This kit will come with 3 natural gas orifices for the Gas Pilot Systems. This is everything you need to convert your Pro Pilot System from propane to natural gas. Compatible with Blichmann Horizantal Gas Brew Systems
Most oxygen regulators only regulate pressure but the Blichmann Oxygen Flow Regulator allows you to dial in the actual rate of flow. Turn the dial to your preferred flow rate, measured in liters of oxygen per minute, and you can feel confident in knowing precisely how much oxygen is being introduced into your wort. It is important to know the flow of oxygen because depending on your downstream restriction the actual flow can vary a lot. Remove the guess work with the Oxygen Flow Regulator from Blichmann.
Measuring your dissolved oxygen usually would run you $300 or more but with the Oxygen Flow Regulator you can know exactly how much oxygen was put into your wort for less than $50.
Tank connection CGA 540, oxygen outlet connection 1/4" male flare
This amazing product is an ideal companion with Blichmann’s revolutionary BoilCoil™ immersion heaters, but it’ll also work with all manufacturer’s immersion heaters! Blichmann’s unique modular power controller lets you precisely control the power of your electric heating element from 0-100% power. Need to control more than one heating element for large kettles? Simply add up to 4 additional relay modules and drive them all with one power controller. Unlike cheap "dimmer switch" based power controllers, whose power output is not linear, the modular power controller is much easier to control the perfect boil intensity and heating rate. This is accomplished using a tried and true industrial technique called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). Simply put, it controls the percentage of time the heater is energized over a very short 1 sec interval. So turning the knob to “6” energizes the heater for 0.6 seconds, and turns it off for the remainder of the 1 sec interval. This robust reliable technique is gentle on your heater, is extremely linear, and doesn’t create electrical noise like other techniques can. See below for other great features.
Precise linear control of power from 0-100% with a fast-acting intuitive power knob
Industrial grade PWM control methodology is reliable, gentle to heating elements, and very linear
Ideal for boil kettle and BIAB applications where temperature control is not needed, but precise power control is. Note that this product does not read or control temperature
Allows you to dial in an exact and repeatable boil off rate to hit your final boil volume batch after batch
Perfect match for Blichmann’s BoilCoil™ electric heaters, but also works with any manufacturer’s immersion heater
30A 240V (7200W) single phase, and 20A 120V (2400W) models available
L6-30 30A 240V or L6-20 120V with power cable “pigtails” available
Have a large kettle with more than on heating element? Up to 4 optional relay modules can be quickly installed allowing you to drive up to 5 heating elements simultaneously with one power controller
Unique enclosure has provisions to route cables out of the back for table mounting, or out of the bottom for wall mounting. Field changeable
Integral DIN rail groove on the back allows connecting multiple controllers and relay modules together for wall or table mounting using readily available DIN mounting channels
Note: 240v pictured in reverse image. Power relay sold separately (not currently available in 120v). Mounting bracket sold separately (BL997).

