Replacement 3mm thick gasket for the 35L Distillation Lid. Note: The 3mm gasket works well with Gen 3 and older BrewZillas and Gen 1 DigiBoils. If you have a newer model, we recommend the 6mm Gasket for a better seal. To improve the seal further, we highly recommend using the Adjustable Lid Clamps with the Distillation Lid if your unit does not have them. KegLand Part Number: KL03490

Crystal Clear super smooth PET makes fermenting and cleaning super easy
3" Butterfly valve at bottom makes removing yeast/trub easy with the 600mL collection jar.
Pressurizable for fermentation and closed transfer to your keg
Includes BlowTie spunding valve kit, red & yellow carbonation caps, and floating dip tube as standard
The FermZilla is the perfect option for brewers that want all the advantages of a conical fermenter without the price tag of a full-blown stainless-steel unit. It allows you to dump trub, harvest yeast, and with the addition of CO2 cylinder and regulator, you can carbonate and serve – all in one vessel! The clear PET tank allows you to visually monitor fermentation activity and is pressure rated to 2.4 Bar (34.8 psi), which means you can ferment under pressure, reducing ester and fusel alcohols in your finished beer. This also gives the ability to perform pressure transfers. If you prefer to move your finished beer to a keg or other vessel, you can do so with little to no oxygen exposure.
The FermZilla Tri-Conical Easy-Grip model comes packed with accessories so you can take full advantage of this pressurizable fermenter on day one. The new stock standard includes Easy-Grip threaded lid ring, BlowTie spunding valve with integrated pressure gauge, ball lock carbonation caps for the lid, floating dip tube kit with weighted filter, volume marker graduation sticker, and adhesive thermometer.

Temperature Rating:
When not under pressure, do not expose to liquids above 131°F
When under pressure, do not expose to any temperatures above 95°F*
*Please note that the temperature rating for the FermZilla tank is lower when using it under pressure. When not under pressure, it is perfectly safe to transfer wort into the tank below 131°F or to use hot liquids below this temp for cleaning. When under pressure, make sure to keep your fermentation temperature below 95°F and keep the fermenter in an environment that is below 95°F ambient. This is especially important when fermenting with kveik yeast. These strains are known to ferment hot if no temperature control is being used. Exceeding the temperature rating may compromise the tank, leading to a shorter life span or sudden failure to maintain pressure. Even with proper use, we recommend replacing the tank every two years.
Please note: when using the FermZilla under pressure, you must perform a water pressure check to ensure your connections are leak proof. To do this, fill your FermZilla up with water, apply at least 15 psi pressure, and check for leaks around all caps and threads.
Pressure Stress
If you use the FermZilla to ferment under pressure, or you use CO2 to pressure transfer or force carbonate your finished beer, it is very important that you conduct semi-annual inspections of your tank. Even with perfect care, the FermZilla tank may show signs of wear from pressure stress over time. We recommend visually inspecting your tank for stress creases or other signs of wear once or twice a year. A hydro test should be conducted every two years, even if no signs of wear are found. The process is simple:
Fill the tank to the brim with water
Replace the Red PRV with a Green PRV rated to 4.5 BAR or higher
Pressurize the tank to 4 BAR (58 psi)
Check for leaks, then replace the Red PRV when finished
If leaks or potential points of failure are found, replace the tank before you continue using pressure with your FermZilla.
General Care
Taking good care of your FermZilla begins with cleaning and sanitizing the unit before and after use. The tank is made from food-grade PET, which is beautifully clear, but can be sensitive to long soaks in cleaners and acid-based sanitizers. In general, we do not recommend leaving products like PBW or StarSan soaking in the tank for more than an hour. Extended soaks have the potential to degrade the PET material and shorten the lifespan of the tank.
KegLand Part number: KL47296
NOTE: FermZilla tanks are marked with a manufacturer’s “expiry date”. This does not indicate that the tank is bad after this date; it simply indicates that a hydro test may be in order. 2 years after production and every 2 years after first use, it is recommended that the tank be hydro tested to ensure the tank is holding pressure. You will also need the D1072 Green PRV to perform the test. If you do not plan to pressurize the fermenter, the test is not necessary.
FermZilla Tri-Conical 27L & 55L | User Guide
This flat lid with pre-drilled holes allows you to easily add a Temp Twister Cooling Coil to your 35L Bucket Buddy fermenter. It also has holes for your stopper & airlock (included with the Bucket Buddy) as well as a Thermowell so you can control the circulation of cooling solution with a Temperature Controller. The lid is also compatible with 35L BrewZillas and DigiBoils. If you're fermenting in the Bucket Buddy with built-in heating element, we recommend plugging the unit into the heating outlet of your temperature controller and leaving the power switch turned on. This will allow the temp controller to provide power to the unit only when heating is needed and it will cut the power as soon as you're back to your set temperature. Using the Bucket Buddy's controller to maintain the heating set temp and using a separate controller to maintain the cooling may result in heating and cooling cycling at the same time. NOTE: The pre-drilled holes are meant for specific sizes of Duotight bulkheads and the stopper included with the Bucket Buddy fermenter. All holes need to be occupied in order to protect your fermentation from outside contaminants. Depending on the placement of the Temp Twister, you might need to shorten the inlet/outlet tubes on the outside of the fermenter using a Pipe Cutter. Lid only. Other accessories must be purchased separately. You Will Also Need: Temp Twister Cooling Coil FermZilla Thermowell Temperature Controller KegLand Part Number: KL28103

