Does your cleaner power through dirt in cold water? Craft Meister Alkaline Brewery Wash does! This versatile and powerful brewery cleaner dissolves quickly and cleans rapidly in cold water in addition to hot water. Ideal for overnight soaking as the solution does not lose effectiveness over time like oxygen based cleaners such as Oxi Clean. Excellent for recirculating keg washers, clean-in-place (CIP) systems, and unmatched at removing bottle labels.
Craft Meister Alkaline Brewery Wash will not leave a white chalky film on your equipment like most oxygen based cleaners and rinses away with ease. Containers include a scoop for easy measuring.
Feature Summary:
Cleans effectively in cold water
Works longer than oxygen based cleaners; perfect for overnight soaks
Removes bottle labels with ease
No chalky residue
Avoid use on aluminum
Non-caustic and will not burn skin or hands
Dilution Rates:
Fermenters, Fittings, Bottles and Tubing: use 1 oz (2 scoops) per gallon of water.

B50 Brewing System
The B50 is the workhorse of homebrewers. It offers simplicity out of the box, whilst keeping the level expansion possibilities.
Indirect heating and included whirlpool setup for maximum yield and fast cooling through the integrated cooling jacket makes cleaning a breeze. The 8" touch display can easily be relocated on the system or externally based on your needs (longer cables are available).
Included whirlpool setup for maximum yield and fast cooling.
The flow of wort through the FCS Brew Pump is controlled via the patented CleanCore™ 3-Way valve operated from the front.
The combined temperature and level switch sensor keeps you safe by automatically switching off the pump and heating if the water level is low.
With TC side ports, you can easily expand the inputs and outputs of the tank with sparge water, external added cooling with bypass etc.
The B50 can also be expanded with a stackable external mash tun that allows for very high gravity brewing and higher efficiency compared to the integrated malt pipe.
If you need a powerful and flexible workhorse without the large volume, the B50 is the perfect match.

With the BrewRO System you can have access to purified water any time you want without ever leaving the house! This multistage RO/DI water purification system removes 99.9998% of contaminants in water, giving you a clean slate to custom tailor your water profile for your next recipe. Water produced from the BrewRO system is 0 parts per million total dissolved solids. Now that's pure!
Water chemistry is perhaps one of the most important (and most intimidating) aspects of brewing a great beer. After all, water is one of the main ingredients! If the tap water at home isn't up to snuff, you probably find yourself making a trip to the store before every brew day to load up on distilled water. Using distilled water is a great strategy that enables you to build your water profile from scratch. This gives you total control over the water's mineral content and pH, allowing you to create the ideal water profile for any particular style. But the gallons upon gallons of store bought distilled water quickly add up, and only increase the cost of each brew day.
The BrewRO System comes in two configurations for either city water or well water. They function the same, but come with different filter configurations depending on your water source. Before entering the deionization filter and reverse osmosis membrane, the city water system runs water through two carbon filters, whereas the well water system runs through a sediment filter and then a single carbon filter. The system is conveniently contained within a carrying case with inlets and outlets built into the side. When you're ready to use the BrewRO, simply hook up the white inlet tube to your spigot with the included garden hose adaptor*, run the red "rejected water" tube to a storm drain or water reclamation bucket, and run the blue "treated water" tube to your collection vessel. It's that easy!

