WiFi/Bluetooth Enabled RAPT Controller
The RAPT Controller is mounted to the top of the boiler body, allowing for easy operation when you have the unit set on the ground. The controller can be tilted upwards to give you an even better view, or it can be removed from the BrewZilla entirely if you'd prefer to mount the controller on your wall or lay it down on a workbench. From the controller, you'll orchestrate your entire brew day. Program mash steps, dial in element power, and operate the integrated pump all from one screen.
But the RAPT Controller is much more than a beautiful, full-color display switch board. Once synced to the RAPT Portal, you'll be able to track, record and monitor your brews online. No need for handwriting notes or punching brew day details into your phone -- all of the data from your brew is automatically logged to your portal profile. This information doesn't just include your mash profile; it also captures detailed information about your element power and pump activity, opening the door for very precise repeatability.
And the RAPT Portal isn't just a digital archive for your brew days. With your BrewZilla powered on, you can control your brewery from virtually anywhere using your phone's web browser. Not sure when you'll be home from work or your kid's ball game going into extra innings? No problem! Before you head out, simply log into the RAPT Portal from your phone and tell the BrewZilla to start heating your strike water. Along with remote control, the portal enables you to program alarms and push notifications for all of your boil additions. We've all been caught up with a side task and failed to throw in that yeast nutrient or clarifying agent at the end of the boil, but the BrewZilla has the back of even the most forgetful brewer!
But wait, there's more! In addition to WiFi connectivity, the RAPT Controller is also a Bluetooth gateway device. KegLand is currently developing various Bluetooth devices such as the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer and other sensors which will be compatible with your brewery upon release. The RAPT Controller is able to receive information from Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices, adjusting its processes based on this new stream of information while simultaneously logging it to your RAPT Portal. With the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer, for example, you'll be able to feed temperature readings from the top of your mash bed to the controller. The controller will then compare this reading with the main temp probe reading at the base of the kettle and adjust element cycling based on these combined readings.
Finally, the RAPT Controller WiFi connectivity allows you to update the controller's firmware with a single click. Take advantage of new features and accessories as soon as they become available by simply keeping your BrewZilla connected to your local WiFi network. And again, the WiFi is already built-in! No need to come back for an expensive add-on accessory down the road.
High Capacity Malt Pipe
With an approximately 23.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 50% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G30. If you want to fill your fermenter with more than a 5-gallon batch worth of wort, or brew the highest gravity beer recipes, the BrewZilla is the brewhouse for the job. And the included malt pipe is just the beginning. If you want to expand your brewery's grain capacity even further, KegLand makes Boiler Extension Kits and Extended Malt Pipes for that very purpose. The malt pipe features a perforated section at the bottom which improves mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency.
Concave Base with Center Draining
Leave no wort behind! The concave base with center drain means you'll be able to extract every last drop of wort to your fermenter. If you've brewed in a traditional flat bottom kettle, this center drain may be a bit perplexing at first. Many brewers are used to whirlpooling after the boil to pull hop matter into the center of the kettle, then transfer out using a pick-up tube that pulls from the kettle wall in order to avoid sucking up the solids. But fear not! One of the key features of the BrewZilla is the false bottom protection screen. This screen avoids the need for doing a whirlpool, filtering wort as it transfers and blocking more than 95% of hops and hot break from getting sucked into the pump. This not only prevents blocked pump issues, it also increases the efficiency of your brewhouse by eliminating kettle loss from wort that may have otherwise been left behind.
Ultra Low Watt Density Elements
The concave base on the BrewZilla also allowed for larger heating elements with significantly lower watt density than other breweries. When a lot of energy is coming off of a small element, the local temperature near the element can be so high that it scorches the wort and causes caramelization. Lower watt density essentially means you can produce lighter color beers that would otherwise have fallen victim to caramelization effect. It also reduces that chance of boilovers and reduces stress on the elements which extends their life expectancy.
Easy Access Built-In Pump
The built-in pump allows you to recirculate your wort during the mash for improved efficiency and more even temperature distribution. But it can also be used to transfer your wort from kettle to fermenter rather than relying on a gravity feed, and with the optional CIP Rotar, you can used the pump to clean your BrewZilla (or fermenter) after every use. During your brew day you'll be able to control the pump from the RAPT Controller with a dedicated button for turning the pump on and off. Another feature you'll find on the controller is adjusting the pump flow. This doesn't control the actual volume of the flow (you can do that from the ball valve located on the recirculation arm), but rather cycles the pump on and off automatically based on your setting. At 100%, the pump remains on continuously. But at 80%, the pump will cycle to be on 80% of the time and off 20% of the time. This may not be a feature that every brewer thinks they need, but it's an excellent way to avoid running the pump dry accidentally, as the time the pump is off allows recirculating wort to filter through the grain bed and back into the pump inlet.
