        Will this part join two item#d1811 together at the plugged end?

        Correct item D1820B will connect two D1811s together. Like Jonathan Benstead mentioned you will want to remove the hose barb and join the two manifolds together there so that one end has a plug and the other has a hose barb.

        Yes. I believe that is what I used to connect mine.

        Yes although you wouldn’t put them plug to plug because the two manifold would face opposite directions. You’d replace the hose barb with the nipple on one manifold.
