Yeast across the World have a new best friend, the OxyWand™. Insert the areation wand into your fermenter and pump in thousands of microscopic oxygen bubbles for 1-2 minutes to improve the health of your yeast. Healthy yeast produce amazing flavors and have the stamina to completely finish fermentation.
That is not the only reason yeast love the OxyWand™. Yeast hate to compete with bacteria and you hate to drink them. Sintered stainless stones are made of tightly compressed stainless steel powder to create a porous block through which oxygen can flow. This micro maze is also the perfect environment for bacteria to live in after the stone has been used once in wort. That is why we love to boil our stones prior to use. The stone on the OxyWand™ is connected via a 1/4" flare fitting and can easily be removed and cleaned after use and then boiled before your next brew day.
The assembly is 26" long and will easily reach the bottom of glass carboys, dropped into stainless conicals, Speidel fermenters, etc. The 2 micron size stone works well with both compressed oxygen or aeration pumps. You will want to use 1/4" tubing. See the recommended regulator below to connect to disposable style compressed oxygen cylinders available from your local hardware store. See the high-pressure, deep water style air pump to use with regular air.
The advantage of using compressed oxygen to oxygenate is speed - you can oxygenate your wort in 60 seconds as opposed to 30-120 minutes with aeration. The advantage of using a pump for aeration is cost - you never have to buy compressed oxygen cylinders.
Produce even tastier beers with your Speidel Braumeister by limiting oxygen exposure during the brewing process. Exposure to oxygen in the brewing process can impact the flavor of the final beer and negatively affect the flavor retention and shelf life. This is especially crucial for lighter, malt-forward beers that have less hops, such as lagers, pilsners and wheat beers. With the Low Oxygen kit you can minimize oxygen exposure during mashing, cooling, and transferring to your fermenter. Make the malt character in your beers shine brighter and last longer!

Commercial quality beer bottle caps to keep your brew safe and sound from bottling day until you're ready to enjoy it. You will get a good firm seal that will last through transport, gift giving, and storage with these gold bottle caps. These bottle caps crimp down onto the beer bottle and make a firm seal. They don’t rust or leak and they contain an Oxygen absorbing agent in the liner, which means you won’t get any unwanted oxidation. A good value for a great product.
26 mm diameter caps fit American bottles. Some imported bottles and some sparkling wine bottles use a 29 mm cap instead. We recommend test fitting prior to filling if you're re-using an imported bottle.
Important to note: It is recommended that you only sanitize as many caps as you'll require at the time of bottling. The oxygen-absorbing agent is activated when the cap gets wet. If wetted caps are saved for later use, they'll still function as a normal cap, but the oxygen absorbing agent may be depleted.
Clean up your beer and give it that sparkling clarity you see in commercial brews. Filtering removes yeast and dry-hop sediment, both of which can impart off flavors. It's also a great way to give your beer that extra edge in competition. This two-pack of filter pads are for use with our FIL45 series of plate filters. Rough pads will provide between 5-7 Micron filtration.
Add great fruit flavor and aroma to your beer or kombucha with our natural fruit flavorings. Best if added just prior to bottling. We recommend you start by adding 2 oz per 5 gallon batch and then add more according to your taste. Contains no sugar or haze-causing pectins.
Glycol, Caramel Color(Sulfites), and Sodium Benzoate. Contains Sulfites

Sourvisiae® is a modern fermentation solution that produces sour beers through one simple fermentation step
Clean and neutral flavor, ideal for traditional and modern sour beer styles and an excellent base for fruited sours
Sourvisiae® is a bioengineered (GMO) strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae
Lallemand premium brewing yeast offers brewers unmatched consistency, reliability and purity from one batch of beer to the next
Sourvisiae® is a bioengineered ale yeast strain (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) capable of producing lactic acid during fermentation to provide brewers with an easy, reproducible, and mono-culture product for sour-style beer production.
Sourvisiae® contains a single genetic modification, a lactate dehydrogenase gene from a food microorganism, which enables the yeast to produce high levels of lactic acid, the main compound that gives sour beers their flavor. Sourvisiae® allows the brewer to ferment and sour the beer in one simple step, reducing cross-contamination risks, lowering costs, cutting total process time, and allowing brewers to obtain a consistent product. The brewing process is conducted without any modifications; Sourvisiae® is pitched just like conventional yeast and ferments in a normal fermentation time. Sourvisiae® does not produce other flavor compounds associated with Brettanomyces, Lachancea, or Lactic Acid Bacteria, providing a cleaner and more reproducible souring process, with much shorter fermentation times.
Microbiological Properties
Classified as a bioengineered Saccharomyces cerevisiae, a top-fermenting yeast. Finished product is released to the market only after passing a rigorous series of tests. *According to the ASBC and EBC methods of analysis.
Typical Analysis of Sourvisiae® Yeast:
Percent solids 93% – 96%
Living Yeast Cells ≥ 5 x 10 9 per gram of dry yeast
Wild Yeast < 1 per 10 6 yeast cells
Bacteria < 1 per 10 6 yeast cells
Brewing Properties
In Lallemand’s standard conditions, wort at 20°C (68°F), Sourvisiae® yeast exhibits:
Vigorous fermentation that can be completed in 5 days
Medium to High Attenuation and Medium to High Flocculation
Highly acidic and slightly fruity flavor and aroma
The optimal temperature range for Sourvisiae® yeast when producing traditional styles is 15°C (59°F) to 22°C (72°F).
Fermentation rate, fermentation time and degree of attenuation are dependent on inoculation density, yeast handling, fermentation temperature and nutritional quality of the wort.
Attenuation may appear lower due to the formation of lactic acid. Production of lactic acid does not result in a loss of CO2. When sugar is consumed to produce lactic acid, there is no change in density. Therefore, the amount of residual sugar in the finished beer is lower than the final density would imply.
This yeast produces a very acidic beer, with final beer pHs in the range of 3.0 and lactic acid in the range of 8 – 15g/L. Vigorous fermentation can be completed within 5 days.
The resulting flavor and aroma profile of the beer is a slightly fruity acidic beer. Because of the resulting low pH and highly acidic conditions, we do not recommend re-pitching this yeast.
Flavor and Aroma
Tangy, sour, slightly fruity