Designed for Brewing. Built to Last.
BrewBuilt brew kettles are made from 304 stainless steel and offer an unparalleled mix of features for the price. At the very top of the list are two welded-in place tri-clamp couplers that offer a lifetime of leak free use. As you can imagine, welding in a coupler costs more than punching a hole and using a gasketed (i.e. weld-less) fitting. Welded fittings offer a permanent connection that to us is worth every penny. The second unique feature that we absolutely love about these brew kettles is the notched lid with silicone plug. This notch allows you so much flexibility; you can use an immersion chiller, one of our Ultimate Sparge Arms for mashing, tie off hop bags, take a temp reading during cooling, or whatever else we all can dream up.
Our new T.C. kettles were designed to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of brewing technology. Tri-clamp fittings are standard fare in professional breweries, and they’ve been widely adopted in homebrewing as T.C. fermenters and pumps become more affordable and widely available. Tri-clamp fittings, also known as Tri-clover, allow you to make a sanitary connection that is free of nooks and crannies for contaminants to take hold. They are much easier to break down for cleaning compared to threaded connections, and they don’t require Teflon tape to make a watertight seal. T.C. fittings and accessories also give you the distinct advantage of being able to clean in place (CIP), so you don’t need to break down your entire system after every brew day.
Configurations
The base boil kettle comes without fittings so you can modify it the specific tri-clamp accessories that best suit your needs. Add one of the optional Brewing Kettle Valve Packs above which include your choice of valve and all the hardware you'll need to connect 1/2" ID transfer tubing, as well as an end cap to seal the top port if a thermometer or other accessory is not in place.
The Hot Liquor Tank includes the base kettle plus a kettle maximizer for the bottom port and thermometer with 2" probe for the top port. Clamps and gaskets are included to attach the tri-clamp kettle maximizer and the thermometer.
The Mash Tun includes the base kettle plus a false bottom kit for the bottom port and thermometer with 6" probe for the top port. Clamps and gaskets are included to attach the tri-clamp false bottom maximizer and the thermometer.
Kettles do not come with a valve or additional fittings for the bottom port as standard. Add one of our pre-configured Valve Packs or purchase your preferred valve and fittings separately.
This Brew Kettle has a lot to offer...
Some other features we dig include the internal volume markers from the bottom to the top - so handy for instant reads. The silicone sleeved handles on the kettle and the lid are a cool feature to protect your hands. The tri-clad bottom with a 4mm core of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel offers even heat distribution during the boil and also makes it a perfect choice for anyone wanting to use an induction burner.
Beefy 304 Stainless
These kettles are made from 304 grade stainless. That means you will have less corrosion issues than with a kettle made from lower grade 201 type stainless. We put these kettles through a corrosive salt water test in the MoreBeer! shop and they passed with flying colors. We also made sure the rivets and riveted handles were also made of stainless steel for a long term, trouble free life. The 10 and 15 gallon size are made from 1.0mm thick stainless steel. The 20, 30 and 50 gallon size are made with 1.2mm stainless - that's pretty thick stuff - and you will know it when you pick one up.
Mirror Polish Finish
The mirror polish finish isn’t just for making your Instagram feed pop! This extra slick finish is much easier to clean and sanitize than a standard brushed stainless kettle. Hop trub and other organic solids left behind after a brew day will have a hard time clinging to the interior surface and scrub away with ease.
Size Ratios and Stuff
All the BrewBuilt kettles follow the recent trend to a 1.2:1 ratio where the height is 1.2 times the diameter. This is a proven commercial ratio that has been adopted in homebrewing to achieve a more consistent 10% evaporation rate during the boil. We do like this ratio for boiling. For Mashing we would prefer a little bit shallower but that is a small compromise. Dimensions for a hot-liquor tank, if you are thinking brewing system down the road, are irrelevant as any ratio kettle will do.
Features:
Two welded T.C. couplers for a lifetime of leak free use
Front & back oriented handles with silicone coated handles for heat protection
Notched lid with silicone plug for flexibility
304 stainless steel construction for longevity
1.0mm (10 & 15 gal) or 1.2mm (20, 30 & 50 gal) thick side walls resist denting
4mm Tri-Clad Aluminum bottom sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel for no scorching
Internally etched volume markers from top to bottom for easy reading
1.2:1 Ratio is optimal for boiling evaporation rate

