Finally, a purpose-built fermentation chamber! Homebrewers have been repurposing refrigerators for fermentation temperature control since as far back as we can remember—and with good reason. These appliances provide excellent insulation from outside temperatures, are usually large enough to fit a typical fermenter used for 5-gallon batches, and provide incredibly even temperature distribution compared to immersed cooling coils. But to call the RAPT a refrigerator made for brewers would be doing this unit a huge disservice. KegLand has engineered a fermentation chamber that cools, heats, and automatically guides your beer through your very own programmed fermentation profiles which can be monitored and controlled remotely via WiFi or Bluetooth.
Virtually any homemade product can be greatly improved with perfect temperature control. The RAPT Fermentation Chamber gives you an electrically efficient means of setting, monitoring and controlling temperature which is perfect for beer making, wine making, salami making, leavening bread, fermenting yogurt, kombucha, kimchi, sauerkraut, making cheers, spirit washes, germinating seeds, growing sprouts, and much, much more. Accurate temp control is one of the most crucial factors to getting reliable and repeatable results.
The RAPT's control panel comes complete with an integrated color TFT screen. The 4-button color display conveniently shows a log of historic temperature graphs, allows you to start/set/stop temperature profiles, and gives you access to other critical information for that particular fermentation. An integrated secondary regulator can be used to regulate gas into the fridge with the Duotight In-Line Regulator on one side, and on the other you can install an integrated BlowTie 2 Spunding Valve to regulate residual pressure in your fermenter.
For more accurate readings of the core temperature of your fermenter, we highly recommend using a thermowell and the 6.5 ft. probe extension. If you're using a FermZilla, check out this thermowell with Duotight bulkhead.
Perfect as a Kegerator too!
This multipurpose fridge can also be used as a kegerator. In particularly cold climates where the ambient temp is below zero, this fridge can warm your kegs and prevent them from freezing. This fridge also has a higher keg storage capacity than a conventional kegerator that takes up the same footprint. This unit can hold 4 x 5-gallon kegs on the floor and has enough headroom that you can also fit another layer of 2.5-gallon half size kegs above. To fit beer taps you can drill your own holes through the door.
What is RAPT?
RAPT is a dedicated Internet of Things (IOT) Hub for fermentation logging and control. It's a free service whereby any RAPT-enabled product can both log and store data to the hub where you can conveniently access it. The RAPT hub can also allow you to control your devices remotely giving you absolute control of the device irrespective of where you are. The RAPT portal enables you to make complex temperature profiles that involve different temperature settings over time meaning you can start/run a temp profile giving you a set and forget experience. The RAPT portal also controls the alert/notification process for you so you can receive email notifications in the off chance that something doesn't go to plan.

Why Buy a Fridge Over a Glycol Chiller?
Although we've had great success controlling fermentation temps with an immersed cooling apparatus with a glycol chiller providing the cooling solution, these setups do present several potential issues:
Glycol chillers often require a very cold liquid to enter into a fermenter causing an excessively cold part in the fermenter core which leads to uneven temperature distribution.
Glycol chillers consume significant amounts of power and in most instances more than double what this fridge would consume.
Glycol chillers often result in spilling sticky glycol especially when hoses are connected and disconnected to the fermenter.
Glycol chillers generally require penetrations through the walls/lid of the fermenter making the fermenter less sanitary and requiring more cleaning.
Often fermenters are not made with sufficient insulation, so when using a glycol chiller much of the chilling is lost to the ambient environment. This is not only power inefficient but you can end up with a large temperature gradient. This temperature gradient can result in convection currents in the fermenter that make it difficult for yeast and other solids to settle out of suspension so clarification of the beer takes significantly longer.
Many glycol chillers and fermenter combinations do not have sufficient power or are not well enough insulated to cool to sub-freezing temperatures so cold crashing is not possible. This is a significant compromise to a temperature-controlled solution and also results in less ability to clarify the finished beer.
For these reasons KegLand has developed the world's first dedicated RAPT-enabled fermentation chamber that can cool down to -2°C (28°F) and heat up to 50°C (122°F) even in hot and cold weather.

