Nothing looks quite as nice as beer pouring out of a shiny stainless steel draft tower. These are the same tower kits included with every KOMOS Kegerator, featuring Intertap stainless steel faucets, EVABarrier draft tubing, and Duotight push-to-connect fittings for easy assembly. The tower is made from 304 brushed stainless steel, making them corrosion resistant while also looking great!
Stainless Intertap Faucets and Towers
These kits come with Intertap faucets mounted on a brushed stainless tower. Intertap faucets are the newest, most advanced, forward sealing, beer faucets on the market today and will work perfectly for years. Forward-sealing means that while in the closed position the faucet will keep beer inside the body instead of draining out. This keeps the internal parts from getting sticky and reduces the chance of off flavors transferring to your beer while you pour. Intertap faucets feature a modular, threaded spout that can fit a variety of attachments including a growler filler or stout spout.
Duotight Fittings & EVABarrier Draft Tubing
Duotight and EVABarrier have revolutionized how you connect draft line, and our tower kits come standard with both. We love Duotight push-in fittings for their quick connection, reliable seal, and versatility. Setting up and connecting draft line has never been easier -- no more hose clamps or heating water to soften tubing! Each tower comes with Duotight fittings for the tower shanks and for splitting gas lines (double & triple tap only). We recommend adding Duotight fittings to use for your keg connections as well. Depending on whether you'll be serving from homebrew kegs or commercial sanke kegs, you'll need two DUO106 or two DUO104 per line.
EVABarrier tubing has been engineered with protection in mind and is both PVC-free and BPA-free. This double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss, and microbial growth. EVA tubing is the future of draft line for professional applications, and now your kegerator will feature the same first-class tubing.

Reduced first pour foam due to low thermal mass Forward-sealing design prevents beer residue from gumming up the faucet Unique shuttle design greatly improves laminar flow, improving the pour of carbonated beverages Compatible with all Intertap faucet accessories and shanks Matte Black painted finish. See note below.
First Pour Foam Reduction Every kegerator owner knows the letdown of pouring your first pint of the day and getting too much foam. Even with perfectly balanced draft lines, first pour foam is sometimes unavoidable simply due to the temperature of the faucet itself. Running beer through the faucet will drop the temperature, and the foaming will subside, but not without a bit of wasted beer from pouring off excess head. The NukaTap Stealth Bomber beer faucet drops to beer serving temperature much faster thanks to its lower thermal mass. Simply put, the bulkier the faucet is, the more beer is needed to flow through and chill the tap. The NukaTap is over 20% lighter than its Intertap predecessor, and even lighter still compared to other brands of faucets. Improved Laminar Flow The inspiration for the NukaTap name comes from its uniquely designed "nuke-shaped" shuttle that resides on the inside of the faucet. The NukaShuttle went through numerous rounds of redesigns and countless hours of testing to find a shape that provides superior laminar flow. This means that liquid passes by the shuttle with very little resistance, allowing highly carbonated beers or hard seltzers to pour like a dream. Sanitary Design The NukaShuttle is the world’s first seamless single-piece design. Traditional taps feature an o-ring seated on a stainless steel shuttle, which can cause a couple of issues. After many pours, the stainless shuttle rubbing against the internal body of the faucet will create small fissures that become potential infection sites, and the seated o-ring can be difficult to clean in place, making your draft cleaning and sanitizing process less effective than you realize. The NukaShuttle is an advanced TPV rubber matrix that has been seamlessly formed over a durable PP skeleton. This single-piece design eliminates the pitfalls of older manufacturing methods, making it one of the most sanitary faucets on the market. Forward Sealing vs. Rear Sealing From tap rooms to home bars, forward-sealing faucets are the ideal choice for any draft setup. In traditional rear-sealing taps, beer will drain out of the entire faucet when it's in the closed position. This means the internal mechanism is coated in beer, which then dries and becomes a sticky residue. Forward-sealing faucets, on the other hand, keep the tap full of beer so it never has a chance to dry and gunk up the internal parts. This makes the faucet much easier to clean and also reduces the chance of off flavors transferring to your beer while you pour. Faucet body & lever made from stainless steel Shuttle made from TPV O-rings made from EPDM Lever collar & friction bonnet made from brass Matte black finish NSF approved Kegland Part Number: KL17978 Please note: this is a painted faucet and as such needs to be used, cleaned, and handled with care. Clean the faucet gently by hand and avoid tossing it into a bucket with other draft parts. Excessive soaking in caustic cleaners will damage the finish. For these reasons, we do not recommend the Stealth Bomber faucets for professional settings. If you prefer a stainless steel spout that can take more punishment, see the NukaTap Punisher Edition faucet.
Airlocks are another one of those necessary pieces of equipment for every homebrewer. If you ferment in a carboy or bucket this 3 piece airlock is a must! It’s a popular alternative to the triple ripple type of airlock because it can be taken apart and cleaned, and is easy to fill. (However we do sell the triple ripple type (FE371) in case you are used to that type and would like to stay with it.) While a simple device not all airlocks are the same. Some other designs have only a couple holes in the plastic lid and this can cause the airlock to pop out during an active fermentation. Our design features multiple holes that allow CO2 to escape easily. Additionally some other airlocks have a cross hatch design on the bottom. We have found this more easily leads to Krausen clogs and the airlock being pushed out of the fermenter. Ours is open, allowing Krausen foam to enter the airlock if necesary. Better to clean your airlock out than to find it laying on the floor next to your fermenter 3 days later. Another cool feature of this 3-piece airlock is that 1/2" ID Silicone tubing will fit onto the center post for use as a blowoff. In the cases where you are using a yeast known to produce lots of Krausen (wlp002 from White Labs or 1968 from Wyeast for example) remove the top cover, remove the plastic 'hat', and install the silicone tubing. Run the silicone tubing into a jar or bucket of water. When fermentation dies back down remove the tubing and replace the hat and cover. Please Note: Airlock only - stopper not included.

