The V10 stainless steel flow control faucet is designed and produced in Germany with some assembly completed in the United States. This faucet contains technology such as the "Closed Piston Chamber with Encapsulated Compression Spring" that allows for a perfect forward seal on the faucet, no beer trapped in dead space to cause the lever to stick, and the ability to push the faucet backwards for an extra creamy head. The compensator itself has an extra long cone for a wider range of compensation and designed to eliminate uncontrolled shifting of the compensator cone. This configuration features a black standard faucet knob, a polished stainless steel faucet lever, and a lever flow control adjustment system. Please note: The CM Becker X1 and V10 flow control faucets require a proprietary draft shank and will not work with a standard draft shank. Please select on of the draft shanks below to add to your order. 2.5" Chrome Exterior w/ Food Grade Liner (D12907) 2.5" Stainless Steel (D12908) 5-3/8" Stainless Steel (D12909) Features: Full length European Flow Control (completely control restriction at the faucet;no restriction line needed) Made in Germany and assembled in the USA! The German made 1.2 horse power MB Chiller is an ideal solution for nano breweries looking to chill up to 10 fermenters at once. The idea of the MiniChilly is that for each fermenter you want to a chill a pump kit is added. A pump kit (GLY35) includes a submersible pump that is placed in the cold bath of the Mini Chilly along with a digital controller that is placed next to your fermenter. Silicone tubing is included to make the connections. The digital controller includes a thermal probe that should be inserted into a thermal well in your vessel or can be taped to the outside of the vessel if you don't have a thermal well. The digital controller then measures the temperature of your tank and turns the submersible pump on or off to cool the liquid in your vessel to the desired set temperature. In this way each tank can be set at different temperatures. The MiniChilly is made by Quantor/Kreyer of Germany who is the largest manufacturer of glycol systems for breweries and wineries in the world. Made with high quality manufacturing and components, the MiniChilly is a durable system for many years of problem-free brewing. It is German made and we guarantee you will appreciate the build quality when compared to other chillers on the market. The unit features a stainless steel case with stainless 3/8" barbs in the top that allow for a clean connection of the silicone tubing that will run from each pump to each tank. The MiniChilly is able to chill its reservoir down to 21°F when a 30% glycol solution is used. The compact size and included casters make it easy to move around the brewery when needed. Applications: Cooling of Fermentation Cold Crashing for Brite Tanks Maintain Lagering Temperatures Compatibility: The MiniChilly can be used with any fermenter that has a built-in cooling jacket or a submersed cooling coil. It works well as the cooling source for the following systems and fermenters. BrewBuilt Jacketed Uni Conical - You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each tank. Ss Brewtech Fermenters and Brites with optional FTS Temperature Control Systems: Because FTS systems include a pump and controller you will not need to buy a separate Glycol Pump Kit. Spike Conical with Optional Cooling Package - Because the optional Spike cooling system includes a pump and controller you will not need to buy a separate Glycol Pump Kit. Speidel Tanks with Optional Cooling Jackets - You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each tank. Grainfather Fermenters - Grainfather fermenters have standard cooling jackets. You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each fermenter Blichmann Fermenators with Optional Cooling Coil - You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each Fermenator. Capacity: Many chiller ratings are based on the theoretical power of the compressor, while the cooling capacity of the MiniChilly is rated at a realistic ambient temperature. This is much more useful for predicting the MiniChilly’s performance in real world applications. Of course, you could cool a greater number of smaller tanks but you’re ultimately limited to the 10 connections. Actual cooling capacities will vary based on the insulation of the tank. For the examples below we assume neoprene or better. Cooling Capacity Example: Up to 10 1BBL (31 Gallon) well-insulated tanks fermenting at 68°F in 80°F ambient temperature. For every fermenter you want to cold crash remove 4 fermenting fermenters from the capacity. Set Up: In order to hook up the MiniChilly to your fermenter or tank's cooling system, you will need 4 lengths of tubing per pump. All tubing connections should be secured with hose clamps. Length 1: Submersible pump outlet to inner barb of 1st bulkhead Length 2: Outer barb of 1st bulkhead to cooling system inlet Length 3: Cooling system outlet to outer barb of 2nd bulkhead Length 4: Inner barb of 2nd bulkhead to MiniChilly reservoir (should drain freely, no connection necessary) Technical Characteristics:

