We've seen a lot of all-in-one systems over the years, but none are as feature-packed and affordable as the BrewZilla. While other units simply maintain your set temperature, the BrewZilla features a sophisticated digital controller which can be programmed with a full mash schedule, executing each step automatically. The built-in pump will continuously recirculate wort during the mash for more even heat distribution and higher efficiency, but thanks to the integrated camlock fitting, it has even more functionality. Add the optional whirlpool arm to make your late hop additions pop and speed up chilling time, or connect a camlock fitting and tubing to transfer wort to your fermenter. These are just a couple of reasons why MoreBeer! loves the BrewZilla, but there are so many More!
Our Top 10 Favorite Features:
Sophisticated digital controller capable of programmed mash steps, boil addition timers and delayed start
Built-in pump for constant recirculation during mash or whirlpooling and transferring with optional accessories
Full depth malt pipe for higher mash efficiency and capable of running small batches without a pricey adapter
Multiple power modes to cover each step of the brew day – low power to gently heat your mash up to full power for a rolling boil
Wort chiller included! Perfectly sized for this system and adds even more value to your purchase of the BrewZilla
High capacity brewhouse – with a volume of over 9 gallons, you can fit more grain and more wort to make MoreBeer!
Single wall design doesn't trap in heat – chill your wort quickly after the boil!
Super convenient bottom handle makes lifting/pouring a breeze
Rubber feet keep the boiler lifted off the ground and safely above any spills that may occur
Affordable! This is the best price for an all-in-one brewing system you'll find, period.
If you want to jump into all grain brewing right from your first batch, or as an upgrade from malt extract brewing, the BrewZilla is a complete turn key solution. The BrewZilla is an all-in-one electric brewery that has built-in elements for heating and boiling, programmable mash schedule and delayed start, a built-in pump for recirculation, an onboard water resistant control panel for setting and monitoring temperatures, a removable grain basket, and a built-in spigot for transferring. It is extremely portable and uses 110V power so it can be used nearly anywhere.
The V3.1.1 unit features an upgraded main circuit board that changes how the automatic step mashing functions. Now when moving from step to step, the timer for each step will not begin counting down until the programmed temperature is reached. This means more accurate mash schedules than ever before! The new board also introduces boil addition timers so you'll never miss the mark for hop additions.
To get the Wort Chiller Connection Kit for free, add the item to your cart along with the BrewZilla and use code ZILLAKIT at checkout.
New accessory! Check out the BrewZilla Whirlpool Arm, which uses the unit's internal pump to recirculate and spin the wort, improving hop extraction and chill times. No more stirring!
Automatic Step Mashing & Delayed Start!
One of the coolest features of the BrewZilla is the ability to program the unit with up to 6 individual temperatures and durations so you can step mash precisely how you desire. Simply press the "S1-S6" button to select the stage you want to adjust, and use the temp, time and +/- buttons to program the stage. If you have less than 6 stages in your mash schedule, program the stages you want to skip with 00:00 as the time and the controller will automatically move on to the next step. When all the stages are complete, the unit will sound an alarm and hold the last set temperature.
The programmable stages can also be used to set a delayed start of up to 23 hours in advance so that you can have your water hot and ready to go when you get home from work or wake up in the morning. In order to do this, fill the unit with strike water and program the controller with two steps. Step 1 should be programmed at a temperature lower than the unheated strike water (so the elements will remain off), and the duration should be programmed for however long you want the delay. Then program Step 2 with your desired strike water temperature and a duration of 1-2 hours, giving the BrewZilla ample time to heat up and giving you a margin of error in case you hit the snooze button the morning of brew day.
Recirculating Mash with Full Depth Malt Pipe
The built-in magnetic drive pump easily recirculates wort during the mash. We recommend getting some silicone tubing to go with the recirculation arm. This allows you more control over the recirculation and you can then use the pump to transfer your wort to your fermenter. As with any mash, be sure to stir your grain very thoroughly after mashing-in so you start out with an even temperature throughout the grain bed.
Some competing models advertise their perforated malt pipes as "high flow", but what they don't mention is how this affects efficiency. When recirculating the mash, wort will escape through the side perforations rather than passing through the grain at the bottom-most end of the malt pipe which can lead to lower efficiency. The BrewZilla's malt pipe is designed so that recirculating wort must pass through the entire grain bed before escaping through the false bottom and being pumped over the top of the grain bed again. If you're worried about the flow rate, simply add a pound or two of rice hulls to your grain bill. This is especially recommended when brewing with a high level of wheat, oat, or flaked grains.
Power & Heating Control
Dual heating elements run off of a single 110 volt plug and have individual switches allowing for more control over the heating process. One element is 1000 watts and the other is 500 for a combined 1500 watts! Use both when you need to ramp up the temperature quickly either at the start to get to your mash temp or to go from your mash temp to boiling. Use only one of the elements when you want to hold a temperature.
We highly recommend adding the optional BrewZilla Neoprene Jacket to help reduce heating times and maintain a more vigorous boil. The extra thick neoprene jacket is custom designed to insulate the entire kettle portion of the BrewZilla while staying out of the way of the ball valve and handles. The jacket can help you acheive up to 10% faster heat up times and cut heat loss from the boiler in half. And when it comes time to cool your wort after the boil, simply remove the jacket! While other units boast a double wall design for better heat retention, this actually becomes a disadvantage when it comes to chilling.
The digital control panel makes it easy to see the current temperature and set the temperature you want. The digital controller is also water resistant so don't worry about spills or some water dripping down the side. This controller is built for brewing!
The brewery also includes a stainless steel malt pipe with false bottom allowing you to easily shift from mash tun to boil kettle during your brew day. The malt pipe includes a handle to lift it out and tabs at the base so you can set the malt pipe over the kettle to let the wort drain out. It also has feet at its base to raise the malt pipe slightly off the base and help prevent clogging.
The included stainless steel wort chiller is shipped with bare ends so you can set it up for your situation. We list below the most common tubing and fittings to connect to a hose, hose bib, or faucet.
What MoreBeer! loves about this product: Homebrewing is trending in the direction of all-in-one, all-grain brewing systems and the BrewZilla is the ultimate value. The cost is half of the next comparable system with programmable mash steps and nearly the same as buying converted coolers and a kettle. We've brewed on all the systems and we can truly say the BrewZilla is the easiest to use. We feel confident that a lot of first time brewers could buy this and use it with ease. At the same time quite a few of our experienced, all-grain brewing staff are buying it to brew at home. The unit is extremely compact because the pump is built-in to the bottom of the unit. You can move it around with ease which makes it perfect for guys and gals that have space constraints. Someone on the team also mentioned how they like that you can drain it via gravity without having to use the pump. All in all a great buy and highly recommended. Please note you will need a few extra pieces of hardware to connect the wort chiller and at least 2' of silicone tubing for the sparge.
Use the Pump for More Than Just Recirculation!
One of the surprisingly handy features of the BrewZilla is that the recirculation pipe features a female camlock. This allows you to hook up other accessories and use the unit's pump for more than just recirculating wort. With a male camlock and silicone tubing, for example, you can use the internal pump to push wort through a plate chiller or counterflow chiller. Check out our selection of camlock fittings here.