The BrewBuilt Ultimate Chilling package includes everything you'll need to maintain a precise level of temperature control throughout the fermentation process. The X3 Jacketed Conical is second-to-none in homebrew-level cooling capabilities—mirroring the fermenter design that professional brewers have long relied on to keep their temperatures in check. And what better unit to provide the cooling solution than the IceMaster Max 2? This low-profile glycol chiller provides all the cooling capacity you'll need and is so compact that it only takes up about 12" of extra space next to your conical.
X3 Jacketed Uni Conical & IceMaster Max 2
The X3 Jacketed Uni Conical offers cutting edge design features that have long been reserved for pro-level fermentation tanks. Circulating cooling solution through an external cooling jacket offers superior cooling power when compared to internal cooling coils, and eliminates the need for cleaning a wonky apparatus after you've transferred out your finished beer. This pressurizable fermenter also sports a neoprene jacket for added insulation, Flex Chamber collection container for yeast harvesting or trub dumps, internal floating racking tube for clear beer transfers, and so much more! The IceMaster Max 2 makes for the perfect tag team partner, providing all the cooling capacity you'll need for small-volume batches. And with two built-in submersible pumps with independent controllers, you can always add a sidekick fermenter and control both batches simultaneously.
BrewBuilt Insulated Glycol Tubing Kit
In addition to the conical and chiller, the kit also includes an insulated tubing set that improves chilling efficiency and eliminates line sweating. The kit consists of:
1 - Insulated Tubing Set (2 x 6' lines)
2 - High Temp Plastic Female QDs w/ 3/8" Barb*
2 - High Temp Plastic Male QDs w/ 1/2" MPT*
2 - 1.5" Tri-Clamps
2 - 1.5" T.C. Gaskets

