Upgrade your home brewery with an innovative, Stainless Steel, 3.5 Gallon Brew Bucket™ Fermenter! Many have asked for a smaller BrewBucket, and that has been heard. The Brew Bucket mini is perfect for 2.5 gallon batches. With features similar to the original 7 gallon Brew Bucket, the Mini is a great way to do smaller batches. Whether you are interested in splitting a 5 gallon batch for experimenting, or just brew 2.5 gallons, the BrewBucket Mini is a great choice.
Featuring a conical bottom, 304 SS construction, a rotating racking arm valve, and stackable design, these are space saving feature rich fermenters that are easy and enjoyable to use.
We inspected and used the Brew Bucket™ and one of the most unique features that stood out is that the Brew Bucket can be stacked during fermentation, even with an airlock attached. We also like the conical bottom that allows trub to settle out in a concentrated space that minimizes the surface area of the trub that is in contact with your beer. The included Patent Pending Rotating Racking Valve is also a brilliantly simple design allowing you to rotate the racking arm inside the Brew Bucket down during fermentation to minimize trub, and later up to get clear beer when racking! Etched Volume Markers on the inside were super handy when filling.
The build quality is really amazing for the price. Welds are clean. The lid is strong and the spring loaded lid hatches are solid. The lid includes a removable, molded silicone gasket that ensures an airtight seal. We love an airtight seal so that we can be sure to see the airlock working. The welded on stainless handles make the BrewBucket fermentor super easy to move.
Features:
304 SS Food Grade Construction
Rotating Racking Arm & Valve (Patent Pending)
3.5 Gal Max Capacity (2.5 gal Batches)
40° Conical Bottom for Trub Trapping
Nests for Storage & Stacks for Ferment!
SS lid w/ Silicone Gasketed seal
Spring Loaded Lid Clamps for Airtight Lid Seal
Offset Airlock Hole includes Silicone Stopper
Gallon Markers inside for visual volume assessment
Stainless construction resists damage and is easy to clean
8.5" Bottom Width / 11" Top Width x 16" Height

Chill your beer in the summer and warm your beer in the winter! Use a chill water source when it's hot or warmed water if it's cold! Temperature control during fermentation is one of the most significant contributors to the flavor of our beers, yet it all too often gets overlooked. This particular unit is designed to work specifically with the Brew Bucket Mini.
Brewers typically have limited the styles of beers they produce to the varying temperatures of the seasons. The system is elegant and engineered, yet it stays true to the heart and soul of us home brewers. The FTSs uses a precision digital temperature controller in combination with a 304 stainless steel immersion chiller. The digital controller constantly monitors your beer’s temperature and will activate the circulation pump (which, by the way, is quieter than a mouse) to hold the fermentation temperature at your predetermined set point. You can crash cool or lager too! You supply the chill water source, which can be as simple as ice water in a cooler or as involved as glycol from a chiller’s reservoir. We supply the rest of the system. As long time fellow home brewers, this is a system we know many of you have been dreaming about for a long time: advanced temperature control for the beers you make at an affordable price.
Features:
Custom lid w/ 304 Ss immersion chiller coil
Pro grade (super quiet) submersible pump
110-240V power supply
304 Ss weldless lid mounted thermowell
Tailored neoprene insulation jacket
Digital temperature controller
Want to make better beer? Being a great homebrewer is about more than just knowing good recipes. If you want to be the best, having an understanding of the basic chemistry involved in making beer will give you added insights that can help both avoid potential issues as well as get the most out of your brews.
Brew Chem 101: The Basics of Homebrewing Chemistry, by Lee Janson, is an easy to read book about the basic chemistry of brewing. It uses non-technical language to explain the chemical reactions at each stage of the brewing process. Having this understanding will give you insight into each stage of the beer making process so that you can trouble shoot if problems arise, or avoid them completely!

Modular Design
The Brew Cubes started as a side project for the engineering team. We needed a modular system for testing and prototyping a variety of homebrew equipment configurations without fabricating custom brew stands for each build. They quickly gained popularity internally for their modularity and flexibility.
The Brew Cubes are designed to grow alongside the brewer's equipment needs and skill level; there's really no right or wrong way to build a brewery, and that's where the modular design of the Brew Cubes shines.
The core of the Brew Cube is the base kit, as shown in the exploded view. From there, any variety of shelves and accessories can be added on. We'll have many of the core accessories available immediately, but we view this as a long term platform and intend to introduce thoughtful additions to the product line over the coming months and years.
Unlimited Flexibility
From stands and carts to parts racks and shelves, flexibility is at the heart of the Brew Cube's design. Every brewer and brewery has different needs, that's why there's no right or wrong way to use Brew Cubes. Designed to bolt together, it's easy to string three or more cubes next to each other, or add optional shelving, leg extensions, and peg walls for near-endless customization.
Pro Inspiration for the Home Brewer
When designing the perfect homebrew rig, we took inspiration from some of the best and most sought after pro features our team has been engineering into our larger brewhouses. From the dual pump architecture to the newly patented valve tree, Brew Cubes can unlock the full potential of your Ss Brewtech equipment.

