Filter your tap water and eliminate that no-win decision of "should I buy expensive bottled water or use the chlorinated water from the tap." This water filter kit features a 10" carbon block filter that removes all chlorine and organic flavor. Kit includes 10" housing, one carbon block filter, garden hose attachment, barbed fittings and 6' of 3/8" vinyl tubing. The carbon block should be replaced after filtering approximately 800 gallons of water or after 1 year of use, whichever comes first. Filter should be disassembled and stored dry when not in use.
NOTE: This product should not be used in hot water applications. Cold water only!
This product includes a carbon filter and is designed to filter water only (Carbon filters should not be used to filter beer or wine).
Take your beer on the go and leave the glass at home! These large 32 oz crowlers are a great replacement for heavy, fragile glass growlers. Fully compatible with the Cannular Pro Can Seamer when used with the Chuck Adapter for Ball 300 Ends. Aluminum cans offer 100% protection from UV and other wavelengths of light that are harmful to beer. There's still great debate surrounding whether cans or bottles are better at keeping beer fresh, but if done correctly, cans are theoretically the superior option. When a crown cap is crimped onto a bottle, the lining of the cap can form an imperfect seal on the bottle, allowing small amounts of oxygen in, as well as small amounts of CO2 out. Over time this can result in oxidation of the beer and lost carbonation. Seamed cans form a much better seal, which can prevent these issues Aside from better protection, aluminum cans are undoubtedly the safest option for sharing and enjoying your homebrew. Bring your canned creations tailgating, camping, boating, or crack a few open poolside without the worry of broken glass! To use these cans with the Cannular Pro Can Seamer you will also need the CAN112 chuck adapter. 32 oz / 946 mL aluminum crowlers Each case contains 149 cans and lids 300/307 x 710 Crowler One case is enough for roughly seven 5-gallon batches of beer Compatible with the Cannular Pro Can Seamer when used with Ball 300 Chuck Adapter (CAN112) Water-based polymer interior coating Please note that empty aluminum cans are very delicate, and up to 5% of the cans are likely to be dented or damaged in transit. If the cans were packed in a more protective (more expensive) cardboard box, the cost per can would be more expensive than simply having some dented/sacrificial cans arrive.

If you're hearing ghostly tales whispered around your local homebrew shop, there's no need to pile your brew crew into the hippy van—this one is no mystery. Phantasm Powder has been causing quite a stir on the craft beer scene, and the buzz is well deserved. Adding this powder to your wort and fermenting it with a thiolized yeast strain is one of the easiest ways to boost tropical flavor and aroma in your finished beer. Derived from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc Grapes, this powder will add a concentrated dose of thiol precursors. During fermentation, yeast will go to work on these aroma compounds and "free the thiol", boosting the tropical bouquet of your beer to supernatural levels. We're stoked to get this cutting-edge ingredient into the hands of homebrewers so we designed a series of Phantasm recipe kits that will set you up to take full advantage of brewing with Phantasm Powder.
Our Phantasm Hazy Double IPA includes 10 ounces of aroma hop additions from whirlpool to biotransformation to post fermentation, leaning on some choice New Zealand and American varietals and turns it up a notch with two additions of Cryo Hops® for an extra concentrated kick of hoppy goodness. Since this kit series is all about the thiols, we start with whole cone Mosaic in the mash to further increase the thiol precursors. Add the Phantasm Powder at flameout along with your whirlpool / hop stand additions. For maximum effect, we highly recommend choosing a thiolized yeast strain for fermentation which are specifically designed to boost thiol biotransformation.

