial kegs. For homebrew kegs, we recommend Duotight Flare Adapters for your QDs, or if you're starting from scratch, consider the Duotight Ball Lock Quick Disconnects. Includes: (2) NukaTap Stainless Flow Control Faucets (2) Tap Handles Stainless Countertop Drip Tray w/ Removable Grill Features: Chill 8 gallons of beer per hour (based on 68°F ambient) Draft shank bulkheads compatible with Duotight fittings or nut & tailpiece combos STC-1000 temperature controller (reads in °C) Reservoir volume: 4.2 gal Voltage: 110V-120V Current: 0.9A Frequency: 60Hz Dimensions: 19" x 12" x 17.5" (not including faucets / drip tray) CE Certified Reservoir Temp Controller: Follow these steps to adjust the SET temperature on the controller. If using water only, be sure to keep the reservoir temp set at or above 2°C to avoid freezing. With a 20% glycol solution, you can set the temp as low as -2°C. The reservoir volume is 4.2 gallons, so you will only need to purchase 1 gallon of glycol to make a 20% mix. Hold the 'Up" button for 3 seconds until the number is flashing While the number is flashing, press the 'Down' button to decrease the set temperature or press the 'Up' button to increase the set temperature. Wait 3 seconds and the controller will save the setting and return to normal operation mode. Warning: Do not set the reservoir temperature controller lower than 28°F (-2ºC). Running the unit below this temperature may negatively affect the unit's efficiency and has the potential to freeze beer.

Cannular Can and Bottle Filler | WiFi Enabled | RAPT Portal Compatible | Programmable Fill Profiles | Automatic CO2 Purge - Refurbished

    1 review

Automated Filling System: Fill any beverage into any bottle, can, jar, or glass automatically with this internet-connected, RAPT-enabled Cannular Can and Bottle Filler, offering a more sanitary and user-friendly experience than competitors. Integrated Pinch Valve and Regulator: The pinch valve allows easy removal of the beer line for cleaning, while the integrated regulator eliminates the need for an external regulator, preventing damage from high-pressure gas sources. OLED Digital Display and WiFi Connectivity: The OLED display simplifies calibration and allows real-time adjustments, while WiFi connectivity to the RAPT.io portal logs usage data and enables remote management of settings and profiles. Versatile and Multi-Purpose: With adjustable stainless steel tubes and a height range suitable for bottles up to 11.8" and cans up to 10.6", this filler can handle still or carbonated beverages, making it ideal for various containers including wine bottles, beer cans, and more. Low Dissolved Oxygen (DO) Pickup: The filler effectively purges oxygen from the container, ensuring substantially lower dissolved oxygen levels, which enhances the quality and longevity of your beverage. Fill any beverage into any bottle, can, jar, or glass automatically with this internet-connected, RAPT-enabled, Cannular Can and Bottle Filler. Featuring two adjustable stainless steel tubes, the Cannular Filler will use one to purge oxygen out of the vessel and then use the second one to fill the vessel to a precise level based on an internal pressure sensor. OLED Digital Display The OLED display makes calibration super easy. It also enables you to keep track of filling speed, number of cycles/fills, purge time, fill height, and also enables you to make on-the-fly adjustments to your filling requirements so you can conveniently tweak the settings while filling. Integrated Ball Lock Connectors The integrated ball lock connectors allow you to quickly attach your beer and gas ball lock disconnects. We recommend the use of the Duotight Ball Lock Quick Disconnects in Gas and Liquid to connect to these inputs and outputs. Integrated Pinch Valve The integrated pinch valve is one of the things that makes this unit far superior to other filling machines. The pinch valve enables you to easily remove the beer line for cleaning so the stainless tube, silicone hose, and yellow ball lock cap removes completely and can be put into the dishwasher or cleaned in the sink. The pinch valve is mechanically simple and therefore reliable. It is not subject to small particles like hops getting stuck in the device and eliminates the need for pre-filtration. It simply pinches down on the silicone tube to shut off the flow. This design also enables laminar flow that reduces foaming. The pinch valve improves reliability, makes it easier to operate, and a piece of cake to clean. Integrated Regulator Other filling machines require an external regulator that may need to drop the pressure lower than your normal keg dispensing pressure. Unlike these other fillers, this filler has an integrated regulator which saves time and setup costs. This integrated regulator means you will not damage your machine by accidentally connecting it to a high-pressure gas source. You can hook up your gas line without the need for another external regulator or to fool around with your gas supply at all. Just set the integrated regulator once during setup and forget about it. Multi-Purpose The long stainless tubes and adjustable height make this device useful for pretty much any bottles up to 11.8" (30cm) high or cans up to 10.6" (27cm) high. It can also be used for still or carbonated beverages, so this device is useful for wine bottles, beer cans, champagne, crown seal bottles, and pretty much any other bottle/can/vessel that has a neck opening greater than 0.59" (15mm). It can also be used for filling glasses, jars, or other vessels. Fill Profiles Some other machines require a full calibration to change from one vessel type to another. This machine allows you to pre-save fill profiles depending on what you are doing. Save a filling profile for your 12 oz cans and then save a different filling profile for your 750mL wine bottles. Use our pre-saved presets or alternatively make your own fill profiles with different purge times and fill height. These are also synced with the RAPT.io portal so you can save profiles and share them with friends or deploy them to several other devices. RAPT.io Connected (via WiFi) As well as all the features above, this filler connects to your WiFi and keeps track of your Cans Per Minute (CPM), fill speed, and even temperature (if you purchase the external Instant Read Temperature Probe separately). It will log all usage information so you can keep track of how your machine is running or even keep track of your staff to make sure they are cycling the machine at an acceptable rate. The connectivity to the RAPT.io portal will enable you to more easily change settings, update profiles, and keep track of your fill days so you can historically keep track of how your fill day went and which day you processed each batch. Low DO Pickup The quality and longevity of your beverage are often defined by how well you keep oxygen off your product. This filler purges the oxygen out of the can and will enable you to get substantially lower dissolved oxygen. Wall Mounted Design This type of can and bottle filler has primarily been designed for wall-mounting configuration. This allows you to bring a can or bottle up to the filler from the underside of the unit. To wall mount this unit you can download and print this template. 24V DC Power Supply KegLand Part Number: KL37785 RAPT Can Filler User Guide

