This filler is the version of the Ultrafiller completely dedicated to denser liquids, such as tomato puree and other sauces. Various modifications applied to the standard machine allow bottles to be filled quickly and easily. Thanks to the larger rubber cone, it is possible to fill both bottles with crown caps and those with screw caps. The pneumatic version is the most powerful machine ever seen on the market—allowing for fast filling even with the thickest sauces.
The Ultrafiller Pomodoro is built entirely in stainless steel with PYREX tank, featuring four high efficiency and precision stainless steel filling nozzles. When you place the bottle under the Ultrafiller Pomodoro, the fluid is sucked into the vacuum created inside it, without any contact between the liquid and the pumps or mechanical components.

Gravity fillers are the preferred filler for achieving exactly the same fill height in every bottle. Gravity fillers fill to a height you determine and then shut off automatically. They are dependable, simple to operate, have no electrical parts, and few moving parts.
Another a nice feature of these fillers is the adjustable stainless tray that the bottles sit on can be moved up and down to account for different bottle sizes, allowing you to fill 1.5 L, 750 mL or 375 mL bottles. A favorite of small wineries, clubs, and out-of-control home winemakers.
Features:
Each fill nozzle is independently adjusted for fill height
All parts in contact with the wine are made from 304 type stainless steel
There is a drain located on the bottom for draining after use
1.5" Tri-Clamp inlet and reservoir drain
Level gauge located on the side of the reservoir
Approximately 3 bottles can be filled per minute, per nozzle.
36.5" H x 23" W x 18.5" D
Reservoir is approximately 33 liters.
Please Note This filler is not equipped with a float valve in the reservoir, as the majority of our customers supply the filler via a pump, and the float valve will not stop the flow from a running pump.

Made in Italy by EnoItalia
We like this robust vacuum filler from EnoItalia because it combines the low oxygen benefits of vacuum filling with the strong fill nozzles and frame of traditional Italian bottle fillers.
This high-quality vacuum filler is the ideal choice for bottling uncarbonated beer or wine with minimal oxygen exposure. Air from the bottle is automatically extracted through the filling head and then liquid is drawn through the system and into the bottle via a vacuum pump. This greatly reduces the oxygen exposure that occurs with other fillers. The support rack and fill nozzles are adjustable so you can adapt it for your bottle size and desired fill level. Fill speed can also be adjusted with the digital display and vacuum regulator, allowing you to quickly set the desired vacuum level for each product. After each bottle is filled, excess liquid is returned to the cylinder. When the cylinder fills up, the stainless steel float will rise and shut off the vacuum pump.
Designed entirely in stainless steel with high-quality components, this filler was designed to stand up to intensive, professional-level use.
This unit is only intended for use with still beverages. It is not compatible with carbonated beer, cider, or sparkling wine.

The Enoitalia bottle filler is a complete, portable, gravity style bottle filler perfect for a small winery. Features six filling heads and stainless steel construction. This a complete bottle filling solution that comes on cart and includes built in pump, electronic float switch, and electric valve. As the wine level drops in the reservoir the pump is turned on to refill. Electric valve keeps wine from being siphoned back out of reservoir. Fill up to 100 cases of 750ml bottles per hour. If you do not have the human power to keep up you can use 4 heads at a time so there is no disadvantage to getting a 6 head filler vs a 4 head filler. We only offer the 6 head filler in this model because the price is very similar between 4 and 6. Unlike units from other Italian manufacturers, this unit has removable filling heads for easy cleaning. The air removal tubes are also larger which speeds filling. Prevents vacuum pump failure when bottling sugary or hot products by effectively filtering impurities.
Comes with pre-assembled tubes and adapters for quick and hassle-free setup; designed for vertical mounting.
Built to withstand prolonged use in dusty environments, with a metal mesh filter element and easy-to-clean components.
When using the Ultrafiller to fill liqueurs, spirits, syrups, or other sugary products—as well as hot products such as juices—it is essential to equip the machine with the oil bath filter. This filter protects the vacuum pump, which could fail over time without proper filtration. Please note that the oil bath filter is not included with the Ultrafiller and must be purchased separately.
Important: Failure to use this filter when bottling the above-mentioned products will void the warranty for the bottling machine.
Mounting Instructions
Before using the filter, fill the cup with food-grade mineral oil up to the indicated level. Medium-density oils are recommended for optimal performance.
Install the filter between the vacuum pump and the recovery tank. The kit includes pre-assembled tubes and hose adapters for your convenience. Always mount the filter vertically:
Connect the OUT port to the pipe leading from the motor.
Connect the IN port to the pipe and quick-release fitting supplied with the tank. (Refer to the detailed instructions for further guidance.)
Maintenance
These filters are designed for prolonged use, even in dusty environments, offering excellent filtration and durability. To maintain optimal performance:

The 200L Atmospheric Tank is intended to be sold as an accessry to the BB50 Bag In Box filler. If you will install a filter station before the filler, it is recommended to install a buffer tank in between the filter and the filler. Two options are available: the Atmospheric Tank and the Isobaric Tank. The Isobaric Tank is a more professional 100L automatic buffer tank that uses nitrogen to push liquid into the filler. With this configuration, the BB50 will not include the pump, and the control panel will have an automatic program to set the pressure used during filling or washing.

Siphon Filler Instructions Download print friendly version These instructions are made for our WE602 and WE610 bottle fillers Step One: The filler is designed to be fed by gravity, siphon or pump through the ½" inlet on the rear upper right of the reservoir. This inlet tube runs open into the filler’s reservoir, where the rising level of wine pushes the stainless float up. When the reservoir is full the float’s position seats the rubber ball on the float arm over the inlet tube, stopping flow. Regardless of the feed mechanism you’re using (pump, gravity or siphon) care should be taken to ensure that the force of the liquid coming into the reservoir is not strong enough to overpower the float-seal mechanism (i.e: feeding by gravity from 20' above or something similar to this effect). If this is unavoidable a ball valve should be installed on the feed line so that flow can be effectively cut off. Either way, it is advised that you test the scenario with water before beginning to work with your wine. Step Two: Once you have your inlet / feed system set up you are ready to prime the fill heads and begin filling bottles. The filler works on the principle of a siphon, and so the heads need to be started. Included with the filler will have been a rubber siphon bulb with a small piece of tubing and a rubber foot attached to it. To prime the fill heads: with one hand, squeeze the bulb of the siphon starter and use the other hand to fit the rubber foot over the opening on the end of the nozzle. Push down on the nozzle to pull the inside gasket off the front wall of the reservoir and begin slowly releasing your squeeze on the bulb, which will draw wine into the nozzle. Once wine begins to flow from the nozzle, release your downward pressure on the nozzle which will re-seal the inside gasket against the wall of the reservoir. Your fill head is now primed. Repeat the procedure with each additional head. Step Three: Now you are ready to begin filling bottles. The most important thing to remember here is that there is no automatic stop mechanism here, so you will need to take care to pull the bottle when it is filled to the proper level. The clasps around each fill head will hold the bottles in place during filling, so feel free to use them. Do be prepared to have to re-prime the nozzles periodically during the filling process, as they will break their siphon from time to time. Step Four: When you have finished bottling your wine, the filler should be cleaned immediately with hot water. This should be sufficient, but if you wish a cleaning detergent like PBW (CL25A) can be used, so long as the filler is rinsed thoroughly afterwards. As with all things stainless, avoid prolonged exposure to PBW as well as any exposure to chlorine or chlorine-based products - this means NO BLEACH. Allow the filler and lines to air-dry after cleaning and store until next year. Replacement nozzle gaskets, float assemblies and siphon starters are available for purchase through MoreWine!