Brew pumps unlock a world of brewing processes otherwise unavailable—create a return loop for whirlpooling in kettle during post boil hop additions
Stainless steel pump head comes standard—the ideal choice for attaching quick disconnects, camlocks, and other stainless fittings
Built-in flow control valve allows for direct flow adjustment on the pump head and eliminates the need to add an additional ball valve
Corny keg style pull ring PRV makes it easy to bleed the pump head of air bubbles and prime the pump
Tri-clamp pump head can be rotated to your preferred orientation and disassembles quickly for cleaning between uses
Imagine a brewing pump that eliminates cavitation, is easy to clean, has a built in valve, and is quiet. Introducing The RipTide pump from Blichmann Engineering, the first pump designed specifically for homebrewing.
We love this brew pump. Like a brewer wired on coffee, let us rattle off some of our favorite features. First, the pull style relief valve that allows air to exit the pump head so the impeller won't cavitate is a genius addition. Our next favorite feature is the bad-ass, built-in flow control valve so you don't have to add additional ball-valves. While we dont manually clean our pumps very often we like the idea that we can easily do that with the clover clamp style connection. That might be particularly important if you are transferring cool wort where extra sanitation might make a difference. Equally cool is the noise, or lack thereof, when operating. It just wears on you to hear your pump grinding away all day. The RipTide pump isn't silent, but it is much quieter. And to top it all off we like the mounting base and the extra long 9' cord. 9' gets the plug connection a few feet away from where we are brewing and less likely to be exposed to water - a simple upgrade that is really nice. Oh, and we almost forgot the power switch which is always a nice feature on something electric!
All in all this is a no brainer upgrade for the difference in cost.
Features:
Strong rare earth magnets and a curved blade impeller provide 7 GPM and up to 21 ft of lift
Tri-Clamp head disassembles easily for cleaning
1/2" NPT inlet and outlet
Motor is enclosed in a splash proof and super quiet case
Rotatable stainless steel head
Integrated air release vent allows you to easily prime the pump everytime without those frustrating air bubbles and cavitation
Linear flow valve provided for excellent flow control
Power switch on base
10 ft. long power cord with 120V plug

Keep your Blichmann Therminator clean inside and prevent harmful contamination of your wort by using the Blichmann Therminator Chiller Back-Flush Hose Assembly. If you use the Therminator to chill your wort after the boil, the back-flush hose is an essential piece of equipment to help keep the inner plates clean.
This sturdy hose is designed especially to attach to your Therminator in order to flush excess liquid and hop material out thoroughly. Instead of trying to assemble your own hose in order to flush your Therminator, make things quicker and easier with this Blichmann Therminator Chiller Back-Flush. Simply attach it to your chiller immediately after you cool the wort and flush it out to help prevent bacteria from forming.
The Blichmann Therminator Wort Chiller is one of the most popular tools to use when chilling your wort, as it gets the job done quickly, effectively and without much effort from you. This particular chiller has 40 plates and 316 stainless steel plates and fittings. It features ½ inch MPT for the wort in and out, and a ¾ inch MPT garden hose thread for the water in and out. You’ll be able to chill just like the pros when you use the Blichmann Therminator Wort Chiller, as it is extremely similar to the chillers used in commercial breweries.
The Therminator chiller is small but mighty, with the capability to chill 10 gallons of wort down to 68 degrees when using 58 degree water in just five minutes! It measures an ultra compact 7.5 inches wide, 4 inches deep and 3 inches high, which also makes it very easy to clean and sanitize. It is brazed together with pure copper in an oxygen-free furnace so there are no potential leaks, and it even comes with heavy gauge stainless mounting bracket to keep your system looking sturdy and seamless.
All 316 stainless steel plates and fittings.
Chill like the pro's - Identical to commercial brewery chillers.
Brazed together with pure copper in an oxygen free furnace - no potential leaks like a gasketed unit.
Chill 10 gal in 5 min to 68°F using 58°F cooling water at 5 gpm.
Ultra compact (7.5" W, 4" D, 3" H)
Easy to clean and sanitize - small enough to boil!
Garden hose thread connections on water side - no extra adapters to buy.
1/2" male NPT fittings on wort side mates up with virtually all common hose connector types. Much easier to sanitize than female fittings.
Comes with heavy gauge stainless mounting bracket
The Blichmann ThruMometer In-line Thermometer is a great way to know the temperature of your wort while it's being transferred. Very helpful when using a counterflow or plate chiller to read the temperature of your wort going into the fermenter. Made of heat-treated highly corrosion resistant aluminum. Reads from 58°F - 88°F, and has 1/2" in and out posts.
Note- Clean with mild detergent only, using warm (no hotter than 140°F) water. Do not soak in the same bucket as other metals, as this could result in galvanic corrosion to the aluminum. After use, dry thoroughly and store in the protective plastic tube.

