This is a dome lid for Ss Brewtech 1/2 bbl Chronicals. It features a 3" tri clamp opening at the top to facilitate dry hopping or cleaning your fermenter in place. Made from 304 stainless steel. Does not include 3" TC gasket and clamp.
This tubing is so much better than the standard tubing most brewers start with. Silicone Tubing is odorless, tasteless, and is NSF approved as food-grade at temperatures from -100F to 500F. The translucent color allows you to see your wort flowing. The BrewBuilt Kettle Screen fits perfectly in the BrewBuilt Brewing Kettle and can be used to filter hop additions, convert the kettle into a mash tun, or for making large batches of cold brew coffee. The welded stainless steel flat bar feet sit on the bottom of your kettle and positions the screen approximately 3/8" above the kettle's bottom port. The silicone gasket creates a tight seal around the kettle wall to retain solids above the screen when transferring liquid out of the kettle.

Convert the BrewBuilt T.C. brewing kettle into a mash tun using one of these false bottom kits. The heavy duty false bottom rests low in the kettle, utilizing a tri-clamp style maximizer that reduces dead space and pulls from the very bottom of your kettle, leaving no wort behind. A Silicone gasket rims the False Bottom, ensuring a tight seal to the wall with no chance of grain bypass. A handle is welded to the top of the false bottom for easy removal.
To monitor your mash temperature, we recommend the 1.5" T.C. Thermometer with 6" probe for better grain bed penetration.

The Ss Brewtech Whirlpool fitting attaches to the thermometer port, the recirculation port, or another 7/8" hole. Creates a nice whirlpool action that works perfectly with a trub dam to keep out most of the hop matter and other solids from your fermenter. Made from 304 stainless steel. The MTSs is a Heating System Upgrade designed for use with Ss Brewtech’s Infusion Mash Tun. During extended Mash periods or in relatively cold ambient temperatures, the mash will naturally drop in temperature. This system will counteract those temperature drops, and hold a consistent saccharification temperature, helping insure you are making the beer and flavor profiles you planned to produce. The MTSs is a low wattage silicone heater pad, which is bonded to the underside of the 5 degree sloped bottom on your Mash Tun using a strong adhesive backing on the heater pad. The heater is controlled with a 12 volt digital temp controller. You simply set your target temperature and the heater will cycle on and off to maintain your set point. This system is NOT designed for heating water to strike temp and/or step mashing, though it can help with fine tuning your strike water temp those last few degrees and/or maintaining your strike water temp while you are preparing your grist or balancing your water chemistry.

Flanged tri-clamp gasket differs from a standard gasket or seal because one half of the flanged gasket extends over the edge of the T.C. ferrule, which holds it more securely in place. This makes the gaskets extremely easy to work with while clamping down connections, and helps you avoid the frustration of fumbling a freshly sanitized gasket onto the floor at the worst possible time.
Available in both Silicone and EPDM.
Silicone gaskets have a much wider temperature range than EPDM gaskets and are recommended for hot side applications. They are less resistant to acids and caustic chemicals, and may show signs of wear faster than EPDM gaskets.
