Using the WineEasy™ combined fermentor and press is admittedly different than anything on the market, but is incredibly easy to use and provides results and ease of use that traditional fermenting and pressing techniques simply can't offer.
At the heart of the system is a high quality stainless primary fermentor (20, 30 and 55 gal sizes). A uniquely designed false bottom located at the bottom of the fermentor allows the pomace to be separated from the wine while draining the unit. The tines on the pressure plate support the bottom of the fermentor and perforated false bottom and keep it from collapsing from the pressure imparted by the vacuum pump.
After alcoholic fermentation, the free run is drained or pumped out of the fermentor. The sliding piston assembly is then installed. The vacuum pump evacuates the carboy (or other vacuum capable vessel) and applies a vacuum under the false bottom of the WineEasy fermentor. This causes atmospheric pressure to push down on the sliding piston pressing the pomace to the ideal maximum pressure of 14 PSI to avoid hard press conditions.
Since this is all done without transferring the pomace to a press, and is done so in a completely closed and air tight system, oxidation and contamination are virtually eliminated.
Cleanup is as easy as scooping out the dry pomace into a container and washing out the high polish stainless steel fermentor!
Features:
No messy transfers to a secondary fermentor
Less risk of contamination and oxidation
Great press efficiency
Fast
Easy to use
Simple mess-free cleanup
Produce consistently superb wines
Please Note: This 55 gallon Wine Easy requires at least 18.15 gallons of must to press effectively.
The Blichmann Universal CIP Spray Ball kit can be custom fitted to any fermentor, kettle, keg cleaner and more! All that's needed for mounting is a simple 7/8" hole. Designed to work perfectly with the RipTide Brewing Pump and the March 815 series pumps.
Full stainless steel construction
Installs anywhere with a 7/8" hole
Requires 7 gpm pump flow
In 2004, the Fermenator™ revolutionized the homebrew market as the first pressure capable homebrew conical. We are proud to announce the latest model: the Fermenator™ G4. Reimagined from the ground up, this true unitank leverages our 20+ years of experience in home and pro brewing, and our reputation of innovation. From the welded tri-clamp fittings, the 15 PSI capability, the always-sanitary aseptic racking arm, the external level gauge, and many other purpose-built accessories, you’ll find that the Fermenator™ G4 stands in a league of its own. Most competitors nickel-and-dime you with needed, but not included accessories like a sampling valve or racking arm! But not the Fermenator™ G4. We include more standard accessories than the competition at a value no one can beat.
Features:
Welded Tri-Clamp Fittings: All fittings are 1.5” tri-clamps and are sanitary welded into the heaviest gauge tank and lid on the market.
Pressure Capable Unitank: With 15 PSI (1 BAR) pressure capability, and the included integral pressure relief valve, you can ferment under pressure for reducing fruity esters in your beers, pressure transfer beer into kegs, or carbonate and use as a serving vessel.
Aseptic Racking Valve: The revolutionary patent pending aseptic racking valve takes the struggle out of keeping your sampling valve sanitary. Similar to pharmaceutical grade sampling valves, the new G4 aseptic valve can be filled with sanitizer between uses so all wetted surfaces always remain sanitized. No spraying. No worrying. No contamination.
Brushed Exterior, Polished Interior: Let’s admit it - our breweries are show-pieces for friends and families. And we work hard to keep them looking new. Like our Pro Brewing equipment, we’ve selected a sleek brushed exterior finish that is significantly easier to keep free of stains and fingerprints and gives that true pro-look to your brewery. Lastly, we’ve put a mirror polish on the interior to improve cleaning and yeast sedimentation.
Positive Seal Racking Arm: Loosening a racking arm clamp can lead to beer leaking from the joint, or worse yet, a clamp popping off and causing the loss of the full batch of beer. We’ve included an integral seal to eliminate beer leaks, and a long position indicating pin to allow the fitting to be easily rotated with minimal loosening of the clamp.
Dial Thermometer: The included tri-clamp thermometer reads in F and C, and the scale is perfect for fermentation temps.