Pair with the RAPT-enabled Bluetooth Thermometer, allowing your BrewZilla to calculate a core mash temperature reading and more accurately control temperatures and mash steps
More RAPT-enabled accessories are coming, and future firmware updates can be downloaded to the RAPT Controller itself over the internet
WiFi/Bluetooth Enabled RAPT Controller
The RAPT Controller is mounted to the top of the boiler body, allowing for easy operation when you have the unit set on the ground. The controller can be tilted upwards to give you an even better view, or it can be removed from the BrewZilla entirely if you’d prefer to mount the controller on your wall or lay it down on a workbench. From the controller, you’ll orchestrate your entire brew day. Program mash steps, dial in element power, and operate the integrated pump all from one screen.
But the RAPT Controller is much more than a beautiful, full-color display switch board. Once synced to the RAPT Portal, you’ll be able to track, record and monitor your brews online. No need for handwriting notes or punching brew day details into your phone – all of the data from your brew is automatically logged to your portal profile. This information doesn’t just include your mash profile; it also captures detailed information about your element power and pump activity, opening the door for very precise repeatability.
And the RAPT Portal isn’t just a digital archive for your brew days. With your BrewZilla powered on, you can control your brewery from virtually anywhere using your phone’s web browser. Not sure when you’ll be home from work or your kid’s ball game going into extra innings? No problem! Before you head out, simply log into the RAPT Portal from your phone and tell the BrewZilla to start heating your strike water. Along with remote control, the portal enables you to program alarms and push notifications for all of your boil additions. We’ve all been caught up with a side task and failed to throw in that yeast nutrient or clarifying agent at the end of the boil, but the BrewZilla has the back of even the most forgetful brewer!
But wait, there’s more! In addition to WiFi connectivity, the RAPT Controller is also a Bluetooth gateway device. KegLand is currently developing various Bluetooth devices such as the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer and other sensors which will be compatible with your brewery upon release. The RAPT Controller is able to receive information from Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices, adjusting its processes based on this new stream of information while simultaneously logging it to your RAPT Portal. With the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer, for example, you’ll be able to feed temperature readings from the top of your mash bed to the controller. The controller will then compare this reading with the main temp probe reading at the base of the kettle and adjust element cycling based on these combined readings.
Finally, the RAPT Controller WiFi connectivity allows you to update the controller’s firmware with a single click. Take advantage of new features and accessories as soon as they become available by simply keeping your BrewZilla connected to your local WiFi network. And again, the WiFi is already built-in! No need to come back for an expensive add-on accessory down the road.
High Capacity Malt Pipe
With an approximately 41.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 20% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G70. If you want to fill your fermenter with more than a 5-gallon batch worth of wort, or brew the highest gravity beer recipes, the BrewZilla is the brewhouse for the job. And the included malt pipe is just the beginning. If you want to expand your brewery’s grain capacity even further, KegLand makes Boiler Extension Kits and Extended Malt Pipes for that very purpose. The malt pipe features a perforated section at the bottom which improves mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency.
Concave Base with Center Draining
Leave no wort behind! The concave base with center drain means you’ll be able to extract every last drop of wort to your fermenter. If you’ve brewed in a traditional flat bottom kettle, this center drain may be a bit perplexing at first. Many brewers are used to whirlpooling after the boil to pull hop matter into the center of the kettle, then transfer out using a pick-up tube that pulls from the kettle wall in order to avoid sucking up the solids. But fear not! One of the key features of the BrewZilla is the false bottom protection screen. This screen avoids the need for doing a whirlpool, filtering wort as it transfers and blocking more than 95% of hops and hot break from getting sucked into the pump. This not only prevents blocked pump issues, it also increases the efficiency of your brewhouse by eliminating kettle loss from wort that may have otherwise been left behind.
Ultra Low Watt Density Elements
The concave base on the BrewZilla also allowed for larger heating elements with significantly lower watt density than other breweries. When a lot of energy is coming off of a small element, the local temperature near the element can be so high that it scorches the wort and causes caramelization. Lower watt density essentially means you can produce lighter color beers that would otherwise have fallen victim to caramelization effect. It also reduces that chance of boilovers and reduces stress on the elements which extends their life expectancy.
Easy Access Built-In Pump
The built-in pump allows you to recirculate your wort during the mash for improved efficiency and more even temperature distribution. But it can also be used to transfer your wort from kettle to fermenter rather than relying on a gravity feed, and with the optional CIP Rotar, you can used the pump to clean your BrewZilla (or fermenter) after every use. During your brew day you’ll be able to control the pump from the RAPT Controller with a dedicated button for turning the pump on and off. Another feature you’ll find on the controller is adjusting the pump flow. This doesn’t control the actual volume of the flow (you can do that from the ball valve located on the recirculation arm), but rather cycles the pump on and off automatically based on your setting. At 100%, the pump remains on continuously. But at 80%, the pump will cycle to be on 80% of the time and off 20% of the time. This may not be a feature that every brewer thinks they need, but it’s an excellent way to avoid running the pump dry accidentally, as the time the pump is off allows recirculating wort to filter through the grain bed and back into the pump inlet.
If you flip over the boiler, you’ll find the magnetic drive pump and all the plumbing is right at your fingertips. This means you don’t have to disassemble the base in order to access the pump for cleaning or maintenance if required. It also means the plumbing can be changed more easily too. For instance, the unit comes as standard with the plumbing from the pump feeding both the recirculation arm and the transfer valve, but you change this so the tap outlet bypasses the pump if you prefer.
MoreBeer!'s Final Word
We’ve been selling all-in-one brewing systems ever since they first hit the market, and we have to say that the Gen 4 BrewZilla is not only the most feature-packed unit ever made, it’s also offered at an incredibly competitive price point when compared to other systems. You’ll get all of the cutting edge Bluetooth technology you’d get with the Grainfather and at an exceptionally lower price tag. Plus, you get the WiFi capabilities as standard, rather than as a $100 add-on accessory. When it comes to mash recirculation, that’s yet another built-in feature on the BrewZilla, and the pump can also be used for transferring and CIP cleaning. The Foundry has a great starting price, but if you want to unlock its full potential, you’ll need to spend another $100 for the recirculation pump kit. What’s more, no other system in the same ‘weight class’ has the same grain capacity. And if the standard capacity isn’t quite enough, the BrewZilla can be easily upgraded with a Boiler Body Extension Kit and Extended Malt Pipe. When you purchase the BrewZilla, you can feel confident that you’re investing in a top shelf system and all of the critical features you’re expecting will be included.

