Cold crash beer to clarify before kegging or bottling
These systems will ship free to anywhere in the contiguous United States.
Control your fermentation temperature accurately, every time with the Grainfather Glycol Chiller! Temperature control is one of the most crucial elements for producing a good quality beer. Temperature swings can cause yeast to stress out and throw off unwanted flavors that will negatively affect your beer. Keeping the fermentation temp regulated and stable throughout the whole process will ensure you get the right flavor profile. With the ability to individually power and control the temperature of up to four Grainfather Conical Fermenters, each with their own fermenting schedules, the Grainfather Glycol Chiller is the perfect addition to ensure superior fermenting results.
Design
With a sleek and compact design, that still accommodates the full array of features, the Glycol Chiller maintains the Grainfather’s principle of providing quality home brewing equipment, that delivers craft brewery like results, with a small footprint.
With the addition of the Glycol Chiller, your system is operating at the ultimate level and you are even able to cold crash and lager down to 39-43°F (4-6ºC). The Glycol Chiller connects to a hidden cooling sleeve, located in between the two stainless steel walls of the Conical Fermenter. Your desired temperature is dialed into the digital temperature controller on the Conical Fermenter, the liquid then travels through this sleeve, cooling the stainless steel which in turn cools the beer in the fermenter. The cooling sleeve never comes into contact with the beer, is completely concealed and does not need cleaning or sanitizing - a true innovation for a fermenter on this scale.
Features
Allows you to cold crash 23 L (6 US Gal) of wort to as low as 4-6ºC (39-43°F). Minimum temperature will vary based on external factors such as ambient room temperature, the number of fermenters connected and other environmental conditions. Cools and powers up to 4 Conical Fermenters at different temperatures and fermenting schedules.

Holds 3/8'' racking cane and clips to carboy or bucket. Great for holding the siphon off the bottom when starting your transfer. Then you can slowly lower the bottom of the siphon cane to the bottom of the carboy/bucket by sliding the cane in the clip to help eliminate disturbing the bottom sediment layer. A must have.
This Duotight Bulkhead is the same one used for installing the Temp Twister cooling coil into the lid of the FermZilla. Allows you to add a bulkhead to just about anything that can then be connected to with EVABarrier 9.5 mm OD Tubing (D1719) or 3/8" OD stainless or copper tubing. Duotight fittings are high-quality push-in fittings that seal tight and offer superior sealing capacity due to the double O-ring sealing design. High Performance Double O-Ring Design: The secret to Duotight’s superior sealing performance comes from the fact that they use not one, but two high-quality EPDM O-rings. The double O-ring means they have literally twice the sealing surface when compared with other push-in fittings. This makes them more reliable and significantly reduces the chance of leakage. The double O-ring system also means that tubing can be bent at a much tighter radius without causing leaking issues, which can be an issue with other fittings. This combination of factors makes Duotight the most reliable push-in fittings on the market. EPDM offers excellent chemical resistance for a longer life span. When compared with silicone and vinyl, EPDM has much better gas transmission rates, better wear resistance, and is BPA-free. No Clamps Necessary! We recommend cutting your tubing straight, not on an angle, to ensure the line forms a complete seal. To remove the fitting simply push in the collet and the hose can be removed. Features:
Insert tubing and firmly push to connect Easily release tubing by pushing in the collet Suitable for both gas & beverage applications Made from food-grade acetal plastic Double O-rings made from highly chemical resistant EPDM Locking teeth made from stainless steel Pressure rated to 150 psi Temperature rated to 212°F (100°C) Please note: exposure to chlorine will degrade the acetal plastic and stainless steel these fittings are made from. Do not use in contact with bleach or other chlorinated cleaning chemicals. Kegland Part number: KL14564

Speidel has developed a stainless steel fermenting egg that combines the advantages of the egg shape with the advantages of a stainless steel tank and a unique design. The Black Eye looks like a space satellite from the outside and provides a gentle and well controllable fermentation inside. Due to its unique shape, the yeast can circulate smoothly during the fermentation phase. In science it is assumed that this free circulation is an advantage for the fermentation process and thus for the entire aroma spectrum. Thanks to the perfect welding seams and the highly smooth inner walls, the fermenting chamber is also very easy to clean.

