Everything that comes with our Deluxe kit plus some major upgrades Choose between standard Stainless Fermenter or with integrated heating element! Large 8.5-gallon brew kettle with ball valve port for easy transferring of liquids Copper wort chiller offers a quick & convenient way to chill wort — no ice bath required! Step-by-Step instruction pamphlet fine-tuned over 20 years for easy success Your choice of recipe kit included The Premium Homebrewing Starter Kit is our "get the best to start with" kit and comes with all the bells and whistles! Included in this beer brewing starter kit is a massive 8.5 gallon stainless steel brewing kettle, 9.25 gallon stainless steel fermenter (with or without heating element), copper wort chiller, Pale Ale ingredient kit, and all the time tested brewing equipment you need to make beer at home. Long story short, this kit has everything you need to start home brewing! We started with our Deluxe Homebrew Starter Kit (BRKIT20) and upgraded the brew kettle to an 8.5 gallon model. The larger volume kettle allows for Full-Boil brews which can have lighter color and better hop flavors. The included kettle spigot makes transferring liquid from your kettle to your Bucket Buddy Fermenter safe and easy. Our kettle also includes a thermometer port with plug so that you can add a dedicated kettle thermometer at any time. You will also enjoy the new silicone handle grips and internally stamped volume markers. Then in order to quickly cool the beer after boiling we included our WC20 copper Wort Chiller (a $60 value!). Either fermenter model you choose, it will come with an incredible 9.25 gallon capacity. This can be key down the road when you want to brew certain styles of beer that foam a lot during fermentation. With smaller fermenters it can bubble right out of the top. Stay out of trouble by never making a mess! A larger kettle, wort chiller and bigger fermenter are some of the first upgrades new brewers make—save yourself the hassle and purchase these items at an amazing value as part of the Premium Homebrew Starter Kit, from Morebeer!™ The Bucket Buddy Stainless Steel Fermenter With Optional Heating and Digital Control Stainless steel is a much better option than glass or plastic, as it is extremely easy to clean and virtually lasts forever! There's also much less chance of contamination as stainless doesn't scratch like plastic. Over time, you'll get scratches in plastic fermenters from normal wear and tear, creating microscopic havens for bacteria. Meanwhile, glass carboys are always at risk of breaking which is something you will never have to worry about with stainless steel. Another advantage over carboys and plastic buckets is the domed base inside this fermenter which is great for yeast flocculation when fermentation is complete. The included racking arm will make it easy to transfer out every last drop of beer while leaving the yeast cake undisturbed. The entire racking arm and ball valve assembly is weldless, which means you can remove the assembly to clean and sanitize it between batches. You can even boil the assembly for added assurance that it's been sterilized. Choose between the standard model or the upgraded model with built-in heating element and automatic temperature control! If you live in a cold climate, ale fermentations may be a seasonal affair, as cold ambient temperatures can easily drive down the temperature of your fermenting beer below your yeast's optimal fermentation temp range. The Bucket Buddy w/ Heating Upgrade offers a simple solution with an integrated heating element and digital temperature control. Program your fermentation temperature and if the temp drops below your set point the unit will gently heat your wort from the bottom up via the concealed element located in the base. For cooling, you can place the fermenter in a dedicated refrigerator or drill into the lid to install a Temp Twister Cooling Coil. A temperature controller probe can then be taped to the side of the fermenter to control your cooling source, or you can drill another spot in the lid for a thermowell. We Don't Skimp on Cleaning and Sanitizing Proper cleaning and sanitizing is one of the core tenants of making great beer. Some starter kits utilize an all-in-one cleaner/sanitizer that does neither job well. We’ve included the best-selling sanitizer for brewing, Star San. We also include Craftmeister oxygen-based cleaning tablets that make cleaning your Fermenter a breeze. Other Upgrades That Make Brewing Easier We’ve also made a few items standard that really make the brew day easier including a thermometer for temperature monitoring and a hydrometer with testing jar for measuring sugar levels. Our reusable mesh bags allow for the easy removal of spent grain and hops at the end of the boil. The included stainless spoon is a really nice upgrade over plastic when you are stirring boiling liquids. Easy, How-To Instructions & an Actual 800# We've taught hundreds of thousands of people how to brew in over 25 years. Our instructions are clear and simple to follow and will have you making great beer with batch number one. If you have any questions, call our on-staff brewmasters at 1-800-600-0033. Begin your homebrewing journey with an Electric Brewery! 