Natural Fruit Flavors
The Skyfarm series represents the freshest, most perfect version of fruit flavor and aroma. It has none of that “cooked” off-flavor that can sometimes tank a beer. There’s also none of that grandma’s perfume, potpourri, or floral junk either.
Skyfarm is high-amplitude, recognizable flavor - and that’s important because when you put Strawberry on your bottle label or tap handle, people are going to expect to smell strawberries. It’s built with terpenes for the ultimate flavor consistency, ensuring the same flavor in every season.
Benefits
Skyfarm offers the same ease-of-use benefits as fruit purees without the downsides. No sugar is added to your batch so there's no risk of refermentation, there's no solid waste to remove when your beer is ready to be packaged, and there's a much lower risk of micro contamination compared to adding fruit products to your vessel when fermentation is complete. Since you can add Skyfarm at the coldest point in your process - after cold crashing, in the brite tank, or your keg - there is also no risk of aromatic compounds being driven out through your blowoff. Skyfarm also contributes no haze to your finished beer and doesn't leave a sticky residue behind, so you can forget about scrubbing fruit gunk from your tanks.
Dosage
Dosing rate greatly depends on your recipe and desired flavor intensity. We recommend starting with 2.5 mL for a 5-gallon batch and increasing to 5-15 mL for high-intensity flavor impact. Add after fermentation is complete, ideally at the coldest and latest point in your process, in your fermenter, keg, or bottling bucket.
Features:
100% efficient flavor/aroma transfer
No added mouthfeel. Won't impart sweetness or body
Contains no sugar. Zero risk of refermentation
Increases yield by avoiding product absorption

FAQ:
Can filled containers be carried by the handles?
Depending on the weight—barrels up to 30L are no problem—60L is the limit and should not be carried when completely full. The handles have a weight capacity of 30kg (66 lbs).
Is there an upper limit on the alcohol content of the stored liquid?
In principle, there is not. However, it should be noted that the higher the alcohol content, the faster the seals and, to a lesser extent, the tank itself will wear out.
Up to what temperature can the containers be used?
For short periods of time the containers can withstand temperatures of up to 80°C (176°F). This temperature should not be exceeded. For longer periods of time the containers can be used at temperatures up to 60°C (140°F).

Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.

