The original all-in-one brewery still made in Germany! 5" touchscreen is easy to use and guides you through the brewing process Built-in cooling jacket eliminates the need for awkward wort chillers 2R interior stainless finish with electropolished heating coil The "Mercedes®" of brewing systems. When you want the best, this is it. The Braumeister: A patented, electric, self-contained all-grain brewing system producing 145 gallons of wort per brew. The beauty of the Speidel Braumeister is in simplicity and relatively small footprint. This product is not part of our free shipping policy, however we only charge actual freight from our California Warehouse to your location. Touchscreen Control Panel The new automatic control system brews with your own individual recipes and guides you through the brewing process. Recipes and software updates can be synced automatically with the integrated WiFi. The time and temperature are precisely maintained through all brewing phases. The new touchscreen makes it even easier to operate the Braumeister. In addition, the large Braumeisters have integrated a new pressure sensor-controlled pump control. The pressure sensor in the pressure line which is connected with the malt pipe allows you to regulate the pump speed via the pressure. The new timer function saves time because, for example, the brewing water can be heated up early in the morning. Automatic Brewing Running your brew day is simple and repeatable with the new 5" touchscreen control panel, featuring integrated WiFi control and automatic software updates. Program your recipes into the controller and it will run through all the brewing phases with precise time and temperature control. One Vessel With the Braumeister you Mash, Boil and Cool all in the same vessel. All actions are controlled by the included electronic control system. Your brewing process is started in the Braumeister the same as with any other system, by mixing cracked grain with hot water. From there traditional step mashes at multiple temperatures are easy to maintain when you set your program on the controller. Traditional Sparging Optional Because of the constant movement of wort, the high ratio of liquid in the mash and the unique grain bed filters, the efficiency of removing sugar from the mash is good. This eliminates the need for a traditional sparge. However when you shift from Mashing to the boil by lifting the grain bed out of the tank you can rinse the grain with hot water, performing a more traditional sparge if desired. Boil and Cool After the grain basket is removed with the included winch you will begin a traditional boil for 60 to 90 minutes. After the boil is over you connect to your glycol system (see our Kreyer Chilly45, GLY410) and use the built in dimpled cooling jacket to cool the wort down. Simple. The Gen 2 DigiBoil features two distinct updates that are not currently pictured in the primary images. The stainless steel lid has been upgraded to a glass lid, allowing you to observe and monitor boil activity. The rubber feet have been replaced with a plastic base that provides improved stability and slightly raises the unit for better ground clearance. Updated images coming soon. The most affordable all-in-one automated all-grain brewing system! Mash grains and boil wort in a single vessel DigiBoil electric kettle automatically maintains mash temperatures with the digital controller Dual heating elements combine for 1500W of power Also available with optional Recirculation Pump Kit! The DigiMash system represents the best value in electric all-grain brewing you'll find. With a 9-gallon DigiBoil electric kettle and the DigiMash stainless steel mashing accessory pack included, this is by far the most affordable way to get into electric all-grain brewing. It may not have all the bells and whistles of the BrewZilla, but it does have everything you need to mash and boil all in one unit. Setting up and using the DigiMash couldn't be easier. Simply place the false bottom inside the kettle and install the malt pipe, fill with water and heat to your desired strike temperature, then add your grain and set your desired mash temperature on the digital controller. Once your mash is complete, lift up the malt pipe, drain the wort and sparge, then remove the malt pipe and proceed to boil. If you're deciding between the DigiMash and the BrewZilla, there are a couple of key differences worth noting. One of our favorite features of the BrewZilla is the programmable mash steps and delayed start, which the DigiMash does not have. You can still step mash by simply raising the temperature manually on the controller, but the automatic steps are a convenient feature if you want to set it and forget it. The other major difference between the two systems is that the BrewZilla features a built-in pump for recirculating the mash. Recirculation is a great way to improve mash efficiency, but it is far from required for a successful brew day. Using an external pump with the DigiMash is also an option, and one can be integrated for mash recirculation quite easily. Simply connect the ball valve to the inlet of your pump, and then connect the outlet of the pump to our Sparge Arm Assembly. This model comes with the 35L DigiBoil, which has two built-in heating elements that run off a 110V plug. One element is 1000w and the other is 500w for a combined 1500 watts! The elements can be individually controlled, allowing you to use a single element to gently hold temperatures, or engage both elements to quickly go from mash temp to boiling. Temperatures are set and automatically maintained through the digital control panel. Simply set your desired temperature and flip on the heating element(s). Integrated stainless ball valve comes with a 13mm barb (approx. 1/2"). The barb can be removed to attach fittings with 1/2" FPT, such as our female threaded quick disconnect. DigiBoil Features: 304 stainless steel construction 9 gallon total capacity Digital temperature control 110V / 15A power and plug (5 ft. cord) Dual heating element control (1000w and 500w) Heating elements are concealed for easy cleaning 304 stainless steel 1/2" ball valve with 13mm barb (approx. 1/2") Stamped-in volume markers (gallons & liters) Stainless lid Temperature reads in °F or °C With elements turned off, hold both +/- buttons to switch between °F or °C Recommended max. grain bill - 18 lbs Recommended min. grain bill - 8 lbs External Dimensions: 29" H x 15" W (including handles) Internal Dimensions: 19.5" H x 11.75" W ETL Listed DigiMash Stainless Steel Accessory Pack Includes: False bottom Malt pipe Wire support Malt pipe handle Malt pipe bottom screen

