Ferment and serve from the same vessel—no need to transfer from fermenter to keg
Low profile design fits inside a standard kegerator which can be used for fermentation temperature control
Fermenting under pressure allows you to ferment with lager strains at higher temps while reducing esters
Made from stainless steel with conical bottom
Extra-large collection container for harvesting yeast or dumping sediment
The #1 reason we love the BrewKeg Unitanks is that they eliminate kegging day, which saves a bunch of time. The Brewkeg12.5™ is perfect for a 3-gallon batch, and with the low profile, it still fits in a standard kegerator, which can be used for fermentation, as well as serving. When fermentation is done, crank down the temp, remove the yeast/trub collection ball and start immediately drinking because the beer is already carbonated. Since this is not the standard brewing process, stop and think that over - you don't need a separate night or hours on a weekend morning to clean and keg. You are going to save 2 or more hours with every batch! Plus, you are skipping the most oxidative step in brewing of going from your fermenter to your keg. Yes, the one down side is that your fermenter is tied up as a keg but to many of us who really love brewing our own beer but are time challenged – the sacrifice is totally worth it.
Another great time saving feature is that you can skip wort cooling and 'hot pack' these kegs, literally filling them after boil at around 190°F. Stick them in your refrigerator, let them cool overnight, and pitch yeast the next day. Hot packing is gaining a lot of traction and we suggest you google the term to learn more. It’s been a standard practice in Australian homebrewing for years.
Okay, so there is not a lot out there about fermenting under pressure. We've been doing it for years now with a slew of pressurizable fermenters, including the BrewKeg, and if you want to make amazing lagers quickly you need to try it. Fermenting under pressure reduces esters and even beers fermented between 65-80°F have amazing German lager malt profiles. We once fermented a beer under pressure with WLP001 at room temp and all the tasters thought it was lager yeast. The pressure relief assembly, in the center of the lid, is the slickest out there and adjusts from no pressure up to 25 psi. Leave it open for no pressure fermentations of ales and IPA's where you want the esters. Close it down to make amazing lagers under pressure, quickly.
Features:
Made from stainless steel
Conical base
Extra-large, easy to remove sediment ball
25 psi working pressure & built in relief valve
40 psi maximum pressure rating
Ferments clean and clear beer from 64-82°F
Beer is carbonated perfectly at the end of fermentation
Beer ready to enjoy sooner
Compact design fits in most kegerators
Eliminates kegging
Easy to clean and sanitize
Dimensions:
Height: 25.9 in.
Diameter: 9.25 in.
Actual Volume: 15.1L (4.0 gal)
Ferment, carbonate, and serve finished beer all in one vessel
Pressure ferment as high as 25 psi to reduce esters and produce clean lagers at ale fermentation temps
Extra-large draining sediment bottle allows you to drop out hop matter and yeast throughout your process
Avoid oxidation by skipping the kegging process entirely—simply hook up your draft system to the lid's ball lock posts!
So the first thing to understand is that this is a Unitank - you will be fermenting and serving from the same vessel. The lid has an adjustable pressure relief that you can set to different pressures. More on that later while we first talk about why we are so high on these...
The #1 reason we love the BrewKeg Unitanks is that they eliminate kegging day, which saves a bunch of time. The Brewkeg50 is perfect for a 10-gallon batch, with plenty of headspace for vigorous fermentations. When fermentation is done, crank down the temp, remove the yeast/trub collection ball and start immediately drinking because the beer is already carbonated. Since this is not the standard brewing process, stop and think that over - you don't need a separate night or hours on a weekend morning to clean and keg. The WilliamsWarn Keg Washer is a convenient option for cleaning and rinsing D-Style commercial Sanke kegs. No need to remove the spear from the keg—simply lock the keg washing into the keg as you would a tap coupler, then hook up water or cleaning solution to the 3/4" GHT inlet.
Simple and effective.
The WilliamsWarn ball lock QD with CombiBarb connection allows you to connect draft lines using either standard hose & clamp or Duotight & EVABarrier tubing. The CombiBarb will accept 8 mm Duotight fittings for use with 8 mm OD EVABarrier, but also works perfectly well with 1/4" or 5/16" ID tubing.
If you have a SodaStream CO2 cylinder then you can use this adapter to attach a CO2 regulator to it and avoid having to use those large 5 lb. CO2 tanks.
This adapter also has a side adjustment pin valve into the SodaStream bottle that enables the pin valve to be engaged once the cylinder, adaptor, and regulator have all been screwed together. This ensures that the gas supply from the bottle to the regulator can be engaged and disengaged while everything is screwed in place.
The adapter is incompatible with our Taprite brand regulators.