The Tapcooler Counter Pressure Bottle Filler is an all-new, easy-to-use bottling device!
Allows you to perfectly bottle beer from a forward-sealing beer faucet without CO2 loss
Purge bottles and headspace with CO2 to keep oxygen out, prolonging the life of your beer
Perfect for bottling for competitions, sending bottles home with friends, or to take on the go!
Easy to setup and super easy clean.
For a Duotight-compatible filler, check out the NukaTap Counter Pressure Bottle Filler
The Tapcooler Counter Pressure Bottle Filler is the best way to quickly and easily fill bottles of homebrew directly from your draft system. No need to mess with alternate liquid lines or other complex contraptions. Just slide the Tapcooler into any forward sealing faucet (such as a Perlick, Intertap, or Nukatap) hook up a CO2 line, and you're ready to roll. Whether you're filling bottles for a competition or just grabbing a couple to share with your friends, the Tapcooler is quick and easy to use, and will help maintain the flavor, aroma, and carbonation level of your beer so it tastes the same out of the bottle as it would out of the tap.
A counter pressure bottle filler is the best tool for bottling, as the bottle is under pressure while the carbonated beer flows in, which results in a minimal loss of the CO2 in solution.
The Tapcooler improves upon the standard counter pressure filler, as it plugs directly into your draft faucet. Other counter pressure solutions require you to hook up a separate liquid line, which is not something standard draft systems have setup and requires additional time to prep. With the Tapcooler, you can have it setup and ready to go in less than a minute! The Tapcooler design is also advantageous because after you are done filling the bottle, it stays in place hooked up to your faucet while other fillers require you to set the unit aside and pick it back up again for the next bottle.
Connecting your CO2 line is also a snap. You can either hook up directly with a 3/16" push-fit line, or connect your line to the included barb fitting. You can also purchase the gas ball lock adapter (KEG881), which gives you the ability to attach a gas-in disconnect directly to the filler unit. We highly recommend picking up this optional accessory!
The Tapcooler is designed to fill beer and CO2 from the bottom of the bottle through the telescoping bottle connection tube. First CO2 flows down into the bottom of the bottle to flush from the bottom up. Next you open the tap and beer flows down the same tube, filling from the bottom up. The result is a more effective purging of oxygen and little to no foam during the filling process.
The telescoping bottle connection tube allows you to fill bottles as small as 4.5" tall and up to 12.5" tall. You can fill taller bottles with the Tapcooler, but the tube will not reach the bottom of the bottle, which can lead to some splashing. When filling wide mouth containers, a bottle stopper of suitable size and with a 9 mm hole can be used as an adapter.
The filler features a push button CO2 purge valve, which allows you to purge the bottle of oxygen before and after filling. It also includes an adjustable pressure relief valve, giving you the ability to change the filling speed. The pressure relief valve also acts as an overflow port for excess beer or foam to escape when filling.
One of the best features of the Tapcooler is that it's super easy to clean. Cleaning other bottle fillers can be a chore and take lots of time. The Tapcooler comes apart easily and allows you to clean all parts effectively and easily after each use.
All metal parts that come into contact with your beer are made from 304 stainless steel. The barb and ball lock CO2 adapters are made of aluminum.
Finally, the Tapcooler comes chock full of optional accessories that will adapt your filler perfectly to your setup. See the "You Might Also Need" section below for list of accessories!
Forward-Sealing Faucet Compatibility
Tapcooler fits Intertap, Nukatap, Ultratap, Vent-Matic, and Perlick 600 series faucets. These fillers can be converted to fit Perlick 500 series with the optional tap connector (KEG887). Cannot be used with ventilated beer taps, i.e. non-forward sealing beer taps.
Features:
Hooks up directly to any forward sealing faucet for quick and easy use.
Quick setup and easy maintenance.
Perfect for bottling for competitions, sending bottles home with friends, or just to have some bottles on the go!
A range of accessories are offered for more range and easier use!
Purge bottles with CO2 before and after filling for longer lasting beer!
Pressure relief valve allows for control over filling speed and allows excess foam to escape for the perfect pour every time!
Made from 304 stainless steel

The Intertap faucet is a forward sealing faucet with a modular, threaded spout which can fit a variety of different attachments including a growler filler or a stout spout.
In normal rear-sealing faucets the entire faucet has to drain of beer. In forward-sealing faucets the faucet keeps beer in it so the inside doesn't have a chance to get sticky, making cleaning much easier. It also reduces the chance of off flavors transferring to your beer while you pour.
Other forward sealing faucets use a floating o-ring, which is just as sanitary but requires the o-ring to move inside the faucet body in order to seal correctly. This can become a problem as the faucet ages. Intertap faucets use a sliding shuttle that guides the o-ring into the perfect position every time.
The threaded spout easily unscrews from the faucet and can be replaced by a growler filler or stout spout quickly and easily. Pour a pint and then fill a growler in no time at all.
Made of chrome plated brass.

