FAQ:
Can filled containers be carried by the handles?
Depending on the weight—barrels up to 30L are no problem—60L is the limit and should not be carried when completely full. The handles have a weight capacity of 30kg (66 lbs).
Is there an upper limit on the alcohol content of the stored liquid?
In principle, there is not. However, it should be noted that the higher the alcohol content, the faster the seals and, to a lesser extent, the tank itself will wear out.
Up to what temperature can the containers be used?
For short periods of time the containers can withstand temperatures of up to 80°C (176°F). This temperature should not be exceeded. For longer periods of time the containers can be used at temperatures up to 60°C (140°F).

For all-in-one brewers and BIAB brewers, lifting the grains from your vessel can be daunting task. Give your back a rest and use the Lift-N-Lock pulley system to effortlessly lift up your grain bag or malt pipe and while your sweet wort drains into the kettle. This heavy-duty pulley is made from strong nylon strapping, laser cut 304 grade stainless steel and is capable of lifting large heavy loads with ease. It's the perfect pulley for lifting the heavy malt pipe from your BrewZilla or other all-in-one system, especially when brewing high gravity beers with a massive grain bill. It's a bit more expensive than other pulley systems, but there's no comparison when it comes to easily lifting or lowering the malt pipe. The included strap is 10m long by 25mm wide (32.8 ft. x 1 in.).
The pulley system enables you to multiply your pulling force by 4 times. If you apply 60 lbs of pulling force, the pulley can lift 240 lbs with relative ease. Be sure that the beam you mount the pulley to is rated for the total amount of force being applied i.e. pulling force plus load weight, so for this example 300+ lbs.

For you, The Discerning Kegger, these Perlick beer faucets are a thing of beauty. When you draw off a pint, they look good, operate smoothly, and don’t gum up. They are a breeze to take apart for sanitizing. These design benefits will have you sold on the lifetime value of these taps.
#1 Design Benefit - Forward Sealing
The #1 feature of the Perlick faucet is its forward sealing design. Why is that so important? In an ordinary, rear-sealing faucet, the entire faucet must drain out of beer. There is actually a pin hole in the back of an ordinary faucet that allows beer to drain out. Because beer drains from the entire faucet the faucet remains sticky and is prone to contamination from the left over residue. The Perlick faucet, with its forward sealing design, only has beer drain from the short 1" nozzle section. This allows it to always operate smoothly (even when it was not cleaned between uses) and greatly reduces contamination.
#2 Design Benefit - Stainless Steel
Standard old school faucets are made of brass that is plated in chrome. The chrome plating wears off and the Brass can pit. This can result in flavor contamination when your beer runs over exposed brass and pits which usually harbor bacteria.
In the late 90's, when the first stainless faucet was released, it cost close to $100. Wow. Now you can choose to get a traditional style faucet made out of stainless, but why would you bother when you can get this unique forward sealing design and stainless construction all in the same Perlick faucet?
Sure it costs a little more but you will never regret making the upgrade now.
Use in conjunction with an Enolmatic or Enolmaster filler to filter wine inline as you are bottling. Saves time by eliminating a separate step and allows you to filter without using a pump or exposing your wine to oxygen. This filter unit is placed inline between the product and the filler itself.
Filters are available in 5, 1 and .5 micron ratings. The filter cartridges used with this housing can be cleaned and re-sanitized for future useage. Wash by running PBW (CL25) followed by a hot then a cold rinse. Re-sanitize immediately after washing and then again just prior to the next use with SaniClean (CL27).

