Flash Brewing® Kits
Introducing MoreBeer!'s Flash Brewing® Kits! Designed for both novice and seasoned homebrewers, these innovative recipe kits allow you to simply mix the ingredients with water and add yeast for fermentation. This streamlined process not only saves you valuable time but also simplifies brewing without sacrificing flavor. Say hello to a faster, easier way to craft exceptional beer at home.
Typically, brewing requires you to boil your malt and hops for one hour, followed by another hour for cooling. Flash Brewing® eliminates the need to boil. Our Flash Brewing® malt recipes have been boiled and whirlpooled before they are dried. We then use a HopBite™ shot for bitterness combined with a mix of traditional hop pellets for flavor. Flash Yeast™ starts quickly and consistently produces clean beer that lets the malt and hops shine. The result is a high-quality beer that will absolutely surprise you.
If you want to read more about the development of Flash Brewing at MoreBeer! or have more questions please read our Frequently Asked Questions.
The Flash Brewing® Equipment Kit was made for beginner brewers who might not already own some of the essential equipment needed to brew Flash Brewing® recipe kits. Flash Brews can be fermented in any wide mouth 6 or 7-gallon fermenter. The 7-gallon Fermonster fermenter is a perfect choice as the wide mouth allows you to easily pour in the ingredients.
Kit Includes:
7-Gallon Fermonster Fermenter & Spigot
Airlock & Stopper
Bottle Filler & Tubing
Fermenter Lid Opener
Star San Sanitizer