The Premium Electric All Grain Homebrewing Starter Kit represents the absolute best value you’ll find in all-grain equipment kits! What puts this kit ahead of the pack is the DigiBoil electric kettle with DigiMash upgrade, which combine for the most affordable and approachable introduction to all-grain brewing. Electric systems are becoming more and more popular in homebrewing, and for good reason. Most home brewing kits require a kitchen stove or outdoor propane burner, but with the DigiBoil you can make great beer just about anywhere you can find a power socket. The DigiBoil’s compact design makes this kit the ideal choice for those that want to brew indoors and not take up a lot of space. We also include the 6-gallon Fermonster fermenter, copper wort chiller, beer recipe kit of your choice, and all the time-tested brewing equipment you need to make beer at home. If purchased piece-by-piece this kit would cost well over $500, so you can feel confident that you’re getting all of the included equipment at the lowest price possible!
Electric Brewing
Typical home brewing starter kits set you up to brew your first batch of beer on the kitchen stove. This may lower the price tag but brewers will naturally progress beyond the kitchen to an outdoor gas burner or electric brewing system. Electric brewing systems have several advantages, firstly being that they do not require propane so there is no chance of running out of gas mid-brew. Secondly, electric kettles use a built-in temperature probe and digital controller to automatically maintain temperatures. This gives you a precise level of control that gas systems rarely match. Finally, the DigiBoil electric kettle is extremely compact and is the ideal choice for brewers that have space constraints or live in an area where brewing outdoors isn't an option year-round.
110V vs. 220V
The DigiBoil electric kettle comes in two power options, 110 volt and 220 volt. The 110V unit features a standard 3-prong plug and will work with most US household power outlets. The 220V unit features a NEMA 6-30R plug, typically only used with large household appliances such as washer/dryer outlets. Both power options are perfectly suitable for brewing. The 110V option provides greater flexibility, allowing you to move your brewery from the kitchen to the garage, basement, or outdoor patio with ease. If you have convenient access to 220V power, the 220V model will significantly reduce heating times and provide a more vigorous boil.
All Grain Brewing
Extract brewing is the most popular method for beginner brewers, but all-grain is really where it’s at. Instead of using concentrated malt extracts, the fermentable sugars are produced by steeping malted grains in hot water for an extended period of time, a process called ‘mashing’. All-grain brewing offers far greater control over the character of the finished beer, allowing the brewer to finely adjust the color, body, and malt profile. This kit is also perfectly suited for extract brewing, so if you find all-grain brewing a bit too complicated at first you can always switch methods. Your system will be ready for all-grain whenever you're ready to step back up!

The Fermonster Fermenter - A Huge Upgrade Over Standard Buckets or Glass "Carboy" Water Bottles
Unlike buckets or glass carboys, the Fermonster fermenter was designed for brewing beer. It is made from tough, clear, virgin grade PET plastic so you can see the magic of fermentation. Unlike glass it will never break and shatter if dropped. It represents a huge upgrade over traditional buckets because these fermenters are much less likely to get scratched. Scratches can hold bacteria that can cause off flavors in the beer. The Fermonster comes with a built-in spigot that eliminates a long time issue in homebrewing of having to start a siphon to transfer your beer to the bottling bucket after fermentation is over. The large 4" lid allows for easily adding yeast, hops, or other additions. We also really love the molded-in level markers that tell you exactly when you have reached your desired volume.
We Don't Skimp on Cleaning and Sanitizing
Proper cleaning and sanitizing is one of the core tenants of making great beer. Some starter kits utilize an all-in-one cleaner/sanitizer that does neither job well. We’ve included the best-selling sanitizer for brewing, Star San. We also include Craftmeister oxygen-based cleaning tablets that make cleaning your Fermonster Fermenter a breeze.
Other Upgrades That Make Brewing Easier
We’ve also made a few items standard that really make the brew day easier including a thermometer for temperature monitoring and a hydrometer with testing jar for measuring sugar levels. Our reusable mesh bags allow for the easy removal of spent grain and hops at the end of the boil. The included stainless spoon is a really nice upgrade over plastic when you are stirring boiling liquids.