About Perlick Forward Sealing Beer Faucets:
The #1 feature of the Perlick faucet is its forward sealing design. Why is that so important? An ordinary, rear-sealing faucet closes by pushing a shuttle against the faucet shank, at the rear of the faucet. So once the tap is closed the faucet is still full of beer that has to be drained out. There is actually a pin hole in the back of an ordinary faucet that allows beer to drain. Because of this design, leftover beer residue inside the faucet makes operation sticky and can harbor bacteria which harm your beer’s flavor as it flows through the faucet. In the Perlick faucet, with its Forward Sealing design, beer only has to drain from the short 1" nozzle section. This allows it to always operate smoothly (even when it was not cleaned between uses) and greatly reduces contamination!.
In case yours got too close to the flame on your brewing system. Probes can also be damaged by kinking which will cause a controller to give an inaccurate, high, reading. This is a replacement wire and thermistor for our line of Ranco controllers. The sensor probe is 1/4 in diameter and works well with the Stopper or Coupler Thermowells. Temperature Range of -30 to 220F. 8 ft. long.
Probes are water-resistant, but not water proof.
Pairs perfectly with the EnoItalia Jolly 60 and Jolly 180 Reverse series crusher destemmers Position the selection table below the Jolly Reverse unit to receive grapes for further sorting and quality control Vibrating action evenly spreads grapes on the table surface for easy visual inspection Raisins, underripe grapes, moldy grapes, etc. are removed by hand so you end up with the best must possible for winemaking Features variable speed control, rolling casters, and height-adjustable legs Vibrating sorting tables are considered the gold standard of sorting, allowing you to make the very highest quality wine from your grapes. They are amazing for removing raisins, underripe grapes, moldy grapes, etc in addition to all MOG (Matter Other than Grapes) such as stems, leaves, and any other foreign material. While they offer the potential of immaculately clean must you do need at least two quick people to work the sorting table. If labor is an issue, consider our Jolly 60 Reverse with Built-in Automatic Sorting Table. While the auto sort will not reach the absolute pinnacle of pristine fruit that a vibrating sorting table with great labor can, great labor is getting harder to find! The Vibrating Selection Table pairs perfectly with the EnoItalia Jolly 60 and Jolly 180 Reverse series crusher destemmers. The table is made entirely of 304 stainless steel with a micro-shot peening surface treatment. Position the table below the Jolly Reverse unit to receive grapes for further sorting and quality control. Grapes drop down onto a slotted area where oxidized juice and seeds are automatically dropped into a collection pan. From there the vibrating action evenly spreads grapes on the table surface for easy visual inspection where moldy, damaged grapes, raisins, stems, leaves or any debris that made it through the destemmer can be removed by hand. The support frame is equipped with 4 swivel casters, telescopic legs that can be adjusted to three different height positions, and 4"-high product containment side rails. The constant advancement of grapes down the sorting table is enabled by the use of two 0.37 kW vibrating motors that cause grapes to 'dance' down the table. The operating portion of the table is 31.5" wide by 10' long. A removable grate complete with DN 50 connection allows the elimination of liquid from the slotted discharge area. As standard, it is supplied complete with a CE-compliant electrical panel and an electronic speed variator. Grapes can either gravity drop off into a waiting collection bin or an optional EnoItalia grape crusher, along with must pump, can be placed at the end of the sorting table. Inquire with our sales staff for more information. Specs: Internal Width: 31.5" Table Length: 10 ft. Capacity: 2-10 ton/h 1.5 kW