Advanced Modular Control System: Designed for homebrewers and microbreweries, the Brewtools FCS brings industrial-level precision with features like temperature, pressure, and gravity monitoring for ultimate brewing control. Comprehensive Starter Kit: Includes essential components such as FCS Display and I/O Modules, temperature and pressure sensors, and all necessary cables and adapters to start customizing your fluid control setup. Automated Fermentation Profiles: Automate cooling, heating, and pressure management with software-driven profiles, simplifying complex processes while ensuring consistency in your brews. Expandable & Customizable: Add solenoids, pumps, airlocks, and adapters to fit your specific brewing needs, compatible with both Brewtools and non-Brewtools tanks. Constant Monitoring & Alerts: Early warning notifications for equipment issues like solenoid valves or heating elements ensure smooth operation and protect your brewing investment. This version of the FCS Kit includes the Density/Temp Sensor which replaces the temperature-only sensor in the basic FCS Starter Kit. FCS is a modular control system designed, developed and manufactured by Brewtools in Norway. The vision behind the system is to take industrial technology and make that available for microbreweries and homebrewers. Using the latest electronic component technology and clever software engineering, Brewtools is able to make features that used to be very expensive and complicated available for everyone. The system can measure temperature, pressure, density/gravity*, level* and power consumption and based on that — control cooling, heating, pressure/CO2 in, pressure/CO2 out, agitation*, automatic hop additions* under pressure and more! Fermentation profiles will automate the whole process and give you ultimate control of your fermentation process. (*Not available at first launch.) The system will also constantly monitor the process and notify you if something isn't right. For example, the system will measure the current draw of solenoid valves and heating elements, and will notify you if these components aren't working as they should. Please Note: The software is currently in a state of early adopter beta, and should not be used for critical production. Brewtools will continue to develop software and new sensors/actuators based on customer feedback and requests. If you cannot find a sensor or actuator that fits your setup, please reach out to us and let us know. Note that we do not take responsibility for any lost/destroyed beer or raw materials. Brewtools FCS Starter Kit The Brewtools FCS Starter Kit includes all the essential parts to get you started setting up your own custom-designed Fluid Control System. FCS Display Module and FCS I/O Module with power supply 1 density/temp sensor (TC 1.5") 1 pressure sensor with gas out solenoid All cables and adapters needed (3m length) The kit does not include a valve/pump for cooling as these are tank dependent, and you may already have a solenoid for your existing glycol loop. For non-Brewtools tanks, you also may need an adapter and/or tee to connect the spunding valve/pressure sensor assembly. Accessories To complete your FCS kit setup, some accessories are needed. A solenoid for cooling (Ø4.5mm - 34mm or 1.5") with 2-pin LP12 cable and DIN43650 Type A adapter or a submersible pump (comes with cable). A ball clamp and a connecting rod. An airlock for the pressure out solenoid valve is recommended. For smaller tanks we recommend our polycarbonate airlock. For larger tanks (300L+) you should use a TC34mm to 12mm barb and a 10x16mm silicone tube or equivalent. Tri-Clamps and gaskets. Based on your tank and setup, you may need some extra tri-clamps or gaskets. For MiniUni+, you need to replace the Mini Spunding valve with an M24 to Tri Clamp adapter and a 90 degree TC34mm elbow to fit your spunding assembly (if you want to use our TC air lock. No need for elbow if you use tubing as airlock). Remember clamps/gaskets. If you don't have a Brewtools Unitank, we recommend getting a TC 1.5" to 34mm adapter for the spunding setup. You will also need a 34mm Tri-Clamp and 34mm gasket. Tees and crosses are also available in multiple sizes to give you more ports. Setting Up the FCS for Your Tank Mounting To mount to your tank a ball clamp and a connecting rod are very useful. This will work with most any size or style tank. Solenoid Valve & Related Connection Hardware for Cooling For Brewtools tanks that use 34mm connection you will need a Ø4.5mm - 34mm solenoid valve. For BrewBuilt, Spike, Ss BrewTech, or Commercial tanks you will need a TC 1.5" to 34mm adapter and 1.5" TC Solenoid Valve. Either way, you will need a 2-pin LP12 cable and DIN43650 Type A adapter to connect the solenoid valve to the Brewtools FCS I/O Module. Would You Like a Visible Air Lock on the Spunding Valve? The Brewtools pressure relief solenoid spunding valve releases CO2 at the set point you choose on your controller. To visually see the CO2 release, adding on an airlock for the pressure out solenoid valve is a nice option. For tanks under 300L, we recommend the 34mm polycarbonate airlock that connects to the Brewtools Solenoid Valve. For tanks larger than 300L, you should use a blowoff. For blowoffs, use a TC34mm to 12mm barb and a 10x16mm silicone tube or equivalent ran into a bucket of water. You will also need a 34mm Tri-Clamp and 34mm gasket. Tees and crosses are also available in multiple sizes to give you more ports. For the MiniUni+ For MiniUni+, you need to replace the Mini Spunding Valve with an M24 to TC adapter and a 90-degree 34mm TC elbow to fit your spunding assembly (if you want to use the TC air lock. No need for elbow if you use tubing for a blowoff). You will need the clamps/gaskets to make the connection. Starter Kit Included Parts: FCS Display Module, 5" FCS I/O Module 2x RTD, 5x CAN, 4x Relay Power Supply, 24V 40W, LP12-pin Pressure Sensor, CAN BUS 24V, M12 Solenoid valve, TC34mm + M12, DC24V Ø2.0 Density/Temp Sensor, TC 1.5", CAN BUS 24V Cable, LP12 6-pin, 3m Cable, LP12 5-pin, 3m (2 pcs) Cable, LP12-pin, 3m Adapter, LP12-pin to DIN 43650 Type B Recommended Separate Parts: Solenoid valve for cooling with adapters/cables or submersible pump Ball Mount connector and pipe clamp etc. Airlock (Top mounted or barb with silicone tube) Adapters and fittings to fit your tank Brewtools Product Number: 7713792

Big, bold, and full of flavor. The Pompous Ass Ale is a rendition of one of the most egotistical beers in America, and is not for the light-beer lover. In fact, if you prefer a beer that looks and tastes more like water, we recommend you leave this page immediately. Your feelings might get hurt just reading about it...
Our Arrogant Bastard clone easily has one of the most complex malt profiles of any of our kits. The clean bitterness from Magnum hops allows the rich flavors of Aromatic, Special B, and Caramel Munich malts to control your taste buds. The aromatics of Chinook hops blend perfectly with these malts, creating an intense combination of confusion and satisfaction at the same time. After your first sip, if you're thinking "Whoa. That was interesting, intense, & delicious!" you know you brewed it right!

Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.

The B80pro is a brewing system without compromise. Built for enthusiasts. 90-liter (23 gal) tank volume and 20kg (44 lb) malt capacity 30-80 liter (8-21 gal) pre-boil volume for flexibility 6kW heating power (2x3kW) utilizing two mains inputs makes heating and boiling fast High accuracy with 2 digital sensors Conical bottom with center draining for fast and easy cleaning Powerful control system with 7" touch-screen, Wifi and Bluetooth 4.2 The B80pro has an 80 liter (21 gal) boil capacity and about 20kg (44 lb) malt capacity. It is equipped with a powerful pump, which can be controlled from the touch-screen. The wort is circulated up through the center-pipe and the pump is fitted using Tri-Clamps making it very easy to remove, even when the tank is full. The malt pipe has latches that folds out when you lift it, so you can use both your hands for lifting. Sparging is done without tubes or pipes outside the tank. A sparge tube installed on the outside of the centerpipe follows the malt pipe when lifted also lifting the wort spreading device. This makes it very easy to sparge from a separate tank without making a mess. After brewing with the B80pro, you never have to turn it upside down for cleaning. The centerpipe is removed easily, and you can easily clean the unit, and all the trub will be drained directly to a bucket or the drains. Use the included circulation device as a CIP solution to save time and cleaning chemicals. The system has two digital temperature sensors - one in the bottom of the tank and one before the pump. The maxium static offset is ±0,5°C. The sensors can be individually calibrated for maximum accuracy. They have an accuracy of 0.1°C. It's also possible to connect a third sensor (accessory) to monitor the temperature of the wort returning from the counterflow cooler, so you can pump directly to the fermenter when the temperature is right. With powerful heating elements combining over 6kW (230V) of power, heating the water or wort is very fast. During the boil, the PID system is deactivated and you can adjust the power output to achieve the perfect rolling boil. You can also adjust the maximum current of each mains input, to 10, 13, 15 and 16 Amps, to make sure you never blow a fuse. All ports are 34mm Tri-Clamp fittings for maximum flexibility without leaks. As standard the system is shipped with one 3-way valve. All silicone tubes are 16x25mm food grade silicone. The control system is custom developed and features high quality electronics. The software is constantly being improved with new features. It is updated via WiFi. Chux DIPA from Danville Brewing Company in Danville, CA is all about the hops. This celebration of hop flavor is packed with bright, citrusy tropical aromas that jump from the glass! Most of the IBUs come from a "First Wort" addition of Magnum. This process refers to adding hops to your kettle as soon as you begin collecting wort from your completed mash, resulting in a very smooth bitterness up front. From there, healthy aroma additions of Cascade, Citra®, Mosaic®, and Strata are combined for an incredibly expressive Double IPA.
Danville's Chux DIPA beat out 218 other entries to bring home Bronze in the Imperial India Pale Ale category at the Great American Beer Festival in 2017.

For modifying yourself when making a fermenter or a lid for a grain storage container.
Note: This lid is not an air tight seal. There is no gasket in this lid.
Kettle Maximizer allows you to pull liquor or wort from below the depth of your kettle's bottom port
Angle straight down in hot liquor tanks to maximize pick up
Rotate to your preferred pick-up height in boil kettles to leave trub behind when transferring to fermenter
The tri-clamp maximizer is recommended for boil kettles and hot liquor tanks with 1.5" T.C. bottom ports. This fitting will allow you to pull liquor or wort from below the depth of your kettle's bottom port without the need to tip your vessel. For hot liquor tanks, point the end of the tube straight down to maximize pick up. For boil kettles, you can rotate the maximizer to position the end of the tube at your preferred height above the bottom of the kettle, leaving room for a layer of trub that will be left behind in the kettle when you transfer wort to your fermenter.

