    Please Note: The Duotight Manifolds feature 8mm Duotight connections at both ends. One end is intended for your gas line and the other can be used to attach another manifold or a variety of accessories. If you will not be installing anything on the other end, you will need a 8mm Plug to cap the opposite end from your Gas In (see below).

    Streamline your draft setup with the Duotight Gas Manifold, featuring integrated check valves on every ball valve outlet. These check valves provide essential protection by preventing backflow; however, they can be easily removed if you require gas to flow freely in both directions. 8mm Duotight push-to-connect inlet and outlets allow you to easily connect EVABarrier draft tubing in seconds. Available in 2-Way, 4-Way, and 6-Way configurations.

    Customization & Modular Design
    This manifold is designed for flexibility. If you need to shut off specific lines permanently, we recommend using the Duotight 8mm Plug (DUO102). Modifying the unit is straightforward: use a thin flat-head screwdriver to pop the black retainer tabs, allowing you to remove or swap individual ball valves as needed. If you wish to expand your manifold the future, multiple Duotight Manifolds can be connected using the 8mm Rigid Joiners (DUO202).

    Mounting Solutions
    Every manifold comes ready for installation with button-head screws for standard mounting. If you prefer not to drill into your kegerator or fermentation chamber, we suggest using Duotight Adhesive Brackets (DUO263) for a secure, tool-free setup.

    High Performance Double O-Ring Design:
    The secret to Duotight’s superior sealing performance comes from the fact that they use not one, but two high-quality EPDM O-rings.  The double O-ring means they have literally twice the sealing surface when compared with other push-in fittings.  This makes them more reliable and significantly reduces the chance of leakage.

    The double O-ring system also means that tubing can be bent at a much tighter radius without causing leaking issues, which can be an issue with other fittings.  This combination of factors makes Duotight the most reliable push-in fittings on the market.

    EPDM offers excellent chemical resistance for a longer life span. When compared with silicone and vinyl, EPDM has much better gas transmission rates, better wear resistance, and is BPA-free.

    No Clamps Necessary!
    We recommend cutting your tubing straight, not on an angle, to ensure the line forms a complete seal. To remove the fitting simply push in the collet and the hose can be removed.