Automatically release pressure inside your fermenter during pressure fermentations Regulate beer flow during pressurized transfers from fermenter to keg Built-in pressure gauge for easy reference when adjusting the spunding valve Pressure gauge is interchangeable—swap to different pressure ranges that better suit your application Diaphragm spunding valves offer higher accuracy compared to spring & poppet spunding valves Comes complete with Duotight ball lock QD and rigid joiner With this complete kit you'll be ready to use the BlowTie 2 Spunding Valve right out of the box. The BlowTie is used to release excess pressure on a pressurized fermenter or from a receiving keg during pressure transfers. This diaphragm spunding valve is much more accurate than the spring and poppet style, and works much better at lower pressures. This version of the Spunding Valve Kit includes the Duotight Ball Lock QD which allows you to attach the BlowTie directly to the QD via the 8 mm rigid joiner. The BlowTie 2 can also be upgraded with a Digital Mini Pressure Gauge. Pressure Fermentation Pressure fermentation is becoming more and more popular at the homebrew level, but in order to do it safely and accurately, you need a way to release excess pressure. You'll pressurize your vessel to your desired psi, but once fermentation begins and those hungry, active yeast start creating CO2, the pressure inside the vessel will increase. Attach a spunding valve and set it to your desired pressure, and it will blow off when the pressure gets to high and close up again when it's back to your desired psi. Pressure Transfers Even if you don't have a pressurizable fermenter, you may have done pressure transfers from keg to keg during filtering or after fining. During pressure transfers, it's a good idea to have a bit of head pressure in the receiving keg, especially if you're transferring beer that is already carbonated. Having a spunding valve in place will allow you to consistently control the head pressure and give you more consistent results, without losing carbonation in the process. Diaphragm vs. Poppet With the poppet style spunding valve, a spring pushes against a poppet to keep the valve closed. When the poppet lifts up to open, the surface area the gas pushes against becomes larger, and the spring has to work harder to push the poppet down and reseal the valve. This can lead to more gas being released than intended, and the remaining pressure in your vessel may be at a lower psi than your spunding valve’s set psi. Instead of a poppet, the spring inside the BlowTie pushes against a diaphragm, which has an immensely larger surface area. This means the surface area that the gas pushes against while the diaphragm is closed is significantly closer to the surface area it pushes against when the diaphragm is open. This leads to higher accuracy, and the remaining pressure after excess gas is released will be much closer to your set blow off pressure. Kit Includes: BlowTie 2 w/ Integrated Pressure Gauge (0-15 psi) 8 mm Duotight Gray Ball Lock Disconnect 8 mm OD Rigid Plastic Joiner

The kiwis keep it coming with yet another hop varietal that's bursting with character. Riwaka™ varietal 85-6-23 was originally bred by New Zealand Hops by crossing Saaz with specially developed breeding selections. The result was a highly aromatic hop with almost double the oil content of its parent Saaz. Realesed in 1997, this was once an exceedingly difficult hop to get your hands on outside of New Zealand, as it was quickly bought up by the native brewers. With an almost 1:1 alpha to beta acids ratio, this rockstar aroma hop gives off strong notes of citrusy grapefruit and kumquat. Perfect for new world pale ales, IPAs, hoppy lagers, and any beer you want a bold fruity hop character to shine.