If you flip over the boiler, you'll find the magnetic drive pump and all the plumbing is right at your fingertips. This means you don't have to disassemble the base in order to access the pump for cleaning or maintenance if required. It also means the plumbing can be changed more easily too. For instance, the unit comes as standard with the plumbing from the pump feeding both the recirculation arm and the transfer valve, but you change this so the tap outlet bypasses the pump if you prefer.
MoreBeer!'s Final Word
We've been selling all-in-one brewing systems ever since they first hit the market, and we have to say that the Gen 4 BrewZilla is not only the most feature-packed unit ever made, it's also offered at an incredibly competitive price point when compared to other systems. You'll get all of the cutting edge Bluetooth technology you'd get with the Grainfather and at an exceptionally lower price tag. Plus, you get the WiFi capabilities as standard, rather than as a $100 add-on accessory. When it comes to mash recirculation, that's yet another built-in feature on the BrewZilla, and the pump can also be used for transferring and CIP cleaning. The Foundry has a great starting price, but if you want to unlock its full potential, you'll need to spend another $100 for the recirculation pump kit. What's more, no other system in the same 'weight class' has the same grain capacity. And if the standard capacity isn't quite enough, the BrewZilla can be easily upgraded with a Boiler Body Extension Kit and Extended Malt Pipe. When you purchase the BrewZilla, you can feel confident that you're investing in a top shelf system and all of the critical features you're expecting will be included.
Perfect for Distillation
If you want to expand your lineup of homemade libations to offer Spirits in addition to Ales & Lagers, the BrewZilla makes an excellent pot still! KegLand Part Number: KL3276
Please note: due to patent restrictions in the United States, the malt pipe has been redesigned with one set of bottom feet. This model does not include the "two stage" malt pipe as advertised by KegLand and featured in previous MoreBeer! YouTube videos.
Please Note: When removing the malt pipe to drain after mashing, it is important to do so slowly rather than in one swift pull. If the malt pipe is removed all at once when it is full of wort, it is possible for the draining wort to spray out and over the rim of the brewery through the perforated bottom. Remove the malt pipe slowly so that some of the wort can drain out before it is fully removed and set on its bottom feet. This can be done by hand on the 35L unit, but for the 65L and 100L units we highly recommend using the Pulley System for removing the malt pipe.
Warning: Do not engage the adjustable lid clamps when brewing with the BrewZilla's standard glass lid. The clamps are only intended to be used with distillation lids or other metal accessories. With too much tension, it is possible for the lid clamps to break the glass lid when engaged.
Warning: If you are going to use an extension cord with the BrewZilla, you must ensure that the cord is the correct gauge and properly rated to suit the power requirements of your brewery. See the reference chart below for the recommended gauge based on your unit and the length of cord you wish to use.

Heat Exchanger Dish
The 100L BrewZilla comes standard with the Heat Exchanger Dish which redirects the flow of wort so that it spends more time exposed to the heating elements before reaching the center drain at the bottom of the kettle and being recirculated. Due to the concave bottom and central draining hole on the Gen 4 BrewZilla, recirculating wort will pass through the malt pipe and then down through the boiler false bottom following the path of least resistance. This can cause wort to make a B-line for the drainage hole and reduce the wort's exposure to the unit's heating elements. With the HED installed, wort will be directed to the edge of the BrewZilla base and pass over the elements for a longer period and reduce the time needed to heat to your set temperature. An optional accessory for the smaller units, but included as standard on the 100L BrewZilla.