Note that the top of the sight glass is open to allow overflow to drain out if the reservoir is overfilled. Warning: Do not set the reservoir temperature controller lower than 28°F (-2ºC). Running the unit below this temperature may negatively affect the unit's efficiency and has the potential to freeze beer which may impact the finished beer's flavor.

    1 review

The Slimline Torpedo Keg series features a smaller diameter to maximize the space in your kegerator or keezer Low2 lid O-ring reduces oxygen ingress by 96% compared to silicone O-rings when measured in a keg! Brand new, all-stainless construction ball lock keg Stackable with ball lock quick disconnects in place Etched In and Out labels near the keg posts for easy identification Rolled handles for a comfortable grip Made by an ISO certified commercial keg manufacturer with high-quality laser welded seams Torpedo Kegs too wide? Want to squeeze another keg in your kegerator? The patented design, D794,899, of the Slimline Torpedo Keg is 9% more slim than the classic model with all the same great features. Coming in at about 1/4" thinner than standard Ball Lock Cornelius Kegs, this keg has welded stainless handles and the ability to stack kegs with fittings still in place all at a great price. Quality First Here at MoreBeer! we love nothing more than quality interior welds. We've spent a decade rejecting kegs made overseas because the interior welds have never met our standards. If a weld is not perfect and shows evident burn marks along with nooks and crannies it cannot be sanitized effectively. Torpedo kegs are machine welded and exceed our standards for quality. This weld quality is possible because these kegs are made by an ISO certified commercial keg manufacturer. Cool Features Torpedo Kegs were designed to stack with Ball Lock quick disconnects in place and serving which is a cool feature for some brewers who have vertical space in their refrigerator. We also like the rolled stainless steel handles. They are comfortable to grab and will never come off like some rubber handles can over time. “In” and “Out” is etched near the keg posts for easy identification which is very handy when you are connecting lines in a refrigerator or kegerator and trying not to make a mistake. Low2 Keg Lid O-ring Give your beverage the absolute best protection from oxygen staling with the Low2 keg lid O-ring. Even the most perfectly sealed keg is susceptible to oxygen ingress through the hatch O-ring—yes, even if the keg is under constant pressure with CO2! Even a leak-free, pressurized keg will release CO2 molecules as they pass through the lid O-ring itself, and conversely, Oxygen molecules will permeate through the O-ring and diffuse into the keg when they reach the surface area on the other side. The level of permeability is wide ranging and highly dependent on what material the O-ring is made from. Rather than the usual EPDM or Silicone, Low2 gaskets are made from a unique composition of Synthetic M-Class and Cross-Link Elastomers. This special blend has superior oxygen barrier properties that results in your beverage staying fresher for longer. Taking your keg on the go? Don't leave home without a custom tailored Slimline Torpedo Keg Sleeve! Heavy duty casters come standard for maximum mobility, and front facing ventilation makes it ideal for using as a built in kegerator in an outdoor kitchen. Features include tower cooling fan, wide-range digital controller, stainless door and exterior, stainless floor and interior, heavy-duty casters as standard, and a list of options. Please note the kegerator does not come with a plug for the tower hole. The KOMOS Kegerator is intended to be installed under counter tops or paired with a standard 