Oxygenate your wort like the pros with the OxyWand Oxygenation kit! Insert the oxygenation wand into your fermenter and pump in thousands of microscopic oxygen bubbles for 1-2 minutes to improve the health of your yeast. Healthy yeast produce amazing flavors and have the stamina to completely finish fermentation.
That is not the only reason yeast love the OxyWand™. Yeast hate to compete with bacteria and you hate to drink them. Sintered stainless stones are made of tightly compressed stainless steel powder to create a porous block through which oxygen can flow. This micro maze is also the perfect environment for bacteria to live in after the stone has been used once in wort. That is why we love to boil our stones prior to use. The stone on the OxyWand™ is connected via a 1/4" flare fitting and can easily be removed and cleaned after use and then boiled before your next brew day.
This OxyWand™ Oxygenation kit comes complete with adjustable brass oxygen regulator, Sanitary air filter, 4 ft of tubing, Instructions, and a 26" long 0.5 Micron OxyWand™.
The advantage of using compressed oxygen to oxygenate is speed - you can oxygenate your wort in 60 seconds as opposed to 30-120 minutes with aeration. This .5 micron stone can only be used with compressed oxygen because an aeration pump does not supply enough pressure. If you are looking for an Oxywand to use with aeration pumps please see the 2 micron version.

Enoferm Alpha will ferment at lower temperatures and at lower pH levels compared to older Viniflora strains of Oenococcus Oeni Alpha was selected as dominant strain that has the capcity to achieve reliable MLF and improve wine complexity This strain will help contribute to mouthfeel while lowering the perception of green and vegetative flavors Lallemand Oenology specializes in the development, production, and marketing of top-grade yeast and bacteria This was the first improved ML strain that we carried and still the most popular. When compared with the older Viniflora strains of Oenococcus Oeni, Enoferm Alpha (which is a different strain of Oenoccoccus Oeni) will ferment at lower temperatures and at lower pH levels. This means it is superior for both red and white wines and can be added later in the wine making process than the Viniflora strain, with the ideal time being right after the completion of primary fermentation. In addition to good performance in harsh conditions, Enoferm Alpha was preferred in blind tastings over the older Viniflora strain for its clean and fruity aromas, a decrease of vegetative and herbaceous notes and increased mouth-feel. Now we are selling multiple strains of improved ML bacteria including Beta, VP41, 31, and Baccus, giving you lots great bugs to choose from. Alpha was selected as dominant strain that has the capcity to achieve reliable MLF and improve wine complexity. Alpha will help contribute to mouthfeel while lowering the perception of green and vegetative flavors. Its low production of biogenic amines respects health concerns. SO2 tolerance: <50 ppm pH: >3.2 Temperature: >57°F You can't store malolactic bacteria once the package has been opened. Note: Malolactic bacteria added during the ferment will compete with the yeast for nutrients and are atagonistic to yeast, potentially causing higher VA levels. The best time to add an ML culture is after racking off the gross lees.
Use this insulating jacket to regulate the fermentation temperature in your 55L FermZilla Conical. The jacket alone will help keep your fermenter warm in the colder months, or you can add a FermWrap heater if the heat fermentation isn't enough to maintain temp. Conversely, you can freeze bottles of water and put them inside the jacket to keep the temperature from getting too hot. If you're feeling extra fancy, use frozen water bottles and a FermWrap plugged into a temperature controller. The frozen water bottles will provide constant cooling, and if the controller detects that the temperature has dropped too far, it will kick on the FermWrap to heat your fermenter back up to your target temp. The jacket has the added benefit of protecting your fermenting beer from harmful UV light. Features a single sided zipper and draw string bottom. Kegland Part number: KL11495
A lighter option to traditional Brown Malt, providing biscuity, nutty, and lightly toasted characteristics with less intense dry roast notes
Contributes a pleasing depth to Brown Ales, Milds, Porters, and Amber Lagers
Use at a rate of 5–15% of your grain bill
36–45 °L - Export Brown malt offers brewers a lighter alternative to traditional Brown Malt. Kilned to a color range of 36–45°L, it provides the sought-after biscuity, nutty, and lightly toasted characteristics of Brown Malt, but with a more subdued roast profile and a cleaner finish. In comparison to standard Brown Malt (150–191°L), Export Brown exhibits significantly less acrid bitterness and intense dry roast notes, increasing its versatility across a broader spectrum of beer styles.
Brewers can expect warm cereal notes, delicate coffee, and a kiss of dry cocoa. On the palate, it presents with less assertiveness than darker roasted malts. Export Brown contributes a pleasing depth to Brown Ales, Milds, Porters, and even Amber Lagers when incorporated at a rate of 5–15%, depending on the brewer's desired intensity. This malt proves particularly well-suited when toasty malt complexity is desired without overshadowing darker, more pronounced flavors.