This is a no compromise, professional level hardware kit that allows for safe pressure fermentation in an X-Series Uni Conical. If you plan to ferment, or to seal/cap an active fermentation, in your BrewBuilt X-Series Conical you must use this Brewbult Kit for Fermenting Under Pressure. During fermentation Krausen can potentially clog the PRV that is built into the lid. The hardware in this kit is the same as what you will find on a commercial Unitank. This is not an all-in-one unit. All-in-one units are cheaper but not as safe.
Component Break Down:
Commercial Grade Spunding Valve - The kit is built around a commercial Spunding Valve that allows you to set your desired fermentation pressure. if that ferementation pressure exceeds your set point, it will blow off any excess pressure from the X-Series Conical. The clear cup holds liquid acting as an airlock and allowing krausen to exit. The Spunding valve is also adjustable.
Pro Grade PRV (Pressure Relief Valve) - On all brewery pro tanks, a tri-clamp PRV is always installed in addition to a Spunding Valve. This is because a Spunding Valve still has the potential to clog. The pro PRV has a very wide interior body as to reduce the risk of clogging. The PRV is non-adjustable and comes preset to relieve pressure at 15 PSI.
Sealed Pressure Gauge - This is a liquid filled, sealed gauge. The bottom of the gauge is a thin plate of stainless that moves up or down in relation to pressure in the tank. That causes the oil in the gauge to compress which is what the gauge reads. When properly sealed, there is no way krausen can get into this gauge and cause a false reading. However, it is important to ensure the guage is sealed, otherwise, there is a risk that krasuen clogs the gauge giving you an inaccurate reading.
Foam Axe - Foam Axe is a silica-based krausen cutter used by commercial breweries to reduce krausen blow off while increasing foam retention in your beer. Using Foam Axe is required for every batch fermented under pressure, but we recommend it for all batches fermented in your X-Series Conical. Foam Axe helps keep krausen out of PRVs and other hardware which is always a good idea.
When your BrewBuilt Uni is outfitted with a Kit for Pressure Fermentation there are three devices for relieving pressure, including the PRV that is always built into the lid, the adjustable Spunding Valve, and the pro grade PRV.

WARNING! The use of the BrewBuilt Kit for Fermenting Under Pressure is required for performing Pressure Fermentations in your X-Series conical. The PRV built into the lid is not designed to be the only release point during a pressure fermentation.
WARNING! The use of Foam Axe is required to reduce krausen (foam from fermentation) production in the fermenter.
WARNING! Always release pressure, then remove the PRV built into the lid to ensure the conical is completely depressurized before removing fittings or the lid clamp. Failure to do so can result in personal injury.

A refractometer is used to measure the density of a solution, in our case how much malt sugar is in solution.
Featuring both a Brix scale AND a Specific Gravity Scale
Our refractometer is unique in that it features both a Brix Scale and a Specific Gravity Scale, the scale most homebrewers use.
Why use a Refractometer you ask?
Are you tired of not hitting your desired target gravities? Have you tried to cool a large sample so you could use a hydrometer and see what your gravity is? A refractometer allows you take instant gravity readings, with just one drop, at any point during the boil, or even during the run off of the sparge during an all-grain brew. These 'during the process' readings allow you to add more water or boil longer so you can attain exactly the gravity you desire.
Refractometer Statistics
Our refractometer is hand held with a metal body, flexible eye piece and rubber grip. It features a 0 to 32% Brix scale and from 1.000 to 1.120 on the Specific Gravity Scale with .2% resolution and ATC (Automatic Temperature Compensation). Traditional refractometers without ATC are calibrated to work at 68 degrees Fahrenheit. The ATC function allows you to use the refractometer in an ambient temperature range of 50-86 degrees Fahrenheit (10-30 Celsius.) Because your sample is just one drop, and will quickly adjust to the temperature of the refractometer, the temperature of the sample is irrelevant. Our unit also comes with a manual calibration knob that is secured with a lock nut. To calibrate place one drop of distilled water on the testing platform and adjust to zero if necessary.
Getting Geeky about why the Specific Gravity Scale on our unit is accurate
Some dual scale refractometers feature a linear scale that multiplies brix by 4 to get Specific Gravity. This is okay at lower gravities up to around 1.040 but the higher your starting gravity goes, the less accurate the conversion is. For example, take a Brix reading of 10, multiply by 4, and you get a SG reading of 1.040 - the accurate SG reading is 1.041. Take a Brix reading of 20, multiply by 4, and you get 1.080 - the accurate conversion is 1.084. We worked with our Refractometer manufacturer to create a unit with a non linear conversion and thus this model can be accurately used for Specific Gravity readings.
NOTE - Refractometers will not read correctly if alcohol is present. We have a spreadsheet that can be used to help determine your actual gravity or brix, and this can be found in the "Documents" tab above.

