This BrewMaster Series kit was scaled down to a homebrew batch size in collaboration with the brewmasters at Barebottle Brewing Company This light and refreshing lager has a Mexican pilsner framework with a German Helles twist Includes Crystal and Saaz hops Estimated ABV: 4.7% Estimated IBUs: 18 Makes 5 gallons of finished beer The most compelling stories always have a twist. Barebottle's award-winning Torcido is a Mexican pilsner with a German Helles twist. Combining these styles results in a light and refreshing lager that would make even M. Night Shyamalan do a double take. Originally developed by Barebottle brewer John "Magic" Montes De Oca, Torcido Torcido took gold in the International Pilsener category of the 2019 Great American Beer Fest and in turn became the inaugural inductee into the Viking Malt Hall of Fame. Brewed with Viking Pilsner, flaked corn, a dash of Carahell®, and hopped with two additions of Crystal and Saaz. Barebottle Brewing Company was born in San Francisco, CA with the idea that craft brewing shouldn't adhere to the strict guidelines of established beer styles. Founded by a trio of friends and former classmates, they continue to pay homage to their homebrewing roots by printing a scaled down version of their recipe on every label. If you ever see one of their creations out in the wild, we highly recommend that you buy it, drink it, and then brew it! Medium bodied, beautiful red color, and toasty, graham cracker malt character. Where Helen’s was the face that launched 1,000 ships, this is the beer that’s launched thousands of homebrewing careers. One of our all time best-selling recipes--one sip and you’ll understand why!

Traditionaly brewed in the farms of Belgium, Saison beers were the thirst quenchers of the farmers. Fruity/spicy notes combined with a dry finish and a somewhat high hop bill than one would expect, these beers were perfect for a hot Summer day in the fields. Our Saison beer kit brings the flavor of the old world to the backyards and picnics of today. Generous amounts of Belgian Pilsner give the beer a light backbone of malt, while the Munich and CaraMunich combine to lend body and character.

Jason, who recently graduated from the American Brewers Guild, now teaches our beginning and advanced brewing classes held every month in Concord, Ca. Jason use to brew up Jim Rossi's Honey-Pale and our B3 Stout and mix them together out of the tap 50/50. Jason decided to take it one step further and started brewing them together. He says "It is a like a Black and Tan" with a honey flavor of course. The beer does not taste like a true stout but is very far from being a Pale Ale. The continually positive response of "wow" from friends and other MoreBeer! customers prompted us to make his unique combination as his own kit, Honey-Stout. Thank you Jason for reminding us that when it comes to beer flavor, there are no rules. Jason recommends English yeast, WLP002.