The Copper Reflux Still Condenser is designed to create high percentage pure neutral spirit. It features a flow management device, which makes it extremely easy to use. No need to worry about fine tuning the water flow speed. As long as your providing enough coolant or cold water running through the condenser, the flow rate doesn't matter. The purity of the spirit can be controlled by two included flow control inserts. These brass inserts come with a 1.0mm hole and 0.6mm hole. As the hole gets smaller, the rate at which the spirit exits the condenser will decrease, thus increasing your reflux ratio and the purity of your spirit.
If you want to make whiskeys and gins we recommend checking out the Copper Pot Still!
This is only the still top and does not come with a boiler. Combine with a distillation lid to use a BrewZilla or DigiBoil as the base for this Alcoengine brand still top.
Comes with 13 mm (0.51") barb connections for the water inlet and outlet.

Mash grains and boil wort in a single vessel DigiBoil electric kettle automatically maintains mash temperatures with the digital controller Dual heating elements combine for 1500W of power Also available with optional Recirculation Pump Kit! The DigiMash system represents the best value in electric all-grain brewing you'll find. With a 9-gallon DigiBoil electric kettle and the DigiMash stainless steel mashing accessory pack included, this is by far the most affordable way to get into electric all-grain brewing. It may not have all the bells and whistles of the BrewZilla, but it does have everything you need to mash and boil all in one unit. Setting up and using the DigiMash couldn't be easier. Simply place the false bottom inside the kettle and install the malt pipe, fill with water and heat to your desired strike temperature, then add your grain and set your desired mash temperature on the digital controller. Once your mash is complete, lift up the malt pipe, drain the wort and sparge, then remove the malt pipe and proceed to boil. If you're deciding between the DigiMash and the BrewZilla, there are a couple of key differences worth noting. One of our favorite features of the BrewZilla is the programmable mash steps and delayed start, which the DigiMash does not have. You can still step mash by simply raising the temperature manually on the controller, but the automatic steps are a convenient feature if you want to set it and forget it. The other major difference between the two systems is that the BrewZilla features a built-in pump for recirculating the mash. Recirculation is a great way to improve mash efficiency, but it is far from required for a successful brew day. Using an external pump with the DigiMash is also an option, and one can be integrated for mash recirculation quite easily. Simply connect the ball valve to the inlet of your pump, and then connect the outlet of the pump to our Sparge Arm Assembly. This model comes with the 35L DigiBoil, which has two built-in heating elements that run off a 110V plug. One element is 1000w and the other is 500w for a combined 1500 watts! The elements can be individually controlled, allowing you to use a single element to gently hold temperatures, or engage both elements to quickly go from mash temp to boiling. Temperatures are set and automatically maintained through the digital control panel. Simply set your desired temperature and flip on the heating element(s). Integrated stainless ball valve comes with a 13mm barb (approx. 1/2"). The barb can be removed to attach fittings with 1/2" FPT, such as our female threaded quick disconnect. Tank Capacity: 30L/8 Gal. Water Capacity
Cooling Capacity: 780 Watt/2600btu/0.26 ton
Power: 110V (3.6 amps)