Prevents Boil-Overs: One drop per gallon eliminates messy boil-overs, making your brewing process cleaner and safer, saving time on cleanup.
Increases Fermenter Capacity: Reduces Krausen foam during fermentation, allowing more beer volume and minimizing the risk of messy blowouts.
Improves Head Retention: Enhances head formation in finished beer by preserving foam-forming proteins that would otherwise be lost during fermentation.
Food-Grade and Easy to Use: Made from food-grade silicone, Foam Axe safely breaks up foam with just a few drops, settling out before bottling or kegging.
Stop boil overs in the kettle and limit foaming in your fermenter with CellarScience Foam Axe. This uniquely formulated anti-foaming agent reduces surface tension so bubbles are Axed before they can form. Foam Axe actually increases head formation in the finished beer by retaining foam forming proteins that would have normally blown off during fermentation. Use it in your boil kettle to prevent boil-overs for a cleaner, safer process. Then add Foam Axe to your fermenter to reduce Krausen, save beer, and increase the volume capacity of your fermenter.
In the Kettle:
Nobody likes a boil over as they are messy and take considerable time to clean up. Save time, beer, your burner or stove, (and possibly your relationship) by adding 1 drop per gallon of Foam Axe into your kettle and eliminate boil overs from your brew day!
In the Fermenter:
Foam Axe works like magic in the fermenter. Just 2 drops per gallon at the start of fermentation will keep your airlock and blowoff clean. We recommend adding before pitching yeast and rousing well while you aerate your wort. Many commercial breweries use Foam Axe to increase fermenter capacity and homebrewers can do the same.
Additional Notes:
Foam Axe is made from food-grade silicone and works by breaking up foam particles and dispersing surface tension. Foam Axe settles out of beer prior to bottling or kegging. Store cool and in an environment below 90°F. Do not freeze.
The recommended shelf life is 6 months from the date the package is opened.
4.3 °L - Viking Malt - Viking Smoked Wheat Malt is produced by using the oak from the unique, natural areas located in the north-east of Poland. These are called “Polish Green Lungs”. Smoke from oak gives the malt specific and delicate aroma. Due to relatively low processing temperatures, enzymatic activities and other good brewing properties are maintained.
In brewing, Smoked Wheat Malt can be used for beer called “grodziskie” and other special beers. Smoked Malt can be also used in bakeries as a spice.
In 2016 Viking Malt and Danish Malting Group joined forces to better serve their customers. Now the new Viking Malt is the leading malting company in Northern Europe and supply raw materials and services to the global brewing, distilling and food industries. Viking Malt has 6 malthouses in areas where our distinctive Nordic barley is sourced: in Halmstad, Sweden; Vordingborg, Denmark; Lahti, Finland; Panevezys, Lithuania and in Sierpc and Strzegom, Poland. White Labs Yeast has been producing high-quality brewer's yeast since 1995 and continues to raise the bar in the art of fermentation Don't need a full package? Put the lid back on and store in the refrigerator for your next batch! This genuinely classic ale strain originated from one of England's largest breweries. It has a rich, malty flavor with lots of good fruity esters. It is used as the yeast-strain-of-choice in many microbreweries, and is definitely one of our favorites. Use it in any beer in which you want a distinct malt flavor to come through. The high flocculation results in naturally clear beers. Our #2 best selling yeast. To ferment this yeast properly pitch at 65-66°F and let it rise to 66-68°F. PurePitch® Next Generation—now with more yeast, get a foolproof fermentation without a starter! Just twist the cap & pitch! Why PurePitch Next Gen versus other options? Typically yeast manufacturers use a range for how many yeast cells are going into each package. This can vary widely, especially from strain to strain. Next Gen offers a far more precise cell count across all strains allowing you to use the Whitelabs exclusive pitch calculator. Simply scan the barcode on the back of each package to be taken to their online calculator. Enter the volume, strength, and pitching temperature of the wort you are fermenting and the calculator tells you exactly how much yeast to pitch. You will be fermenting like a professional brewer, using the same concentration of yeast every time and enjoying more consistent results. Don't need a full package? Put the lid back on and store in the refrigerator for your next batch. Whitelabs has also increased the viability (the number of living cells in the package) over the shelf life of the yeast. Next Gen strains are grown in their unique, small-batch reactors to assure freshness and then packaged in a special film that allows for off-gassing, assuring that their viability is absolutely industry leading. Attenuation: 63-70% Flocculation: Very High Alcohol Tolerance: 5-10% ABV Optimum Fermentation Temp: 65-68°F Cell Count: 150 Billion For best results we always recommend ordering an ice pack with your liquid yeast. Please Note: When choosing an ice pack option beware that the liquid yeast will not arrive cold even when shipped together. Ice packs and insulated mailing options are designed to keep the yeast colder for longer during shipment, but they will not ensure that your yeast arrives cold. We will not replace liquid yeast that arrives warm. During warmer months we strongly recommend you choose dry yeast.