Welded 1.5" tri-clamp ports for a lifetime of leak-free use
304 stainless steel construction with mirror polish finish
SlingBlade electric heating element with Tri-Clamp connections
Front and back located handles with silicone grips
Notched lid provides cover while not interfering with immersion chillers, hop bags, or other accessories
The BrewBuilt Electric Kettle
The BrewBuilt Electric Brewing Kettle features an offset welded tri-clamp ferrule for easy installation of the SlingBlade electric heating element. The SlingBlade elements were designed specifically for the BrewBuilt kettles and each element fits the corresponding kettle like a glove, perfectly matching the curvature of the kettle wall and providing the appropriate amount of power for the volume size. The unique crescent-shaped design places the element on one side of the kettle, leaving the opposite side clear for an immersion chiller or other accessories. Positioning the element in this way also promotes a rolling boil that evenly ditributes heat throughout the kettle. You'll love the results you get with the SlingBlade's ultra-low watt density, which won't scorch your wort. The kettle does not come with a power cord so you'll need to provide your own extension cord, or add our watertight On/Off power switch for the most convenient way to power the element. Handles are located at the front and back, rather than either side, saving you space when building out a horizontal system and will keep fittings pointed away from you regardless of which side you pick up the kettle from. This model includes a T.C. x FPT ball valve with oversized 5/8" barb—ideal for using 1/2" ID silicone transfer tubing. Also available with Butterfly Valve or T.C. x T.C. Ball Valve hardware packs.
Designed for Brewing. Built to Last.
BrewBuilt brew kettles are made from 304 stainless steel and offer an unparalleled mix of features for the price. At the very top of the list are two welded-in place tri-clamp couplers that offer a lifetime of leak free use. As you can imagine, welding in a coupler costs more than punching a hole and using a gasketed (i.e. weld-less) fitting. Welded fittings offer a permanent connection that to us is worth every penny. The second unique feature that we absolutely love about these brew kettles is the notched lid with silicone plug. This notch allows you so much flexibility; you can use an immersion chiller, one of our Ultimate Sparge Arms for mashing, tie off hop bags, take a temp reading during cooling, or whatever else we all can dream up.
Our T.C. kettles were designed to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of brewing technology. Tri-clamp fittings are standard fare in professional breweries, and they’ve been widely adopted in homebrewing as T.C. fermenters and pumps become more affordable and widely available. Tri-clamp fittings, also known as Tri-clover, allow you to make a sanitary connection that is free of nooks and crannies for contaminants to take hold. They are much easier to break down for cleaning compared to threaded connections, and they don’t require Teflon tape to make a watertight seal. T.C. fittings and accessories also give you the distinct advantage of being able to clean in place (CIP), so you don’t need to break down your entire system after every brew day.
This Brew Kettle has a lot to offer...
Some other features we dig include the internal volume markers from the bottom to the top - so handy for instant reads. The silicone sleeved handles on the kettle and the lid are a cool feature to protect your hands. The tri-clad bottom with a 4mm core of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel offers even heat distribution during the boil and also makes it a perfect choice for anyone wanting to use an induction burner. The bottom coupler is also cool with 1/2" male threads on the outside and 1/2'' female threads on the inside.
Beefy 304 Stainless
These kettles are made from 304 grade stainless. That means you will have less corrosion issues than with a kettle made from lower grade 201 type stainless. We put these kettles through a corrosive salt water test in the MoreBeer! shop and they passed with flying colors. We also made sure the rivets and riveted handles were also made of stainless steel for a long term, trouble free life. The 10 and 15 gallon size are made from 1.0mm thick stainless steel. The 20, 30 and 50 gallon size are made with 1.2mm stainless - that's pretty thick stuff - and you will know it when you pick one up. The included ball valve is a two piece design that allows for easy cleaning (we prefer these over 3 piece for ease of assembly) and is also made from 304 stainless.
Mirror Polish Finish
The mirror polish finish isn’t just for making your Instagram feed pop! This extra slick finish is much easier to clean and sanitize than a standard brushed stainless kettle. Hop trub and other organic solids left behind after a brew day will have a hard time clinging to the interior surface and scrub away with ease.
Size Ratios and Stuff
All the BrewBuilt kettles follow the recent trend to a 1.2:1 ratio where the height is 1.2 times the diameter. This is a proven commercial ratio that has been adopted in homebrewing to achieve a more consistent 10% evaporation rate during the boil. We do like this ratio for boiling. For Mashing we would prefer a little bit shallower but that is a small compromise. Dimensions for a hot-liquor tank, if you are thinking brewing system down the road, are irrelevant as any ratio kettle will do.
Final Words
With welded tri-clamp fittings, mirror polish finish, a bunch of cool features, and a solid, thick 304 stainless steel core this kettle is a pretty amazing value. Remember, if you order from MoreBeer! we ship free anywhere in the continental USA!
SlingBlade Heating Elements
The BrewBuilt SlingBlade's unique crescent-shaped design promotes a rolling boil and even heat distribution. This electric heating element places all of the heating power on one side of the kettle, sending thermal energy upward to the surface that then cascades downward on the opposite side of the kettle. This movement creates a natural turbulence that evenly distributes heat while creating a vigorous boil. By being located on one side of the kettle, the other side is clear for immersion chillers, and the curved shape won't obstruct the flow of wort during whirlpool. Thanks to the non-circular design, the SlingBlade can easily be installed on any kettle with a 1.5" tri-clamp ferrule. This also makes removing the element for cleaning between uses a breeze.

Nose Goblin from Ghost Town Brewing in Oakland, CA is their infamous West Coast-style Imperial IPA with big honking notes of white grapes, melons, berries, and uncouth levels of dankness. This dangerously smooth double IPA is all about the hops with very little malt character. Almost exclusively comprised of Pilsner with just a dash if acidulated malt, Nose Goblin is a beautiful clear straw color in the glass. Your nose if free to pick up all of the incredible flavor and aroma contributed from ample whirlpool and dry hop additions.
Ghost Town Brewing's Nose Goblin took Gold at the 2021 Great American Beer Festival, besting 170 other beers submitted in the Imperial IPA category. Although Ghost Town will switch up the hops on every edition of Nose Goblin, this kit is modeled after the same recipe that took 1st at GABF, featuring additions of Nelson, Strata, and Mosaic® CRYO HOPS®.

