NukaTap faucets offer reduced first pour foam due to low thermal mass
Forward-sealing design prevents beer residue from gumming up the faucet
Unique shuttle design greatly improves laminar flow, improving the pour of carbonated beverages
Compatible with all Intertap faucet accessories and shanks
Matte Black painted finish. See note below.
Nothing looks quite as nice as beer pouring out of a sleek, matte black draft tower. These are the same tower kits included with the KOMOS Kegerator, featuring NukaTap Stealth Bomber faucets, EVABarrier draft tubing, and Duotight push-to-connect fittings for easy assembly. The tower is made from 304 brushed stainless steel, making them corrosion resistant while also looking great!
NukaTap Stainless Faucets and Towers
These kits come with NukaTap Stealth Bomber faucets mounted on a stainless tower with matte black finish. NukaTap is the newest brand of forward sealing faucets that boast a lower thermal mass for reduced first pour foam. They feature a "nuke-shaped" internal shuttle that is made from TPV, which provides superior laminar flow to further reduce foaming issues. All faucet spout attachments and accessories are cross compatible between Intertap and NukaTap. Forward-sealing means that while in the closed position the faucet will keep beer in it instead of draining out. This keeps the internal parts from getting sticky and reduces the chance of off flavors transferring to your beer while you pour. The modular, threaded spout can fit a variety of attachments including a growler filler or stout spout.
Duotight Fittings & EVABarrier Draft Tubing
Duotight and EVABarrier have revolutionized how you connect draft line, and our tower kits come standard with both. We love Duotight push-in fittings for their quick connection, reliable seal, and versatility. Setting up and connecting draft line has never been easier -- no more hose clamps or heating water to soften tubing! Each tower comes with Duotight fittings for the tower shanks and for splitting gas lines (double & triple tap only). We recommend adding Duotight fittings to use for your keg connections as well. Depending on whether you'll be serving from homebrew kegs or commercial sanke kegs, you'll need two DUO106 or two DUO104 per line.
EVABarrier tubing has been engineered with protection in mind and is both PVC-free and BPA-free. This double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss, and microbial growth. EVA tubing is the future of draft line for professional applications, and now your kegerator will feature the same first-class tubing.
Includes:
Stainless steel draft tower w/ Matte Black Finish
NukaTap Stealth Bomber faucet(s)
Stainless steel faucet shank(s) with Duotight tailpieces
EVABarrier gas and beverage tubing
Draft tower mounting screws
Faucet wrench
1-3 Tap Tower Dimensions:
13.4 in. tall (without faucets)
3 in. tower diameter
4.4 in. base diameter
4 Tap Tower Dimensions:
13.4 in. tall (without faucets)
4.5 in. tower diameter
Interior mounting holes (does not include bottom collar)
Please note: this is a painted faucet and as such needs to be used, cleaned, and handled with care. Clean the faucet gently by hand and avoid tossing it into a bucket with other draft parts. Excessive soaking in caustic cleaners will damage the finish. For these reasons, we do not recommend the Stealth Bomber faucets for professional settings. If you prefer a stainless steel spout that can take more punishment, the matte black towers are also sold separately and can be paired with the NukaTap Punisher Edition faucet.