9-gallon electric kettle saves space and can be upgraded later for all-grain brewing No expensive gas burner or heavy-duty brewing kettle required! Easy-to-use digital controller maintains your set temperature automatically Step-by-Step instruction pamphlet fine-tuned over 20 years for easy success The Premium Electric Homebrewing Starter Kit is one of the most approachable starter kits we’ve ever offered and represents the absolute best value you’ll find! The defining piece of this kit is the DigiBoil electric kettle. Most home brewing kits require a kitchen stove or outdoor propane burner, but with the DigiBoil you can make great beer just about anywhere you can find a power socket. The DigiBoil’s compact design makes this kit the ideal choice for those that want to brew indoors and not take up a lot of space. We also include the 6-gallon Fermonster fermenter, copper wort chiller, beer recipe kit of your choice, and all the time-tested brewing equipment you need to make beer at home. If purchased piece-by-piece this kit would cost well over $500, so you can feel confident that you’re getting all of the included equipment at the lowest price possible! Electric Brewing Typical home brewing starter kits set you up to brew your first batch of beer on the kitchen stove. This may lower the price tag but brewers will naturally progress beyond the kitchen to an outdoor gas burner or electric brewing system. Electric brewing systems have several advantages, firstly being that they do not require propane so there is no chance of running out of gas mid-brew. Secondly, electric kettles use a built-in temperature probe and digital controller to automatically maintain temperatures. This gives you a precise level of control that gas systems rarely match. Finally, the DigiBoil electric kettle is extremely compact and is the ideal choice for brewers that have space constraints or live in an area where brewing outdoors isn't an option year-round. 110V vs. 220V The DigiBoil electric kettle comes in two power options, 110 volt and 220 volt. The 110V unit features a standard 3-prong plug and will work with most US household power outlets. The 220V unit features a NEMA 6-30R plug, typically only used with large household appliances such as washer/dryer outlets. Both power options are perfectly suitable for brewing. The 110V option provides greater flexibility, allowing you to move your brewery from the kitchen to the garage, basement, or outdoor patio with ease. If you have convenient access to 220V power, the 220V model will significantly reduce heating times and provide a more vigorous boil. Extract Brewing Extract brewing is the simplest process for making beer and is therefore the most popular method for beginners. Powdered or liquid malt extract is added to water to make a sweet solution loaded with fermentable sugars that yeast will later turn into alcohol. The mixture is then brought to a boil and hops are added for flavoring. This simple method allows novice brewers to focus on learning the overall process of brewing while still making delicious beer. If you’re interested in all-grain brewing, check out the Premium Electric All Grain Home Brewing Kit. This version of the kit includes the DigiMash upgrade, which can always be purchased later when you’re ready to advance. The Fermonster Fermenter - A Huge Upgrade Over Standard Buckets or Glass "Carboy" Water Bottles Unlike buckets or glass carboys, the Fermonster fermenter was designed for brewing beer. It is made from tough, clear, virgin grade PET plastic so you can see the magic of fermentation. Unlike glass it will never break and shatter if dropped. It represents a huge upgrade over traditional buckets because these fermenters are much less likely to get scratched. Scratches can hold bacteria that can cause off flavors in the beer. The Fermonster comes with a built-in spigot that eliminates a long time issue in homebrewing of having to start a siphon to transfer your beer to the bottling bucket after fermentation is over. The large 4" lid allows for easily adding yeast, hops, or other additions. We also really love the molded-in level markers that tell you exactly when you have reached your desired volume. We also include Craftmeister oxygen-based cleaning tablets that make cleaning your Fermonster Fermenter a breeze. Recipe Options: American Ale produces a light colored, hoppy Pale Ale that puts the beloved Cascade hop on full display. Cascade hops are one of the classic American hop varieties, and we love them for their citrus, grapefruit character. Blonde Ale is a great starter beer for those who are new to craft beer. Blonde ales are an easy drinking ale, low in esters, balanced with enough hop character to accentuate the malt profile. American IPA is like a Pale Ale on steroids. Take a pale ale and add more malt, more grain, and more hops. Expect more alcohol and a more pronounced hop character. Brown Porter is a smooth, easy drinking beer. If you like maltiness emphasized with a hint of chocolate roastiness and subtle caramel nuttiness this is the beer for you. German Hefeweizen has a lovely blond color and distinct hazy appearance in the glass. This kit uses 100% Bavarian Wheat malt extract with just a dash of Northern Brewer hops for bittering. Haze Craze is our most popular New England IPA recipe kit. This Hazy IPA is packed with all of the hop character you'd expect from a classic West Cost IPA, but with much less bitterness and a much softer mouthfeel. The ultimate control & precision of your fermentation process. Equipped with four built-in temperature controllers and pumps, this advanced chiller enables you to independently regulate the temperature of multiple separate fermentation vessels simultaneously, ensuring optimal conditions for different batches or styles of beer, making it a game-changer for homebrewers.