304 stainless steel splash resistant construction
Industrial design using commericial quality components for long life and easy serviceability
Digital power reading for precise repeatability. No more guessing if you found the sweet spot on the dial
Outlet fully disconnected when powered off for added safety, unlike some one-leg designs
Linear power control for better repeatability at low power settings
Wall mount bracket allows you to get the controller off the table and out of the way
Dial your brew day up to 11 with the BrewBuilt™ Boil Vigor Controller! This controller allows you to control the current of a 208-240V heating element up to 30 amps. Perfect for dialing in your boil vigor for more consistent boil-off rates or adjusting the heat input to a still wash pot. The controller works by adjusting the percentage of power delivered to the heating element. The power is increased in a linear fashion from 0 to 100% as you adjust the dial from 1 to 11. Features industrial-style power switch, dial knob, and digital amm meter mounted on a splash resistant stainless steel enclosure. Pre-cut mounting holes allow you to hang the controller on your brew stand on the wall at eye-level. We highly recommend mounting the controller so you don't have to worry about keeping an area of your table dry where you might lay it down. L6-30 connections with 4 ft. cords on either end. Compatible with all 208-240V elements 30 amps and lower. While L6-30 are the most common elements available, yours may need an adapter.
The Boil Vigor Controller uses a generously overrated SSR with a very large fan-cooled heatsink for better reliability. An SSR's life expectancy is directly related to its operating temperature, and this unit is built with the lowest Q heat dissipation system offered at the homebrewing level. It includes a contactor to fully shut off both legs when you throw the power switch, making the free end of the cord safer when the element is not plugged in. The display gives you a reading of the actual current being consumed by your element in Amps. On some systems, a small change in the adjustment makes a large current change at the element, especially at lower settings used during hop stands and distillation. The BrewBuilt controller provides a linear control and a digital readout to eliminate the guessing, allowing you to focus on your process and not your equipment.
If you'd prefer not to mount the controller to your wall, consider the stainless steel Controller Stand.
**Caution: In order to avoid injury or death we strongly recommend using a GFCI in any circuit used near water. You can find one here.**
The GOfermentor consists of three components, the GObase, the GOfermentorNET controller, and the single-use GOliner. The GObase is a reusable, rigid outer container, which holds the GOliner. Since the wine does not contact the GObase, it can be reused with a simple wipe down. It folds for compact storage. A panel with electrical components attaches to the GObase for control of punch-down, temperature, press, and other functions.

Advanced Winemaking
The GOfermentor brings advanced technology to winemaking, providing greater control of fermentation parameters, resulting in better quality wine, everytime. Automated punch. Built-in press. No cleaning. No waste water. No installation.
The GOfermentor is a patented automated wine making device that ferments in single-use liners. This system not only eliminates punchdown labor, but also pressed the wine out with a click of a button. Water usage is vastly reduced (by 90% on average). No washing, no steaming, no detergents. Minimal waste water generation helps the environment.
Automatic Punch
Instead of the traditional "punch down", the GOfermentor performs a "punch-up"! This unique concept is only made possible by the use of flexible bag technology, and is the secret to the GOfermentor's superior extraction of color and flavor. The advanced instrumentation logs data, events and alarms. A Smart-phone app allows remote monitoring and control over the Internet from anywhere in the world. Optional sampling tube allows samples to be withdrawn at any time. The sampling tube includes a temperature sensor.
How the Press Works
Remove temperature probe, insert perforated stainless pressing tube. Remove vent valve and cap. Connect pressing tube via a crush-proof hose to a pump. Pump must be self-priming and have at least 2" discharge ports. Start the pump. The head-space will vacuum out. Then the clear free-run wine will flow out from the GOliner to the collection container. Any skins, seeds, and stems will remain in the liner. Once free-run stops, activate the Press function to inflate, squeezing the pomace dry. Then disconnect, and discard the GOliner containing waste pomace.
Temperature Control
The GOcooler optional stainless steel heat exchanger plate can be placed under the GOliner and connected to chilled water or glycol. The heat exchanger has a control valve that automatically maintains the desired temperature during the fermentation. It can also be used to heat.