KegLand Part Number: KL27458
Please note: due to patent restrictions in the United States, the malt pipe has been redesigned with one set of bottom feet. This model does not include the "two stage" malt pipe as advertised by KegLand and featured in previous MoreBeer! YouTube videos.
Please Note: When removing the malt pipe to drain after mashing, it is important to do so slowly rather than in one swift pull. If the malt pipe is removed all at once when it is full of wort, it is possible for the draining wort to spray out and over the rim of the brewery through the perforated bottom. Remove the malt pipe slowly so that some of the wort can drain out before it is fully removed and set on its bottom feet. This can be done by hand on the 35L unit, but for the 65L and 100L units we highly recommend using the Pulley System for removing the malt pipe.
Warning: Do not engage the adjustable lid clamps when brewing with the BrewZilla's standard glass lid. The clamps are only intended to be used with distillation lids or other metal accessories.
Warning: If you are going to use an extension cord with the BrewZilla, you must ensure that the cord is the correct gauge and properly rated to suit the power requirements of your brewery. See the reference chart below for the recommended gauge based on your unit and the length of cord you wish to use.

With too much tension, it is possible for the lid clamps to break the glass lid when engaged.
Warning: If you are going to use an extension cord with the BrewZilla, you must ensure that the cord is the correct gauge and properly rated to suit the power requirements of your brewery. See the reference chart below for the recommended gauge based on your unit and the length of cord you wish to use.

RAPT Gen 4 BrewZilla | User Manual

With an approximately 23.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 50% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G30.
Perfect for Distillation
If you want to expand your lineup of homemade libations to offer Spirits in addition to Ales & Lagers, the BrewZilla makes an excellent pot still! Add the Distillation Lid upgrade and pair it with an AlcoEngine Copper Reflux Condenser or Copper Pot Still Top. AlcoEngine Stills have been selling on the home market for years and offer some of the most affordable, beginner-friendly stills you'll find.

