Add convenience and reduce the mess of bottling with this bottling wand!
Say goodbye to the days of just running a tube from your bottling bucket's spigot into the bottom of the bottle. A bottling wand starts its flow when you press the wand tip against the bottom of the bottle, and stops when you lower the bottle away from it. No more having to fiddle with the spigot during bottling, and no more mess from the dripping hose between bottles!
What does this bottle filler have that the rest don't? A removable tip and spring that make this model easy to sanitize. Plus, the nozzle spring can be removed if you prefer the action of a springless bottle filler. The actual "wand" on the filler is 12 inches long.
The plastic end fits nicely into our FE346 spigot, or it can be removed to attach 3/8" ID tubing.
The counter pressure bottle filler that sets the standard for filling beer bottles at home. With a unique one way valve and adjustable pressure relief you will be bottling sediment free homebrew with ease.
If you currently carbonate and store your homebrew in kegs, you can use a counter pressure filler to bottle beer directly from your kegs. One huge advantage of this method is that since you are bottling already carbonated, clear beer, there will be no sediment at the bottom of your bottles.
Counter pressure bottle filling is how a brewery bottles beer. The bottle is under pressure while the carbonated beer flows in. Because the interior of the bottle is pressurized there is minimal loss of the CO2 in solution. The opposite of filling under pressure is when you pour a beer into a pint glass where CO2 erupts out of solution creating all that foam. Great in your glass but not good when you are trying to bottle carbonated beer. Our counter pressure filler mimics a single filling head on a professional bottling line, a concept that we all know works very, very well.
Made by Fermentap, the design has two unique features. Number 1 it is the only model made entirely from stainless steel. Number 2 you flush and fill from the bottom of the bottle.
Beer barb is 3/16". Gas barb is 5/16".
Features While some models flush the bottle from the top and fill from the bottom, our unit features a special valve that allows CO2 and beer to flow down the same stainless tube, directly to the bottom of the bottle. First CO2 flows down into the bottom of the bottle to flush from the bottom up. Next you switch the valve position and beer flows down the same tube, filling from the bottom up. The result is a more effective purging of oxygen and no foam during the filling process - not to mention that the whole thing takes one-hand to operate! Why hope that you flushed your bottle properly using a type of beer gun, when you can know for sure that you have created the best environment for your beer to be stored at by using a Counter Pressure Bottle Filler?
More Details
The unit is inserted into the bottle in the off position. The valve is then turned to CO2 to flush the bottle and then to beer for filling. The adjustable pressure relief on the side of the unit allows you control the speed of fill by adjusting the pressure in the bottle. The valve is positioned in such a way that it is easy to use with one hand, while the other holds the bottle. This model is designed for 12oz bottles but can easily be extended to accommodate larger bottles, such as 22oz, with a small piece of 1/4" tubing.
Setting Your PSI Pressure
Before you counter pressure fill a bottle make sure you are satisfied with the carbonation level and flavor. The goal for counter pressure bottle filling is to store your beer in the most sanitary and clean environment possible so when you get ready to share your homebrew its presentation is perfect when you go to pour.
An ideal set point to set your PSI level on your regulator is 10-14 psi. This range is dependent upon the temperature of your beer and the carbonation level. We recommend you start at a lower pressure around 10psi for the first 2-3 bottles to make sure you get everything dialed in before committing to filling a whole case.
Make sure your keg is always kept cold. If your keg warms up you will have foaming issues.
Connects your new Counter-Pressure filler to your existing ball lock kegging system with a convenient, sealing quick-disconnect system. Having everything you need all in this kit makes set-up & use of your counter-pressure filler easier. If you have the Counter-Pressure bottle filler then this set is a must have!
Includes:
Hardware to connect filler to gas system: Gas line tee, quick disconnect set, 6' of gas line.
Hardware to connect filler to keg: Threaded, black Beverage-Out Quick Disconnect, related flare fittings, 5' of beer line.
To Install: Shut off your gas. Cut your existing gas line assembly and clamp the Co2 Tee in that place. Clamp the gas line and beverage line to the Bottle Filler. Gas line on the larger barb fitting, beverage on the smaller barb. Make sure the counter pressure filler is closed by placing the valve handle perpendicular to the valve. Attach the beverage ball lock quick disconnect to your keg. Never attach a beverage out fitting to your keg without it being in a closed system. Connect the gas line quick disconnect. Finally turn your gas back on. You're ready to fill.
