Dual-Stage Nested Filtration: Utilizes a progressive fine and extra-fine mesh bag system supported by a slotted false bottom to guarantee sediment-free, brilliant liquid clarity.
Heavy-Duty Dished Bottom Drain: Built from premium 304 stainless steel with a center-mounted Tri-Clamp port to harvest every last drop of extract without tilting the vessel.
Flexible Packaging Integration: Equipped with a sanitary 1.5" butterfly valve for seamless, low-oxygen closed transfers directly into kegs, bottles, or canning lines.
Commercial cold brew production has traditionally been a messy, backbreaking process. Hoisting 40 pounds of soaking-wet coffee grounds straight up out of a flat-bottom plastic bucket is a workplace hazard waiting to happen. To make matters worse, struggling with cloudy sediment leads to clogged draft lines, chalky mouthfeel, and drastically shortened product shelf life.
The BrewBuilt® CB1 completely redefines small-scale commercial cold brew production.
Built on our heavy-duty, 304 stainless steel bottom-drain chassis, this turnkey system eliminates overhead lifting, guarantees brilliant liquid clarity, and adapts to any packaging workflow. Whether you run a bustling cafe, a roasting facility, or a craft brewery, the CB1 delivers a high-yield solution designed to protect both your back and your brew.
Key Design Innovations
Ergonomic Side-Manway Cleanout
The CB1 features an integrated, rectangular side-manway door. Instead of lifting heavy, dripping bags up and out of the vessel, operators simply open the front door and easily slide or rake spent coffee grounds out horizontally into a waste bin.
Progressive Dual-Stage Filtration
Achieve unmatched clarity without the need for expensive secondary paper filters. The CB1 utilizes a stacked filtration system featuring a Fine mesh bag nested inside an X-Fine mesh bag.
Heavy-Duty Drawstrings: Both commercial-grade bags feature rugged drawstrings that cinch tightly around the rim of the kettle, keeping them securely locked in place during the steep.
The Slotted False Bottom Advantage: As seen in the cross-section view, the nested bags rest completely flat on a heavy-gauge, slotted stainless steel false bottom. This structural support keeps the fabric elevated above the true dished bottom, preventing the weight of the coffee grounds from plugging the drain hole and ensuring an unrestricted, rapid extract flow.
Total Packaging Flexibility
The sanitary 1.5" Tri-Clamp bottom butterfly valve acts as a modular launchpad for your finished product. Once the steep is complete, you can gravity-drain the kettle with precision control:
Kegging: Perform flawless, low-oxygen closed transfers directly into purged beverage kegs.
Bottling & Canning: Hook up directly to counter-pressure bottle fillers, BeerGuns, or small-scale canning lines.
Product Features & Specifications
Premium 304 Stainless Steel Construction: Brewery-grade, sanitary construction that is impervious to flavor stains, easy to sanitize, and built for a lifetime of daily service.
Dished Bottom Drain: Features a center-mounted 1.5" Tri-Clamp total-drain port so you get every single drop of premium coffee extract out of the batch with zero vessel tilting.
Horizontal Grain Door & Chute: Drastically reduces physical strain on baristas and roasters during cleanout.
Dual-Port Capability: Features an additional side-mounted Tri-Clamp port for optional expansion accessories like temperature probes or sample valves.
Available Sizes: Optimized for small commercial batches in 10-Gallon and 20-Gallon capacities.

