The Hop Bong is a versatile pressurizable tri-clamp accessory, capable of not only dry hopping oxygen purged hops into fermenters, but also as an inline carbonation/oxygenation accessory. Load up the Hop Bong, flush it with CO2, purge out oxygen with the handy PRV on top, then simply open the Butterfly Valve to inject your beer with a 6 oz payload of dry hops.
This kit includes the 4" T.C. Pressure Lid to fit the tri-clamp ferule on Kegmenter Fermentation Kegs. The plastic lid also allows for improved KegLand RAPT Pill WiFi reading compared to the Kegmenter fully encasing the Pill in stainless steel.
Due to the large 4" tri-clamp diameter, it is difficult to get higher pressures without leaking. Therefore we suggest using this up to 21 psi. The included Yellow PRV for the Pressure Lid is rated to 17 psi.
The 3 Pieces of the Hop Bong Pressure Pack:
Pressure Kit
The Pressure Kit includes two Ball Lock Caps for Gas & Liquid. The Liquid cap can be paired with the optional Floating Dip Tube and Filter Attachment. These pieces allow you to pressure transfer finished beer out of the fermenter into kegs or a bottling bucket, or you can carbonate and serve beer directly from the Kegmenter.
Tri-Clamp Pressure Lid
Replacing the standard lid with the Tri-Clamp Pressure Lid provides you with a 2" T.C. port at the top of your fermenter. This will give you an opening to add dry hops or other additions without needing to remove the entire lid. Take off the butterfly valve to add your yeast pitch, and when you're ready to add flavoring additions when fermentation is complete, drop them in oxygen-free via the Hop Bong. PCO1881 threaded ports are there for your Ball Lock Caps, as well as undrilled ports for an optional Thermowell and/or Temp Twister cooling coil.
Hop Bong
Load up the Hop Bong and add CO2 to purge your hop charge of oxygen. This kit comes with a third Ball Lock Cap to introduce CO2 directly to the Hop Bong, as well as a pull ring PRV to release pressure and purge oxygen. Once you've flushed your hop charge with CO2, open the butterfly valve to inject your beer with up to 6 oz of hop pellets.

Keep hops and other flavoring additions in your fermenter where they belong. This filter attachment can be attached to the X-Series Uni Pressure Pack's floating dip tube to prevent vegetal matter and other solids from being pulled into the dip tube. This first line of defense makes the floating dip tube even more effective at transferring only the clearest beer possible from your conical to your keg. Simply remove the metal tube from the ball float, slip the silicone tubing over the barb, then reattach the ball float to one of three clip locations. Made from HDPE and 304 stainless steel, the filter can be boiled or sanitized with the full range of cleaners that we sell. The plastic HDPE is over molded onto the stainless mesh to make a seamless finish. The end cap can easily pop off for cleaning.
3" CIP adapter with 1/2" MPT threads for CIP spray ball with or without extension pipe. This is the correct size for the Brewtools F40 and F80 Unitanks.
Fluid input is TC 34mm.
Remember 34mm Tri-Clamp and gasket are needed, and also the fitting of choice for connecting fluid input.
Universal keg post o-rings can be used with both ball lock and pin lock homebrew kegs. These o-rings go on the outside of your homebrew keg posts (also referred to as body connects) which is where you connect your ball lock or pinlock quick disconnects.

Reduce heating time during your mash with the Gen 4 BrewZilla
Redistribute recirculating wort for longer heating element exposure
Improve heat distribution throughout the mash
Speed up heating times with the Heat Exchanger Dish (HED) for Gen 4 BrewZillas. This optional upgrade accessory redirects the flow of wort so that it spends more time exposed to the heating elements before reaching the center drain at the bottom of the kettle and being recirculated. Due to the concave bottom and central draining hole on the Gen 4 BrewZilla, recirculating wort will pass through the malt pipe and then down through the boiler false bottom following the path of least resistance. This can cause wort to make a B-line for the drainage hole and reduce the wort's exposure to the unit's heating elements. With the HED installed, wort will be directed to the edge of the BrewZilla base and pass over the elements for a longer period and reduce the time needed to heat to your set temperature.
For use with the Gen 4 35L BrewZilla. It is not compatible with any previous generations of BrewZillas or DigiBoils.
The HED has been pressed into a slight concave shape to match the curvature of the boiler false bottom. Includes a longer eye bolt assembly than the one included with the false bottom.
NOTE: The order of bolt to washer to nuts goes as follows. Eye bolt, washer, false bottom, washer, nut, HED, then wing nut. This is so that the eye bolt does not come completely removed when and if you clean underneath the Heat Exchanger Dish.