The Grainfather GF30 Conical Fermenter has built-in wireless control, so you can control and monitor fermentation from anywhere!
The GF30 Conical Fermenter gives brewers more flexibility and freedom during fermentation than ever before! Connect the built-in wireless controller to the internet and the Grainfather App, add fermentation tracking devices and control/monitor fermentation from anywhere!
The GF30 Conical Fermenter allows you to dump yeast, take samples and transfer your wort via our innovative, dual function, valve design. Partner it with the Grainfather GC4 Glycol Chiller and get full control over the heating and cooling of your unit.
Features:
Double Walled: A stainless steel double walled skin is filled with a thick layer of polyurethane foam for insulation. This is what keeps the wort at a constant stable temperature with minimal influence from any external environmental temperature changes, providing insulation for your fermentation that a standard jacket cannot achieve.
Integrated Gentle Heating: In the cavity of the fermenter between the outer body and cone sits a 30 Watt, 12V heating element. Unlike standard heating elements/sources that directly heat the liquid, this heat source is designed to heat the environment in between the walls of the fermenter, which in turn heats the liquid. It is similar to controlling the temperature in a temperature-controlled room. The fermenter acts as an artificial environment that can be heated, meaning the temperature is raised in an even and controlled manner which is much better for the yeast.
Integrated Cooling Sleeve: In between the two stainless steel walls sits a cooling sleeve (also made of stainless steel). This cooling sleeve is welded onto the inner wall of the fermenter and can be hooked up to the additionally purchased Glycol Chiller. Temperature is dialed into the Temperature Controller and as the cooling liquid travels through this sleeve, it cools the stainless steel which in turn evenly cools the beer in the fermenter. The cooling sleeve never comes into contact with the beer, it is completely concealed, built into the fermenter, and never needs cleaning or sanitizing - a true innovation for a fermenter of this scale.
Easy Access to the Interior for Hassle-Free Cleaning: The Grainfather Conical Fermenter has a smooth interior with no additions such as cooling coils or additional sampling valves meaning it is easy to clean and minimizes the risk of infection.
Golden Angle Conical: The conical shape of the fermenter is typical for professional breweries. Our conical has been designed with the 'Golden Angle' of 60º. This is the optimum angle for yeast and sediment to drop down to the bottom of the cone without getting stuck to the sides, allowing you to transfer from above the sediment line, resulting in clearer beer. The conical shape also allows for better mixing during fermentation due to the path of convention currents that it enables to occur.
Dual Valve Tap: Make the yeast dumping, transferring and sampling process more professional with this innovative all in one valve. Sampling and transferring is done through an inlet above the sediment line, allowing for clear, sediment-free beer. Easily collect your yeast from below the sediment line with the same unique valve for recultivating and pitching. The innovative design of the valve allows for this dual functionality and less cleaning for you.
Support: The Grainfather Conical Fermenter is fully supported around the world by a fantastic support team who love brewing just as much as you do. Our support team is here for any technical inquiries on brewing or how the Conical Fermenter works, as well as general customer service inquiries. All Grainfather Conical Fermenters come with a 24-month warranty.

Our new T.C. kettles were designed to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of brewing technology.
Configurations
The base boil kettle comes without fittings so you can modify it the specific tri-clamp accessories that best suit your needs. Add one of the optional Brewing Kettle Valve Packs above which include your choice of valve and all the hardware you'll need to connect 1/2" ID transfer tubing, as well as an end cap to seal the top port if a thermometer or other accessory is not in place.
The Hot Liquor Tank includes the base kettle plus a kettle maximizer for the bottom port and thermometer with 2" probe for the top port. Clamps and gaskets are included to attach the tri-clamp kettle maximizer and the thermometer.
The Mash Tun includes the base kettle plus a false bottom kit for the bottom port and thermometer with 6" probe for the top port. Clamps and gaskets are included to attach the tri-clamp false bottom maximizer and the thermometer.
Kettles do not come with a valve or additional fittings for the bottom port as standard. Add one of our pre-configured Valve Packs or purchase your preferred valve and fittings separately.
Features:
Two welded T.C. couplers for a lifetime of leak free use
Front & back oriented handles with silicone coated handles for heat protection
Notched lid with silicone plug for flexibility
304 stainless steel construction for longevity
1.0mm (10 & 15 gal) or 1.2mm (20, 30 & 50 gal) thick side walls resist denting
4mm Tri-Clad Aluminum bottom sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel for no scorching
Internally etched volume markers from top to bottom for easy reading
1.2:1 Ratio is optimal for boiling evaporation rate
Lid is designed to conveniently hang from a handle
Stainless handles with stainless rivets for secure lifting

