The Flow Control Manifold is specifically designed for the Command Stand™ by Blichmann Engineering! Check the flow and divert the wort with this flow manifold. Designed to attach to the Command Stand™ and get your flow going through your brewing setup!
This bushing can be used to install a weldless brewmometer into a 1/2" NPT fitting. It can also be used with Blichmann Tower of Power temperature sensors.
To install the thermometer into a female NPT fitting, place the o-ring and washer on the thermometer as indicated by the directions, then thread the adapter bushing onto the thermometer. Apply plumber's tape (H900) to the external NPT threads of the bushing. Tape is not required on the thermometer's threads due to it using the o-ring. Simply thread the thermometer into the bushing with the o-ring and washer in place.
Caution: Once installed, the bushing can not be removed. Avoid overtightening, as it may damage the components.
The BrewMometer is unlike any other thermometer on the market. Not only does it read the temperature - it also has suggested "ranges" for the following:
Lager Fermentation Temperature
Ale Fermentation Temperature
Dough-In
Protein Rest
Starch Conversion
Steeping
Mash-Out/Sparge
Boil
It has a 1/2" MPT thread on the back side, and a 3" face. Probe length 3 3/8". Note - This thermometer only reads Fahrenheit.

This amazing product is an ideal companion with Blichmann’s revolutionary BoilCoil™ immersion heaters, but it’ll also work with all manufacturer’s immersion heaters! Blichmann’s unique modular power controller lets you precisely control the power of your electric heating element from 0-100% power. Need to control more than one heating element for large kettles? Simply add up to 4 additional relay modules and drive them all with one power controller. Unlike cheap "dimmer switch" based power controllers, whose power output is not linear, the modular power controller is much easier to control the perfect boil intensity and heating rate. This is accomplished using a tried and true industrial technique called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). Simply put, it controls the percentage of time the heater is energized over a very short 1 sec interval. So turning the knob to “6” energizes the heater for 0.6 seconds, and turns it off for the remainder of the 1 sec interval. This robust reliable technique is gentle on your heater, is extremely linear, and doesn’t create electrical noise like other techniques can. See below for other great features.
Precise linear control of power from 0-100% with a fast-acting intuitive power knob
Industrial grade PWM control methodology is reliable, gentle to heating elements, and very linear
Ideal for boil kettle and BIAB applications where temperature control is not needed, but precise power control is. Note that this product does not read or control temperature
Allows you to dial in an exact and repeatable boil off rate to hit your final boil volume batch after batch
Perfect match for Blichmann’s BoilCoil™ electric heaters, but also works with any manufacturer’s immersion heater
30A 240V (7200W) single phase, and 20A 120V (2400W) models available
L6-30 30A 240V or L6-20 120V with power cable “pigtails” available
Have a large kettle with more than on heating element? Up to 4 optional relay modules can be quickly installed allowing you to drive up to 5 heating elements simultaneously with one power controller
Unique enclosure has provisions to route cables out of the back for table mounting, or out of the bottom for wall mounting. Field changeable
Integral DIN rail groove on the back allows connecting multiple controllers and relay modules together for wall or table mounting using readily available DIN mounting channels

The In-Line Oxygenation Kit designed by Blichmann Engineering™ sets your brew day up for success. The stainless steel diffusion stone dissolves oxygen into your wort to promote yeast health and vigorous fermentation. It also reduces lag times to produce the finest homebrewed beer without off-flavors from stressed yeast.
Unlike other products on the market, this product quickly and completely disassembles for cleaning and sanitation. We have also selected a stone porosity that is the perfect balance between small bubble size for quickly dissolving the oxygen, yet has the permeability for sanitizers to fully and quickly penetrate the stone for proper sanitation. Other manufacturers use stones so fine that sanitizers cannot penetrate them and they must be boiled to be properly sanitized. But not ours! Your success is our priority when it comes to brewing!
Key features include:
Stainless steel diffusion stone
Two 1/2″ QuickConnectors™
High-quality O2 regulator
Custom stainless steel fitting
5-foot O2 hose
Easy to sanitize
Requires “welding-type” oxygen tank on Premium In-Line Oxygenation Kit (silver regulator) and disposable oxygenation tank on Standard In-Line Oxygenation Kit (gold regulator)
Optional ThruMometer™ for in-line temperature measurement
In 2004, the Fermenator™ revolutionized the homebrew market as the first pressure capable homebrew conical. We are proud to announce the latest model: the Fermenator™ G4. Reimagined from the ground up, this true unitank leverages our 20+ years of experience in home and pro brewing, and our reputation of innovation. From the welded tri-clamp fittings, the 15 PSI capability, the always-sanitary aseptic racking arm, the external level gauge, and many other purpose-built accessories, you’ll find that the Fermenator™ G4 stands in a league of its own. Most competitors nickel-and-dime you with needed, but not included accessories like a sampling valve or racking arm! But not the Fermenator™ G4. We include more standard accessories than the competition at a value no one can beat.
Features:
Welded Tri-Clamp Fittings: All fittings are 1.5” tri-clamps and are sanitary welded into the heaviest gauge tank and lid on the market.
Pressure Capable Unitank: With 15 PSI (1 BAR) pressure capability, and the included integral pressure relief valve, you can ferment under pressure for reducing fruity esters in your beers, pressure transfer beer into kegs, or carbonate and use as a serving vessel.
Aseptic Racking Valve: The revolutionary patent pending aseptic racking valve takes the struggle out of keeping your sampling valve sanitary. Similar to pharmaceutical grade sampling valves, the new G4 aseptic valve can be filled with sanitizer between uses so all wetted surfaces always remain sanitized. No spraying. No worrying. No contamination.
Brushed Exterior, Polished Interior: Let’s admit it - our breweries are show-pieces for friends and families. And we work hard to keep them looking new. Like our Pro Brewing equipment, we’ve selected a sleek brushed exterior finish that is significantly easier to keep free of stains and fingerprints and gives that true pro-look to your brewery. Lastly, we’ve put a mirror polish on the interior to improve cleaning and yeast sedimentation.
Positive Seal Racking Arm: Loosening a racking arm clamp can lead to beer leaking from the joint, or worse yet, a clamp popping off and causing the loss of the full batch of beer. We’ve included an integral seal to eliminate beer leaks, and a long position indicating pin to allow the fitting to be easily rotated with minimal loosening of the clamp.
Dial Thermometer: The included tri-clamp thermometer reads in F and C, and the scale is perfect for fermentation temps.
Dimensions:
Tank Height: 37.5"
Foot Height: 1.5"
Depth (Front and Back): 24"
Width: 20.25"