Everything that comes with our Deluxe kit plus some major upgrades Large 8.5-gallon brew kettle with ball valve port for easy transferring of liquids Copper wort chiller offers a quick & convenient way to chill wort — no ice bath required! Step-by-Step instruction pamphlet fine-tuned over 20 years for easy success Your choice of recipe kit included The Premium Homebrewing Starter Kit is our "get the best to start with" kit and comes with all the bells and whistles! Included in this beer brewing starter kit is a massive 8.5 gallon stainless steel brewing kettle, 7 gallon Fermonster fermenter, copper wort chiller, choice of ingredient kit, and all the time tested brewing equipment you need to make beer at home. Long story short, this kit has everything you need to start home brewing! We started with our Deluxe Homebrew Starter Kit (BRKIT20) and upgraded the brew kettle to an 8.5 gallon model. The larger volume kettle allows for Full-Boil brews which can have lighter color and better hop flavors. The included kettle spigot makes transferring liquid from your kettle to your Fermonster Fermenter safe and easy. Our kettle also includes a thermometer port with plug so that you can add a dedicated kettle thermometer at any time. You will also enjoy the new silicone handle grips and internally stamped volume markers. Then in order to quickly cool the beer after boiling we included our WC20 copper Wort Chiller (a $60 value!). To top it off, we upgraded the Fermonster by a gallon to a massive 7 gallon capacity. This can be key down the road when you want to brew certain styles of beer that foam a lot during fermentation. With smaller fermenters it can bubble right out of the top. Stay out of trouble by never making a mess! A larger kettle, wort chiller and bigger fermenter are some of the first upgrades new brewers make—save yourself the hassle and purchase these items at an amazing value as part of the Premium Homebrew Starter Kit, from Morebeer!™ The Fermonster Fermenter - A Huge Upgrade Over Standard Buckets or Glass "Carboy" Water Bottles Unlike buckets or glass carboys, the Fermonster fermenter was designed for brewing beer. It is made from tough, clear, virgin grade PET plastic so you can see the magic of fermentation. Unlike glass it will never break and shatter if dropped. It represents a huge upgrade over traditional buckets because these fermenters are much less likely to get scratched. Scratches can hold bacteria that can cause off flavors in the beer. The Fermonster comes with a built-in spigot that eliminates a long time issue in homebrewing of having to start a siphon to transfer your beer to the bottling bucket after fermentation is over. The large 4" lid allows for easily adding yeast, hops, or other additions. We also really love the molded-in level markers that tell you exactly when you have reached your desired volume. We Don't Skimp on Cleaning and Sanitizing Proper cleaning and sanitizing is one of the core tenants of making great beer. Some starter kits utilize an all-in-one cleaner/sanitizer that does neither job well. We’ve included the best-selling sanitizer for brewing, Star San. We also include Craftmeister oxygen-based cleaning tablets that make cleaning your Fermonster Fermenter a breeze. Other Upgrades That Make Brewing Easier We’ve also made a few items standard that really make the brew day easier including a thermometer for temperature monitoring and a hydrometer with testing jar for measuring sugar levels. Our reusable mesh bags allow for the easy removal of spent grain and hops at the end of the boil. The included stainless spoon is a really nice upgrade over plastic when you are stirring boiling liquids. Easy to follow, How-To Instructions with Videos & a FREE 800 Number with Actual Brewers to ask questions! We've taught hundreds of thousands of people how to brew in over 25 years. Premium Bromobutyl Lining for Flavor Purity: Engineered with high-performance Bromobutyl that is more inert than standard Chlorobutyl, ensuring a neutral, odor-free transfer with no "break-in" period or rubbery off-flavors.
Ultimate Oxygen Barrier: Protects your beer’s shelf life and delicate aromatics with a superior gas permeability barrier that outperforms EPDM and Chlorobutyl to prevent oxygen ingress.
High-Heat & Steam Resilience: Built to withstand the rigors of professional sanitation, handling continuous CIP cycles up to 225°F and intermittent steam sterilization up to 248°F.
Crush-Resistant & Rugged Construction: Features a high-tensile monofilament helix to prevent kinking in high-traffic cellars, wrapped in an abrasion- and ozone-resistant EPDM outer cover.
Hygienic, Microbe-Resistant Bore: The ultra-smooth internal bore prevents biofilm buildup and is designed for gapless integration with ForgeFit® crimped tri-clamp fittings to ensure a sanitary flow.
ForgeFit® Blue Steel Brewery Tubing
The Ultimate Bromobutyl Performance for Professional Brewing
Elevate your cellar operations with ForgeFit® Blue Steel, the premium brewery hose engineered for brewers who refuse to compromise on flavor integrity and oxygen control. While many standard hoses rely on Chlorobutyl linings, Blue Steel is crafted from high-performance Bromobutyl—setting a new benchmark for durability, purity, and protection.
Why Bromobutyl? The "Blue Steel" Advantage
The choice of lining material is the difference between a good beer and a world-class one. Here is how our Bromobutyl lining outperforms the industry-standard Chlorobutyl:
1. Neutral Flavor Profile from Day One
Chlorobutyl hoses often require a rigorous "break-in" period or chemical soaks to remove lingering rubbery odors. Bromobutyl is inherently more inert and neutral. With Blue Steel, you get a clean, odor-free transfer immediately, protecting your beer from unwanted "off-flavors" or leachables.
2. Higher Temperature Resilience for CIP
Bromobutyl’s unique chemical structure allows it to withstand higher temperature spikes compared to standard Chlorobutyl. While common linings might soften or degrade over 200°F, Blue Steel is designed to handle continuous CIP cycles up to 225°F and intermittent steam sterilization up to 248°F.
3. Superior Oxygen Barrier
Beer’s greatest enemy is oxygen. Bromobutyl offers significantly lower gas permeability than both EPDM and Chlorobutyl. This creates a near-impenetrable wall against O2 ingress during transfer, ensuring your delicate aromatics and shelf life remain exactly as intended.