The Slimline Torpedo Keg series features a smaller diameter to maximize the space in your kegerator or keezer
Low2 lid O-ring reduces oxygen ingress by 96% compared to silicone O-rings when measured in a keg!
Brand new, all-stainless construction ball lock keg
Stackable with ball lock quick disconnects in place
Etched In and Out labels near the keg posts for easy identification
Rolled handles for a comfortable grip
Made by an ISO certified commercial keg manufacturer with high-quality laser welded seams
Torpedo Kegs too wide? Want to squeeze another keg in your kegerator? The patented design, D794,899, of the Slimline Torpedo Keg is 9% more slim than the classic model with all the same great features. Coming in at about 1/4" thinner than standard Ball Lock Cornelius Kegs, this keg has welded stainless handles and the ability to stack kegs with fittings still in place all at a great price.
Quality First
Here at MoreBeer! we love nothing more than quality interior welds. We've spent a decade rejecting kegs made overseas because the interior welds have never met our standards. If a weld is not perfect and shows evident burn marks along with nooks and crannies it cannot be sanitized effectively. Torpedo kegs are machine welded and exceed our standards for quality. This weld quality is possible because these kegs are made by an ISO certified commercial keg manufacturer.
Cool Features
Torpedo Kegs were designed to stack with Ball Lock quick disconnects in place and serving which is a cool feature for some brewers who have vertical space in their refrigerator. We also like the rolled stainless steel handles. They are comfortable to grab and will never come off like some rubber handles can over time. “In” and “Out” is etched near the keg posts for easy identification which is very handy when you are connecting lines in a refrigerator or kegerator and trying not to make a mistake.
Low2 Keg Lid O-ring
Give your beverage the absolute best protection from oxygen staling with the Low2 keg lid O-ring. Even the most perfectly sealed keg is susceptible to oxygen ingress through the hatch O-ring—yes, even if the keg is under constant pressure with CO2! Even a leak-free, pressurized keg will release CO2 molecules as they pass through the lid O-ring itself, and conversely, Oxygen molecules will permeate through the O-ring and diffuse into the keg when they reach the surface area on the other side. The level of permeability is wide ranging and highly dependent on what material the O-ring is made from. Rather than the usual EPDM or Silicone, Low2 gaskets are made from a unique composition of Synthetic M-Class and Cross-Link Elastomers. This special blend has superior oxygen barrier properties that results in your beverage staying fresher for longer.
Taking your keg on the go? Don't leave home without a custom tailored Slimline Torpedo Keg Sleeve!

Pilsen Light has a subtle malty flavor and is the lightest DME available from Briess.
DME can be used as 100% of your fermentable sugar in extract brewing
Add for color correction, boost gravity, or improve head retention in all grain brewing
Briess Malt & Ingredients has had a focus on quality and innovation for more than 140 years, with all of their products being made in the U.S.A.
Dried Malt Extract (DME) is the primary sugar source in extract brewing and can be used in partial-mash or all grain brewing to adjust flavor, color and gravity of brews. DME can also be used to increase head retention and body. Many brewers choose nutrient rich DME as the sugar source for making yeast starters as well. Briess dried malt extracts are made from 100% malt and water.
Pilsen Light DME: 100% pure malt barley extract made from 99% Pilsen Malt, 1% Carapils® Malt, and water.
Pilsen Light is the lightest DME available from Briess. With a subtle malty flavor, it can be used in the production of any beer style, either as a base or to boost gravity.

Want an easy-to-use, stainless vessel that ferments and carbonates? This 29L/7.6 Gallon keg has been modified to allow you to do both! The top is fitted with a large 4 inch tri-clamp lid with two ball lock posts and a pressure relief valve. You can use this vessel to ferment, carbonate, serve, or push the beer through a filter. The posts are recessed which allows you to stack these kegs up to 4 high. A 4" T.C. end cap with pre drilled hole is also available (H691), which can be paired with a #3 stopper and airlock. Also consider the Kegmenter Hop Bong Pressure Pack which allows for oxygen-free dry hopping and also features ball lock posts for Gas & Liquid. Depending on how long it will take to consume the finished beer, we recommend using two kegmenters, one for fermentation and one for carbonating and serving. After fermentation, there will be a large trub cake at the bottom of the vessel. Leaving finished beer on the trub for too long (2-3 weeks) may eventually lead to off-flavors. Check out our ball lock jumper line (KEG575) to easily transfer from one kegmenter to the other. Also consider our beer filter kit (FIL40), which will allow you to filter the beer during transfer. Features: Rated up to 2.5 BAR (36 psi) 4" T.C. lid with ball lock posts Floating dip tube Stainless steel 1.8 mm thick Use: As a stainless steel fermenter that is easy to clean Great choice for 5 gallon fermentations Easy to pressurize the kegmenter after fermentation to push through a filter and into another keg Fermenting under pressure, allowing CO2 to exit via the relief valve, reduces esters and fusel alcohol production allowing you to ferment at warmer temperatures Distillation - with the addition of a T.C. reducer and condenser (H701 / DS120 / DS130) As a cellar keg for topping up barrels Warning: Always depressurize keg before removing lid. Does not include spunding valve shown in example photo. Please see FIL42A. Kegland Part number: KL05906

There is an adjustable PRV in case you need to lower the pressure for long term storage. The yeast piping is welded into the keg 4" TC keg lid, making for quick and easy inspecting and cleaning. The dip tube is about an inch from the bottom of the keg to help keep non-yeast solids that separate out from transferring with your repitch.
1/4 bbl is perfect for up to a 5 bbl batch with most yeasts. Also available in 1/2 bbl size for up to 10 bbl batches and 1 bbl size for up to 20 bbl batches.
Pro tip: If you align one valve handle 90 degrees to the other you won't forget which side is IN or OUT. If you do forget, with the PRV on the back side, the left side is the IN and the right side is the OUT.