Wine Making
Use Delvozyme (Lysozyme, Lysovin) for controlling lactic acid bacteria growth in your wine. Isolated from egg whites, this enzyme will degrade the cell wall of gram positive bacteria, but will not affect yeast or gram negative bacteria such as Acetobacter. Delvozyme can be used for both Red and White Wine Malo Fermentation.
Dosage:
To Delay Malolactic Fermentation: Red Wine - add to grapes at 100 - 200 ppm, or 0.38 - 0.76 grams per gallon. White Wine - Add to must at 200 - 300 ppm, or 0.76 - 1.14 grams per gallon.
To Block Malolactic Fermentation: White Wine - Add to must or wine at 300 - 500 ppm, or 1.14 - 1.90 grams per gallon.
Stabilizing wine after MLF is complete: Add to barrel during storage at 250 - 500 ppm, or 0.95 - 1.90 grams per gallon.
When blending partial and complete MLF wines: Add immeditatley after blending at 300 - 500 ppm, or 1.14 - 1.90 grams per gallon, to reduce the risk of further malolactic fermentation (MLF). Within several days any lactic should expire.
For sluggish or stuck yeast fermentation: Red Wine - Add at 150 - 400 ppm, or 0.57 - 1.52 grams per gallon. White Wine - add at 300 - 500 ppm, or 1.14 - 1.90 grams per gallon.
Directions for use: You can make a 10% solution of Delvozyme in water (100 grams per liter of water). However we find the easiest method is to add the desired dry weight of Lysovin in 5x its weight of warm(tepid) water. Mix for one minute, allow this mixture to stand for 45 minutes and add to must, juice or wine while mixing well. Allow 24 - 48 hours for reaction to complete.
**Note: 3tsp Delvozyme = 5g
Beer Making
Delvozyme can be used in beer making as well. Use either in the starter (recommended if you make starters) or when pitching (adding) the yeast to the wort, do not use over 140 F. Recommended dosages is 1 tsp per 5 gallons of wort. According to studies it has no effect on flavor or clarity.
Storage: Should be stored at room temperatures in a dry environment, can be stored up to 5 years.
KÖLSCH produces a clean, neutral ester profile that allows the finished beer to better express noble hops & malt character A classic yeast strain for Kölsch & Altbier beer styles that finishes dry with low levels of diacetyl and faint notes of pear, citrus, apple and plum Designed to be sprinkled directly onto the surface of your wort with no pre-oxygenation before pitching required Ferment between 60-73°F CellarScience offers high-quality yeast that is easy to use, consistent, and available at a tremendous value A classic yeast strain for Kölsch & Altbier beer styles. This German top fermenting yeast strain produces a clean, neutral ester profile that allows the finished beer to better express noble hops & malt character. Finishes dry with low levels of diacetyl and faint notes of pear, citrus, apple and plum. Every batch is PCR tested to ensure quality. Dosage: Two sachets are enough to treat a 5–6 gallon batch. When calculating for larger batches, use at a rate of 2.25–3.25 grams per gallon of wort. We recommend rounding up by one full sachet rather than measuring out the yeast exactly. Direct Pitch or Rehydrate: KÖLSCH yeast is designed to be sprinkled directly onto the surface of your wort with no oxygenation required in the initial fermentation. Our aerobic growth process makes this possible by creating dry yeast with high viability and high sterol levels. KÖLSCH yeast is pre-loaded with essential nutrients to ensure a successful, complete fermentation. While not required, some brewers prefer to rehydrate yeast. To hydrate yeast, first, sanitize the yeast brick and scissors. Use 10 grams of sterilized tap water between 85-95°F (29-35°C) mixed with 0.25 grams of FermStart per gram of yeast. Sprinkle yeast on the water. Allow the slurry to stand undisturbed for 20 minutes, then swirl. Use small amounts of wort to adjust to within 10°F (6°C) of wort temperature before pitching. Ferment between 60-73°F (16-23°C). Optimum Fermentation Temp: 60-73°F Flocculation: Medium Alcohol Tolerance: 10-11% ABV Attenuation: 75-80% Similar Strains: WLP029, WY2565 Gluten-free CellarScience Yeast: For years liquid yeast has been sold as the higher quality option but times are changing. Yes, 20 years ago dry yeast was made by bread yeast producers and the quality was not as good as liquid yeast. CellarScience is helping to flip that script with a full lineup of high-quality dry yeasts. Cell count and viability is usually higher than commercial liquid yeast pitches, which vary from pouch to pouch and don't ship well. CellarScience yeast can be pitched directly in most batches of wort, offering significant time savings. Yeast that is quick and easy to use, high quality, and available at a reasonable cost adds up to a tremendous value. Quality yeast that doesn't "break the brink". CellarScience Nutrients: For high gravity ferments consider rehydrating yeast with CellarScience FermStart yeast hydration nutrient. For high gravity or low nutrient wort, feed your fermentation with CellarScience FermFed DAP Free complex yeast nutrient mix.

New and improved with the professional brewer in mind, the Tilt Pro is the bigger, badder version of the original Tilt Hydrometer. With three times the volume and weight as the original unit, the Tilt Pro's larger size allows for more than double the batter life. With preinstalled Energizer® AA lithium batteries, the Pro will stay powered for up to 5 years depending on usage. So much time you may forget your Tilt actually runs on a battery!
The extra size and weight come with an added bonus: improved specific gravity stability at high krausen, so you will see a steadier read-out on your iPhone, Android, or Raspberry Pi. In addition, Tilt Pro has boosted the range with a high-gain antenna that in testing increased range by 20% vs. the original Tilt. Now you can see your Tilt through thicker heads of foam and heavier stainless steel walls. To top it off they've included the extra decimal of precision available from the sensors and to the read-out so there are now decimal degrees Fahrenheit as well as higher resolution Celsius. Specific gravity now reads out to the 10,000th place (for example 1.0000). You can now see fermentation activity dropping less than a brewer's point per day. In all they've made several adjustments we believe the craft beer professional (and serious home brewer) is sure to appreciate.