Designed for durability and precise performance, this high-quality replacement head ensures smooth operation and consistent flow.
Derived from T-90 Mosaic® pellet hops to perfectly replicate the aroma profile while omitting undesirable compounds found in hop vegetal matter
Flavor/Aroma: Citrus, Pine, Floral
The perfect hop: Using 100% hop-derived terpenes, Abstrax builds exact profiles to match the flavor and aroma of an exemplary lot of Mosaic® hops
Consistent results every time. Eliminates the variance of using hops that may differ by age, crop year, storage conditions, growing region, processing method or farm
Replace pellet hops: 5mL is equal to roughly 5.5 oz of pellet hops, while 1 oz of Quantum is equal to 2 lbs of pellet hops
Mosaic® Quantum Brite
Sharing its parentage with SIM and Nugget, Mosaic® could be considered to be the second most successful hop in the world behind Citra®. Mosaic® is a robust blend of funky grapefruit and pine with light floral notes.
Optimized Hop Extracts
Compared to other hop-extracts, the Quantum Series tastes better, performs better, and is easier to use. It works with everything from Pils to Porters with no special handling required. Easily flowable at cool, ambient, and warm temperatures. Gone are the days of warming up your extract or scrubbing the sticky gunk out of your equipment.
Compared to hops and pellets, the Quantum Series offers a 100% utilization rate and can be used at any stage of the brewing process. It cuts down on shipping and storage costs by an order of magnitude, not to mention the labor savings from not having to lug boxes around.
Quantum Tastes Better
The Quantum Series is an evolutionary leap forward in aroma and brewing technology. When you get down to it, nobody wants to use an extract product that makes their beer taste worse off. Extracts have taken a bad rap because they can often add more problems than they solve and, frankly, they don’t always taste the greatest. Abstrax gets it. That’s why, above all else, flavor and aroma come first with Quantum.
Dosage
Consider 1mL of Quantum Brite the flavor/aroma equivalent of 1 oz of T-90 pellet hops. Add after fermentation is complete, ideally at the coldest and latest point in your process, in your fermenter, keg, or bottling bucket. Or even add a drop or two to spike your finished beer in the glass.
Features:
100% efficient flavor/aroma transfer
Consistent from batch to batch
No yield loss from absorption
Quantum will not affect IBU test results and cannot cause lightstruck off-flavors
Zero Undesirable Plant Compounds
No Lipids
No Chlorophyll
Recommended storage: 40-90°F. Do not freeze.

Chux DIPA from Danville Brewing Company in Danville, CA is all about the hops. This celebration of hop flavor is packed with bright, citrusy tropical aromas that jump from the glass! Most of the IBUs come from a "First Wort" addition of Magnum. This process refers to adding hops to your kettle as soon as you begin collecting wort from your completed mash, resulting in a very smooth bitterness up front. From there, healthy aroma additions of Cascade, Citra®, Mosaic®, and Strata are combined for an incredibly expressive Double IPA.
Danville's Chux DIPA beat out 218 other entries to bring home Bronze in the Imperial India Pale Ale category at the Great American Beer Festival in 2017.

Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.

Plastic lid for FE357A. Includes hole and grommet for airlock. Made from Polypropylene. Why Polypropylene?
These buckets are made from polypropylene as it is less porous and significantly smoother than other HDPE fermenters. HDPE is porous and can harbor microbial activity making it more difficult to clean and sanitize. Being less porous, polypropylene also does not absorb aroma like HDPE so there is less favour carry over from batch to batch. Kegland Part number: KL01571
With the BrewRO System you can have access to purified water any time you want without ever leaving the house! This multistage RO/DI water purification system removes 99.9998% of contaminants in water, giving you a clean slate to custom tailor your water profile for your next recipe. Water produced from the BrewRO system is 0 parts per million total dissolved solids. Now that's pure!
Water chemistry is perhaps one of the most important (and most intimidating) aspects of brewing a great beer. After all, water is one of the main ingredients! If the tap water at home isn't up to snuff, you probably find yourself making a trip to the store before every brew day to load up on distilled water. Using distilled water is a great strategy that enables you to build your water profile from scratch. This gives you total control over the water's mineral content and pH, allowing you to create the ideal water profile for any particular style. But the gallons upon gallons of store bought distilled water quickly add up, and only increase the cost of each brew day.
The BrewRO System comes in two configurations for either city water or well water. They function the same, but come with different filter configurations depending on your water source. Before entering the deionization filter and reverse osmosis membrane, the city water system runs water through two carbon filters, whereas the well water system runs through a sediment filter and then a single carbon filter. The system is conveniently contained within a carrying case with inlets and outlets built into the side. When you're ready to use the BrewRO, simply hook up the white inlet tube to your spigot with the included garden hose adaptor*, run the red "rejected water" tube to a storm drain or water reclamation bucket, and run the blue "treated water" tube to your collection vessel. It's that easy!