The only equipment kit we offer for all-grain brewing right from the start!
Includes the DigiMash upgrade kit so you can perform a mash in the DigiBoil electric kettle
No expensive gas burner or heavy-duty brewing kettle required!
Easy-to-use digital controller maintains your set temperatures automatically
Step-by-Step instruction pamphlet fine-tuned over 20 years for easy success
The Premium Electric All Grain Homebrewing Starter Kit represents the absolute best value you’ll find in all-grain equipment kits! What puts this kit ahead of the pack is the DigiBoil electric kettle with DigiMash upgrade, which combine for the most affordable and approachable introduction to all-grain brewing. Electric systems are becoming more and more popular in homebrewing, and for good reason. Most home brewing kits require a kitchen stove or outdoor propane burner, but with the DigiBoil you can make great beer just about anywhere you can find a power socket. The DigiBoil’s compact design makes this kit the ideal choice for those that want to brew indoors and not take up a lot of space. We also include the 6-gallon Fermonster fermenter, copper wort chiller, beer recipe kit of your choice, and all the time-tested brewing equipment you need to make beer at home. If purchased piece-by-piece this kit would cost well over $500, so you can feel confident that you’re getting all of the included equipment at the lowest price possible!
Electric Brewing
Typical home brewing starter kits set you up to brew your first batch of beer on the kitchen stove. This may lower the price tag but brewers will naturally progress beyond the kitchen to an outdoor gas burner or electric brewing system. Electric brewing systems have several advantages, firstly being that they do not require propane so there is no chance of running out of gas mid-brew. Secondly, electric kettles use a built-in temperature probe and digital controller to automatically maintain temperatures. This gives you a precise level of control that gas systems rarely match. Finally, the DigiBoil electric kettle is extremely compact and is the ideal choice for brewers that have space constraints or live in an area where brewing outdoors isn't an option year-round.
110V vs. 220V
The DigiBoil electric kettle comes in two power options, 110 volt and 220 volt. The 110V unit features a standard 3-prong plug and will work with most US household power outlets. The 220V unit features a NEMA 6-30R plug, typically only used with large household appliances such as washer/dryer outlets. Both power options are perfectly suitable for brewing. The 110V option provides greater flexibility, allowing you to move your brewery from the kitchen to the garage, basement, or outdoor patio with ease. If you have convenient access to 220V power, the 220V model will significantly reduce heating times and provide a more vigorous boil.
All Grain Brewing
Extract brewing is the most popular method for beginner brewers, but all-grain is really where it’s at. Instead of using concentrated malt extracts, the fermentable sugars are produced by steeping malted grains in hot water for an extended period of time, a process called ‘mashing’. All-grain brewing offers far greater control over the character of the finished beer, allowing the brewer to finely adjust the color, body, and malt profile. This kit is also perfectly suited for extract brewing, so if you find all-grain brewing a bit too complicated at first you can always switch methods. Your system will be ready for all-grain whenever you're ready to step back up!

The Fermonster Fermenter - A Huge Upgrade Over Standard Buckets or Glass "Carboy" Water Bottles
Unlike buckets or glass carboys, the Fermonster fermenter was designed for brewing beer. It is made from tough, clear, virgin grade PET plastic so you can see the magic of fermentation. Unlike glass it will never break and shatter if dropped. It represents a huge upgrade over traditional buckets because these fermenters are much less likely to get scratched. Scratches can hold bacteria that can cause off flavors in the beer. The Fermonster comes with a built-in spigot that eliminates a long time issue in homebrewing of having to start a siphon to transfer your beer to the bottling bucket after fermentation is over. The large 4" lid allows for easily adding yeast, hops, or other additions. We also really love the molded-in level markers that tell you exactly when you have reached your desired volume.
We Don't Skimp on Cleaning and Sanitizing
Proper cleaning and sanitizing is one of the core tenants of making great beer. Some starter kits utilize an all-in-one cleaner/sanitizer that does neither job well. We’ve included the best-selling sanitizer for brewing, Star San. We also include Craftmeister oxygen-based cleaning tablets that make cleaning your Fermonster Fermenter a breeze.
Other Upgrades That Make Brewing Easier
We’ve also made a few items standard that really make the brew day easier including a thermometer for temperature monitoring and a hydrometer with testing jar for measuring sugar levels. Our reusable mesh bags allow for the easy removal of spent grain and hops at the end of the boil. The included stainless spoon is a really nice upgrade over plastic when you are stirring boiling liquids.
Easy, How-To Instructions & an Actual 800#
We've taught hundreds of thousands of people how to brew in over 25 years. Our instructions are clear and simple to follow and will have you making great beer with batch number one. If you have any questions, call our on-staff brewmasters at 1-800-600-0033. In an age where 800-numbers and real customer service is going away, you can still call us and ask a question.
Recipe Options:
American Ale produces a light colored, hoppy Pale Ale that puts the beloved Cascade hop on full display. Cascade hops are one of the classic American hop varieties, and we love them for their citrus, grapefruit character.
Blonde Ale is a great starter beer for those who are new to craft beer. Blonde ales are an easy drinking ale, low in esters, balanced with enough hop character to accentuate the malt profile.
American IPA is like a Pale Ale on steroids. Take a pale ale and add more malt, more grain, and more hops. Expect more alcohol and a more pronounced hop character.
Brown Porter is a smooth, easy drinking beer. If you like maltiness emphasized with a hint of chocolate roastiness and subtle caramel nuttiness this is the beer for you.
German Hefeweizen has a lovely blond color and distinct hazy appearance in the glass. A true German-style Hefeweizen, this kit uses 60% White Wheat malt and 40% 2-Row malt with just a dash of Northern Brewer hops for bittering.
Haze Craze is our most popular New England IPA recipe kit. This Hazy IPA is packed with all of the hop character you'd expect from a classic West Coast IPA, but with much less bitterness and a much softer mouthfeel.
This Kit Includes:
9 Gallon DigiBoil Electric Kettle w/ digital controller, stainless ball valve, internal volume markers