Upgrade your home brewery with an innovative, Stainless Steel, 3.5 Gallon Brew Bucket™ Fermenter! Many have asked for a smaller BrewBucket, and that has been heard. The Brew Bucket mini is perfect for 2.5 gallon batches. With features similar to the original 7 gallon Brew Bucket, the Mini is a great way to do smaller batches. Whether you are interested in splitting a 5 gallon batch for experimenting, or just brew 2.5 gallons, the BrewBucket Mini is a great choice.
Featuring a conical bottom, 304 SS construction, a rotating racking arm valve, and stackable design, these are space saving feature rich fermenters that are easy and enjoyable to use.
We inspected and used the Brew Bucket™ and one of the most unique features that stood out is that the Brew Bucket can be stacked during fermentation, even with an airlock attached. We also like the conical bottom that allows trub to settle out in a concentrated space that minimizes the surface area of the trub that is in contact with your beer. The included Patent Pending Rotating Racking Valve is also a brilliantly simple design allowing you to rotate the racking arm inside the Brew Bucket down during fermentation to minimize trub, and later up to get clear beer when racking! Etched Volume Markers on the inside were super handy when filling.
The build quality is really amazing for the price. Welds are clean. The lid is strong and the spring loaded lid hatches are solid. The lid includes a removable, molded silicone gasket that ensures an airtight seal. We love an airtight seal so that we can be sure to see the airlock working. The welded on stainless handles make the BrewBucket fermentor super easy to move.
Features:
304 SS Food Grade Construction
Rotating Racking Arm & Valve (Patent Pending)
3.5 Gal Max Capacity (2.5 gal Batches)
40° Conical Bottom for Trub Trapping
Nests for Storage & Stacks for Ferment!
SS lid w/ Silicone Gasketed seal
Spring Loaded Lid Clamps for Airtight Lid Seal

Haze Craze Flash Brewing® Kit
Haze Craze is the Flash Brewing® take on the hazy New England IPA recipe. Also known as a North Eastern IPA, or Juicy IPA, it quickly became one of the most popular beer styles in the US. It packs all of the hop character that craft beer nerds love, and it's much softer and less bitter than classic West Coast IPAs, making it a much more approachable style for the uninitiated. The style accentuates hop character while maintaining a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Light in color but hazy due to heavy dry hopping, CellarScience Hazy yeast, as well as our custom blend of Flash Malt™ containing oats and wheat. Low in bitterness with a huge hop character due to hop-bursting, this beer will satiate even the biggest hop head.
NEIPA has become popular nationwide thanks to breweries like Tree House Brewing, The Alchemist, Hill Farmstead and Grimm Artisanal Ales. One taste of this delicious style will make it a staple in your Flash brew schedule.
Flash Brewing® Kits
Introducing MoreBeer!'s Flash Brewing® Kits! Designed for both novice and seasoned homebrewers, these innovative recipe kits allow you to simply mix the ingredients with water and add yeast for fermentation. This streamlined process not only saves you valuable time but also simplifies brewing without sacrificing flavor. Say hello to a faster, easier way to craft exceptional beer at home.
Typically, brewing requires you to boil your malt and hops for one hour, followed by another hour for cooling. Flash Brewing® eliminates the need to boil. Our Flash Brewing® malt recipes have been boiled and whirlpooled before they are dried. We then use a HopBite™ shot for bitterness combined with a mix of traditional hop pellets for flavor. Flash Yeast™ starts quickly and consistently produces clean beer that lets the malt and hops shine. The result is a high-quality beer that will absolutely surprise you.
If you want to read more about the development of Flash Brewing® at MoreBeer! or have more questions please read our Frequently Asked Questions.