The "Mercedes®" of brewing systems. When you want the best, this is it.
Never ceasing to improve upon the original Braumeister design, Speidel has taken this unit a step further with the new 5" touch screen control panel. The new automatic control system brews with your custom recipes and guides you through the brewing process. Now with integrated WiFi and bluetooth as standard, recipes and software updates can be synced automatically. Speidel Braumeister continues to be the all-in-one brewing system for brewers that demand the highest quality.
The Braumeister is the original all-in-one, electric all-grain brewing system. Designed and patented in Germany over a decade ago, it has since been copied around the world. Still made in Germany today by Speidel, a 5th generation German stainless steel manufacturer, the Braumeister is the Mercedes® of brewing systems. Speidel made a decision to not try and compete on price with the rest of the all-in-one machines that are made in China. They actually went the opposite direction improving upon the Braumeister many times. They've improved the control screen, added dimpled jackets to eliminate wort chillers, improved the programming and functionality, and created an online myspeidel.com control center along with multiple other small refinements. They also created a host of optional equipment to further enhance your brewing. If you appreciate really well-made equipment, the Braumeister is for you. It is the best of the best.
The welded on dimpled jacket eliminates the need for a separate wort chiller and also opens the door for using the Braumeister as a temperature controlled fermenter—see the video below. These jackets have 1" male threading, and aside from cooling, a Dump Valve tap has been added to the base of the unit to make emptying and cleaning that much easier.
Advantages of the Braumeister
First, the system has a small footprint and is powered by electricity, allowing you to brew inside, in a confined space, without the inherent dangers of using an open flame. Secondly, this unit is very easy to use as you mash the grain and then boil the wort in the same vessel. We also love the automation and control. Before you brew you set the controller with the different temperatures you wish to attain (advice is given on what to set) and the built-in heating element and pump do the rest. The Braumeister is especially ideal for step-mashing, which many brewers think is the preferred way to brew lager beers. Based on the results of lagers we have brewed on this machine, MoreBeer! agrees. Unlike other brew systems that have the temp probe located at the bottom, the Braumeister's temperature sensor was installed inside the middle bar. This means that the temperature is measured directly in the malt and is even more accurate in combination with the new software adjustments.
Walking Through the Brew Process
On Brew Day, you are going to assemble your Braumeister with the mash tub and bottom screen. You will fill the unit with filtered water to a notch on the center post - easy. The water resistant touchscreen controller reads in °C or °F, and you can set it to different temperatures you wish to reach. Advice is given in the manual. When your water is the correct temperature, a beep alerts you to add grain. Stir in your grain, lock down the top screen (so now there is a screen on the bottom and the top) and start the mash. During the mash wort is constantly recirculated through the grain bed from the bottom up, reverse of most all-in-one systems. The liquid wort flows up through the mash and then cascades down between the mash tub and the outer wall of the Braumeister. There it is collected by the pump and pushed back through the mash. At any time, you can pause the pump from the controller screen. Speidel upgraded their pump to be detachable for easy cleaning and maintenance between batches. When the mash is complete, another beep will alert you to remove the entire mash tub, which sets on top of the Braumeister to drain for a period of time. At this point you can choose to rinse the mash with hot water or to just add water directly the wort. Push another button and the boil starts and will run for however long you program it. When the boil stops, begin chilling your wort.

