Elevate your brewing game with the 220V 17 Gallon Gen 4 BrewZilla. This cutting-edge system combines more power & capcity with innovative features like wireless connectivity via WiFi & Bluetooth, allowing you to heat faster while you control and monitor your brew day, ensuring precision, convenience, and exceptional beer batch after batch!
WiFi / Bluetooth enabled RAPT Controller tracks your brewday and automatically uploads detailed information to the RAPT portal
The top mounted RAPT Controller can be tilted upward for easy viewing, or detached from the unit to mount it on the wall or placed on your bench
Mirror polished dome shaped bottom with center drain — get every last bit of wort into your fermenter while the perforated bottom screen filters out 95% of hot break and hop matter
Make larger batches or higher gravity beers! BrewZilla offers the largest malt pipe capacity for units in its size range, and the Gen 4 unit has a 30% larger malt pipe compared to the previous generation
Perforated bottom on the newly designed malt pipe allows for improved mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency
Element power percentage can be adjusted via the RAPT Controller. Go full power to heat up quickly, or dial it down so you don’t overshoot your strike water temp
The built-in pump is plumbed to both the recirculation and arm and the bottom ball valve. Recirculate wort during your mash, then close the recirculation valve and pump wort to your fermenter via the bottom valve
Pair with the RAPT-enabled Bluetooth Thermometer, allowing your BrewZilla to calculate a core mash temperature reading and more accurately control temperatures and mash steps
More RAPT-enabled accessories are coming, and future firmware updates can be downloaded to the RAPT Controller itself over the internet
WiFi/Bluetooth Enabled RAPT Controller
The RAPT Controller is mounted to the top of the boiler body, allowing for easy operation when you have the unit set on the ground. The controller can be tilted upwards to give you an even better view, or it can be removed from the BrewZilla entirely if you’d prefer to mount the controller on your wall or lay it down on a workbench. From the controller, you’ll orchestrate your entire brew day. Program mash steps, dial in element power, and operate the integrated pump all from one screen.
But the RAPT Controller is much more than a beautiful, full-color display switch board. Once synced to the RAPT Portal, you’ll be able to track, record and monitor your brews online. No need for handwriting notes or punching brew day details into your phone – all of the data from your brew is automatically logged to your portal profile. This information doesn’t just include your mash profile; it also captures detailed information about your element power and pump activity, opening the door for very precise repeatability.
And the RAPT Portal isn’t just a digital archive for your brew days. With your BrewZilla powered on, you can control your brewery from virtually anywhere using your phone’s web browser. Not sure when you’ll be home from work or your kid’s ball game going into extra innings? No problem! Before you head out, simply log into the RAPT Portal from your phone and tell the BrewZilla to start heating your strike water. Along with remote control, the portal enables you to program alarms and push notifications for all of your boil additions. We’ve all been caught up with a side task and failed to throw in that yeast nutrient or clarifying agent at the end of the boil, but the BrewZilla has the back of even the most forgetful brewer!
But wait, there’s more! In addition to WiFi connectivity, the RAPT Controller is also a Bluetooth gateway device. KegLand is currently developing various Bluetooth devices such as the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer and other sensors which will be compatible with your brewery upon release. The RAPT Controller is able to receive information from Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices, adjusting its processes based on this new stream of information while simultaneously logging it to your RAPT Portal. With the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer, for example, you’ll be able to feed temperature readings from the top of your mash bed to the controller. The controller will then compare this reading with the main temp probe reading at the base of the kettle and adjust element cycling based on these combined readings.
Finally, the RAPT Controller WiFi connectivity allows you to update the controller’s firmware with a single click. Take advantage of new features and accessories as soon as they become available by simply keeping your BrewZilla connected to your local WiFi network. And again, the WiFi is already built-in! No need to come back for an expensive add-on accessory down the road.
High Capacity Malt Pipe