With an approximately 23.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 50% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G30.

Heat Exchanger Dish
The 100L BrewZilla comes standard with the Heat Exchanger Dish which redirects the flow of wort so that it spends more time exposed to the heating elements before reaching the center drain at the bottom of the kettle and being recirculated. Due to the concave bottom and central draining hole on the Gen 4 BrewZilla, recirculating wort will pass through the malt pipe and then down through the boiler false bottom following the path of least resistance. This can cause wort to make a B-line for the drainage hole and reduce the wort's exposure to the unit's heating elements. With the HED installed, wort will be directed to the edge of the BrewZilla base and pass over the elements for a longer period and reduce the time needed to heat to your set temperature. An optional accessory for the smaller units, but included as standard on the 100L BrewZilla.
Easy Access Built-In Pump
The built-in pump allows you to recirculate your wort during the mash for improved efficiency and more even temperature distribution.
With an approximately 23.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 50% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G30.

KegLand Part Number: KL27434

Stop stirring your wort with a spoon and allow the BrewZilla's internal pump to do the work with this new Whirlpool Arm accessory. Fits all sizes of BrewZilla. The whirlpool arm fits onto the existing recirculation pipe with a stainless steel male camlock fitting. The BrewZilla's internal magnetic pump will aid in circulating your wort for better hop extraction in the whirlpool stage, as well as help collect the hot break into the center of the false bottom. Whirlpooling while cooling with the immersion heat exchanger will also speed up chilling times.
Specifications:
304 Stainless Steel
Fitted Male Camlock fitting
Soft Safety Grip
Length 520mm (20.5")
Kegland Part Number: KL14199
Reduce heating time during your mash with the Gen 4 BrewZilla
Redistribute recirculating wort for longer heating element exposure
Improve heat distribution throughout the mash
Speed up heating times with the Heat Exchanger Dish (HED) for Gen 4 BrewZillas. This optional upgrade accessory redirects the flow of wort so that it spends more time exposed to the heating elements before reaching the center drain at the bottom of the kettle and being recirculated.
For use with the Gen 4 35L BrewZilla. It is not compatible with any previous generations of BrewZillas or DigiBoils.
The HED has been pressed into a slight concave shape to match the curvature of the boiler false bottom. Includes a longer eye bolt assembly than the one included with the false bottom.
NOTE: The order of bolt to washer to nuts goes as follows. Eye bolt, washer, false bottom, washer, nut, HED, then wing nut. This is so that the eye bolt does not come completely removed when and if you clean underneath the Heat Exchanger Dish.

