Lightning-Fast Duotight Compatibility: Seamlessly connect your hoses and camlock fittings in seconds with the 9.5mm Duotight compatibility. Brew more, fuss less. Add the Duotight Push-In Thermowell Tee to add a thermometer to your wort out line. High-Efficiency Counterflow Design: Featuring an internal copper tube for wort circulation and an outer chamber for counterflowing cold water, the Red Reaper maximizes heat transfer for rapid chilling. Experience the power of single-pass cooling from boiling to pitching temperatures. Clog-Resistant Flow: Enjoy the benefits of a plate chiller's efficiency with a larger flow area that minimizes hop clogs. Built for Performance and Longevity: The Red Reaper utilizes the same pressure and temperature-resistant PEX hosing trusted in professional plumbing, offering exceptional flexibility and durability. We recommend recirculating your last 15 minutes of boil through the Red Reaper to sanitize it before chilling with cold water. Easy Cleaning and Maintenance: For optimal cleaning, circulate hot PBW for a minimum 5-minute contact time. Alternate flow direction for thorough cleaning, and rinse with water at the same temperature. Important Care Instructions: Avoid Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to sunlight can degrade the PEX tubing. PEX (cross-linked polyethylene) is a flexible, durable plastic tubing used as a reliable alternative to traditional copper or steel plumbing. Choose Your Fittings: The Red Reaper comes with bare, 3/8" barbs that you can simply clamp your tubing onto. However, we recommend using 9.5mm Duotight x 1/2" male thread adapters which will allow you to convert to your preferred fittings for the water and wort lines -- Camlock, Garden Hose, Tri-Clamp, Quick Disconnect (QD), etc. Specifications: 18.3 ft. The Gen 2 DigiBoil features two distinct updates that are not currently pictured in the primary images. The stainless steel lid has been upgraded to a glass lid, allowing you to observe and monitor boil activity. The rubber feet have been replaced with a plastic base that provides improved stability and slightly raises the unit for better ground clearance. Updated images coming soon. The most affordable all-in-one automated all-grain brewing system! Mash grains and boil wort in a single vessel DigiBoil electric kettle automatically maintains mash temperatures with the digital controller Triple heating elements combine for 3500W of power Also available with optional Recirculation Pump Kit! The DigiMash system represents the best value in electric all-grain brewing you'll find. With a 17-gallon DigiBoil electric kettle and the DigiMash stainless steel mashing accessory pack included, this is by far the most affordable way to get into electric all-grain brewing at the 10-gallon batch level. It may not have all the bells and whistles of the BrewZilla, but it does have everything you need to mash and boil all in one unit. Setting up and using the DigiMash couldn't be easier. Simply place the false bottom inside the kettle and install the malt pipe, fill with water and heat to your desired strike temperature, then add your grain and set your desired mash temperature on the digital controller. Once your mash is complete, lift up the malt pipe, drain the wort and sparge, then remove the malt pipe and proceed to boil. If you're deciding between the DigiMash and the BrewZilla, there are a couple of key differences worth noting. One of our favorite features of the BrewZilla is the programmable mash steps and delayed start, which the DigiMash does not have. You can still step mash by simply raising the temperature manually on the controller, but the automatic steps are a convenient feature if you want to set it and forget it. The other major difference between the two systems is that the BrewZilla features a built-in pump for recirculating the mash. Recirculation is a great way to improve mash efficiency, but it is far from required for a successful brew day. Using an external pump with the DigiMash is also an option, and one can be integrated for mash recirculation quite easily. Simply connect the ball valve to the inlet of your pump, and then connect the outlet of the pump to our Sparge Arm Assembly. This model comes with the 65L DigiBoil, which has three built-in heating elements that run off a 220V plug. The elements are 2000w, 1000w and 500w for a combined 3500 watts! The elements can be individually controlled, allowing you to use a single element to gently hold temperatures, or engage all three elements to quickly go from steeping temp to boiling. Temperatures are set and automatically maintained through the digital control panel. Simply set your desired temperature and flip on the heating element(s). Integrated stainless ball valve comes with a 13mm barb (approx. 1/2"). The barb can be removed to attach fittings with 1/2" FPT, such as our female threaded quick disconnect. DigiBoil Features: 304 stainless steel construction 17 gallon total capacity Digital temperature control 220V / 20A power NEMA 6-30R plug (4.5 ft. cord) Triple heating element control (2000w, 1000w and 500w) Heating elements are concealed for easy cleaning 304 stainless steel 1/2" ball valve with 13mm barb (approx. 1/2") Stamped-in volume markers (gallons & liters) Glass lid Temperature reads in °F or °C With elements turned off, hold both the +/- buttons to switch between °F or °C External Dimensions: 29" H x 19.5" W (including handles) Internal Dimensions: 20.25" H x 15.75" W ETL Listed DigiMash Upgrade Includes: False bottom Malt pipe Wire support Malt pipe handle Malt pipe bottom screen NOTE: Due to the size of this item, it is not eligible for international shipping.