With an approximately 41.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 20% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G70. If you want to fill your fermenter with more than a 5-gallon batch worth of wort, or brew the highest gravity beer recipes, the BrewZilla is the brewhouse for the job. And the included malt pipe is just the beginning. If you want to expand your brewery’s grain capacity even further, KegLand makes Boiler Extension Kits and Extended Malt Pipes for that very purpose. The malt pipe features a perforated section at the bottom which improves mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency.
Concave Base with Center Draining
Leave no wort behind! The concave base with center drain means you’ll be able to extract every last drop of wort to your fermenter. If you’ve brewed in a traditional flat bottom kettle, this center drain may be a bit perplexing at first. Many brewers are used to whirlpooling after the boil to pull hop matter into the center of the kettle, then transfer out using a pick-up tube that pulls from the kettle wall in order to avoid sucking up the solids. But fear not! One of the key features of the BrewZilla is the false bottom protection screen. This screen avoids the need for doing a whirlpool, filtering wort as it transfers and blocking more than 95% of hops and hot break from getting sucked into the pump. This not only prevents blocked pump issues, it also increases the efficiency of your brewhouse by eliminating kettle loss from wort that may have otherwise been left behind.
Ultra Low Watt Density Elements
The concave base on the BrewZilla also allowed for larger heating elements with significantly lower watt density than other breweries. When a lot of energy is coming off of a small element, the local temperature near the element can be so high that it scorches the wort and causes caramelization. Lower watt density essentially means you can produce lighter color beers that would otherwise have fallen victim to caramelization effect. It also reduces that chance of boilovers and reduces stress on the elements which extends their life expectancy.
Easy Access Built-In Pump
The built-in pump allows you to recirculate your wort during the mash for improved efficiency and more even temperature distribution. But it can also be used to transfer your wort from kettle to fermenter rather than relying on a gravity feed, and with the optional CIP Rotar, you can used the pump to clean your BrewZilla (or fermenter) after every use. During your brew day you’ll be able to control the pump from the RAPT Controller with a dedicated button for turning the pump on and off. Another feature you’ll find on the controller is adjusting the pump flow. This doesn’t control the actual volume of the flow (you can do that from the ball valve located on the recirculation arm), but rather cycles the pump on and off automatically based on your setting. At 100%, the pump remains on continuously. But at 80%, the pump will cycle to be on 80% of the time and off 20% of the time. This may not be a feature that every brewer thinks they need, but it’s an excellent way to avoid running the pump dry accidentally, as the time the pump is off allows recirculating wort to filter through the grain bed and back into the pump inlet.
If you flip over the boiler, you’ll find the magnetic drive pump and all the plumbing is right at your fingertips. This means you don’t have to disassemble the base in order to access the pump for cleaning or maintenance if required. It also means the plumbing can be changed more easily too. For instance, the unit comes as standard with the plumbing from the pump feeding both the recirculation arm and the transfer valve, but you change this so the tap outlet bypasses the pump if you prefer.
MoreBeer!'s Final Word
We’ve been selling all-in-one brewing systems ever since they first hit the market, and we have to say that the Gen 4 BrewZilla is not only the most feature-packed unit ever made, it’s also offered at an incredibly competitive price point when compared to other systems. You’ll get all of the cutting edge Bluetooth technology you’d get with the Grainfather and at an exceptionally lower price tag. Plus, you get the WiFi capabilities as standard, rather than as a $100 add-on accessory. When it comes to mash recirculation, that’s yet another built-in feature on the BrewZilla, and the pump can also be used for transferring and CIP cleaning. The Foundry has a great starting price, but if you want to unlock its full potential, you’ll need to spend another $100 for the recirculation pump kit. What’s more, no other system in the same ‘weight class’ has the same grain capacity. And if the standard capacity isn’t quite enough, the BrewZilla can be easily upgraded with a Boiler Body Extension Kit and Extended Malt Pipe. When you purchase the BrewZilla, you can feel confident that you’re investing in a top shelf system and all of the critical features you’re expecting will be included.
Perfect for Distillation
If you want to expand your lineup of homemade libations to offer Spirits in addition to Ales & Lagers, the BrewZilla makes an excellent pot still! Add the Distillation Lid upgrade and pair it with an AlcoEngine Copper Reflux Condenser or Copper Pot Still Top. AlcoEngine Stills have been selling on the home market for years and offer some of the most affordable, beginner-friendly stills you'll find.