Lid & Collection Container Ports - 28 mm PCO 1881 threads
Temperature Rating:
When not under pressure, do not expose to liquids above 131°F
When under pressure, do not expose to any temperatures above 95°F*
*Please note that the temperature rating for the FermZilla tank is lower when using it under pressure. When not under pressure, it is perfectly safe to transfer wort into the tank below 131°F or to use hot liquids below this temp for cleaning. When under pressure, make sure to keep your fermentation temperature below 95°F and keep the fermenter in an environment that is below 95°F ambient. This is especially important when fermenting with kveik yeast. These strains are known to ferment hot if no temperature control is being used. Exceeding the temperature rating may compromise the tank, leading to a shorter life span or sudden failure to maintain pressure. Even with proper use, we recommend replacing the tank every two years.
Please note: when using the FermZilla under pressure, you must perform a water pressure check to ensure your connections are leak proof. To do this, fill your FermZilla up with water, apply at least 15 psi pressure, and check for leaks around all caps and threads.
Pressure Stress
If you use the FermZilla to ferment under pressure, or you use CO2 to pressure transfer or force carbonate your finished beer, it is very important that you conduct semi-annual inspections of your tank. Even with perfect care, the FermZilla tank may show signs of wear from pressure stress over time. We recommend visually inspecting your tank for stress creases or other signs of wear once or twice a year. A hydro test should be conducted every two years, even if no signs of wear are found. The process is simple:
Fill the tank to the brim with water
Replace the Red PRV with a Green PRV rated to 4.5 BAR or higher
Pressurize the tank to 4 BAR (58 psi)
Check for leaks, then replace the Red PRV when finished
If leaks or potential points of failure are found, replace the tank before you continue using pressure with your FermZilla.
General Care
Taking good care of your FermZilla begins with cleaning and sanitizing the unit before and after use. The tank is made from food-grade PET, which is beautifully clear, but can be sensitive to long soaks in cleaners and acid-based sanitizers. In general, we do not recommend leaving products like PBW or StarSan soaking in the tank for more than an hour. Extended soaks have the potential to degrade the PET material and shorten the lifespan of the tank.
KegLand Part number: KL47296
NOTE: FermZilla tanks are marked with a manufacturer’s “expiry date”. This does not indicate that the tank is bad after this date; it simply indicates that a hydro test may be in order. 2 years after production and every 2 years after first use, it is recommended that the tank be hydro tested to ensure the tank is holding pressure. You will also need the D1072 Green PRV to perform the test. If you do not plan to pressurize the fermenter, the test is not necessary.
FermZilla Tri-Conical 27L & 55L | User Guide
Get to boil faster and increase boil vigor by retaining heat! Manage steam by turning it back into liquid that can later be used for cleaning/sanitizing Avoid the sticky residue that boiling wort can leave on your walls and ceiling Reduce the power consumption during the boil with your BrewZilla or DigiBoil Perfect accessory for indoor brewers! No need to install a special Range Hood to manage steam Made with the apartment and basement brewer in mind, this steam condenser set made from high quality 304 stainless steel will help you manage steam and condensation during the boil. Assembles in minutes and can be used with the BrewZilla or DigiBoil with the proper Distillation Lid and 2" T.C. weldless bulkhead. This setup will reduce heat loss, meaning you'll get to boil faster and use less energy overall to maintain a rolling boil. When it's time to add hops, yeast nutrients, or other additions, simply remove the tri-clamp end cap and drop them in. (Use gloves, it will be hot!). With the new Pro Sight Glass Distillation Lid, the condenser can be attached directly to the 35L unit's 2" T.C. ferrule or to the 65L unit's 4" T.C. ferrule using a 4" x 2" T.C. reducer. The Pro Distillation Lid also features a 3" sight glass disc that can be removed to address foaming issues or to add hops or other boil additions. If you've brewed indoors before, you're probably familiar with how sticky the evaporation coming off the boiling wort can be. The gummy layer of film it can leave behind on your painted walls and ceiling is no fun to clean up. And if you've been considering how to incorporate a range hood in your brewery to deal with the steam, now there's no need! Simply attach the Steam Condenser Set and run your kitchen tap or garden hose to the Duotight-compatible inlet. From the inlet, water will enter the column via a special spray head which can condense 0.42 gal (1.6 L) per minute while connected to 100 psi mains water. You'll find that a super-fast flow rate isn't necessary to cool boiling steam into liquid. Unlike the distillation process where the distillate needs to be under a certain temperature so that ethanol doesn't evaporate from the liquid at a high rate, with boiling wort you just need enough flow to form the steam back into liquid. Simple! After the steam is reformed into liquid, it will drain out of the bottom barb where you can install 3/8" ID silicone tubing. Recapture that water in a collection vessel and save it for cleaning and sanitizing! Once again, be aware that the water coming out will be very hot. Caution: You will need to remove the Steam Condenser when you reach boil to manage the hot break and ensure you don't have a boil over when you reach boiling temperatures. Once you've completed that step, you can reattach the Condenser and leave it in place for the remainder of the boil. Warning: It is important that the output tube for this steam condenser is open to atmosphere. This will allow the condensed steam to exit freely. DO NOT put a valve on the liquid output or restrict the condensed steam in any way as this may cause your brewery to develop vacuum and implode or explode.
DO NOT immerse the tube for the condensed steam in water. The outlet hose must be open to atmosphere and the drips of condensed steam must drip into your collection bucket freely.

Gen 4 BrewZilla All-in-One Brewing System
WiFi / Bluetooth enabled RAPT Controller tracks your brewday and automatically uploads detailed information to the RAPT portal
The top mounted RAPT Controller can be tilted upward for easy viewing, or detached from the unit to mount it on the wall or placed on your bench
Mirror polished dome shaped bottom with center drain — get every last bit of wort into your fermenter while the perforated bottom screen filters out 95% of hot break and hop matter
Make larger batches or higher gravity beers! BrewZilla offers the largest malt pipe capacity for units in its size range, and the Gen 4 unit has a 30% larger malt pipe compared to the previous generation
Perforated bottom on the newly designed malt pipe allows for improved mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency
Element power percentage can be adjusted via the RAPT Controller. Go full power to heat up quickly, or dial it down so you don’t overshoot your strike water temp
The built-in pump is plumbed to both the recirculation and arm and the bottom ball valve. Recirculate wort during your mash, then close the recirculation valve and pump wort to your fermenter via the bottom valve
With an approximately 23.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 50% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G30.