Perhaps your wort was too hot when you transferred from the kettle, or while cleaning you dropped the FermZilla against something sharp that punched a hole, or maybe it's just time to replace the tank after acquiring too many scratches from normal wear-and-tear. Whatever the reason, no need to go buy a whole new FermZilla! Just pick up one of these fresh replacement tanks and your conical fermenter will be good as new! Pressure Stress If you use the FermZilla to ferment under pressure, or you use CO2 to pressure transfer or force carbonate your finished beer, it is very important that you conduct semi-annual inspections of your tank. Even with perfect care, the FermZilla tank may show signs of wear from pressure stress over time. We recommend visually inspecting your tank for stress creases or other signs of wear once or twice a year. A hydro test should be conducted every two years, even if no signs of wear are found. The process is simple: Fill the tank to the brim with water Replace the Red PRV with a Green PRV rated to 4.5 BAR or higher Pressurize the tank to 4 BAR (58 psi) Check for leaks, then replace the Red PRV when finished If leaks or potential points of failure are found, replace the tank before you continue using pressure with your FermZilla. General Care Taking good care of your FermZilla begins with cleaning and sanitizing the unit before and after use. The tank is made from food-grade PET, which is beautifully clear, but can be sensitive to long soaks in cleaners and acid-based sanitizers. In general, we do not recommend leaving products like PBW or StarSan soaking in the tank for more than an hour. Extended soaks have the potential to degrade the PET material and shorten the lifespan of the tank. KegLand Part Number: KL15226 NOTE: FermZilla tanks are marked with a manufacturer’s “expiry date”. This does not indicate that the tank is bad after this date; it simply indicates that a hydro test may be in order. 2 years after production and every 2 years after first use, it is recommended that the tank be hydro tested to ensure the tank is holding pressure. Hydro test instructions are available here. You will also need the D1072 Green PRV to perform the test. If you do not plan to pressurize the fermenter, the test is not necessary.

Pre-cut mounting holes allow you to hang the controller on your brew stand on the wall at eye-level. We highly recommend mounting the controller so you don't have to worry about keeping an area of your table dry where you might lay it down. L6-30 connections with 4 ft. cords on either end. Compatible with all 208-240V elements 30 amps and lower. While L6-30 are the most common elements available, yours may need an adapter.
The Boil Vigor Controller uses a generously overrated SSR with a very large fan-cooled heatsink for better reliability. An SSR's life expectancy is directly related to its operating temperature, and this unit is built with the lowest Q heat dissipation system offered at the homebrewing level. It includes a contactor to fully shut off both legs when you throw the power switch, making the free end of the cord safer when the element is not plugged in. The display gives you a reading of the actual current being consumed by your element in Amps. On some systems, a small change in the adjustment makes a large current change at the element, especially at lower settings used during hop stands and distillation. The BrewBuilt controller provides a linear control and a digital readout to eliminate the guessing, allowing you to focus on your process and not your equipment.
If you'd prefer not to mount the controller to your wall, consider the stainless steel Controller Stand.
**Caution: In order to avoid injury or death we strongly recommend using a GFCI in any circuit used near water. You can find one here.**
Granulated corn syrup solids with dextrose mostly converted to maltose. Mimics barley malt extract in fermentation profile. 56% Maltose, 16% maltotriose, 8% dextrose, and 20% higher saccharides. Can be used to increase alcohol content while maintaining mouthfeel and body.
Please note: This kit is intended for use with Gen 1 35L DigiBoils (BE501 / BE502). It has a slightly larger wire support ring that may not fit Gen 2 DigiBoils (BE515 / BE516). See related product for the Gen 2 DigiMash Upgrade Kit. Ready to upgrade your DigiBoil into a DigiMash? With the DigiMash upgrade kit you can convert the DigiBoil into a full blown electric all-in-one system. Includes false bottom, malt pipe with bottom screen, wire support, and malt pipe handle. Simply place the false bottom inside the kettle and install the malt pipe, fill with water and heat to your desired strike temperature, then add your grain and set your desired mash temperature on the digital controller. Once your mash is complete, lift up the malt pipe, drain the wort and sparge, then remove the malt pipe and proceed to boil. Includes: False bottom Malt pipe Wire support Malt pipe handle Malt pipe bottom screen Installation & Use: Place the false bottom inside the kettle Install the wire support in the channel located at the top of the kettle Place the mesh screen inside the malt pipe and attach the handle Lower the malt pipe into the kettle so it rests on the wire support Fill with strike water and heat to desired strike temperature When desired temperature is reached, add grain and stir until well mixed When your mash is complete, use the handle to lift out malt pipe and rotate 90° so the malt pipe feet sit on the wire support Allow the wort to drain into the kettle and sparge the grain with warm water (165-175°F) When you're done collecting your wort, remove the malt pipe and proceed to boil Please note: only the 500-watt element should be used to increase mash temperatures when the Malt Pipe is in place. Using the higher watt element(s) with the Malt Pipe inserted may cause scorching of the grain. Kegland Part Number: KL12980