Recipe Options:
American Ale produces a light colored, hoppy Pale Ale that puts the beloved Cascade hop on full display. Cascade hops are one of the classic American hop varieties, and we love them for their citrus, grapefruit character.
Blonde Ale is a great starter beer for those who are new to craft beer. Blonde ales are an easy drinking ale, low in esters, balanced with enough hop character to accentuate the malt profile.
American IPA is like a Pale Ale on steroids. Take a pale ale and add more malt, more grain, and more hops. Expect more alcohol and a more pronounced hop character.
Brown Porter is a smooth, easy drinking beer. If you like maltiness emphasized with a hint of chocolate roastiness and subtle caramel nuttiness this is the beer for you.
German Hefeweizen has a lovely blond color and distinct hazy appearance in the glass. A true German-style Hefeweizen, this kit uses 60% White Wheat malt and 40% 2-Row malt with just a dash of Northern Brewer hops for bittering.
Haze Craze is our most popular New England IPA recipe kit. This Hazy IPA is packed with all of the hop character you'd expect from a classic West Coast IPA, but with much less bitterness and a much softer mouthfeel.

Inspired by countless brew days in our garages and basements, as well as our experience in professional breweries, Ss Brew Pump is our take on a classic piece of brewing gear that is key to so many homebrew setups around the world.
Featuring an IP55 Water Resistance Rating, an easy-to-use DIN Head, Magnetic Drive, and 1.5” TC Center Inlet Head, Ss Brew Pump is engineered to tackle even the messiest of brew days!
IP55 | Water Resistant
Just like the high-quality pumps found throughout craft breweries, the Ss Brew Pump is IP55 certified and ready to handle the messiest of brew days.
From the Ground Up
Designing our own pump is something we have been eyeing for a while. Pumps are critical to any form of advanced brewing. From mash recirculation to transferring wort to cleanup, a quality pump is a key part of every brewday.
Years of working in professional craft brewing environments, where water-resistant pumps are the norm, made the foundation of our brew pump an easy decision. It had to be IP55 rated to handle the unavoidable messes that happen and the cleanups that follow them.
Once we unlocked the design for waterproofing, we turned to a laundry list of specs and features we wanted. That led to the creation of the Ss Brew Pump; one of our favorite products and now a staple in all of our team’s homebrew setups.
Magnetic Drive
It’s no secret that magnetic drive pumps are perfect for brewing applications. Instead of using a direct drive system where sealing off the wort from the drive shaft and motor is a major concern, Ss Brew Pump uses a high-end magnetic drive that allows for smooth, efficient, and sanitary operation.
360° Pro DIN Fitting
Commonly found on Pro Brewing Tanks, DIN fittings allow for a secure and sanitary connection that is also super easy to use. Unlike a TC connection, the DIN Head on Ss Brew Pump allows for a secure connection that applies even pressure on every bit of the silicone seal and is easier to remove and reinstall without having to fumble with a large clamp.
The DIN Head can also be rotated and secured in a full 360 degrees so that you can place the Pump’s outlet exactly where you need it for your brewing setup.
Note: Ss Brew Pump is currently not compatible with Legacy versions of Brew Cube | Pump Mount Plate Kit, Brew Cube | Valve Tree Manifold, and Portable Valve Tree. Ss Brew Pump uses a larger mounting plate and the bolt holes to secure it are in a different pattern than the Chugger pumps these products were originally designed for. We are working to update these products and plan to have them available soon.

Our Oatmeal Stout is loaded to the brim with malt! A helping of Flaked Oats give this brew a smooth, almost slick, mouthfeel, while three different dark malts—Chocolate, Black Patent, and Roasted Barlery—combine for a very complex roast flavor. A lower bittering rate from a moddest hop addition allows the flavor emphasis to rest squarely on the synergy of maltiness, dark roasted malts, and oat flavor. Oatmeal Stout is one of our most consistently well-reviewed kits and comes highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a dark, roasty beer.