Copper bubble plate column produces higher proof distillate in a single run Borosilicate glass section can be removed to use the column as a pot still for gin, whiskey, rum, and other flavored spirits Modular, tri-clamp design for easy modification and break down for cleaning Capable of producing up to 96% ABV distillate This professional-level distillation column features a modular borosilicate glass body that allows you to watch the progress of your distilling run. It features a 4" tri-clamp connection point which can be attached to the heavy-duty Pro Sight Glass Distillation Lid. Perfectly suited to making up to 96% ABV distillate with 3000w to 3500w of power, and therefore we recommend pairing this column with the 65L BrewZilla or DigiBoil to complete the still. The modular design allows you to remove the borosilicate glass column and run it as a pot still for gins, whiskeys, grappa, brandy, and rums. This column is recommended for intermediate to advanced hobbyist distillers entering the commercial sector who want to a visual indicator of how the still is performing. New distillers are best suited to learn the basics with the AlcoEngine Reflux and AlcoEngine Pot Still range before venturing up to different types of distillation. This distillation kit is Cooling Management still, whereas the AlcoEngines are Liquid Management stills that restrict the flow of distillate, forcing a desired reflux ratio. With this design you are controlling the input of water to the RC component on the column to knock down vapors to fill the bubbler plates, taking on a small portion of the lightest vapors first and condensing them back into liquid as your final distillate. How The Bubble Plate Column Works: Vapor will come into contact with the plates and caps inside the column, causing the vapor to condense back into a liquid. This will happen at the very top of the still where the RC cooler will knock that vapor back into a liquid, causing a reflux action. As the liquid then falls down from bubbler cap to bubbler cap, the liquid that falls is eventually forced back up through the plates again. This process of being forced to run through the caps and plates multiple times creates an end product that has essentially been distilled multiple times in a single run, meaning you can get higher proof alcohol when compared to an empty column. The bubble plates perform a similar function as the copper packing in a hybrid column, but does so more efficiently. When running a bubble plate column, the first run will start in the range of 72.5%-85%. Depending on the quality of the wash, you can reach up to 95%-96% ABV, the highest-grade ethanol you can distill. Please note: There is no instruction manual. This is deemed a commercial unit for those with a license to produce alcohol. We take no responsibility for your failure to comply with your state/local legislation. The BrewBuilt Pressure Pack features a unique floating racking tube that can be used for taking samples, keg transfers, or serving finished beer. This innovative feature draws beer from the top down, which means you’re always pulling the clearest, most sediment-free beer possible. And with the included filter attachment, any floating vegetal matter will be blocked from ever entering the dip tube. Using pressure to draw a sample from the floating dip tube will also eliminate the tiny bit of oxygen that would be injected into your beer every time the traditional sample valve is opened.
Pressure transferring from fermenter to keg is the best way to protect your beer from oxygen when it’s at its most vulnerable state. Kegging could be considered the final hurdle in the brewing process, where limiting oxygen exposure is critical. This could mean the difference between your beer tasting great for months or tasting great for a week. Don’t take any chances. Use the Pressure Pack to keg from the top down and leave sediment behind.
Installs on the 4" T.C. port welded into the lid of the BrewBuilt X-Series Uni Conical. The 1.5" T.C. port on the pressure lid can be used for adding dry hops, installing the CoolStix™ for temperature control, or attaching a T.C. pressure relief valve during pressure fermentations. The welded hook underneath the pressure lid can be used to hang bagged hops or other additions.
If you're interested in fermenting under pressure with the X-Series Uni, we recommend pairing the Pressure Pack with the Pressure Fermentation Kit.

