  • Duotight - 8mm (5/16) Check Valve Duotight - 8mm (5/16) Check Valve

Duotight Push-In Fitting - 8 mm (5/16 in.) Check Valve

    28 reviews

This Duotight check valve is a great idea for protecting your regulator or add it in line with your mains water pressure when using the KegLand Continuous Soda Carbonator Keg Lid. It has a low opening pressure of 1 psi. This check valve is suitable for clean liquids such as water or for gas. Since it cannot be disassembled for cleaning, we do not recommend it for beverage applications. The internal components are made from stainless steel. Compatible with EVABarrier 8 mm OD Tubing (D1717 & D1718). Duotight fittings are high-quality push-in fittings that seal tight and offer superior sealing capacity due to the double O-ring sealing design. High Performance Double O-Ring Design: The secret to Duotight’s superior sealing performance comes from the fact that they use not one, but two high-quality EPDM O-rings. The double O-ring means they have literally twice the sealing surface when compared with other push-in fittings. This makes them more reliable and significantly reduces the chance of leakage. The double O-ring system also means that tubing can be bent at a much tighter radius without causing leaking issues, which can be an issue with other fittings. This combination of factors makes Duotight the most reliable push-in fittings on the market. EPDM offers excellent chemical resistance for a longer life span. When compared with silicone and vinyl, EPDM has much better gas transmission rates, better wear resistance, and is BPA-free. No Clamps Necessary! We recommend cutting your tubing straight, not on an angle, to ensure the line forms a complete seal. To remove the fitting simply push in the collet and the hose can be removed. Features: Insert tubing and firmly push to connect Easily release tubing by pushing in the collet Suitable for both gas & water applications Made from food-grade acetal plastic Double O-rings made from highly chemical resistant EPDM Locking teeth made from stainless steel Pressure rated to 150 psi Temperature rated to 212°F (100°C) Please note: exposure to chlorine will degrade the acetal plastic and stainless steel these fittings are made from. Superflex Beverage Tubing | Flexible | Draft Line | 3/16 in. ID | 7/16 in. OD

    85 reviews

This is premium beverage tubing that stays flexible even when cold. We use to sell a less expensive tubing but we were not satisfied with the performance on our own draft systems. We think it is definitely worth the little extra cost. 3/16" is the best size for most beer lines under 9' in length. Ideally, 5' provides the correct restriction for serving beer in the 8-14 psi range. Technical Specifications: 3/16" line provides 2.2 lbs of restriction per foot. Ideally pounds of resistance should equal pounds of applied pressure. 3/16" line holds 1/6 of an ounce per foot. Made from PVC. 7/16" OD

  • Duotight In-Line Plastic Regulator w/ Integrated Pressure Gauge (0-60 psi) - 8 mm Duotight In-Line Plastic Regulator w/ Integrated Pressure Gauge (0-60 psi) - 8 mm

    Duotight In-Line Regulator | Built-In Pressure Gauge | 0-60 PSI | Liquid & Gas Compatible | 8 mm Duotight

    69 reviews

Easily set and view different pressures downstream from a single CO2 regulator. Serve different beverages at different pressures without the need for expensive regulator manifolds! Built-in pressure gauge for easy reference when adjusting pressure settings Pressure gauge is interchangeable—swap to different pressure ranges that better suit your application Compatible with both liquid and gas 8 mm Duotight inlet/outlet for use with 8 mm OD EVABarrier tubing or 8 mm Rigid Joiners The Duotight In-Line Regulator is an ideal solution if you want to serve different beers at different gas pressures. In a typical multiple line, multiple pressure system you would run a gas line from your main regulator into a secondary regulator where you would set different pressures. While that is ideal, it is a little pricey. This little sweetheart lets you set different pressures at a far lower cost. What we do is set the main regulator at the highest pressure we want in the system - for example a keg of soda that you want to carbonate and serve at 25 psi. Run the gas line into a manifold and then install one of these after the manifold on each line where you want to decrease the pressure, for example lowering to 10psi to serve your British pale ale and 14 psi to serve your summertime lawnmower lager. Works with both gas and liquid. Easily adjust the flow can be adjusted with the yellow adjustment knob. 8 mm Duotight fittings at both inlet and outlet make this unit perfect for use with EVABarrier 8 mm OD tubing (D1717 or D1718). Features an integrated pressure gauge so you can quickly and easily dial in your pressure setting. The analog gauge is removable and can be swapped out with a gauge of a different pressure range or it can be swapped out for the Digital Mini Pressure Gauge. Stepping Down Pressure The ideal regulation scenario occurs when the inline regulator steps down the output pressure to at least 10 PSI less than the inlet pressure. For example, if the inlet pressure is 30 PSI, the regulator effectively manages a range from 0–20 PSI on the output side ensuring optimal performance and stability. Ideal regulation scenario (10 PSI less than inlet pressure) Example of 30 PSI inlet translating to 0–20 PSI output Specifications: Made from food grade acetal Stainless screws Easily disassembles for cleaning 8mm (5/16") Duotight fittings at both ends Interchangeable pressure gauge Gauge reads from 0-60 psi Made with quality EPDM seals Wall mountable WARNING: Do not exceed gauge pressure. • EVABarrier Double Wall Tubing - Transparent Red - 13/64 in (5 mm) ID x 5/16 in (8 mm) OD - PLACEHOLDER