The IceMaster 100 is designed to cool fermentations in small vessels. It can be used with any vessel that has a glycol jacket or submersed cooling coil/rod. For each vessel you want to cool you will need to buy one of our BrewBuilt Chilling Pump Kits. Each tank is able to be separately temperature controlled. Each Glycol Pump Kit includes a submersible pump that is placed in the cool bath of this chiller along with a digital controller. The digital controller includes a thermal probe that should be inserted into a thermal well in your vessel or can be taped to the outside of the vessel if you don't have a thermal well. The digital controller then measures the temperature of your tank and turns the submersible pump on or off to cool to your desired set temperature. Up to four tanks can be controlled separately with one IceMaster and four BrewBuilt Chilling Pump Kit (GLY35).
Compatibility
The IceMaster can be used with any fermenter that has a built in cooling jacket, added Coolstix, or a submersed cooling coil. It works well as the cooling source for the following sytems and fermenters.
BrewBuilt Jacketed Uni Conical - You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each tank.
Coolstix - Coolstix can be added to a wide range of carboys, fermenters, and tanks and the IceMaster works really well in combination. Each Coostix Complete Kit comes with a pump kit and controller.
Ss Brewtech Fermenters and Brites with optional FTS Temperature Control Systems - Because FTS systems include a pump and controller you will not need to buy a separate Glycol Pump Kit.
Spike Conical with Optional Cooling Package - Because the optional Spike cooling system includes a pump and controller you will not need to buy a separate Glycol Pump Kit.
Speidel Tanks with Optional Cooling Jackets - You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each tank.
Grainfather Fermenters - Grainfather fermenters have standard cooling jackets. You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each fermenter
Blichmann Fermenators with Optional Cooling Coil - You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each Fermenator.
Capacity
It is always difficult to determine exactly how many tanks can be chilled at one time as it depends on what is happening in each tank, if the tank is insulated, and what the ambient temperature is. Cold crashing always requires the most energy and requires tank insulation. We have experimented with capacities and can provide this general guide based on a 75°F ambient and neoprene insulation. Neoprene a modest amount of insulation so you would obtain better results using Armaflex or a higher R rated insulation. If only controlling fermentation temps the capacity would be higher. Four BrewBuilt Chilling Pump Kits (GLY35) is the maximum that will fit in the IceMaster. We are working on smaller glycol pump kits, where the pumps have smaller footprints, so the IceMaster right now has the capacity to use 5 pumps through the bulkhead fittings.
Capacity calculated at cold crashing to 38°F at 75°F ambient with neoprene insulation (double for fermentation temperature control):
2 - 1BBL (31 Gallon) Jacketed Tanks
2 - 1/2BBL (15-20 Gallon) Tanks
3 - 10-14 Gallon Tanks
4 - 5-7 Gallon Tanks
Set Up
In order to hook up the IceMaster to your fermenter or tank's cooling system, you will need 4 lengths of tubing. All tubing connections should be secured with hose clamps.
Length 1: Submersible pump outlet to inner barb of 1st bulkhead
Length 2: Outer barb of 1st bulkhead to cooling system inlet
Length 3: Cooling system outlet to outer barb of 2nd bulkhead
Length 4: Inner barb of 2nd bulkhead to IceMaster resevoir (should drain freely, no connection necessary)

Amarillo® hops enjoy a special place of adoration in the hearts of brewers. Often described as a supercharged version of Cascade. Bursting with floral, tropical, and citrus (lemon, orange and grapefruit) characteristics, but it has a distinctive Orange character to it that is very different from Cascade. An excellent choice of super hoppy beer styles like Hazy IPA or West Coast IPA, Pale Ales, or Hoppy Lagers. But really, it's an excellent addition to any beer where you want citrus flavors to pop.

