Adds mouthfeel and body to wines, seltzers, ciders, etc.
Adds perceived sweetness without the concerns of adding residual sugar
Helps lock in color by keeping anthocyanins in suspension in red wines
Reduces the formation of tartrate crystals in white wine
Makes bubbles in sparkling wine rise slower enhancing the appearance
LiquiBody by CellarScience is a specialized, pre-liquefied Gum Arabic preparation that adds body and perceived sweetness while stabilizing color and smoothing tannic astringency. LiquiBody is made from high molecular weight polysaccharides which adds the perception of sweetness without having to stabilize residual sugar in your wine. The ability to add body and a little perceived sweetness has many applications.
LiquiBody helps keep anthocyanin color compounds in solution, preventing them from precipitating out in the bottle. It is also particularly useful to help keep tartrates in solution when cold stabilization of white wine is not possible.
Popular Uses
LiquiBody works really well in hard seltzers to add body and a slight sweetness. LiquiBody is added to sparkling wines to improve mouthfeel while increasing the appearance and fineness of the bubbles. Add perceived sweetness to any wine in your lineup to appeal to a larger portion of the population.
Filtering
Add after rough filtration is finished and before or after sterile filtration. LiquiBody is suitable for use with a sterile membrane filter if your wine is very clean and you have prefiltered. If your wine is not prefiltered, and you already suspect you may have issues with sterile filtration, do not use LiquiBody.
Dosage:
LiquiBody is stabilized with potassium bisulfite which will add less than 1 ppm of SO2 into your final wine.
Use:
Add 0.75 to 5 mL per gallon. Perform bench trials to determine optimal usage or start with a dosage of 2 mL per gallon and adjust as needed on future batches. Works best at a temperature range between 50-68ºF and a pH of 4 to 5.5.
Additional Notes:
Once opened, partial bottles of LiquiBody should be refrigerated and used within 30 days. If a container is left open for longer than the suggested use, you can add 1000 ppm of SO2 to extend its life span.

Peach
For the perfect addition to steamy temperatures and dazzling sunshine, revel in the candy-like nectar of prismatic florals and ambrosial stone fruit. It’s time to brew with the genuine taste of juicy, juicy Peach.
Natural Fruit Flavors
The Skyfarm series represents the freshest, most perfect version of fruit flavor and aroma. It has none of that “cooked” off-flavor that can sometimes tank a beer. There’s also none of that grandma’s perfume, potpourri, or floral junk either.
Skyfarm is high-amplitude, recognizable flavor - and that’s important because when you put Strawberry on your bottle label or tap handle, people are going to expect to smell strawberries. It’s built with terpenes for the ultimate flavor consistency, ensuring the same flavor in every season.
Benefits
Skyfarm offers the same ease-of-use benefits as fruit purees without the downsides. No sugar is added to your batch so there's no risk of refermentation, there's no solid waste to remove when your beer is ready to be packaged, and there's a much lower risk of micro contamination compared to adding fruit products to your vessel when fermentation is complete. Since you can add Skyfarm at the coldest point in your process - after cold crashing, in the brite tank, or your keg - there is also no risk of aromatic compounds being driven out through your blowoff. Skyfarm also contributes no haze to your finished beer and doesn't leave a sticky residue behind, so you can forget about scrubbing fruit gunk from your tanks.
Dosage
Dosing rate greatly depends on your recipe and desired flavor intensity. We recommend starting with 2.5 mL for a 5-gallon batch and increasing to 5-15 mL for high-intensity flavor impact. Add after fermentation is complete, ideally at the coldest and latest point in your process, in your fermenter, keg, or bottling bucket.
Features:
100% efficient flavor/aroma transfer
No added mouthfeel. Won't impart sweetness or body
Contains no sugar. Zero risk of refermentation
Increases yield by avoiding product absorption
TTB Approved
Powered by Terpenes
Repeatable
Recommended storage: 40-90°F. Do not freeze.