The RipTide™ (Tri-Clamp model only) has been taken to the next level with a design modification to be the ultimate work horse. Now it eliminates the easy-to-loose thrust washer and showcases a PRV vent barb that will allow for mess free priming. This version will improve the overall brewing experience and operation. Again, this change is currently only on the TC RipTide™.
Gone are the days of making do with a general purpose pump such as the March 815 and all the variant imported copies. These pumps are cumbersome to disassemble, difficult to prime to get the wort moving, require the addition of a valve, a switch, and a proper base to hold the pump upright. They also use noisy open motors that must be shielded from liquids. All undesireable attributes for a homebrewing pump! The team of homebrewers at Blichmann Engineering and our friends at March Manufacturing have created the RipTide™ to solve all of these problems!
High performance curved blade impeller and strong rare earth magnets deliver 7 GPM and up to 21ft of head pressure!

Regardless of which valve you choose you can hook up a pump and get a strong whirlpool action to help you settle out some of that unwanted trub!
Note: These kits require a hole in your kettle of about 13/16 in. You may drill this hole yourself using the instructions in the documents tab or use these kits if your kettle already has a hole.
Lowest Price Guarantee, this item has MAP pricing so you can be confident you won't find it for less.
Using the WineEasy™ combined fermentor and press is admittedly different than anything on the market, but is incredibly easy to use and provides results and ease of use that traditional fermenting and pressing techniques simply can't offer.
At the heart of the system is a high quality stainless primary fermentor (20, 30 and 55 gal sizes). A uniquely designed false bottom located at the bottom of the fermentor allows the pomace to be separated from the wine while draining the unit. The tines on the pressure plate support the bottom of the fermentor and perforated false bottom and keep it from collapsing from the pressure imparted by the vacuum pump.
After alcoholic fermentation, the free run is drained or pumped out of the fermentor. The sliding piston assembly is then installed. The vacuum pump evacuates the carboy (or other vacuum capable vessel) and applies a vacuum under the false bottom of the WineEasy fermentor. This causes atmospheric pressure to push down on the sliding piston pressing the pomace to the ideal maximum pressure of 14 PSI to avoid hard press conditions.
Since this is all done without transferring the pomace to a press, and is done so in a completely closed and air tight system, oxidation and contamination are virtually eliminated.
Cleanup is as easy as scooping out the dry pomace into a container and washing out the high polish stainless steel fermentor!

Less risk of contamination and oxidation
Great press efficiency
Fast
Easy to use
Simple mess-free cleanup
Produce consistently superb wines
Please Note: This 20 gallon Wine Easy requires at least 6.6 gallons of must to press effectively.
The tines on the pressure plate support the bottom of the fermentor and perforated false bottom and keep it from collapsing from the pressure imparted by the vacuum pump

These are Leg Extensions for use with the 20 and 30 gallon Blichmann WineEasy Fermentors. These will allow you to gravity drain your Fermentor into carboys or other vessels. These legs are not for use with the 55 gallon unit, as it is too large to be safely supported by the legs.
Please Note: The Vacuum Pump Kit, which you will need for pressing, will allow you to transfer out of the WineEasy regardless of height via the vacuum created.
This is the Press Piston Assembly for the Blichmann WineEasy Fermentor. You will need one Piston Assembly for each different size WineEasy Fermentor you have, and if you have multiple WineEasy Fermentors of the same size, you will only need one Piston Assembly to press all of them!

This is the WineEasy Vacuum Press Kit which hooks up to your WineEasy Fermentor when ready to press. After draining some free-run, the pump is hooked up, creating a vacuum in an intermediate carboy, which will then start drawing wine from your Fermentor. This method of pressing is extremely gentle, and has no risk of over-extraction, as the maximum achievable pressure will be that of the atmosphere (~14 psi).
The Vacuum Press Kit can be used with any size WineEasy. As such, you will only need one Vacuum Press Kit, regardless of size or quantity of WineEasy Fermentors you may own!
On top of this product's use in pressing, the Vacuum Press Kit can also be used to degas wine!