This gas system comes ready to use with Propane. To use with Natural Gas, see the conversion kit listed below in the "You Might Also Need" section.
Please Note: This system requires one 120v 15 Amp GFCI outlet.
Relieves pressure while filtering from one keg to another plus allowing reading the pressure in the receiving keg.
Notes: You need to wind/unwind the end of the valve to adjust the pressure. It sometimes comes threaded all the way on from the manufacturer occasionally. Wrap a towel around the end piece(about 1/4 in) and clamp down on it while twisting the wrench fitting on the bottom(closest end to the Gas In QD) to loosen it. Then finger tighten or loosen to desired pressure.
Automatically release pressure inside your fermenter during pressure fermentations Regulate beer flow during pressurized transfers from fermenter to keg Diaphragm spunding valves offer higher accuracy compared to spring & poppet spunding valves 8 mm Duotight inlet/outlet for use with 8 mm OD EVABarrier tubing or 8 mm Rigid Joiners The Blow Tie Spunding Valve is used to release excess pressure on a pressurized fermenter or from a receiving keg during pressure transfers. This diaphragm spunding valve is much more accurate than the spring and poppet style, and works much better at lower pressures. Pressure Fermentation
Pressure fermentation is becoming more and more popular at the homebrew level, but in order to do it safely and accurately you need a way to release excess pressure. You'll pressurize your vessel to your desired psi, but once fermentation begins and those hungry, active yeast start creating CO2, the pressure inside the vessel will increase. Attach a spunding valve and set it to your desired pressure, and it will blow off when the pressure gets too high and close up again when it's back to your desired psi. Pressure Transfers
Even if you don't have a pressurizable fermenter, you may have done pressure transfers from keg to keg during filtering or after fining. During pressure transfers, it's a good idea to have a bit of head pressure in the receiving keg, especially if you're transferring beer that is already carbonated. Having a spunding valve in place will allow you to consistently control the head pressure and give you more consistent results, without losing carbonation in the process. Diaphragm vs. Poppet
With the poppet style spunding valve, a spring pushes against a poppet to keep the valve closed. When the poppet lifts up to open, the surface area the gas pushes against becomes larger, and the spring has to work harder to push the poppet down and reseal the valve. This can lead to more gas being released than intended, and the remaining pressure in your vessel may be at a lower psi than your spunding valve’s set psi. Instead of a poppet, the spring inside the BlowTie pushes against a diaphragm, which has an immensely larger surface area. This means the surface area that the gas pushes against while the diaphragm is closed is significantly closer to the surface area it pushes against when the diaphragm is open. This leads to higher accuracy, and the remaining pressure after excess gas is released will be much closer to your set blow off pressure. Set Up
The BlowTie spunding valve comes with 8 mm Duotight fittings on the inlet and outlet, and we recommend using it with EVABarrier 8 mm OD tubing (D1717 or D1718). You'll also need the flare Duotight fitting (DUO106) in order to attach it to a ball lock or pin lock disconnect. Dialing in your desired pressure is very simple. Although you would ideally use the BlowTie with the Push-In Pressure Gauge (D1160) and Duotight Tee Fitting (DUO109), as seen in the example photo, you can easily set the blow off pressure without it. To do this, simply pressurize an empty keg to your desired psi using your CO2 regulator. Before attaching the BlowTie to the gas post, be sure to turn the dial clockwise until it is fully closed. Once attached, slowly turn the dial counterclockwise until gas starts coming out, then slightly turn the dial back to stop the gas flow. The BlowTie is now set to your desired pressure.
Note: Power relay sold separately (BL996). Mounting bracket sold separately (BL997).