Wide mouth carboys are the easiest glass fermenter to clean with plenty of room to get your arm inside to scrub
Add bagged flavoring additions and remove them freely when finished—this can be nearly impossible with traditional narrow neck glass carboys
Watch fermentation activity as it's happening! The ultimate advantage of translucent glass or plastic fermenters
Ported lid with removable cap sized for a #5 stopper & airlock
Carrying harness included for easier handling
Glass carboys have been a staple of the brewing and winemaking world for generations, but traditional tight neck carboys aren't without their limitations. Standard glass carboys can be difficult to clean after fermentation and require a siphon or racking cane to transfer liquid out. The wide mouth carboy is extremely easy to clean—simply removing the lid allows you to get your hand or arm all the way inside to scrub away stubborn sediment. And with a convenient spigot at the bottom, you can transfer liquid out of the vessel with ease.
Each carboy comes with a carrying harness. See below for optional stainless steel spigots.
Features:
Gasketed lid for tight seal
Included carrying harness
Ported lid ready for #5 stopper & airlock
Plastic spigot with 3/8" OD barb (tapers from 10-12mm)
20mm (0.78") diameter spigot hole
165mm (6.5") lid opening
Continuous thread, 5mm pitch
Please note: The carrying harness should not be used to move the vessel when full. The airlock lid is primarily recommended for short fermentations.
Enzymatic Blend for Dry Beers: Brutzyme by CellarScience combines amyloglucosidase, alpha amylase, and pullulanase to break down starches and dextrins, enabling the production of low-gravity, dry-finish beers like Brut IPAs.
Effective Fermentation Aid: Designed to hydrolyze starches into fermentable sugars, Brutzyme ensures yeast can fully ferment the sugars, resulting in exceptionally dry beers.
Easy to Use: Add 1/4 tsp per 5 gallons at the start of fermentation, directly into the fermenter along with the yeast. It works optimally between 50-68°F and a pH range of 4-5.5.
Brutzyme by CellarScience is an enzymatic blend used to produce dry beers. Amyloglucosidase, alpha amylase, and pullulanase enable the hydrolysis of starch and dextrins into fermentable sugars that yeast can ferment. Perfect for making Brut IPAs or any other style where a low gravity, dry finish is desired.
Use:
Add 1/4 tsp per 5 gallons at the beginning of fermentation. Brutzyme can be added directly to the fermenter at the same time yeast is pitched. Works best at a temperature range between 50-68°F and a pH of 4-5.5.
Additional Notes:
Brutzyme is a mix of amyloglucosidase, a-amylase, pullulanase and other dextrinases capable of breaking down the α-1,4 and α-1,6 glycosidic linkages of starch, dextrins and oligosaccharides completely into fermentable sugars. Brutzyme is extremely affective for making very dry beers, especially Brut IPAs. Store at temperatures under 70°F.
The recommended shelf life is 12 months from the date the package is opened.