Made in the USA by Briess, this Bavarian Wheat Dry Malt Extract (DME) is the perfect fermentable base for all your traditional wheat beers. After Briess' proprietary multi-step mash program, the wort is placed under a vacuum evaporator to gently remove the water while preserving the wort's full, rich flavor and minimizing additional color development. The mash program ensures high Free Amino Nitrogen (FAN) to ensure good yeast health and a high degree of fermentability. Production in the USA spares Briess extracts from long periods of time in shipping containers and ports, and ensures that you are brewing with the freshest extract available. And Briess extracts are always 100% All Malt with no adjuncts or additional sugars. Produced from 65% wheat malt and 35% barley. Click here to read the spec sheet from Briess
Oversized corny keg, great for bigger batches and fermentation
Low2 lid O-ring reduces oxygen ingress by 96% compared to silicone O-rings when measured in a keg!
Brand new, all-stainless construction ball lock keg
Stackable with ball lock quick disconnects in place
Etched In and Out labels near the keg posts for easy identification
Rolled handles for a comfortable grip
Made by an ISO certified commercial keg manufacturer with high-quality laser welded seams
Set your sights on a brand new Torpedo Keg! The patented, D794,899, sleek all-stainless design represents the pinnacle of quality in ball lock homebrew kegs. With features like welded stainless handles, the ability to stack with fittings in place, amazing quality and a great price we think these kegs will become the standard by which other kegs are measured.
Quality First
The first thing we at MoreBeer! check out is interior welds. We've spent a decade rejecting kegs made overseas because the interior welds have never met our standards. If a weld is not perfect and shows evident burn marks along with nooks and crannies it cannot be sanitized effectively. These kegs are machine welded and exceed our standards for quality. The weld quality is possible because these kegs made by an ISO certified commercial keg manufacturer.
In and Out is etched near the keg posts for easy identification which is very handy when you are connecting lines in a refrigerator or kegerator and trying not to make a mistake.
Stainless Fermenter
We've seen a lot our customers having great success using the 6-gallon Torpedo Keg as a stainless steel fermenter or "kegmenter". The extra headroom that this size offers makes it a great option for fermenting 5-gallon batches. We highly recommend using CellarScience Foam Axe if you're fermenting in the keg. Foam Axe will help reduce krausen buildup, cutting down the chance of clogging issues with the ball lock poppets and the PRV in the keg lid. It should also be noted that leaving your finished beer on the leftover trub from fermentation for too long will eventually lead to off-flavors. If it won't be consumed in 2-3 weeks, transfer your beer to a fresh keg using the Torpedo Keg Buoy which will pick up the clearest beer and leave the sediment behind.

Last but not least, this system features the 5 gallon Torpedo Keg, an all stainless ball lock keg with a commercial style. These kegs are stackable and feature rolled handles that make transport a breeze.
The Fermonster Fermenter - A Huge Upgrade Over Standard Buckets or Glass "Carboy" Water Bottles
Unlike buckets or glass carboys, the Fermonster fermenter was designed for brewing beer. It is made from tough, clear, virgin grade PET plastic so you can see the magic of fermentation. Unlike glass it will never break and shatter if dropped. It represents a huge upgrade over traditional buckets because these fermenters are much less likely to get scratched. Scratches can hold bacteria that can cause off flavors in the beer. The Fermonster comes with a built-in spigot that eliminates a long time issue in homebrewing of having to start a siphon to transfer your beer to the bottling bucket after fermentation is over. The large 4" lid allows for easily adding yeast, hops, or other additions. We also really love the molded-in level markers that tell you exactly when you have reached your desired volume.
We Don't Skimp on Cleaning and Sanitizing
Proper cleaning and sanitizing is one of the core tenants of making great beer. Some starter kits utilize an all-in-one cleaner/sanitizer that does neither job well. We’ve included the best-selling sanitizer for brewing, Star San. We also include Craftmeister oxygen-based cleaning tablets that make cleaning your Fermonster Fermenter a breeze.
Other Upgrades That Make Brewing Easier
We’ve also made a few items standard that really make the brew day easier including a thermometer for temperature monitoring and a hydrometer with testing jar for measuring sugar levels. Our reusable mesh bags allow for the easy removal of spent grain and hops at the end of the boil. The included stainless spoon is a really nice upgrade over plastic when you are stirring boiling liquids.