These hot fill bladders are a great way to cut time out of your brew day using the "no chill" or "hot packing" method of cooling wort. When your boil is over, simply fill them up and wait for the wort to chill overnight or throw it in the fridge. This eliminates the traditional 30-60 minutes of chill time common in most brew days. Use the wort immediately after it has cooled down, or store refrigerated for short periods of time.
When chilled and ready to go, most brewers transfer the wort out of the bag and into their favorite fermenter. However it is possible to ferment directly in the bag with the use of a #7 stopper and airlock.
Hot packing and the storage of wort at room temperature has been done in Australia as a common practice for decades. Because of the temperature of wort entering the bag, any bacteria are killed. However there does exist a small chance of Botulism contamination for wort that is hot packed and stored. Botulism spores can survive a boil and are only killed through high temperature pasteurization. We always recommend using the wort as quickly as possible once it has cooled.
Hot fillable means they can be filled with any liquid up to 212°F.
The triple layer construction makes these bags puncture resistant, chemical resistant, and gives the bag superior oxygen barrier properties. The first layer is 50-micron polyethylene, the second is 45-micron polyethylene, and the third is 15-micron nylon.

The Pluto Beverage Gun is the ultimate hand held beer tap! If you have been dispensing your draft beer out of a standard picnic tap, it's time to upgrade. Definitely one of the coolest draft beer taps that we've seen, this Pluto Beverage Gun is made from nylon and stainless steel. The body is plastic, while the barb, piston, and spring are all stainless. Comes with a 1/4" duotight-compatible barb perfect for use with EVABarrier draft line. You will need either the 8mm x 6.5mm or 9.5mm x 6.5mm Duotight reducer to connect the EVABarrier to the Pluto. Kegland Part number: KL00956
This pump does not have a plug. It comes with the appropriate connectors to wire it to the BrewZilla's circuit board. For a brewery pump with similar performance, please see the MKII Pump. This pump now comes standard on the 65L BrewZilla, but if you have an older Gen 4 model with the original 6W pump, you can upgrade to this more powerful unit. The Green Demon This pump comes standard with the 100L BrewZilla Gen 4 and the upgraded 65L BrewZilla Gen 4.1. To upgrade older 65L BrewZilla Gen 4 models with the smaller pump, you will need to perform some light electrical terminal rewiring. This pump comes fitted with blade and circle connectors to swap out the standard 6W pump. You will need to re-use the grommet fitting so be gentle when taking it off the 6W pump. Standard Configuration – No additional fittings/hoses required This configuration is a direct swap out of the 6w pump to the 25w pump. Utilizing the tee splitter and the original hosing that comes with the 65L Gen 4 BrewZilla. It does help a little bit if you use the outlet elbow piece on the inlet, and vice versa as the 25w pump is slightly taller than the 6w stock standard pump. Alternative Configuration – Oli's Hail Mary For this method you will need about 6.5" of 1/2" ID hosing, preferably braided silicone. You cannot use normal silicone hosing for this. This method does not use the tee piece or ball valve. It solely relies on the bigger 25W pump to do all of the transferring and recirculating needs. Please see product photos for configuration types. Specifications: Voltage: 220-240V at 50-60hz Max Head: 11.1 ft Max Flow: 5 gal Wiring: Fork and Ring Connectors fitted with insulation sheath Fittings: 1/2" (13 mm) barbs NOTE: Like almost all centrifugal pumps, do not run this pump dry. Magnetic drive enables you to slow down the flow without damaging the pump—just add a ball valve to the outlet!
