Breathe new life into old barrels! There’s no need to spend big money on new barrels when you can use an inexpensive and readily available neutral barrel, along with this Oak Infusion Tube to get the same results.
The Oak Cube Infusion Tube is simple to use and versatile. With it, you have complete control over the specific blend and intensity of oak flavor you want to add to your beer. You simply load the tube with oak cubes and lower it into the barrel. Leave it to steep until you are satisfied with the level of oak infusion.
The Infusion Tube has a silicone bung at the top and bottom of the tube. This way you can completely submerge it into your barrel & secure it, to ensure you keep an airtight seal. It also allows for easy emptying after you are done with the cubes.
Loading Instructions: Remove the bottom silicone bung; fill the Infusion Tube with one bag of Cubes; replace the bottom bung firmly; insert the loaded tube into the carboy and secure the top bung tightly.
The tube accommodates 8 oz of Oak Cubes at a time. 24" L x 1 3/4"D with a 5" stem.
About the Oak Cubes: Each new 8 oz load of Stavin Oak Cubes (the brand that we sell) has an effective extraction time of two-three months, providing 33 percent of new barrel extraction. This means you can adjust your use of these cubes to achieve the level of oak flavor you desire. All Stavin cubes are fire toasted in the traditional method, a crucial stage in the processing of these cubes. These really are the highest quality oak cubes on the market. We have tested other, less expensive, cubes and they are not even comparable.
This Ss Brewtech fitting helps with recirculation in your mash tun. It has a 1/2" FPT on the mash tun side, a 1/2" MPT on the opposite side, and a 1/2" hose barb on the bottom of the tee. Made with 304 stainless steel.
The MTSs is a Heating System Upgrade designed for use with Ss Brewtech’s Infusion Mash Tun. During extended Mash periods or in relatively cold ambient temperatures, the mash will naturally drop in temperature. This system will counteract those temperature drops, and hold a consistent saccharification temperature, helping insure you are making the beer and flavor profiles you planned to produce. The MTSs is a low wattage silicone heater pad, which is bonded to the underside of the 5 degree sloped bottom on your Mash Tun using a strong adhesive backing on the heater pad. The heater is controlled with a 12 volt digital temp controller. You simply set your target temperature and the heater will cycle on and off to maintain your set point. This system is NOT designed for heating water to strike temp and/or step mashing, though it can help with fine tuning your strike water temp those last few degrees and/or maintaining your strike water temp while you are preparing your grist or balancing your water chemistry.

Fully carbonate your beer in under 2 days!
With the Carbonating Keg Lid you can quickly carbonate beer without the risk of over carbonating like with the burst carbonation method
Diffusion stone disperses CO2 directly into solution for faster gas absorption
Brand new keg lid complete with o-ring and PRV
The easiest way to carbonate beer. This is a Cornelius keg lid with built-in carbonation stone! Move the lid from keg to keg to carbonate as needed. Allows you to force carbonate quickly using the attached .5 micron stone with the portability of being able to move the lid from keg to keg. No more hassles of trying to attach and unattach line from the "gas in" dip tube. Simply connect your gas quick disconnect to the included fitting on the lid and allow carbonation to begin. Sometimes also called a carbonater.
We constructed the lid by welding on a 1/4" barb to the underside of the lid. To that we attached 2' of 1/4" ID tubing that attaches to a .5 micron carb stone on the other end. The flexible tubing, as opposed to rigid tubing, allows the lid inserted into any cornelius style keg. The top of the lid has a "gas in" ball lock body connect welded in place that works with the KEG710 and KEG730 gas quick disconnects.
Use:
Beer must be stored cold at 34–40°F.
Preboil the stone for 2–3 minutes before using. This assures you that your stone is sterile and any residual oils have been boiled off.
Sanitize the whole keg lid before submersing into your keg filled with beer.
Set your PSI on your regulator to 3–4psi and attach your gas in fitting to the body connect on the lid. Leave keg at this pressure for 1 hour.
Raise your pressure 2PSI per hour until you reach 10–12psi. Leave it at 10–12psi for 24 hours. Pour a pint and test the carbonation. If you think your beer needs more CO2 leave for another 4–6 hours and have another pint.
Remove carbonation lid after carbonation level is satisfactory. Return original keg lid for long term storage.