Automated Filling System: Fill any beverage into any bottle, can, jar, or glass automatically with this internet-connected, RAPT-enabled Cannular Can and Bottle Filler, offering a more sanitary and user-friendly experience than competitors.
Integrated Pinch Valve and Regulator: The pinch valve allows easy removal of the beer line for cleaning, while the integrated regulator eliminates the need for an external regulator, preventing damage from high-pressure gas sources.
OLED Digital Display and WiFi Connectivity: The OLED display simplifies calibration and allows real-time adjustments, while WiFi connectivity to the RAPT.io portal logs usage data and enables remote management of settings and profiles.
Versatile and Multi-Purpose: With adjustable stainless steel tubes and a height range suitable for bottles up to 11.8" and cans up to 10.6", this filler can handle still or carbonated beverages, making it ideal for various containers including wine bottles, beer cans, and more.
Low Dissolved Oxygen (DO) Pickup: The filler effectively purges oxygen from the container, ensuring substantially lower dissolved oxygen levels, which enhances the quality and longevity of your beverage.
Fill any beverage into any bottle, can, jar, or glass automatically with this internet-connected, RAPT-enabled, Cannular Can and Bottle Filler. Featuring two adjustable stainless steel tubes, the Cannular Filler will use one to purge oxygen out of the vessel and then use the second one to fill the vessel to a precise level based on an internal pressure sensor.
OLED Digital Display
The OLED display makes calibration super easy. It also enables you to keep track of filling speed, number of cycles/fills, purge time, fill height, and also enables you to make on-the-fly adjustments to your filling requirements so you can conveniently tweak the settings while filling.
Integrated Ball Lock Connectors
The integrated ball lock connectors allow you to quickly attach your beer and gas ball lock disconnects. We recommend the use of the Duotight Ball Lock Quick Disconnects in Gas and Liquid to connect to these inputs and outputs.
Integrated Pinch Valve
The integrated pinch valve is one of the things that makes this unit far superior to other filling machines. The pinch valve enables you to easily remove the beer line for cleaning so the stainless tube, silicone hose, and yellow ball lock cap removes completely and can be put into the dishwasher or cleaned in the sink. The pinch valve is mechanically simple and therefore reliable. It is not subject to small particles like hops getting stuck in the device and eliminates the need for pre-filtration. It simply pinches down on the silicone tube to shut off the flow. This design also enables laminar flow that reduces foaming. The pinch valve improves reliability, makes it easier to operate, and a piece of cake to clean.
Integrated Regulator
Other filling machines require an external regulator that may need to drop the pressure lower than your normal keg dispensing pressure. Unlike these other fillers, this filler has an integrated regulator which saves time and setup costs. This integrated regulator means you will not damage your machine by accidentally connecting it to a high-pressure gas source. You can hook up your gas line without the need for another external regulator or to fool around with your gas supply at all. Just set the integrated regulator once during setup and forget about it.
Multi-Purpose
The long stainless tubes and adjustable height make this device useful for pretty much any bottles up to 11.8" (30cm) high or cans up to 10.6" (27cm) high. It can also be used for still or carbonated beverages, so this device is useful for wine bottles, beer cans, champagne, crown seal bottles, and pretty much any other bottle/can/vessel that has a neck opening greater than 0.59" (15mm). It can also be used for filling glasses, jars, or other vessels.
Fill Profiles
Some other machines require a full calibration to change from one vessel type to another. This machine allows you to pre-save fill profiles depending on what you are doing. Save a filling profile for your 12 oz cans and then save a different filling profile for your 750mL wine bottles. Use our pre-saved presets or alternatively make your own fill profiles with different purge times and fill height. These are also synced with the RAPT.io portal so you can save profiles and share them with friends or deploy them to several other devices.
RAPT.io Connected (via WiFi)
As well as all the features above, this filler connects to your WiFi and keeps track of your Cans Per Minute (CPM), fill speed, and even temperature (if you purchase the external Instant Read Temperature Probe separately). It will log all usage information so you can keep track of how your machine is running or even keep track of your staff to make sure they are cycling the machine at an acceptable rate. The connectivity to the RAPT.io portal will enable you to more easily change settings, update profiles, and keep track of your fill days so you can historically keep track of how your fill day went and which day you processed each batch.
Low DO Pickup
The quality and longevity of your beverage are often defined by how well you keep oxygen off your product. This filler purges the oxygen out of the can and will enable you to get substantially lower dissolved oxygen.