Perhaps your wort was too hot when you transferred from the kettle, or while cleaning you dropped the FermZilla against something sharp that punched a hole, or maybe it's just time to replace the tank after acquiring too many scratches from normal wear-and-tear. Whatever the reason, no need to go buy a whole new FermZilla! Just pick up one of these fresh replacement tanks and your conical fermenter will be good as new! Pressure Stress If you use the FermZilla to ferment under pressure, or you use CO2 to pressure transfer or force carbonate your finished beer, it is very important that you conduct semi-annual inspections of your tank. Even with perfect care, the FermZilla tank may show signs of wear from pressure stress over time. We recommend visually inspecting your tank for stress creases or other signs of wear once or twice a year. A hydro test should be conducted every two years, even if no signs of wear are found. The process is simple: Fill the tank to the brim with water Replace the Red PRV with a Green PRV rated to 4.5 BAR or higher Pressurize the tank to 4 BAR (58 psi) Check for leaks, then replace the Red PRV when finished If leaks or potential points of failure are found, replace the tank before you continue using pressure with your FermZilla. General Care Taking good care of your FermZilla begins with cleaning and sanitizing the unit before and after use. The tank is made from food-grade PET, which is beautifully clear, but can be sensitive to long soaks in cleaners and acid-based sanitizers. In general, we do not recommend leaving products like PBW or StarSan soaking in the tank for more than an hour. Extended soaks have the potential to degrade the PET material and shorten the lifespan of the tank. KegLand Part Number: KL15219 NOTE: FermZilla tanks are marked with a manufacturer’s “expiry date”. This does not indicate that the tank is bad after this date; it simply indicates that a hydro test may be in order. 2 years after production and every 2 years after first use, it is recommended that the tank be hydro tested to ensure the tank is holding pressure. Hydro test instructions are available here. You will also need the D1072 Green PRV to perform the test. If you do not plan to pressurize the fermenter, the test is not necessary.

Hard Seltzer Flash Brewing® Kit
Flash Seltzer is a simplified system for producing clean, low-calorie hard seltzer with a strong focus on clean fermentation and minimal off-flavors. Sugar-based fermentations lack the natural nutrients found in beer and wine. This kit pairs Flash Yeast with CellarScience Dynamo 800, a nutrient formulated specifically for seltzer fermentation.
Dynamo 800 supplies the nitrogen yeast need to ferment efficiently in sugar-only environments, supporting a clean-fermenting process that helps minimize the risk of sulfur, fusel alcohols, and other off-flavors. Fermentation can finish in as few as 5 days.

Our Flash Brewing® malt recipes have been boiled and whirlpooled before they are dried. We then use a HopBite™ shot for bitterness combined with a mix of traditional hop pellets for flavor. Flash Yeast™ starts quickly and consistently produces clean beer that lets the malt and hops shine. The result is a high-quality beer that will absolutely surprise you.
If you want to read more about the development of Flash Brewing® at MoreBeer! or have more questions please read our Frequently Asked Questions.
Equipment Required for Flash Brewing®
Flash Brews can be fermented in any wide mouth 6 or 7-gallon fermenter you already own. We suggest a wide mouth fermenter so you can easily pour in the ingredients. The 7-gallon Fermonster fermenter is a perfect choice. If you are new to brewing and need a fermentation kit, see below.

B100 Brewing System
The B100 is a powerful all in one brewing system for serious homebrewers or small breweries. It offers simplicity out of the box, whilst keeping the level expansion possibilities.
Indirect heating and included whirlpool setup for maximum yield and fast cooling through the integrated cooling jacket makes cleaning a breeze. The 8" touch display can easily be relocated on the system or externally based on your needs (longer cables are available).
Included whirlpool setup for maximum yield and fast cooling.
The included malt pipe has a hinge system to allow tilting the malt pipe to empty spent grains easily.
The flow of wort through the FCS Brew Pump is controlled via the patented CleanCore™ 3-Way valve operated from the front.
The combined temperature and level switch sensor keeps you safe by automatically switching off the pump and heating if the water level is low.
With TC side ports, you can easily expand the inputs and outputs of the tank with sparge water, external added cooling with bypass etc.
The B100 can be expanded with an external side-by-side mash tun that greatly increases the malt capacity and removes the need for a crane to handle the malt pipe.
If you need a powerful and flexible workhorse for high volume homebrewing or a pilot brewery, the B100 or B180 is the perfect match.