Why This is a Great Pump:
Self-Priming
Heat Tolerant materials to 212°F when used with Silicone tubing
Speed Control!
Gentle Diaphragm Design
Self Priming: This pump is capable of pumping gasses, meaning that pumping does not require priming! This makes transfers between carboys or kegs incredibly easy. Simply put both inlet and outlet hoses in a bucket of sanitizer and run the pump for a minute. You're then good to transfer your beer with your sanitized pump!
Removable Pre-Filter: This is something which is almost always necessary on diaphragm pumps, as the diaphragm itself is very delicate, and can be ruined by small solids. The pre-filter included on this pump will work to keep solids out of the pump, extending the working life of the unit. And the filter can be removed between uses for cleaning.
Heat Tolerant: All materials used in the construction of the pump tolerate temperatures up to 212°F when used with heat tolerant tubing such as silicone. Because the pump comes with vinyl tubing you would need to replace that tubing with silicone.
Speed Control: Perhaps the most unique feature is a dial control to adjust flow from 0 to 3 gallons per minute. Use it to send your wort from the kettle to the fermenter, or even after fermentation to send beer through a plate filter (such as our FIL45).
Gentle on your Beer: A diaphragm pump works by moving beer through one pulsating diaphragm into the next. It is a design that is very gentle on the liquid being pumped.
When this pump was first introduced to us, we loved the idea, but had concerns that the speed control would compromise the longevity of the motor. We've built much larger pumps and normally you need a $700 frequency drive to control motor speed. However, we've been selling this pump since the mid-2000s and it continues to perform well and receive excellent customer feedback.
This pump comes with 1/2" barbed ports for easy connectivity
Comes with 4' tubing on both sides
Heat Tolerant materials to 212°F (when used with silicone tubing)
110 Volts, 0.5 Amp, 60 Hz.

Note: When using silicone tubing, we recommend using a slighlty larger barb than the I.D. of the tubing. This is because silicone tubing tends to have greater pliability than most tubing. For example, when using 1/2" silicone tubing, we recommend our 5/8" barb (H620), to help ensure a better seal!
16-25 °L - Gabrinus Malting® - Honey Malt from Gambrinus. Add for a sweet, nutty and slightly toasted flavor. Good choice in Brown and Special Ales. Aroma is reminiscent of honey, hence the name. Effective flavor contribution from steeping.
What is a Foeder? Basically, it is a large barrel or oak vessel used to age wine and, as of late, many breweries have begun to use them as well. Breweries like New Belgium Brewing, Epic Brewing Company, Crooked Stave and Deschutes are using them for sour beer production and beyond. Although most popular for sour beers, you can add a matured oak character to any beer, such as porters, stouts, English ales, lagers and pilsners. Pilsners?! Yes, Pilsners. We have tasted a few excellent pilsners matured in foeders recently. We were so impressed, we decided to bring them in for our amazing customers to play with. Don't delay, get your foeder today!
This model stand vertically, which compared to horizontal foeders, takes up a much smaller footprint in your brewery or winery. The longer, skinnier design also allows for a higher wood surface to beverage ratio. The oak is porous, so it will retain the character and living microbes of previous batches. Many sour beer producers choose to let the oak inoculate the next batch and treat the barrel as a living entity. We hope that you choose to give this vessel a loving home, with kids and a backyard, or maybe just a temperate, moderately humid production facility.
Balazs barrels is a long-trusted brand of Hungarian oak barrels coopered by the famous Balazs Nagy. These barrels are equal or better in quality to French Oak barrels but available at a fraction of the cost of their more famous counterparts. Renowned for respecting fruit, Hungarian barrels offer winemakers a great option to impact the mouthfeel, structure and flavor of wine without stepping on the terroir of your grapes.
Due to the tight grain and slow release of phenolic compounds, you can feel secure storing your wine in Hungarian barrels longer than you can with other barrels. The slow process of micro oxygenation rounds the wine while various compounds in the wood such hemicellulose, lipids, and lignins are slowly integrated.
As most barrel makers know, the best source of wood for wine barrels is the oak grown in the territory of old-time Hungary, known as Slavonian oak. This rare, high-quality oak can be found in the Zemplén Mountains and in the Tokaj oak woods. The specific type of oak in those territories, and what is used in Balazs barrels, is the Quercus Petrea. This oak is characterised by a dense, hard structure combined with extra flavor. Forestry workers look after these forests with considerable expertise, and the forest density ratio in Hungary is 20–24%, with selective logging taking place between November and April.
Balázs Barrels is establishing a direct cooperation with the forestry workers, ensuring the continuous supply of the best quality oak, allowing them to source and work with the most excellent oak for wine barrel manufacturing from the foremost Hungarian forests.

Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.