The ultimate plastic pressurized conical
A best seller for a reason! Tons of features at an incredible price
Cyrstal clear super smooth PET makes fermenting and cleaning super easy
3" Butterfly valve at bottom makes removing yeast / trub easy with the 600mL collection jar
Pressurizable (with accessories) for fermentation and closed transfer to your keg
The Gen 3.2 FermZilla Tri-Conical features a newly designed collection container with top & bottom PCO1881 ports. The collection container has a 3" T.C. opening and installs on the Conical with a 3" T.C. butterfly valve. The molded 3" T.C. ferrule on the tank is a huge improvement over the Gen 2 model—eliminating the complicated dump valve design and simplifying the collection container connection. Brew with confidence on the new Tri-Clover FermZilla!
NOTE: The primary example photo shows the collection container from the Gen 3 FermZilla.
Out of the box, the FermZilla Conical is an amazing fermenter that will immediately step up your game on the cold side of the brewing process. But what we love most about this unit is how easily it is to upgrade as you go—adding more functionality and gaining more precise control over your fermentation with each new accessory. Below are some of our favorite add-ons for the FermZilla Tri-Conical Fermenter.
Pressure Kit
The FermZilla is the perfect option for brewers that want all the advantages of a conical fermenter without the price tag of a full blown stainless steel unit. It allows you to dump trub, harvest yeast, and with the addition of the FermZilla Pressure Kit, you can carbonate and serve – all in one vessel!
Tri-Clamp Pressure Lid
Add a 2" T.C. port to your fermenter by replacing the standard lid with the FermZilla Tri-Clamp Pressure Lid. This will give you an opening to add dry hops or other additions without needing to remove the entire lid, or you can upgrade down the road with a Hop Bong sight glass in order to add CO2 and purge your hop charge of oxygen. PCO1881 threaded ports are still there for Ball Lock Caps, as well as undrilled ports for an optional Thermowell and Temp Twister cooling coil.
Hop Bong Pressure Pack
The ultimate upgrade kit! The Hop Bong Pressure Pack has all of the parts included with the Pressure Kit and Tri-Clamp Pressure Lid but fully parted out to remove the guess work. If the Tri-Conical is your first FermZilla fermenter, this accessory kit is for you. Load up the Hop Bong, flush it with CO2, purge out oxygen with the handy PRV on top, then simply open the Butterfly Valve to inject your beer with a 6 oz payload of dry hops.

KegLand Part number: KL25904
NOTE: FermZilla tanks are marked with a manufacturer’s “expiry date”. This does not indicate that the tank is bad after this date; it simply indicates that a hydro test may be in order. 2 years after production and every 2 years after first use, it is recommended that the tank be hydro tested to ensure the tank is holding pressure. Hydro test instructions are available here. You will also need the D1072 Green PRV to perform the test. If you do not plan to pressurize the fermenter, the test is not necessary.