Importance of Mash pH
Proper mash pH is critical to brewing performance and finished beer quality. CellarScience Instant Water™ formulations are designed to place mash pH into the optimal range for each beer style.
Improves brewhouse efficiency by supporting optimal enzyme activity during starch conversion
Shapes hop flavor and balance by influencing bitterness, smoothness, and aroma expression
Enhances clarity and stability through improved protein coagulation and yeast performance
With properly conditioned water, you’ll unlock better fermentation, enhanced enzyme activity, and a cleaner, more expressive finish that allows your beer’s true character to shine.
Designed to work with: Reverse osmosis (RO), deionized (DI), or distilled water
Each pack treats: 6 gallons (23 L) of brewing water
For larger batches, add an additional 2 g per gallon
Instructions
Use only with reverse osmosis (RO), deionized (DI), or distilled water.
Add the full contents of this pack to 6 gallons (23 L) of brewing water before mashing. Stir until dissolved.
Mash in as usual — no additional acid or salt adjustments are typically required.
Proceed with your normal brewing process.
Note: These salts are designed to set mash pH without acid additions. Because malt acidity varies, you may wish to verify your mash pH and make small corrections if needed, though this is rarely necessary. Dextrose is used in trace amounts as a processing aid for blend consistency and flow and does not affect fermentation or flavor.
Oxygen-Free Dry Hopping: Designed to allow dry hopping without exposing the batch to oxygen when used in combination with the 2" Hop Bong, 2" Butterfly Valve and additional accessories. Customizable with Accessories: Features undrilled ports for optional accessories such as the Temp Twister Cooling Coil and Thermowell, enhancing functionality and convenience. Improved WiFi Reading: The plastic lid improves KegLand RAPT Pill WiFi reading, ensuring better connectivity. Durable and Pressure-Resistant: Includes 4" and 2" Tri-Clamp ferrules, suitable for use up to 21 psi, with recommended PRV options for safe operation at specified pressures. Compatible with all Kegmenter Fermentation Kegs with 4" Tri-Clamp ferrule. See the Kegmenter Hop Bong Pressure Pack for a complete kit option. Upgrade your Kegmenter Fermentation Keg with this 4" Tri-Clamp Lid from KegLand. Add yeast, hops or even take samples from a wine thief from the top and not have to remove the entire lid. This particular lid was designed to address the growing desire to dry hop without exposing the batch to oxygen from opening the lid. By using this lid in conjunction with the FermZilla 2" Butterfly Valve and Hop Bong Kit, you will be able to purge CO2 into the tube and expel all the oxygen inside it and dump freely into the vessel. The lid features closed ports that can be drilled out to install optional accessories like the Temp Twister Cooling Coil and a Thermowell. The plastic lid also allows for improved KegLand RAPT Pill WiFi reading compared to the Kegmenter fully encasing the Pill in stainless steel. Due to the large 4" Tri-Clamp diameter, it is difficult to get higher pressures without leaking, therefore we suggest using the lid up to 21 psi. If you do not already own any of the Hop Bong fittings listed below, the Kegmenter Hop Bong Pressure Pack is also available as a complete kit. Features: (2) PCO1881 Male Ports Recommended for use with Red (Gas In) & Yellow (Bev Out) Ball Lock Caps PRV Port This should only be used with a Red 35 psi PRV or the Yellow 17 psi PRV. 2" T.C. Ferrule 4" T.C. Ferrule Undrilled Ports (for optional accessories): Thermowell Port (see below for FermZilla Thermowell kit) (2) Temp Twister Ports Please Note: Temp Twister will need to be bent on a 20° Angle in order to fit on the curved lid and align vertically in the tank. Hop Bong To use the Pressure Lid with the 2" Hop Bong, we recommend the following fittings if you do not have them already: 2 x Red Ball Lock Cap (FE13) 1 x Yellow Ball Lock Cap (FE146) 1 x 4" Tri-Clamp, 3 Segment Clamp (H734) 1 x 4" Tri-Clamp Seal (FF401) 3 x 2" Tri-Clamp (FF20) 3 x 2" Tri-Clamp Seal (FF201) 1 x 2" Butterfly Valve (FE198) 1 x 2" Hop Bong (FE202) 1 x 2" Hop Bong Cap (FE204) 1 x PCO1881 PRV Cap (KG523) 1 x Red 35 psi PRV (FE101C) Please note: The last product photo is an example image of what the lid looks like fully fitted out with the Hop Bong and other accessories that are not included with the lid.

