Reduces total acidity in musts and wines with precision and stability
Blended formulation of potassium bicarbonate and potassium tartrate minimizes pH overshoot
Preserves sensory quality while softening harsh acidity
Safer and more predictable than using raw deacidification salts individually
Improves conditions for malolactic fermentation by moderating acid stress
Deacid is a ready-to-use deacidification agent developed to safely and effectively lower acidity in musts and wines. It combines the acid-neutralizing power of potassium bicarbonate with the buffering and stabilizing action of potassium tartrate. This dual-action formula reduces the sharpness of excessive tartaric acid while avoiding the risks of using raw bicarbonate alone, such as overcorrection, CO₂ volatility, or sensory imbalance. Deacid works gently and predictably, preserving freshness and avoiding chalky or soapy off-notes. It also promotes a more favorable environment for malolactic fermentation to proceed by reducing overall acid stress. Winemakers choose Deacid not only for its effectiveness, but for its convenience, safety, and wine-friendly balance compared to standalone chemical treatments.
Protocol
Gradually add the calculated dose directly into the must or wine, ideally during pumping-over to ensure even distribution. If preferred, pre-dissolve in warm, chlorine-free water before addition. Monitor CO₂ release and volume increase during application. Rack or filter after salt precipitation settles fully.

Supports healthy yeast metabolism during alcoholic fermentation
Provides detoxifying action through inert cellulose, absorbing fermentation inhibitors
Improves fermentation kinetics and reduces the risk of sluggish or stuck fermentations
Enhances yeast distribution in the must, promoting uniform activity
Boosts wine stability and aromatic freshness by reducing reductive off-notes
Fermocel is an inactivated yeast-based fermentation aid enriched with purified cellulose, designed to improve the performance and reliability of alcoholic fermentation in white, rosé, and red wines. The cellulose acts as a physical support and detoxifying agent, adsorbing inhibitory compounds such as medium-chain fatty acids and pesticide residues that can hinder yeast performance. By promoting more uniform yeast dispersion and reducing stress factors, Fermocel helps prevent sluggish or stuck fermentations, especially in musts with high sugar content or low nitrogen availability. Its use results in cleaner, fresher wines with more complete fermentation and better preservation of aroma and mouthfeel.
Protocol
Rehydrate Fermocel in 10 parts chlorine-free water or must at room temperature
Mix thoroughly to form a uniform suspension

Designed for use during fermentation to stabilize color and improve phenolic integration
Mixes much easier than powdered tannins thanks to its liquid formulation
Composed of ellagic tannins (oak) and condensed tannins (exotic woods)
Protects wine from oxidation by acting as a sacrificial tannin and antioxidant
Promotes anthocyanin-tannin binding, improving long-term color and mouthfeel stability
Ideal for red wines needing structure, color retention, and oxidative protection from the start
Fermotan Liquid is a balanced blend of ellagic, proanthocyanidinic, and gallic tannins designed to strengthen color, stabilize phenolic compounds, and shape the sensory profile of wines. Its liquid formulation makes it easy to dose and ensures rapid integration without the need for prior solubilization. Used during red wine fermentation, Fermotan Liquid enhances structure, preserves varietal character, and supports long-term aging potential. The result is a wine with deeper color, lifted aromatics, and a rounder, more polished mouthfeel compared to tannins from other sources.
From the onset of fermentation, anthocyanins are extracted faster than tannins. In order not to extract these color compounds in vain, it is imperative to protect them from the oxygen and steer them towards stable polymerization forms, such as those with proanthocyanidins. The synergy among the three classes of tannins (ellagic, proanthocyanidinic and gallic), exerts a triple protective action towards the anthocyanins.
Protocol
Add directly to the must at the beginning of alcoholic fermentation, ensuring thorough homogenization.