Abstrax® Skyfarm Series represents the freshest, most perfect version of fruit flavor and aroma
Add high-amplitude, recognizable fruit flavor to your beer, cider, or seltzer without the hassle and potential downsides of using whole fruit or puree
Flavor/Aroma: Tropical, Sweet, Woody
Built with terpenes for consistent results every time. Absolutely no variance or guesswork that comes with fresh fruit products
Zero added sugar guarantees there's no risk of refermentation after you add it to your beverage
Guava
It was always ahead of its time, so make sure you’ve captured the alluring tropical aroma Guava is known for. With its lush floral notes and unique hints of musk, craft beverages are finally ready for this exotic fruit.
Natural Fruit Flavors
The Skyfarm series represents the freshest, most perfect version of fruit flavor and aroma. It has none of that “cooked” off-flavor that can sometimes tank a beer. There’s also none of that grandma’s perfume, potpourri, or floral junk either.
Skyfarm is high-amplitude, recognizable flavor - and that’s important because when you put Strawberry on your bottle label or tap handle, people are going to expect to smell strawberries. It’s built with terpenes for the ultimate flavor consistency, ensuring the same flavor in every season.
Benefits
Skyfarm offers the same ease-of-use benefits as fruit purees without the downsides. No sugar is added to your batch so there's no risk of refermentation, there's no solid waste to remove when your beer is ready to be packaged, and there's a much lower risk of micro contamination compared to adding fruit products to your vessel when fermentation is complete. Since you can add Skyfarm at the coldest point in your process - after cold crashing, in the brite tank, or your keg - there is also no risk of aromatic compounds being driven out through your blowoff. Skyfarm also contributes no haze to your finished beer and doesn't leave a sticky residue behind, so you can forget about scrubbing fruit gunk from your tanks.
Dosage
Dosing rate greatly depends on your recipe and desired flavor intensity. We recommend starting with 2.5 mL for a 5-gallon batch and increasing to 5-15 mL for high-intensity flavor impact. Add after fermentation is complete, ideally at the coldest and latest point in your process, in your fermenter, keg, or bottling bucket.

G2 model features redesigned flow control mechanism for improved shank sealing and flow control Make instant adjustments to beverage flow as you pour Switch from pouring pints to filling growlers without adjusting your CO2 regulator Reduced first pour foam due to low thermal mass Forward-sealing design prevents beer residue from gumming up the faucet Unique shuttle design greatly improves laminar flow, improving the pour of carbonated beverages Compatible with all Intertap faucet accessories and shanks Generation 2 The NukaTap Flow Control G2 uses a completely new flow control mechanism with better sealing properties against the shank as well as improved flow control. Control the Flow The flow control model is a great option for users that often switch between beer styles with different carbonation levels. No need to rebalance your lines or play with your regulator settings. Instantly make adjustments as you pour to dial in the flow rate. This is also a super convenient feature for when you want to grab a quick growler on your way out. By dialing back the flow rate, you can gently fill your growler so CO2 stays in solution and your beer doesn't pour flat when it comes time to share. The NukaTap Flow Control faucet is also the first FC model to be fully compatible with the optional self-closing spring. The NukaTap beer faucet drops to beer serving temperature much faster thanks to its lower thermal mass. 5-10 °L - Simpsons Malt - . Don't let the name fool you, these are not oats "in the raw". You may be used to seeing oats used as an unmalted adjunct, Golden Naked Oats is in fact a huskless crystal malt. With an understated nutty flavor and slight grainy sweetness, this exceptional malt imparts light golden hues to the wort, and increases the body and smooth mouthfeel of the finished beer. The thick, creamy white head this malt contributes is unmistakable. Try Simpsons Golden Naked Oats with any malty or full bodied brew, especially Brown Ales and Stouts.
Crystal malts are gently cooked during the malting process. Cooking initiates the enzymatic conversion of starches into fermentable sugars, and caramelizes some of the sugars as the malt reaches its final color. This eliminates the need to mash crystal malt, and ensures that some of the sugars will survive fermentation to sweeten the beer.