RAPT Gen 4 BrewZilla | User Manual
This plastic ball lock cap features soda bottle threads, allowing you to convert a 1 or 2 liter soda bottle into a convenient travel growler. The ball lock is compatible with both gas and beverage disconnects, so you can charge the PET bottle before you leave the house and dispense on the go. Attach 3/16" or 1/4" ID tubing to the barb to serve as your dip tube and you're all set! These caps also work great for quickly and conveniently cleaning your draft lines. Mix up a small batch of line cleaning solution in a soda bottle, attach the ball lock cap, and then connect it to your beverage line. Place a bucket below your tap to catch the cleaning solution and open your faucet. Then simply turn the bottle upside down and squeeze it to push solution through your line and out the faucet. You can also choose to pressurize the bottle first, but squeezing the solution through is just as effective. Fermenting with the FermZilla? This is the same ball lock fitting included with the FermZilla Pressure Kit and it's also compatible with the FermZilla Collection Container. If you use the collection container to add dry hops, attach one of these caps and you'll be able purge the container of oxygen before opening the dump valve to introduce the hops. Attach some tubing and diffusion stone and you can oxygenate your wort through the collection container as well! When using two ball lock caps, we recommend pairing this red plastic cap with a yellow plastic cap so you can easily identify which caps are being used for liquid or gas. The barb is Duotight compatible. If you'd like to use the cap with 8 mm OD EVABarrier tubing, see DUO10. For a stainless steel option see KG50. Specs: Liquid and Gas Ball Lock Compatible Overall Length - 2.5" Barb Length - 7/8" Barb OD - 1/4" Barb ID - 3/16" 28mm PCO 1881 Threads Kegland Part number: KL1078
The pressurizable Flex Chamber Collection Jar can be used for removing trub, harvesting yeast, and many other tasks
Ball lock adapters can be attached to the threaded ports on either side, allowing you to connect oxygenation or carbonation stones
Works perfectly as a sight glass for monitoring fermentation activity
Comes standard with all BrewBuilt X3 Uni Conicals
With multiple Flex Chambers on hand, you can use one for harvesting/storing yeast and another for dry hopping
The pressurizable Flex Chamber Collection Jar attaches directly to the 3" butterfly dump valve on the X3 Uni Conical and can be used for removing trub, harvesting yeast, and many other tasks. Designed for the BrewBuilt X3, but compatible with any 3" T.C. dump valve. Since the chamber is made from clear Tritan, it works perfectly as a sight glass for monitoring fermentation activity. Ball lock adapters can be attached to the threaded ports on either side, allowing you to connect oxygenation or carbonation stones, or flush the Flex Chamber with CO2 and use it to inject hops or other ingredients into your conical.
The Flex Chamber is also fully compatible with the Gen 3.2 FermZilla Tri-Conical fermenters.
3" T.C. connection
3" tri-clamp, gasket and end cap included
28 mm PCO 1881 threaded side ports

Please note: Never remove the Flex Chamber while your conical is under pressure. Always release pressure before removing the Flex Chamber.
Ever wanted to punch out a few more gallons of wort with your 35L BrewZilla? Maybe you wanted more strike water for a super sticky batch. Maybe you get boil overs a lot and would like a bit of extra protection. Now there's a solution!
The all new 35L BrewZilla Boiler Extension adds 3.1 gallons of headroom. Turn that 9.2G BrewZilla or DigiMash system into a 12.3G behemoth!
The extension kit is also great for distilling! Extend the height of your pot still by attaching one or more boiler extensions. For distillation, we recommend upgrading to the Adjustable Lid Clamps which allow you to dial in the tension for a better seal. If you're struggling to get an airtight seal when using the Distillation Lid, these clamps can help provide more tension.
Compatible with Gen 3 / Gen 4 BrewZillas.
Please Note: The 110V unit may struggle to bring 10+ gallons of wort to boil. Expect longer heating times and a more gentle boil. An insulating jacket is highly recommended if using the 110V model.

Quickly clean kegs and fermenters while you tend to other tasks
High flow rate pump provides a powerful blast that coats the inside of the vessel
Use it for cleaning or sanitizing with your favorite solutions
15L bucket provides a much larger reservoir compared to other models
Everything included in the system neatly fits inside the bucket for easy storage
The Bucket Blaster is a convenient and effective system for cleaning and sanitizing kegs, carboys, and other brewing vessels. The beauty of the Bucket Blaster is that you can set it and forget it. Simply set up the keg washer basin with your cleaner or sanitizer, set your vessel over the jet nozzle, power up the pump and let the Bucket Blaster do the work while you tend to other tasks. Perfect for homebrew kegs, carboys, FermZillas, or bucket fermenters.
This unit comes with a 15L (3.9 gal) bucket, which doubles as a storage container when you are not using the system. Other keg washers come with a very small reservoir that make it a pain to move, as liquid spills over the sides easily and generally they just do not work as well. The Bucket Blaster's large 15L reservoir makes it much less likely for you to spill liquid on the floor, and since it can hold more cleaning solution, each cleaning cycle will be that much more effective.

When using two ball lock caps, we recommend pairing this yellow plastic cap with a red plastic cap so you can easily identify which caps are being used for liquid or gas. The barb is Duotight compatible. If you'd like to use the cap with 8 mm OD EVABarrier tubing, see DUO10. For a stainless steel option see KG50. KegLand's 500ml Amber PET bottles come with reusable screw caps, but these replacements are available if you prefer to use new caps with each bottling run. The locking ring is left behind on the bottle neck the first time the cap is screwed off, so if you're using fresh caps you'll want to remove the locking ring from the previous cap. These caps can also be used to replace the threaded caps included on the lid of the FermZilla fermenter. KegLand Part Number: KL25881
Airlocks are another one of those necessary pieces of equipment for every homebrewer. If you ferment in a carboy or bucket this 3 piece airlock is a must! It’s a popular alternative to the triple ripple type of airlock because it can be taken apart and cleaned, and is easy to fill. (However we do sell the triple ripple type (FE371) in case you are used to that type and would like to stay with it.) While a simple device not all airlocks are the same. Some other designs have only a couple holes in the plastic lid and this can cause the airlock to pop out during an active fermentation. Our design features multiple holes that allow CO2 to escape easily. Additionally some other airlocks have a cross hatch design on the bottom. We have found this more easily leads to Krausen clogs and the airlock being pushed out of the fermenter. Ours is open, allowing Krausen foam to enter the airlock if necesary. Better to clean your airlock out than to find it laying on the floor next to your fermenter 3 days later. Another cool feature of this 3-piece airlock is that 1/2" ID Silicone tubing will fit onto the center post for use as a blowoff. In the cases where you are using a yeast known to produce lots of Krausen (wlp002 from White Labs or 1968 from Wyeast for example) remove the top cover, remove the plastic 'hat', and install the silicone tubing. Run the silicone tubing into a jar or bucket of water. When fermentation dies back down remove the tubing and replace the hat and cover. Please Note: Airlock only - stopper not included.