The ultimate control & precision of your fermentation process. Equipped with two built-in temperature controllers and pumps, this advanced chiller enables you to independently regulate the temperature of two separate fermentation vessels simultaneously, ensuring optimal conditions for different batches or styles of beer, making it a game-changer for homebrewers.
2 built-in submersible pumps with independent digital controllers
Control multiple fermentation temperatures independently
Fill with 20% glycol solution for optimal chilling performance
Cold crash with good insulation
Perfect complement to BrewBuilt X-Series Conicals
The IceMaster Max 2 is designed to cool fermentations in small vessels. It features 2 built-in submersible pumps with independent digital temperature controllers and can be used with any vessel that has a glycol jacket or submersed cooling coil/rod. Each controller includes a temperature probe that should be inserted into a thermowell in your vessel or can be taped to the outside of the vessel if you don't have a thermowell. The digital controller then measures the temperature of your tank and turns the submersible pump on or off to cool to your desired set temperature. Up to two tanks can be controlled separately with one IceMaster Max 2.
The Max 2 is the perfect unit for brewers with 1 or 2 fermentation vessels. The IceMaster 100 and IceMaster Max 4 are terrific chillers, but for they have far more cooling capacity than the average homebrewer needs. The Max 2 is the most affordable glycol chiller we offer, and thanks to the built-in submersible pumps and controllers, there's no need to purchase additional pump kits to use with your cooling system(s).
Compatibility
The IceMaster can be used with any fermenter that has a built-in cooling jacket, added CoolStix, or a submersed cooling coil. It works well as the cooling source for the following systems and fermenters.
BrewBuilt Jacketed Uni Conical - we recommend one Insulated Tubing Kit for each tank. These kits feature "dry break" quick disconnects that prevent glycol loss and the insulated tubing will increase chilling efficiency and eliminate line sweating from condensation.
CoolStix - CoolStix can be added to a wide range of carboys, fermenters, and tanks and the IceMaster works really well in combination. Each CoolStix is available with or without a pump kit; for use with the IceMaster Max 2 you will only need the CoolStix and some tubing to connect it to the chiller.
Ss Brewtech Fermenters and Brites - Ss BME Chronicals, BME Brites, and Unitanks come with cooling coils and neoprene as standard. The optional chilling FTSs will not be needed for use with the Max 2.

Speidel Tanks with Optional Cooling Jackets - You will need two lengths of tubing to connect the chiller to each tank.
Grainfather Fermenters - Grainfather fermenters have standard cooling jackets. You will need two lengths of tubing for each fermenter.
Blichmann Fermenators with Optional Cooling Coil - You will need two lengths of tubing for each Fermenator.
Neoprene provides a modest amount of insulation so you would obtain better results using Armaflex or a higher R rated insulation.
At 75°F ambient temperature with neoprene insulation, the Max 2 can cold crash one 1 BBL BrewBuilt Jacketed Uni or two Jacketed Unis up to 15 gallons in size at one time to 38°F.
Set Up
In order to hook up the IceMaster to your fermenter or tank's cooling system, you will need 2 lengths of tubing per vessel. All tubing connections should be secured with hose clamps. The unit comes with JoinTech Male Quick Disconnects installed as the inlet/outlet bulkheads, and also includes Female QDs with barbs to connect your tubing to the bulkheads. QDs to connect tubing to your cooling system are not included as the connection type depends on your setup.

The most affordable all-in-one automated all-grain brewing system!
Mash grains and boil wort in a single vessel
External pump kit for recirculating mash will improve efficiency, consistency, and clarity
DigiBoil electric kettle automatically maintains mash temperatures with the digital controller
Dual heating elements combine for 1500W of power
The DigiMash system represents the best value in electric all-grain brewing you'll find. With a 9-gallon DigiBoil electric kettle and the DigiMash stainless steel mashing accessory pack included, this is by far the most affordable way to get into electric all-grain brewing. It may not have all the bells and whistles of the BrewZilla, but it does have everything you need to mash and boil all in one unit.
With the Recirculation Pump Kit, you can recirculate sweet wort during the mash to improve starch conversion, maintain a consistent temperature throughout the mash, and improve the clarity. The pump can also be used to move water around your brewery if you use a secondary vessel to hold sparge water, or to transfer the wort from your kettle to your fermenter. With the optional Whirlpool Arm, you can also swap out the Recirculation Arm and use your pump kit to whirlpool after the boil.
One advantage that this setup has over the BrewZilla is that the pump is external. This makes cleaning and fixing pump issues much easier, as you can quickly take apart the pump head to clean and clear out residual gunk at the end of each brew day.
This model comes with the 35L DigiBoil, which has two built-in heating elements that run off a 110V plug. One element is 1000w and the other is 500w for a combined 1500 watts! The Hop Bong is a versatile pressurizable tri-clamp accessory, capable of not only dry hopping oxygen purged hops into fermenters, but also as an inline carbonation/oxygenation accessory. Load up the Hop Bong, flush it with CO2, purge out oxygen with the handy PRV on top, then simply open the Butterfly Valve to inject your beer with a 6 oz payload of dry hops.
If you're an existing FermZilla Conical or All Rounder user and you already own the Pressure Kit with 2x Ball Lock Caps and floating dip tube, check out the Hop Bong Upgrade Kit.
The 3 Pieces of the Hop Bong Pressure Pack:
Pressure Kit
The Pressure Kit includes two Ball Lock Caps with the Floating Dip Tube and Filter Attachment. These pieces allow you to pressure transfer finished beer out of the fermenter into kegs or a bottling bucket, or you can carbonate and serve beer directly from the FermZilla.
Tri-Clamp Pressure Lid
Replacing the standard lid with the FermZilla Tri-Clamp Pressure Lid provides you with a 2" T.C. port at the top of your fermenter. This will give you an opening to add dry hops or other additions without needing to remove the entire lid. Take off the butterfly valve to add your yeast pitch, and when you're ready to add flavoring additions when fermentation is complete, drop them in oxygen-free via the Hop Bong. PCO1881 threaded ports are there for your Ball Lock Caps, as well as undrilled ports for an optional Thermowell and/or Temp Twister cooling coil.
Hop Bong
Load up the Hop Bong and add CO2 to purge your hop charge of oxygen. This kit comes with a third Ball Lock Cap to introduce CO2 directly to the Hop Bong, as well as a pull ring PRV to release pressure and purge oxygen. Once you've flushed your hop charge with CO2, open the butterfly valve to inject your beer with up to 6 oz of hop pellets.
Hop Pellet Capacity: 150–180g (5.2–6.3 oz)
Kit Includes:
FermZilla 2" T.C. Pressure Lid Starter Kit
2" Hop Bong