A safe alkaline cleaner for everything in your brewing universe! PBW (Powdered Brewery Wash) is a favorite of small home breweries because it out-performs dangerous caustic chemicals without scrubbing. Just put your kettle, bottles, carboy, etc. in for a good long soak and watch dirt, krausen and any other organic material simply rinse or wipe away. Will not corrode soft metals. USE CAUTION when you use PBW in closed equipment. When you mix hot water and PBW in an air or water-tight space, it will create pressure.

This powerful glycol chiller has more than enough cooling capacity for your chosen X3 Conical with room to add an additional three fermenters down the road.
X3 Jacketed Uni Conical & IceMaster Max 4
The X3 Jacketed Uni Conical offers cutting edge design features that have long been reserved for pro-level fermentation tanks. Circulating cooling solution through an external cooling jacket offers superior cooling power when compared to internal cooling coils, and eliminates the need for cleaning a wonky apparatus after you've transferred out your finished beer. This pressurizable fermenter also sports a neoprene jacket for added insulation, Flex Chamber collection container for yeast harvesting or trub dumps, internal floating racking tube for clear beer transfers, and so much more! The IceMaster Max 4 makes for the perfect tag team partner, providing all the cooling capacity you'll need for up to four fermenters.
BrewBuilt Insulated Glycol Tubing Kit
In addition to the conical and chiller, the kit also includes an insulated tubing set that improves chilling efficiency and eliminates line sweating. The kit consists of:
1 - Insulated Tubing Set (2 x 6' lines)
2 - High Temp Plastic Female QDs w/ 3/8" Barb*
2 - High Temp Plastic Male QDs w/ 1/2" MPT*

2 - 1.5" T.C. Gaskets
2 - 1.5" T.C. x 1/2" FPT Adapters
*These premium quick disconnects feature shutoff valves that provide a "dry break" when they're disconnected. That means no cooling solution leaking all over your brewery every time you take the system apart for cleaning. The Female QDs are installed on the insulated tubing, and the Male QDs are installed on the T.C. x FPT Adapters that connect to the cooling jacket's inlet and outlet.
The Quantor MiniChilly 17 is highly recommended by Brewtools for chilling their F-series Unitanks. These glycol chillers are compact, high-quality units often used in professional settings. Made from stainless steel components and easy to install. They feature an integrated pump with a stirring function that ensures even temperatures throughout the reservoir. Rather than individual pumps for each fermenter, this unit is intended to be provide cooling solution to a single chilling loop where each fermenter will call for glycol circulation independently via solenoid valves. The MiniChilly 17 is recommended for up to 8 x 150L fermentation tanks of which 3 are cold crashed, or up to 4 x 300L fermentation tanks of which 1 is cold crashed. Check out the Brewtools cooling system page for setup details and recommended accessories for building a chilling loop with the MiniChilly 17. Don't fear the Beast, feed the Beast! This heavy duty counterflow wort chiller will gobble up heat from your wort as it passes from kettle to fermenter so you can pitch your yeast as soon as possible. Made from passivated 304 stainless steel, The Beast has a 30 ft. wort line with 1.5" T.C. connections and a 29.5 ft. coolant line with 1/2" male BSPT connections. Tri-clamp connections offer the most sanitary way to pass wort through your heat exchanger and pairs perfectly with BrewBuilt's line of T.C. Kettles and X1 Uni Conical Fermenters. The BSP coolant connections work well with Camlock, Duotight, NPT or other BSP fittings found below. Adding a ball valve to the coolant line inlet is a great way to dial in flow for maximum cooling efficiency!
When it comes to counterflow chillers, we love the coil design for its ease-of-use. Plate chillers are great for their high efficiency and compact size, but if there's too much hop matter running through them, they can quickly clog up. Transferring wort from your kettle to your fermenter is one of the critical steps in the brewing process where you don't want any hiccups. The Beast's wort line is 1/2" ID so it can withstand high amounts of hop additions without clogging!
A cross bar is welded on one side of the coil with pre-drilled mounting holes allowing it to be easily installed under your work bench or mounted directly to your brewing system.