Traditional Bomber glass beer bottles
Perfect for splitting between two drinkers or sampling for a small group (or to simply cut down on bottling time!)
Thick amber glass offers better protection against UV rays compared to green or clear glass
Two cases of 12 bottles are enough to package just over 4 gallons of finished beer
Rather than labeling, you can color code your homebrew with different colored bottle caps
Pallet sku is 60 cases
Traditional 22 oz longneck beer bottles, often referred to as "beer bomber bottles", take standard crown caps (26 mm). 12 bottles per case, with dividers. These bomber bottles are thicker and darker than most other bottles, offering better protection against UV rays and preventing your beer from becoming lightstruck. These bottles are used by the likes of Stone, Speakeasy, Drakes, Knee Deep and even Anheuser Busch.
The displacement caused by a 3/8" bottle filler (B411) leaves the perfect amount of headspace in your bottle. Significantly reduce your bottling time by switching from 12 oz bottles to 22 oz bottles. Two cases of this classic beer bottle will house a standard 5 gallon batch of homebrew (you may need an extra bottle or two if you ended up with a full five gallons). Fits all standard (26 mm) pry-off and universal style crown caps.
Don't forget your bottle caps. We stock over 10 different colors and styles of crown caps! Skip labelling your bottles by identifying them with colored crown caps.

Upgrade Gen 3 and Gen 4 BrewZillas with a clear sight glass to monitor volume levels throughout your brewing process Replaces the solid metal recirculation pipe so you can check volume levels even while the malt pipe is draining The PPSU sight glass now comes standard on Gen 4.1 BrewZillas *Requires measuring, cutting, and assembly*
This upgrade kit is suitable for BrewZilla Gen 3 and Gen 4 breweries. This will enable you to see the liquid level through the incredibly strong and crack resistant PPSU sight glass. This can be quite handy when you're sparging to a known level as the malt pipe would normally be sitting on top of the halo ring making it difficult to see the liquid level from the indentation markings inside the BrewZilla. Assembly Required: You will also need plumbers tape or food grade Loctite for the female camlock x female 1/2" fitting that comes on the BrewZilla's recirculation arm. The BrewZilla's camlock fitting is reused in the assembly of the sight glass, do not dispose of it prematurely. Please note: This kit includes a one size fits all sight glass for multiple models and sizes. You will need to cut down the 39" PPSU tube to fit your specific model of BrewZilla depending on the length of the recirculation arm. We recommend purchasing the Pipe Cutter to cut the tube cleanly. See the video below showing you how to measure and install this on a BrewZilla. A clarifier that has received attention on The Brewing Network and is used by several of our commercial brewer friends. While beers cloud for different reasons and there is not one silver bullet to clear all beers, Biofine has proven effective in most situations. It is an easy way to help ensure clarity without having to filter. Biofine strips out all remaining yeast in 24-48 hours! Speeds up the aging and clarify process by 2-3 weeks! You'll find a layer of darker yeast that settles on top of your yeast bed in your fermenter. This layer is thicker than normal and acts as a blanket. This settling process avoids your yeast from being disturbed as you move your carboy. Biofine brings out maltiness and accentuates esters produced by yeast. Biofine Clear is a purified colloidal solution of silicic acid (SiO2) in water that has been specially formulated for the rapid sedimentation of yeast and other haze forming particles in beer. (Vegan friendly - no animal products) Shelf life is 24 months from date of manufacture, unopened. Dosage Rates: 1/4 Tbsp (3.6 ml or 1/10oz) to as much as 2 Tbsp (29.5 ml or 1 fluid oz.) per 5 gallon batch of beer. Store in cool, dry conditions above 41 degrees F and do not allow the product to freeze. Some beer styles don't react with certain dose rates. You may have to add more to have an effect. We recommend starting small and increasing your dosage rates once per day until clarification takes place. Like Biofine Clear Clarifier? Then you will love CellarScience® SilaFine!
Easily added to mash water to reduce oxidation in finished beer
Scavenges oxygen in mash water
Reduces Lipoxygenase (Lox) activity in malt which reduces trans-2-nonenal stale/cardboard flavors in beer
Reduces hot side aeration
Results in beer with fresher flavor and longer shelf life
Oxblox 3D is a specially formulated blend of gallotannins, ascorbic acid, and metabisulphite that is added to your strike water right before mash-in. It dissolves easily and is extremely useful to reduce oxidation during the mashing process. Through multiple actions, it reduces dissolved oxygen levels and helps inhibit the lipoxygenase enzyme found in malt that is infamous for causing downstream wet paper / cardboard flavors attributed by the (E)-2-nonenal compound. Oxblox 3D has minimal impact on pH but may lower pH levels by 0.2-0.4 in both the mash and the finished beer.
You may not always notice stale flavor compounds in beer when present, especially at low levels. But when removed, the beer can smell and taste fresher. Beer treated with Oxblox also has an enhanced shelf life, staying fresher for longer.
Overall, Oxblox 3D is a low cost, easy-to-use addition to help you brew better tasting beer that lasts longer in keg, can, or bottle.
Use:
Mix 0.2 to 0.4 g per gal (0.05 to 0.1 g per liter) into your strike water directly before dough-in. We recommend starting with a dosage of 0.3 g per gallon of strike water (0.08 g per liter of strike water) and adjust as desired in future batches.