Dark Hill Porter is a tribute to one of our favorite west coast porters. This Black Butte Porter clone, commercially brewed by Deschutes Brewery in Oregon, is one of the most well-rounded porters out there. Being bittered with Bravo hops helps to initially balance the malty backbone, but that bitterness fades quickly, providing a smooth transition into the complex flavors of four different steeping grains. This combination of Wheat, Carapils, Crystal 120L, and Chocolate malts create a rounded mouthfeel and chocolate flavor.
If you like dark beers, you're going to love our Dark Hill Porter. If you don't like dark beers, this just might be the one to change your mind!

The BrewBuilt SlingBlade is an innovative electric heating element designed to promote a rolling boil and even heat distribution. Shaped for Performance and Convenience The SlingBlade's unique crescent-shaped design positions all of the heating power on one side of the kettle, sending thermal energy upward to the surface that then cascades downward on the opposite side of the kettle. This movement creates a dynamic turbulence that evenly distributes heat while creating a vigorous, rolling boil. Other heating elements stick right out into the middle of the kettle or use a full circle design that rings the kettle wall. This can cause an obstruction for immersion chillers or make it difficult to stir without banging into the element. The SlingBlade was designed to avoid these issues. By remaining on one side of the kettle, the element will be out of the way of your immersion chiller, and since the element follows the curvature of the kettle wall, it won't interfere with the flow of wort during whirlpool. Ultra-Low Watt Density An electric element transfers power to your wort by applying heat, but if this heat is too concentrated you will get local heating that is hotter than 212°F. This catalyzes Maillard Reactions, which can lead to darker beer than intended and produce unwanted caramelization. Think of these reactions like roasting a marshmallow. First it gets a light brown, we call this Maillard reactions, a little hotter and it gets a dark brown, we call this caramelization, then it turns black and we call this pyrolysis (burnt or scorched). While all kettles undergo these reactions, an electric element can concentrate more heat into a small area, which can quickly scorch your wort. Our experience is that at 90-watts per square inch recipes need to be modified to account for the element and light beers never come out quite right. The SlingBlade element was designed at 50-watts per square inch to reduce the chance of scorching while still providing a vigorous boil. For even lower watt density, consider the Boil Vigor Controller. Tri-Clamp Connection The SlingBlade installs quickly and easily on any kettle with a T.C. ferrule thanks to the curved, non-circular design. This also makes it a breeze to remove the element for cleaning between uses. The SlingBlade heating elements were designed to fit perfectly with BrewBuilt brewing kettles, but you may find them suitable for other kettles as well. They should be used with T.C. ferrules no longer than 1" in length. For dimensions and recommended minimum kettle diameter, please see the chart below. Homebrewers know that proper sanitation techniques are critical for creating high quality homemade beverages. BTF Iodophor, an iodine based sanitizer, is a powerful, broad spectrum antimicrobial product that kills a wide range of bugs that are waiting to infect your fermentation. Unlike acid based sanitizers, BTF Iodophor reliably kills yeast, mold, fungus, bacteria, viruses and blood borne pathogens.
BTF Iodophor offers a low cost per use, is gentler on your hands than other sanitizers, and is very low foaming. If used in the correct dilution (very important) it is a no-rinse sanitizer. It is safe to use on all your brewing equipment such as buckets, kegs, tanks, fermenters, bottles, etc. Even if you frequently use a sanitizer, it’s a good idea to have multiple sanitizers on hand especially when working with wild yeasts and bacteria or as a “change of pace” sanitizer.
Directions for 12.5 PPM Brewing Sanitizer Solution:
To Make 1.5 Gallons of sanitizer: Mix 1 tsp BTF Iodophor into 1 ½ gallons cool water
To Make 5 Gallons of Sanitizer: Mix ½ oz (1 Tablespoon) BTF Iodophor into 5 gallons cool water
Allow solution to contact surface for 2 minutes, then air dry.
Iodophor Features:
Kills yeast, mold, fungus, gram positive bacteria, gram negative bacteria, spore forming bacteria, viruses and blood borne pathogens
Use at a rate of 1/2 oz of BTF per 5 gallons
Low foaming
No-rinse at 12.5 PPM dilution (see above)
Non-corrosive and gentle on skin and hands