KegLand Part Number: KL27458
Please note: due to patent restrictions in the United States, the malt pipe has been redesigned with one set of bottom feet. This model does not include the "two stage" malt pipe as advertised by KegLand and featured in previous MoreBeer! YouTube videos.
Please Note: When removing the malt pipe to drain after mashing, it is important to do so slowly rather than in one swift pull. If the malt pipe is removed all at once when it is full of wort, it is possible for the draining wort to spray out and over the rim of the brewery through the perforated bottom. Remove the malt pipe slowly so that some of the wort can drain out before it is fully removed and set on its bottom feet. This can be done by hand on the 35L unit, but for the 65L and 100L units we highly recommend using the Pulley System for removing the malt pipe.
Warning: Do not engage the adjustable lid clamps when brewing with the BrewZilla's standard glass lid. The clamps are only intended to be used with distillation lids or other metal accessories.
Warning: If you are going to use an extension cord with the BrewZilla, you must ensure that the cord is the correct gauge and properly rated to suit the power requirements of your brewery. See the reference chart below for the recommended gauge based on your unit and the length of cord you wish to use.

Our kettle also includes a thermometer port with plug so that you can add a dedicated kettle thermometer at any time. You will also enjoy the new silicone handle grips and internally stamped volume markers. Then in order to quickly cool the beer after boiling we included our WC20 copper Wort Chiller (a $60 value!). To top it off, we upgraded the Fermonster by a gallon to a massive 7 gallon capacity. This can be key down the road when you want to brew certain styles of beer that foam a lot during fermentation. With smaller fermenters it can bubble right out of the top. Stay out of trouble by never making a mess! A larger kettle, wort chiller and bigger fermenter are some of the first upgrades new brewers make—save yourself the hassle and purchase these items at an amazing value as part of the Premium Homebrew Starter Kit, from Morebeer!™ The Fermonster Fermenter - A Huge Upgrade Over Standard Buckets or Glass "Carboy" Water Bottles Unlike buckets or glass carboys, the Fermonster fermenter was designed for brewing beer. It is made from tough, clear, virgin grade PET plastic so you can see the magic of fermentation. Unlike glass it will never break and shatter if dropped. It represents a huge upgrade over traditional buckets because these fermenters are much less likely to get scratched. Scratches can hold bacteria that can cause off flavors in the beer. The Fermonster comes with a built-in spigot that eliminates a long time issue in homebrewing of having to start a siphon to transfer your beer to the bottling bucket after fermentation is over. The large 4" lid allows for easily adding yeast, hops, or other additions. We also really love the molded-in level markers that tell you exactly when you have reached your desired volume. We Don't Skimp on Cleaning and Sanitizing Proper cleaning and sanitizing is one of the core tenants of making great beer. Some starter kits utilize an all-in-one cleaner/sanitizer that does neither job well. We’ve included the best-selling sanitizer for brewing, Star San. We also include Craftmeister oxygen-based cleaning tablets that make cleaning your Fermonster Fermenter a breeze. Other Upgrades That Make Brewing Easier We’ve also made a few items standard that really make the brew day easier including a thermometer for temperature monitoring and a hydrometer with testing jar for measuring sugar levels. Five Gallon Stainless Kettle - It's Bigger Than What You Have in Your Kitchen
Over the years we found that many brewers thought they had a big enough kettle. They would go home only to return and buy our five gallon stainless steel brewing kettle. To make brewing easy, we've discounted our five gallon brewing kettle to be able to include it from the start! Plus, because it is made of food-grade stainless steel, you don’t have to worry about any off flavors imparted by your boil kettle.

I Heart IPA was inspired by Bell's Two Hearted Ale, a universally adored IPA that features front-to-back hop additions of Centennial. Malt character takes a back seat to the pungent quality of citrus and lemon notes.

Fermonster Carboy - 6 gal. With Spigot:
The Ported Fermonster is a brand-new fermenter designed specifically for fermentation. MoreBeer! gave product feedback for over 2 years of development and we think they nailed the design. The large lid allows for easy filling and makes hop or oak additions a breeze. The smooth sides are fantastic for sanitization - no ribs or texture to collect yeast or bacteria. The punted bottom allows sediment to collect to the sides so that you can siphon liquid from the center. Because they are made from virgin PET plastic, they're nearly unbreakable and a lot safer than similar glass carboys. Also notice the conical top which reduces surface area if you plan to store beer or wine long term.
Five Gallon Stainless Steel Kettle:
Made of high-quality stainless steel that is anything but cheap. The 0.5-mm thick sides and bottom are more than thick enough for this amount of liquid, and the riveted stainless steel handles on the kettle’s body make it easy to carry, even when filled. This 5-gallon kettle can safely hold up to 3 gallons of wort while boiling, making it the perfect size for brewing right in your own home!