A portable mini-regulator with all the features of a full sized regulator! Perfect for parties and gatherings where you don’t want to haul around a large canister and hoses. A lot of great features packed into a very small package.
The regulator has a range of .5-1.5 bars (7-21 psi). This means that, unlike KEG950 that shoots in CO2 at fixed pressure, the mini-reg allows you precisely dial in pressure and keep it there. It utilizes a disposable 74 gram CO2 cartridge, which is the largest size that can be shipped full. This is a two stage mini-regulator, meaning that it takes the pressure down from 800psi (cartridge pressure) to a lower pressure and then to your set pressure of around 10psi. Two stage regulators are the only way to have consistent pressure. One 74 gram cartridge will typically dispense one 5 gallon keg.
Comes with regulator, one gas-in quick disconnect and the associated hardware. 74 gram CO2 cartridges (KEG962) are available separately. KEG969 cartridges are not compatible with this regulator.
Increases hopping efficiency by 20–40% with its innovative design, including a wedge wire screen for optimal particle separation and clog prevention
Supports first wort hopping, hop back usage, biotransformation during fermentation, traditional dry hopping, hop charging during the boil, and fresh fruit additions
Allows for easy air purging and wort recirculation, with a straightforward setup for various stages of the brewing process
The MB Hop Gun is engineered for efficient and straightforward hop handling. Equipped with a wedge wire screen, it prevents clogging and ensures effective particle separation. The system allows for air purging and the recirculation of wort, fermenting wort, or beer, delivering a 20 to 40% increase in hopping efficiency.
Versatile in its applications, the MB Hop Gun supports first wort hopping by filtering lautered wort, functions as a hop back when positioned before or after the heat exchanger during kettle knockout, and enables hop biotransformation when used on day three of fermentation. Additionally, it facilitates traditional dry hopping post-fermentation and can even be utilized for hop charging during the boil.
The MB Hop Gun is also compatible with fresh fruit additions, broadening its utility for creative brewing applications. Note: The surface is not insulated, so caution is advised when using the device with hot wort.

1200 L Wash Pot with Copper Onion Head
Gin Basket Column for infusing botanicals
4-plate Whiskey Column with Bubblers & Dephlegmator
16-plate Vodka Column with Bubblers & Dephlegmator
Condenser Column with Proofing Parrot
Fully plumbed CIP system with pump
This complete distilling system is the perfect option for craft distilleries that want to make a range of spirits without compromising. Install once and never have to reconfigure the system to switch from a whiskey run to a vodka run. Whereas other stills need to be broken down and rebuilt depending on what spirit is being made, switching between spirits on this multi-column still is as easy as opening and closing a few valves. With the infusion column, 4-plate copper column, and 16-plate stainless column, this unit can quite literally make any spirit you desire—gin, rum, vodka, whiskey, brandy, tequila—it does it all!
Wash Pot
The steam jacketed Wash Pot has a gross volume of 1400L allowing for a maximum working volume of 1200L with a 15% headspace inside the pot. The kettle features analog thermometer and PT100 relay probe in the headspace, pressure gauge and relief valve, raked bottom for thorough draining, and manway with sight glass to monitor your wash boil. From the kettle, vapor rises through the copper onion-shaped expansion chamber, through the lyne arm and into the column manifold.
Columns & Routing Vapor
The column manifold features a series of 3-way valves used to route vapor into or past each column. For example, during a vapor infusion run while making gin, you would route the vapor into the infusion column to pass through any botanicals you've added to the gin basket, and then bypass the copper 4-plate column, bypass the steel 16-plate column, and route the vapor to the product condenser. Conversely, for the highest purity neutral spirit, you would bypass the infusion column and route the vapor through both the copper 4-plate column and steel 16-plate column before entering the condenser. The beauty of this system is how easily you can adapt it to the type of spirit you want to produce. Simply, bypass columns or close off individual plates as needed.
Clean-In-Place
As mentioned above, this distillation system truly is a one-time installation with no breakdown required—when it comes to making different spirits but also when it comes to cleaning. Each part of the system from the kettle to the condenser and each plate features a CIP spray ball for convenient and thorough cleaning. The included CIP pump is powerful enough to clean an entire column at once, or you can flip the valves to clean individual plates if desired.
Please note:
You will need to add a power supply for the pump and agitator (3 phase, 220V), pressure regulator for steam, and plumbing for the condenser's water source.
This Still requires at least 1000 BTU/hr per gallon or 320,000 BTU/hr total of steam.
Approximate Dimensions: 15.5' x 5.25' x 17.75'