Nothing looks quite as nice as beer pouring out of a sleek, matte black draft tower. These are the same tower kits included with the KOMOS Kegerator. Includes EVABarrier draft tubing and Duotight push-to-connect fittings for easy assembly. These towers can be purchased without faucets, or you can choose your preferred faucets from the add-on options above. The tower is made from 304 brushed stainless steel, making them corrosion resistant while also looking great!

If you're looking for a high-quality draft tubing to take your system into the 21st century, EVABarrier is the clear choice. This double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss and microbial growth. Plus, it's BPA and PVC free! EVA tubing is the future of draft line for professional applications, and now you can rig up your home system with the same first-class tubing. The 6.3 mm (1/4") ID size is recommended to be used as gas line or long draw beverage lines. If you intend to use it as beverage line, we recommend using 20-25 ft. per line for adequate flow resistance. Outer Barrier The outer barrier is made from EVA material and provides a decent stiffness to the tubing while still remaining pliable. This not only makes EVABarrier extremely kink resistant, it also makes it the best tubing to be used with Duotight, John Guest, and other push-in fittings. Inner Barrier The inner barrier is made from a proprietary polymer that acts as an excellent gas barrier. You can rest assured that your beer will be better protected from oxygen exposure, as well as CO2 loss. Your beer will stay fresher for longer and not loose carbonation like with other draft line. With other beverage line, you may notice that beer sitting in the line for an extended period will start to taste flat and/or oxidized. EVA Barrier tubing is unquestionably better in this regard and you will notice a significantly improved freshness of your beer, especially if it's been sitting in the lines for a while. Due to the high density and smooth nature of the EVABarrier inner wall, the internal surface of the tubing is remarkably smooth and almost completely impermeable. This makes it difficult for bacteria and other microbes to attach to the inside surface of the tubing. Just another way EVABarrier is looking out for you and your beer! Direct Connect to Ball Lock Kegs This tubing works seamlessly with Duotight Gas In and Bev Out Ball Lock QDs which allow you to connect your draft lines directly to your ball lock homebrew keg. Be sure to select the correct size QD fittings that correspond to your tubing's outer diameter (OD). Specifications: Inner Diameter - 6.3 mm (1/4") Outer Diameter - 9.5 mm (3/8") PVC, BPA , and Plasticizer Free* Stiff outer wall is kink resistant and easy to use with Duotight fittings Smooth inner wall prevents oxidation, CO2 loss and microbial growth build-up *EVABarrier does not contain plasticizers, or phthalates, that are used to make PVC flexible. These plasticizers are known to leach out into the beer over time and have adverse health effects. Kegland Part number: KL06248
A best seller for a reason! Tons of features at an incredible cost
Crystal Clear super smooth PET makes fermenting and cleaning super easy
3" Butterfly valve at bottom makes removing yeast/trub easy with the 600mL collection jar.
Pressurizable for fermentation and closed transfer to your keg
Includes BlowTie spunding valve kit, red & yellow carbonation caps, and floating dip tube as standard
The FermZilla is the perfect option for brewers that want all the advantages of a conical fermenter without the price tag of a full-blown stainless-steel unit. It allows you to dump trub, harvest yeast, and with the addition of CO2 cylinder and regulator, you can carbonate and serve – all in one vessel! The clear PET tank allows you to visually monitor fermentation activity and is pressure rated to 2.4 Bar (34.8 psi), which means you can ferment under pressure, reducing ester and fusel alcohols in your finished beer. This also gives the ability to perform pressure transfers. If you prefer to move your finished beer to a keg or other vessel, you can do so with little to no oxygen exposure.
The FermZilla Tri-Conical Easy-Grip model comes packed with accessories so you can take full advantage of this pressurizable fermenter on day one. The new stock standard includes Easy-Grip threaded lid ring, BlowTie spunding valve with integrated pressure gauge, ball lock carbonation caps for the lid, floating dip tube kit with weighted filter, volume marker graduation sticker, and adhesive thermometer.