ENGLISH is a rapid fermenting English ale strain that is loved for its clean flavor, neutral aroma and dry finish
Recommended for all types of ales from malt-forward Ambers and Porters to high-gravity IPAs and hoppy Pales
Designed to be sprinkled directly onto the surface of your wort with no pre-oxygenation before pitching required
Ferment between 61-70°F
CellarScience offers high-quality yeast that is easy to use, consistent, and available at a tremendous value
A rapid fermenting English ale strain that is loved for its clean flavor, neutral aroma and dry finish. This yeast settles quickly and forms a compact sediment. Like all CellarScience yeast, ENGLISH is eligible for direct pitch straight into your wort. CellarScience provides 15g of yeast per sachet, which is up to 36% more than any other brand of dry yeast. Every batch of yeast is PCR tested to ensure quality. ENGLISH has been selling to pro breweries for awhile but was just recently packaged down to sachets for homebrewers.
Dosage:
One sachet is enough to treat a 5–6 gallon batch. When calculating for larger batches, use at a rate of 2–3 grams per gallon of wort. We recommend rounding up by one full sachet rather than measuring out the yeast exactly.
For professional brewers, use at a rate of 60-100 grams per barrel, depending on wort temperature and gravity.
Direct Pitch or Rehydrate:
ENGLISH yeast is designed to be sprinkled directly onto the surface of your wort with no oxygenation required in the initial fermentation. Our aerobic growth process makes this possible by creating dry yeast with high viability and high sterol levels. ENGLISH yeast is pre-loaded with essential nutrients to ensure a successful, complete fermentation. While not required, some brewers prefer to rehydrate yeast. To hydrate yeast, first, sanitize the yeast brick and scissors. Use 10 grams of sterilized tap water between 85-95°F (29-35°C) mixed with 0.25 grams of FermStart per gram of yeast. Sprinkle yeast on the water. Allow the slurry to stand undisturbed for 20 minutes, then swirl. Use small amounts of wort to adjust to within 10°F (6°C) of wort temperature before pitching. Ferment between 61-70°F (16-21°C).
Optimum Fermentation Temp: 61-70°F
Flocculation: Very High
Alcohol Tolerance: 12% ABV
Attenuation: 75-83%

CellarScience Yeast:
For years liquid yeast has been sold as the higher quality option but times are changing. Yes, 20 years ago dry yeast was made by bread yeast producers and the quality was not as good as liquid yeast. CellarScience is helping to flip that script with a full lineup of high-quality dry yeasts. Cell count and viability is usually higher than commercial liquid yeast pitches, which vary from pouch to pouch and don't ship well. CellarScience yeast can be pitched directly in most batches of wort, offering significant time savings. Yeast that is quick and easy to use, high quality, and available at a reasonable cost adds up to a tremendous value. Quality yeast that doesn't "break the brink".
CellarScience Nutrients:
For high gravity ferments consider rehydrating yeast with CellarScience FermStart yeast hydration nutrient. For high gravity or low nutrient wort, feed your fermentation with CellarScience FermFed DAP Free complex yeast nutrient mix.