Gary Glass started homebrewing in 1992, shortly after tasting his first homebrew while attending while attending college at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Gary brews on a home-built HERMS system, and he?s never brewed the same recipe twice and can't brew any recipe without some kind of tweaking. Gary is a BJCP judge who has judge in many competitions including the World Beer Cup and the Great American Beer Festival.
Gary holds a Masters Degree in American Diplomacy from the University of Colorado at Boulder. When not homebrewing, he enjoys fly fishing, hiking, and backpacking in the Rocky Mountains. He's also into gardening (his Cascades finally produced a good crop this year!), home improvement projects, and building furniture.
Gary lives in Longmont, Colorado with his wife Erin, who fully supports his brewing habit, bought him a conical fermenter and is encouraging him to install taps in their family room. He knows you are jealous. Gary is looking forward to teaching his daughter, who is due in November, to brew someday.
Gary enlightens us on how to authentically brew his beer: "This recipe can be brewed as either a Maibock or a Belgian strong ale. The beer was originally brewed as a 10.5 gallon batch split into two carboys with yeast slurry from previously brewed pilsner. To accurately recreate the Belgian strong ale, one should accidentally pour hot wort (due to user error with a counter-flow chiller) onto lager yeast slurry, being sure to thoroughly cook the yeast. Chill, then pitch a vial of Belgian ale yeast. The Maibock came out great, the Belgian strong even better. Of course, if you don't feel like attempting to cook yeast to make this beer, a nice big starter of Belgian ale yeast should do the trick." Sounds great to us!

We Like Space will convert your carbon-based taste buds into pure energy and beam your consciousness to unknown worlds! The flavor of this high-gravity, fluffy-soft brew is like drinking the nectar from an interstellar pineapple while sitting on a beach of turquoise sand, watching sanguine waves crash and recede against the backdrop of a binary sunset. Travelers beware this quasar quenching Hazy Double IPA. Journey too close and it will trap your senses in orbit, slowly pulling you beyond the event horizon to a point where your desire for beer becomes a singularity.
With a 12 oz payload of Citra®, El Dorado, and Mosaic®, We Like Space is one of our most highly-hopped recipe kits. Extremely tropical, with notes of passion fruit, mango, citrus, and pineapple. A heavy helping of Flaked Oats provides a full body and creamy texture, fine-tuned by a late boil addition of maltodextrin.
The out-of-this-world graphic is as much of an inside joke as the name itself. After a long brainstorm of potential beer names, the resulting list had an overwhelming theme of sci-fi and astronomical references. When a coworker remarked that the names didn't make sense, noticing that there were no additions of Galaxy or Comet, our intrepid kit developers looked at one another, shrugged, looked back at their coworker and said flatly "We like space."