Want to know everything about brewing abbey ales? “Brew Like a Monk: Trappist, Abbey, and Strong Belgian Ales and How to Brew Them” will show you how!
A favorite in the “Belgian Book Series” by Stan Hieronymus, “Brew Like a Monk” goes deep into the Belgian culture and it's breweries and delivers well-written and technically accurate information to homebrewers who want to craft Belgian Ales. Not only are basic recipes reproduced here, but fermentation temps, wort handling, and anything else that can have an impact on flavor. It effectively covers the “how-to” for brewing these unique ales, giving you a definitive and complete working knowledge of Belgian brewing in the Trappist tradition.
An exclusive issue of Brew Your Own focusing on different beer styles. This issue was written by Jamil Zainisheff and includes over 30 recipes. In the recipes will be both extract and all grain versions, as well as step-by-step instructions on how to brew the recipe. A great magazine for anybody, especially those getting in to recipe formulation and experimentation!
Jamil has been a long time friend of MoreBeer!, and has even helped us design some of our products and recipes.
A fantastic guide to hops, put together by the folks at Brew Your Own Magazine. Not only is this a nice reference chart to help you make those important hopping decisions, but the bulk of this magazine is centered around how to brew the best with hops. There are project walk-throughs, dry hopping tips, extract tips - you name it, and it's about hops, it's in here.
The BrewBuilt Blowoff U Barb was specifically designed to avoid kinking issues with blowoff tubing. Rather than simply pointing the blowoff tubing away from the conical, the U Barb bends outward and over the side of your conical to point tubing straight down. This gives you the same advantage of a stainless steel blowoff cane, but is much easier to clean and sanitize.
The 5/8" OD barb is perfect for forming a tight seal with 1/2" ID silicone tubing. Measures approximately 4" from T.C. to barb.

304 stainless steel splash resistant construction
Industrial design using commericial quality components for long life and easy serviceability
Digital power reading for precise repeatability. No more guessing if you found the sweet spot on the dial
Outlet fully disconnected when powered off for added safety, unlike some one-leg designs
Linear power control for better repeatability at low power settings
Wall mount bracket allows you to get the controller off the table and out of the way
Dial your brew day up to 11 with the BrewBuilt™ Boil Vigor Controller! This controller allows you to control the current of a 208-240V heating element up to 30 amps. Perfect for dialing in your boil vigor for more consistent boil-off rates or adjusting the heat input to a still wash pot. The controller works by adjusting the percentage of power delivered to the heating element. The power is increased in a linear fashion from 0 to 100% as you adjust the dial from 1 to 11. Features industrial-style power switch, dial knob, and digital amm meter mounted on a splash resistant stainless steel enclosure. Pre-cut mounting holes allow you to hang the controller on your brew stand on the wall at eye-level. We highly recommend mounting the controller so you don't have to worry about keeping an area of your table dry where you might lay it down. L6-30 connections with 4 ft. cords on either end. Compatible with all 208-240V elements 30 amps and lower. While L6-30 are the most common elements available, yours may need an adapter.
The Boil Vigor Controller uses a generously overrated SSR with a very large fan-cooled heatsink for better reliability. An SSR's life expectancy is directly related to its operating temperature, and this unit is built with the lowest Q heat dissipation system offered at the homebrewing level. It includes a contactor to fully shut off both legs when you throw the power switch, making the free end of the cord safer when the element is not plugged in. The display gives you a reading of the actual current being consumed by your element in Amps. On some systems, a small change in the adjustment makes a large current change at the element, especially at lower settings used during hop stands and distillation. The BrewBuilt controller provides a linear control and a digital readout to eliminate the guessing, allowing you to focus on your process and not your equipment.
If you'd prefer not to mount the controller to your wall, consider the stainless steel Controller Stand.