An easy way to eliminate chill haze in your finished beer is to add one vial of Clarity Ferm to your fermenter prior to the onset of fermentation. Use 1 vial per 5 -7 gallon batch. For the beer geek (but still simplified!): Chill haze is caused in your fermenter during aging when polyphenols and polypetides bond together. Clarity ferm cleaves polypetides (a protein fraction) so they cannot bond with polyphenols (tannin). This product is also known as Brewer's Clarex. There are also discussions and testing being done with this product, finding that it reduces gluten levels in beer. Gluten is the protein that Gluten-Intolerant (Coeliac) folks need to avoid or greatly reduce consumption of. Always consult a Doctor first before use in this application. Features:
An enzyme that is effective at preventing chill haze Increases shelf-life and product consistency Does not alter beer flavor or aroma Has no effect on head retention Can produce gluten-reduced* beers made with barley (*The majority of beers test below 10ppm gluten when used in the correct dosage) Shelf life is 6 months. Like White Labs Clarity Ferm? Then you will love CellarScience® Clearzyme - Bear Clarifier!
Designed for use with the PCO38 Tapping Head. With female PCO1881 threads, it can also be used with the FermZilla Collection Container or Hop Bong Sight Glasses. NOTE: This is the cap only. It does not include a PRV. See below for the PRV that best suits your needs. Warning: Never exceed the pressure capabilities of your vessel. PRV's are not spunding valves! KegLand Part Number: KL20176
Updating the iconic series of Chronical fermenters is not something Ss took lightly. The Chronical was a product launched in the earliest days of Ss Brewtech. It, along with the Brewmaster Edition that would join a few years later, has formed a core product line that has elevated the standard of what homebrewers have come to expect from a cylindro-conical vessel, and what homebrewed beer could be.
So, with a blank sheet of paper, they went to work designing the ultimate Chronical fermenter. Priority number one was to continue on Ss's mission to elevate every home product they offered to sanitary connections and valves. For the Chronical 2.0 they addressed that by adding a new welded 3/4" TC sampling port, and paired that with an all-new sampling valve based on the Pure Flow sanitary technology. Secondly, Ss redesigned the lid to use the Unitank's lid-mounted cooling coil system, which removes the side-mounted weldless ports from the Chronical BME. The Chronical 2.0's lid-mounted cooling coils extend further down into the fermenter, enabling users to ferment partial batch sizes.
Although Chronical 2.0 is a massive evolutionary leap forward, Ss also stayed true to the product line's core. The full-width lid, a revolution when the original Chronical launched is retained, the pro-inspired 60° cone, and bottom dump port is still here. And last but not least, the ever-popular neoprene jacket from the Chronical Brewmaster Edition is standard on Chronical 2.0. This means that every Chronical 2.0 has a coil and jacket included as standard.

CellarScience FermZn Plus is an advanced yeast-derived nutrient designed to correct zinc deficiencies and restore complete fermentation performance. Zinc is one of the most critical trace elements in brewing and fermentation science it serves as a catalytic cofactor for key enzymes, including alcohol dehydrogenase, which is essential for ethanol production and redox balance. Yeast cells depend on zinc to stabilize cellular membranes, regulate stress-response proteins, and maintain the structural integrity of enzyme complexes involved in sugar metabolism. When zinc is limited, fermentation slows, higher alcohols and esters become unbalanced, and yeast viability declines especially in high-gravity or repitched conditions.
FermZn Plus delivers an exceptionally concentrated level of zinc 5.5–6.5 % w/w elemental content—representing one of the highest bioavailable zinc concentrations achievable in a yeast-bound form. This massive zinc load ensures full metabolic activation of zinc-dependent enzymes, stabilizes cellular membranes, and enhances redox control, even in the most demanding high-gravity or nutrient-limited fermentations.