Nothing looks quite as nice as beer pouring out of a shiny stainless steel draft tower. These are the same tower kits included with the KOMOS Kegerator. Includes EVABarrier draft tubing and Duotight push-to-connect fittings for easy assembly. These towers can be purchased without faucets, or you can choose your preferred faucets from the add-on options above. The tower is made from 304 brushed stainless steel, making them corrosion resistant while also looking great!
Duotight Fittings & EVABarrier Draft Tubing
Duotight and EVABarrier have revolutionized how you connect draft line, and our tower kits come standard with both. We love Duotight push-in fittings for their quick connection, reliable seal, and versatility. Setting up and connecting draft line has never been easier -- no more hose clamps or heating water to soften tubing! Each tower comes with Duotight fittings for the tower shanks and for splitting gas lines (double & triple tap only). We recommend adding Duotight fittings to use for your keg connections as well. Depending on whether you'll be serving from homebrew kegs or commercial sanke kegs, you'll need two DUO106 or two DUO104 per line.
EVABarrier tubing has been engineered with protection in mind and is both PVC-free and BPA-free. This double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss, and microbial growth. EVA tubing is the future of draft line for professional applications, and now your kegerator will feature the same first-class tubing.

Ever wanted to punch out a few more gallons of wort with your 35L BrewZilla? Maybe you wanted more strike water for a super sticky batch. Maybe you get boil overs a lot and would like a bit of extra protection. Now there's a solution!
The all new 35L BrewZilla Boiler Extension adds 3.1 gallons of headroom. Turn that 9.2G BrewZilla or DigiMash system into a 12.3G behemoth!
The extension kit is also great for distilling! Extend the height of your pot still by attaching one or more boiler extensions. For distillation, we recommend upgrading to the Adjustable Lid Clamps which allow you to dial in the tension for a better seal. If you're struggling to get an airtight seal when using the Distillation Lid, these clamps can help provide more tension.
Compatible with Gen 3 / Gen 4 BrewZillas.
Please Note: The 110V unit may struggle to bring 10+ gallons of wort to boil. Expect longer heating times and a more gentle boil. An insulating jacket is highly recommended if using the 110V model.

B180 Brewing System
The B180 is a powerful all in one brewing system for serious homebrewers or small breweries. It offers simplicity out of the box, whilst keeping the level expansion possibilities.
Indirect heating and included whirlpool setup for maximum yield and fast cooling through the integrated cooling jacket makes cleaning a breeze. The 8" touch display can easily be relocated on the system or externally based on your needs (longer cables are available).
Included whirlpool setup for maximum yield and fast cooling.
The included malt pipe has a hinge system to allow tilting the malt pipe to empty spent grains easily.
The flow of wort through the FCS Brew Pump is controlled via the patented CleanCore™ 3-Way valve operated from the front.
The combined temperature and level switch sensor keeps you safe by automatically switching off the pump and heating if the water level is low.
With TC side ports, you can easily expand the inputs and outputs of the tank with sparge water, external added cooling with bypass etc.
The B180 can be expanded with an external side-by-side mash tun that greatly increases the malt capacity and removes the need for a crane to handle the malt pipe.
If you need a powerful and flexible workhorse for high volume homebrewing or a pilot brewery, the B100 or B180 is the perfect match.

Get your grain bed evenly mixed and break up dough balls in seconds!
Using a handheld electric drill, this heavy-duty stirrer makes mashing in a breeze
Made from all stainless steel with a 1/4" hex head to securely attach to your drill
This stainless mixer attaches to an electric drill for easy and thorough mixing of your mash. To get the best mash efficiency it is important to break up dough balls (clumps of grain) and ensure that the grain bed is not compacted. Allowing maximum recirculation through your grain bed will always yield higher extraction / efficiency rates of your brew. Are far as mixing grain goes, this stirrer is much more efficient and less time consuming than a mash paddle or large spoon.
Simply attach to your portable electric drill and secure the 1/4" hex head tightly.
Overall length is 23.5" with a mixer diameter of 2.75". Highly recommended for all sizes of BrewZillas.