Haze Craze Flash Brewing® Kit
Haze Craze is the Flash Brewing® take on the hazy New England IPA recipe. Also known as a North Eastern IPA, or Juicy IPA, it quickly became one of the most popular beer styles in the US. It packs all of the hop character that craft beer nerds love, and it's much softer and less bitter than classic West Coast IPAs, making it a much more approachable style for the uninitiated. The style accentuates hop character while maintaining a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Light in color but hazy due to heavy dry hopping, CellarScience Hazy yeast, as well as our custom blend of Flash Malt™ containing oats and wheat. Low in bitterness with a huge hop character due to hop-bursting, this beer will satiate even the biggest hop head.
NEIPA has become popular nationwide thanks to breweries like Tree House Brewing, The Alchemist, Hill Farmstead and Grimm Artisanal Ales. One taste of this delicious style will make it a staple in your Flash brew schedule.
Flash Brewing® Kits
Introducing MoreBeer!'s Flash Brewing® Kits! Designed for both novice and seasoned homebrewers, these innovative recipe kits allow you to simply mix the ingredients with water and add yeast for fermentation. This streamlined process not only saves you valuable time but also simplifies brewing without sacrificing flavor. Say hello to a faster, easier way to craft exceptional beer at home.
Typically, brewing requires you to boil your malt and hops for one hour, followed by another hour for cooling. Flash Brewing® eliminates the need to boil. Our Flash Brewing® malt recipes have been boiled and whirlpooled before they are dried. We then use a HopBite™ shot for bitterness combined with a mix of traditional hop pellets for flavor. Flash Yeast™ starts quickly and consistently produces clean beer that lets the malt and hops shine. The result is a high-quality beer that will absolutely surprise you.
If you want to read more about the development of Flash Brewing® at MoreBeer! or have more questions please read our Frequently Asked Questions.

The most affordable all-in-one automated all-grain brewing system!
Mash grains and boil wort in a single vessel
DigiBoil electric kettle automatically maintains mash temperatures with the digital controller
Dual heating elements combine for 2400W of power
Also available with optional Recirculation Pump Kit!
This model comes with the 35L DigiBoil, which has two built-in heating elements that run off a 220V plug. One element is 1900w and the other is 500w for a combined 2400 watts! The elements can be individually controlled, allowing you to use a single element to gently hold temperatures, or engage both elements to quickly go from mash temp to boiling. Temperatures are set and automatically maintained through the digital control panel. Simply set your desired temperature and flip on the heating element(s).
If you have access to 220V power, this is definitely the unit we recommend. Although 110V power is enough to get up to boil, 220V will get you there faster and provide a much more vigorous boil.
Integrated stainless ball valve comes with a 13mm barb (approx. 1/2"). The barb can be removed to attach fittings with 1/2" FPT, such as our female threaded quick disconnect.