This streamlined process not only saves you valuable time but also simplifies brewing without sacrificing flavor. Say hello to a faster, easier way to craft exceptional beer at home.
Typically, brewing requires you to boil your malt and hops for one hour, followed by another hour for cooling. Flash Brewing® eliminates the need to boil. Our Flash Brewing® malt recipes have been boiled and whirlpooled before they are dried. We then use a HopBite™ shot for bitterness combined with a mix of traditional hop pellets for flavor.

Welded 1.5" tri-clamp ports for a lifetime of leak-free use
304 stainless steel construction with mirror polish finish
Front and back located handles with silicone grips
Induction burner compatible
Notched lid provides cover while not interfering with immersion chillers, hop bags, or other accessories
The BrewBuilt Pro Brewing Kettle is built for even more versatility than the standard T.C. kettle. A third tri-clamp port is offset from the front and ready to accept an electric heating element, whirlpool return valve, or any other accessory that you want to incorporate with the kettle. Handles are located at the front and back, rather than either side, saving you space when building out a horizontal system and will keep fittings pointed away from you regardless of which side you pick up the kettle from.
Designed for Brewing. Built to Last.
BrewBuilt brew kettles are made from 304 stainless steel and offer an unparalleled mix of features for the price. At the very top of the list are three welded-in place tri-clamp couplers that offer a lifetime of leak free use. As you can imagine, welding in a coupler costs more than punching a hole and using a gasketed (i.e. weld-less) fitting. Welded fittings offer a permanent connection that to us is worth every penny. The second unique feature that we absolutely love about these brew kettles is the notched lid with silicone plug. This notch allows you so much flexibility; you can use an immersion chiller, one of our Ultimate Sparge Arms for mashing, tie off hop bags, take a temp reading during cooling, or whatever else we all can dream up.
Our T.C. kettles were designed to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of brewing technology. Tri-clamp fittings are standard fare in professional breweries, and they’ve been widely adopted in homebrewing as T.C. fermenters and pumps become more affordable and widely available. Tri-clamp fittings, also known as Tri-clover, allow you to make a sanitary connection that is free of nooks and crannies for contaminants to take hold. They are much easier to break down for cleaning compared to threaded connections, and they don’t require Teflon tape to make a watertight seal. T.C. fittings and accessories also give you the distinct advantage of being able to clean in place (CIP), so you don’t need to break down your entire system after every brew day.
This kettle comes without fittings so you can modify it with whatever tri-clamp accessories best suit your needs.
This Brew Kettle has a lot to offer...
Some other features we dig include the internal volume markers from the bottom to the top - so handy for instant reads. The silicone sleeved handles on the kettle and the lid are a cool feature to protect your hands. The tri-clad bottom with a 4mm core of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel offers even heat distribution during the boil and also makes it a perfect choice for anyone wanting to use an induction burner. The bottom coupler is also cool with 1/2" male threads on the outside and 1/2'' female threads on the inside.
Beefy 304 Stainless
These kettles are made from 304 grade stainless. That means you will have less corrosion issues than with a kettle made from lower grade 201 type stainless. We put these kettles through a corrosive salt water test in the MoreBeer! shop and they passed with flying colors. We also made sure the rivets and riveted handles were also made of stainless steel for a long term, trouble free life. The 10 and 15 gallon size are made from 1.0mm thick stainless steel. The 20, 30 and 50 gallon size are made with 1.2mm stainless - that's pretty thick stuff - and you will know it when you pick one up. The included ball valve is a two piece design that allows for easy cleaning (we prefer these over 3 piece for ease of assembly) and is also made from 304 stainless.
Mirror Polish Finish
The mirror polish finish isn’t just for making your Instagram feed pop! This extra slick finish is much easier to clean and sanitize than a standard brushed stainless kettle. Hop trub and other organic solids left behind after a brew day will have a hard time clinging to the interior surface and scrub away with ease.
Size Ratios and Stuff
All the BrewBuilt kettles follow the recent trend to a 1.2:1 ratio where the height is 1.2 times the diameter. This is a proven commercial ratio that has been adopted in homebrewing to achieve a more consistent 10% evaporation rate during the boil. We do like this ratio for boiling. For Mashing we would prefer a little bit shallower but that is a small compromise. Dimensions for a hot-liquor tank, if you are thinking brewing system down the road, are irrelevant as any ratio kettle will do.
Final Words
With welded tri-clamp fittings, mirror polish finish, a bunch of cool features, and a solid, thick 304 stainless steel core this kettle is a pretty amazing value. Remember, if you order from MoreBeer! we ship free anywhere in the continental USA!