4 Built-in pumps and digital controllers
Control multiple fermentation temperatures independently Fill with 20% glycol solution for optimal chilling performance Cold crash with good insulation Perfect complement to BrewBuilt X-Series Conicals The IceMaster Max 4 is designed to cool fermentations in small vessels. It features 4 built-in submersible pumps with independent digital temperature controllers and can be used with any vessel that has a glycol jacket or submersed cooling coil/rod. Each controller includes a temperature probe that should be inserted into a thermowell in your vessel or can be taped to the outside of the vessel if you don't have a thermowell. The digital controller then measures the temperature of your tank and turns the submersible pump on or off to cool to your desired set temperature. Up to four tanks can be controlled separately with one IceMaster Max 4. Compatibility The IceMaster can be used with any fermenter that has a built-in cooling jacket, added CoolStix, or a submersed cooling coil. It works well as the cooling source for the following systems and fermenters. BrewBuilt Jacketed Uni Conical - we recommend one Insulated Tubing Kit for each tank. These kits feature "dry break" quick disconnects that prevent glycol loss and the insulated tubing will increase chilling efficiency and eliminate line sweating from condensation. CoolStix - CoolStix can be added to a wide range of carboys, fermenters, and tanks and the IceMaster works really well in combination. Each CoolStix is available with or without a pump kit; for use with the IceMaster Max 4 you will only need the CoolStix and some tubing to connect it to the chiller. Ss Brewtech Fermenters and Brites - Ss BME Chronicals, BME Brites, and Unitanks come with cooling coils and neoprene as standard. The optional chilling FTSs will not be needed for use with the Max 4. The cooling coil for standard Ss Chronicals and Brew Buckets are not sold a la carte and must be purchased with a submersible pump, which is not needed for the Max 4. For standard Chronicals and Brew Buckets you might consider the IceMaster 100 for cost savings. Spike Conical with Optional Cooling Coil - the cooling coil for Spike CF series conicals is available for purchase independently from the TC-100 cooling system. For use with the Max 4 you will only need the coil and some tubing to connect it to the chiller. Speidel Tanks with Optional Cooling Jackets - You will need two lengths of tubing to connect the chiller to each tank. Grainfather Fermenters - Grainfather fermenters have standard cooling jackets. You will need two lengths of tubing for each fermenter. Blichmann Fermenators with Optional Cooling Coil - You will need two lengths of tubing for each Fermenator. Capacity It is always difficult to determine exactly how many tanks can be chilled at one time as it depends on what is happening in each tank, if the tank is insulated, and what the ambient temperature is. Cold crashing always requires the most energy and requires tank insulation. We have experimented with capacities and can provide this general guide based on a 75°F ambient and neoprene insulation. Neoprene provides a modest amount of insulation so you would obtain better results using Armaflex or a higher R rated insulation. Capacity calculated at cold crashing to a target temperature of 38°F while the ambient temperature is 75°F with neoprene insulation (double tank capacity for ale fermentation temperature control): 2 - 1BBL (31 Gallon) Jacketed Tank 2 - 1/2BBL (15-20 Gallon) Tanks 3 - 10-14 Gallon Tanks 4 - 5-7 Gallon Tanks Set Up In order to hook up the IceMaster to your fermenter or tank's cooling system, you will need 2 lengths of tubing per vessel. All tubing connections should be secured with hose clamps. Length 1: Barb of 1st bulkhead (IN) to cooling system outlet
Length 2: Barb of 2nd bulkhead (OUT) to cooling system inlet

Makes 5 gallons of finished beer
Also referred to as a pumpkin beer recipe, our famous Thanksgiving Ale is based on an Amber Ale with modest bittering, a mild hop finish, and of course the subtle flavor of pumpkin spice. Not overpowering in the spice, it is a great beer to share with both experienced and novice beer lovers. Show up at Thanksgiving with a case of your own pumpkin spiced beer and your in-laws may just change their mind about you... normally you can't buy that kind of love.