3" diameter draft tower. If you plan to install the kegerator under a countertop, the top cover will need to be removed and you will need to install the Build-In Door Hinge, as the top door hinge is removed with the cover. For homebrewers looking for a temperature controlled fermentation chamber, we recommend the KOMOS residential model. Best Choice for Outdoors With its stainless steel construction and powerful compressor this Komos Kegerator is the best choice for outdoor kitchens, bbq islands, or poolside placements. The forward-facing vents at the bottom of the kegerator allow this unit to be installed under counter without having to leave 2-3 inches on each side of the kegerators as is required with some other models. The model also features more power than the standard residential version and can stand up to ambient temperatures up to 104°F. You will want to place your kegerator in a position to be protected from rain.   Easy to Clean The stainless steel countertop drip tray looks great and couldn't be easier to keep clean. Best Value & Backed by MoreBeer! We've looked around, and when you factor in fast and free shipping, you are getting the very best value on an all stainless steel kegerator in the USA. Plus you're getting MoreBeer! service if something happens in shipment. We double box the unit with foam pads and have very little shipping damage. In the rare and unfortunate scencario your unit arrives damaged just call us up and we will work with you to take care of it.   Feature Summary: Digital Thermostat with wide 28 - 76° F temp range. KOMOS® Deluxe Kegerator | Stainless Steel Exterior | Digital Thermostat | Casters | Regulator | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 4 Corny Kegs | No Tower - Refurbished

It features a digital controller, stainless door and exterior, aluminum floor, rolling casters, robust KOMOS CO2 regulator, and more. Added Features One of the unique features on a kegerator in this price range is the tower fan, which blows cold air up into your tower to reduce foaming issues. They also come standard with the KOMOS dual gauge CO2 regulator, which is super beefy and consistent in delivering accurate pressures. Most Chinese-made regulators experience creep where the pressure increases over time. The KOMOS regulator is by far the best CO2 regulator we have seen made in China. Best Value & Backed by MoreBeer! Plus you're getting MoreBeer! service if something happens in shipment. We double box the unit with foam pads and have very little shipping damage. However, it will be delivered via Fed-Ex ground so damage is possible. If your unit arrives damaged just call us up and we will work with you to take care of it. The Megamouth Torpedo Keg series features an extra-large lid opening for easy cleaning Brand new, all-stainless construction ball lock keg Stackable with ball lock quick disconnects in place Etched In and Out labels near the keg posts for easy identification Rolled handles for a comfortable grip Made by an ISO certified commercial keg manufacturer with high-quality laser welded seams The Megamouth Torpedo Kegs are by far the easiest to clean and maintain out of any ball lock homebrew keg you'll find. With an extra-large lid opening, even the buffest of homebrewer (we hear they do exist!) will have no trouble reaching in for a good scrub when it kicks—no expensive keg washing contraptions needed! The Megamouth makes for an excellent pressurizable fermentation vessel and is the ideal choice for brewers who prefer to add dry hops and other flavoring ingredients directly to the keg. Overall for the price and quality, along with free shipping from MoreBeer!, the Torpedo Keg is an amazing value! Specifications: Mouth Opening: 5.8" L x 4.8" W.