Temperature control is one of the most important aspects of a healthy, happy fermentation. When your fermenting beer gets too hot, the yeast will likely impart off-flavors that can easily overwhelm the taste of your finished beer. The Ludicrous Coil offers a ludicrous amount of surface area (which means more cooling capacity) compared to other chilling coils you'll find. Not only does it manage your fermentation temperature with ease, the Ludicrous Coil has the capacity to chill beer to cold crashing temperatures when used with glycol and insulation. A truly unparalleled unit when it comes to in-solution chilling. You will also need a cold water source to provide the cooling solution. For maintaining ale temperatures, a cooler or bucker of ice water is sufficient in most cases and this method works well with the BrewBuilt Chiller Pump Kit. For maintaining lager temperatures or cold crashing, we recommend the IceMaster Max 2 Glycol Chiller and the Insulated Tubing Set. Sanitary all stainless steel construction with 3/8" OD inlet/outlet. No more boil overs, no more blow-off tubes. Once you’ve used Foam Control you’ll never brew without it again! Foam control does just what its name suggests--it reduces foam production during the hot-break portion of the boil, and it reduces the amount of krausen developed during fermentation. Also known as FermCap S, Foam Control does not affect the head on your finished beer. In fact, it can actually increase the head by retaining head-forming compounds that would have been blown off during fermentation. It will settle-out of your beer before bottling or kegging as it is actually absorbed onto the surface of the yeast cells and filter media. Add two drops per gallon at start of fermentation. Comes in an eye dropper bottle for easy use. 1 oz is good for about 50 x 5-gallon batches of beer. Also available in bulk 1 gallon size. Note: Keeps best when stored in the refrigerator. Independently controlled feeding hopper and destemming chamber Destemming chamber/basket with anti-tear design is gentle on grapes to reduce skin abrasion Unique chamber-mounted wiper cleanly moves destemmed grapes to the exit 13 tons per hour processing capacity Integrated washing system for quick cleanings between varietals or after an extended break Made in Italy by EnoItalia The Jolly 100 Reverse Destemmer from our partners at EnoItalia features three adjustable speed motors to allow for independent control of the feeding hopper, the destemming process, and the roller group. Along with adjustability in the destemming bar and then on gap setting in the sorting process you can really dial in the machine for your application. Jolly 100 Reverse EnoItalia's newest destemmer, the Jolly 100 Reverse is the ideal processing unit for smaller wineries looking for top-quality processing at an affordable price. The loading hopper features a mechanical speed variable motor so you can control the flow of grape bunches into the destemming chamber. The destemming bar and basket are separately controlled by a variable frequency drive that allows you to turn a dial to set the right speed. Separate control of these processes allows you to find the balance between speed and quality and helps the machine from being overloaded at either stage. The destemming chamber is made with a gentle anti-tear design to reduce grape skin abrasion. The holes in the basket are deep punched through thicker stainless steel, from the inside out, and then bead blasted to remove any sharp edges. The destemming bar features fingers with adjustable rubber tips to ensure a gentle touch on your grapes. The destemming chamber and the destemming bar move in opposite or "reverse" direction for best performance. The receiving hopper features perforated drainage holes to allow juice, sometimes found in the bottom of picking bins, to exit before entering the destemming chamber. There is a 1.5" hose barb for connecting tubing that runs into a collection bucket. That juice is most often discarded. The Jolly 60 features some key upgrades over the Jolly40 that allow for even more gentle processing. The Jolly 60 has a higher production, is quick to adjust and even more gentle on your grapes. We suggest you first take the time to read through the Jolly 40. Centrifugal Processing - the Jolly 40 features a non-rotating destemming basket where the grapes fall through and are moved to the collection tank via a stainless screw feed. The Jolly 60 features a basket that also rotates. This design is more effective at removing stems. It also has the benefit of using a spiral, rubber coated wiper blade welded to the basket that more gently pushes destemmed grapes to the collection tank. By comparison the Jolly40 uses a stainless screw under the basket to move grapes to the collection tank. Adjustable Rubber Tipped Destemming Shaft - Instead of rigid paddles on the Jolly40 the Jolly60 features adjustable tips that can help reduce jacks (bits of stems) in certain situations. Additionally the tips are cylindrical instead of paddle shaped. This an option we choose from the manufacturer and is not reflected in the photo. Processing Advantages Vrs. Jolly 40