This recipe kit includes (2) 1 tsp packets of pumpkin spice. The recipe sheet only lists a single packet to be boiled in the last 5 minutes, but both packets should be added at this time.

Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.
Don't run away from this Evill Twin! Instead, run toward and embrace it like a long lost sibling. The Evill Twin Roller Mill is the perfect sidekick for any brewer needing to grind malted and non-malted barley, corn and other grains. Operation is smooth and easy thanks to the longer mill shaft. Unlike other manual mills, the crank on the Evill Twin connects to the shaft far enough away from the mill body that you won't scrape your knuckles on the grain bucket with every revolution. Better yet, the mill shaft comes ready to hook up to an electric power drill with no extra parts needed. Run your drill at 500 RPM and you'll be able to crush up to 6 pounds per minute! The adjustable gap setting allows you to customize your grind to the size of the grain, and thanks to the stainless steel construction, you can rest assured that this mill will last as long as its malevolent disposition.
Features:
Easily adjustable gap setting
Hopper holds 10 lbs
Mill shaft comes ready to connect to an electric power drill
With the drill running at 500 RPM, crush up to 6 lbs/minute
Rollers and hopper screws made from stainless steel
Frame, hand crank and hopper made from aluminum
Please note: This mill is designed for use with brewing grains only. It will not work for cracking whole kernel corn.

A full-bodied, hop-forward beer recipe given to us by the late homebrewing legend—and our dear friend—Mike “Tasty” McDole
Includes Northern Brewer and Cascade hops
Estimated ABV: 5.2%
Estimated IBUs: 40-44
Makes 5 gallons of finished beer
This recipe comes from the late homebrewing legend—and our dear friend—Mike “Tasty” McDole. Mike is one of the best homebrewers we’ve ever known, and one of our original customers way back when the entire MoreBeer! operation fit inside a storage shed. Aside from brewing many award-winning beers, Tasty helped grow homebrewing as a hobby, and as a community, here in the Bay Area and well beyond.
Mike's American Amber Ale earned him multiple 1st- and 2nd-place ribbons, including a Gold Medal at the National Homebrew Competition. We were after him for awhile for this recipe and he finally gave his consent, allowing this to be the 11th entry into MoreBeer!'s lineup of Signature Series kits. With over 12 lbs of malt and 4 rounds of hop additions, this is a full-bodied, hop-forward beer. When it comes time to drink this beer, raise one for Tasty!
Tasty's All Grain Brewing Notes:

Welded 1.5" tri-clamp ports for a lifetime of leak-free use
304 stainless steel construction with mirror polish finish
Front and back located handles with silicone grips
Induction burner compatible
Notched lid provides cover while not interfering with immersion chillers, hop bags, or other accessories
The BrewBuilt Pro Brewing Kettle is built for even more versatility than the standard T.C. kettle. A third tri-clamp port is offset from the front and ready to accept an electric heating element, whirlpool return valve, or any other accessory that you want to incorporate with the kettle. Handles are located at the front and back, rather than either side, saving you space when building out a horizontal system and will keep fittings pointed away from you regardless of which side you pick up the kettle from.
Designed for Brewing. Built to Last.