This high-quality vacuum filler is the ideal choice for bottling uncarbonated beer or wine with minimal oxygen exposure. Air from the bottle is automatically extracted through the filling head and then liquid is drawn through the system and into the bottle via a vacuum pump. This greatly reduces the oxygen exposure that occurs with other fillers. The support rack and fill nozzles are adjustable so you can adapt it for your bottle size and desired fill level. Fill speed can also be adjusted with the digital display and vacuum regulator, allowing you to quickly set the desired vacuum level for each product. After each bottle is filled, excess liquid is returned to the cylinder. When the cylinder fills up, the stainless steel float will rise and shut off the vacuum pump. Designed entirely in stainless steel with high-quality components, this filler was designed to stand up to intensive, professional-level use. This unit is only intended for use with still beverages. It is not compatible with carbonated beer, cider, or sparkling wine. KOMOS® Deluxe Kegerator | Stainless Steel Exterior | Digital Thermostat | Casters | Regulator | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 4 Corny Kegs | No Tower - Refurbished KOMOS® Deluxe Kegerator | Stainless Steel Exterior | Digital Thermostat | Casters | Regulator | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 4 Corny Kegs | No Tower - Refurbished

KOMOS® Deluxe Kegerator | Stainless Steel Exterior | Digital Thermostat | Casters | Regulator | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 4 Corny Kegs | No Tower - Refurbished

It features a digital controller, stainless door and exterior, aluminum floor, rolling casters, robust KOMOS CO2 regulator, and more. Best Value & Backed by MoreBeer! We've looked around, and when you factor in fast and free shipping, you are getting the very best value on a kegerator in the USA. Plus you're getting MoreBeer! service if something happens in shipment. We double box the unit with foam pads and have very little shipping damage. However, it will be delivered via Fed-Ex ground so damage is possible. If your unit arrives damaged just call us up and we will work with you to take care of it. Hanna Portable Turbidity and Bentonite Check Meter (Hanna# HI83749-01) - Used