Efficient Haze Reduction: Clearzyme targets haze-causing proteins in beer, ensuring a clear brew without affecting flavor, aroma, or head retention.
Simplifies Brewing Process: Eliminates the need for cold crashing, saving time and energy by breaking down proteins at fermentation temperatures between 50-68°F.
Gluten Reduction: Reduces gluten levels in beers made with barley and wheat to below 20ppm, making it suitable for gluten-sensitive consumers.
Easy to Use: Just 1/4 tsp per 5 gallons added at the start of fermentation is all that's needed to achieve optimal results.
Easily make clear beer by adding Clearzyme to your fermenter at the same time you pitch your yeast. This enzymatic solution targets and breaks down haze-inducing proteins so they cannot later bind with tannins to create beer haze. Clearzyme by CellarScience specifically targets haze-active proteins, so it has no negative effect on flavor, aroma, or head retention. One of the huge benefits of Clearzyme is that it removes the need to cold crash, saving time and energy.
Use:
Add 1/4 tsp per 5 gallons at the start of fermentation. Works best at a temperature range between 50-68°F and pH of 4-6.
Additional Notes:
Clearzyme is a protease, or proteolytic, enzyme that partially or totally hydrolyzes peptide bonds in protein. The resulting protein fractions are then too small to bond with the polyphenols in hops. It also breaks down the gluten protein that causes allergic reactions. Beers made with barley and wheat that have had Clearzyme added typically show gluten levels below 20ppm. Store at temperatures under 70°F. Immediately recap bottle after each use.
The recommended shelf life is 12 months from the date the package is opened.

Summit hops are a newer American varietal with both bittering and aromatic characteristics. A super high alpha acid content and bright, citrus nose of tangerine and orange make Summit perfect for American Ales like IPAs, DIPAs, and Pale Ales. Although typically used for bittering, get the most out of this hop's aromatics by using Summit in the dry hopping process.

For best results we always recommend ordering an ice pack with your liquid yeast.
Please Note: When choosing an ice pack option beware that the liquid yeast will not arrive cold even when shipped together. Ice packs and insulated mailing options are designed to keep the yeast colder for longer during shipment, but they will not ensure that your yeast arrives cold. We will not replace liquid yeast that arrives warm. During warmer months we strongly recommend you choose dry yeast.

Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.
Oxygen-Free Dry Hopping: Designed to allow dry hopping without exposing the batch to oxygen when used in combination with the 2" Hop Bong, 2" Butterfly Valve and additional accessories. Customizable with Accessories: Features undrilled ports for optional accessories such as the Temp Twister Cooling Coil and Thermowell, enhancing functionality and convenience. Improved WiFi Reading: The plastic lid improves KegLand RAPT Pill WiFi reading, ensuring better connectivity. Durable and Pressure-Resistant: Includes 4" and 2" Tri-Clamp ferrules, suitable for use up to 21 psi, with recommended PRV options for safe operation at specified pressures. Compatible with all Kegmenter Fermentation Kegs with 4" Tri-Clamp ferrule. See the Kegmenter Hop Bong Pressure Pack for a complete kit option. Upgrade your Kegmenter Fermentation Keg with this 4" Tri-Clamp Lid from KegLand. Add yeast, hops or even take samples from a wine thief from the top and not have to remove the entire lid. This particular lid was designed to address the growing desire to dry hop without exposing the batch to oxygen from opening the lid. By using this lid in conjunction with the FermZilla 2" Butterfly Valve and Hop Bong Kit, you will be able to purge CO2 into the tube and expel all the oxygen inside it and dump freely into the vessel. The lid features closed ports that can be drilled out to install optional accessories like the Temp Twister Cooling Coil and a Thermowell. The plastic lid also allows for improved KegLand RAPT Pill WiFi reading compared to the Kegmenter fully encasing the Pill in stainless steel. Due to the large 4" Tri-Clamp diameter, it is difficult to get higher pressures without leaking, therefore we suggest using the lid up to 21 psi. If you do not already own any of the Hop Bong fittings listed below, the Kegmenter Hop Bong Pressure Pack is also available as a complete kit. Features: (2) PCO1881 Male Ports Recommended for use with Red (Gas In) & Yellow (Bev Out) Ball Lock Caps PRV Port This should only be used with a Red 35 psi PRV or the Yellow 17 psi PRV. 2" T.C. Ferrule 4" T.C.