Wall Mounted Design
This type of can and bottle filler has primarily been designed for wall-mounting configuration. This allows you to bring a can or bottle up to the filler from the underside of the unit. To wall mount this unit you can download and print this template.

Vacuum pump wine bottle filler with 180 bottle per hour filing capacity
Automatically starts siphon and shuts off when the bottle is filled
Oxygen is evacuated from each bottle before filling
Adjustable fill speed to match your preferred pace
Fill wine bottles directly from your fermenter, storage tank, or barrel
A great bottle filler for small-scale winemakers. Through the use of a vacuum pump, the Enolmatic filler automatically starts a siphon and automatically shuts off when the bottle is filled to the perfect height. The vacuum also serves to evacuate most of the oxygen from your bottle. The fill rate is fast - allowing you to bottle up to 180 bottles per hour.
The Enolmatic creates a vacuum that sucks the wine directly from your fermenter, storage tank, or barrel, which can be located up to 13 feet below the Enolmatic. No need to start a siphon or to have to pump or move your wine above your filling machine.
Fill speed can be adjusted allowing you to bottle at your preferred pace. While the filler is in operation wine is not allowed back into the storage tank or barrel due to a one-way valve located in the fill head. The small amount of excess wine runs into a collection reservoir. The fill height can be adjusted and is designed to be used with any size or type of bottle.
The Enolmatic has a continuous duty cycle, meaning it can run non-stop and is constructed entirely from food-grade materials. Simply run water through the system to clean out the lines. The reservoir for excess overfill can be rinsed out or ran through the dishwasher.

Filling Unit with Overflow Reservoir
5ft. of 1/2"ID Feeder Line
Collapsible 1/2" racking cane for intake, helps leave the lees behind
Detailed Instructions
The Buon Vino Super filler for winemaking is a gravity fed bottle filler that shuts off automatically when the proper fill height is reached in each bottle. Very easy to use and perfect for small quantities. A great choice when you want something more sophisticated than the tube style bottle fillers, but don't need to upgrade to a more expensive electric wine bottle filler.
Usage: To use the filler, place the device on top of the bottle to be filled, insert the intake tube into your vessel containing the liquid, and the small overflow tube into an empty bottle. To begin the siphon, start by pressing down on the center plunger on the flow regulator to open the valve. Suck on the end of the overflow tube until the liquid begins to flow into the bottle. When liquid is flowing into the bottle, put the overflow tube back into the empty bottle. When the liquid reaches the top of the bottle, the valve will shut the flow off automatically.
After the first bottle, check the level of the fill and adjust the level up or down if necessary by moving the rubber bottle seal up or down. Please note that the fill level can be affected by excessive foaming. After one bottle is filled, move the bottle filler to another empty bottle, push down on the plunger lever, and repeat.
Comes with 6 ft. of tubing.
The Ferrari auto bottle filler is a great economical bottle filler option. This unit will automatically stop when the bottle is full. No more messes from accidentally overfilling your bottles. Their patented design is one of the best on the market at a price that can't be beat!
Gasket/Seal for the back end of the fill spouts in our WE602 and WE610 3 and 5 Spout Siphon Fillers. This is the gasket which seals the fill spout against the inner wall of the filler's reservoir when a bottle is not on the spout.
Replacement siphon starter bulb for 3-spout and 5-spout bottle fillers. This is included in our WE602 and WE605 stainless steel bottle fillers, and can be purchased as an option upgrade for the WE604 painted filler. This siphon starter will save you a lot of hassle, and allow you to start a siphon in the fillers tubes while maintaining sanitary conditions.
The siphon starter features a food grade plastic bulb and tubing, and a black rubber "boot" that fits tightly around the end of the bottle filler tubes.
To use:
Connect your bottle filler to the wine source and allow the reservoir to fill.
Sanitize the siphon starter, inside and out
Squeeze the bulb to remove most of the air.
Fit the rubber "boot' or base around the end of the bottle filler tube. The hole in the boot must line up with the hole where the wine will come out.
Gently press down on the filler tube so that the gasket is not touching the inside wall.
Slowly let go of the pressure on the bulb. The bulb will suck the air out of the tube, and wine will follow. Stop when you can hear or feel wine going into the bulb siphon starter.
Repeat for each filler tube you would like to use.