Yeast across the World have a new best friend, the OxyWand™. Insert the oxygenation wand into your fermenter and pump in thousands of microscopic oxygen bubbles for 1-2 minutes to improve the health of your yeast. Healthy yeast produce amazing flavors and have the stamina to completely finish fermentation. That is not the only reason yeast love the OxyWand™. Yeast hate to compete with bacteria and you hate to drink them. Sintered stainless stones are made of tightly compressed stainless steel powder to create a porous block through which oxygen can flow. This micro maze is also the perfect environment for bacteria to live in after the stone has been used once in wort. That is why we love to boil our stones prior to use. The stone on the OxyWand™ is connected via a 1/4" flare fitting and can easily be removed and cleaned after use and then boiled before your next brew day. The assembly is 26" long and will easily reach the bottom of glass carboys, dropped into stainless conicals, Speidel fermenters, etc. The 0.5 micron size stone is designed specifically for use with compressed oxygen tanks. You will want to use 1/4" tubing. See the recommended regulator below to connect to disposable style compressed oxygen cylinders available from your local hardware store. The advantage of using compressed oxygen to oxygenate is speed - you can oxygenate your wort in 60 seconds as opposed to 5 minutes with aeration. This .5 micron stone can only be used with compressed oxygen because an aeration pump does not supply enough pressure. If you are looking for an Oxywand to use with aeration pumps please see the 2 micron version.

This Oxygenation System pumps pure oxygen into your cooled wort using a disposable oxygen tank and stainless steel diffusion stone. Takes a mere 1-2 minutes of operation to achieve adequate oxygen levels. Comes with a regulator for disposable oxygen tank, sterile inline filter, our threaded .5 micron stainless steel oxygenation stone and tubing.
Yeast need oxygen to make good beer. The problem is that after boiling for an hour the wort is void of oxygen. Fermentations with low levels of oxygen will produce yeast that start slower, have sluggish ferments, and are more likely to poop-out and stop fermenting. On the contrary, fermentations that have been infused with oxygen will have healthier yeast that start faster, ferment faster, have a greater tolerance to alcohol, produce beers with less residual sugar, and produce better overall flavors.
Currently, the standard practice of getting oxygen to the yeast is to splash the wort as it enters the fermenter or to shake the fermenter once full. This practice is definitely better than nothing, however it is impossible to infuse enough oxygen by shaking or splashing and the air you do infuse is usually contaminated to some extent.
Please Note: Disposable Oxygen tank is Not Included. These are available at some hardware stores. Each disposable oxygen tank will last for approximately 10-15 five gallon batches.
About the inline filters: There are two sides to the filter - an "in" and an "out". The direction you use doesn't matter, however, you want to take note of which way you first push air through it and always keep it that way. There is an arrow on the edge of the filter housing that we use to keep the air flow going one direction when using it. The filter should never get wet, so don't dunk it in sanitizer. If you want to clean the outside of it, use Alpet D2. To store the filter, use a little tinfoil on the "In" of the filter and store in a zip-lock bag.

Reduless is a new product from Lallemand that was designed to correct negative VSCs (Voltatile Sulfur Compounds) such as H2S (hydrogen sulfide, A.K.A. "rotten egg") and DMS (dimethyl sulfide, A.K.A. "cooked corn") defects in wine. Made from inactivated yeast that have been infused with copper using a proprietary process, Reduless is a much gentler H2S remedy on the wine than the traditional copper sulfate (CuSO4) treatment alone. If you have an H2S problem, then we recommend treating it with Reduless first. However, if the sulfur problem still remains after the Reduless treatment, then a bench trial with copper sulfate (CuSO4) is recommended.
Note: The sooner you catch a sulfur problem the easier it is to deal with!
To Use:
Dissolve Reduless in 10 times it's weight in water and add immediately to the wine. Stir the wine gently to ensure a thorough homogenization. Rack or filter after 72 hours.
Recommended Dosage:
0.4-0.6 g/gal. The maximum amount of copper that can be released into the wine using Reduless at the recommended dosage is 0.02 ppm.
Impart a perfect replication of barrel aromatics without the lengthy process of barrel ageing
Consistent, repeatable results every time without the need to blend various barrels of product together
Infuse oak aromatics into beer in minutes. Safe for use with low alcohol beers as there's no risk of infection that comes from barrel ageing beer below 12% ABV