Easily identify gas and beverage lines with color-coded options—LightShield Black for beverages, Transparent Red for gas EVABarrier's double-walled design with a proprietary inner polymer significantly reduces oxidation and CO2 loss, keeping your beer fresher for longer The ultra-smooth, nearly impermeable inner surface of the tubing prevents bacteria and microbes from adhering, ensuring cleaner beer lines The stiff yet pliable EVA outer barrier makes the tubing kink-resistant and ideal for use with push-in fittings like Duotight and John Guest Red is recommended for differentiating your gas lines, but the 5mm ID is the perfect size if longer 10-12 ft. beverage lines are needed Easily identify your gas and beverage lines with color-coded draft tubing. Transparent Red EVABarrier is recommended for gas lines while using LightShield Black for your bev lines, saving you a headache when your draft lines inevitably get tangled up in your draft system. The semi-transparent red outer barrier makes the tubing easy to recognize even with minimal light. If you're looking for a high-quality draft tubing to take your system into the 21st century, EVABarrier is the clear choice. This double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss and microbial growth. Plus, it's BPA and PVC free! EVA tubing is the future of draft line for professional applications, and now you can rig up your home system with the same first-class tubing. If you wish to use the tubing for beverage rather than gas, we recommend using 10-12 ft. per line for adequate flow resistance. Outer Barrier The outer barrier is made from EVA material and provides a decent stiffness to the tubing while still remaining pliable. This not only makes EVABarrier extremely kink resistant, it also makes it the best tubing to be used with Duotight, John Guest, and other push-in fittings. Inner Barrier The inner barrier is made from a proprietary polymer that acts as an excellent gas barrier. You can rest assured that your beer will be better protected from oxygen exposure, as well as CO2 loss. Your beer will stay fresher for longer and not loose carbonation like with other draft line. With other beverage line, you may notice that beer sitting in the line for an extended period will start to taste flat and/or oxidized. EVA Barrier tubing is unquestionably better in this regard and you will notice a significantly improved freshness of your beer, especially if it's been sitting in the lines for a while. Due to the high density and smooth nature of the EVABarrier inner wall, the internal surface of the tubing is remarkably smooth and almost completely impermeable. This makes it difficult for bacteria and other microbes to attach to the inside surface of the tubing. Just another way EVABarrier is looking out for you and your beer! Direct Connect to Ball Lock Kegs This tubing works seamlessly with Duotight Gas In and Bev Out Ball Lock QDs which allow you to connect your draft lines directly to your ball lock homebrew keg. Be sure to select the correct size QD fittings that correspond to your tubing's outer diameter (OD). Specifications: Inner Diameter - 5 mm (13/64") Outer Diameter - 8 mm (5/16") PVC, BPA , and Plasticizer Free* Stiff outer wall is kink resistant and easy to use with Duotight fittings Smooth inner wall prevents oxidation, CO2 loss and microbial growth build-up *EVABarrier does not contain plasticizers, or phthalates, that are used to make PVC flexible. These plasticizers are known to leach out into the beer over time and have adverse health effects. KegLand Part Number: KL42741

The Quantum Series represents the greatest progression in advanced hop products since the introduction of CO2 extraction in the late 1960's. Never before have hops had the opportunity to show their best characteristics as they do now.
Kit Includes 5 ml bottles of:
Chinook
Simcoe
Mosaic
Citra
Azacca

Optimized Hop Extracts
Compared to other hop-extracts, the Quantum Series tastes better, performs better, and is easier to use. It works with everything from Pils to Porters with no special handling required. Easily flowable at cool, ambient, and warm temperatures. Gone are the days of warming up your extract or scrubbing the sticky gunk out of your equipment.
Compared to hops and pellets, the Quantum Series offers a 100% utilization rate and can be used at any stage of the brewing process. It cuts down on shipping and storage costs by an order of magnitude, not to mention the labor savings from not having to lug boxes around.
Quantum Tastes Better
The Quantum Series is an evolutionary leap forward in aroma and brewing technology. When you get down to it, nobody wants to use an extract product that makes their beer taste worse off. Extracts have taken a bad rap because they can often add more problems than they solve and, frankly, they don’t always taste the greatest. Abstrax gets it. That’s why, above all else, flavor and aroma come first with Quantum.

Compared to the traditional steam heating brewhouse, the creative new-tech thermal oil heating avoids the installation of a dangerous and high-maintenance steam boiler. Steam offers more surface area than gas fired, but it requires a generator to create steam, collect it, and reheat it again. Oil heated brewhouses, on the other hand, use a simple oil heater and pump to circulate oil through the tank jackets. Compared to gas fired systems where all heat is directed to the very bottom of the kettle, this system heats from the sides and the bottom rather than the bottom alone. This offers not only greater surface area but faster thermal response. By controlling the oil temperature, you also have more precise boil vigor control and evaporation rate control. For these reasons and more, the Oil Heated Brewhouse makes for an ideal pilot batch system.