EVABarrier Double Wall Draft Tubing | Transparent Red | 5 mm ID x 8 mm OD

    1 review

Easily identify gas and beverage lines with color-coded options—LightShield Black for beverages, Transparent Red for gas EVABarrier's double-walled design with a proprietary inner polymer significantly reduces oxidation and CO2 loss, keeping your beer fresher for longer The ultra-smooth, nearly impermeable inner surface of the tubing prevents bacteria and microbes from adhering, ensuring cleaner beer lines The stiff yet pliable EVA outer barrier makes the tubing kink-resistant and ideal for use with push-in fittings like Duotight and John Guest Red is recommended for differentiating your gas lines, but the 5mm ID is the perfect size if longer 10-12 ft. beverage lines are needed Easily identify your gas and beverage lines with color-coded draft tubing. Transparent Red EVABarrier is recommended for gas lines while using LightShield Black for your bev lines, saving you a headache when your draft lines inevitably get tangled up in your draft system. The semi-transparent red outer barrier makes the tubing easy to recognize even with minimal light. If you're looking for a high-quality draft tubing to take your system into the 21st century, EVABarrier is the clear choice. This double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss and microbial growth. Plus, it's BPA and PVC free! EVA tubing is the future of draft line for professional applications, and now you can rig up your home system with the same first-class tubing. If you wish to use the tubing for beverage rather than gas, we recommend using 10-12 ft. per line for adequate flow resistance. Outer Barrier The outer barrier is made from EVA material and provides a decent stiffness to the tubing while still remaining pliable. This not only makes EVABarrier extremely kink resistant, it also makes it the best tubing to be used with Duotight, John Guest, and other push-in fittings. Inner Barrier The inner barrier is made from a proprietary polymer that acts as an excellent gas barrier. You can rest assured that your beer will be better protected from oxygen exposure, as well as CO2 loss. Your beer will stay fresher for longer and not loose carbonation like with other draft line. With other beverage line, you may notice that beer sitting in the line for an extended period will start to taste flat and/or oxidized. EVA Barrier tubing is unquestionably better in this regard and you will notice a significantly improved freshness of your beer, especially if it's been sitting in the lines for a while. Due to the high density and smooth nature of the EVABarrier inner wall, the internal surface of the tubing is remarkably smooth and almost completely impermeable. This makes it difficult for bacteria and other microbes to attach to the inside surface of the tubing. Just another way EVABarrier is looking out for you and your beer! Direct Connect to Ball Lock Kegs This tubing works seamlessly with Duotight Gas In and Bev Out Ball Lock QDs which allow you to connect your draft lines directly to your ball lock homebrew keg. Be sure to select the correct size QD fittings that correspond to your tubing's outer diameter (OD). Specifications: Inner Diameter - 5 mm (13/64") Outer Diameter - 8 mm (5/16") PVC, BPA , and Plasticizer Free* Stiff outer wall is kink resistant and easy to use with Duotight fittings Smooth inner wall prevents oxidation, CO2 loss and microbial growth build-up *EVABarrier does not contain plasticizers, or phthalates, that are used to make PVC flexible. These plasticizers are known to leach out into the beer over time and have adverse health effects. KegLand Part Number: KL42741

  • Nukatap Flow Control Stainless Steel Faucet - G2 Nukatap Flow Control Stainless Steel Faucet - G2