Upgrade Gen 3 and Gen 4 BrewZillas with a clear sight glass to monitor volume levels throughout your brewing process Replaces the solid metal recirculation pipe so you can check volume levels even while the malt pipe is draining The PPSU sight glass now comes standard on Gen 4.1 BrewZillas *Requires measuring, cutting, and assembly*
This upgrade kit is suitable for BrewZilla Gen 3 and Gen 4 breweries. This will enable you to see the liquid level through the incredibly strong and crack resistant PPSU sight glass. This can be quite handy when you're sparging to a known level as the malt pipe would normally be sitting on top of the halo ring making it difficult to see the liquid level from the indentation markings inside the BrewZilla. Assembly Required: You will also need plumbers tape or food grade Loctite for the female camlock x female 1/2" fitting that comes on the BrewZilla's recirculation arm. The BrewZilla's camlock fitting is reused in the assembly of the sight glass, do not dispose of it prematurely. Please note: This kit includes a one size fits all sight glass for multiple models and sizes. You will need to cut down the 39" PPSU tube to fit your specific model of BrewZilla depending on the length of the recirculation arm. We recommend purchasing the Pipe Cutter to cut the tube cleanly. See the video below showing you how to measure and install this on a BrewZilla. Includes: Brewzilla Sight Glass PPSU Tube - 39.3" (100cm) Sight Glass Connection Kit (Ball valve & Elbow) Sight Glass Graduation Sticker for 35L, 65L or 100L
Ever wanted to punch out a few more gallons of wort with your 35L BrewZilla? Maybe you wanted more strike water for a super sticky batch. Maybe you get boil overs a lot and would like a bit of extra protection. Now there's a solution!
The all new 35L BrewZilla Boiler Extension adds 3.1 gallons of headroom. Turn that 9.2G BrewZilla or DigiMash system into a 12.3G behemoth!
The extension kit is also great for distilling! Extend the height of your pot still by attaching one or more boiler extensions. For distillation, we recommend upgrading to the Adjustable Lid Clamps which allow you to dial in the tension for a better seal. If you're struggling to get an airtight seal when using the Distillation Lid, these clamps can help provide more tension.
Compatible with Gen 3 / Gen 4 BrewZillas.
Please Note: The 110V unit may struggle to bring 10+ gallons of wort to boil. Expect longer heating times and a more gentle boil. An insulating jacket is highly recommended if using the 110V model.

Clean-in-place your BrewZilla by using the built-in low volume pump Recirculate brewery wash and let the CIP Spray Rotor do the work! Only requires a 6W pump to spin the rotating head and get full effectiveness Easily adapted for use to clean fermenters and other vessels Finally! A CIP spray head designed specifically for use with smaller homebrew pumps. There are a lot of stainless steel CIP Spray Balls readily available for homebrewers but they require a fairly beefy pump to spin the head and make it effective. The new Low Volume CIP Spray Rotor can provide full spray coverage with as little flow rate as 3 gallons per minute. This makes cleaning your BrewZilla an absolute breeze by simply recirculating cleaning chemicals and letting the CIP Rotor spray down the inside of your brewery. Also a great option for brewers using the MKII Magnetic Drive Pump as the spray head can easily be adapted to clean all sorts of fermenters. What Can it Do? Clean-in-place your 35L, 65L or 100L BrewZilla. Simply cut your recirculation hosing, or purchase additional silicone hosing to get the right length for your setup. You will be able to find the optimum length required by testing with water first. We found great success using the glass lid to start with to see if it is coating everything that you need it to. Recommended for low voltage pumps as low as 6W up to 25W (roughly 3–5 GPM). If using a more powerful pump, you may need to throttle back the flow rate so you don't overpower the spray rotor. Includes: Custom molded rotating spray head with 1/2" BSP thread 11.8" (300mm) length of silicone tubing suitable for your BrewZilla recirculation arm Stainless nut and barb Please note: The rotating spray head can only be used in the downwards position, it cannot be tilted or mounted sideways or upside down.

Heavy-duty stainless steel lid can be used with a still top or steam condenser Sight glass disc allows you to watch your boil without having to remove your still or condenser Easily remove the disc during the hot break or to add hops or other boil additions Molded grips for easier handling with the lid is still hot Compatible with 35L BrewZillas and DigiBoils If you're using an AlcoEngine Still Top or Steam Condenser Set with your BrewZilla or DigiBoil, this heavy-duty stainless lid with sight glass is virtually a must-have. Whether distilling or brewing, keeping an eye on your boil will help you stop foaming or boil over issues before they happen. With the standard distillation lid, checking on your wash or wort means removing or tipping the apparatus over to get a peek inside the boiler, which can be a cumbersome (if not dangerous) part of your process. The PPSU sight glass disc can also be easily removed to add hops or other boil additions through the large 3" T.C. ferrule. (Use gloves, it will be hot!) The sight glass disc is made from a special PPSU plastic—an excellent choice for components that are exposed to high temperatures (up to 392°F / 200°C) and corrosive media due to its exceptional chemical resistance, as well as being extremely impact resistant. KegLand decided to use this type of plastic because it also has superior thermal and mechanical properties with the added benefit of being transparent. Intricate parts can be injection molded that would have been near impossible to do with stainless steel or lab-grade glass. For use with an AlcoEngine Still Top, you will also need this single sided bead seal. Installing AlcoEngine Still: Remove the bottom nut and seal from the column Place the single sided bead seal on the lid's tri-clamp ferrule (beaded side facing down) Pass the threaded bottom section of the column through the ferrule Secure in place with a 2" tri-clamp The column's bottom nut and seal are not needed