The collection tank, located at the bottom of the machine, consists of a stainless bin with a stainless auger feed that is driven by the machine. It pushes crushed grapes into your awaiting rubber impeller must pump where the must is moved into your fermenter. Rubber impeller pumps like the Enoitalia EURO 60 must pump will do a good job unless the grapes are dry (high skin, less flesh). The Euro 60 is also a good choice because it has so many other uses in the winery. You can remove the collection tank altogether, allowing the must to drop via gravity, which allows you to do one of two things. First you have the option to wheel in a true commercial quality eliptical must pump, such as the Enotialia Gamma 80, designed for commercial crush pads. Eliptical must pumps are big pumps with 3" outlet tubing that allows for a gentler transfer and are also better for dry (small berry, less flesh) fruit. The Gamma 80 is the smallest version of a true crush pad must pump, perfectly suited for this machine. A second option if you remove the reception hopper is to just allow the fruit to drop via gravity into containers and transfer that manually to macrobins. Of course the latter option is only feasible with a strong back and very small lots, but sometimes that is a nice option to have. Features:

Along with adjustability in the destemming bar and then on gap setting in the sorting process you can really dial in the machine for your application. Jolly 60 Reverse EnoItalia's newest destemmer, the Jolly 60 Reverse is the ideal processing unit for smaller wineries looking for top-quality processing at an affordable price. Optional Accessories: The Jolly Reverse can be custom ordered with the below accessories. Contact our Sales Team today to inquire. The Euro 60 Flexible Impeller pump is a 3" T.C. self-priming pump with a Stainless Steel head, controlled via a frequency inverter that allows for flow control from 0 - 100 gal / minute. These units can be controlled via the remote control on a 30' cord, or from the control panel mounted on the pump itself. Pumps are reversible, self-priming up to 15', and can be used with wine, juice, or must.
The wheeled pump cart allows for easy movement and maneuverability around the winery or crushpad, and stainless steel construction insures that it'll survive through hectic wine seasons! Completely food grade components have no impact on the quality of the wine, and a low shear value due to the larger TC fittings.
This pump is a true all around winery pump because it can be used with must and wine. If you have a commercial crush pad with a larger destemmer crusher like a Jolly40 or above, and you process small berries, you will want to consider the Gamma 80 as it works better with dry fruit (lots of skin and not as much flesh). However the Euro60 works well with most musts and then can be your work horse to move must and wine in the winery, making it a great value you can use year around.
Although the Euro 60 is self-priming, the pump should never be run dry.

Variable speed, motorized unit offers a precise level of control when processing grapes
Stainless steel construction throughout
Adjustable rubber rollers can be removed in order to destem whole grapes
Collection tank with auger feed pushed crushed grapes to an awaiting must pump, or can be removed for gravity feeding
3 tons per hour processing capacity
Made in Italy by EnoItalia
A great machine for the small winery who is seeking a gentle processing but wants to avoid a high price tag. This is the only machine on the market near this price point that allows you this level of flexibility. The most important feature is variable speed control, via a built in electronic frequency drive, that allows you to slow down or speed up to best adjust the machine to the fruit you are processing. The second key feature is an adjustable rubber roller assembly that can be removed when destemming only is preferred. The reception hopper can be connected to a rubber impeller must pump for an affordable must moving solution or can be removed to allow other ways of moving the must.
The Collection Tank
The collection tank, located at the bottom of the machine, consists of a stainless bin with a stainless auger feed that is driven by the machine. It pushes crushed grapes into your awaiting rubber impeller must pump where the must is moved into your fermenter. However, you can remove the collection tank altogether, allowing the must to drop via gravity, which allows you to do one of two things. The Gamma 80 is the smallest version of a true must pump, perfectly suited for this machine. A second option if you remove the reception hopper is to just allow the fruit to drop via gravity into containers and transfer that manually to macrobins. Of course the latter option is only feasible with a strong back and very small lots, but sometimes that is a nice option to have.
The collection tank has a feed outlet on both sides. The side you are not using will need to be capped with a 2.5" end cap, clamp and gasket which are not included.
Removable Rollers
The rollers can be unbolted and removed from the machine, allowing for destemming only. It is a nice option to have for some fruit types you may choose not to crush.
Limitations
If you are consistently doing late harvest grapes with dry stems you should choose the Jolly60 over the Jolly 40. If you are running large volumes we really recommend you choose the Jolly 60. The standard basket is not ideal for processing Muscadine grapes.