NukaTap® Stainless Steel Beer Faucet | Flow Control Gen 2 | Forward Sealing

    6 reviews

G2 model features redesigned flow control mechanism for improved shank sealing and flow control Make instant adjustments to beverage flow as you pour Switch from pouring pints to filling growlers without adjusting your CO2 regulator Reduced first pour foam due to low thermal mass Forward-sealing design prevents beer residue from gumming up the faucet Unique shuttle design greatly improves laminar flow, improving the pour of carbonated beverages Compatible with all Intertap faucet accessories and shanks Generation 2 The NukaTap Flow Control G2 uses a completely new flow control mechanism with better sealing properties against the shank as well as improved flow control. Control the Flow The flow control model is a great option for users that often switch between beer styles with different carbonation levels. No need to rebalance your lines or play with your regulator settings. Instantly make adjustments as you pour to dial in the flow rate. This is also a super convenient feature for when you want to grab a quick growler on your way out. By dialing back the flow rate, you can gently fill your growler so CO2 stays in solution and your beer doesn't pour flat when it comes time to share. The NukaTap Flow Control faucet is also the first FC model to be fully compatible with the optional self-closing spring. First Pour Foam Reduction Every kegerator owner knows the letdown of pouring your first pint of the day and getting too much foam. Even with perfectly balanced draft lines, first pour foam is sometimes unavoidable simply due to the temperature of the faucet itself. Running beer through the faucet will drop the temperature, and the foaming will subside, but not without a bit of wasted beer from pouring off excess head. The NukaTap beer faucet drops to beer serving temperature much faster thanks to its lower thermal mass. Simply put, the bulkier the faucet is, the more beer is needed to flow through and chill the tap. The NukaTap is over 20% lighter than its Intertap predecessor, and even lighter still compared to other brands of faucets. Improved Laminar Flow The inspiration for the NukaTap name comes from its uniquely designed "nuke-shaped" shuttle that resides on the inside of the faucet. The NukaShuttle went through numerous rounds of redesigns and countless hours of testing to find a shape that provides superior laminar flow. This means that liquid passes by the shuttle with very little resistance, allowing highly carbonated beers or hard seltzers to pour like a dream. Sanitary Design The NukaShuttle is the world’s first seamless single-piece design. Traditional taps feature an o-ring seated on a stainless steel shuttle, which can cause a couple of issues. After many pours, the stainless shuttle rubbing against the internal body of the faucet will create small fissures that become potential infection sites, and the seated o-ring can be difficult to clean in place, making your draft cleaning and sanitizing process less effective than you realize. The NukaShuttle is an advanced TPV rubber matrix that has been seamlessly formed over a durable PP skeleton. This single-piece design eliminates the pitfalls of older manufacturing methods, making it one of the most sanitary faucets on the market. Forward Sealing vs. Rear Sealing From tap rooms to home bars, forward-sealing faucets are the ideal choice for any draft setup. In traditional rear-sealing taps, beer will drain out of the entire faucet when it's in the closed position. This means the internal mechanism is coated in beer, which then dries and becomes a sticky residue. Forward-sealing faucets, on the other hand, keep the tap full of beer so it never has a chance to dry and gunk up the internal parts. This makes the faucet much easier to clean and also reduces the chance of off flavors transferring to your beer while you pour. • Stainless Draft Coil

    Stainless Steel Draft Coil

    8 reviews

This 50' x 3/8" coil, manufactured in the MoreBeer! metal shop, is perfect for the enterprising homebrewer who wants to build or upgrade a jockey box. When compared with 5/16" coils that are usually used to make draft boxes, the 3/8" coil holds more beer and offers more surface area for faster cooling. And, because there is less resistance from the larger diameter tubing, the beer can be pushed through the lines with less CO2 pressure. Lower applied CO2 pressure means your beer will not over carbonate and foam wildly if a keg is left on tap for longer than an afternoon. Over-carbonation is often an issue for homebrewers or beer drinkers who are using a draft box for an overnight party or weekend.   8 1/2" wide x 10" tall. 304 grade stainless steel

  • Duotight Flow Control Ball Lock Bev Out (Black) - 8mm (5/16) Duotight Flow Control Ball Lock Bev Out (Black) - 8mm (5/16)

Duotight Flow Control Ball Lock Quick Disconnect (QD) | Beverage Out | Adjustable Flow Rate | 8 mm Duotight