T.C. connection allows the pump head to be oriented at any angle in a full 360-degrees
Pull ring PRV at the pump outlet makes it easy to purge air and prime the pump before each use
Inline flow path for smooth integration into your brewery while keeping your tubing lines tidy
Stainless steel head with 1.5" T.C. ports to attach your preferred tri-clamp fittings
The best-selling MKII Magnetic Drive Pump now available with a major upgrade! This unit comes standard with an inline stainless steel pump head that installs on the pump body with a 3" tri-clamp. Compared to the standard "center inlet" pump head, the "inline" flow path can make it much easier to integrate into your brewery and keep your brewing hoses tidy. At the outlet of the pump, there is a very handy pull ring PRV that allows you to bleed liquor or wort from the pump head to release trapped air and prime the pump. And with the 3" T.C. connection, not only do you have a full 360-degrees to orient the pump head any which way, cleaning the pump after use could not be easier—just pop off the tri-clamp, wash out the pump head, and clamp back on.
The MKII is a perfect pump for your system and comes highly recommended for brewers stepping up to all-grain brewing. Rather than schlepping heavy kettles filled with hot liquor or wort around your brewery, or awkwardly stacking them into a 3-tier gravity setup, allow this handy pump to move liquid from vessel to vessel while everything remains in place. The magnetic drive allows you to slow down the flow without damaging the pump. This can be done by attaching a ball valve to the outlet side of the pump, and then you simply open or close the valve to control the flow rate. The pump itself is not self-priming, but priming is super easy thanks to the pull ring PRV which will help ensure the pump head is full of liquid and trapped air is released before powering it on.
Tri-Clamp Pump Head
The T.C. pump head can be removed quickly and easily using the 3" tri-clamp. This means no drivers or power drills are needed to back out the six Phillips head screws that mount the pump head on the standard version of the MKII. Whip the head off in a flash to clear out spent grain, hop material, or clear a blockage. Attaching the pump head with a tri-clamp also allows the head to be rotated at any angle in a full 360-degrees. This makes it easy to configure the plumbing to your unique brewery setup.
Inline Design
An "inline" pump head simply means the input and output are on a straight horizontal line with one another which can make it easier to integrate into your brewery setup. If you're using a 3-vessel horizontal system, the inline pump head will make it easier to keep your hoses neat and tidy compared to pumps heads with a center inlet.
PRV Purge Valve
The corny keg style PRV will make priming the pump a breeze. Simply let bleed the pump head to purge air out before turning the pump on and you'll avoid any cavitation issues. The PRV also acts as a safety so you do not over pressurize your pump head or brewery system.
304 Stainless Steel
The entire pump head is made from 304 grade stainless steel so it's highly resistant to chemicals, heat, and physical abuse. The 1/2" BSP threaded ports can be used to attach barbs, quick disconnects, camlocks, tri-clamp adapters, or any other 1/2" fittings you prefer.