The original all-in-one brewery still made in Germany!
5" touchscreen is easy to use and guides you through the brewing process
Brew all-grain beer inside your home—no gas burner needed
Built-in cooling jacket eliminates the need for awkward wort chillers
2R interior stainless finish with electropolished heating coil
The "Mercedes®" of brewing systems. When you want the best, this is it.
Never ceasing to improve upon the original Braumeister design, Speidel has taken this unit a step further with the new 5" touch screen control panel. The new automatic control system brews with your custom recipes and guides you through the brewing process. Now with integrated WiFi and bluetooth as standard, recipes and software updates can be synced automatically. Speidel Braumeister continues to be the all-in-one brewing system for brewers that demand the highest quality.
The Braumeister is the original all-in-one, electric all-grain brewing system. Designed and patented in Germany over a decade ago, it has since been copied around the world. Still made in Germany today by Speidel, a 5th generation German stainless steel manufacturer, the Braumeister is the Mercedes® of brewing systems. Speidel made a decision to not try and compete on price with the rest of the all-in-one machines that are made in China. They actually went the opposite direction improving upon the Braumeister many times. They've improved the control screen, added dimpled jackets to eliminate wort chillers, improved the programming and functionality, and created an online myspeidel.com control center along with multiple other small refinements. They also created a host of optional equipment to further enhance your brewing. If you appreciate really well-made equipment, the Braumeister is for you. It is the best of the best.
The welded on dimpled jacket eliminates the need for a separate wort chiller and also opens the door for using the Braumeister as a temperature controlled fermenter—see the video below. These jackets have 1" male threading, and aside from cooling, a Dump Valve tap has been added to the base of the unit to make emptying and cleaning that much easier.
Advantages of the Braumeister
First, the system has a small footprint and is powered by electricity, allowing you to brew inside, in a confined space, without the inherent dangers of using an open flame. Secondly, this unit is very easy to use as you mash the grain and then boil the wort in the same vessel. We also love the automation and control. Before you brew you set the controller with the different temperatures you wish to attain (advice is given on what to set) and the built-in heating element and pump do the rest. The Braumeister is especially ideal for step-mashing, which many brewers think is the preferred way to brew lager beers. Based on the results of lagers we have brewed on this machine, MoreBeer! agrees. Unlike other brew systems that have the temp probe located at the bottom, the Braumeister's temperature sensor was installed inside the middle bar. This means that the temperature is measured directly in the malt and is even more accurate in combination with the new software adjustments.
Walking Through the Brew Process
On Brew Day, you are going to assemble your Braumeister with the mash tub and bottom screen. You will fill the unit with filtered water to a notch on the center post - easy. The water resistant touchscreen controller reads in °C or °F, and you can set it to different temperatures you wish to reach. Advice is given in the manual. When your water is the correct temperature, a beep alerts you to add grain. Stir in your grain, lock down the top screen (so now there is a screen on the bottom and the top) and start the mash. During the mash wort is constantly recirculated through the grain bed from the bottom up, reverse of most all-in-one systems. The liquid wort flows up through the mash and then cascades down between the mash tub and the outer wall of the Braumeister. There it is collected by the pump and pushed back through the mash. At any time, you can pause the pump from the controller screen. Speidel upgraded their pump to be detachable for easy cleaning and maintenance between batches. When the mash is complete, another beep will alert you to remove the entire mash tub, which sets on top of the Braumeister to drain for a period of time. At this point you can choose to rinse the mash with hot water or to just add water directly the wort. Push another button and the boil starts and will run for however long you program it. When the boil stops, begin chilling your wort.
Features:
Brew in the tightest of spaces, anywhere in your home with a small footprint of counter space
Easy to handle brewing and cleaning, malt pipe slides up with little effort
Patented malt pipe technology. Wort is internally pumped from the bottom to the top for effective and gentle recirculation. No pipes are awkwardly mounted to the side of the kettle
Clean, contactless cooling by running cold water through the welded-on cooling jacket. No need for sanitizing and storing a separate immersion wort chiller
The pump is accessible beneath the unit and can be detached for cleaning and maintenance
Braumeister stays up-to-date with regular software updates via an integrated WiFi module
myspeidel.com syncs with the digital controller on your Braumeister
Enter a recipe in myspeidel.com, choose a recipe from the community of other users, or design a recipe in Beersmith and import it to myspeidel.com and it will come up automatically on your Braumeister's touchscreen controller
Edit your recipe on the fly in the touchscreen controller and it will automatically update on myspeidel.com
When the brew day is over, ferment your beer inside the Braumeister, using the cooling jacket to control the fermentation temp