BrewBuilt brew kettles are made from 304 stainless steel and offer an unparalleled mix of features for the price. At the very top of the list are three welded-in place tri-clamp couplers that offer a lifetime of leak free use. As you can imagine, welding in a coupler costs more than punching a hole and using a gasketed (i.e. weld-less) fitting. Welded fittings offer a permanent connection that to us is worth every penny. The second unique feature that we absolutely love about these brew kettles is the notched lid with silicone plug. This notch allows you so much flexibility; you can use an immersion chiller, one of our Ultimate Sparge Arms for mashing, tie off hop bags, take a temp reading during cooling, or whatever else we all can dream up.
Our T.C. kettles were designed to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of brewing technology. Tri-clamp fittings are standard fare in professional breweries, and they’ve been widely adopted in homebrewing as T.C. fermenters and pumps become more affordable and widely available. Tri-clamp fittings, also known as Tri-clover, allow you to make a sanitary connection that is free of nooks and crannies for contaminants to take hold. They are much easier to break down for cleaning compared to threaded connections, and they don’t require Teflon tape to make a watertight seal. T.C. fittings and accessories also give you the distinct advantage of being able to clean in place (CIP), so you don’t need to break down your entire system after every brew day.
This kettle comes without fittings so you can modify it with whatever tri-clamp accessories best suit your needs.
This Brew Kettle has a lot to offer...
Some other features we dig include the internal volume markers from the bottom to the top - so handy for instant reads. The silicone sleeved handles on the kettle and the lid are a cool feature to protect your hands. The tri-clad bottom with a 4mm core of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel offers even heat distribution during the boil and also makes it a perfect choice for anyone wanting to use an induction burner. The bottom coupler is also cool with 1/2" male threads on the outside and 1/2'' female threads on the inside.
Beefy 304 Stainless
These kettles are made from 304 grade stainless. That means you will have less corrosion issues than with a kettle made from lower grade 201 type stainless. We put these kettles through a corrosive salt water test in the MoreBeer! shop and they passed with flying colors. We also made sure the rivets and riveted handles were also made of stainless steel for a long term, trouble free life. The 10 and 15 gallon size are made from 1.0mm thick stainless steel. The 20, 30 and 50 gallon size are made with 1.2mm stainless - that's pretty thick stuff - and you will know it when you pick one up. The included ball valve is a two piece design that allows for easy cleaning (we prefer these over 3 piece for ease of assembly) and is also made from 304 stainless.
Mirror Polish Finish
The mirror polish finish isn’t just for making your Instagram feed pop! This extra slick finish is much easier to clean and sanitize than a standard brushed stainless kettle. Hop trub and other organic solids left behind after a brew day will have a hard time clinging to the interior surface and scrub away with ease.
Size Ratios and Stuff
All the BrewBuilt kettles follow the recent trend to a 1.2:1 ratio where the height is 1.2 times the diameter. This is a proven commercial ratio that has been adopted in homebrewing to achieve a more consistent 10% evaporation rate during the boil. We do like this ratio for boiling. For Mashing we would prefer a little bit shallower but that is a small compromise. Dimensions for a hot-liquor tank, if you are thinking brewing system down the road, are irrelevant as any ratio kettle will do.
Final Words
With welded tri-clamp fittings, mirror polish finish, a bunch of cool features, and a solid, thick 304 stainless steel core this kettle is a pretty amazing value. Remember, if you order from MoreBeer! we ship free anywhere in the continental USA!

The BrewBuilt Pressure Pack features a unique floating racking tube that can be used for taking samples, keg transfers, or serving finished beer. This innovative feature draws beer from the top down, which means you’re always pulling the clearest, most sediment-free beer possible. And with the included filter attachment, any floating vegetal matter will be blocked from ever entering the dip tube. Using pressure to draw a sample from the floating dip tube will also eliminate the tiny bit of oxygen that would be injected into your beer every time the traditional sample valve is opened.
Pressure transferring from fermenter to keg is the best way to protect your beer from oxygen when it’s at its most vulnerable state. Kegging could be considered the final hurdle in the brewing process, where limiting oxygen exposure is critical. This could mean the difference between your beer tasting great for months or tasting great for a week. Don’t take any chances. Use the Pressure Pack to keg from the top down and leave sediment behind.