The HI83749 Portable Turbidity and Bentonite Check Meter ensures protein stability before bottling for great quality wine. The HI83749 measures turbidity of samples from 0.00 to 1200 NTU (Nephelometric Turbidity Units) and is USEPA compliant. Log and transfer up to 200 measurements. GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) feature for traceability of the calibration conditions. Great for small & medium wineries and advanced hobbyists. The HI83749 Portable Turbidity and Bentocheck Meter is specially designed for measurement of turbidity in wine. The instrument is based on a state-of-the-art optical system which guarantees accurate results, assures long term stability, and minimizes stray light and color interferences. It also compensates for variations in intensity of the lamp, although proper calibration ensures measurements are fully validated, comparable, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The 25 mm round cuvettes composed of special optical glass guarantee the repeatability of turbidity measurements.   Features at-a-glance   AMCO AEPA-1 Primary Turbidity Standard - The AMCO AEPA-1 supplied standards are recognized as a primary standard by the USEPA. These non-toxic standards are made of styrene divinylbenzene polymer spheres that are uniform in size and density. The standards are reusable and stable with a long shelf life.   Calibration – A two, three, or four-point turbidity calibration can be performed by using the supplied (<0.1, 10, 100, and 500 NTU) standards. Calibration points can be modified if user-prepared standards are used.   Fast Tracker™ - For users taking measurements throughout the winemaking process, the HI83749 is equipped with Fast Tracker™ - Tag Identi˜fication System (T.I.S.) that makes data collecting and management simpler than ever. Fast Tracker™ allows winemakers to record the time and location of a speci˜fic measurement or series of measurements using iButton™ tags on specific tanks for quick and easy readings. Each iButton® tag contains a computer chip with a unique identi˜cation code encased in stainless steel.   GLP Data – The HI83749 features complete GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) functions that allow traceability of the calibration conditions. Data includes calibration points, date, and time.   Data Logging – Up to 200 measurements can be stored in the internal memory and recalled at any time.   Data Transfer – For further storage or analysis options, logged data can be downloaded to a Windows compatible PC using the RS232 or USB port and the HI92000 software.   Backlit Display – A backlit LCD display provides an easy to understand, user-friendly interface. Displayed codes guide the user step-by-step through routine operation and calibration.   Significance of Use Unrefined wine is quite turbid and hazy from suspended solids produced during fermentation. The unrefined wine is treated with fining agents to reduce cloudiness. This cloudiness is what winemakers refer to as protein haze, or haze for short. Thaumatin-like proteins (TLPs) and chitinases are the primary grape proteins responsible for haze formation. These positively charged proteins degenerate and stick together, resulting in undesirable flocculent clouds and visible haziness.   The prevention of protein haze or deposit in bottled white wines is a universal concern and often a wine needs to be stabilized before bottling. One commonly used stabilization agent is bentonite. Bentonite is a volcanic clay earth type fining agent (like kaolin) that acts as a wine stabilizer. It improves the clarity of wine but has also negative aspects because of the volume of lees formed, reduction of tannin and color. Since there are different types and qualities of bentonite with different capacity of protein removal, it is important to make laboratory trials with the same lot and wetting degree of the bentonite as that will be used in the cellar.   Protein stabilization is normally not a problem in bottled red wines because of the relatively high concentration of phenols that binds and precipitates with the unstable proteins before bottling. Often bentonite is added to red wines at a level of about 12 g/hL (1 lb/1000 gal), reducing colloidal suspended particles thus improving membrane filterability.   Wines with low phenols contents, such as rose, light reds and whites should be checked for protein stability before bottling. Hanna offers a rapid test to verify the risk of future protein haze formation. If protein instability is detected, a next test can help defining the right amount of bentonite to be added for improving protein stability. It is important not to overdose bentonite, avoiding stripping wine flavour, body, and significant loss of color, especially in young red wines. Moreover, adding only the necessary amount of bentonite to obtain the desired protein stability results in a reduction of costs.   Winemakers can determine the initial turbidity of the unrefined wine with the HI83749 turbidity measurement instrument. After taking a turbidity reading the pre-made HI83749-20 Bentocheck Solution is added to the wine sample. A second turbidity measurement is taken. If the second turbidity reading is less than the initial turbidity reading plus 2 NTU, the wine can be considered stable. Otherwise a fining trial can be performed to determine the amount of bentonite that must be added to stabilize the wine. Principal of Operation To measure turbidity the HI83749 passes a light beam through the sample that is scattered in all directions. The intensity and pattern of the scattered light is affected by many variables, such as wavelength of the incident light, particle size and shape, refractive index, and color. The optical system of the HI83749 includes a tungsten fi˜lament lamp, a scattered light detector (90°) and a transmitted light detector (180°).   The HI83749 features a powerful microprocessor that calculates the NTU value from the signals that reach the two detectors. An effective algorithm is used to correct and compensate for any color interferences. The optical system and measuring technique also compensate for fluctuations in lamp intensity, minimizing the need for frequent calibration. The HI83749-11 AMCO AEPA-1 standards ensure that measurements are traceable to primary reference materials. These standards are used for calibration and performance verification of the turbidity meter.   Supplied with Certificate of Analysis • Lot number • Expiration date • Standard value @ 25 °C • Reference meter NIST traceable   Provided storage containers • Light tight • Protects from accidental breakage   Can log and transfer up to 200 measurements and is equipped with Fast Tracker Tag Identification System (TIS) that makes data collecting and management simple by recording time and location with the touch of a button, a two, three, or four- point turbidity calibration can be performed using the supplied standards, features a backlit LCD display with a user-friendly interface which has user step by step help through routine use and calibration