Designed for Brewing. Built to Last.
BrewBuilt brew kettles are made from 304 stainless steel and offer an unparalleled mix of features for the price. At the very top of the list are two welded-in place tri-clamp couplers that offer a lifetime of leak free use.
Our new T.C. kettles were designed to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of brewing technology.
Configurations
The base boil kettle comes without fittings so you can modify it the specific tri-clamp accessories that best suit your needs. Add one of the optional Brewing Kettle Valve Packs above which include your choice of valve and all the hardware you'll need to connect 1/2" ID transfer tubing, as well as an end cap to seal the top port if a thermometer or other accessory is not in place.
The Hot Liquor Tank includes the base kettle plus a kettle maximizer for the bottom port and thermometer with 2" probe for the top port. Clamps and gaskets are included to attach the tri-clamp kettle maximizer and the thermometer.
The Mash Tun includes the base kettle plus a false bottom kit for the bottom port and thermometer with 6" probe for the top port. Clamps and gaskets are included to attach the tri-clamp false bottom maximizer and the thermometer.
Kettles do not come with a valve or additional fittings for the bottom port as standard. Add one of our pre-configured Valve Packs or purchase your preferred valve and fittings separately.
Features:
Two welded T.C. couplers for a lifetime of leak free use
Notched lid with silicone plug for flexibility
304 stainless steel construction for longevity

Modular Design
The Brew Cubes started as a side project for the engineering team. We needed a modular system for testing and prototyping a variety of homebrew equipment configurations without fabricating custom brew stands for each build. They quickly gained popularity internally for their modularity and flexibility.
The Brew Cubes are designed to grow alongside the brewer's equipment needs and skill level; there's really no right or wrong way to build a brewery, and that's where the modular design of the Brew Cubes shines.
The core of the Brew Cube is the base kit, as shown in the exploded view. From there, any variety of shelves and accessories can be added on. We'll have many of the core accessories available immediately, but we view this as a long term platform and intend to introduce thoughtful additions to the product line over the coming months and years.
Unlimited Flexibility
From stands and carts to parts racks and shelves, flexibility is at the heart of the Brew Cube's design. Every brewer and brewery has different needs, that's why there's no right or wrong way to use Brew Cubes. Designed to bolt together, it's easy to string three or more cubes next to each other, or add optional shelving, leg extensions, and peg walls for near-endless customization.
Pro Inspiration for the Home Brewer
When designing the perfect homebrew rig, we took inspiration from some of the best and most sought after pro features our team has been engineering into our larger brewhouses. From the dual pump architecture to the newly patented valve tree, Brew Cubes can unlock the full potential of your Ss Brewtech equipment.

Flash Yeast™ starts quickly and consistently produces clean beer that lets the malt and hops shine. The result is a high-quality beer that will absolutely surprise you.

Pilsner Flash Brewing® KitThe Flash Pilsner is an homage to the classic Pilsner style, with a white, frothy head that laces beautifully on the glass. Its malt blend delivers a smooth malt profile with a subtle sweetness that balances perfectly with the crisp, clean finish. Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops contribute delicate floral and spicy aromas, while Flash Yeast™ ensures a clean fermentation. With Flash Yeast doing the work, this Pilsner can be fermented at a wide temperature range of 65°F to 85°F. For the best clarity and smoothness, lagering is recommended at 40°F. Fermenting at around 70°F, this recipe finishes fermentation more quickly than a standard lager. This easy-drinking, refreshing beer can be ready to enjoy in just a few days. For the best clarity and smoothness, storing cold (lagering) for a couple weeks is recommended.
Flash Brewing® KitsIntroducing MoreBeer!'s Flash Brewing® Kits! Designed for both novice and seasoned homebrewers, these innovative recipe kits allow you to simply mix the ingredients with water and add yeast for fermentation.
Flash Yeast™ starts quickly and consistently produces clean beer that lets the malt and hops shine. The result is a high-quality beer that will absolutely surprise you.