Designed for Brewing. Built to Last.
BrewBuilt brew kettles are made from 304 stainless steel and offer an unparalleled mix of features for the price. At the very top of the list are two welded-in place tri-clamp couplers that offer a lifetime of leak free use. As you can imagine, welding in a coupler costs more than punching a hole and using a gasketed (i.e. weld-less) fitting. Welded fittings offer a permanent connection that to us is worth every penny. The second unique feature that we absolutely love about these brew kettles is the notched lid with silicone plug. This notch allows you so much flexibility; you can use an immersion chiller, one of our Ultimate Sparge Arms for mashing, tie off hop bags, take a temp reading during cooling, or whatever else we all can dream up.
Our new T.C. kettles were designed to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of brewing technology. Tri-clamp fittings are standard fare in professional breweries, and they’ve been widely adopted in homebrewing as T.C. fermenters and pumps become more affordable and widely available. Tri-clamp fittings, also known as Tri-clover, allow you to make a sanitary connection that is free of nooks and crannies for contaminants to take hold. They are much easier to break down for cleaning compared to threaded connections, and they don’t require Teflon tape to make a watertight seal. T.C. fittings and accessories also give you the distinct advantage of being able to clean in place (CIP), so you don’t need to break down your entire system after every brew day.
Configurations
The base boil kettle comes without fittings so you can modify it the specific tri-clamp accessories that best suit your needs. Add one of the optional Brewing Kettle Valve Packs above which include your choice of valve and all the hardware you'll need to connect 1/2" ID transfer tubing, as well as an end cap to seal the top port if a thermometer or other accessory is not in place.
The Hot Liquor Tank includes the base kettle plus a kettle maximizer for the bottom port and thermometer with 2" probe for the top port. Clamps and gaskets are included to attach the tri-clamp kettle maximizer and the thermometer.
The Mash Tun includes the base kettle plus a false bottom kit for the bottom port and thermometer with 6" probe for the top port. Clamps and gaskets are included to attach the tri-clamp false bottom maximizer and the thermometer.
Kettles do not come with a valve or additional fittings for the bottom port as standard. Add one of our pre-configured Valve Packs or purchase your preferred valve and fittings separately.
This Brew Kettle has a lot to offer...
Some other features we dig include the internal volume markers from the bottom to the top - so handy for instant reads. The silicone sleeved handles on the kettle and the lid are a cool feature to protect your hands. The tri-clad bottom with a 4mm core of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel offers even heat distribution during the boil and also makes it a perfect choice for anyone wanting to use an induction burner.
Beefy 304 Stainless
These kettles are made from 304 grade stainless. That means you will have less corrosion issues than with a kettle made from lower grade 201 type stainless. We put these kettles through a corrosive salt water test in the MoreBeer! shop and they passed with flying colors. We also made sure the rivets and riveted handles were also made of stainless steel for a long term, trouble free life. The 10 and 15 gallon size are made from 1.0mm thick stainless steel. The 20, 30 and 50 gallon size are made with 1.2mm stainless - that's pretty thick stuff - and you will know it when you pick one up.
Mirror Polish Finish
The mirror polish finish isn’t just for making your Instagram feed pop! This extra slick finish is much easier to clean and sanitize than a standard brushed stainless kettle. Hop trub and other organic solids left behind after a brew day will have a hard time clinging to the interior surface and scrub away with ease.
Size Ratios and Stuff
All the BrewBuilt kettles follow the recent trend to a 1.2:1 ratio where the height is 1.2 times the diameter. This is a proven commercial ratio that has been adopted in homebrewing to achieve a more consistent 10% evaporation rate during the boil. We do like this ratio for boiling. For Mashing we would prefer a little bit shallower but that is a small compromise. Dimensions for a hot-liquor tank, if you are thinking brewing system down the road, are irrelevant as any ratio kettle will do.
Features:

4mm Tri-Clad Aluminum bottom sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel for no scorching
Internally etched volume markers from top to bottom for easy reading
1.2:1 Ratio is optimal for boiling evaporation rate

This unique kettle with four tri-clamp ports was developed for the BrewBuilt electric kettle line as it requires two ports for two electric heating elements. The kettle is offered without fittings so you can rig it up with whatever accessories you see fit.
Welded 1.5" tri-clamp ports for a lifetime of leak-free use
304 stainless steel construction with mirror polish finish
Front and back located handles with silicone grips
Induction burner compatible
Notched lid provides cover while not interfering with immersion chillers, hop bags, or other accessories
The BrewBuilt Pro Brewing Kettle is built for even more versatility than the standard T.C. kettle. A third and fourth tri-clamp port are offset from the front and ready to accept an electric heating element, whirlpool return valve, or any other accessory that you want to incorporate with the kettle. Handles are located at the front and back, rather than either side, saving you space when building out a horizontal system and will keep fittings pointed away from you regardless of which side you pick up the kettle from.