Sulfur Sticks are used by some winemakers to treat oak barrels. A portion of the stick is suspended in the barrel and burned before the barrel is put away for storage. In general, we recommend 1/3 to 1/2 of a stick, per 60 gallon barrel. As all sulfur sticks may not be created equal, this equates to 1" by 2" - 3" per 60 gallon barrel.

A common ingredient found in the historical brewing herbal mixture called Gruit. Used before hops became the brewing spice of choice. 1/2 to 1 oz per 5 gallons is sufficient for bittering. Imparts a mellow sage-like aroma.
Use this specially made carboy bag to protect yourself and your beer! Carboys can be slippery, especially when wet. Our strong canvas bag allows you to more safely carry a carboy. If it is accidentally dropped the canvas will help contain the broken glass and reduce personal injury. Your beer also benefits as it is protected from light. UV Light interacts with compounds in hops to create skunky off flavor (editor note... I may not be a smart man but I do know skunky flavors in beer aren't good).
These are made in the USA from heavy black canvas with strong nylon webbing that is stitched (very strong) to support the carboy when lifting. In the summer, you can help reduce high fermentation temps by placing frozen ice packs in between the canvas and the carboy.
Seltzer-Specific Formula: Provides the precise Free Amino Nitrogen (FAN) and nutrients lacking in sugar bases for a clean fermentation.
Rapid & Clean Fermentation: Achieve a finished seltzer in as few as 5 days with a neutral flavor profile.
Prevents Off-Flavors: Designed to help yeast avoid producing common off-flavors (fusel alcohols, acetaldehyde, sulfur).
Easy to Use: Dissolves quickly and completely without the need for stirring or heating.
Nutrient blends designed for fermenting wine or beer simply don’t cut it when it comes to crafting seltzers. Both grape juice and wort naturally contain baseline levels of nutrients and free amino nitrogen (FAN) that are absent in seltzer bases. Simply increasing the dosage of nutrients intended for beer or wine fermentation isn’t effective. While this approach may meet the nutrient requirements, yeast need a certain level of FAN to ferment seltzers efficiently and cleanly. Unfortunately, most nutrient products on the market fall short of this mark.
Some solutions promote nitrogen bound within dead yeast cells, like our own FermFed DAP Free, as being suitable for seltzers. However, after extensive trials, we’ve found that this approach doesn’t deliver the neutral flavor profile needed for the best seltzers. While fermentations may complete, they often do so with unwanted yeast-derived off-flavors. Yeasts that struggle to finish tend to produce fusel alcohols, acetaldehyde, and sulfur compounds.
Our Dynamo 800 Nutrient is specifically formulated to provide yeast with everything they need to achieve a clean fermentation in as few as 5 days. When designing this nutrient, a decision was made to make flavor the top priority. Additionally, it dissolves easily without the need for stirring or heating, making it simple and efficient to use. Dynamo includes both organic and inorganic nitrogen to achieve a fast, clean fermentation in the challenging environment of seltzer production. Like the 800-meter race, it’s not just about pure speed—it’s about endurance and precision. While some products prioritize fermentation speed alone, we believe Dynamo 800 Nutrient strikes the perfect balance. It has been designed to go the distance and deliver the best flavor, especially when paired with CellarScience VELO.
