Replacement silicone lid gasket for the Turbo 500 Boiler (BE449). Needed when converting the Grainfather Brewing System (AG605) for use with a T500 Condenser (DS200 or DS205).
You can use pass through shanks for beer entry through the back side of a cooler. Drill a 1" hole through the cooler, insert the shank, and use the two attached nuts to tighten up on the cooler. You will need nuts and nipples of the size line you are working with as well as hose clamps. We do not use pass through shanks in our boxes because we drill a hole that is same size as the line so we can pull it back in when we are traveling. However there might be instances where they would be appropriate. Pass through shanks can also be used to put through the side of a refrigerator to pass a gas line through

This is a replacement cap for our line of Speidel Plastic Fermenters. It has a gasketed seal, and serves to close the fermenter. This is also the same cap used on our Speidel Tank Airlocks.
This stainless steel ball lock cap features soda bottle threads, allowing you to convert a 1 or 2 liter soda bottle into a convenient travel growler. The ball lock is compatible with both gas and beverage disconnects, so you can charge the PET bottle before you leave the house and dispense on the go. Attach 3/16" or 1/4" ID tubing to the barb to serve as your dip tube and you're all set! These caps also work great for quickly and conveniently cleaning your draft lines. Mix up a small batch of line cleaning solution in a soda bottle, attach the ball lock cap, and then connect it to your beverage line. Place a bucket below your tap to catch the cleaning solution and open your faucet. Then simply turn the bottle upside down and squeeze it to push solution through your line and out the faucet. You can also choose to pressurize the bottle first, but squeezing the solution through is just as effective. Fermenting with the FermZilla? This is the same ball lock fitting included with the FermZilla Pressure Kit and it's also compatible with the FermZilla Collection Container. If you use the collection container to add dry hops, attach one of these caps and you'll be able purge the container of oxygen before opening the dump valve to introduce the hops. Attach some tubing and diffusion stone and you can oxygenate your wort through the collection container as well! No more boil overs, no more blow-off tubes. Once you’ve used Foam Control you’ll never brew without it again! Foam control does just what its name suggests--it reduces foam production during the hot-break portion of the boil, and it reduces the amount of krausen developed during fermentation. Also known as FermCap S, Foam Control does not affect the head on your finished beer. In fact, it can actually increase the head by retaining head-forming compounds that would have been blown off during fermentation. It will settle-out of your beer before bottling or kegging as it is actually absorbed onto the surface of the yeast cells and filter media. Add two drops per gallon at start of fermentation. Comes in an eye dropper bottle for easy use. 1 oz is good for about 50 x 5-gallon batches of beer. Also available in bulk 1 gallon size. Note: Keeps best when stored in the refrigerator. To upgrade your brew system, and make your life easier, thread these QD’s on your kettle, mash-tun, pump and chiller! When used with the male QD, they seal up very well in either flow direction. They will save you time and prevent messes. Just get several silicone hoses of various lengths and put barbed male fittings on either end. Then use them wherever you need to in your system! They are so much easier to use than pushing and pulling the hoses off of barbs. It makes things interchangeable for cleaning, and provides quick installation and removal.
MoreBeer! designed the original stainless QD's for the brewing industry over 10 years ago. The same manufacturer has been machining them for us ever since. The design has certainly been copied but not with consistent quality. That is why MoreBeer! Stainless QD fittings have a near unanimous 5 star review.
Please Note: This product will NOT work with our Brass or Plastic Quick Disconnects.
This will work with any of our H503 and H507 series of quick disconnects. These feature a 1/2" Male National Pipe Thread on the end for easy connectivity to almost anything. The quick disconnect will hold pressure for typical brewing applications when moving liquids at 60 psi or less. 1/2" ID. Gasket temperature range is -40° to 250° F. Open port, does not have shut-off.
Teflon gaskets have the widest temperature range but they can be harder to get a good seal when compared to silicone and EPDM. Teflon gaskets are primarily used where the fitting may need to be rotated in place, such as a rotating racking arm.
For 2" tri-clamp fittings
Made from Teflon
Temperature rated from -100°F to 500°F