Our Pro Insulated Mash Tun features slotted 3-piece false bottom, adjustable-height sparge arm, 4" TC port for optional grist hydrator, and a host of other key features guaranteed to satisfy the expectations of today's pro brewer. The mash tun has a slotted plate screen with a large grain out port on the side. The optional hydrator allows you to mix grain with hot liquor if you have your mill or grist case above the mash tun. There is a large top access for manual stirring. The walls of the mash tun are insulated to provide stable mashing temperatures. While intended for a single infusion mash, step mashing can be performed by recirculating through a heat exchanger. The sparge arm is adjustable in height and it is intended to have an inch of water above the grain and have the bottom of the diverted plate resting on top of the grain for low oxygen pickup during recirculating and sparging. We recommend that you use a grant to avoid creating suction on the bottom of the mash screen. It is possible to pull 23,000 lbs of force on the screen with a pump and a fully stuck mash and even partial vacuums can produce significant force. Alternatively, you can install a vacuum breaker ahead of the pump. Replacement screens are available for special order. We strongly recommend using a Wort Grant when pumping off the mash tun to avoid the possibility of collapsing the screens. Great Quality from MB Our brewing systems are made at a family owned manufacturer in the Ningbo region of China. Ningbo is where most premium beer tanks and brewing vessels come from and represents a known style and level of quality when compared to other areas of China. Our professional brewhouse equipment is designed by our in-house R&D designer Colin Kaminski, a former brewmaster for 15 years. Cleanability, ease of use, and durability are our primary design criteria. Our manufacturing partner in China is a father/son team that takes great pride in what they do. Some discount dealers buy from different manufacturers who offer one-off deals. That can be fine one time but not the next. Great Value from MoreBeer! The BrewEasy™ is a revolutionary new ultra-compact and economical all-grain brewing system. This patent pending system and process utilizes a two kettle recirculation infusion mash system called the Kettle-RIMS™ or K-RIMS™ process for short. This system is very simple to use and is a very approachable way to transition from extract to all-grain brewing. The BrewEasy™ system eliminates the need for a sparging, simplifying the process and saving time.
The BrewEasy™ provides all the simplicity and speed of a traditional no-rinse brew-in-a-bag (BIAB) system, but offers the temperature ramping capability and wort clarity of a traditional RIMS system. By eliminating the messy and hazardous lifting of hot grains found in BIAB systems you’ll find the BrewEasy to be pure brewing pleasure. Be sure to read through our manual (see the manual tab) to get all the details of the BrewEasy™ to see why this system may be the ticket for you
If you’re already a Blichmann Engineering BoilerMaker™ owner you’ll love the modularity of the BrewEasy. Buy only the components you need and save money! And the BrewEasy is the only system offered in electric and propane models!
How does it all work? This two kettle K-RIMS™ system eliminates the hot liquor tank of a traditional three tier system as well as the time consuming and somewhat complicated sparging process. While a three tier system is still the most versatile and efficient, the BrewEasy™ offers improved efficiency over traditional no-rinse BIAB while eliminating the lifting of hot grains. The recirculation through the mash bed generates super clear wort. And the optional BrewCommander can automate it all!

EcoVessel is based in Boulder, Colorado at the base of the Rocky Mountains. Jon Fox started EcoVessel in 2009 in response to the safety and environmental concerns that arose from the use of plastic water bottles. After realizing the lack of quality reusable bottle options available for him and his family, EcoVessel was formed. Innovation and creativity have been part of our DNA since the beginning and our signature TriMax™ triple insulated hydration vessels have been independently tested to outperform our competitors.
Our vessels and food containers are made of high quality, non-leaching materials and are designed for style, performance, and convenience. You can find our products in over 20 countries and on every continent (does Antarctica really count?)