Our control panel features 4 PID controllers for precise control of the HLT, Mash, Boil Kettle and Oil temperature. The control panel also features a delayed start timer, allowing you to preheat your HLT overnight so your strike water will be ready when you arrive on brew day.
Hard Piped Distribution Manifold
With the distribution manifold, the entire brewing process can be completed by simply opening and closing valves. There’s no need to lug around brewery hoses and swap connections from vessel to vessel. This hard piped system is completely self contained with dedicated pumps to move wort and hot liquor from tank to tank as needed. Every step of the brew day is a simple valve turn away. The only hose required is from the brewing system to your fermenter. Once the brew is completed this same piping system is used for CIP and rinsing.
Installation
The systems are delivered on a skid. Simply, move the skid into place, hook up power and water and a drain and you are ready to clean and brew.
Our systems also feature rolling casters for easy installation in your brewery, product pump for recirculation and sparging, hard piped manifold, grain out door on the mash tun, and mounted plate chiller.
Optional Upgrade: MB Autopilot Control System
Take your brew day to the next level by upgrading your MB Oil Heated Brewhouse with the new MB Autopilot control system. Featuring a full touchscreen interface, Autopilot transforms our proven oil-heated system into a fully automated brewing powerhouse. Easily program every step of your process—including your mash, sparge, boil, and knockout—and save your favorite recipes to recall them instantly for unparalleled batch-to-batch consistency. With Autopilot handling the heavy lifting, precise timing, and temperature control, you can keep your hands off the panel and your eyes on the beer.

The original all-in-one brewery still made in Germany! 5" touchscreen is easy to use and guides you through the brewing process Built-in cooling jacket eliminates the need for awkward wort chillers 2R interior stainless finish with electropolished heating coil The "Mercedes®" of brewing systems. When you want the best, this is it. The Braumeister: A patented, electric, self-contained all-grain brewing system producing 145 gallons of wort per brew. The beauty of the Speidel Braumeister is in simplicity and relatively small footprint. This product is not part of our free shipping policy, however we only charge actual freight from our California Warehouse to your location. Touchscreen Control Panel The new automatic control system brews with your own individual recipes and guides you through the brewing process. Recipes and software updates can be synced automatically with the integrated WiFi. The time and temperature are precisely maintained through all brewing phases. The new touchscreen makes it even easier to operate the Braumeister. In addition, the large Braumeisters have integrated a new pressure sensor-controlled pump control. The pressure sensor in the pressure line which is connected with the malt pipe allows you to regulate the pump speed via the pressure. The new timer function saves time because, for example, the brewing water can be heated up early in the morning. Automatic Brewing Running your brew day is simple and repeatable with the new 5" touchscreen control panel, featuring integrated WiFi control and automatic software updates. Program your recipes into the controller and it will run through all the brewing phases with precise time and temperature control. One Vessel With the Braumeister you Mash, Boil and Cool all in the same vessel. All actions are controlled by the included electronic control system. Your brewing process is started in the Braumeister the same as with any other system, by mixing cracked grain with hot water. From there traditional step mashes at multiple temperatures are easy to maintain when you set your program on the controller. Traditional Sparging Optional Because of the constant movement of wort, the high ratio of liquid in the mash and the unique grain bed filters, the efficiency of removing sugar from the mash is good. This eliminates the need for a traditional sparge. However when you shift from Mashing to the boil by lifting the grain bed out of the tank you can rinse the grain with hot water, performing a more traditional sparge if desired. Boil and Cool After the grain basket is removed with the included winch you will begin a traditional boil for 60 to 90 minutes. After the boil is over you connect to your glycol system (see our Kreyer Chilly45, GLY410) and use the built in dimpled cooling jacket to cool the wort down. Simple. This steam condensers fits 2" ports (B50, B100, B180 steam hats) and uses cold water to cool the steam until it becomes a liquid that runs out of the condenser to a bucket or directly to the drain. The unit is an excellent alternative to a ventilation system.
The unit ships with a nozzle that supplies 0.29 gallons of water per minute at 4 bar (58 psi) pressure. We also offer other nozzles that offers higher or lower flow depending on the water pressure where the system is used and other factors (sold separately).
You also need:
TC 2" Clamp and gasket
Water inlet adapter (TC34mm to hose or garden connector etc)
Outlet tube (16x25mm)
A TC34mm elbow is recommended for the water inlet
Please take not that you need much less power to keep the boil going with this device, and the risk of the wort boiling over is high when too much power is used, so make sure to take the necessary precautions. To sustain the vacuum, the drain tube from the condenser must not have any counterpressure. We recommend draining to a bucket where the tube is not submerged in the water, or suspend the tube directly over a floor drain.