By supplying zinc in a yeast-bound, bioavailable form, FermZn Plus bypasses the poor solubility of inorganic zinc salts, allowing yeast to uptake and utilize it efficiently throughout the entire fermentation cycle. The result is faster attenuation, reduced lag phase, cleaner flavor development, and healthier yeast for subsequent repitches.
Bioavailable Zinc Complex: Delivers 5.5–6.5 % w/w elemental zinc bound within a yeast matrix for direct metabolic utilization among the highest yeast-bound zinc concentrations in fermentation science.
Supports Alcohol Dehydrogenase Activity: Enhances the enzymatic conversion of acetaldehyde to ethanol for complete fermentation and reduced off-flavors.
Accelerates Sugar Metabolism: Improves glycolytic pathway efficiency, leading to faster attenuation and reduced residual sugars.
Protects Yeast Cell Structure: Reinforces membrane stability, improving osmotic and ethanol tolerance under stress.
Improves Repitching Viability: Maintains intracellular zinc reserves for consistent fermentation performance across multiple generations.
Optimizes Flavor Balance: Reduces harsh fusel formation while promoting desirable ester synthesis for a refined fermentation profile.
YAN Neutral: Provides essential micronutrients without altering total nitrogen contribution or impacting nutrient balance.

Heavy-duty stainless steel lid can be used with a still top or steam condenser Sight glass disc allows you to watch your boil without having to remove your still or condenser Easily remove the disc during the hot break or to add hops or other boil additions Molded grips for easier handling with the lid is still hot Compatible with 35L BrewZillas and DigiBoils If you're using an AlcoEngine Still Top or Steam Condenser Set with your BrewZilla or DigiBoil, this heavy-duty stainless lid with sight glass is virtually a must-have. Whether distilling or brewing, keeping an eye on your boil will help you stop foaming or boil over issues before they happen. With the standard distillation lid, checking on your wash or wort means removing or tipping the apparatus over to get a peek inside the boiler, which can be a cumbersome (if not dangerous) part of your process. The PPSU sight glass disc can also be easily removed to add hops or other boil additions through the large 3" T.C. ferrule. (Use gloves, it will be hot!) The sight glass disc is made from a special PPSU plastic—an excellent choice for components that are exposed to high temperatures (up to 392°F / 200°C) and corrosive media due to its exceptional chemical resistance, as well as being extremely impact resistant. KegLand decided to use this type of plastic because it also has superior thermal and mechanical properties with the added benefit of being transparent. Intricate parts can be injection molded that would have been near impossible to do with stainless steel or lab-grade glass. For use with an AlcoEngine Still Top, you will also need this single sided bead seal. Installing AlcoEngine Still: Remove the bottom nut and seal from the column Place the single sided bead seal on the lid's tri-clamp ferrule (beaded side facing down) Pass the threaded bottom section of the column through the ferrule Secure in place with a 2" tri-clamp The column's bottom nut and seal are not needed

100% Natural Yeast Nutrient: FermFed DAP Free is a fully organic nutrient blend, derived from yeast autolysis, rich in amino acids, vitamins, and essential minerals like zinc and magnesium, ensuring optimal yeast health for successful fermentations.
Organically Derived Nitrogen: Unlike traditional nutrient formulations containing inorganic diammonium phosphate (DAP), FermFed DAP Free provides organic nitrogen, reducing the risk of off-flavors and promoting a cleaner fermentation.
Ideal for Hard Seltzer and Beer Fermentations: FermFed DAP Free is the preferred nutrient for hard seltzer fermentations and works well in beer, promoting healthy yeast activity even in high alcohol fermentations (up to 10% ABV).
Comprehensive Yeast Protection: The blend includes sterols for alcohol and temperature resistance, mannoproteins to retain aromas, and essential B-vitamins, zinc, and magnesium to support yeast performance and prevent stuck fermentations.
The ideal nutrient blend for beer fermentations, FermFed DAP Free is a 100% natural formulation derived from the autolysis of very specific yeast strains naturally high in free amino acids, sterols, mannoproteins, zinc, magnesium, and niacin, along with vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, and B12 for a complete yeast health regimen. As the name suggests, this unique formulation does not contain the traditional inorganic diammonium phosphate, but does provide organically derived nitrogen. Help your yeast start fermentation on the right foot with FermFed DAP Free by CellarScience®.
FermFed DAP Free vs Regular FermFed
Regular FermFed contains DAP, diammonium phosphate, which is an inorganic nitrogen source. If you know your fermentation needs nitrogen, typically in non-malt fermentations such as wine, DAP is more readily processed by the yeast than the organic nitrogen found in FermFed DAP free. However, if the DAP is not processed by the yeast, and left behind in the beer, there is a higher risk of off flavors. At the suggested usage rates, FermFed DAP Free provides 30ppm of organic FAN, Free Available Nitrogen, while FermFed provides 38ppm of inorganic FAN.