Features:
110V / 60hz
Max Head: 11.15 ft. (3.4 m)
Max Flow: 5 Gal/min (19L/min)
Max Temperature: 248°F (120°C)
360° rotatable stainless steel pump head
1.5" T.C. ports
Water resistant casing (not waterproof)
KegLand Part Number: KL27526

By using this lid in conjunction with the FermZilla 2" Butterfly Valve and Hop Bong Kit, you will be able to purge CO2 into the tube and expel all the oxygen inside it and dump freely into the vessel. The lid features closed ports that can be drilled out to install optional accessories like the Temp Twister Cooling Coil and a Thermowell. The plastic lid also allows for improved KegLand RAPT Pill WiFi reading compared to the Kegmenter fully encasing the Pill in stainless steel. Due to the large 4" Tri-Clamp diameter, it is difficult to get higher pressures without leaking, therefore we suggest using the lid up to 21 psi. If you do not already own any of the Hop Bong fittings listed below, the Kegmenter Hop Bong Pressure Pack is also available as a complete kit. Features: (2) PCO1881 Male Ports Recommended for use with Red (Gas In) & Yellow (Bev Out) Ball Lock Caps PRV Port This should only be used with a Red 35 psi PRV or the Yellow 17 psi PRV. 2" T.C. Ferrule 4" T.C. Ferrule Undrilled Ports (for optional accessories): Thermowell Port (see below for FermZilla Thermowell kit) (2) Temp Twister Ports Please Note: Temp Twister will need to be bent on a 20° Angle in order to fit on the curved lid and align vertically in the tank. Hop Bong To use the Pressure Lid with the 2" Hop Bong, we recommend the following fittings if you do not have them already: 2 x Red Ball Lock Cap (FE13) 1 x Yellow Ball Lock Cap (FE146) 1 x 4" Tri-Clamp, 3 Segment Clamp (H734) 1 x 4" Tri-Clamp Seal (FF401) 3 x 2" Tri-Clamp (FF20) 3 x 2" Tri-Clamp Seal (FF201) 1 x 2" Butterfly Valve (FE198) 1 x 2" Hop Bong (FE202) 1 x 2" Hop Bong Cap (FE204) 1 x PCO1881 PRV Cap (KG523) 1 x Red 35 psi PRV (FE101C) Please note: The last product photo is an example image of what the lid looks like fully fitted out with the Hop Bong and other accessories that are not included with the lid.

Ready to dive into distilling, but unsure how to piece together your home still? Check out these complete systems that will set you on the path to producing high quality spirits. This kit comes with the 35L DigiBoil Electric Kettle and the Copper Pot Still Condenser.
The Copper Pot Still is perfect when you want the flavor of the wash to come through, whereas a reflux still is more favorable for producing pure, unflavored spirits. If you want to make whiskeys and gins, this pot still top is a great way to start! The classic "V" shape captures the vital esters, aldehydes, and phenolic compounds that are necessary for the complex spirits such as whiskeys and gins. Made from solid copper. When your hot spirit comes into contact with the copper, the copper acts like a catalytic converter to drive sulfur out of the spirit. This leads to less off-flavors and higher quality spirit.

Want an easy-to-use, stainless vessel that ferments and carbonates? This 50L/13.2 Gallon keg has been modified to allow you to do both! The top is fitted with a large 4 inch tri-clamp lid with two ball lock posts and a pressure relief valve. You can use this vessel to ferment, carbonate, serve, or push the beer through a filter. The posts are recessed which allows you to stack these kegs up to 4 high. A 4" T.C. end cap with pre drilled hole is also available (H691), which can be paired with a #3 stopper and airlock. Also consider the Kegmenter Hop Bong Pressure Pack which allows for oxygen-free dry hopping and also features ball lock posts for Gas & Liquid. Depending on how long it will take to consume the finished beer, we recommend using two kegmenters, one for fermentation and one for carbonating and serving. After fermentation, there will be a large trub cake at the bottom of the vessel. Leaving finished beer on the trub for too long (2-3 weeks) may eventually lead to off-flavors. Check out our ball lock jumper line (KEG575) to easily transfer from one kegmenter to the other. Also consider our beer filter kit (FIL40), which will allow you to filter the beer during transfer. Features: Rated up to 2.5 BAR (36 psi) 4" T.C. lid with ball lock posts Floating dip tube Stainless steel 1.8 mm thick Use: As a stainless steel fermenter that is easy to clean Great choice for 10 gallon fermentations Easy to pressurize the kegmenter after fermentation to push through a filter and into another keg Fermenting under pressure, allowing CO2 to exit via the relief valve, reduces esters and fusel alcohol production allowing you to ferment at warmer temperatures Distillation - with the addition of a T.C. reducer and condenser (H701 / DS120 / DS130) As a cellar keg for topping up barrels Warning: Always depressurize keg before removing lid. Take temperature readings instantly and from a safe distance with this infrared thermometer gun. Use it to check how close you are to the hot break before your boil, or measure the temp of your empty mash tun and grains to help predict temperature loss when you add strike water and mash in. Dual lasers is an important feature when choosing infrared thermometers because it allows for much higher accuracy. When measuring an object, a dual laser thermometer gun will help you greatly in finding the convergence point of the measured target and spot ratio. This can only be achieved with a dual laser unit.