A delightful blend of two incredibly outgoing white wine grapes, Traminer (or Gewurztraminer) and Riesling. Gewürz is renowned for its explosive aromatics that rocket out of the glass, while Riesling is adored for its mouthwatering orchard flavors of apricot and peach, palpable mineral character, and floral aroma. The VineCo Estate Traminer Riesling features a blend of Australian grape juices that produce a delicious white wine that is truly aromatic with notes of lime, apple, honey and stonefruit. Off-dry with a light-medium body and no oak. Fabulously easy-drinking with an alcohol level of 12% by volume. Traminer Riesling, Australia

Merlot is extraordinary in its flexibility, able to be paired with many different grapes to create magnificent blends, but easily stands on its own in varietal wines. Sometimes mistaken for Cabernet Sauvignon in blind tastings, the two grapes are both descendents of Cabernet Franc and can display similar flavors and textures, although Merlot is known for being softer and less tannic. Aromas and flavors include blackberry, cassis, baked cherries, dark chocolate and mocha, among others. Merlot ranks as the second most-widely grown grape in the world, but reigns supreme in the Médoc district of Bordeaux. California-grown Merlot grapes produce what is known as “Warm-Climate Merlot”, which is the category that Merlot grown in Australia and Argentina also fall under. These grapes tend to be heavier on the fruit notes. Due to the lower tannin levels and softer finish, some vintners employ a longer oak-aging process to give the wine more structure. Our California Merlot is a full-bodied red characterized with flavors of chocolate, black cherry and tobacco. With an alcohol content of 13%, this wine has a dry chocolate finish with a medium oak character. Includes medium toast American oak chips. Medium toast oak is the most popular toast level used in red wines as it imparts a complex balance of vanillin and spice. American oak is famous for providing classic oak aromas. The VineCo Estate Merlot is not to be sequestered to the dinner table. This is a wine you want to pack up and take with you on a picnic. Enjoy with the sun overhead, a light breeze at your back, and a charcuterie board within arm’s reach. At supper time, you may find Merlot to be the perfect compliment to grilled beef burgers or a freshly chopped Caesar salad. We recently had a simple, yet exciting idea: What if we brewed the same recipe, used the same yeast, but changed one thing - the flavor, aroma, and dry hop additions using one hop varietal. That way we could take two beers that are close to identical and pick out the differences in just the hop flavors and aromas! And thus, the Single Hop Experiment was born. This recipe is based off of a simple Pale Ale: Ultralight malt extract, Crystal 15L, Magnum bittering hops, and then a single other hop for the rest of the additions. The malt in this recipe is basic and fairly neutral, the bittering clean and consistent, but the flavor and aroma from the late hop additions will vary; sometimes dramatically! Ever wanted to know what your favorite hop really is? Brew a few of these different Single Hop Experiment recipes to find out!

Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.
Monitor and track your fermentation from your computer or phone with Speidel's new Garspundmobil. The Temperature Tamer hangs from the side of a bin or tank and has a built-in temperature controller that monitors the temperature and controls a solenoid valve, allowing coolant or heated water to enter a snake, plate or jacket to maintain your ideal temperature. Theoretically you could be maintaining the temperature of a red wine ferment at 77F in one tank while you cold stabilized a white wine at 30F in the next.
The built-in Ranco controller allows for heating or cooling, has a temperature range of -30 to 220F, and will maintain the temperature in a ferment or tank within one degree of your set point. The controller opens and closes the built in electronic solenoid valve to start or stop the flow of coolant.
The included thermal sensor can be placed into a thermowell mounted onto a tank or a floating thermowell used with a Macrobin. The unit comes equipped with 1/2" barb outlets for the glycol system, however you can remove those and attach anything you'd like to the 1/2" FPT behind them. We generally like to use Quick Disconnects in these systems, please contact us if you need assistance setting this up properly.
An example set-up for cooling macro bins: Using one of our glycol systems run an outgoing and incoming loop of 1/2" line that is always recirculating cold glycol. Wherever you have a bin that needs cooling, tee your Temperature Tamer input into the line coming from your chiller, connect a hose from the Tamer's outlet to the inlet side of your cooling plate, and tee a hose from the cooling plate's outlet into the return line going back to the chiller.
WineStix are a new form of oak integration for wine, designed to give new barrel flavors with an extraction time similar to cubes. The combination of Short and Long grains result in amazing gradience of flavor similar to barrels, while extracting significantly quicker! These are Light toast French Oak Tank Staves from the Allier forest, and depending on the wine, will impart a vanilla, coffee, sweetness, while ereasing bitterness and excessive astringency and vegetal character. The French Oak Tank Staves are sized to provide New Barrel flavor to a 60 gallon lot of wine. Doing more than 60 gallons? Simply toss in another stave! Another advantage of the WineStix over traditional staves is that these will not stick together like flat staves would, the cross-hatch pattern will result in consistent extraction throughout the life of these. These can also be cut down if necessary to dose a smaller batch of wine.