Installs on the 4" T.C. port welded into the lid of the BrewBuilt X-Series Uni Conical. The 1.5" T.C. port on the pressure lid can be used for adding dry hops, installing the CoolStix™ for temperature control, or attaching a T.C. pressure relief valve during pressure fermentations. The welded hook underneath the pressure lid can be used to hang bagged hops or other additions.
If you're interested in fermenting under pressure with the X-Series Uni, we recommend pairing the Pressure Pack with the Pressure Fermentation Kit.
4" T.C. Lid w/ 1.5" T.C. Port
Gas In & Bev Out ball lock posts
Clear Float dip tube
Floating Dip Tube Filter Attachment included

Warning! The BrewBuilt Pressure Pack is only designed to be used with BrewBuilt conicals that feature a pressure relief valve built into the lid. Failure to release pressure in the conical before remove fittings or the band clamp could result in injury or death.
Add dry hops without introducing oxygen to your fermenting or finished beer!

Compatible with all BrewBuilt X-Series fermenters and any stainless conical with 1.5" T.C. top port

Load up the Hop Bong, flush it with CO2, purge out oxygen with the handy PRV on top, then simply open the Butterfly Valve to inject your beer with a 6 oz payload of dry hops.

Hop Bong attaches to a stainless 2" butterfly valve that then connects to a 2" x 1.5" T.C. reducer. This streamlined process not only saves you valuable time but also simplifies brewing without sacrificing flavor. Say hello to a faster, easier way to craft exceptional beer at home.
Typically, brewing requires you to boil your malt and hops for one hour, followed by another hour for cooling. Flash Brewing® eliminates the need to boil. Our Flash Brewing® malt recipes have been boiled and whirlpooled before they are dried. We then use a HopBite™ shot for bitterness combined with a mix of traditional hop pellets for flavor. Flash Yeast™ starts quickly and consistently produces clean beer that lets the malt and hops shine. The result is a high-quality beer that will absolutely surprise you.

Flexible Packaging Integration: Equipped with a sanitary 1.5" butterfly valve for seamless, low-oxygen closed transfers directly into kegs, bottles, or canning lines.
Commercial cold brew production has traditionally been a messy, backbreaking process. Hoisting 40 pounds of soaking-wet coffee grounds straight up out of a flat-bottom plastic bucket is a workplace hazard waiting to happen. To make matters worse, struggling with cloudy sediment leads to clogged draft lines, chalky mouthfeel, and drastically shortened product shelf life.
The BrewBuilt® CB1 completely redefines small-scale commercial cold brew production.
Built on our heavy-duty, 304 stainless steel bottom-drain chassis, this turnkey system eliminates overhead lifting, guarantees brilliant liquid clarity, and adapts to any packaging workflow. Whether you run a bustling cafe, a roasting facility, or a craft brewery, the CB1 delivers a high-yield solution designed to protect both your back and your brew.

The CB1 features an integrated, rectangular side-manway door. Instead of lifting heavy, dripping bags up and out of the vessel, operators simply open the front door and easily slide or rake spent coffee grounds out horizontally into a waste bin.
Progressive Dual-Stage Filtration
Achieve unmatched clarity without the need for expensive secondary paper filters. The CB1 utilizes a stacked filtration system featuring a Fine mesh bag nested inside an X-Fine mesh bag.
Heavy-Duty Drawstrings: Both commercial-grade bags feature rugged drawstrings that cinch tightly around the rim of the kettle, keeping them securely locked in place during the steep.
The Slotted False Bottom Advantage: As seen in the cross-section view, the nested bags rest completely flat on a heavy-gauge, slotted stainless steel false bottom. This structural support keeps the fabric elevated above the true dished bottom, preventing the weight of the coffee grounds from plugging the drain hole and ensuring an unrestricted, rapid extract flow.
Total Packaging Flexibility
The sanitary 1.5" Tri-Clamp bottom butterfly valve acts as a modular launchpad for your finished product. Once the steep is complete, you can gravity-drain the kettle with precision control:
Kegging: Perform flawless, low-oxygen closed transfers directly into purged beverage kegs.
Bottling & Canning: Hook up directly to counter-pressure bottle fillers, BeerGuns, or small-scale canning lines.