Dimensions:
Tank Height: 55.75"
Foot Height: 1.5"
Depth (Front and Back): 24"
Width: 20.25"
Batch Size: 31 Gallons

Automatically release pressure inside your fermenter during pressure fermentations Regulate beer flow during pressurized transfers from fermenter to keg Built-in pressure gauge for easy reference when adjusting the spunding valve Pressure gauge is interchangeable—swap to different pressure ranges that better suit your application Diaphragm spunding valves offer higher accuracy compared to spring & poppet spunding valves 8 mm Duotight inlet/outlet for use with 8 mm OD EVABarrier tubing or 8 mm Rigid Joiners The Blow Tie Spunding Valve is used to release excess pressure on a pressurized fermenter or from a receiving keg during pressure transfers. This diaphragm spunding valve is much more accurate than the spring and poppet style, and works much better at lower pressures. The BlowTie 2 features an integrated pressure gauge so you can quickly and easily dial in your pressure setting. The analog gauge is removable and can be swapped out with a gauge of a different pressure range or it can be swapped out for the Digital Mini Pressure Gauge. Pressure Fermentation Pressure fermentation is becoming more and more popular at the homebrew level, but in order to do it safely and accurately you need a way to release excess pressure. You'll pressurize your vessel to your desired psi, but once fermentation begins and those hungry, active yeast start creating CO2, the pressure inside the vessel will increase. Attach a spunding valve and set it to your desired pressure, and it will blow off when the pressure gets too high and close up again when it's back to your desired psi. Pressure Transfers Even if you don't have a pressurizable fermenter, you may have done pressure transfers from keg to keg during filtering or after fining. During pressure transfers, it's a good idea to have a bit of head pressure in the receiving keg, especially if you're transferring beer that is already carbonated. Having a spunding valve in place will allow you to consistently control the head pressure and give you more consistent results, without losing carbonation in the process. Diaphragm vs. Poppet With the poppet style spunding valve, a spring pushes against a poppet to keep the valve closed. When the poppet lifts up to open, the surface area the gas pushes against becomes larger, and the spring has to work harder to push the poppet down and reseal the valve. This can lead to more gas being released than intended, and the remaining pressure in your vessel may be at a lower psi than your spunding valve’s set psi. Instead of a poppet, the spring inside the BlowTie pushes against a diaphragm, which has an immensely larger surface area. This means the surface area that the gas pushes against while the diaphragm is closed is significantly closer to the surface area it pushes against when the diaphragm is open. This leads to higher accuracy, and the remaining pressure after excess gas is released will be much closer to your set blow off pressure. Set Up The BlowTie spunding valve comes with 8 mm Duotight fittings on the inlet and outlet, and we recommend using it with EVABarrier 8 mm OD tubing (D1717 or D1718). You'll also need the flare Duotight fitting (DUO106) in order to attach it to a ball lock or pin lock disconnect. Dialing in your desired pressure is even easier with the BlowTie 2, thanks to the integrated pressure gauge. Simply start with the adjustment knob fully closed, then slowly open it until the gauge reading matches your desired pressure setting. Specifications: Made from food grade acetal Stainless screws Easily disassembles for cleaning 8mm (5/16") Duotight fittings at both ends Interchangeable pressure gauge Gauge reads from 0-15 psi WARNING: Do not exceed gauge pressure. Exceeding the pressure range will damage the gauge. Kegland Part number: KL15042

Specifically designed for use with our Fermenator™ G4 Conical Fermenters, this system gives you precise fermentation temperature control — a key factor in producing consistent, high-quality beer, cider, and other fermented beverages. Built by brewers, for brewers, it’s the reliable solution your fermentation process needs.
Designed for Performance and Cleanability
The heart of this fermenter cooling system is a 304 stainless steel cooling coil. It’s easy to clean, resists corrosion, and is made for long-term use. The coil features max flow technology to keep your cooling liquid circulating smoothly and evenly, improving chill efficiency and stability. A tri-clamp port makes setup fast, secure, and sanitary — just clamp it into place and connect your chilling lines.
Whether you’re lagering at 50°F or keeping an ale steady in summer heat, this system gives you pro-level temperature control in any season. It works seamlessly with glycol chillers or other cooling setups, making it a flexible solution for both homebrewers and pilot-scale pros.
Fits All G4 Fermenter Sizes
We offer four models of the Fermenator™ G4 – Cooling System, each tailored to match our fermenter lineup: 7-gallon, 14-gallon, 19-gallon, and 1 BBL. The 1 BBL model is especially popular with startups and nano-breweries for its reliable performance and scalability. Whether you’re just starting out or scaling up, there’s a fit for your fermenter.
The patent-pending G2 Linear Flow Valve is now in tri-clamp! Easily fine-tune your flow rate for sparging, lautering, and chilling, increasing the repeatability of your system. The built-in 90-degree outlet can be oriented at any angle, making hose routing simple and kink-free. Eliminate those extra elbows and other fittings on the valve for clean and simple routing. Unlike other valves, the new G2 valve disassembles in seconds for a quick cleaning! The cool-touch silicone grip makes handling under fire easy, and the silicone material handles temps to 600°F so it won’t melt like vinyl grips on ball valves do. The G2 linear flow valve is one of the many features tailored specifically for brewers.
Most oxygen regulators only regulate pressure but the Blichmann Oxygen Flow Regulator allows you to dial in the actual rate of flow. Turn the dial to your preferred flow rate, measured in liters of oxygen per minute, and you can feel confident in knowing precisely how much oxygen is being introduced into your wort. It is important to know the flow of oxygen because depending on your downstream restriction the actual flow can vary a lot. Remove the guess work with the Oxygen Flow Regulator from Blichmann.
Measuring your dissolved oxygen usually would run you $300 or more but with the Oxygen Flow Regulator you can know exactly how much oxygen was put into your wort for less than $50.