This Duotight to Female Beer Thread (5/8" BSP) fitting can be used to connect beverage line to faucet shanks instead of a tailpiece, and it's also a convenient option for connecting gas and beverage line to the gas in and bev out on keg couplers. Compatible with EVABarrier 8 mm OD Tubing (D1717 & D1718). Duotight fittings are high-quality push-in fittings that seal tight and offer superior sealing capacity due to the double O-ring sealing design. High Performance Double O-Ring Design: The secret to Duotight’s superior sealing performance comes from the fact that they use not one, but two high-quality EPDM O-rings. The double O-ring means they have literally twice the sealing surface when compared with other push-in fittings. This makes them more reliable and significantly reduces the chance of leakage. The double O-ring system also means that tubing can be bent at a much tighter radius without causing leaking issues, which can be an issue with other fittings. This combination of factors makes Duotight the most reliable push-in fittings on the market. EPDM offers excellent chemical resistance for a longer life span. When compared with silicone and vinyl, EPDM has much better gas transmission rates, better wear resistance, and is BPA-free. No Clamps Necessary! We recommend cutting your tubing straight, not on an angle, to ensure the line forms a complete seal. To remove the fitting simply push in the collet and the hose can be removed. Features: Insert tubing and firmly push to connect Easily release tubing by pushing in the collet Suitable for both gas & beverage applications Made from food-grade acetal plastic Double O-rings made from highly chemical resistant EPDM Locking teeth made from stainless steel Pressure rated to 150 psi Temperature rated to 212°F (100°C)Please note: exposure to chlorine will degrade the acetal plastic and stainless steel these fittings are made from. Do not use in contact with bleach or other chlorinated cleaning chemicals. Faucet shank and keg coupler not included. Kegland Part number: KL06903
Our Single Hop Experiment series is the perfect way to learn the characteristics of individual hop varietals
Includes a small bittering addition of Magnum and three 2 oz additions of your chosen hop for late boil and at dry hopping
Estimated ABV: 5%
Estimated IBUs: 35
Makes 5 gallons of finished beer
We recently had a simple, yet exciting idea: What if we brewed the same recipe, used the same yeast, but changed one thing - the flavor, aroma, and dry hop additions using one hop varietal. That way we could take two beers that are close to identical and pick out the differences in just the hop flavors and aromas! And thus, the Single Hop Experiment was born. This recipe is based off of a simple Pale Ale: 2-Row, Crystal 15L, Magnum bittering hops, and then a single other hop for the rest of the additions. The malt in this recipe is basic and fairly neutral, the bittering clean and consistent, but the flavor and aroma from the late hop additions will vary; sometimes dramatically! Ever wanted to know what your favorite hop really is? Brew a few of these different Single Hop Experiment recipes to find out!

A classic West Coast IPA modeled after Sierra Nevada's Celebration. Balanced malt character, deep reddish color and plenty of hop bitterness

Makes 5 gallons of finished beer
There are certain beers that you can't help but associate with a specific time of year, and there might be no better example than Sierra Nevada's Celebration IPA. As the year begins to wind down and we enter the holiday season, our eyes instinctively start scanning the shelves for those striking red labels. Once you've enjoyed that first pint of Sierra's signature seasonal release, it's hard to resist leaning into the holiday spirit. Sierra brews this recipe every year with their most recent haul of fresh, hand-selected hops, making each release slightly unique to past iterations. Even though our clone kit doesn't contain fresh hops, we strived to make a recipe that celebrates the character of Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook hops with heaps of citrus, piney, and floral notes.
Our Holiday Hops kit is a classic West Coast IPA with a distinct, but balanced malt character, deep reddish color and plenty of hop bitterness to match the bite of winter weather. Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook hops are employed up and down the brew schedule, from the top of the 90-minute boil to the final dry hop addition days before packaging. We highly recommend using a Chico yeast strain for fermentation—it's a Sierra Nevada ale recipe after all!

These hops are far out, man! Named after Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, Frank Zappa, this neomexicanus breed was first found in the mountains of New Mexico and later developed by CLS Farms. As wild and free as the music Frank composed, Zappa™ hops are tough to nail down with any singular description. Tropical fruit, pine, and citrus first come to mind, but descriptors such as passionfruit, mint, fresh, purple, savory, impulsive, and fruity pebbles have also been used in an attempt to capture the essence of Zappa™. Use for aroma, whirlpool, and dry hopping additions. Highly recommended for fruit-forward styles like hazy or milkshake IPAs, as well as fruited sours, pale ales, and wild or mixed-fermentation beers.