40cm x 40cm filter pads made for 40x40 plate filters. 1.5 micron pads are for fine polishing of the wine, or for preparing wines to go through a sterile cartridge filter. Please note that all pad filters are rated 'nominal', meaning that about 90-95% of all particulate matter at the micron rating will be filtered out. There will always be a little bit of smaller material that is also filtered out, as well as some larger material that will make it through.
The filters can be sterilized by in-line steam, auto-claving, dry heat, hot water or chemical methods. We choose to run Saniclean (CL27) solution through the pads followed by sterile water or a small amount of wine that is then discarded. After the solution is run through the pads, and the pads have softened, the filter will need to be re-tightened.
Each pad has an entry side and an exit side, distinguishable by their different textures. The entry side is a billowy type texture, frequently called the "rough" side; and the exit side has a crosshatch pattern and is commonly called the "smooth" side. For more information on how to load filter sheets into your plate and frame filter, see our Guide to Plate Filtering.

Double Junction, refillable glass electrode with BNC connector and 1m cable. Replacement for the electrode that is included with the Milwaukee MW151 MAX pH/ORP/Temp Logging Bench Meter. The electrode is the consumable portion of the pH meter which actually makes the measurement. All pH electrodes wear out over time and must be replaced. If your meter is having trouble calibrating or the reading drifts then a bad electrode is the likely culprit.

Notes from Casey "The Coffee Guy":
This book is packed with info and is meaty: lots of detail and info and good sketches of everything talked about. Kenneth Davids is huge in the coffee industry and has been a home roaster for years - since way before home roasting was mainstream (well, it's still not so mainstream...but you understand). He imparts tons of knowledge in this book and adds an interesting dimension to it all: the history of coffee roasting. But keep in mind, this book is centered around roasting, not so much coffee brewing and grinding and the like. This book leaves you with a good knowledge of the history of coffee roasting, different roast styles, a good understanding of the nature of different beans from different regions and the tools available on the market for home roasting (although the Hearthware i-Roast has since become available and isn't covered). If you are interested in getting into home coffee roasting or are already a home roaster and just want to learn more, this is definitely the book for you. Below is the table of contents.
Chapter 1: Why Home Roasting?
- Authenticity, Economy, Alchemy