For Use in Hard Seltzer
We have found that FermFed DAP Free is the preferred nutrient mix for Seltzer fermentations, with the organic nitrogen component being more than enough nitrogen to support a healthy fermentation. For high alcohol fermentations closer to 10% ABV, multiple additions of FermFed DAP free are required.
How Much Do I Add and When?
The general recommendation for most beer fermentations is to add 1.5 grams per gallon. Mix the nutrient in a small slurry of water and add to the fermentation prior to pitching yeast.
How it Works
The different components of FermFed DAP Free work in different ways to feed and protect your yeast.
The complex and organic nitrogen in FermFed DAP Free helps eliminate excessive yeast growth in the initial phases helping to reduce fermentation heat spikes at the start of fermentation.
Included sterols make the yeast membrane more resistant to alcohol and to high temperatures.
The collection of B-vitamins along with zinc and magnesium are essential for enzymatic activity, alcohol tolerance, and yeast health.
Mannoproteins help avoid the aromatic stripping during the fermentation by binding esters and terpenes and not allowing them to be driven off by CO2.
The included yeast hull components act as receptors to bind up fatty acids that can accumulate and cause stuck fermentations.
For a full yeast nutritional plan, use FermStart when rehydrating yeast.
This carboy thermowell is used in conjunction with the Digital Controller, FE601A, FE610A, or FE602, to more accurately regulate internal temperature during fermentation. It is exceptionally useful during the start of fermentation when the lag between ambient temperature in the refrigerator and actual temperature in the carboy can vary greatly. Now you can keep your beer or wine within one degree of the set point on your digital controller. Designed to fit either 3, 5 or 6 gallon PLASTIC carboys or any other similarly sized opening hole. The unit comes with a 15" stainless steel thermowell and a #10 silicone stopper that will accommodate our sanitary filter, FIL90, as well. It can be used in any container with a stopper opening of this size where you need to accurately monitor and control liquid temperature. Will not work with Johnson Temperature Controllers (FE60 or FE61) because the probes are too large. Need a thermowell for a glass carboy? See related product. Inner Diameter of Thermowell: .255" Works with new 2016 Rancos
Replacement pressure relief valve rated to blow at 65 psi. This is a direct replacement of the PRV featured on the KOMOS® CO2 regulator. The Green PRV can also be used with pressurizable FermZilla models for hydro testing. Note that under normal operation, the FermZilla should always be used with the Red PRV.
The Fermaid line of products are a range of nutrients that have been adopted from winemaking and put to use supporting beer fermentations as well.
Fermaid O is a newer formulation of the long trusted Fermaid K nutrient which replaces the inorganic DAP in Fermaid K with an organic source of nitrogen instead. The organic nitrogen in Fermaid O is better for your yeast, and that results in better beer!
Organic Nitrogen is easier for your yeast to digest, resulting in a smoother, more consistent fermentation. Fermaid O fermentations show fewer temperature spikes, which minimizes negative effects that can be caused by heat. Compared to DAP, Fermaid O results in more consistent and complete fermentation, and lower levels of negative sulfur compounds and other off-flavors.
Use at a rate of 1.5g / gal of wort. Dissolve in a small amount of wort or water and add to your fermenter at pitching.
Like Fermaid O? Then you will love CellarScience™ FermFed DAP Free Yeast Nutrient!

Perforated bottom on the newly designed malt pipe allows for improved mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency
Element power percentage can be adjusted via the RAPT Controller. Go full power to heat up quickly, or dial it down so you don’t overshoot your strike water temp
The built-in pump is plumbed to both the recirculation and arm and the bottom ball valve. Recirculate wort during your mash, then close the recirculation valve and pump wort to your fermenter via the bottom valve
Pair with the RAPT-enabled Bluetooth Thermometer, allowing your BrewZilla to calculate a core mash temperature reading and more accurately control temperatures and mash steps
More RAPT-enabled accessories are coming, and future firmware updates can be downloaded to the RAPT Controller itself over the internet
WiFi/Bluetooth Enabled RAPT Controller
The RAPT Controller is mounted to the top of the boiler body, allowing for easy operation when you have the unit set on the ground. The controller can be tilted upwards to give you an even better view, or it can be removed from the BrewZilla entirely if you’d prefer to mount the controller on your wall or lay it down on a workbench. From the controller, you’ll orchestrate your entire brew day. Program mash steps, dial in element power, and operate the integrated pump all from one screen.
But the RAPT Controller is much more than a beautiful, full-color display switch board. Once synced to the RAPT Portal, you’ll be able to track, record and monitor your brews online. No need for handwriting notes or punching brew day details into your phone – all of the data from your brew is automatically logged to your portal profile. This information doesn’t just include your mash profile; it also captures detailed information about your element power and pump activity, opening the door for very precise repeatability.