Wash, sanitize, and dry the siphon starter bulb before storage

The ideal bottle filler for large-scale home winemakers or smaller commercial wineries
Vacuum draws liquid from up to 12 feet below the filler with minimum oxygen exposure
Fill up to 600 bottles per hour
Adjustable max fill level
Use with wine or uncarbonated cider and beer
A commercial version of the Enolmatic filler that features four filling heads and allows you to fill up to 600 bottles per hour. This is the best bottle filler for the large-scale home winemaker or a small commercial operation. Through the use of a vacuum, the Enolmaster filler automatically starts a siphon, sucks the air out of your wine bottles to preserve freshness, and automatically shuts off when each bottle is filled to the perfect height every time. Not only does the entire process take place in a nearly oxygen-free environment, preserving the freshness of your wine, the rate of fill is extremely fast allowing you to bottle up to 600 bottles per hour.
The Enolmaster creates a vacuum that sucks the wine directly from your fermenter, storage tank, or barrel, which can be located up to 12 feet below the Enolmaster. No need to start a siphon or to have to pump or move your wine above your filling machine. The vacuum simultaneously sucks the air out of your bottle allowing you to fill in a nearly oxygen-free bottle. This quality-first process helps to ensure that the delicate flavors of your wine, the flavors you worked so hard to get, are not lost in an open-air bottling process. Additionally, there are no moving parts in contact with the wine ensuring the gentlest handling possible.
Fill speed can be adjusted allowing you to bottle at your preferred pace. While the filler is in operation, wine is not allowed back into the storage tank or barrel due to a one-way valve located in the supply line. The small amount of excess wine runs into a collection reservoir. The fill height can be adjusted and can be used with any size or type of bottle.
The Enolmaster is a commercial product designed for a small winery. It has a continuous duty cycle, meaning it can run non-stop and is constructed entirely from food-grade materials. The frame is made of stainless steel as are the filling heads. Simply run water through the system to clean out the lines. The reservoir for excess overfill can be rinsed out or ran through the dishwasher.
To filter your wine and bottle fill at the same time, add the optional in-line Tandem Professional Filter Housing and Filter Cartridges.

Polypropylene vs. Stainless Filter Cartridges
PP Cartridges:
Single-use or limited reuse: Ideal for small batches or when very fine filtration (under 1 micron) is required.
More affordable upfront: But cost can accumulate with replacements.
Commonly used for wine: Especially for final filtration before bottling.
SS Cartridges:
Reusable and long-lasting: More sustainable and cost-effective in the long run.
Easy to sanitize: Can be boiled or cleaned with various solutions.
Preferred by most users: Especially distilleries.
Cannot achieve very fine filtration: Not suitable for all winemaking needs.
In short, PP cartridges are best for small-batch winemakers needing ultra-fine filtration below 1 micron. However, SS cartridges offer a more sustainable and economical solution for most other filtering needs due to their reusability and longevity. Ultimately, the best choice depends on your specific requirements, including the type and volume of liquid being filtered, desired filtration level, and budget.

Eliminate oxidation in your bottling process with the XF260 volume-based filling system
Wine is pulled from your barrel or storage tank by the built-in self-priming pump
Filling volume is programmed and stops automatically with an accuracy within +/- 1.5mL
Optional gas flush system
Made to order in the United States
Help eliminate oxidation in your bottling process by using XpressFill volume-based filling system. Gravity-based systems usually involve wine being transferred to a holding tank, and unless the your bottles and holding tank are pre-flushed with inert gas, some degree of oxidation is inevitable. Xpresfill bottling systems have a closed pathway with a self-priming pump. They also have as an optional built-in sparging (pre-flushing) system that uses Nitrogen or Argon to pre-flush your bottles.
To use, place four bottles under the filling spouts, push the gas button (optional at additional cost) to flush the bottles with inert gas. Then hit the Fill button which pulls the wine from your barrel or stainless storage tank, distributes 750ml of wine to each bottle, and shuts off automatically when done. It is truly that simple. Each fill cycle lasts 20 seconds. Realistically with bottle movement (and talking and drinking!) expect to fill about 200 bottles per hour with the 2 spout and 400 bottles per hour with the 4 spout.
There is also a manual mode allowing you to top up bottles or fill odd size bottles (connect tubing and fill magnums for example.) You my have seen this system for sale before as the Vigneron. Xpressfill purchased Vigneron and redesigned the unit to be driven by a digital controller. The result is a unit that works much better. MoreWine! has tested the unit and we are happy with the performance.