Oak Chips are a fast and economical way to add oak barrel flavor to any beer.
Oak Chips are made from seasoned American and French Oak staves which are chipped down and convection-toasted to create flavors similar to what a comparably toasted barrel would impart. The available toast levels are Medium, Medium +, and Heavy.
It's important to understand that each toasting level creates different flavors in the oak; not a greater intensity of impact in your beer. Don't think of them as weak, normal & strong; they're each a different flavor profile.
Heavy Toast American Oak chips will impart strong flavors of Vanilla & Char, with a small note of Clove. These chips will not impart the coconut flavor often characteristic of lower toast American oaks.
Because of the high surface area, oak chips can extract quickly and care should be taken not to overdo it. Taste your beer frequently after the first week of contact and be ready to rack off the oak chips.
Suggested Dosage is 1-2 oz per 5 gallons.
The counter pressure bottle filler that sets the standard for filling beer bottles at home. With a unique one way valve and adjustable pressure relief you will be bottling sediment free homebrew with ease.
If you currently carbonate and store your homebrew in kegs, you can use a counter pressure filler to bottle beer directly from your kegs. One huge advantage of this method is that since you are bottling already carbonated, clear beer, there will be no sediment at the bottom of your bottles.
Counter pressure bottle filling is how a brewery bottles beer. The bottle is under pressure while the carbonated beer flows in. Because the interior of the bottle is pressurized there is minimal loss of the CO2 in solution. The opposite of filling under pressure is when you pour a beer into a pint glass where CO2 erupts out of solution creating all that foam. Great in your glass but not good when you are trying to bottle carbonated beer. Our counter pressure filler mimics a single filling head on a professional bottling line, a concept that we all know works very, very well.
Made by Fermentap, the design has two unique features. Number 1 it is the only model made entirely from stainless steel. Number 2 you flush and fill from the bottom of the bottle.
Beer barb is 3/16". Gas barb is 5/16".
Features While some models flush the bottle from the top and fill from the bottom, our unit features a special valve that allows CO2 and beer to flow down the same stainless tube, directly to the bottom of the bottle. First CO2 flows down into the bottom of the bottle to flush from the bottom up. Next you switch the valve position and beer flows down the same tube, filling from the bottom up. The result is a more effective purging of oxygen and no foam during the filling process - not to mention that the whole thing takes one-hand to operate! Why hope that you flushed your bottle properly using a type of beer gun, when you can know for sure that you have created the best environment for your beer to be stored at by using a Counter Pressure Bottle Filler?
More Details
The unit is inserted into the bottle in the off position. The valve is then turned to CO2 to flush the bottle and then to beer for filling. The adjustable pressure relief on the side of the unit allows you control the speed of fill by adjusting the pressure in the bottle. The valve is positioned in such a way that it is easy to use with one hand, while the other holds the bottle. This model is designed for 12oz bottles but can easily be extended to accommodate larger bottles, such as 22oz, with a small piece of 1/4" tubing.
Setting Your PSI Pressure
Before you counter pressure fill a bottle make sure you are satisfied with the carbonation level and flavor. The goal for counter pressure bottle filling is to store your beer in the most sanitary and clean environment possible so when you get ready to share your homebrew its presentation is perfect when you go to pour.
An ideal set point to set your PSI level on your regulator is 10-14 psi. This range is dependent upon the temperature of your beer and the carbonation level. We recommend you start at a lower pressure around 10psi for the first 2-3 bottles to make sure you get everything dialed in before committing to filling a whole case.
Make sure your keg is always kept cold. If your keg warms up you will have foaming issues.

We recently had a simple, yet exciting idea: What if we brewed the same recipe, used the same yeast, but changed one thing - the flavor, aroma, and dry hop additions using one hop varietal. That way we could take two beers that are close to identical and pick out the differences in just the hop flavors and aromas! And thus, the Single Hop Experiment was born. This recipe is based off of a simple Pale Ale: Ultralight malt extract, Crystal 15L, Magnum bittering hops, and then a single other hop for the rest of the additions. The malt in this recipe is basic and fairly neutral, the bittering clean and consistent, but the flavor and aroma from the late hop additions will vary; sometimes dramatically! Ever wanted to know what your favorite hop really is? Brew a few of these different Single Hop Experiment recipes to find out!
