Finally! A CIP spray head designed specifically for use with smaller homebrew pumps. There are a lot of stainless steel CIP Spray Balls readily available for homebrewers but they require a fairly beefy pump to spin the head and make it effective. The new Low Volume CIP Spray Rotor can provide full spray coverage with as little flow rate as 3 gallons per minute. This makes cleaning your BrewZilla an absolute breeze by simply recirculating cleaning chemicals and letting the CIP Rotor spray down the inside of your brewery. What Can it Do?
Clean-in-place your 35L, 65L or 100L BrewZilla. Simply cut your recirculation hosing, or purchase additional silicone hosing to get the right length for your setup. You will be able to find the optimum length required by testing with water first. We found great success using the glass lid to start with to see if it is coating everything that you need it to.
Recommended for low voltage pumps as low as 6W up to 25W (roughly 3–5 GPM). If using a more powerful pump, you may need to throttle back the flow rate so you don't overpower the spray rotor.

Speed up heating times with the Heat Exchanger Dish (HED) for Gen 4 BrewZillas. This optional upgrade accessory redirects the flow of wort so that it spends more time exposed to the heating elements before reaching the center drain at the bottom of the kettle and being recirculated. Due to the concave bottom and central draining hole on the Gen 4 BrewZilla, recirculating wort will pass through the malt pipe and then down through the boiler false bottom following the path of least resistance. This can cause wort to make a B-line for the drainage hole and reduce the wort's exposure to the unit's heating elements. With the HED installed, wort will be directed to the edge of the BrewZilla base and pass over the elements for a longer period and reduce the time needed to heat to your set temperature.

The HED has been pressed into a slight concave shape to match the curvature of the boiler false bottom. Includes a longer eye bolt assembly than the one included with the false bottom.

Give your back a rest and use the Lift-N-Lock pulley system to effortlessly lift up your grain bag or malt pipe and while your sweet wort drains into the kettle. This heavy-duty pulley is made from strong nylon strapping, laser cut 304 grade stainless steel and is capable of lifting large heavy loads with ease. It's the perfect pulley for lifting the heavy malt pipe from your BrewZilla or other all-in-one system, especially when brewing high gravity beers with a massive grain bill. It's a bit more expensive than other pulley systems, but there's no comparison when it comes to easily lifting or lowering the malt pipe. The included strap is 10m long by 25mm wide (32.8 ft. x 1 in.).
The pulley system enables you to multiply your pulling force by 4 times. If you apply 60 lbs of pulling force, the pulley can lift 240 lbs with relative ease. Made with the apartment and basement brewer in mind, this steam condenser set made from high quality 304 stainless steel will help you manage steam and condensation during the boil. Assembles in minutes and can be used with the BrewZilla or DigiBoil with the proper Distillation Lid and 2" T.C. weldless bulkhead. This setup will reduce heat loss, meaning you'll get to boil faster and use less energy overall to maintain a rolling boil. When it's time to add hops, yeast nutrients, or other additions, simply remove the tri-clamp end cap and drop them in. (Use gloves, it will be hot!). With the new Pro Sight Glass Distillation Lid, the condenser can be attached directly to the 35L unit's 2" T.C. ferrule or to the 65L unit's 4" T.C. ferrule using a 4" x 2" T.C. reducer. The Pro Distillation Lid also features a 3" sight glass disc that can be removed to address foaming issues or to add hops or other boil additions.
If you've brewed indoors before, you're probably familiar with how sticky the evaporation coming off the boiling wort can be. The gummy layer of film it can leave behind on your painted walls and ceiling is no fun to clean up. And if you've been considering how to incorporate a range hood in your brewery to deal with the steam, now there's no need! Simply attach the Steam Condenser Set and run your kitchen tap or garden hose to the Duotight-compatible inlet. From the inlet, water will enter the column via a special spray head which can condense 0.42 gal (1.6 L) per minute while connected to 100 psi mains water. You'll find that a super-fast flow rate isn't necessary to cool boiling steam into liquid. Unlike the distillation process where the distillate needs to be under a certain temperature so that ethanol doesn't evaporate from the liquid at a high rate, with boiling wort you just need enough flow to form the steam back into liquid. Simple!
After the steam is reformed into liquid, it will drain out of the bottom barb where you can install 3/8" ID silicone tubing. Recapture that water in a collection vessel and save it for cleaning and sanitizing! Once again, be aware that the water coming out will be very hot.
Caution: You will need to remove the Steam Condenser when you reach boil to manage the hot break and ensure you don't have a boil over when you reach boiling temperatures. Once you've completed that step, you can reattach the Condenser and leave it in place for the remainder of the boil.
Warning: It is important that the output tube for this steam condenser is open to atmosphere. This will allow the condensed steam to exit freely.
DO NOT put a valve on the liquid output or restrict the condensed steam in any way as this may cause your brewery to develop vacuum and implode or explode.
DO NOT immerse the tube for the condensed steam in water. The outlet hose must be open to atmosphere and the drips of condensed steam must drip into your collection bucket freely.