Hydrosolubilized liquid gelatin making application immediate and easy
Rapid flocculation produces heavy, compact sediments that settle quickly
High polyphenol-reactivity reduces bitterness without dulling color
Excellent compatibility with silica sol for combined protein stabilization
Low-dust, pre-hydrolyzed liquid avoids solubilization issues common in powder gelatins
Gelsol is a stable, hydrosoluble gelatin colloid designed for effective clarification of musts, wines, and distillates. When in contact with polyphenols, it forms heavy macro-coagula that quickly settle, improving clarity while reducing bitterness and astringency. In red wines it minimizes off-tannins without affecting anthocyanin-based color. Gelsol works faster and cleaner than powdered gelatins, and pairs well with silica sol to bolster protein-haze removal—ideal for co-fining applications. Its liquid format ensures precise dosing and smooth integration throughout the batch.
Usage Protocol
Dilute Gelsol 1:1 with chlorine-free water or wine before addition.
Add slowly while stirring or via a dosing system to ensure even distribution.
For enhanced protein removal, add silica sol after Gelsol has fully dispersed (~30 minutes). See below for more details.

Using Gelsol When Pairing With Silica Sol
You typically use 25–50% less Gelsol when pairing with Silica Sol because Gelsol binds negatively charged phenolic and protein compounds.Silica Sol binds to positively charged protein-Gelsol complexes to complete the flocculation. The combination is synergistic, meaning you achieve the same (or better) clarification with lower doses of each. This sequence helps create stable, fast-settling lees and improves filterability.
Step 1: Add Gelsol first to the tank (diluted 1:1 in water or wine), with good mixing.
Wait ~15–30 minutes to allow Gelsol to bind proteins and form complexes.
Step 2: Add Silica Sol (also pre-diluted), again with mixing.
This ensures effective floc formation and maximizes settling.

Molinas Cork has been sustainabily harvesting from the cork forests of Sardinia for over 100 years
Bark is aged an additional year prior to harvest, leading to less porous, higher quality cork
These agglomerated corks are a great economy option for sealing your wine. Intended for shorter term aging (<2 years), perfect for those that don't lay their wine down for extended aging. Agglomerated corks are made from small cork pieces held together with a food grade binder. These corks are recommended for wines aged less than 2 years. The 23 mm diameter eases the corking process if using a hand corker. 23mm X 44mm, #9 x 1.75".
Italy produces more wine than any country in the world and Molinas is the largest Italian cork supplier with over 1 billion corks produced annually. Molinas Cork was started over 100 years ago by Pietro Molinas on the Italian island of Sardinia. Besides its beautiful beaches and designation as one of the world's five Blue Zones, Sardinia is known for its large, government protected Cork tree forests.
Today, the 4th generation of the Molinas family sustainably harvests cork from these protected trees. Compared to most cork available in the market, the bark is allowed to mature an additional year. This leads to a less porous, higher quality cork, and has less impact on the forest. Throughout the entire process from tree to finished cork, quality control is strictly monitored. MoreFlavor! is proud to represent Molinas Cork in the USA.

Airlocks are another one of those necessary pieces of equipment for every homebrewer. If you ferment in a carboy or bucket this 3 piece airlock is a must! It’s a popular alternative to the triple ripple type of airlock because it can be taken apart and cleaned, and is easy to fill. (However we do sell the triple ripple type (FE371) in case you are used to that type and would like to stay with it.) While a simple device not all airlocks are the same. Some other designs have only a couple holes in the plastic lid and this can cause the airlock to pop out during an active fermentation. Our design features multiple holes that allow CO2 to escape easily. Additionally some other airlocks have a cross hatch design on the bottom. We have found this more easily leads to Krausen clogs and the airlock being pushed out of the fermenter. Ours is open, allowing Krausen foam to enter the airlock if necesary. Better to clean your airlock out than to find it laying on the floor next to your fermenter 3 days later. Another cool feature of this 3-piece airlock is that 1/2" ID Silicone tubing will fit onto the center post for use as a blowoff. In the cases where you are using a yeast known to produce lots of Krausen (wlp002 from White Labs or 1968 from Wyeast for example) remove the top cover, remove the plastic 'hat', and install the silicone tubing. Run the silicone tubing into a jar or bucket of water. When fermentation dies back down remove the tubing and replace the hat and cover. Please Note: Airlock only - stopper not included.
This oversized 3-piece airlock can hold 50% more water or sanitizer so your airlock is less likely to evaporate dry or get sucked dry. When the temperature drops, your fermenter will suck in solution from the airlock, and if the temperature drop is significant the airlock can be completely emptied. An empty airlock opens the door for airborne spoilants to make their way into your fermenter unchecked. The extra large 3-piece airlock offers your fermenter even more protection, and is especially useful when cold crashing.
While a simple device not all airlocks are the same. Some other designs have only a couple holes in the plastic lid and this can cause the airlock to pop out during an active fermentation. Just like our normally sized airlock, our design features many holes in the lid that allow CO2 to escape easily. Additionally some other airlocks have a cross hatch design on the bottom while our is open to allow Krausen foam to enter the airlock if necesary. Better to clean your airlock out than to find it laying on the floor next to your fermenter 3 days later.
Another cool feature of this 3-piece airlock is that 1/2" ID tubing will fit onto the center post for use as a blowoff. This can be handy if you have a really active ferment that is blowing out the top of your fermenter.
Please Note: Airlock only - stopper not included.
Large plastic airlock for stainless steel variable capacity tanks, or other containers with a thin lid. Features a threaded shaft with back nut and washer.