The highest quality plastic ball lock quick disconnect available to homebrewers
Built-in check valve to prevent liquid from backflowing into your draft system
Smooth operation—clicks into place on keg posts and is easily removed
Built-in flare washer—no need for a separate nylon washer that is required with stainless steel QDs
CMBecker is an international manufacturer of beverage dispensing solutions for both home and professional draft equipment
Gray plastic clearly identifies the disconnect as the gas in QD
Sleep a little easier knowing this gas in ball lock with built-in check valve has your back. The internal check valve allows gas to flow out, but won't allow backflow of liquid into your gas system. Many manifolds and regulators already feature check valves, but this disconnect will keep liquid from ever entering your gas lines in the first place. Especially handy if you force carbonate your beer using the bev out dip tube!
Why we love it: Because we've had beer shoot back into our gas line and that sucks. At some point you will have a keg that is pressurized more than the pressure in your gas system. This could be caused by different carbonation levels, a keg sitting at room temperature, etc. So for example if the pressure in your keg is at 20 psi and your regulator is set at 12 psi, when you connect your gas in quick-disconnect liquid shoots from the keg into the gas line. Eliminate that possibility with this ingenious fitting.
Features:
Internal Check Valve protects your system from liquid back flow

Build your own walk-in cooler with a standard A/C unit from any hardware or appliance store! The CoolBot enables A/C units to cool below their standard setting of 60°F, allowing you to use them as a low-cost refrigeration alternative Installs quickly with no tools or electrical know-how required—see the videos below! Perfect for turning rooms or storage sheds into a fermentation locker, keg room, wine cellar, food larder, and More!
A CoolBot allows a standard air conditioner to cool a room or space down to 35 degrees F. Installs with no tools or electrical knowledge required. Standard A/C units available from any hardware or appliance store have lots of power but they are electronically limited so that they cannot go below 60 degrees F. This is because they would freeze up. Commercial refrigeration for walk in coolers combat freeze with increased surface area on the fins as well as fans. Instead the Cool bot technology uses multiple sensors, a heating element and programmed micro-controller to control your air conditioner in such a way that the unit can go below 60F and not freeze up. The Coolbot cannot give you 100% of the btus listed on your air conditioner nor is suitable for large brewery or winery walk ins. It is perfect for wine cellars, beer storage, fermentation, etc. Easy to install within 30 minutes with no tools or electrical knowleged required. While we can't tell you exactly what size space you can cool because of ambient temperatures and insulation factors, we recommend you google Coolbot. They have sold over 50,000 of these so there are lots of reviews and actual installs out there. We offer free shipping on this unit, ship fast from both coasts, and have great customer service. This type of system is also very efficient. Most commercial systems are power hogs with large fans that are always running. Residential A/C units are made for efficiency. The Coolbot will also shut down the compressor for short time when the unit is running at its highest level of inneficiency, as it nears freeze up. Dims of the CoolBot are 6.5x3.5x1.5 in. If you are an experienced single vessel brewer and don't use the overflow pipe. This malt pipe screen is the perfect upgrade for just that! The Gen 4 BrewZilla nixed the overflow pipe, so this is a direct replacement part for that unit.
KegLand Part Number: KL27397
If you've been looking to step up from fermenting in plastic buckets or carboys, this is an excellent choice for your next fermenter. Stainless steel is a much better option than glass or plastic, as it is extremely easy to clean and virtually lasts forever. There's also much less chance of contamination as stainless doesn't scratch like plastic. Over time, you'll get scratches in plastic fermenters from normal wear and tear, creating microscopic havens for bacteria. Meanwhile, glass carboys are always at risk of breaking which is something you will never have to worry about with stainless steel. The Bucket Buddy is a great value if you're looking for a stainless steel fermenter with built-in heating control. If you live in a cold climate, ale fermentations may be a seasonal affair, as cold ambient temperatures can easily drive down the temperature of your wort below your yeast's optimal fermentation temp range. The Bucket Buddy offers a simple solution with an integrated heating element and digital temperature control. Program your fermentation temperature and if the temp drops below your set point the unit will gently heat your wort from the bottom up via the concealed element located in the base. For cooling, you can place the fermenter in a dedicated refrigerator or drill into the lid to install a Temp Twister Cooling Coil. A temperature controller probe can then be taped to the side of the fermenter to control