This upgrade kit is suitable for BrewZilla Gen 3 and Gen 4 breweries. This will enable you to see the liquid level through the incredibly strong and crack resistant PPSU sight glass. This can be quite handy when you're sparging to a known level as the malt pipe would normally be sitting on top of the halo ring making it difficult to see the liquid level from the indentation markings inside the BrewZilla.
Assembly Required: You will also need plumbers tape or food grade Loctite for the female camlock x female 1/2" fitting that comes on the BrewZilla's recirculation arm. The BrewZilla's camlock fitting is reused in the assembly of the sight glass, do not dispose of it prematurely.
Please note: This kit includes a one size fits all sight glass for multiple models and sizes. You will need to cut down the 39" PPSU tube to fit your specific model of BrewZilla depending on the length of the recirculation arm. We recommend purchasing the Pipe Cutter to cut the tube cleanly.

Get the exact tension you need with your BrewZilla or DigiBoil with KegLand's Stainless Steel Adjustable Clamp Set. Permanently replace the standard lid clamps and adjust the tension to your needs. These clamps are only intended for use with the metal Distillation Lid or Boiler Extension Kits. If you are having trouble getting the correct tension to form a good seal with those accessories, these adjustable clamps can help you dial in the fit. They should never be used with the standard glass lid.
Compatible with 35L and 65L BrewZillas (Gen 3 / Gen 4), DigiBoils (Gen 1 / Gen 2), and Boiler Extensions.
Installation Instructions:
You will need a pair of bolt cutters or tin snips to cut the standard clamp off. (Please see product photos for optimum cut location).
Remove the nut and bolt and thread it through the clamp. Ensure that the grooved part is facing outwards (photo for reference). If you do not have the grooved part facing outwards, the clamp will be blocked by the round lip of the boiler.
Loosen the bolts and spin the clamp up or down to adjust the tension. Use the nuts to lock the desired tension. It is always best to start looser than you think, then adjust tighter.
Warning: Do not use the adjustable clamps with a glass lid, the clamps are only designed for distillation lids or other metal accessories.
Please note: The adjustable clamps will eventually phase out the standard lid clamps on all Gen 4 BrewZillas. They are not necessary when brewing with the standard glass lid. You should only swap to the adjustable clamps if you are using the metal distillation lid or boiler extensions and are having issues with getting the correct tension when using those accessories.

If you're using an AlcoEngine Still Top or Steam Condenser Set with your BrewZilla or DigiBoil, this heavy-duty stainless lid with sight glass is virtually a must-have. Whether distilling or brewing, keeping an eye on your boil will help you stop foaming or boil over issues before they happen. With the standard distillation lid, checking on your wash or wort means removing or tipping the apparatus over to get a peek inside the boiler, which can be a cumbersome (if not dangerous) part of your process. The PPSU sight glass disc can also be easily removed to add hops or other boil additions through the large 3" T.C. ferrule. (Use gloves, it will be hot!)
The sight glass disc is made from a special PPSU plastic—an excellent choice for components that are exposed to high temperatures (up to 392°F / 200°C) and corrosive media due to its exceptional chemical resistance, as well as being extremely impact resistant. KegLand decided to use this type of plastic because it also has superior thermal and mechanical properties with the added benefit of being transparent. Intricate parts can be injection molded that would have been near impossible to do with stainless steel or lab-grade glass.
For use with an AlcoEngine Still Top, you will also need this single sided bead seal.
Installing AlcoEngine Still:
Remove the bottom nut and seal from the column
Place the single sided bead seal on the lid's tri-clamp ferrule (beaded side facing down)
Pass the threaded bottom section of the column through the ferrule
Secure in place with a 2" tri-clamp
The column's bottom nut and seal are not needed