This Ranco temperature controller is the perfect option for the "DIY" homebrewer. While it comes with the temperature probe and all of the standard internals, it doesn't include the power cord (that you plug into the wall), or the input cord (where you would plug your device into).
These cords are fairly easy to wire on your own, but not having them already attached allows you to customize your temperature controlled fermentation setup! Whether you would like to hard wire a device into the unit, or have an extra long cord available, this temperature controller is the solution!

Use and Care
pH meters usually start performing poorly because of problems with the probe. The two parts of the pH probe that cause problems are the glass sensing bulb and the reference junction.
Sensing bulb
The glass bulb loses sensitivity with use and will eventually fail. This is true of all pH probes.
Reference junction
The reference junction is a small hole that allows the meter to compare the sample to a reference. The reading is generated based on the electrical difference between the sample and reference. If the junction hole gets clogged, the pH probe will no longer function.
You can extend the life of your pH electrode in the following ways.
Storage
The pH probe needs to be kept hydrated. Long periods of dry storage will damage the sensitivity of the probe. Allowing the probe to dry out may also result in the junction hole getting clogged.
Store the pH probe in storage solution MA9015. Only use tap water short-term if MA9015 is not immediately available and NEVER store in distilled Water (DI) or Reverse Osmosis (RO) water. This will damage the sensitivity of the probe.
This best way to store the probe is with the probe's cap filled with MA9015 Storage Solution and the cap tightened to prevent leakage. It is also recommended that to store the electrode upright to further reduce the potential for leakage.
Cleaning
Residue from the sample can impact the sensitivity of the sensing bulb and block the junction. This is especially true if the sample has a lot of organic material. We recommend regularly soaking the probe in MA9016 Cleaning Solution for about 20 minutes.
Calibration
The pH sensing bulbs become less sensitive over time so make sure that you are calibrating reguarly to keep your PRO pH controller accurate. Also, calibrate after cleaning or a long period of storage.

This temperature and defrost controller is required when using a Kreyer defrost kit. The temperature control unit controls room/cooler/cave/cellar temperature when used in conjunction with a Kreyer fan unit. Kreyer fan units are plumbed to a Kreyer Glycol cooling unit. This unit turns on and off an optional solenoid placed at the inlet of the fan unit, which allows chilled glycol to enter the coils on the fan unit, while also turning on the fan(s) that blow cold air out into the room. When using a Kreyer Fan unit for below freezing temperatures, you must also use their matching defrost kit. Kreyer Defrost Kits consist of an electric heating element or spiral and are fitted directly to their respective fan unit cooling fins. The Defrost Kit melts any iced condensate that can accumulate on the fins when the fan is used with Glycol-Water set below the freezing point. The Defrost Kit will periodically melt any iced condensate allowing you to use your fan unit at low temperatures. For use with MR, SD-S, SD Plus, and TA Kreyer Fan Units. For a fan unit temperature controller to be used above freezing temperatures, see our GLY980.
The Milwaukee Instruments MP810 Dosing Pump lets you easily automate dosing. The pump offers a maximum pressure of 1.5 bar or more than 50 feet of head pressure with a 0.39628 GPH dosing flow, aprox. 9.5 GPD.
