The WilliamsWarn ball lock QD with CombiBarb connection allows you to connect draft lines using either standard hose & clamp or Duotight & EVABarrier tubing. The CombiBarb will accept 8 mm Duotight fittings for use with 8 mm OD EVABarrier, but also works perfectly well with 1/4" or 5/16" ID tubing.
This nifty ball lock post is compatible with both gas and liquid ball lock disconnects. A great way to modify your homebrew kegs so you can daisy chain them together, or hook up your gas line to the bev out dip tube to carbonate your beer faster.
It is important to note that due to dimensional differences between gas and liquid posts, this item will not form as snug a fit as a dedicated post for gas disconnects. We do not recommend this to be used as a dedicated gas post.
Please note that this is just the post. You will need to purchase the poppet and spring separately.

Reduce first pour foam by keeping your draft lines icy cold Extra thick neoprene insulates the tower, preventing excess temperature loss to the ambient environment Reduce cooling cycles and save power Customizable to your number and arrangement of faucets Tailor-made for KOMOS kegerators and works with most 4.5" draft towers The KOMOS draft tower sleeve is made from extra thick 7 mm neoprene, providing great insulation to your tower that will keep your draft lines icy cold. Although the KOMOS kegerators come standard with a tower cooling fan, the stainless steel tower will lose some of that coldness to the warmer ambient environment. By insulating the tower, you can minimize temperature loss, reduce cooling cycles, and saving power. This neoprene insulating tower sleeve will fit KOMOS kegerators like a glove, but can be used with most 4.5" draft towers. The sleeve comes without holes so it can be customized to fit your faucet arrangement, whether it be single, double, or triple tap. Also available in a size suitable for 3" diameter draft towers. Installation: Remove the faucets from the tower, keeping the shanks in place Pull the sleeve down over the tower Mark the position of the shanks and use a sharp pair of scissors to cut a hole in the sleeve Stretch the hole over the shanks and reattach the faucets
Comes with a welded 5/16" nipple, back nut, and plastic collar. It requires a 1" hole for installation. When set in place, the shank will only have about 1-1/4" of length to pass through your wall or fridge door, due to the length of the collar and back nut.
Installation note: On a fridge there is generally no coolant lines running through the door but please check to see there are no lines connecting the door and the rest of the refrigerator. To test for coolant lines on a freezer start with a warm freezer then plug the unit in with the lid open. You should be able to see the lines form condensation on the inside of the freezer where there are lines running. Please still use caution when drilling.
The barb size is rounded to 5/16" OD (0.31"). The true size is 7.5mm (0.29").
Dimensions:
3-1/8" - Total Length (Tip to Tip)
2-1/2" - Shank Length (Without Nipple)
1-1/8" - Thread Length
1-1/4" - Pass Through Length
An on/off ball valve and a check valve all-in-one!
Give your regulator an extra layer of protection with this dual purpose Shut-Off Check/Ball Valve. This valve gives you the flexibility to quickly turn off CO2 and at the same time keep beer from ever traveling back up the gas line and into the regulator. Standard equipment on our regulator.
Male 1/4" NPT x 5/16" barb.
Great Replacement for a broken gauge.
Replacing a broken gauge on your pressure regulator is a snap with this Right Hand Thread 3000 psi Replacement Pressure Gauge for CO2 or Nitrogen regulator. Installation is simple, and it prevents you from needing to buy a whole new regulator.
Used to determine level of remaining gas in the tank.
1/4” MPT Right-hand thread fits most regulators.
Perfect CO2 regulator for wall mounting in a cold box or outside of your keezer etc!
Wall brackets for easy mounting
5/16” barbed outlet fittings with individual shutoff valve
How do one keg of beer, one keg of sparkling wine, and one keg of root beer, sound for your next party? Awesome? Yeah, we think so too. But, each of these different beverages requires a different serving pressure, and nobody wants to go buy an extra CO2 tank and regulator for each different beverage. Enter the Secondary Regulator!
Standard multi-body CO2 regulators are heavy and can make a CO2 tank prone to tipping over, especially as it gets empty. Combine that with the fact that there aren’t Gauge Cages for multi-body regulators and you’ve got a recipe for disaster.
Secondary regulators do not attach directly to CO2 tanks, instead mounting to the side or wall of a fridge, kegerator or jockey box. They allow you run multiple keg pressures from one tank of gas. CO2 line from your existing system attaches to secondary input, and the output pressure to the keg is easily adjustable.
Features wall brackets for easy mounting. Multiple units can be purchased and ganged together, making it a snap to expand your system at any time. 5/16” barbed outlet fittings with individual shutoff valves.

FAQ:
Can filled containers be carried by the handles?
Depending on the weight—barrels up to 30L are no problem—60L is the limit and should not be carried when completely full. The handles have a weight capacity of 30kg (66 lbs).
Is there an upper limit on the alcohol content of the stored liquid?
In principle, there is not. However, it should be noted that the higher the alcohol content, the faster the seals and, to a lesser extent, the tank itself will wear out.
Up to what temperature can the containers be used?
For short periods of time the containers can withstand temperatures of up to 80°C (176°F). This temperature should not be exceeded. For longer periods of time the containers can be used at temperatures up to 60°C (140°F).