This pump does not have a plug. It comes with the appropriate connectors to wire it to the BrewZilla's circuit board. For a brewery pump with similar performance, please see the MKII Pump. This pump now comes standard on the 65L BrewZilla, but if you have an older Gen 4 model with the original 6W pump, you can upgrade to this more powerful unit. The Green Demon This pump comes standard with the 100L BrewZilla Gen 4 and the upgraded 65L BrewZilla Gen 4.1. To upgrade older 65L BrewZilla Gen 4 models with the smaller pump, you will need to perform some light electrical terminal rewiring. This pump comes fitted with blade and circle connectors to swap out the standard 6W pump. You will need to re-use the grommet fitting so be gentle when taking it off the 6W pump. Standard Configuration – No additional fittings/hoses required This configuration is a direct swap out of the 6w pump to the 25w pump. Utilizing the tee splitter and the original hosing that comes with the 65L Gen 4 BrewZilla. It does help a little bit if you use the outlet elbow piece on the inlet, and vice versa as the 25w pump is slightly taller than the 6w stock standard pump. Alternative Configuration – Oli's Hail Mary For this method you will need about 6.5" of 1/2" ID hosing, preferably braided silicone. You cannot use normal silicone hosing for this. This method does not use the tee piece or ball valve. It solely relies on the bigger 25W pump to do all of the transferring and recirculating needs. Please see product photos for configuration types. Specifications: Voltage: 220-240V at 50-60hz Max Head: 11.1 ft Max Flow: 5 gal Wiring: Fork and Ring Connectors fitted with insulation sheath Fittings: 1/2" (13 mm) barbs NOTE: Like almost all centrifugal pumps, do not run this pump dry. For all-in-one brewers and BIAB brewers, lifting the grains from your vessel can be daunting task. Give your back a rest and use the Lift-N-Lock pulley system to effortlessly lift up your grain bag or malt pipe and while your sweet wort drains into the kettle. This heavy-duty pulley is made from strong nylon strapping, laser cut 304 grade stainless steel and is capable of lifting large heavy loads with ease. It's the perfect pulley for lifting the heavy malt pipe from your BrewZilla or other all-in-one system, especially when brewing high gravity beers with a massive grain bill. It's a bit more expensive than other pulley systems, but there's no comparison when it comes to easily lifting or lowering the malt pipe. The included strap is 10m long by 25mm wide (32.8 ft. x 1 in.).
The pulley system enables you to multiply your pulling force by 4 times. If you apply 60 lbs of pulling force, the pulley can lift 240 lbs with relative ease. Be sure that the beam you mount the pulley to is rated for the total amount of force being applied i.e. pulling force plus load weight, so for this example 300+ lbs.