The ultimate control & precision of your fermentation process. Equipped with four built-in temperature controllers and pumps, this advanced chiller enables you to independently regulate the temperature of multiple separate fermentation vessels simultaneously, ensuring optimal conditions for different batches or styles of beer, making it a game-changer for homebrewers.
4 Built-in pumps and digital controllers
Control multiple fermentation temperatures independently Fill with 20% glycol solution for optimal chilling performance Cold crash with good insulation Perfect complement to BrewBuilt X-Series Conicals The IceMaster Max 4 is designed to cool fermentations in small vessels. It features 4 built-in submersible pumps with independent digital temperature controllers and can be used with any vessel that has a glycol jacket or submersed cooling coil/rod. Each controller includes a temperature probe that should be inserted into a thermowell in your vessel or can be taped to the outside of the vessel if you don't have a thermowell. The digital controller then measures the temperature of your tank and turns the submersible pump on or off to cool to your desired set temperature. Up to four tanks can be controlled separately with one IceMaster Max 4. Compatibility The IceMaster can be used with any fermenter that has a built-in cooling jacket, added CoolStix, or a submersed cooling coil. Each CoolStix is available with or without a pump kit; for use with the IceMaster Max 4 you will only need the CoolStix and some tubing to connect it to the chiller. Ss Brewtech Fermenters and Brites - Ss BME Chronicals, BME Brites, and Unitanks come with cooling coils and neoprene as standard. The optional chilling FTSs will not be needed for use with the Max 4. The cooling coil for standard Ss Chronicals and Brew Buckets are not sold a la carte and must be purchased with a submersible pump, which is not needed for the Max 4. For standard Chronicals and Brew Buckets you might consider the IceMaster 100 for cost savings. Spike Conical with Optional Cooling Coil - the cooling coil for Spike CF series conicals is available for purchase independently from the TC-100 cooling system. For use with the Max 4 you will only need the coil and some tubing to connect it to the chiller. Capacity It is always difficult to determine exactly how many tanks can be chilled at one time as it depends on what is happening in each tank, if the tank is insulated, and what the ambient temperature is. Cold crashing always requires the most energy and requires tank insulation. We have experimented with capacities and can provide this general guide based on a 75°F ambient and neoprene insulation. Neoprene provides a modest amount of insulation so you would obtain better results using Armaflex or a higher R rated insulation. Capacity calculated at cold crashing to a target temperature of 38°F while the ambient temperature is 75°F with neoprene insulation (double tank capacity for ale fermentation temperature control): 2 - 1BBL (31 Gallon) Jacketed Tank 2 - 1/2BBL (15-20 Gallon) Tanks 3 - 10-14 Gallon Tanks 4 - 5-7 Gallon Tanks Set Up In order to hook up the IceMaster to your fermenter or tank's cooling system, you will need 2 lengths of tubing per vessel. All tubing connections should be secured with hose clamps. Length 1: Barb of 1st bulkhead (IN) to cooling system outlet
Length 2: Barb of 2nd bulkhead (OUT) to cooling system inlet

The pump can also be used to move water around your brewery if you use a secondary vessel to hold sparge water, or to transfer the wort from your kettle to your fermenter. With the optional Whirlpool Arm, you can also swap out the Recirculation Arm and use your pump kit to whirlpool after the boil.
One advantage that this setup has over the BrewZilla is that the pump is external. This makes cleaning and fixing pump issues much easier, as you can quickly take apart the pump head to clean and clear out residual gunk at the end of each brew day.
This model comes with the 65L DigiBoil, which has three built-in heating elements that run off a 220V plug. The elements are 2000w, 1000w and 500w for a combined 3500 watts! The elements can be individually controlled, allowing you to use a single element to gently hold temperatures, or engage all three elements to quickly go from steeping temp to boiling. Temperatures are set and automatically maintained through the digital control panel. Simply set your desired temperature and flip on the heating element(s).