Craig has been perfecting his Travelin Man recipe over the years by brewing for competitions and for his own consumption at home. Travelin Man is at the high end of the pale ale guidelines, with a nice balance between the malt and hops. This is a great beer to let cold condition. Cold conditioning brings forward the malt flavors and makes it even easier drinking. Craig created this beer to take the edge off a long day of driving on the southern California freeway system and as his house ale. So whether you have been to the East or just feel like someone has given you the third degree, this fine ale will deliver what you are looking for. Craig recommends using White Labs California Ale Yeast.

Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.

John C. Maier of Rogue Brewing Company, Newport Oregon has been an avid homebrewer since 1982. In the Fall of 1986, he decided to turn his passion into a job and attended the Siebel Institute of Technology, graduating from their 50th course in Brewing Technology. The Alaskan Brewery in Juneau hired John as Assistant BrewMaster in March of 1987. In 1988 he won the prestigious American Homebrewer's Association Homebrewer of the Year award. In May 1989 he left Alaska Brewery, and that same month walked in on the very first brew at Rogue Ales Brewery in Newport, Oregon. He has brewed over thirty million pints of beer for Rogue since.
Rogue beers have won too many awards to list, and the brewery consistently receive the highest level of critical acclaim. In our opinion, Rogue makes some of the most original and best beers anywhere because John continuously experiments to expand and refine his brewing creativity. His commercial brewing for Rogue reflects his homebrewing background, in that Rogue produces an amazing variety of beers - well over 20 different regular styles plus additional seasonal specialties. Their beers are always intense, distinctive and literally packed with flavor. We know of no other hands-on BrewMaster who makes as much beer commercially (Rogue brews 1550 gallons per batch), yet still finds time to develop 20 gallon pilot batches for new, commercial beer products. In order to insure that his pilot brews run as quickly and consistently as possible, Rogue recently purchased a MoreBeer! Model 2050 Professional Series BrewSculptureTM System (pg. 54) with all available options, plus a 24-gallon MoreBeer! Stainless Conical Fermenter with cooling option. This industry-standard brewing system now serves as the product developmental platform for all new Rogue beers. Visit Rogue in either Newport or Portland, Oregon, or online at www.rogue.com.
Imperial India Pale Ale ("I2PA") Recipe We were ecstatic when John offered us his famous Imperial India Pale Ale recipe as an ingredient kit. I2PA is a malty beer that is radically hopped with an intense aroma and hop bitterness. You can think of I2PA as an IPA on steroids. We suggest you buy a bottle of Rogue I 2 PA and see how your version matches up against the original. John recommends using White Labs California Yeast, WLP001.

Nothing looks quite as nice as beer pouring out of a shiny stainless steel draft tower. These are the same tower kits included with every KOMOS Kegerator, featuring Intertap stainless steel faucets, EVABarrier draft tubing, and Duotight push-to-connect fittings for easy assembly. The tower is made from 304 brushed stainless steel, making them corrosion resistant while also looking great!
Stainless Intertap Faucets and Towers
These kits come with Intertap faucets mounted on a brushed stainless tower. Intertap faucets are the newest, most advanced, forward sealing, beer faucets on the market today and will work perfectly for years. Forward-sealing means that while in the closed position the faucet will keep beer inside the body instead of draining out. This keeps the internal parts from getting sticky and reduces the chance of off flavors transferring to your beer while you pour. Intertap faucets feature a modular, threaded spout that can fit a variety of attachments including a growler filler or stout spout.
Duotight Fittings & EVABarrier Draft Tubing
Duotight and EVABarrier have revolutionized how you connect draft line, and our tower kits come standard with both. We love Duotight push-in fittings for their quick connection, reliable seal, and versatility. Setting up and connecting draft line has never been easier -- no more hose clamps or heating water to soften tubing! Each tower comes with Duotight fittings for the tower shanks and for splitting gas lines (double & triple tap only). We recommend adding Duotight fittings to use for your keg connections as well. Depending on whether you'll be serving from homebrew kegs or commercial sanke kegs, you'll need two DUO106 or two DUO104 per line.
EVABarrier tubing has been engineered with protection in mind and is both PVC-free and BPA-free. This double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss, and microbial growth. EVA tubing is the future of draft line for professional applications, and now your kegerator will feature the same first-class tubing.