Right out of the gate, Mosaic® hops catapulted into the upper echelon of high-demand aroma hops. Now it's one of those hop varieties that even casual craft beer drinkers are familiar with. A go-to addition for modern West Coast IPAs and an almost ubiquitous choice for Hazy IPAs. Not only does Mosaic® crush it as a standalone in single-hop beers, but it's an addition that just seems to complement and enhance any hop you pair it with. Even with a high alpha content, the intense aroma of fresh pine, mango, blueberry and citrus are the main event when you brew with Mosaic® hops. A reliable workhorse for NEIPAs, Pale Ales, IPAs, and Hoppy Lagers, but this stunning varietal will be a welcome addition in just about any style you brew.

The B80pro is a brewing system without compromise. Built for enthusiasts. 90-liter (23 gal) tank volume and 20kg (44 lb) malt capacity 30-80 liter (8-21 gal) pre-boil volume for flexibility 6kW heating power (2x3kW) utilizing two mains inputs makes heating and boiling fast High accuracy with 2 digital sensors Conical bottom with center draining for fast and easy cleaning Powerful control system with 7" touch-screen, Wifi and Bluetooth 4.2 The B80pro has an 80 liter (21 gal) boil capacity and about 20kg (44 lb) malt capacity. It is equipped with a powerful pump, which can be controlled from the touch-screen. The wort is circulated up through the center-pipe and the pump is fitted using Tri-Clamps making it very easy to remove, even when the tank is full. The malt pipe has latches that folds out when you lift it, so you can use both your hands for lifting. Sparging is done without tubes or pipes outside the tank. A sparge tube installed on the outside of the centerpipe follows the malt pipe when lifted also lifting the wort spreading device. This makes it very easy to sparge from a separate tank without making a mess. After brewing with the B80pro, you never have to turn it upside down for cleaning. The centerpipe is removed easily, and you can easily clean the unit, and all the trub will be drained directly to a bucket or the drains. Use the included circulation device as a CIP solution to save time and cleaning chemicals. The system has two digital temperature sensors - one in the bottom of the tank and one before the pump. The maxium static offset is ±0,5°C. The sensors can be individually calibrated for maximum accuracy. They have an accuracy of 0.1°C. It's also possible to connect a third sensor (accessory) to monitor the temperature of the wort returning from the counterflow cooler, so you can pump directly to the fermenter when the temperature is right. With powerful heating elements combining over 6kW (230V) of power, heating the water or wort is very fast. During the boil, the PID system is deactivated and you can adjust the power output to achieve the perfect rolling boil. You can also adjust the maximum current of each mains input, to 10, 13, 15 and 16 Amps, to make sure you never blow a fuse. All ports are 34mm Tri-Clamp fittings for maximum flexibility without leaks. As standard the system is shipped with one 3-way valve. All silicone tubes are 16x25mm food grade silicone. The control system is custom developed and features high quality electronics. The software is constantly being improved with new features. It is updated via WiFi. The IceMaster 100 is a powerful and efficient glycol system that provides precise temperature control of multiple Fermenters, but allows you to expand your capacity as needed!
Temp Control & Cold Crash up to 4 - 5-7 Gallon Jacketed Tanks!
Tank Capacity: 30L/8 Gal. Water Capacity
Cooling Capacity: 780 Watt/2600btu/0.26 ton
Power: 110V (3.6 amps)
The IceMaster 100 is designed to cool fermentations in small vessels. It can be used with any vessel that has a glycol jacket or submersed cooling coil/rod. For each vessel you want to cool you will need to buy one of our BrewBuilt Chilling Pump Kits. Each tank is able to be separately temperature controlled. Each Glycol Pump Kit includes a submersible pump that is placed in the cool bath of this chiller along with a digital controller. The digital controller includes a thermal probe that should be inserted into a thermal well in your vessel or can be taped to the outside of the vessel if you don't have a thermal well. The digital controller then measures the temperature of your tank and turns the submersible pump on or off to cool to your desired set temperature. Up to four tanks can be controlled separately with one IceMaster and four BrewBuilt Chilling Pump Kit (GLY35).