    27 reviews

If you want an easy way to balance your beer lines, this is the way to do it. One of the benefits of Flow Control disconnects is you don't need to rely on the small ID or line length to apply flow resistance. Rather than adjusting your line length or size, simply apply additional restriction directly on the Quick Disconnect (QD). This is perfect for people who want to serve a large range of beverages with differing carbonation levels without having to customize each line. Now with the added benefit of Duotight fittings built in. Please be aware that even in the fully open position these FC disconnects do have some inherent flow resistance so you should use either shorter line or larger ID line that you would when compared with traditional ball lock disconnects.   Flow Control QD vs. Flow Control Faucet One of the only drawbacks of flow control devices is that they inherently create a small amount of turbulence and therefore can cause foaming. In the past, flow control faucets have been the only common option. Flow control faucets are very popular but due to the fact that they are placed at the very end of the beer line they have no head pressure. As a result, any turbulence created can cause foaming and carbonation to come out of solution. Flow control ball lock disconnects like these on the other hand have the ability to restrict the flow before the beer enters the beer line so the head pressure created by the beer line keeps the carbonation in solution. Even in the instance that high turbulence is created the beer will be far more resistant to foaming issues. For this reason, flow control ball lock disconnects like these have significantly better performance allowing you the flexibility to adjust line resistance easily but without the introduction of turbulence that creates foaming. It cannot fix over-carbonated beer, but it can reduce the amount of beer line you would need to pour without excessive foaming. Duotight Ball Lock QDs The humble plastic ball lock disconnect has been around a long time and is used by countless homebrewers around the world.  Despite the extensive use they have seen little to no innovation for decades and KegLand wanted to change this. Enter the Duotight Ball Lock QD. The integrated Duotight design means you can connect your beer and gas line directly, easily and reliably with no need for additional fittings or clamps. It is a robust and super compact design that is incredibly easy to assemble and disassemble, making cleaning and sanitizing an absolute breeze! Made from highly chemical resistant materials with stainless springs and ball bearings (no cheap ABS plastics here) this baby is extremely resistant to commonly used chemicals such as phosphoric based sanitizers and caustics. The incredibly small form factor allows for easy stacking of kegs. The new cap design ensures a pressure seal with just hand tightening and it can be completely taken apart for cleaning with no tools required. Duotight Push-to-Connect These Duotight ball lock disconnects already have the Duotight fitting built into the ball lock disconnect. No need for additional threaded fittings. Simply push the beer/gas line in and you are done! Compact The world's most compact ball lock disconnect ever manufactured. This new compact form factor is great for tight spaces or fridges where you want to pack as many kegs in as possible. This is one of the only ball lock disconnects that allows standard ball lock kegs to be double stacked while still connected to beer and gas lines. Overmolded Poppet The overmolded poppet design means you can couple and disconnect this ball lock QD under extreme pressures of up to 150 psi (higher than most kegs working pressure) and will never have issues with the o-ring blowing out. Tool-less Disassembly Other ball lock disconnects require a tool such as a flat head screw driver or spanner to take them apart for cleaning. The new caps on these allow for easy disassembly by hand, making these easier to break down for cleaning. It's literally never been easier to remove hop particles from your ball lock disconnects. Extreme Chemical Resistance No cheap ABS plastic or nitrile seals. This ball lock disconnect is made from stainless spring and ball bearings, with an engineering polyketone resin body, EPDM and PP/EPDM overmolded poppet. This makes the quick disconnect resistant to extreme chemicals such as phosphoric and acetic acid, caustic soda, peroxide and many other acid or base chemicals which are commonly used in homebrewing. Toughness This ball lock disconnect is more robust than any other plastic ball lock disconnect ever manufactured due to the use of new engineering plastics. Don't be fooled by the small form factor — these bad boys are tough! Features: Ball Lock Quick Disconnect - Bev Out Adjustable flow rate Direct connect 8 mm EVABarrier tubing Compact design won't interfere with keg stacking Made from highly chemical resistant materials Dissamble by hand for quick and easy cleaning KegLand Part Number: KL21418

Features: Insert tubing and firmly push to connect Easily release tubing by pushing in the collet Suitable for both gas & beverage applications Made from food-grade acetal plastic Double O-rings made from highly chemical resistant EPDM Locking teeth made from stainless steel Pressure rated to 150 psi Temperature rated to 212°F (100°C) Please note: exposure to chlorine will degrade the acetal plastic and stainless steel these fittings are made from. Do not use in contact with bleach or other chlorinated cleaning chemicals. Kegland Part number: KL06897