Temperature Rating:
When not under pressure, do not expose to liquids above 131°F
When under pressure, do not expose to any temperatures above 95°F*
*Please note that the temperature rating for the FermZilla tank is lower when using it under pressure. When not under pressure, it is perfectly safe to transfer wort into the tank below 131°F or to use hot liquids below this temp for cleaning. When under pressure, make sure to keep your fermentation temperature below 95°F and keep the fermenter in an environment that is below 95°F ambient. This is especially important when fermenting with kveik yeast. These strains are known to ferment hot if no temperature control is being used. Exceeding the temperature rating may compromise the tank, leading to a shorter life span or sudden failure to maintain pressure. Even with proper use, we recommend replacing the tank every two years.
Please note: when using the FermZilla under pressure, you must perform a water pressure check to ensure your connections are leak proof. To do this, fill your FermZilla up with water, apply at least 15 psi pressure, and check for leaks around all caps and threads.
Pressure Stress
If you use the FermZilla to ferment under pressure, or you use CO2 to pressure transfer or force carbonate your finished beer, it is very important that you conduct semi-annual inspections of your tank. Even with perfect care, the FermZilla tank may show signs of wear from pressure stress over time. We recommend visually inspecting your tank for stress creases or other signs of wear once or twice a year. A hydro test should be conducted every two years, even if no signs of wear are found. The process is simple:
Fill the tank to the brim with water
Replace the Red PRV with a Green PRV rated to 4.5 BAR or higher
Pressurize the tank to 4 BAR (58 psi)
Check for leaks, then replace the Red PRV when finished
If leaks or potential points of failure are found, replace the tank before you continue using pressure with your FermZilla.
General Care
Taking good care of your FermZilla begins with cleaning and sanitizing the unit before and after use. The tank is made from food-grade PET, which is beautifully clear, but can be sensitive to long soaks in cleaners and acid-based sanitizers. In general, we do not recommend leaving products like PBW or StarSan soaking in the tank for more than an hour. Extended soaks have the potential to degrade the PET material and shorten the lifespan of the tank.
KegLand Part number: KL47296
NOTE: FermZilla tanks are marked with a manufacturer’s “expiry date”. This does not indicate that the tank is bad after this date; it simply indicates that a hydro test may be in order. 2 years after production and every 2 years after first use, it is recommended that the tank be hydro tested to ensure the tank is holding pressure. You will also need the D1072 Green PRV to perform the test. If you do not plan to pressurize the fermenter, the test is not necessary.
FermZilla Tri-Conical 27L & 55L | User Guide
The pressurizable Flex Chamber attaches directly to the X-Series Uni's butterfly dump valve and can be used for removing trub, harvesting yeast, and many other tasks. Designed for the BrewBuilt X-Series Uni Conical, but compatible with any 2" T.C. dump valve. Since the chamber is made from clear Tritan, it works perfectly as a sight glass for monitoring fermentation activity. Ball lock adapters can be attached to the threaded ports on either side, allowing you to connect oxygenation or carbonation stones, or flush the Flex Chamber with CO2 and use it to inject hops or other ingredients into your conical.
The Flex Chamber is also fully compatible with the Gen 3 FermZilla Tri-Conical fermenters. Not compatible with Gen 3.2.
2" T.C. connection
2" tri-clamp, gasket and end cap included
28 mm PCO 1881 threaded side ports
Chamber made from Tritan
Please note: never remove the Flex Chamber while your conical is under pressure. Always release pressure before removing the Flex Chamber.
Reduce heating time during your mash with the Gen 4 BrewZilla
Redistribute recirculating wort for longer heating element exposure
Improve heat distribution throughout the mash
Speed up heating times with the Heat Exchanger Dish (HED) for Gen 4 BrewZillas. This optional upgrade accessory redirects the flow of wort so that it spends more time exposed to the heating elements before reaching the center drain at the bottom of the kettle and being recirculated. Due to the concave bottom and central draining hole on the Gen 4 BrewZilla, recirculating wort will pass through the malt pipe and then down through the boiler false bottom following the path of least resistance. This can cause wort to make a B-line for the drainage hole and reduce the wort's exposure to the unit's heating elements. With the HED installed, wort will be directed to the edge of the BrewZilla base and pass over the elements for a longer period and reduce the time needed to heat to your set temperature.
For use with the Gen 4 35L BrewZilla. It is not compatible with any previous generations of BrewZillas or DigiBoils.
The HED has been pressed into a slight concave shape to match the curvature of the boiler false bottom. Includes a longer eye bolt assembly than the one included with the false bottom.
NOTE: The order of bolt to washer to nuts goes as follows. Eye bolt, washer, false bottom, washer, nut, HED, then wing nut. This is so that the eye bolt does not come completely removed when and if you clean underneath the Heat Exchanger Dish.