Versatile Functionality: The Create+ Boiler is compatible with two different distillation columns. Pair it with the Create+ T500 Column & Condenser to produce high ABV neutral spirits like vodka, or use it with the Create+ Alembic Copper Dome & Condenser for flavorful spirits such as whiskey and gin.
Precise Power Control: With two power switches, you can choose between 1600W and 1100W. This allows for a more gentle and controlled boil, which is ideal for crafting more delicate spirits while preserving their unique flavors and aromas.
Expandable Design: An included 2" Tri-Clamp to DN40 Threaded Adapter allows you to connect a wide variety of 2" tri-clamp accessories, providing the flexibility to experiment with different setups and attachments.
The Create+ Boiler 25 L is the recommended boiler base for use with the Create+ T500 Column & Condenser and the Create+ Alembic Copper Dome & Condenser. With a maximum capacity of 25 liters, the Create+ Boiler is designed for distillers seeking precise control and versatile functionality.
When paired with the Create+ T500, it can produce high-quality and high ABV neutral alcohol (vodka) or distilled water. When paired with the Create+ Alembic Copper Dome & Condenser it can create flavorsome spirits (gin, whiskey, rum and bourbon) and aromatic hydrosols, retaining delicate flavors and aroma from your wash or botanicals. The Create+ Boiler 25 L includes a 2" Tri-Clamp to DN40 Threaded Adapter allowing for connection to 2" tri-clamp accessories, so you can experiment with different setups and attachments.
It features two power switches. When both switches are on, the element will be supplied full power (1600W for 120V units). You can lower this to 1100W by switching off the 500W switch (120V unit). This is ideal for maintaining a gentler boil during distillation, especially for dark spirits like whiskey, rum, and bourbon.
For safety during operation the boiler features an automatic reset switch. The stainless-steel ball valve tap provides durability and ease of use when discarding your contents after distillation.
Elevate your distillation experience with the Create+ Boiler 25 L, designed for flexibility, precision, and superior results across a range of applications. Whether you’re crafting spirits, distilling water, or producing hydrosols, the T500 Boiler offers the control and performance you need.
DISCLAIMER: Please note that in certain countries alcohol distillation and the possession of distilling equipment is illegal and permits/licenses may be required. For guidance or advice, contact your relevant local authorities.

Derived from T-90 Centennial pellet hops to perfectly replicate the aroma profile while omitting undesirable compounds found in hop vegetal matter
Flavor/Aroma: Citrus, Pine, Woody
The perfect hop: Using 100% hop-derived terpenes, Abstrax builds exact profiles to match the flavor and aroma of an exemplary lot of Citra® hops
Consistent results every time. Eliminates the variance of using hops that may differ by age, crop year, storage conditions, growing region, processing method or farm
Replace pellet hops: 5mL is equal to roughly 5.5 oz of pellet hops, while 1 oz of Quantum is equal to 2 lbs of pellet hops
Centennial Quantum Brite
One of the finest all-rounders anywhere, Centennial has been a perennial favorite in some of craft beers most successful brands for its expression of orangey citrus notes with hints of pine or cedar.
Optimized Hop Extracts
Compared to other hop-extracts, the Quantum Series tastes better, performs better, and is easier to use. It works with everything from Pils to Porters with no special handling required. Easily flowable at cool, ambient, and warm temperatures. Gone are the days of warming up your extract or scrubbing the sticky gunk out of your equipment.
Compared to hops and pellets, the Quantum Series offers a 100% utilization rate and can be used at any stage of the brewing process. It cuts down on shipping and storage costs by an order of magnitude, not to mention the labor savings from not having to lug boxes around.
Quantum Tastes Better
The Quantum Series is an evolutionary leap forward in aroma and brewing technology. When you get down to it, nobody wants to use an extract product that makes their beer taste worse off. Extracts have taken a bad rap because they can often add more problems than they solve and, frankly, they don’t always taste the greatest. Abstrax gets it. That’s why, above all else, flavor and aroma come first with Quantum.
Dosage
Consider 1mL of Quantum Brite the flavor/aroma equivalent of 1 oz of T-90 pellet hops. Add after fermentation is complete, ideally at the coldest and latest point in your process, in your fermenter, keg, or bottling bucket. Or even add a drop or two to spike your finished beer in the glass.
Features:
100% efficient flavor/aroma transfer
Consistent from batch to batch
No yield loss from absorption
Quantum will not affect IBU test results and cannot cause lightstruck off-flavors
Zero Undesirable Plant Compounds
No Lipids
No Chlorophyll
Recommended storage: 40-90°F. Do not freeze.

Prep the Surface: Thoroughly clean the mounting area with isopropyl alcohol to remove any oils or dust.
Temperature Matters: If installing inside a kegerator or keezer, ensure the unit is turned off and at room temperature. The adhesive will not cure properly in cold or damp conditions.
Let it Set: For maximum hold, allow the adhesive to cure for at least 24 hours before hanging any equipment or attaching hoses.