  • Intertap Stainless Steel Faucet Intertap Stainless Steel Faucet

Intertap® Stainless Steel Beer Faucet | Forward Sealing

    220 reviews

Forward-sealing design prevents beer residue from gumming up the faucet! Threaded spout can be replaced with a variety of attachments Unique sliding shuttle design allows the faucet to last longer than standard floating o-ring design 304 stainless steel construction The patented Stainless Steel Intertap Faucet is a forward sealing faucet that represents the most modern faucet design. It has a modular, threaded spout which can fit a variety of different attachments including a growler filler or a stout spout. In normal rear-sealing faucets the entire faucet has to drain of beer. In forward-sealing faucets the faucet keeps beer in it so the inside doesn't have a chance to get sticky, making cleaning much easier. It also reduces the chance of off flavors transfering to your beer while you pour. Other forward sealing faucets use a floating o-ring, which is just as sanitary but requires the o-ring to move inside the faucet body in order to seal correctly. This can become a problem as the faucet ages. Intertap faucets use a sliding shuttle that guides the o-ring into the perfect position every time.  The threaded spout easily unscrews from the faucet and can be replaced by a growler filler or stout spout quickly and easily. Pour a pint and then fill a growler in no time at all. 304 Stainless Steel construction so you don't have to worry about chrome plating wearing off and exposing your beer to brass.   Kegland Part number: KL00970

EVABarrier Double Wall Draft Tubing - 6.3 mm ID x 9.5 mm OD

If you're looking for a high-quality draft tubing to take your system into the 21st century, EVABarrier is the clear choice. This double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss and microbial growth. Plus, it's BPA and PVC free! EVA tubing is the future of draft line for professional applications, and now you can rig up your home system with the same first-class tubing. The 6.3 mm (1/4") ID size is recommended to be used as gas line or long draw beverage lines. If you intend to use it as beverage line, we recommend using 20-25 ft. per line for adequate flow resistance. Specifications: Inner Diameter - 6.3 mm (1/4") Outer Diameter - 9.5 mm (3/8") PVC, BPA , and Plasticizer Free* Stiff outer wall is kink resistant and easy to use with Duotight fittings Smooth inner wall prevents oxidation, CO2 loss and microbial growth build-up *EVABarrier does not contain plasticizers, or phthalates, that are used to make PVC flexible. These plasticizers are known to leach out into the beer over time and have adverse health effects. Kegland Part number: KL06248

NukaTap® Stainless Steel Beer Faucet | Forward Sealing

    95 reviews

Newest faucet design on the market! Reduced first pour foam due to low thermal mass Forward-sealing design prevents beer residue from gumming up the faucet Unique shuttle design greatly improves laminar flow, improving the pour of carbonated beverages Compatible with all Intertap faucet accessories and shanks First Pour Foam Reduction Every kegerator owner knows the letdown of pouring your first pint of the day and getting too much foam. Made from stainless steel Shuttle made from TPV O-rings made from EPDM NSF approved Kegland Part Number: KL15509

Dual high-pressure and low-pressure gauges to easily reference CO2 cylinder pressure and output pressure Pressure settings are easily adjusted by hand using the large plastic adjustment knob CGA320 inlet features a built-in gasket where the unit attaches to the CO2 tank—eliminating the need of replacing fiber washers with each tank swap Made in the USA. Taprite is one of leading manufacturers of gas regulators and draft dispensing equipment One-way shutoff valve outlet protects your regulator from backflow and can be turned on/off to stop gas flow without needing to close your tank When it comes to CO2 regulators, we’ve tried them all. This quality unit by Taprite is our favorite on the market. It’s no wonder this regulator is trusted by so many breweries and beer bars—it represents the best quality at a great price. Available in a standard, single-body model, as well as a dual-body model which allows you to send different pressures to two separate kegs from the same CO2 tank! The things you’ll love about this regulator are:  The large front knob makes pressure adjustment tool-free, easy & fast.  The built-in gasket where the regulator connects to the CO2 tank eliminates the constant replacement of fiber washers every time you change out your tank.  The barbed outlet features a one-way on/off valve which prevents backflow and protects the regulator’s internals.  The gauges are easy to read. The low pressure gauge reads from 0 to 60 psi. The optional available gauge cage is the best on the market. This is the T742HP model, where the HP stands for high performance; it won't freeze up when multiple taps are running at once. Best of all is the consistent pressure regulation. With many regulators the pressure can 'creep' up over time. This unit holds the pressure rock steady. No drifting.    Built by Taprite, an American company.