Rapid Start: Can finish fermenting in as few as 5 days.
Specifically Formulated for Seltzer Fermentation: Designed to meet the unique nutrient needs of seltzer.
Does Not Need Heat to Dissolve: Specifically designed without the need for stirring.
Optimal Free Amino Nitrogen (FAN) levels: Provides essential nutrients absent in sugar-based fermentations, including both inorganic and organic nitrogen sources.
Prevents Off-Flavors: Helps yeast avoid producing fusel alcohols, acetaldehyde, and sulfur compounds.
Fast, Clean Fermentation: Supports efficient fermentation without compromising taste.
Balanced Approach: Prioritizes both fermentation speed and final flavor.
Proven Results: Extensively tested to outperform other yeast nutrients.

This is the Thermometer half of the FE390. One side has a 3/8" Barb and the other has a 1/2" fnpt. Add a H616 barb or use alone or thread on to a 1/2" npt fitting. It is used to measure the temperature on the outflow side of your counterflow wort chiller.
How
long should I apply oxygen while transferring to the fermenter?
We recommend you
transfer half of your wort to your fermenter before applying inline
oxygen (O2) to your wort transfer. If you apply O2 the whole
time while transferring you are wasting O2.

Straight-A is an essentially non-foaming and environmentally sound product to remove tough soils yet protect soft metal finishes and minimize residue. It is gentler and safer than caustic-based cleaners, yet very effective at breaking down soils and removing stains. Non-corrosive and compatible with all vessels and equipment surfaces.
What is Straight-A?
Straight-A was developed as an environmentally sound product to remove tough soils yet protect soft metal finishes. Straight-A incorporates active oxygen for de-staining and protein disruption in addition to alkaline salts and chelating agentsto break down and disperse soils. In this way Straight-A helps to quickly and easily rinse soils away while minimizing residue. Furthermore, the oxygen content provides an additional benefit by lowering the oxygen demand of the wastewater.
Straight-A’s components will readily biodegrade or revert to naturally occurring minerals over a short period oftime and the productitselfis non-hazardous and non-corrosive.
Because Straight-A is essentially non-foaming when used at the recommended use concentration, it may be used in clean-in-place (CIP) systems as well as in the soak tank. Straight-A may be used on essentially all surfaces, being safe for brass, copper, aluminum, and stainless, as well as polycarbonate and vinyl.
Soaking and Manual Washing:
Dissolve 0.5 oz per gallon of water. If heavy soils are present, 1–2 oz will boost detergency.
CIP Cleaning:
Use 0.5 oz for daily treatment of minimally soiled vessels and equipment, but for heavily soiled vessels such as fermenters, 3 oz is recommended. Heat the solution to 120–180°F and circulate for 30 minutes. Follow with a clean water rinse.
Strong new base for your FermZilla All Rounders! Comes with sticky dots to keep it firmly attached to your fermenter. Super easy to install!
If you have the Gen 3.2 FermZilla All Rounder, you can purchase the Hex Base and Easy-Grip Threaded Lid Ring to upgrade your fermenter. This makes it easier to pick up and move the fermenter and eliminates the need for the Stand Harness.

The Sspunding Valve from Ss Brewtech allows you dial in the precise pressure at which you want your Unitank fermenting. A spunding valve is essentially an adjustable pressure relief valve. Normal PRVs that are found on kegs, couplers and come stock on Ss Unitanks, operate as safety features that will release pressure when it's nearing dangerous levels. Spunding valves, on the other hand, allow you to set the release pressure much lower. Simply dial in your desired fermentation pressure, and the Sspunding valve will release excess pressure when it gets too high. The compact, non-scaled Sspunding valve will take a little extra time to set, but can be done easily enough using the gauge included on the Ss Unitank. Check out FE892Bfor the scaled version. The polycarbonate cup is designed to hold sanitizer so that the tank remains 100% sanitary throughout the course of the fermentation process. You can pair the spunding valve with a 1.5" tri-clamp tee (H666) and 90-degree elbow (H667), which enables the unit to be installed on the Unitank’s blow off arm, as shown in the photo. (Scaled version shown in example photo - FE892B). All 304 Stainless Construction Only for use with pressure rated Unitanks 1.5" TC interface Removable sanitizer cup Easy disassembly for cleaning Not for use on low pressure vessels (Chronicals, etc.) For Your Safety: Always leave the fixed-pressure PRV included with the Unitank in place. Never exceed the maximum rated working pressure of the vessel at any time during operation.
