The name says it all! No more struggling with all the different techniques to get a siphon started. The Easy-Siphon will get your transfer started quickly and with zero fuss. Simply submerge the the siphon, pull the inner tube up about halfway, then pump down to start the siphon. New design features 7/8" OD racking tube to better fit carboys, 1-gallon jugs, or growlers.
To prolong the life of your Easy Siphon, make sure that every time you assemble the unit, the inner walls of the outside acrylic tube and the O-Ring are wet.
Comes with 1/2" cane and 24" racking tube. 7/16" or 1/2" ID tubing must be purchased separately. Also available in 3/8" and 3/8" Mini models.

Instructions:
Sanitize and rinse your Easy-Siphon.
Get the inner tube gasket and the outer tube wet.
Attach the curved siphon to a hose.
Submerge the end of Easy-Siphon into your container.
If bottling directly, attach the correct bottle for the tubing you are using and place it inside your bottle wand. Otherwise place the the tubing into the container you're racking to.
Pull the inner tube up about 7" until the liquid fills the tube.
Pump the inner tube down and siphon will begin.
Pull out inner tube and sanitize Easy-Siphon for storage.
This product is not resistant to high levels of alcohol. Do not sanitize with alcohol.
Acrylic is safe for long exposure to ABV up to 15%. It is safe up to 30% ABV for short periods of time (10 minutes or so). Not safe to expose acrylic to more than 30% ABV. Exceeding those limits will damage the Acrylic and could potentially leach into liquid. If you need to exceed these limits, we recommend using a stainless racking cane.

Filter beer like the pros, only on a smaller scale. Most small breweries and wineries use a large plate filter system to achieve clear beer or wine. Now you can do the same at home. Our new plate filter has a larger surface area, which means more yeast and particulate extraction.
Each filtering session requires two filter pads at a time, and each pad must be the same micron to work. The product is pushed into the housing at 5 PSI and passes on either side of the plate filter housing, then gets forced through the filter pads to the center, where it is pushed out into your awaiting collection vessel, such as a keg or tank.

Introducing the Ss Glycol Chiller 3/8 HP, which will maintain lager temps and enable crash cooling for up to 6 vessels even in relatively high ambient temperatures. We designed the chiller to integrate seamlessly with our FTSs kits to provide a complete temperature control system.
Since each FTSs kit includes its own dedicated temperature controller, pump, and tubing, each vessel can be connected to the glycol chiller with its own independent loop. The parallel design of this set up offers the ability to ferment at ale temps in one vessel, and maintain precise serve or crash cooling temps in another vessel. If you're deciding between the DigiMash and the BrewZilla, there are a couple of key differences worth noting. One of our favorite features of the BrewZilla is the programmable mash steps and delayed start, which the DigiMash does not have. You can still step mash by simply raising the temperature manually on the controller, but the automatic steps are a convenient feature if you want to set it and forget it.
One advantage that this setup has over the BrewZilla is that the pump is external. This makes cleaning and fixing pump issues much easier, as you can quickly take apart the pump head to clean and clear out residual gunk at the end of each brew day.

2.7 L - Chevallier was the first ever selected landrace for malting and it’s what Crips's founders Fred and George Smith would have malted back in 1870. Chevallier reigned supreme for over 100 years as the dominant barley variety in England from the 1820’s to 1920’s. It was propagated all over the world and was being grown in Australia commercially as recently as 1960. It formed the backbone of many Victorian ales and in its revived form, it's won awards for its depth of flavor.
Crisp Chevallier is characterized by warm, cracker and biscuit aroma with a full flavor. Compared to many other modern barleys its aroma and flavor are quite pronounced. Suitable for any malt-forward ale, or where increased malt character is needed to balance a high hop load.

How to Brew with DynaBoost?
DynaBoost serves as a versatile companion in the brewhouse, adding a rich and dynamic hop character to your beer. This exceptionally flowable oil extract delivers varietal hop characteristics to your brew through a high concentration of beer-soluble compounds. Thanks to its solubility, brewers may see an increase in wort yield due to a reduction in trub.
Kettle: DynaBoost carries variety-specific alpha acid content and can be used both as an early bittering addition, or a late aroma addition in the kettle.
Post-Boil / Whirlpool: DynaBoost was specifically designed to boost aromatics as a whirlpool addition. The wort soluble oil extract will deliver variety-specific aroma attributes and minimize trub, potentially increasing your whirlpool yield.
Fermentation: DynaBoost requires contact time with hot liquid to incorporate into wort or fermenting beer. For that reason, brewers who choose to use DynaBoost in the fermenter often use a "dip hop" method, where a small portion of the wort is transferred to the fermenter hot (170-200°F) along with DynaBoost. The hot wort and DynaBoost mixture is then allowed to stand for a short period before the main knockout at fermentation temperature, after which yeast can be pitched.