Low watt density heating element gently warms your fermenting beer without scorching Keep your fermentation temperature consistent during the colder months or raise the temp on command for diacetyl rests Connect directly to the BrewBuilt X3 Uni Conical via the dedicated 2" tri-clamp port for effective, in-solution heating Smooth, stainless steel construction is easy to clean after use Compatible with all sizes of X3 Uni Conicals Add this Immersion Heater to your BrewBuilt X3 Uni Conical for the ultimate control over your fermentation temperature. Connecting directly to the X3's dedicated 2" T.C. port at the side of the cone, the Immersion Heater will provide gentle, effective heating whenever you need it. A must-have for brewers living in colder climates or if you want the peace of mind that your temperature will never drop too low for your ale or kveik strains regardless of the time of year. Heating your fermenter on command can also come in handy if you need to bring your chilled wort up to temp before pitching, or if you need to perform a diacetyl rest after fermentation is complete. We recommend pairing the Immersion Heater with a temperature controller like the Inkbird so it will only be powered on as needed. If using the heater alongside the IceMaster Max 2 glycol chiller, you can insert the Max 2 temp probe into the X3's thermowell first and then insert the Inkbird's probe behind it. Both probes will be deep enough to get accurate temp readings and heating & cooling will be regulated by independent controllers. Another setup option is using the IceMaster 100 and the BrewBuilt Chiller Pump Kit. The IceMaster 100 does not come with built-in pumps so you can add your own submersible pumps as needed. Each Chiller Pump Kit includes an Inkbird controller and a submersible pump. The heater and pump are then both plugged into the Inkbird so heating & cooling are regulated by a single controller. The element runs at 125 watts when powered with the included IEC x 110V plug adapter (not pictured). Specs: 125W @ 110-120V (500W @ 220-240V) Total Length: 16" Length in Conical: 12" Cord Length: 5 ft. KegLand Part Number: KL35941 Please Note: The Warmking Wizard Wand is only compatible with X3 BrewBuilt Conicals. If interested in heating a previous generation conical, see the BrewBuilt Conical Heaters here.

Foam on Beer Detectors, or FOBs, are commonly used in commercial draft systems as a way to eliminate product waste and increase profits. When a keg completely empties and foam passes into the FOB it will shut off flow and in doing so keep the draft line completely full of beer until a new keg is tapped. This means you can hook a fresh keg and continue pouring without foaming issues, preventing you from wasting beer that is otherwise needed to refill the line and purge the system.
The FOB can also be used in homebrewing applications as a convenient way to purge kegs of oxygen. Check out video below where our friend Kee repurposes the FOB to move sanitizer from one keg to another and purge the keg of oxygen in the process.
Comes with 3/8" Duotight compatible barbs at the inlet and outlet, allowing you to easily hook up EVABarrier tubing with either a 9.5 mm joiner or 9.5 mm to 8 mm reducer (DUO113 / DUO105). If not using EVABarrier, simply clamp the line directly onto the barb.
Setup and Use:
Attach beverage line from outlet of keg coupler to straight inlet of FOB.
Attach beverage line from elbow outlet of FOB to faucet shank.
Connect fresh keg and push down purge button until the chamber fills with beer.
Push bottom knob in to lift float then pull out for normal operation.

Made in the USA by Briess, this Amber Dry Malt Extract (DME) is the perfect fermentable base for a wide range of beer styles! Use it by itself, or to add a little bit of darker color to amber beer styles. Briess Amber DME gets its darker color from the addition of Crystal malts to the mash.
After Briess' proprietary multi-step mash program, the wort is placed under a vacuum evaporator to gently remove the water while preserving the wort's full, rich flavor and minimizing additional color development. The mash program ensures high Free Amino Nitrogen (FAN) to ensure good yeast health and a high degree of fermentability.
Production in the USA spares Briess extracts from long periods of time in shipping containers and ports, and ensures that you are brewing with the freshest extract available.
And Briess extracts are always 100% All Malt with no adjuncts or additional sugars.
Produced from a proprietary blend of barleys. 9 Lovibond.