Oak Segments larger surface area compared to chips or cubes offer a gradual, more controlled release of flavors
Medium toast imparts flavors of fresh oak, coconut, vanilla, sweet butterscotch, light caramel, and faint almond
Ideal for long-term aging
Oak segments are carefully crafted, larger pieces of oak designed for a gradual and controlled flavor infusion into various beverages. Their increased surface area, compared to smaller oak forms, allows for a slower release of oak characteristics. This leads to a more subtle and balanced aging process, enabling the development of a rich, complex flavor profile over time.
Medium toast imparts flavors of fresh oak, coconut, vanilla, sweet butterscotch, light caramel, and faint almond.
Oak Chips Inc. (OCI) specializes in providing premium oak alternatives, such as chips, cubes, and staves, for enhancing the flavor and aging process of wine, spirits, and beer. They source their oak from sustainable forests and offer various toast levels to help beverage makers achieve desired flavor profiles.
Provides rapid and permanent tartrate stabilization against potassium bitartrate (KHT) crystal formation, eliminating the need for chilling or extended settling times
Preserves wine quality with a formulation that has no sensory impact on aroma, color, flavor, or mouthfeel, and is compatible with standard winemaking practices like filtration
Offers a sustainable and convenient solution that is vegan, allergen-free, requires no refrigeration, and is compliant with international regulations (OIV approved)
Ensures long-lasting stability due to the hydrolysis-resistant nature of potassium polyaspartate (KPA), maintaining its effectiveness throughout wine aging and under varying temperatures
Enartis Zenith Uno is a cutting-edge solution for tartaric stabilization in white, rosé, and sparkling wines. Formulated with potassium polyaspartate (KPA), this next-generation additive provides fast, reliable, and permanent stabilization against potassium bitartrate (KHT) crystal formation—without the need for refrigeration or extended settling times.
How It Works:
Zenith Uno’s active ingredient, potassium polyaspartate, is a polypeptide derived from aspartic acid. This polymer inhibits crystal nucleation and growth by binding to nascent KHT microcrystals, effectively preventing them from aggregating and forming visible tartrate deposits. Unlike traditional methods such as cold stabilization or metatartaric acid, KPA is resistant to hydrolysis, meaning its stabilizing effect is long-lasting and unaffected by wine aging or elevated storage temperatures.
Scientific Highlights:
KPA molecules act as a crystal growth inhibitor by interfering with the surface structure of KHT nuclei.
Demonstrated stability in wine over time, even under variable temperature conditions.
No sensory impact: Multiple trials confirm that KPA has no effect on aroma, color, flavor, or mouthfeel.
Compatible with protein and color stability tools such as bentonite and PVPP.
Does not interfere with crossflow filtration or other standard winemaking operations.
Key Benefits:
Permanent tartrate stabilization
No need for chilling, aging, or post-treatment filtration
Preserves wine’s freshness and sensory profile
Vegan and allergen-free
Approved by OIV (OENO 543-2016) and compliant with global regulations
With Enartis Zenith Uno, winemakers can achieve brilliant clarity, stability, and peace of mind—all in a single, easy step. Efficiency has never tasted so good.
Do Protein Stabilization First
Use KWK Klear bentonite or, for very high-quality wines, Claril ZW to achieve protein stability before using Zenith Uno for tartrate stability.

40 cm x 40 cm filter pads fit all standard 40x40 plate filters, which are typically used in professional applications
2 Micron rating are for general polishing of beverages that do not need to be sterile filtered
Easily sterilizable via heat or steam
Manufactured by Filtrox, the world's leading producer of high-quality filtration media
40cm x 40cm filter pads made for 40x40 plate filters. 2 micron pads are for general polishing of beverages that do not need to be sterile filtered. Please note that all pad filters are rated 'nominal', meaning that about 90-95% of all particulate matter at the micron rating will be filtered out. There will always be a little bit of smaller material that is also filtered out, as well as some larger material that will make it through.
The filters can be sterilized by in-line steam, auto-claving, dry heat, hot water or chemical methods. We choose to run Saniclean solution through the pads followed by sterile water or a small amount of beverage that is then discarded. After the solution is run through the pads, and the pads have softened, the filter will need to be re-tightened.
Each pad has an entry side and an exit side, distinguishable by their different textures. The entry side is a billowy type texture, frequently called the "rough" side; and the exit side has a crosshatch pattern and is commonly called the "smooth" side. 40 cm x 40 cm filter pads fit all standard 40x40 plate filters, which are typically used in professional applications 4 Micron rating are for general polishing of beverages that do not need to be sterile filtered Easily sterilizable via heat or steam Manufactured by Filtrox, the world's leading producer of high-quality filtration media 40cm x 40cm filter pads made for 40x40 plate filters. 4 micron pads are for general polishing of beverages that do not need to be sterile filtered. The Ss Glycol Chiller | 1/5 HP, will maintain lager temps and enable crash cooling for up to 3 vessels even in relatively high ambient temperatures. We designed the chiller to integrate seamlessly with our FTSs kits to provide a complete temperature control system.
Since each FTSs kit includes its own dedicated temperature controller, pump, and tubing, each vessel can be connected to the glycol chiller with its own independent loop. The parallel design of this setup offers the ability to ferment at ale temps in one vessel, and maintain precise serve or crash cooling temps in another vessel. The Glycol Chiller can also be paired with our line of Ss Brite Tanks to hold beer at serving temperatures. This system offers both flexibility and expandability for your home brewery.