For you, The Discerning Kegger, these Perlick beer faucets are a thing of beauty. When you draw off a pint, they look good, operate smoothly, and don’t gum up. They are a breeze to take apart for sanitizing. These design benefits will have you sold on the lifetime value of these taps.
#1 Design Benefit - Forward Sealing
The #1 feature of the Perlick faucet is its forward sealing design. Why is that so important? In an ordinary, rear-sealing faucet, the entire faucet must drain out of beer. There is actually a pin hole in the back of an ordinary faucet that allows beer to drain out. Because beer drains from the entire faucet the faucet remains sticky and is prone to contamination from the left over residue. The Perlick faucet, with its forward sealing design, only has beer drain from the short 1" nozzle section. This allows it to always operate smoothly (even when it was not cleaned between uses) and greatly reduces contamination.
#2 Design Benefit - Stainless Steel
Standard old school faucets are made of brass that is plated in chrome. The chrome plating wears off and the Brass can pit. This can result in flavor contamination when your beer runs over exposed brass and pits which usually harbor bacteria.
In the late 90's, when the first stainless faucet was released, it cost close to $100. Wow. Now you can choose to get a traditional style faucet made out of stainless, but why would you bother when you can get this unique forward sealing design and stainless construction all in the same Perlick faucet?
Sure it costs a little more but you will never regret making the upgrade now.
The famous forward-sealing Perlick beer faucet, with the added feature of an integrated Flow Control valve!
Manage foaming issues when dispensing beer at home with this Perlick 650SS Beer Faucet with Flow Control. The new flow control feature makes it easy to reduce foaming no matter the type of beer line you’re using; leaving you with a nice, tall glass of crystal clear beer.
Constructed of 304 stainless steel to last a lifetime.

About Perlick Forward Sealing Beer Faucets:
The #1 feature of the Perlick faucet is its forward sealing design. Why is that so important? An ordinary, rear-sealing faucet closes by pushing a shuttle against the faucet shank, at the rear of the faucet. So once the tap is closed the faucet is still full of beer that has to be drained out. There is actually a pin hole in the back of an ordinary faucet that allows beer to drain. Because of this design, leftover beer residue inside the faucet makes operation sticky and can harbor bacteria which harm your beer’s flavor as it flows through the faucet. In the Perlick faucet, with its Forward Sealing design, beer only has to drain from the short 1" nozzle section. This allows it to always operate smoothly (even when it was not cleaned between uses) and greatly reduces contamination!.
Teflon gasket with 304 stainless mesh screen for 2" tri-clamp connections. Can be used as a filter screen to trap large particulates passing through T.C. fittings. Often used for distillation to retain activated carbon for filtering neutral spirits or used in pot distillation to retain botanicals in the vapor stream.
The screen has a mesh size of 7 which will block particles larger than 2.83mm or 2830 microns. This slightly larger mesh size makes this screen ideal for use in a distillation basket.

Do you have a kettle or cooler but would like the ease and convenience of using a ball valve to easily drain liquid? Are you a Do It Yourself Type person? At a fraction of the cost of having a spigot welded into your kettle you can drill a whole and install a weldless ball valve.
The problem with most weldless fittings is they are thrown together from assorted hardware. Common issues include leaking and lots of flex when you use the ball valve. These new weldless fittings feature are designed for brewing. There is no comparison to the weldless fittings of yesterday with their rock-solid feel and a solid leak free connection.
This unit is also unique in that it feature 1/2" female threads on the inside. This allows you to thread in various other fittings that you can see below. Want to later make a mashtun... no problem just thread in our stainless screen. want to fully drain your boil kettle? No problem, just add our kettle maximizer! This allows for unlimited flexibility.
Weldless kit includes a 1/2" Full Port ball valve and a 1/2" barb. All fittings are made from 304 type stainless steel for a lifetime of corrosion free use. Full installation directions included. This product replaces our WL101. Manufactured by Fermentap.
You will need to drill a 1" hole in your kettle for installation of this weldless spigot. We recommend a Step Drill Bit for this.
For cooler installation instructions, please see "Installing A Weldless Spigot In Your Cooler" under the documents tab.