The XpressFill is a volume based system that fills each bottle with a set volume of wine (usually 750ml per bottle.) The fill is accurate to within +/- 1.5ml. However, bottles themselves can vary in volume by a couple percent and when you are filling by volume this can result in different fill heights, especially if you fill into the bottle neck, where differences are exaggerated by the small diameter of the neck. Fill heights will therefore vary from bottle to bottle but differences are usually 1/2" or less.
Further protect your wine from oxidation when using an XpressFill by adding the Gas Flush option to your filler. Push the gas flush button for as long as you like prior to each fill cycle. Inert gas will be forced into the bottle displacing most air, greatly reducing oxidation during the bottling process. You will need to supply an Argon or Nitrogen tank, regulator, and section of 1/4 " tubing to connect an inert gas source to the machine.
Adjustable filling height with automatic stop
Stainless steel base, frame, and filling nozzles
Adjustable filling level and filling speed
Vacuum gauge
Removable spouts for hand filling bottles away from the platform (left-hand and right-hand spouts only)
The Mixed Ultrafiller 4 combines 2 standard spouts with 2 two small spouts for the best compromise for those who bottle small batches with a great variety in bottle shapes and sizes. The spouts on the far left and right sides are removable, allowing you to hand-fill uniquely shaped bottles that don't fit on the platform.
The Ultrafiller 4 is built entirely in stainless steel with PYREX tank, featuring four high efficiency and precision stainless steel filling nozzles. This professional bottling machine is perfect for wine, uncarbonated beer or cider, spirits, and oils. When you place the bottle under the Ultrafiller 4, the fluid is sucked into the vacuum created inside it, without any contact between the liquid and the pumps or mechanical components.
Why Choose ILTEC
While the Enolmatic has served as a great economical option, the ILTEC offers a significant step up in overall quality and durability. The key differences speak for themselves:
Stainless Steel Construction: Unlike the Enolmatic's plastic components, the ILTEC boasts a robust stainless steel construction, ensuring long-lasting performance and easy sanitation.
Borosilicate Vacuum Chamber: The ILTEC utilizes a borosilicate vacuum chamber, a superior alternative to the plastic chamber found in the Enolmatic. Borosilicate glass is known for its exceptional resistance to thermal shock and chemical corrosion, guaranteeing a cleaner and more efficient filling process.
The ILTEC filler isn't just about superior materials; it's about delivering consistent, precise, and professional results. Whether you're bottling wine, spirits, oils, or other liquids, the ILTEC provides the performance you demand.

Vacuum bottle filler for use with wine, olive oil, or uncarbonated beer
Air is cleared from each bottle before filling, reducing oxygen exposure
Adjustable fill nozzles and support rack to fit your bottle size and fill level
Variable fill speed to match your bottling pace
High-quality 304 stainless steel construction
Made in Italy by EnoItalia
We like this robust vacuum filler from EnoItalia because it combines the low oxygen benefits of vacuum filling with the strong fill nozzles and frame of traditional Italian bottle fillers.
This high-quality vacuum filler is the ideal choice for bottling uncarbonated beer or wine with minimal oxygen exposure. Air from the bottle is automatically extracted through the filling head and then liquid is drawn through the system and into the bottle via a vacuum pump. This greatly reduces the oxygen exposure that occurs with other fillers. The support rack and fill nozzles are adjustable so you can adapt it for your bottle size and desired fill level. Fill speed can also be adjusted with the digital display and vacuum regulator, allowing you to quickly set the desired vacuum level for each product. After each bottle is filled, excess liquid is returned to the cylinder. When the cylinder fills up, the stainless steel float will rise and shut off the vacuum pump.
Designed entirely in stainless steel with high-quality components, this filler was designed to stand up to intensive, professional-level use.
This unit is only intended for use with still beverages. It is not compatible with carbonated beer, cider, or sparkling wine.

Help eliminate oxidation in your bottling process by using XpressFill volume-based filling system!
Gravity-based systems usually involve wine being transferred to a holding tank, and unless your bottles and holding tank are pre-flushed with inert gas, some degree of oxidation is inevitable. XpresFill bottling systems have a closed pathway with a self-priming pump. They also have as an optional built-in sparging (pre-flushing) system that uses Nitrogen or Argon to pre-flush your bottles.
To use, place two bottles under the filling spouts, push the gas button (optional at addtional cost) to flush the bottles with inert gas. There is also a manual mode allowing you to top up bottles or fill odd size bottles (connect tubing and fill magnums for example.)