Phil created this recipe in an effort to stop his long, slow spiral into fruity, phenolic, sour beers that began to populate his fermenters and kegs back in 1998. Honestly, Phil seriously contemplated throwing gummy bears into his brew and realized it was time to step back, look around, sober up, and grab a classic West Coast pale ale.
This beer is dominated by the wonderful Amarillo® hop that is known for having a citrus/orange flavor. The Left Coast Pale has been brewed many times over as a house favorite during the Fermentation Frenzy shop era (Los Altos, CA circa 1997-2007). Try it, you'll like it. And, unfortunately, so will your friends.
Phil recommends for an even more pronounced hop nose and flavor you add an additional 1oz of Amarillo® hops to the fermenter as a dry hop addition (not included with kit).

This BrewMaster Series kit was scaled down to a homebrew batch size in collaboration with the brewmasters at Social Kitchen & Brewery Decidedly dry yet sneaky drinkable and thirst-quenching with notes of tart citrus and tropical fruit Includes El Dorado and Mosaic® hops Estimated ABV: 6.9% Estimated IBUs: 24 Makes 5 gallons of finished beer If you're blue, and you don't know where to go to, why don't you go where dry beer sits? Puttin' on the Spritz! There's a new style on the scene that has everyone tapping their toes, and we're excited to bring you a beer from the man that started the tune. In our latest addition to the BrewMaster Series lineup we have one of the original Brut IPA's - Puttin' on the Spritz! This hybrid IPA is the brainchild of Kim Sturdavant of Social Kitchen & Brewery in San Francisco, California. We first met Kim on our journey to brew with and understand the amyglucosidase enzyme (the signature ingredient responsible for a Brut's dry character). Kim, being the stand-up fella that he is, was kind enough to not only share his knowledge of the AMG enzyme, but also the very recipe that shook up the brew scene and inspired countless iterations of the style. Despite its dry character, Puttin' on the Spritz is sneaky drinkable with a thirst-quenching profile. El Dorado and Mosaic® hops impart tart citrus and tropical fruit notes, while a grain bill primarily featuring pilsner malt and flaked corn makes for an ultra-clean finish with almost no caramel or overt malty flavors. Crisp, dry, clean, crushable. Curious about Brut IPA's? Check out There and Back Again, A Brut IPA Tale! In this article, our own Vito Delucchi takes us along on his quest to unlock the mysteries of the amyloglucosidase enzyme and discover the best methods for brewing Brut IPA's. Also be sure to check out Kim's Brut IPA website where he discusses the philosophies, techniques, and history of this emerging style.