If you're looking for a cold fermenting yeast with a neutral character, BAJA from CellarScience is the perfect candidate. Direct Pitch or Rehydrate:
BAJA yeast is designed to be sprinkled directly onto the surface of your wort with no oxygenation required in the initial fermentation. Our aerobic growth process makes this possible by creating dry yeast with high viability and high sterol levels. BAJA yeast is pre-loaded with essential nutrients to ensure a successful, complete fermentation. While not required, some brewers prefer to rehydrate yeast. To hydrate yeast, first, sanitize the yeast brick and scissors. Use 10 grams of sterilized tap water between 85-95°F (29-35°C) mixed with 0.25 grams of FermStart per gram of yeast. Sprinkle yeast on the water. Allow the slurry to stand undisturbed for 20 minutes, then swirl. Use small amounts of wort to adjust to within 10°F (6°C) of wort temperature before pitching. Ferment between 50-56°F (10-13°C).

Stainless paddles are the gold standard, but usually come with a hefty price tag. This 24" paddle offers you the best of both worlds.

For all-in-one brewers and BIAB brewers, lifting the grains from your vessel can be daunting task. Give your back a rest and use the Lift-N-Lock pulley system to effortlessly lift up your grain bag or malt pipe and while your sweet wort drains into the kettle. This heavy-duty pulley is made from strong nylon strapping, laser cut 304 grade stainless steel and is capable of lifting large heavy loads with ease. It's the perfect pulley for lifting the heavy malt pipe from your BrewZilla or other all-in-one system, especially when brewing high gravity beers with a massive grain bill. It's a bit more expensive than other pulley systems, but there's no comparison when it comes to easily lifting or lowering the malt pipe. The included strap is 10m long by 25mm wide (32.8 ft. x 1 in.).
The pulley system enables you to multiply your pulling force by 4 times. If you apply 60 lbs of pulling force, the pulley can lift 240 lbs with relative ease. Be sure that the beam you mount the pulley to is rated for the total amount of force being applied i.e. pulling force plus load weight, so for this example 300+ lbs.

We recently had a simple, yet exciting idea: What if we brewed the same recipe, used the same yeast, but changed one thing - the flavor, aroma, and dry hop additions using one hop varietal. That way we could take two beers that are close to identical and pick out the differences in just the hop flavors and aromas! And thus, the Single Hop Experiment was born. This recipe is based off of a simple Pale Ale: Ultralight malt extract, Crystal 15L, Magnum bittering hops, and then a single other hop for the rest of the additions. The malt in this recipe is basic and fairly neutral, the bittering clean and consistent, but the flavor and aroma from the late hop additions will vary; sometimes dramatically! Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.

LalBrew NovaLager was selected using classical and non-GMO breeding methods to obtain a novel Saccharomyces cerevisiae x Saccharomyces eubayanus hybrid strain that defines a novel Group III (Renaissance) lager lineage that is distinct from any other traditional Saccharomyces pastorianus strains. This strain is a low VDK/diacetyl producer and utilizes patented technology from the University of California Davis (USA) to ensure that the strain will not produce hydrogen sulfide (H2S) off-flavors, therefore reducing the maturation time associated with lager beer production.

Many factors can be the difference between good and great beer, and temperature control slots in near the top of the list. A stable temperature throughout fermentation keeps the yeast happy, and helps prevent the off flavors produced when they become stressed.
In order to cool with the Grainfather Conical Fermenter, you'll also need the Conical Fermenter Temperature Controller (FE233). If your target temperature is below the temperature of the wort in your fermenter, the Cooling Pump Kit will pump ice cold water through the double walled insulated interior, cooling your wort in the process.
Connect the included couplers and insulated hoses to the Conical Fermenter, lower the submersible pump into a cooler with cold water (add ice as needed) and pump it through the insulated cooling sleeve of the Conical Fermenter body.