Flash Brewing® Kits from MoreBeer!® require only 10 minutes to brew. Just mix and ferment.
An easy-drinking Irish-style stout with a smooth, clean finish, soft malt character, and a touch more hop presence than you’d expect for the style. Balanced, refreshing, and full of subtle flavor.

Irish Stout Flash Brewing® KitIrish Stout is built for the same reason the best pub stouts endure: it’s approachable, balanced, and designed for another pint. Instead of leaning hard into heavy roast, this recipe focuses on a smooth, rounded malt profile with a gentle dark edge—think light cocoa, toasted grain, and a hint of coffee—then finishes clean and crisp.
Cascade Cryo Hops bring a restrained but noticeable hop character that plays surprisingly well with the dark malt profile. You’ll pick up subtle citrus and a touch of classic American hop flavor that keeps the beer lively and modern without pulling it out of stout territory. It’s a small twist that makes the beer especially fun for craft beer enthusiasts—familiar enough to feel classic, but different enough to keep you paying attention.
This is the kind of beer you crack when the day’s done: a weeknight pint, a game-day staple, something to bring to a backyard hang, or the darker option in the cooler that still drinks light on its feet. If you enjoy the smooth, approachable stout experience of Guinness Draught, Murphy’s, or Beamish, you’ll recognize the overall “easy pint” balance immediately—just with a brighter hop accent than you might expect.

Compared to the traditional steam heating brewhouse, the creative new-tech thermal oil heating avoids the installation of a dangerous and high-maintenance steam boiler. Steam offers more surface area than gas fired, but it requires a generator to create steam, collect it, and reheat it again. Oil heated brewhouses, on the other hand, use a simple oil heater and pump to circulate oil through the tank jackets. Compared to gas fired systems where all heat is directed to the very bottom of the kettle, this system heats from the sides and the bottom rather than the bottom alone. This offers not only greater surface area but faster thermal response. By controlling the oil temperature, you also have more precise boil vigor control and evaporation rate control. For these reasons and more, the Oil Heated Brewhouse makes for an ideal pilot batch system.
Control Panel
Our control panel features 4 PID controllers for precise control of the Mash, Boil Kettle and Oil temperature. The control panel also features a delayed start timer, allowing you to preheat your HLT overnight so your strike water will be ready when you arrive on brew day.
Hard Piped Distribution Manifold
With the distribution manifold, the entire brewing process can be completed by simply opening and closing valves. There’s no need to lug around brewery hoses and swap connections from vessel to vessel. This hard piped system is completely self contained with a dedicated pump to move wort from tank to tank as needed. Every step of the brew day is a simple valve turn away. The only hose required is from the brewing system to your fermenter. Once the brew is completed this same piping system is used for CIP and rinsing.
Installation
The systems are delivered on a skid. Simply, move the skid into place, hook up power and water and a drain and you are ready to clean and brew.
Our systems also feature rolling casters for easy installation in your brewery, product pump for recirculation and sparging, hard piped manifold, grain out door on the mash tun, and mounted plate chiller.
NOTE: you will also need a separate vessel to feed hot water into the system. The hard plumbed system is very easy to clean and only one hose is required for the whole process.
Optional Upgrade: MB Autopilot Control System
Take your brew day to the next level by upgrading your MB Oil Heated Brewhouse with the new MB Autopilot control system. Featuring a full touchscreen interface, Autopilot transforms our proven oil-heated system into a fully automated brewing powerhouse. Easily program every step of your process—including your mash, sparge, boil, and knockout—and save your favorite recipes to recall them instantly for unparalleled batch-to-batch consistency. With Autopilot handling the heavy lifting, precise timing, and temperature control, you can keep your hands off the panel and your eyes on the beer.