S-shaped airlocks are the "OG" airlocks for home beer and winemaking. They make it easy to spot fermentation activity, and have no loose peices to lose.
The advantage of this type of airlock is that they have a smaller chamber so you can more closely observe the CO2 rising and therefore the rate of fermentation. They are also handy when you are cooling a beer as there is less chance of sucking airlock water back into the fermentation. They cannot be cleaned manually if they get dirty during the ferment. That is why many homebrewers prefer 3-piece airlocks for the active portion of the ferment, when the krausen (foam) from fermentation might be pushed up into the airlock.
Please Note: Stopper Not Included.
Rubber grommet that is perfect for making a sealed container into a fermenter. Fits our 3 piece or S-shaped airlocks. fits a 1/2" hole.

The Alembic Copper Domed lid will help you achieve a smoother, richer, sweeter tasting spirit by helping to remove unwanted sulfur compounds. The large copper surface area acts as a catalyst with distilling vapor to enhance and concentrate flavors and aromas during the distilling process. Primarily intended for use with the Copper Pot Still, but it can also be used with the Copper Reflux still if desired. Note: This lid uses a 6mm gasket to better fit the Gen 4 BrewZilla and Gen 2 DigiBoil. It is also backwards compatible with Gen 3 and older BrewZillas and Gen 1 DigiBoils. To improve the seal further, we highly recommend using the Adjustable Lid Clamps with the Distillation Lid if your unit does not have them. 9-1/2" Tall 12-3/8" Diameter. Please note that copper is a very soft metal and can be dented quite easily. Store and use with care. KegLand Part number: KL1589 Warning: Distilling alcohol without permits or licensing is illegal in many countries, including the United States. It is the customer's responsibility to research their local, state, and federal laws and abide by those laws. Brewmaster is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by either misuse or unlawful use. Stills can also be used to produce essential oils, vinegar, purified water and engine fuel (requires permit in USA).
The Copper Pot Still is perfect when you want the flavor of the wash to come through, whereas a Reflux Still is more favorable for producing pure, unflavored spirits. If you want to make whiskeys and gins, this pot still top is a great way to start! The classic "V" shape captures the vital esters, aldehydes, and phenolic compounds that are necessary for the complex spirits such as whiskeys and gins. Made from solid copper. When your hot spirit comes into contact with the copper, the copper acts like a catalytic converter to drive sulfur out of the spirit. This leads to less off-flavors and higher quality spirit. This is only the still top and does not come with a boiler. This is only the still top and does not come with a boiler. Combine with a distillation lid to use a BrewZilla or DigiBoil as the base for this Alcoengine brand still top. Comes with 13 mm (0.51") barb connections for the water inlet and outlet. Kegland Part number: KL1615
The Copper Reflux Still Condenser is designed to create high percentage pure neutral spirit. It features a flow management device, which makes it extremely easy to use. No need to worry about fine tuning the water flow speed. As long as your providing enough coolant or cold water running through the condenser, the flow rate doesn't matter. The purity of the spirit can be controlled by two included flow control inserts. These brass inserts come with a 1.0mm hole and 0.6mm hole. As the hole gets smaller, the rate at which the spirit exits the condenser will decrease, thus increasing your reflux ratio and the purity of your spirit. If you want to make whiskeys and gins we recommend checking out the Copper Pot Still! This is only the still top and does not come with a boiler. Combine with a distillation lid to use a BrewZilla or DigiBoil as the base for this Alcoengine brand still top. Comes with 13 mm (0.51") barb connections for the water inlet and outlet. A malty red ale with a very hop-forward structure
Includes Magnum, Northern Brewer, Willamette and Cascade hops
Estimated ABV: 5.9%
Estimated IBUs: 31-35
Makes 5 gallons of finished beer
Ale Industries was the second brewery to open in Concord, and just happened to be right next door to us (man, we were lucky)! Morgan and Steve, the brewers and co-owners, opened Ale Industries with one thing in mind - to not brew the same beers that everyone else is brewing. Their first beer, a hybrid Witbier called "Orange Kush" (now called Golden State of Mind), is more malty and aromatic than most commercial wits are. The second beer, Rye'd Piper, is a malty red ale that has a very hop-forward structure, but not over the top, like some reds can be.

Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.

Spray it and you're done! Every brewery needs a bottle of Alpet on hand for quick sanitation before or after cold-side transfers, hop additions, or pulling samples. Very useful for spraying ball valves on your conical or tri-clamp ferrules before connecting fittings. Really anything that you can't easily soak in your standard sanitizer!
Quat-free sanitizers are ideal for food processing environments where surfaces are sprayed down with sanitizer multiple times a day. Standard Alpet contains Quat, also known as quaternary ammonium chloride compounds. These compounds remain behind after the leftover alcohol evaporates and continue to break down germs on the surface. In home use, the quaternary ammonia will eventually break down and evaporate as well, but in professional environments, surfaces are often sprayed down again before it has the chance to evaporate. Quat-free Alpet is the sanitizer of choice for breweries, wineries, and bakeries that don't want residual ammonia interfering with yeast activity.
Alpet D2 Quat-Free Surface Sanitizer is a ready-to-use, no-rinse, fast acting, food contact and non-food contact surface cleaner and sanitizer. It is highly evaporative and ideal for water sensitive equipment and dry environments. It leaves no unsightly residue, and is an effective sanitizer for those processors who can't use quat.
Clean, Sanitize and Disinfect food contact and non-food contact surfaces with one product

Cryo Hop® Hop Pellets
Higher AA and nearly twice the resin content of traditional T-90 hop pellets
Increase yield by reducing vegetal matter in your brewhouse and fermenter
Cryo Hops® provide brewers with the ability to get gigantic hop character while reducing astringent and unpleasant vegetal flavors. With a substantially higher oil and resin content, LupuLN2 powder offers up all the flavor and aroma of a heavily hopped beer, but with a significanly reduced grassy character. Additionally, the lower dosage rate of the concentrated powder reduces the volume of trub and therefore, kettle loss. Using Cryo Hops® you will net more beer that is clearer!
Typical usage of Cryo Hops® would be roughly 50% of pellets. LupuLN2 powder can be used in any application where traditional hop products are utilized, including: Bittering, Kettle, Whirlpool and even direct to the fermentor. It is suggested that you use Cryo Hops® as late additions, in the whirlpool or dry hop, as the volatile aromatic compounds will be driven off if added early in the boil.
Cryo Hops® are an innovative hop product that is made by separating the lupulin from the hop flower using cryogenic processing. The result is a product with twice the potency of T90 pellets, with reduced astringency and vegetative material.
Note: These hops come pelletized. The powder is compressed into pellet form to make handling easier.

Whole cone hops are often preferred for dry hopping as they maintain contact while floating in the beer and are easier to remove
Adding whole cone hops directly to the mash tun is a great way to add flavor and help clarify wort
Amarillo® hops have become super popular with microbrewers. Brewers are describing the flavor and aroma as a supercharged version of Cascade. Floral, tropical, and citrus (lemon, orange and grapefruit) characteristics. However, it has a distinctive orange character to it that is very different from Cascade. Supply has been very limited the last few years so make sure to buy some while it is available.
Whole cone hops are typically the preferred format for dry hopping as they maintain contact with the beer by floating, they are easier to remove than pellets and they add a unique character to the beer. Adding whole cone hops directly to the mash tun is also a great way to add flavor and clarify your wort.