your cooling source, or you can drill another spot in the lid for a thermowell. Another advantage over carboys and plastic buckets is the domed base inside the fermenter which is great for yeast flocculation when fermentation is complete. The included racking arm will make it easy to transfer out every last drop of beer while leaving the yeast cake undisturbed. The entire racking arm and ball valve assembly is weldless, which means you can remove the assembly to clean and sanitize it between batches. You can even boil the assembly for added assurance that it's been sterilized. To help maintain a steady temperature and cut down on power consumption, the Bucket Buddy pairs well with either the BrewZilla Neoprene Jacket. This unit comes standard with silicone tubing to transfer from the ball valve to your bottles or cans, as well as a stopper and airlock for the domed lid. Specifications: 304 stainless steel construction 17.1 gallon total capacity Digital temperature control 110V / 60W power Stainless steel outlet valve with rotating racking arm Temperature reads in °F or °C With elements turned off, hold both +/- buttons to switch between °F or °C Please note: Heating capacity is highly dependent on ambient temperature and use of insulation. The 65L Bucket Buddy is appropriate for warm fermentations such as kveik. Adding insulation may increase heating capacity while colder ambient environments may lower heating capacity. KegLand Part Number: KL23061
Performs reliably in difficult fermentations, including low nitrogen musts and high alcohol potential
Ideal for restarting sluggish or stuck fermentations
Tolerates extreme conditions: low temperature, low pH, high alcohol, and high sugar
Neutral sensory profile preserves varietal character and wine structure
Strong fermentation kinetics with rapid yeast biomass development
Enartis EZ Ferm 44 is a high-performance yeast strain developed for use in particularly challenging fermentation environments. It is especially effective in musts with low available nitrogen, high sugar content, and low temperature — conditions that often lead to sluggish or stuck fermentations. Its strong fermentative power, high alcohol tolerance (up to 17% v/v), and rapid biomass development make it an excellent choice for fermentation rescue operations and for fermenting difficult lots where reliability is critical. Rather than contributing intense aromatic esters, EZ Ferm 44 has a neutral profile that allows varietal and terroir characteristics to show through. It is also useful when the winemaking goal is to preserve structure and freshness without adding fruity overtones.
Protocol for Use:
Rehydrate in 10 times its weight of water at 35–38°C (95–100°F) for 20 minutes. After rehydration, slowly adapt the yeast to the must temperature by gradually adding must in small volumes over 10–15 minutes. Avoid temperature shocks greater than 10°C (18°F) between the yeast slurry and must. Inoculate immediately after acclimation is complete. For stuck fermentation restarts, follow a full restart protocol including detoxification and yeast acclimatization.
Usage Rate:
Recommended dosage is 20–30 g/hL
— 0.2–0.3 g/L
— 0.76–1.14 g/gal
The new GOfill bottle filler makes filling inexpensive, easy, prevents oxidation, and has a built-in pump. It is the perfect solution for small volume wineries.
Connect to a vessel containing wine to be bottled. Wine is collected in a single-use liner, automatically kept full by the pump. “A simple solution to minimize cleaning and oxidation as the fill liner is closed with no headspace – a signature of GOfermentor.” says Dr Singh, the inventor of a series of innovative products for the winery.
The liner feeds four bottle filling heads simultaneously using gravity flow. Filling can be paused for hours with no oxidation. Keep filling as long as you want, the pump refills the liner automatically. When bottling is complete – simply discard the fill liner and rinse the heads.
Gravity filling heads provide simple, reliable operation with minimal foaming. The disposable feed liner decouples filtration from the bottling operation, enabling one person operation. The smart pump automatically shuts off if there is no flow of wine, preventing air from contacting wine in the fill liner.
1. FOUR HEADS: Four gravity filling heads. 240 bottles per hour.
2. DISPOSABLE FILL TANK: Single-use liner feed tank – no washing, no oxidation, no contamination.
3. BUILT-IN PUMP: Built-in pump and automatic fill liner volume control.
4. AUTO-SHUTOFF: Liquid-out detector with automatic pump shutdown

It is made from two main pieces. The first is a modular keg with a removable base that makes cleaning fast and easy. The second part is a versatile conical bottom that clamps onto the keg and converts it into a pressure capable fermentor. With the upcoming addition of Spunding valve accessory you will be able to control pressure during fermentation. Allowing you to have even greater control over your fermentation profile. This modular design allows you to use the conical bottom to ferment another batch on a different keg while you carbonate and drink your first batch all in same fermentation vessel. Thus eliminating the kegging step and cutting down the risk of possibly introducing your beer to oxygen and bacteria.