Begin your homebrewing journey with an Electric Brewery! 9-gallon electric kettle saves space and can be upgraded later for all-grain brewing No expensive gas burner or heavy-duty brewing kettle required! Easy-to-use digital controller maintains your set temperature automatically Step-by-Step instruction pamphlet fine-tuned over 20 years for easy success The Premium Electric Homebrewing Starter Kit is one of the most approachable starter kits we’ve ever offered and represents the absolute best value you’ll find! The defining piece of this kit is the DigiBoil electric kettle. Most home brewing kits require a kitchen stove or outdoor propane burner, but with the DigiBoil you can make great beer just about anywhere you can find a power socket. The DigiBoil’s compact design makes this kit the ideal choice for those that want to brew indoors and not take up a lot of space. We also include the 6-gallon Fermonster fermenter, copper wort chiller, beer recipe kit of your choice, and all the time-tested brewing equipment you need to make beer at home. If purchased piece-by-piece this kit would cost well over $500, so you can feel confident that you’re getting all of the included equipment at the lowest price possible! Electric Brewing Typical home brewing starter kits set you up to brew your first batch of beer on the kitchen stove. This may lower the price tag but brewers will naturally progress beyond the kitchen to an outdoor gas burner or electric brewing system. Electric brewing systems have several advantages, firstly being that they do not require propane so there is no chance of running out of gas mid-brew. Secondly, electric kettles use a built-in temperature probe and digital controller to automatically maintain temperatures. This gives you a precise level of control that gas systems rarely match. Finally, the DigiBoil electric kettle is extremely compact and is the ideal choice for brewers that have space constraints or live in an area where brewing outdoors isn't an option year-round. 110V vs. 220V The DigiBoil electric kettle comes in two power options, 110 volt and 220 volt. The 110V unit features a standard 3-prong plug and will work with most US household power outlets. The 220V unit features a NEMA 6-30R plug, typically only used with large household appliances such as washer/dryer outlets. Both power options are perfectly suitable for brewing. The 110V option provides greater flexibility, allowing you to move your brewery from the kitchen to the garage, basement, or outdoor patio with ease. If you have convenient access to 220V power, the 220V model will significantly reduce heating times and provide a more vigorous boil. Extract Brewing Extract brewing is the simplest process for making beer and is therefore the most popular method for beginners. Powdered or liquid malt extract is added to water to make a sweet solution loaded with fermentable sugars that yeast will later turn into alcohol. The mixture is then brought to a boil and hops are added for flavoring. This simple method allows novice brewers to focus on learning the overall process of brewing while still making delicious beer. If you’re interested in all-grain brewing, check out the Premium Electric All Grain Home Brewing Kit. This version of the kit includes the DigiMash upgrade, which can always be purchased later when you’re ready to advance. The Fermonster Fermenter - A Huge Upgrade Over Standard Buckets or Glass "Carboy" Water Bottles Unlike buckets or glass carboys, the Fermonster fermenter was designed for brewing beer. It is made from tough, clear, virgin grade PET plastic so you can see the magic of fermentation. Unlike glass it will never break and shatter if dropped. It represents a huge upgrade over traditional buckets because these fermenters are much less likely to get scratched. Scratches can hold bacteria that can cause off flavors in the beer. The Fermonster comes with a built-in spigot that eliminates a long time issue in homebrewing of having to start a siphon to transfer your beer to the bottling bucket after fermentation is over. The large 4" lid allows for easily adding yeast, hops, or other additions. We also really love the molded-in level markers that tell you exactly when you have reached your desired volume. We Don't Skimp on Cleaning and Sanitizing Proper cleaning and sanitizing is one of the core tenants of making great beer. Some starter kits utilize an all-in-one cleaner/sanitizer that does neither job well. We’ve included the best-selling sanitizer for brewing, Star San. We also include Craftmeister oxygen-based cleaning tablets that make cleaning your Fermonster Fermenter a breeze. Other Upgrades That Make Brewing Easier We’ve also made a few items standard that really make the brew day easier including a thermometer for temperature monitoring and a hydrometer with testing jar for measuring sugar levels. Our reusable mesh bags allow for the easy removal of spent grain and hops at the end of the boil. The included stainless spoon is a really nice upgrade over plastic when you are stirring boiling liquids. Easy, How-To Instructions & an Actual 800# We've taught hundreds of thousands of people how to brew in over 25 years. Our instructions are clear and simple to follow and will have you making great beer with batch number one. If you have any questions, call our on-staff brewmasters at 1-800-600-0033. In an age where 800-numbers and real customer service is going away, you can still call us and ask a question. Recipe Options: American Ale produces a light colored, hoppy Pale Ale that puts the beloved Cascade hop on full display. Cascade hops are one of the classic American hop varieties, and we love them for their citrus, grapefruit character. Blonde Ale is a great starter beer for those who are new to craft beer. Blonde ales are an easy drinking ale, low in esters, balanced with enough hop character to accentuate the malt profile. American IPA is like a Pale Ale on steroids. Take a pale ale and add more malt, more grain, and more hops. Expect more alcohol and a more pronounced hop character. Brown Porter is a smooth, easy drinking beer. If you like maltiness emphasized with a hint of chocolate roastiness and subtle caramel nuttiness this is the beer for you. German Hefeweizen has a lovely blond color and distinct hazy appearance in the glass. This kit uses 100% Bavarian Wheat malt extract with just a dash of Northern Brewer hops for bittering. Haze Craze is our most popular New England IPA recipe kit. This Hazy IPA is packed with all of the hop character you'd expect from a classic West Cost IPA, but with much less bitterness and a much softer mouthfeel. This Kit Includes: 9 Gallon DigiBoil Electric Kettle w/ digital controller, stainless ball valve, internal volume markers 6 Gallon Fermonster fermenter with built in spigot, stopper, and airlock Neoprene jacket for quick heating Copper Wort Chiller for quick cooling Food Grade Bucket for bottling Mesh bags for hops on brew day or steeping grains for extract brewing A Thermometer for easy temperature management Hydrometer for making key sugar measurements Transfer Tubing Bottling Wand with shut off valve Sturdy Bottle Capper Bottle Caps Bottle Cleaning Brush Star San Sanitizer for true sanitizing Large Stainless Steel Spoon for mixing Craftmeister Cleaning Tablets for super easy cleaning Your choice of recipe kit with yeast included You Will Also Need: (48) 12 oz or (24) 22 oz cappable Beer Bottles or a Home Kegging System DigiBoil Specs: 110V or 220V Dual heating element control Digital temperature control Stamped-in volume markers (gallons & liters) 304 stainless steel construction Power Amps Element 1 Element 2 Plug 110V 15A 1000W 500W 3-Prong 220V 15A 1900W 500W NEMA 6-30R

This low energy, RAPT-enabled Bluetooth Thermometer is compatible with the Gen 4 BrewZilla, RAPT Temperature Controller, and RAPT Fermentation Chamber. It will not work without one or more of these devices.
By receiving multiple BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) thermometer sensors, the BrewZilla can make smarter and more automated decisions on how to control the brewing or distillation process. For example, the BLE thermometer probe can be put into the middle of the malt pipe so the BrewZilla can more accurately control elements switching on/off to achieve a core malt pipe temperature, or the thermometer can be placed into your coolant water during distillation runs so you get an alarm if the temperature is too high.
RAPT Connectivity
The new Bluetooth thermometer can connect up to your BrewZilla Gen 4, RAPT Temperature Controller, or RAPT Fermentation Chamber and log that temperature data and manipulate fermentation/brewing and distillation profiles in the RAPT Portal. This greatly reduces the need for handwritten records of your brew day as it's all done automatically. The RAPT portal also allows you to see every brew you have done in the past with logged temperatures from the main unit's probe and this digital thermometer. This unit can also be set up to send push notifications to your mobile phone of when it's time to begin sparging or begin other steps in your brewing process.
Along with this ease of access and control, the RAPT BrewZilla will also allow you to fully customize your brew day with profiles specifically tuned to your style of brewing or your recipe. For example, you could set up step mash profiles using the core temperature of your mash instead of the cavity below where the BrewZilla's main temp probe is located. Greater accuracy for a more repeatable recipe that results in much better beer!