And the RAPT Portal isn’t just a digital archive for your brew days. With your BrewZilla powered on, you can control your brewery from virtually anywhere using your phone’s web browser. Not sure when you’ll be home from work or your kid’s ball game going into extra innings? No problem! Before you head out, simply log into the RAPT Portal from your phone and tell the BrewZilla to start heating your strike water. Along with remote control, the portal enables you to program alarms and push notifications for all of your boil additions. We’ve all been caught up with a side task and failed to throw in that yeast nutrient or clarifying agent at the end of the boil, but the BrewZilla has the back of even the most forgetful brewer!
But wait, there’s more! With the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer, for example, you’ll be able to feed temperature readings from the top of your mash bed to the controller. The controller will then compare this reading with the main temp probe reading at the base of the kettle and adjust element cycling based on these combined readings.
Finally, the RAPT Controller WiFi connectivity allows you to update the controller’s firmware with a single click.
If you want to expand your brewery’s grain capacity even further, KegLand makes Boiler Extension Kits and Extended Malt Pipes for that very purpose. The malt pipe features a perforated section at the bottom which improves mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency.
Concave Base with Center Draining
Leave no wort behind! The concave base with center drain means you’ll be able to extract every last drop of wort to your fermenter. If you’ve brewed in a traditional flat bottom kettle, this center drain may be a bit perplexing at first.
During your brew day you’ll be able to control the pump from the RAPT Controller with a dedicated button for turning the pump on and off. Another feature you’ll find on the controller is adjusting the pump flow. This doesn’t control the actual volume of the flow (you can do that from the ball valve located on the recirculation arm), but rather cycles the pump on and off automatically based on your setting. At 100%, the pump remains on continuously. But at 80%, the pump will cycle to be on 80% of the time and off 20% of the time. This may not be a feature that every brewer thinks they need, but it’s an excellent way to avoid running the pump dry accidentally, as the time the pump is off allows recirculating wort to filter through the grain bed and back into the pump inlet.
If you flip over the boiler, you’ll find the magnetic drive pump and all the plumbing is right at your fingertips. This means you don’t have to disassemble the base in order to access the pump for cleaning or maintenance if required. It also means the plumbing can be changed more easily too. For instance, the unit comes as standard with the plumbing from the pump feeding both the recirculation arm and the transfer valve, but you change this so the tap outlet bypasses the pump if you prefer.
MoreBeer!'s Final Word
We’ve been selling all-in-one brewing systems ever since they first hit the market, and we have to say that the Gen 4 BrewZilla is not only the most feature-packed unit ever made, it’s also offered at an incredibly competitive price point when compared to other systems. You’ll get all of the cutting edge Bluetooth technology you’d get with the Grainfather and at an exceptionally lower price tag. Plus, you get the WiFi capabilities as standard, rather than as a $100 add-on accessory. When it comes to mash recirculation, that’s yet another built-in feature on the BrewZilla, and the pump can also be used for transferring and CIP cleaning. The Foundry has a great starting price, but if you want to unlock its full potential, you’ll need to spend another $100 for the recirculation pump kit. What’s more, no other system in the same ‘weight class’ has the same grain capacity. And if the standard capacity isn’t quite enough, the BrewZilla can be easily upgraded with a Boiler Body Extension Kit and Extended Malt Pipe. When you purchase the BrewZilla, you can feel confident that you’re investing in a top shelf system and all of the critical features you’re expecting will be included.

If you want to install the Temp Twister & Thermowell on your FermZilla's plastic lid, this step drill bit is the recommended tool for the job. Suitable for drilling holes in plastic, wood, stainless steel, and other metals. You can use this drill bit to install valves or bulkheads on a stainless kettle, bore out a hole for a draft shank, or drill out the pilot hole found on many KegLand drip trays.
For best results when drilling through metal, make sure to drill slowly (less than 600 rpm). Apply significant pressure behind the drill as you cut through. Cutting lubricant is recommended. Note that fast drill speeds will cause the metal and the bit to heat up which can shorten the lifespan of the drill bit.

This flat lid with pre-drilled holes allows you to easily add a Temp Twister Cooling Coil to your 35L Bucket Buddy fermenter. It also has holes for your stopper & airlock (included with the Bucket Buddy) as well as a Thermowell so you can control the circulation of cooling solution with a Temperature Controller. The lid is also compatible with 35L BrewZillas and DigiBoils. If you're fermenting in the Bucket Buddy with built-in heating element, we recommend plugging the unit into the heating outlet of your temperature controller and leaving the power switch turned on. This will allow the temp controller to provide power to the unit only when heating is needed and it will cut the power as soon as you're back to your set temperature. Using the Bucket Buddy's controller to maintain the heating set temp and using a separate controller to maintain the cooling may result in heating and cooling cycling at the same time. NOTE: The pre-drilled holes are meant for specific sizes of Duotight bulkheads and the stopper included with the Bucket Buddy fermenter. All holes need to be occupied in order to protect your fermentation from outside contaminants. Depending on the placement of the Temp Twister, you might need to shorten the inlet/outlet tubes on the outside of the fermenter using a Pipe Cutter. Lid only. Other accessories must be purchased separately. You Will Also Need: Temp Twister Cooling Coil FermZilla Thermowell Temperature Controller KegLand Part Number: KL28103

Speed up heating times with the Heat Exchanger Dish (HED) for Gen 4 BrewZillas. This optional upgrade accessory redirects the flow of wort so that it spends more time exposed to the heating elements before reaching the center drain at the bottom of the kettle and being recirculated.