Matt Brynildson of Firestone Walker Brewing Co., Paso Robles, California. It seems to some that Matt has almost been bred to brew beer. After getting a degree in chemistry in 1993, Matt went to work in Michigan doing research and development on hops for the brewing industry. In 1995, Matt went to the famous Seibel Institute of Brewing Technology to further his education. After brewing for Goose Island in Chicago and then moving to California to work for SLO Brewing, Matt was appointed Small Brewmaster of the Year in 2001. Later that year, he was asked to join the crew at Firestone Walker. Two years later Matt was dubbed Mid-Sized Brewer of the Year at the Great American Beer Fest AND at the World Cup of Beer, for a total of 12 medals in just three years! Since then, Firestone Walker has been gaining a large following in California due in part to it's flagship beer, Double Barrel Ale, which is produced in a Burton Union system that has the beer fermenting in barrels. Firestone Walker Brewing Company is the only brewery in the U.S. to ferment in barrels and one of only two in the world. In addition to the line-up at Firestone Walker, Matt also brews the Nectar Ales line of beers, as well as a few of the Trader Joe's house brands. Learn more at www.firestonebeer.com
Don't let the name fool you, this beer is easy on the oak, having been created so that all ingredients blend perfectly with one another, even the oak. In fact, the oak really takes a back seat to the wonderful malt characteristics that this beer presents, which may be hard to imagine once you realize there are 2 ounces of oak in this one! A blend of American and English base malts provide the foundation for this beer. A little Munich, some crystal, and that's it - simple, yet flavorful. Just how we like it. One can easily spend all night drinking this smooth amber ale ... in fact, many of us at MoreBeer! have done just that! The low bitterness ties everything together and makes you remember just how much of a craft brew this beer really is.

The Megamouth Torpedo Keg series features an extra-large lid opening for easy cleaning
Brand new, all-stainless construction ball lock keg
Stackable with ball lock quick disconnects in place
Etched In and Out labels near the keg posts for easy identification
Rolled handles for a comfortable grip
Made by an ISO certified commercial keg manufacturer with high-quality laser welded seams
The Megamouth Torpedo Kegs are by far the easiest to clean and maintain out of any ball lock homebrew keg you'll find. With an extra-large lid opening, even the buffest of homebrewer (we hear they do exist!) will have no trouble reaching in for a good scrub when it kicks—no expensive keg washing contraptions needed! The Megamouth makes for an excellent pressurizable fermentation vessel and is the ideal choice for brewers who prefer to add dry hops and other flavoring ingredients directly to the keg.
Quality First
Here at MoreBeer! we love nothing more than quality interior welds. We've spent a decade rejecting kegs made overseas because the interior welds have never met our standards. If a weld is not perfect and shows evident burn marks along with nooks and crannies it cannot be sanitized effectively. Torpedo kegs are machine welded and exceed our standards for quality. This weld quality is possible because these kegs are made by an ISO certified commercial keg manufacturer.
Cool Features
Torpedo Kegs were designed to stack with Ball Lock quick disconnects in place and serving which is a cool feature for some brewers who have vertical space in their refrigerator. We also like the rolled stainless steel handles. They are comfortable to grab and will never come off like some rubber handles can over time. “In” and “Out” is etched near the keg posts for easy identification which is very handy when you are connecting lines in a refrigerator or kegerator and trying not to make a mistake.
Overall for the price and quality, along with free shipping from MoreBeer!, the Torpedo Keg is an amazing value!