Features:
Double Laser pointer for higher accuracy
Simple one-handed operation
Laser ON/OFF switch
Low battery indication
LED backlight
Reads in °F / °C
Automatic shutdown after 15 seconds
Display hold, Scan function
FCC, CE, ROHS Certified
Notes:
1. When using this product to measure temperature, consider the ratio between the distance (the length from the product to the measured object) and the size of the measurement area, referred to as the object distance ratio. When the distance between the product and the measured object increases, the measurement area will increase accordingly.
2. If you want to use boiled water to measure the unit's accuracy, do not allow smoke or water vapor to contact the temperature sensing area, and keep the measurement angle at 45 ~ 60 degrees.

Replacement PET Tank for the 27L Tri-Conical FermZilla with tri-clamp bottom port. Perhaps your wort was too hot when you transferred from the kettle, or while cleaning you dropped the FermZilla against something sharp that punched a hole, or maybe it's just time to replace the tank after acquiring too many scratches from normal wear-and-tear. Whatever the reason, no need to go buy a whole new FermZilla! Just pick up one of these fresh replacement tanks and your conical fermenter will be good as new! Pressure Stress If you use the FermZilla to ferment under pressure, or you use CO2 to pressure transfer or force carbonate your finished beer, it is very important that you conduct semi-annual inspections of your tank. Even with perfect care, the FermZilla tank may show signs of wear from pressure stress over time. We recommend visually inspecting your tank for stress creases or other signs of wear once or twice a year. A hydro test should be conducted every two years, even if no signs of wear are found. The process is simple: Fill the tank to the brim with water Replace the Red PRV with a Green PRV rated to 4.5 BAR or higher Pressurize the tank to 4 BAR (58 psi) Check for leaks, then replace the Red PRV when finished If leaks or potential points of failure are found, replace the tank before you continue using pressure with your FermZilla. General Care Taking good care of your FermZilla begins with cleaning and sanitizing the unit before and after use. The tank is made from food-grade PET, which is beautifully clear, but can be sensitive to long soaks in cleaners and acid-based sanitizers. In general, we do not recommend leaving products like PBW or StarSan soaking in the tank for more than an hour. Extended soaks have the potential to degrade the PET material and shorten the lifespan of the tank. KegLand Part Number: KL28240 NOTE: FermZilla tanks are marked with a manufacturer’s “expiry date”. This does not indicate that the tank is bad after this date; it simply indicates that a hydro test may be in order. 2 years after production and every 2 years after first use, it is recommended that the tank be hydro tested to ensure the tank is holding pressure. Hydro test instructions are available here. You will also need the D1072 Green PRV to perform the test. If you do not plan to pressurize the fermenter, the test is not necessary.
This simple pump kit is a great way to clean your draft lines when you don't want to waste CO2 or mix up a full batch of line cleaner. The PCO tee piece can be attached to a PET beer bottle or repurposed soda bottle, then pressurized with the hand pump to push cleaner through your ball lock disconnect and draft lines.
You can also use the pump kit to turn just about any PET bottle into a mini party keg; one that's easy to take with you while leaving your gas equipment at home. But since you'll be using air to push the beer out, we recommend consuming the contents of the bottle well within 24 hours.
Kit Contains:
Yellow carbonation cap
Red Tee Piece - 28mm PCO 1881 Threads (Female x Male x Male)
Mini yellow hand pump
11.75" length of EVABarrier tubing (5mm ID x 8mm OD)
PET Bottle not included
KegLand Part Number: KL20220
This Duotight fitting with 1/2" male thread is perfect for attaching to the Copper Counterflow Chiller (WC130) and using with 1/2" female threaded Camlock and QD fittings. Compatible with EVABarrier 9.5 mm OD tubing (D1719). Duotight fittings are high-quality push-in fittings that seal tight and offer superior sealing capacity due to the double O-ring sealing design. High Performance Double O-Ring Design:
The secret to Duotight’s superior sealing performance comes from the fact that they use not one, but two high-quality EPDM O-rings. The double O-ring means they have literally twice the sealing surface when compared with other push-in fittings. This makes them more reliable and significantly reduces the chance of leakage. The double O-ring system also means that tubing can be bent at a much tighter radius without causing leaking issues, which can be an issue with other fittings. This combination of factors makes Duotight the most reliable push-in fittings on the market. EPDM offers excellent chemical resistance for a longer life span. When compared with silicone and vinyl, EPDM has much better gas transmission rates, better wear resistance, and is BPA-free. No Clamps Necessary!