For use with the Gen 4 35L BrewZilla. It is not compatible with any previous generations of BrewZillas or DigiBoils.
The HED has been pressed into a slight concave shape to match the curvature of the boiler false bottom. Includes a longer eye bolt assembly than the one included with the false bottom.
NOTE: The order of bolt to washer to nuts goes as follows. Eye bolt, washer, false bottom, washer, nut, HED, then wing nut. This is so that the eye bolt does not come completely removed when and if you clean underneath the Heat Exchanger Dish.

Smart brewers know that a yeast starter is the best way to ensure proper cell count and yeast viability prior to pitching. If you want a reliable starter for your batch of beer, you need to feed the yeast. Adding a yeast nutrient to the starter will give the yeast an added boost! Fermaid K is a yeast nutrient that works for starters and main fermentation. Here’s how it works: Fermaid K is a complex formula that provides DAP, free amino acids, yeast hulls, unsaturated fatty acids, sterols; and micronutrients such as magnesium sulfate, thiamin, folic acid, biotin, calcium pantothenate, and other vitamins and minerals. Yeast use Nitrogen for protein synthesis and to maintain cellular growth. Nitrogen from the alpha amino acids contained in Fermaid K is utilized much more efficiently than from the ammonia salts like DAP. The unsaturated fatty acids and sterols available in Fermaid K are important survival factors needed to maintain alcohol resistance. They also help keep volatile acidity levels low. The cell wall fractions, available through the included yeast hulls, absorb medium chain fatty acids that are toxic to the yeast. They also provide nucleation sites to help keep the yeast in suspension. You do not need to add any additional fertilizers or DAP when adding Fermaid K. Use approximately 1 gram per gallon. Rehydrate in distilled water. A rough approximate of weight is 1 tsp = 4.7 grams. We highly recommend using a scale to weigh the product for an accurate dose. The lid is also compatible with 65L BrewZillas and DigiBoils. You Will Also Need: Temp Twister Cooling Coil FermZilla Thermowell Temperature Controller KegLand Part Number: KL28110
For use with the 35L BrewZilla Boiler Extension Kit. It does not come with an extra Wire Malt Pipe Support Ring. If you're using the extended malt pipe with the 35L DigiBoil, you will need to purchase the ring separately. If you're using the malt pipe with the 35L BrewZilla you can either move your ring up to the boiler extension, or buy an additional ring so you can remove the malt pipe in two steps. You will also need the Ricirculation Arm Extension to continue using the BrewZilla's recirculation arm. Compatible with Gen 3 / Gen 4 BrewZillas. KegLand Part Number: KL26468

The BrewBuilt Ultimate Chilling package includes everything you'll need to maintain a precise level of temperature control throughout the fermentation process. The X3 Jacketed Conical is second-to-none in homebrew-level cooling capabilities—mirroring the fermenter design that professional brewers have long relied on to keep their temperatures in check. And what better unit to provide the cooling solution than the IceMaster Max 2? This low-profile glycol chiller provides all the cooling capacity you'll need and is so compact that it only takes up about 12" of extra space next to your conical.
X3 Jacketed Uni Conical & IceMaster Max 2
The X3 Jacketed Uni Conical offers cutting edge design features that have long been reserved for pro-level fermentation tanks. Circulating cooling solution through an external cooling jacket offers superior cooling power when compared to internal cooling coils, and eliminates the need for cleaning a wonky apparatus after you've transferred out your finished beer. This pressurizable fermenter also sports a neoprene jacket for added insulation, Flex Chamber collection container for yeast harvesting or trub dumps, internal floating racking tube for clear beer transfers, and so much more! The IceMaster Max 2 makes for the perfect tag team partner, providing all the cooling capacity you'll need for small-volume batches. And with two built-in submersible pumps with independent controllers, you can always add a sidekick fermenter and control both batches simultaneously.
BrewBuilt Insulated Glycol Tubing Kit
In addition to the conical and chiller, the kit also includes an insulated tubing set that improves chilling efficiency and eliminates line sweating. The kit consists of:
1 - Insulated Tubing Set (2 x 6' lines)