New Kegs are trouble-free for years
Rubber top and bottoms protect floors from dings
Perfect laser welds ensure easy sanitation and reduced risk of contamination
Made in Italy by AEB, a long-time manufacturer with impeccable attention to detail
Imagine this…. you’re out camping with friends, and one of your buddies says he would love to have a cold brew. Then just picture the looks on their faces as you pull your brand new Cornelius Keg out of your cooler, full of your rich home brew!
This 2.5 gallon corny keg is perfect for the serious home brewer who loves to brew ½ batches, or is just tight on kitchen space. It will fit pretty much anywhere from coolers to backpacks, in your keezer, or in your fridge.
You’ll love the rubber tops on these 2.5 gallon kegs because they have two handles and are easier to stack! It is versatile, travels well and just looks cool!
The quality of these Italian-made cornelius kegs is undeniable. They are welded by laser under inert gas which means there are no nooks or crannies where bacteria can hide. They may cost more than kegs made in China but the quality difference is a perfect batch versus a ruined one. Quality is important because your beer may sit in these kegs for months. If bacteria gets into a bad weld they are going to very hard to kill.
Key Features:
High quality Italian made ball-lock style kegs with rubber top and bottom
Kegs are 15" tall, x 8.25" diameter and weigh 7.5 pounds.
Max working pressure of 130 PSI.
Elevate your brewing game with the 220V Gen 4 BrewZilla. This cutting-edge system combines more power with innovative features like wireless connectivity via WiFi & Bluetooth, allowing you to heat faster while you control and monitor your brew day, ensuring precision, convenience, and exceptional beer batch after batch!
With an approximately 23.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 50% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G30.
KegLand Part Number: KL27434
With too much tension, it is possible for the lid clamps to break the glass lid when engaged.
Warning: If you are going to use an extension cord with the BrewZilla, you must ensure that the cord is the correct gauge and properly rated to suit the power requirements of your brewery. See the reference chart below for the recommended gauge based on your unit and the length of cord you wish to use.

Quality First
The first thing we at MoreBeer! check out is interior welds. We've spent a decade rejecting kegs made overseas because the interior welds have never met our standards. If a weld is not perfect and shows evident burn marks along with nooks and crannies it cannot be sanitized effectively. These kegs are machine welded and exceed our standards for quality. In and Out is etched near the keg posts for easy identification, which is very handy when you are connecting lines in a refrigerator or kegerator and trying not to make a mistake.
Low2 Keg Lid O-ring
Give your beverage the absolute best protection from oxygen staling with the Low2 keg lid O-ring. Even the most perfectly sealed keg is susceptible to oxygen ingress through the hatch O-ring—yes, even if the keg is under constant pressure with CO2! Even a leak-free, pressurized keg will release CO2 molecules as they pass through the lid O-ring itself, and conversely, Oxygen molecules will permeate through the O-ring and diffuse into the keg when they reach the surface area on the other side. The level of permeability is wide ranging and highly dependent on what material the O-ring is made from. Rather than the usual EPDM or Silicone, Low2 gaskets are made from a unique composition of Synthetic M-Class and Cross-Link Elastomers. This special blend has superior oxygen barrier properties that results in your beverage staying fresher for longer.

Quickly clean kegs and fermenters while you tend to other tasks
High flow rate pump provides a powerful blast that coats the inside of the vessel
Use it for cleaning or sanitizing with your favorite solutions
15L bucket provides a much larger reservoir compared to other models
Everything included in the system neatly fits inside the bucket for easy storage
The Bucket Blaster is a convenient and effective system for cleaning and sanitizing kegs, carboys, and other brewing vessels. The beauty of the Bucket Blaster is that you can set it and forget it. Simply set up the keg washer basin with your cleaner or sanitizer, set your vessel over the jet nozzle, power up the pump and let the Bucket Blaster do the work while you tend to other tasks. Perfect for homebrew kegs, carboys, FermZillas, or bucket fermenters.
This unit comes with a 15L (3.9 gal) bucket, which doubles as a storage container when you are not using the system. Other keg washers come with a very small reservoir that make it a pain to move, as liquid spills over the sides easily and generally they just do not work as well. The Bucket Blaster's large 15L reservoir makes it much less likely for you to spill liquid on the floor, and since it can hold more cleaning solution, each cleaning cycle will be that much more effective.