Compatibility
The IceMaster can be used with any fermenter that has a built in cooling jacket, added Coolstix, or a submersed cooling coil. It works well as the cooling source for the following sytems and fermenters.
BrewBuilt Jacketed Uni Conical - You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each tank.
Coolstix - Coolstix can be added to a wide range of carboys, fermenters, and tanks and the IceMaster works really well in combination. Each Coostix Complete Kit comes with a pump kit and controller.
Ss Brewtech Fermenters and Brites with optional FTS Temperature Control Systems - Because FTS systems include a pump and controller you will not need to buy a separate Glycol Pump Kit.
Spike Conical with Optional Cooling Package - Because the optional Spike cooling system includes a pump and controller you will not need to buy a separate Glycol Pump Kit.
Speidel Tanks with Optional Cooling Jackets - You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each tank.
Grainfather Fermenters - Grainfather fermenters have standard cooling jackets. You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each fermenter
Blichmann Fermenators with Optional Cooling Coil - You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each Fermenator.
Capacity
It is always difficult to determine exactly how many tanks can be chilled at one time as it depends on what is happening in each tank, if the tank is insulated, and what the ambient temperature is. Cold crashing always requires the most energy and requires tank insulation. We have experimented with capacities and can provide this general guide based on a 75°F ambient and neoprene insulation. Neoprene a modest amount of insulation so you would obtain better results using Armaflex or a higher R rated insulation. If only controlling fermentation temps the capacity would be higher. Four BrewBuilt Chilling Pump Kits (GLY35) is the maximum that will fit in the IceMaster. We are working on smaller glycol pump kits, where the pumps have smaller footprints, so the IceMaster right now has the capacity to use 5 pumps through the bulkhead fittings.
Capacity calculated at cold crashing to 38°F at 75°F ambient with neoprene insulation (double for fermentation temperature control):
2 - 1BBL (31 Gallon) Jacketed Tanks
2 - 1/2BBL (15-20 Gallon) Tanks
3 - 10-14 Gallon Tanks
4 - 5-7 Gallon Tanks
Set Up
In order to hook up the IceMaster to your fermenter or tank's cooling system, you will need 4 lengths of tubing. All tubing connections should be secured with hose clamps.
Length 1: Submersible pump outlet to inner barb of 1st bulkhead
Length 2: Outer barb of 1st bulkhead to cooling system inlet
Length 3: Cooling system outlet to outer barb of 2nd bulkhead
Length 4: Inner barb of 2nd bulkhead to IceMaster resevoir (should drain freely, no connection necessary)

Nothing looks quite as nice as beer pouring out of a shiny stainless steel draft tower. These are the same tower kits included with every KOMOS Kegerator, featuring Intertap stainless steel faucets, EVABarrier draft tubing, and Duotight push-to-connect fittings for easy assembly. The tower is made from 304 brushed stainless steel, making them corrosion resistant while also looking great!
Stainless Intertap Faucets and Towers
These kits come with Intertap faucets mounted on a brushed stainless tower. Intertap faucets are the newest, most advanced, forward sealing, beer faucets on the market today and will work perfectly for years. Forward-sealing means that while in the closed position the faucet will keep beer inside the body instead of draining out. This keeps the internal parts from getting sticky and reduces the chance of off flavors transferring to your beer while you pour. Intertap faucets feature a modular, threaded spout that can fit a variety of attachments including a growler filler or stout spout.
Duotight Fittings & EVABarrier Draft Tubing
Duotight and EVABarrier have revolutionized how you connect draft line, and our tower kits come standard with both. We love Duotight push-in fittings for their quick connection, reliable seal, and versatility. Setting up and connecting draft line has never been easier -- no more hose clamps or heating water to soften tubing! Each tower comes with Duotight fittings for the tower shanks and for splitting gas lines (double & triple tap only). We recommend adding Duotight fittings to use for your keg connections as well. Depending on whether you'll be serving from homebrew kegs or commercial sanke kegs, you'll need two DUO106 or two DUO104 per line.
EVABarrier tubing has been engineered with protection in mind and is both PVC-free and BPA-free. This double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss, and microbial growth. EVA tubing is the future of draft line for professional applications, and now your kegerator will feature the same first-class tubing.