The BrewBuilt Pro Brewing Kettle is built for even more versatility than the standard T.C. kettle. A third tri-clamp port is offset from the front and ready to accept an electric heating element, whirlpool return valve, or any other accessory that you want to incorporate with the kettle. Handles are located at the front and back, rather than either side, saving you space when building out a horizontal system and will keep fittings pointed away from you regardless of which side you pick up the kettle from.
Designed for Brewing. Built to Last.
BrewBuilt brew kettles are made from 304 stainless steel and offer an unparalleled mix of features for the price. At the very top of the list are three welded-in place tri-clamp couplers that offer a lifetime of leak free use.
Our T.C. kettles were designed to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of brewing technology.
This kettle comes without fittings so you can modify it with whatever tri-clamp accessories best suit your needs.
The bottom coupler is also cool with 1/2" male threads on the outside and 1/2'' female threads on the inside.
The included ball valve is a two piece design that allows for easy cleaning (we prefer these over 3 piece for ease of assembly) and is also made from 304 stainless.
Final Words
With welded tri-clamp fittings, mirror polish finish, a bunch of cool features, and a solid, thick 304 stainless steel core this kettle is a pretty amazing value. Remember, if you order from MoreBeer! we ship free anywhere in the continental USA!

Commercial cold brew production has traditionally been a messy, backbreaking process. Hoisting 40 pounds of soaking-wet coffee grounds straight up out of a flat-bottom plastic bucket is a workplace hazard waiting to happen. To make matters worse, struggling with cloudy sediment leads to clogged draft lines, chalky mouthfeel, and drastically shortened product shelf life.
The BrewBuilt® CB1 completely redefines small-scale commercial cold brew production.
Built on our heavy-duty, 304 stainless steel bottom-drain chassis, this turnkey system eliminates overhead lifting, guarantees brilliant liquid clarity, and adapts to any packaging workflow. Whether you run a bustling cafe, a roasting facility, or a craft brewery, the CB1 delivers a high-yield solution designed to protect both your back and your brew.
Key Design Innovations
Ergonomic Side-Manway Cleanout
The CB1 features an integrated, rectangular side-manway door. Instead of lifting heavy, dripping bags up and out of the vessel, operators simply open the front door and easily slide or rake spent coffee grounds out horizontally into a waste bin.
Progressive Dual-Stage Filtration
Achieve unmatched clarity without the need for expensive secondary paper filters. The CB1 utilizes a stacked filtration system featuring a Fine mesh bag nested inside an X-Fine mesh bag.
Heavy-Duty Drawstrings: Both commercial-grade bags feature rugged drawstrings that cinch tightly around the rim of the kettle, keeping them securely locked in place during the steep.
The Slotted False Bottom Advantage: As seen in the cross-section view, the nested bags rest completely flat on a heavy-gauge, slotted stainless steel false bottom. This structural support keeps the fabric elevated above the true dished bottom, preventing the weight of the coffee grounds from plugging the drain hole and ensuring an unrestricted, rapid extract flow.
Total Packaging Flexibility
The sanitary 1.5" Tri-Clamp bottom butterfly valve acts as a modular launchpad for your finished product. Once the steep is complete, you can gravity-drain the kettle with precision control:
Kegging: Perform flawless, low-oxygen closed transfers directly into purged beverage kegs.
Bottling & Canning: Hook up directly to counter-pressure bottle fillers, BeerGuns, or small-scale canning lines.

BrewBuilt CIP Spray Ball for use with X-Series Uni Conicals or any stainless steel fermenter with 1.5" tri-clamp fittings. The head emits a 360° fan spray that cleans above and below the spinning ball. The sharp spray easily removes soil inside your tank. The long neck design allows the spray ball to reach through tall fittings and ferrules. With a welded 90° elbow inlet, you won't have any trouble with kinked hosing slowing your pump flow and lowering the spray ball's performance.
A pump capable of 30-45 psi and 11 GPM is recommended for this product to provide a high pressure cleaning radius of 3.6 ft. When used with BrewBuilt conicals, 7 GPM is enough to coat the full interior of the fermenter, but longer CIP runs might be required to fully breakdown stubborn solid deposits.