Oxebar Mono is a lightweight 1-gallon keg with high oxygen barrier properties compared to standard PET plastic Add the Ball Lock Adapter Tapping Head to easily pressurize and dispense at home or on the go Lighter than traditional glass growlers. Easier and safer to transport Made from Nylon impregnated PET for superior oxygen barrier Wedge seals on the optional Tapping Head and Ball Lock Caps eliminate points of oxygen ingress found where rubber is traditionally used Lower total oxygen pickup compared to a standard corny keg lid seal This 1-gallon keg is lightweight, compact and has high oxygen barrier properties with 3x better (meaning less) gas transmission than traditional PET grades of plastic making it suitable for beer storage or other oxygen sensitive carbonated and non-carbonated beverages. This product is sold with the PCO38 cap, however if you would like to dispense this product through a draft system, we recommend the use of the Ball Lock Adapter Tapping Head. The tapping head is sold separately and allows you to attach standard ball lock disconnects and pressure relief valve to the top of the keg. What is Oxebar Mono Oxebar Mono is a PET polymer blend that utilizes several polymers blended together to significantly improve gas barrier properties. When compared with standard PET plastic, Oxebar Mono is able to reduce oxygen ingress and CO2 loss so your precious beverage is preserved and shelf life extended by 3x. We recommend this product for beer storage of up to 6 months. Dimensions: Diameter: 6.1" (155 mm) Height: 12.7" (325 mm) Pressure Rating: 58 psi (4 BAR) Temperature Rating: 113°F (45°C) KegLand Part Number: KL2487 NOTE: Oxebar kegs are marked with a manufacturer’s “expiry date”. This does not indicate that the keg is bad after this date; it simply indicates that a hydro test may be in order. 2 years after production and every 2 years after first use, it is recommended that the keg be hydro tested to ensure the tank is holding pressure. Hydro test instructions are available here. You will also need the KG520 Tapping Head and D1072 Green PRV to perform the test. If you do not plan to pressurize the keg, the test is not necessary.
Possibly the smallest keg you can make that will fit a corny-style keg lid. This half gallon ball lock keg works perfectly as a pressurizable growler that doesn't require any special fittings or accessories beyond the ball lock draft equipment you probably already own.
If you've been considering a permanent soda water line on your draft system, this is the ideal keg to use with the KegLand Continuous Soda Carbonator Keg Lid. The low volume of this corny keg will allow the Carbonator Keg Lid to almost instantly carbonate water as it refills the keg after every pour.
This little guy also works great as a line cleaning keg using a small batch of cleaning solution.

With an approximately 23.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 50% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G30.

Ball Lock Style Corny Keg
5 gallon capacity
9" Diam. x 25" Height
Maximum working pressure of 130 PSI.
Want an easy-to-use, stainless vessel that ferments and carbonates? This 58L/15.3 Gallon keg has been modified to allow you to do both! The top is fitted with a large 4 inch tri-clamp lid with two ball lock posts and a pressure relief valve. You can use this vessel to ferment, carbonate, serve, or push the beer through a filter. The posts are recessed which allows you to stack these kegs up to 4 high. A 4" T.C. end cap with pre drilled hole is also available (H691), which can be paired with a #3 stopper and airlock.
Also consider the Kegmenter Hop Bong Pressure Pack which allows for oxygen-free dry hopping and also features ball lock posts for Gas & Liquid.
Depending on how long it will take to consume the finished beer, we recommend using two kegmenters, one for fermentation and one for carbonating and serving. After fermentation, there will be a large trub cake at the bottom of the vessel. Leaving finished beer on the trub for too long (2-3 weeks) may eventually lead to off-flavors. Check out our ball lock jumper line (KEG575) to easily transfer from one kegmenter to the other. Also consider our beer filter kit (FIL40), which will allow you to filter the beer during transfer.
Features:
Rated up to 2.5 BAR (36 psi)
4" T.C. lid with ball lock posts
Floating dip tube
Stainless steel 1.8 mm thick
Use:
As a stainless steel fermenter that is easy to clean
Great choice for 10 gallon fermentations
Easy to pressurize the kegmenter after fermentation to push through a filter and into another keg
Fermenting under pressure, allowing CO2 to exit via the relief valve, reduces esters and fusel alcohol production allowing you to ferment at warmer temperatures
Distillation - with the addition of a T.C. reducer and condenser (H701 / DS120 / DS130)
As a cellar keg for topping up barrels
Warning: Always depressurize keg before removing lid.
Does not come with spunding valve show in example photo. See FIL42A.

When it comes to mash recirculation, that's yet another built-in feature on the BrewZilla, and the pump can also be used for transferring and CIP cleaning. The Foundry has a great starting price, but if you want to unlock its full potential, you'll need to spend another $100 for the recirculation pump kit. What's more, no other system in the same 'weight class' has the same grain capacity. And if the standard capacity isn't quite enough, the BrewZilla can be easily upgraded with a Boiler Body Extension Kit and Extended Malt Pipe. When you purchase the BrewZilla, you can feel confident that you're investing in a top shelf system and all of the critical features you're expecting will be included.

KegLand Part Number: KL3276

Gen 4 BrewZilla All-in-One Brewing System
With an approximately 23.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 50% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G30.