The Brew Cubes started as a side project for the Engineering team. We wanted a modular system for testing and prototyping. The Brew Cubes gained popularity internally, and we decided we had to make them available to homebrewers.

Modular Design
The Brew Cubes started as a side project for the engineering team. We needed a modular system for testing and prototyping a variety of homebrew equipment configurations without fabricating custom brew stands for each build. They quickly gained popularity internally for their modularity and flexibility.
The Brew Cubes are designed to grow alongside the brewer's equipment needs and skill level; there's really no right or wrong way to build a brewery, and that's where the modular design of the Brew Cubes shines.
The core of the Brew Cube is the base kit, as shown in the exploded view. From there, any variety of shelves and accessories can be added on. We'll have many of the core accessories available immediately, but we view this as a long term platform and intend to introduce thoughtful additions to the product line over the coming months and years.
Unlimited Flexibility
From stands and carts to parts racks and shelves, flexibility is at the heart of the Brew Cube's design. Every brewer and brewery has different needs, that's why there's no right or wrong way to use Brew Cubes. Designed to bolt together, it's easy to string three or more cubes next to each other, or add optional shelving, leg extensions, and peg walls for near-endless customization.
Pro Inspiration for the Home Brewer
When designing the perfect homebrew rig, we took inspiration from some of the best and most sought after pro features our team has been engineering into our larger brewhouses. From the dual pump architecture to the newly patented valve tree, Brew Cubes can unlock the full potential of your Ss Brewtech equipment.

The quintessential tool for launching your pizza and removing it from the oven
Rather than using a pizza spinner, the square peel can be used to remove the pizza while cooking and rotated by hand
Perforations allow excess flour to fall off the pizza base so there's less chance of flour burning and smoking up your oven
Perfectly sized for HIZO Pizza Ovens
The main purpose of a perforated pizza peel is to get rid of excess flour from the pizza base. But why do you want to get rid of the flour?
When you’re baking pizza on hot stone or steel, you don’t want flour on the baking surface because it burns. Fine wheat flours that are most commonly used for baking pizza burn at fairly low temperatures. It’s this flour that causes trouble. Dusting your pizza peel with semolina flour, which can handle higher heat better, can also help. Burnt wheat flour will make the oven smoky and will result in more cleaning work when you’re done baking. The burnt flour tends to stick and can be a real pain to get rid of. Especially on an unglazed pizza stone. And if you’re not able to clean the stone properly, the flour can keep smoking next time you use the stone.
Less Contact Surface – Less Sticking
A perforated peel has a smaller surface that is in contact with the pizza dough. This means pizza is less likely to stick to a perforated pizza peel. The reason is that the larger the contact surface is, the more friction there will be between the peel and the pizza. And more friction means it is more likely to stick.
A smaller contact surface also means that you’ll need less flour when you’re dusting the peel. As noted above, you want as little flour as possible in the hot oven. So in addition to removing more flour from the dough itself, the peel need less flour due to the holes. Perforated pizza peels are also lighter than solid pizza peels, due to less metal on the carrying surface. This will make it easier to use the peel.
Less Condensation – Crispier Pizza Crust
When you take a hot pizza out of the oven, you may have noticed that water sometimes is formed under the pizza. This moisture makes the pizza less crispy, or even soggy. Using a solid pizza peel may create condensation when the hot pizza meets the cold (room temperature) surface. This is mostly a problem with metal peels since hot air is trapped between the pizza crust and the smooth carrying surface. Condensation happens when this hot air is cooled down to a certain point (it’s dew point), and water drops are created. When you’re using a perforated pizza, on the other hand, you will experience less condensation. The reason is that the holes let the hot air escape through the peel.

WineStix are a new form of oak integration for wine, designed to give new barrel flavors with an extraction time similar to cubes. The combination of Short and Long grains result in amazing gradience of flavor similar to barrels, while extracting significantly quicker! 8 piece Barrel Tethers are sized so they fit in through the bung hole and treat 59 gallons of wine. Due to careful aging and seasoning of the wood, these Medium Plus toast French Oak WineStix deliver very specific flavors and aromas.
Flavors and Aromas: vanilla, coffee, sweetness, erasing of bitterness and excessive astringency and vegetal character.
Please Note: Allow 3 months minimum extraction time to balance the extractions of short and long grain. Removal of the wood early only allows certain extractions of flavors and primarily from the short grain in the WineStix® milling. The end result is in likeness to a second use Barrel.