1.5" Tri-Clamp end cap welded to thin wall stainless tubing for quick accurate temperature readings. Insert 1/4" thermal probe from controller. Works perfectly with our Ranco digital controllers. Thermowell mounts into 1.5" Tri-Clamp ferrule in the side or your tank.
Has a 6 inch probe. Works with new 2016 Rancos
Designed to fit 3 to 6.5-gallon glass carboys and 500ml flasks, making it ideal for a variety of storage needs.
Ribbed body and ridge prevent slipping or being sucked in, ensuring a reliable seal during long-term storage.
Despite its ribbed design, this silicone bung is easy to clean and sanitize for hassle-free use.
Solid Silicone bung that will fit a 3, 5, 6 or 6.5 gallon glass carboy or 500ml flask. A solid stopper is the most reliable way to keep oxygen out for long term storage.
This bung has a ridge to keep it from getting sucked in when temperatures cool. It also features a ribbed body it doesn't slip out during use. Even though it isn't perfectly smooth like some other stoppers, it remains easy to clean and sanitize. The top measures 1.5" wide and the bottom is 1.13" wide.
While the FE592 carboy stopper is a great, economical choice, you may also want to check out our premium, silicone carboy hood FE496 as well. Working as both a solid or a breathable bung (depending on how the plug is set), the FE496 is like getting two bungs in one!

Fast-Acting Hot-Side Clarifier: SilaFine Hot rapidly improves wort clarity in the kettle and whirlpool by helping form a tighter, more compact trub pile for cleaner cast-out.
Improves Knockout Speed: By accelerating sedimentation, SilaFine Hot supports shorter whirlpool rests and more efficient brewhouse operation.
Supports Better Fermentation: Clearer wort entering the fermenter can lead to faster, healthier fermentations and reduced haze precursors in finished beer.
Vegan-Friendly & Purity Compliant: Made from pure, natural silica sol, SilaFine Hot is vegan-friendly and complies with the Reinheitsgebot German beer purity law.
SilaFine Hot is an easy-to-use fining agent designed specifically for the hot side. Added during the boil or directly into the whirlpool, it helps bind and settle haze-forming particles and coarse trub so wort runs bright and clean into the fermenter. SilaFine Hot does not affect foam-positive proteins or beer flavor.
Use
Add SilaFine Hot during the last 5 minutes of the boil or inline to the whirlpool stream for full dispersion. Allow the whirlpool rest to compact trub before knockout.
Standard Dose:
0.5–1 mL per gallon
15–30 mL per hL
19–38 mL per bbl
Use the higher end of the range for adjunct-heavy or high-protein worts, such as those containing wheat, oats, or large percentages of rice or corn. Avoid overdosing, as excessive finings may temporarily increase haze and lengthen settling time.
Whirlpool Best Practices
Add separately from late hop additions for best clarity.
Ensure adequate mixing or flow when dosing.
Expect a tighter, more stable trub cone and improved wort clarity at knockout.
Works effectively in both small brewhouses and large commercial systems.
Additional Notes
SilaFine Hot uses a commercial-grade silica sol at 30% concentration and is compliant with global beer purity standards.
Do not freeze. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Recommended shelf life: 12 months from opening.
Allergen Free. GMO Free.
