Brand new aluminum 20 lb CO2 tank made from high strength aluminum alloy and high quality CGA320 valves. Because it is made of aluminum rather than steel you can feel confident that it won’t rust. It’s called a 20 lb tank because it holds 20 lbs of compressed (liquified) CO2. 20 lbs of CO2 is enough to dispense about 40x 5-gallon kegs of homebrew.
Aluminum tanks are superior to steel because they do not rust. All tanks are shipped empty. To have tanks filled you will want to visit your local welding supply shop. Because you are purchasing a new tank you can choose to either have it filled or to exchange it for a filled tank at your local gas supplier. If you have this tank filled the local gas supplier is responsible for affixing the correct neck label that identifies the gas being put in the cylinder.

Even with perfectly balanced draft lines, first pour foam is sometimes unavoidable simply due to the temperature of the faucet itself. Running beer through the faucet will drop the temperature, and the foaming will subside, but not without a bit of wasted beer from pouring off excess head. The NukaTap Stealth Bomber beer faucet drops to beer serving temperature much faster thanks to its lower thermal mass. Simply put, the bulkier the faucet is, the more beer is needed to flow through and chill the tap. The NukaTap is over 20% lighter than its Intertap predecessor, and even lighter still compared to other brands of faucets. Improved Laminar Flow The inspiration for the NukaTap name comes from its uniquely designed "nuke-shaped" shuttle that resides on the inside of the faucet. The NukaShuttle went through numerous rounds of redesigns and countless hours of testing to find a shape that provides superior laminar flow. This means that liquid passes by the shuttle with very little resistance, allowing highly carbonated beers or hard seltzers to pour like a dream. Sanitary Design The NukaShuttle is the world’s first seamless single-piece design. Traditional taps feature an o-ring seated on a stainless steel shuttle, which can cause a couple of issues. After many pours, the stainless shuttle rubbing against the internal body of the faucet will create small fissures that become potential infection sites, and the seated o-ring can be difficult to clean in place, making your draft cleaning and sanitizing process less effective than you realize. The NukaShuttle is an advanced TPV rubber matrix that has been seamlessly formed over a durable PP skeleton. This single-piece design eliminates the pitfalls of older manufacturing methods, making it one of the most sanitary faucets on the market. Forward Sealing vs. Rear Sealing From tap rooms to home bars, forward-sealing faucets are the ideal choice for any draft setup. In traditional rear-sealing taps, beer will drain out of the entire faucet when it's in the closed position. This means the internal mechanism is coated in beer, which then dries and becomes a sticky residue. Forward-sealing faucets, on the other hand, keep the tap full of beer so it never has a chance to dry and gunk up the internal parts. This makes the faucet much easier to clean and also reduces the chance of off flavors transferring to your beer while you pour. Foam on Beer Detectors, or FOBs, are commonly used in commercial draft systems as a way to eliminate product waste and increase profits. When a keg completely empties and foam passes into the FOB it will shut off flow and in doing so keep the draft line completely full of beer until a new keg is tapped. This means you can hook a fresh keg and continue pouring without foaming issues, preventing you from wasting beer that is otherwise needed to refill the line and purge the system.
The FOB can also be used in homebrewing applications as a convenient way to purge kegs of oxygen. Check out video below where our friend Kee repurposes the FOB to move sanitizer from one keg to another and purge the keg of oxygen in the process.

To get the best pour possible you want to make sure your glass is free of dust, debris, and dish soap residue. The easiest way to do this is with a quick rinse of cold water right before pouring beer into the glass. This drip tray features a push-activated jet that can be hooked up to a pressurized keg or main water supply. To give your glass a quick spritz, simply press it down on the rinsing platform to activate the jet. The drip tray also has a pre-plumbed drain outlet to run to a nearby bucket or drain. For best results feed the jet clean, cold water at a pressure between 15 to 60 psi. If directly connecting to your main water supply, we recommend using an inline regulator to lower the water pressure as needed.

The KOMOS Cobra draft tower has a beautiful polished finish and features a built-in glycol loop for chilling. These towers are a gorgeous option for your tap room or home bar. The signature condensation on a glycol chilled draft tower will surely have your patrons thirsting for a pint! Of course, using the glycol loop is optional and isn't required to appreciate the striking design of the Cobra tower. The towers come with female beer thread sockets and do not include shanks or faucets. We recommend the stainless Cobra Tower Shank and stainless Intertap forward-sealing faucets. When installing the shanks you will also need a tailpiece gasket to create a good seal. For chilling the tower we highly recommend the KOMOS DraftMaster glycol chiller. It is slightly smaller than 1/2", but it will fit a 1/2" ID Hose if properly clamped. Use with CMBecker In-Line Flow Control Compensator Stainless steel nipple, only stainless steel touches your beverage Works with CMBecker International shanks. Includes CMBecker beer nut The size is 10mm which is between 1/2" and 3/8". When using with 3/8" hose you may need to slightly heat hose (using hot water) to stretch hose over barb (this is how we do it!)