Add dry hops without introducing oxygen to your fermenting or finished beer!
Load hops into the Hop Bong, fill it with CO2 via the ball lock cap, and pull the PRV to release oxygen
This is the perfect accessory to protect your finished beer from oxygen ingress when it's still in the fermenter
6 oz capacity per "hop drop"—easily repeat the process if you just gotta have More!
Compatible with all BrewBuilt X-Series fermenters and any stainless conical with 1.5" T.C. top port
The Hop Bong is a versatile pressurizable tri-clamp accessory that is perfect for purging oxygen from your dry hops before dropping them into your fermenter. Load up the Hop Bong, flush it with CO2, purge out oxygen with the handy PRV on top, then simply open the Butterfly Valve to inject your beer with a 6 oz payload of dry hops.
This kit is specifically adapted for use with the BrewBuilt X-Series conical fermenters and can be used with any stainless fermenter with 1.5" tri-clamp top port. The 2" T.C. Hop Bong attaches to a stainless 2" butterfly valve that then connects to a 2" x 1.5" T.C. reducer. This allows the largest capacity Hop Bong to be used with any of the 1.5" T.C. accessory ports on the BrewBuilt Conical's lid.

Manage your fermentation temperature like a stone-cold pro with the BrewBuilt Chilling Pump Kit! This kit can use either ice water or glycol as a chilling solution, which is then circulated through your chilling coil or cooling jacket by the included submersible pump. Available with either 800 or 1300 gallons per hour flow rate and a max lift height of nearly 10 feet, this unassuming pump is powerful enough to circulate your cold solution with ease. And with the Inkbird Dual Stage Temperature Controller running the show, you can feel confident that your fermenters are getting the chilling power they need, when they need it. Submersible Pump If you're searching for an affordable pump to use with your temperature control system, look no further. The BrewBuilt Chilling Pump Kit comes with either a 800 GPH or 1300 GPH submersible pump that can be used with an icebank or glycol chiller. Don't be fooled by the low-profile compact design. With such high flow rates and a max lift height or nearly 10 feet, either of these pumps is sure to keep the solution moving in your chilling system. In general, we recommend the 800 GPH pump for maintaining the temperature of any batch size fermentation that is less than 10 gallons, and the 1300 GPH pump for maintaining any batch size fermentation that is between 10 gallons and 2 bbl. Maximum flow rate: 800 GPH or 1300 GPH Max Lift Height: 9 or 10 ft. High quality motor provides a quiet environment (60W or 100W) Stainless steel impeller shaft for long life span and corrosion resistance 6 ft. long power cord Inkbird Digital Temperature Controller The Inkbird dual stage temperature controller is an easy to use and economical controller that is perfect for home brewing. Inkbird controllers allow you to control both heating and cooling, and set independent differentials for each to protect your heating and cooling devices. The Inkbird ITC-308S controller performs many of the same functions as the Ranco or Johnson but at a more affordable price, making it a great alternative for temperature control. Aside from brewing uses, this is a great dual relay output temperature controller for cooking (use in a smoker or BBQ), home growing (heat mats for seedlings, climate control), or any other DIY project you come up with! If you want a top of the line, gas-fired, 3 vessel brewing system then look no further! Blichmann has released their new horizontal brew systems complete with all of Blichmann's innovative products. The HERMS-style system comes in 5 different batch sizes listed above. The system comes with 3 Boilermaker kettles, 3 HellFire Burners, 2 Riptide Brewing Pumps, 2 Tower of Power Gas Controllers, and the Therminator Wort Chiller, all on a large custom stainless steel table with the necessary hoses and fittings.
The Boilermaker kettles are all made in the US from a single piece of heavy gauge, US made stainless steel. They come with Linear Flow Valves that allow for precise control of flow and disassemble for easy cleaning. Borosilicate sight gauges are mounted to the side of each kettle. The diptubes all come with rotating racking arms to allow you to adjust them for clearer beer. The mash tun comes with the patented button louver false bottom and Blichmann's AutoSparge. The boil kettle comes with a whirlpool fitting and an adjustable viewing thermometer.
The HellFire Burner is a highly efficient burner with dual mode capability and is unlike anything else on the market. This custom made burner is tuned to operate in high efficiency mode, and also in a secondary high power mode. In the high power mode, you'll be amazed with 140,000 BTU/hr output for blazing fast heating - double the power of the previous design. In the high efficiency mode, you'll get 80,000 BTU/hr and superb heat transfer to the wort and whisper quiet operation.
The Tower of Power temperature controllers give you precise control over the temperature of your mash and your boil. They come mounted to the table for your convenience. They come with a pilotless electronic ignition control system that will instantly relight your burner if blown out by wine, and will automatically shut down if a flame is not detected within 10 seconds. Also offers a Class A precision RTD temperature sensor, all in a compact, brushed stainless enclosure.