Abstrax® Skyfarm Series represents the freshest, most perfect version of fruit flavor and aroma
Add high-amplitude, recognizable fruit flavor to your beer, cider, or seltzer without the hassle and potential downsides of using whole fruit or puree
Flavor/Aroma: Citrus, Tart, Fruity
Built with terpenes for consistent results every time. Absolutely no variance or guesswork that comes with fresh fruit products
Zero added sugar guarantees there's no risk of refermentation after you add it to your beverage
Clementine
Infuse your craft beverages with the latest invention: sunrise-in-a-bottle. Taste the shimmering rays of sweet citrus peeking over the horizon, and let the sunshine in with the breathtaking tartness of juicy Clementine.
TTB Approved
Powered by Terpenes
Repeatable

Provided to us, to provide to you, The Bruery (Orange County, CA) has added the newest recipe to the Brewmaster Series of ingredient kits!
Background: MoreBeer! has a small beer fridge in our Concord, CA location. We try to order different beers every week, to allow our customers something new to try while they're in the shop browsing or purchasing equipment and ingredients for their next brew. We recently received "Tart of Darkness" from The Bruery. Nobody here had tried it before, so we opened a bottle to split amongst numerous employees. Within a few sips, the two cases we received had been completely purchased by employees - sorry Concord customers! We instantly got in contact with The Bruery, and being from a homebrewing background, they agreed to work with us on the recipe!
Their Tart of Darkness sour stout is the perfect blend of roasty, sweet, tart, and smooth. From the second it hits your palate, to the satisfying "ahhhh" after taking a sip, this is a beer that will leave you wanting another every time! A great beer for those that already love sours, or for those just getting into sours!

WLP013 is well-suited for classic British beer styles such as pales and bitters, or dark malty beers like brown ales and porters Leaves beer dry while adding malt complexity and pushing hop bitterness Ideal for high gravity ales, American and English hoppy beers, as well as malty ambers, porters, and brown ales PurePitch® Next Generation offers a precise cell count across all strains so you can calculate the exact pitch rate you need for every batch Scan the barcode on the back of the package and enter your wort stats into the Pitch Rate Calculator
White Labs Yeast has been producing high-quality brewer's yeast since 1995 and continues to raise the bar in the art of fermentation Don't need a full package? Put the lid back on and store in the refrigerator for your next batch! WLP013 London Ale Yeast is malty, dry and provides a complex, oakey ester character to beer. Bitterness from the hops shines through as well, making WLP013 perfect for classic British pale ales, bitters, and stouts. Will not flocculate as much as WLP002 and WLP005. Attenuation: 67-75% Flocculation: Medium Alcohol Tolerance: 8-12% ABV Optimum Fermentation Temp: 66-71°F Cell Count: 150 Billion For best results we always recommend ordering an ice pack with your liquid yeast.
If you drink with your eyes, and prefer a crystal clear beer, then this really is the cheapest method to getting crystal clear beer with little to no effort. This beer filter is designed to be used with the KegLand 1 Micron Filter Cartridge. This filter works best when used as the middle man when transferring icy cold uncarbonated beer between two kegs. All you will need to do is purchase tubing, ball locks to connect to your kegs, and the filter cartrdige to use this system. The included Duotight fittings are compatible with 9.5 mm OD EVABarrier draft tubing. You can connect this tubing to flare style ball lock disconnects using these 9.5 mm Duotight Flare Adapters. Features: Clear high-pressure housing Purge valve to expel air pockets 1/2" BSP inlet and outlet Compatible with other 10" filter systems Note: This filter can also be used to filter out yeast in your distillation wash. Removing yeast before you put your wash into your boiler will significantly improve the quality of your final spirit. Many off flavors in distillation can come from boiling yeast cells. When the yeast cells get boiled, they break open releasing many off flavors aromas and fusel oils. KegLand Part Number: KL02042

This recipe displays the malt, alcohol and hoppiness of an IPA but with the bitterness of a Pale Ale

Makes 5 gallons of finished beer
The legendary Frank Ellis, Grandfather of our Signature Series Kits, brings you his over the top Pale Ale with an amazing 7 oz of hops and 9 lbs of malt extract. It has the malt, alcohol and hoppiness of an IPA but the bitterness of a Pale Ale. Frank started with our American Pale Ale II, KIT250 – but this wasn’t enough flavor for Frank. So he added one pound of malt extract, more finish hops, followed by... yet more finish hops! The resulting flavor is malty with plenty of hop flavor, courtesy of the copious amounts of Cascade and Willamette hops. One day while on the phone placing an order with us, Frank got tired of having to make these additions to our existing KIT250 so he asked why he couldn’t have his own kit to cut down on confusion. He was absolutely right! So the series was born! When you are drinking any of the Signature Series recipes, raise your glass and give a virtual cheers to fellow homebrewer Frank Ellis in Missouri for the good idea. Frank has brewed his own kit an amazing 62 times over the last decade! Frank recommends using White Labs California yeast, WLP001 or Wyeast American, WY1056.

German for "old ale", Altbiers are a German version of Brown Ale. A malty beer with a firm bitterness. This beer can be further enhanced by cold aging for a month or two.