ForgeFit's rubber hose bumper is the ideal choice for brewery hose ends. Rather than being made from rigid plastic, the soft silicone is designed to absorb impact and help protect hose end fittings that are being continuously picked up and dropped to the floor. The bumper will also keep the hose ends raised off the floor to keep the fittings sanitized and avoid contamination. The two large handles allow you to pick up a hot hose without grabbing onto it directly.
This bumper requires some forceful stretching to get over the 1.5" TC fitting.
1.49" ID to stretch over most 1" brewery hoses.
The LinkTech 60PS Series is a lineup of premium plastic Quick Disconnects. These High Quality QDs are made from medical grade polypropylene, a high-strength plastic that is temperature tolerant 160° (Max!), and can handle pressure ranging from a vacuum to 60 psi. All of the 60PS Series will interconnect, and these units will also work seamlessly (and leaklessly!) with CPC Quick Disconnects of the same internal 3/8” flow path. O-rings are a EPDM Rubber, and internal valve springs are constructed from 316 Stainless steel.
This is a Female Socket, which can connect to any H501 Series Male Plug. It has 1/2" Male NPT threading for use with any products equipped with 1/2" Female NPT. This QD is equipped with a shutoff valve. When not connected to another QD, this will not allow any flow.
While not quite as bulletproof as our Stainless Steel Quick Disconnects, this lineup is still incredibly durable, and does offer a few advantages. These can be set up with Shutoffs, which will prevent flow when disconnected, and can be incredibly useful on Pump or Glycol systems. The pricing of these products is more economical, yet the plastic is still medical grade. All in all, these are a premium lineup of quick disconnects with great features and lots of options.

For best results we always recommend ordering an ice pack with your liquid yeast.
Please Note: When choosing an ice pack option beware that the liquid yeast will not arrive cold even when shipped together. Ice packs and insulated mailing options are designed to keep the yeast colder for longer during shipment, but they will not ensure that your yeast arrives cold. We will not replace liquid yeast that arrives warm. During warmer months we strongly recommend you choose dry yeast.
The Quantor MiniChilly 17 is highly recommended by Brewtools for chilling their F-series Unitanks. These glycol chillers are compact, high-quality units often used in professional settings. Made from stainless steel components and easy to install. They feature an integrated pump with a stirring function that ensures even temperatures throughout the reservoir. Rather than individual pumps for each fermenter, this unit is intended to be provide cooling solution to a single chilling loop where each fermenter will call for glycol circulation independently via solenoid valves. The MiniChilly 17 is recommended for up to 8 x 150L fermentation tanks of which 3 are cold crashed, or up to 4 x 300L fermentation tanks of which 1 is cold crashed.
Check out the Brewtools cooling system page for setup details and recommended accessories for building a chilling loop with the MiniChilly 17.