We recommend cutting your tubing straight, not on an angle, to ensure the line forms a complete seal. To remove the fitting simply push in the collet and the hose can be removed. Features:
Insert tubing and firmly push to connect Easily release tubing by pushing in the collet Suitable for both gas & beverage applications Made from food-grade acetal plastic Double O-rings made from highly chemical resistant EPDM Locking teeth made from stainless steel Pressure rated to 150 psi Temperature rated to 212°F (100°C) Please note: exposure to chlorine will degrade the acetal plastic and stainless steel these fittings are made from. Do not use in contact with bleach or other chlorinated cleaning chemicals. Kegland Part number: KL06927

If you're using the extended malt pipe with the 35L DigiBoil, you will need to purchase the ring separately. If you're using the malt pipe with the 35L BrewZilla you can either move your ring up to the boiler extension, or buy an additional ring so you can remove the malt pipe in two steps. You will also need the Ricirculation Arm Extension to continue using the BrewZilla's recirculation arm. Compatible with Gen 3 / Gen 4 BrewZillas. KegLand Part Number: KL26468
Heavy-duty stainless steel lid can be used with a still top or steam condenser
Sight glass disc allows you to watch your boil without having to remove your still or condenser
Easily remove the disc during the hot break or to add hops or other boil additions
Molded grips for easier handling with the lid is still hot
Compatible with 65L BrewZillas and DigiBoils
If you're using an AlcoEngine Still Top or Steam Condenser set with your BrewZilla or DigiBoil, this heavy-duty stainless lid with sight glass is virtually a must-have. Whether distilling or brewing, keeping an eye on your boil will help you stop foaming or boil over issues before they happen. With the standard distillation lid, checking on your wash or wort means removing or tipping the apparatus over to get a peek inside the boiler, which can be a cumbersome (if not dangerous) part of your process. The PPSU sight glass disc can also be easily removed to add hops or other boil additions through the large 3" T.C. ferrule. (Use gloves, it will be hot!)
The 65L lid is designed to be extremely sturdy when using heavier stills and is made with a 4" T.C. ferrule top port. To pair the lid with an AlcoEngine Still Top or the BrewZilla Steam Condenser Set, you can use a 2" x 4" T.C. reducer. (The AlcoEngine Still Tops will also need this single sided bead seal for a secure tri-clamp connection.)
The sight glass disc is made from a special PPSU plastic—an excellent choice for components that are exposed to high temperatures (up to 392°F / 200°C) and corrosive media due to its exceptional chemical resistance, as well as being extremely impact resistant. KegLand decided to use this type of plastic because it also has superior thermal and mechanical properties with the added benefit of being transparent. Intricate parts can be injection molded that would have been near impossible to do with stainless steel or lab-grade glass.
Specs:
4" T.C. top ferrule port
3" T.C. sight glass ferrule
Lid handles with molded grips
Thicker silicone lid gasket for a tighter seal
Includes:
3" PPSU sight glass disc
3" tri-clamp

The Copper Reflux Still Condenser is designed to create high percentage pure neutral spirit. It features a flow management device, which makes it extremely easy to use. No need to worry about fine tuning the water flow speed. As long as your providing enough coolant or cold water running through the condenser, the flow rate doesn't matter. The purity of the spirit can be controlled by two included flow control inserts. These brass inserts come with a 1.0mm hole and 0.6mm hole. As the hole gets smaller, the rate at which the spirit exits the condenser will decrease, thus increasing your reflux ratio and the purity of your spirit. If you want to make whiskeys and gins we recommend checking out the Copper Pot Still! This is only the still top and does not come with a boiler. Combine with a distillation lid to use a BrewZilla or DigiBoil as the base for this Alcoengine brand still top. Comes with 13 mm (0.51") barb connections for the water inlet and outlet. We recommend cutting your tubing straight, not on an angle, to ensure the line forms a complete seal. To remove the fitting simply push in the collet and the hose can be removed. Features:
