    An amazing IPA derived from one of our favorites, the I Heart IPA is a true Centennial hop bomb!  Using Centennial as the bittering, aroma, and dry hop additions gives you a true understanding of how incredible and universal this hop can be.  

    Light in color and body, the malt character hides a little, allowing the burst of Centennial flavor and aroma shine.  Our Bell's Two Hearted clone recipe has a slightly lower original gravity than the original.  Coming in at right around 6% ABV, this isn't one of those IPAs that will make you shy away from a second!

    Our recipe kits DO NOT include grain bags, yeast or priming sugar. All included steeping grains will come milled.
     
    Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
    MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.

        Tasty summer beer

        My wife and friends enjoy IPAs so thought I'd give it a try. Wow. I was surprised at the flavor and enjoyed it as much as they did, and I usually prefer stouts. General consensus is that it's very drinkable and it's now our favorite to home brew.

        This beer is awesome. Stands up against some of the more known IPA's (Sanit Arnold's DIPA). Brew this. You will not be disappointed.

        Finished carbonation of this beer about 3 weeks ago. I had a triple batch going including the pale ale II, and the honey ale. I bottled them all about the same time. My first thoughts are that its very easy drinking but I was disappointed that I wasn't able to get more hop aromas out of the dry hopping phase. I had it in there for about 5 days. I expected more of the centennial citrusy floral but it might just need to sit and mellow. Im certainly a fan of it so far, I am looking forward to tasting this beer as it ages a little. It doesn't need to age for reasons of any alcohol taste, it finished around 6%, but maybe as it settles I will be able to appreciate other flavors that haven't developed. I also noticed a kind of bummer, comparing this to the Pale ale II, I noticed that the pale ale actually has more hop character than this beer both in bitterness and aroma. I still recommend giving it a try to anyone interested.
